It's been two years since we lost Bobbi Kristina Brown. She was found unconscious in her suburban Atlanta bathroom. Her then boyfriend at the time Nick Gordon called 911 and asking for help.
Brown may have been on drugs when she was found in the bathtub.
Gordon who was under the state investigators watch denied giving her the drugs that led to her death.
Gordon was found liable of the entertainer's death. He was ordered to pay up over $36 million in punitive damages. Gordon didn't show up to court for the civil lawsuit. His failure to do so led to him being ordered to pay up.
It seems like he's back in the spotlight.

Gordon is being held in the county lockup after he was arrested for domestic battery, kidnapping and false imprisonment. Each charge could put Gordon in the iron college for up to 40 years.
He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
This event happened in Sanford, Florida. He was staying with his girlfriend. She reported that she was hit by her live-in boyfriend, police said in a statement.
The law found Gordon at a local club house near the couple's home and took him into custody. He was arrested and held on a hefty get out of jail free card.
So I guess being in the limelight is hard for Nick Gordon.

Bill Maher comes back to television to actually go against one of his principles he stood by as a libertarian. He actually apologized for fucking up.
On Real Time with Bill Maher, he featured guests who were outraged by the comments he spoke over a week ago.
A week ago, Maher was interviewing Sen. Ben Sasse (R-NE) on Real Time. When the senator was joking about having Maher plow the fields, he said that it was not a "field NIGGER!"
That sparked a week of outrage. And now Maher is still facing calls for a cannon firing despite his apology. He knows that if the controversy continues on, he could lose his show.
Ice Cube and Dr. Michael Eric Dyson who appeared on the show mulitple times had to address this.
Maher invites them on to discuss his transgressions.
As Ice Cube came on to discussed his reissue of his album Death Certificate, Maher got a verbal lashing from the entertainer and OG of gangsta rap.
Death Certificate, the prolific album that dealt with racism, white privilege, his bond to Islam and the life past N.W.A., his groundbreaking rap group.
Ice Cube said it best. "That's our word, and you can't have it back!"
Sen. Al Franken (D-MN), a former comedian, entertainer and now lawmaker cancelled his appearances with Maher and Kathy Griffin.
Franken had second thoughts about the show. He was already dealing with Griffin acting a fool with the photo of her mocking a decapitated head of the Donald J. Trump.
Franken called "inappropriate and offensive."
Activist Symone Sanders said to Maher, that his words are not only offensive to Black people but the Black women. She said that Black women had to suffer rape, brutalizing torture and the reference to "House NIGGER" is more harsh to Black women.

This event happened at a Chicago Starbucks. The man was caught on camera making a racist tirade and turning violent against those who confronted him.
The 23-year old Boucher "became irate" after someone spilled a drink on him inside the Starbucks on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident was caught on camera by a local news agitator who was in the Starbucks. In the video, you'll hear Boucher saying "You're disgusting!" and other insults in the presence of other customers and employees.
Boucher would leave the Starbucks and get into a verbal tirade outside. That's when he spits on a 30-year old man and 34-year old woman. Boucher is white. The people who he spat on were Black.
Then Boucher would throw racial insults towards two Black bystanders. He was still trying to dry out his soaked clothes.
"Shut up, slave! Do not talk to me!" Boucher yells at the two Black men, as someone who worked for Starbucks tried to break it up. He yells at them again, "Your children are disposable vermin!"
He also said, "Get on all fours! Do not walk off on two legs!"
Shortly after that, Boucher served a man "knuckle style chili." The 59-year old man didn't provoke the situation.
Boucher was soon tasting a pavement sandwich when the Black bystanders tackled his ass to the ground. The Chicago Police quickly came and placed him in the cuffs.
He was served with three misdemeanor charges of battery. He will face a judge in July. He was quickly released from Cook County lockup.
Starbucks said that the customer was a problem, but never like this. I take that he'll be forever banned from all Starbucks in the Chicago area.
"What I can tell you, though, is that we have absolutely no tolerance for this type of behavior in our stores, and are grateful to the partners and customers who stepped in to help until officers arrived," said a spokeswoman for Starbucks.
Could this Boucher guy be a supporter of Donald J. Trump?
These incidents aren't getting better. You see this shit out in the open and it's unfortunate that Americans can't see that their behavior is going to cost them their jobs, their freedoms and their reuptaution with the community.
Boucher is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Flint official fires himself out the cannon after he said a racial slur on tape.
The city of Flint has a population of 95,000 residents. It sits on the corridor of Interstate 75, Interstate 69, Interstate 475 and U.S. Highway 23. It's the county seat of Genesee County. It's about 50 miles from Detroit.
It's an economically deprived city. It's suffered a 59% loss in population after the manufacturing plants left the area. They left behind a river that is polluted and a water supply that kills residents.
The city was in the news back in 2015-16 after it was reported that residents were drinking contaminated water from the Flint River. This issue was a part of the election.
Flint residents demanded Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton address this issue. They called upon then president Barack Obama, governor Rick Snyder and city leaders to fix the problem quickly.
Flint is on the slow path to recovery. Given how Republicans are so emboldened to cut the safety net, the emergency aid to help Flint could be cut off when they present a law for Donald Trump to sign.
Emergency aid is a part of the safety net. When a disaster hits a community, the city and state ask for federal funds. Republicans believe that people have to have their privacy intruded on by taking drug and competency tests/
And even Flint, a city official is calling residents a bunch of "low-life" NIGGERS.
Phil Stair was recorded on phone saying that Flint residents who refused to pay for water services are usually NIGGERS.
"Detroit was charging all its customers for the cost; they weren't collecting from their residents. They weren't shutting the water off, they were letting bill go forever, but they were charging everybody else, they covered them. Well, Flint has the same problems as Detroit, fucking NIGGERS don't pay their bills, believe me, I deal with them. I don't want to call them NIGGERS, shit, I have, Shit, I just went to Myrtle Beach, 24 guys, and I was the only white guy. I got friends, I mean, there's trash and there's people that do this ... They just don't pay their bills. Well, Detroit didn't collect on their bills, so they charged everybody else, but Flint, Flint had to pay their bill to Detroit."
Stair resigned from the Genesee County Land Bank this week after the audio surfaced.
Stair who is White was recorded by an environmental activist.
The person who recorded Stair could face a lawsuit. Chelsea Lyon is the one who recorded the conversation. In Michigan, the state has a law that deals with recording conversations without consent.
Lyons brushed it off and told MLive that the land bank "is taking up all of the properties in Flint" and is "pushing people out of neighborhoods." She writes for a website called Truth Against the Machine.
The city could slap 8,000 residents with tax liens if they are more than six months behind in their water payments. Failure to pay water bills in Flint could result in a foreclosure of their homes.
The water crisis has dropped Flint's property value and population.

The rapper was not seriously injured and said that if he finds the dude that served him, he'll probably end up in the iron college. He spoke to the crowd telling them he's alright and the show is over.

Four people were killed in an apparent terrorist attack. The shooter went out like a punk.
This happened at a Weis Market.
Police found two male and two female bodies inside. There was a witness inside the store.
Authorities believe that it was a domestic dispute. It' is believed one of men opened fire on the others before turning the firearm on himself.
The store wasn't open 24 hours so it apparently it was either a person who may have worked there or disgruntled former worker.
The terrorist wasn't named nor were his victims.
And yes, this stuff happens everyday. Gun violence is more of a threat than terrorism. When will Congress and the junk food media label mass shootings, an act of terror?
Terrorism isn't solely a Muslim, a Black or a Brown person. It could be White Asian, Christian, Jewish, right wing or left wing. It's an act that disrupts society.
The NICE GUY is the most dangerous person to have a firearm. When the nice guy is spurn by society either through an event (i.e. relationship, religious discrimination, racism, fired from job, divorce, anger at the government), the nice guy becomes a ticking time bomb. They are willing to scarifice themselves in order to destroy the lives of others.
The highly anticipated James Comey testimony is today. Donald J. Trump will have a campaign stop during the testimony. Trump already distracted the junk food media by pre-releasing his pick to replaced the former FBI director. And he will likely have coverage for his event by the junk food media.
Already the junk food media is loosing luster for this. Some are even believing that Trump will survive this scandal despite the mounting accusations against his top aides and former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

Christopher Wray is the choice of Donald J. Trump. This choice is supposed to calm the storm that the junk food media was brewing about the Comey hearing.
"I will be nominating Christopher A. Wray, a man of impeccable credentials, to be the new Director of the FBI. Details to follow," Trump shared on social media.
Wray headed up the Justice Department's criminal division from 2003 to 2005 under George W. Bush. He is a litigation partner at the Washington, DC firm King & Spalding, where he chairs the firm's Special Matters and Government Investigations Practice Group.
This replacement came at a price. Many of the most recognizable ones drops out.

The New York Times and ABC News reports that Attorney General Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III offered to resign from the post. The squinty eyed bigot who runs as the top cop is a controversial figure. He supported vile agendas as then Alabama's Republican senator. He was one of Donald J. Trump's earliest supporters.
He earned a reputation as an anti-immigrant, anti-Black, anti-LGBT, anti-Muslim and anti-science Attorney General.
Now there's tensions between Trump and Sessions.
Sessions offered to quit if Trump felt that he couldn't do the job right. There were reports of heated exchanges in the last several weeks after Sessions recused himself from the Russia probe.
The frustration comes on the eve of James Comey's testifying to an open Senate intelligence hearing.
Comey allegedly told Sessions to not leave him in the room alone with Trump.
Sessions signals no resignation.
Trump's anger over Sessions taking himself out of Russian probe has sparked tensions. Two sources close to the leader said that he has lashed out repeatedly at the attorney general in private meetings, blaming the recusal from the whole ordeal.
The Justice Department is also angered by Trump's recent firing of Comey complicated things.
