The Law Caught The Rapist Responsible For Impregnating A Disabled Woman!

Caretaker raped a woman in vegetative state who gave birth.
With the recent incident of a Native American elder being verbally abused by a group of Kentucky Catholic boys, we haven't forgotten about the sexual assault of a Native American woman in a Phoenix care facility.

There was an arrest. A woman in a vegetative state gave birth to a healthy baby boy. The care facility contacted the police and told the law they weren't aware of the 29-year old woman being pregnant.

The Phoenix Police and Maricopa County boys announced that there was an arrest in the sexual assault of the victim.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of raping a quadriplegic woman. The suspect was taken into custody and now faces one charge of sexual assault and one count of vulnerable adult abuse.

DNA evidence determined he was the baby's father.

The suspect is a licensed practical nurse and directly responsible for caring for the victim at the Hacienda Healthcare Facility. The facility is on a Native American tribal land.

The San Carlos Apache Tribe confirmed that the victim is a part of the group. They took custody of the child and pledge full care for the child.

Police chief Jeri Williams was livid about the arrest of this man.

"From the minute we first became aware of the crime, we have virtually worked non stop seven days a week to resolve this case."

The care facility was shocked. The woman was only 112-pounds and no one knew she was pregnant.

The family said that the woman has severe brain damage, seizure disorder, and psycho-motor retardation. The victim could not speak. She only had only some ability to move her limbs, head and neck.

The family will likely sue the facility and the individual for this.

The state inspectors are planning on stripping the facility of his accreditation. The state investigators and Phoenix Police are looking to charge others for this.

Hacienda Healthcare's CEO William Timmons resigned in December after the care facility drafted new rules to protect patients. There will no longer be one caretaker in the facility. There will be two staffers in presence. There will be more checks on visitors.

Former workers blew the whistle. They said that Timmons was a heartless individual. A former worker at the facility said staff were told to not report problems. They said there was a climate of fear among colleagues.

Timmons would get the final sign off on every final report and recommendation as he was the direct supervisor and staff feared him.

The state regulators will likely remove developmentally disabled patients from the long-term care facility. This was years in the making.
The facility might be closed because of this.
Two doctors responsible for the care of the woman were fired out the cannon. The doctor overseeing the care of the woman (the one who missed the pregnancy) was placed in the freezer. Another doctor who cared for the victim resigned.

Thanh Nguyen was placed in the freezer. He was revealed as one of the doctors who failed to check the victim's health. Also Philip Gear was placed in the freezer (likely the one who resigned).

Gear was responsible for checking if the victim was experiencing signs of pregnancy or discomfort.

Two physicians resigned. One was placed in the freezer.

The care facility released a statement during the controversy.

"Once again, we offer an apology and send our deepest sympathy to the client and her family. Hacienda intends to do everything possible to restore its credibility in the eyes of our patients, family, the community and our agency partners at every level.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

BREAKING: SOTU Not Happening!

Trump won't hold the State of the Union. 
With a government shutdown and both sides not willing to negotiate a budget proposal, the federal workers will go without a paycheck for the second time.

Americans are growing really impatient with Donald J. Trump and Congress. The government shutdown is the longest in American history.

Today, Trump announced the State of the Union Address is cancelled. He blames Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for the cancellation. He claims that Pelosi is afraid of the truth.

Pelosi countered the request.
Pelosi said that she it's pretty stupid to have government workers not get paid to cover this event. There's going to be government workers that chaperone lawmakers, the President of the United States, the Vice President of the United States and Supreme Court Justices into the House of Representatives chamber. The chamber will be watched by the U.S. Capitol Police, the U.S. Secret Service, the Washington, DC Metro Police and Metro Transit Police and U.S. Marshals.

Of the latter, many are federal workers. They won't get paid for it.

Pelosi invited him on January 3rd to deliver the speech. Congress never passed a resolution to invite Trump to speak.

Trump insisted Wednesday that "there's no security concerns" and it would be "very sad for our country if the State of the Union weren't delivered on time."

Trump signaled he might do a rally instead. However, he would find it hard to get people to work for free to cover the expenses.

We're 33 days into the government shutdown and Americans are still not grasping to the impact of this dysfunction.

Trump made the situation worse. He called the Democratic Party a bunch of radicals.

When asked about why Pelosi won't grant him a platform, Trump complains.

"I'm not surprised. It's really a shame what's happening with the Democrats. They've become radicalized. They don't want to see crime stopped....And it really is a shame what's happening with the Democrats. This will go for a while. Ultimately the American people will have their way because they want to see no crime. We're all working very hard. We'll have to respond to it. We'll respond to it in a timely manner."

He insulted Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY). He called the Minority Leader a "puppet" to Pelosi.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) once again refused to take up a House bill passed by the Democrats to open up the government. This is the fourth bill that failed to bring the government shutdown to an end.

Pelosi said that the government should be opened before Trump makes his State of the Union Address.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) cries about how Pelosi ruined Trump's opportunity to speak to the world. "The judgement of history will not be kind (to Democrats)."

Trump and Republicans take the blunt of the responsibility for the government shutdown. This has dropped Trump job approval into the mid-30s and Congress into the lower 10s.

Trump could come to Congress on January 29th. It's up to lawmakers, namely Pelosi to make it possible for him to speak to the public. The House and Senate must pass a concurrent resolution giving him authority to address a Joint Session of Congress.

Pelosi stands firm. Trump has to end the government shutdown in order for her to obligate his request.

Blood Bank: Mass Shooting In Florida!

Another mass shooting in Florida.
Damn, I wish Andrew Gillum would have won. Gillum had a platform on how to deal with gun violence. The Democrat won the popular vote but lost to this racist who said that he'll support that imbecile's border wall.

And yes, that racist won.

Expect briefings and an outpouring of phony sympathy from Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Gov. Ron DeSantis, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL). They will issue half-hearted statements on the latest mass shooting in Florida.

The Highland County boys said multiple people were shot in a "hostage situation" in a Florida bank.

The city of Sebring is located in central Florida about 46 miles from Tampa and 55 miles from Orlando. The city police confirm that victims were inside the bank.

The injured aren't confirmed. It could be either the terrorist, customers or bank employees. They can't confirm if there were causalities

CNN and its affiliates report that there's a heavy police presence, ambulances and a SWAT vehicle in the vicinity. Medical personal entered the bank after the glass entrance was destroyed.

The incident happened at noon and they said that a terrorist entered the bank. The county boys and Sebring Police responded to the scene within five minutes.

Initial negotiations to try to get the barricaded subject to exit the bank were not successful, so SWAT entered the bank and continued negotiations. The suspect eventually surrendered to the law.

The main road near the bank is completely shut down. U.S. Highway 27 is closed and people are being diverted to areas. A school was placed on lockdown.

The community has about 15,000 residents.

Okay, time after time, we've said here on Journal De Reyna. I've said that we're becoming numb to gun violence. It's one too many times. An inept government won't solve these problems.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

With a Democratic-controlled House of Representatives, a Republican-controlled U.S. Senate and Trump as the President of the United States, we're not going to get anything done.

We're in a middle of a government shutdown. I wouldn't be surprised that terrorist is a government worker who was pushed to the edge. He has no money to feed himself or his family.

While the Democrats and Republicans are whining about how to fund the government, millions of Americans are suffering.

Black Extremist Demands Cannon Firing Black Server After He Taunts Her With MAGA Hat!

Troll tries to intimidate Black server because he wanted to "trigger" a response.
This jackass named Tommy Sotomayor is an internet troll and male chauvinist. The asshole absolutely hates Black women. He often rails on his social media pages about how Black women need to be put in their place. He said that he prefers the company of white extremists.

I often avoid mentioning this guy. I hate even speaking this Looney Coon's name.

The Daily Mail decided to offer this troll a platform to disparage Black women.

He claimed the woman, named Shay came up to him and asked if he supported Donald J. Trump and then flipped her hair and walked away from him when he said, "Yes!"

Sotomayor filmed the encounter and started doing his usual rants about how Black women show no respect to men and demanded her to be fired out the cannon.

The Black extremist wore the Make America Great Again cap. He did it in an attempt to bait people into confronting him.



You know the one that became an issue when a group of White teens from a Kentucky Catholic school harassed a Native American elder and women. A group of privileged white boys defending their actions by blaming a bunch of Black extremists with bullhorns.

Where Trump is considering inviting the teens to either the White House or State of the Union.

He went to the manager to complain about the server and realized that the manager is a Trump supporter as well. The manager said that he will talk to her.

The woman in the video denies ever harassing Sotomayor.

The extremist is trying to justify his antics.
Sotomayor is known for being an agent provocateur. He deliberately tries to instigate conflict for click-bait. He sees himself as a Black man who can profit off the vitriol of angry Black people.

There's a movement to have his videos removed from YouTube and Facebook.

Sotomayor is giving a platform to purposely denigrate and demean Black women, girls, transwomen and Black people in general. He is a men's rights activist and bullshit artist.

He made an infamous video called "Tommy Sotomayor Explains How Black Women Are Openly Beggars When Dating" and "Name The Only Race of Women Willing To Stand In Line For Ours To Buy Bundles of Other Humans Hair." 

The petition online says that troll is "an irresponsible malicious, perpetrator of misogynistic and racist hatred and spreads negative and degrading messages, imagery, views and stereotypes about Black women on a daily, regular and consistent basis."

Sotomayor often picks pictures of Black women and posted them on social media. He often goes into trashing them and dares people to respond. 

Free speech is a dangerous with folks like him. This Looney Coon deserves a show. Maybe on Friday nights, he can do a "reality television show" with Kevin Jackson, Candace Owens, Diamond & Silk, David Clarke and Jesse Lee Peterson. 

They should call their show, " Blaze TV presents The Black Folks of Trump Country." This show should detail their hatred of Black leaders, Barack and Michelle Obama, Black Lives Matter, defense of Daniel Holtzclaw, defense of George Zimmerman and host anti-Black agitators like Colin Flaherty.

Have a few celebrities on their show. Get Sean "Softball" Hannity, Tucker Carlson, Wayne Allan Root and an incel white man who threatens to blow up progressives like George Soros.

Charlie Kirk And Kyle Kashuv Saw Irony Hit Their Asses Fast!

Charlie Kirk, the chairman of Turning Point USA hired former Parkland student and mass shooting survivor Kyle Kashuv to counter March for Our Lives and its vocal leaders David Hogg and Emma Gonzalez.

Kirk is a kookspiracy nut and alt-white troll promotes sensationalism and doxing.

The troll allegedly threw his back out and wanted emergency help at a local hospital. He wanted to go to Cedar Sinai Hospital for treatment.

Kyle Kashuv became a celebrity de jour to the right when he openly spoke in favor of gun rights and arming teachers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. He also became a vocal opponent of David Hogg. Kashuv often trolls Hogg and Emma Gonzalez whenever they speak out against the NRA and Donald J. Trump.

Kashuv often uses white privilege and his victim status to earn sympathy from those on the right and some on the left. He acts like he shouldn't be called out for being a total douchebag.

Well today, you got your douchebag moment.

Today, Kirk exaggerated a scenario. He claimed that Cedar Sinai through him and Kashuv out on the street.

Considering that Kirk is well known for his views on healthcare—namely, that healthcare isn't a
'right,' but a privilege, and that the U.S. system is the best in the world—people were quick to point out the hypocrisy.


Kirk along with Kashuv make up the alt-white. The alt-white are far right agitators who use their privilege to generate attention. They often whine about how evil progressives are towards them.


Kirk's Turning Point USA (TPUSA) is an American right wing, nonprofit organization. The organization was founded when he took classes at Harper College.

Since 2016, Turning Point USA has maintained a Professor Watchlist that lists college professors it alleges discriminate against conservative students and advance leftist propaganda in the classroom.

The organization has also secretly attempted to influence student government elections in an effort to "combat liberalism on college and university campuses"

Kirk took general education classes at Harper College, a local community college. 

Kirk addressed the 2016 Republican National Convention. In an interview with Wired magazine during the convention, Kirk said that while he "was not the world's biggest Donald Trump fan," he would vote for him, and that Trump's candidacy made Turning Point's mission more difficult. 

The Dallas Morning News described Kirk as leading the "millennial assault" for Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign.

Kirk wrote the 2018 book Campus Battlefield: How Conservatives Can WIN the Battle on Campus and Why It Matters. In a review for the The Weekly Standard, Adam Rubenstein described the book as a "hot mess", "nothing more a marketing pitch for TPUSA" and said the "thin" book was "stuffed with reprintings of his tweets and quotes from others."

In 2018, Kirk praised Kanye West for getting involved in politics and advocating for President Trump. Later that year when Taylor Swift endorsed a Democrat in the Tennessee Senate race, Kirk condemned her endorsement and told her to "stay away from politics."

Kirk suggested, without evidence, that Swift had not written her endorsement. Kirk said it was "ridiculous" for Swift to accuse Republican Marsha Blackburn of being hostile to LGBT rights and women's rights; Blackburn has a well-documented history of anti-LGBT positions, which Swift cited in her endorsement.

In December 2018, Kirk falsely claimed that protesters in France's "yellow vests" movement chanted "We want Trump." Kirk's false claims were later repeated by President Trump. The videos in support of the claim were from a far-right protest in London, not from the yellow vest movement in France.

Chris Brown Faces Rape Allegations!

Chris Breezy can't stay out of trouble. He face rape allegations.

It looked bad. Really bad. Had he was ordered to trial, the entertainer could have his career ruined.

Chris Brown was arrested in Paris, France for allegedly raping a woman.

The entertainer is accused by a model he met at a five star hotel in Paris. She said that it was a drug-fueled party that turned violent and brutal. The incident has Sony Music reconsidering its ties to the troubled 29 year old entertainer.

The incident happened at the Mandarin Oriental.

Brown denies the allegations. He even was released without being charged. The victim speaks to the junk food media to detail the allegations.




The victim said that she met Brown through a friend while they were partying at the Crystal Lounge on the Champs Elysee.

"This friend asked me what I was doing the next day, and if I would like to meet Chris Brown. I said yes and the next day, on Tuesday, I had an appointment at 11:30pm at the Mandarian Oriental hotel to meet him. At the reception of the hotel, I found myself with friends of his and other girls. We went up to his suite and pick him and we all went to a nightclub called "The Quay."

She added, "Everything was going well. Around 4am, they decided to go back to the hotel. I wanted to go home, but someone in Chris Brown's entourage took me by the arm and said, 'Come on, we'll have a good evening.' Leaving the nightclub, there were two Mercedes vans that were full up. So I said, 'There's no place, I'm going home.' Then I was told, 'No, come on! And I was put in Chris Brown's car with another girl.'"

The details got more interesting.

She said that she was in the hotel with 15 women. The victim thought some were prostitutes. The bodyguard took the women cell phones. The group were offered cocaine and weed. The music was loud and people were coming out and in.

"At one point, I went to the bathroom. Chris Brown followed me and took me by the right arm. He made me enter a sort of dressing room. He closed the door. It lasted 25 to 30 minutes. It's still too difficult for me to explain in detail what he did, but it was brutal and violent. He was threatening an aggressive. I was very afraid. Once it was over, he opened the door. I told him that I wanted to pick up my cell phone and go home. Chris Brown went to see one of his friends. I thought this person was going to accompany me to the bodyguard for my cell phone, but that's not what he did. He took me to his room, he locked the door and he abused me too. It was the same with the bodyguard. All I wanted to do was go home. I was too scared. There were three muscular me, aggressive and menacing. I couldn't do anything. I'm traumatized. I can't overcome what happened to me and resume my habits. It's horrible. I'm lost."

When asked about how she escaped Brown, she detailed it.
Chris Brown latest arrest was for having wildlife in his home without a permit.
"I said that I had to go to bed, that I had classed the next day. I cried. When he saw me like that, he returned my cell phone and I left."

When asked about why she didn't report the incident to the police after it occurred.

"Yes, I was scared. They had my address, my cell phone number, my picture.... But I didn't want them to be able to do the same thing to other girls. Chris Brown is the kind of person who think himself powerful and thinks himself above the law, but no. I'll go to the end. Abused three times in the same evening by three different men -- it's unbearable to live with."

He was released to the streets. Variety said that the entertainer was released without charges and he even mocked the charges on social media. See above.

The situation has gotten much attention for the troubled entertainer. The infamous 2009 incident where he assaulted pop singer Rihanna has been a black eye on his career. He hasn't recovered from that.

He also faced criminal charges in California and had his daughter Royalty returned to Karrueche Tran after he had a wild animal in his home without proper notification. He had a monkey and the California Department of Agriculture and Family Services immediately took action. He could face a year in the iron college for that.

Brown was accused of hitting women, pointing firearms at people and feuding with other entertainers.

Paternalistic Racism of Colin Flaherty: Black Women are Victims of Rape. Why? White Racism: Colin Flaherty Concerned Trolling as Usual.(update)



All of a sudden, they're concerned about Black women.  Historically, American society didn't give a darn about Black women and girls' lives for 400 years.  Now bigots like Colin want to pretend that they care about our lives when in reality they don't and never will.  They just want to score political points.

I think Black men are punished for relationships with women of any race while white men, racist or not, aren't punished for raping women of any race. White men still have the entitlement mentality when it comes to women and they get mad when people, especially Black women, push back. Which is why Black women don't date/marry outside of our race because we still love Black men, thick and thin. Right or wrong. Plus, the legacy of slavery/Jim Crow is still fresh in the minds and hearts of Black women because we lived with the trauma of being raped or assaulted by white men.


One other thing, we Black women don't want no racist, white-knighting bigoted white man to save us from Black men. I strongly resent paternalistic commentary from white men and women who have a history of mistreating and raping Black women for centuries.
