Gretchen Carlson Got A Golden Parachute!

Gretchen Carlson awarded a hefty sum in the sexual harassment lawsuit against Roger Ailes.

It seems like Gretchen Carlson is about to fuck up some commas. She will be awarded $20 million in damages as well as a public apology from the News Corp family. The lawsuit against Roger Ailes over allegation that sexual harassment forced his resignation from Fox News.

Now Fox News is paying Gretchen and many other women big figures.

"We sincerely regret and apologize for the fact that Gretchen was not treated with the respect and dignity that she and all of our colleagues deserve", 21st Century Fox said in a statement.

In the lawsuit, Gretchen said that Ailes was repeatedly sexually harassing her and numerous colleagues. She also said that Steve Doocy was mistreating her and talking her down while on camera.

In a public statement, Gretchen lets the world know that she's appreciative of how this was settled.

"I'm ready to move on to the next chapter of my life in which I will redouble my efforts to empower women in the workplace. I want to thank all the brave women who came forward to tell their own stories and the many people across the country who embraced and support me in their #StandWithGretchen movement. All women deserve a dignified and respectful workplace in which talent, hard work, and loyalty are recognized, revered and rewarded."

Gretchen for two years recorded Ailes through her iPhone. She got with a tech and her lawyer to record him saying pretty damning things about her and other women. She had her phone tamper proof.

The audio does exist and Fox wanted to put the brakes on this before it would damage its brand even further.

Now Roger Ailes is trying to retaliate against New York Magazine and Gabriel Sherman. He decided to hire the lawyer who went after Gawker Media.

Charles Harder was the lawyer who was successful in helping Hulk Hogan win his lawsuit against Gawker.

Harder sent a letter to the New York Magazine saying that Ailes wants all documents from Gabriel Sherman. Ailes is working on a defamation lawsuit against the magazine and Sherman.

The ignorant freak threatens to sue New York Magazine.

Andrea Tantaros is also suing Ailes and will release damning information if this matter isn't solved.

Sherman who broke the stories about the shenanigans going on behind the scenes. In his book, The Loudest Voice in the Room, Sherman described Ailes as a reclusive, paranoid, and relentless attack dog. He would keep firearms in his office. He would have a wooden door that keep prying eyes from looking in. Ailes would have surveillance on everyone and his enemies.

Ailes personal lawyer and friend Susan Estrich continues to defend this canard. Estrich was a feminist and commentator on Fox News.

Estrich called Sherman a "virus" who has a personal vendetta against Ailes.

Ailes is prepping Donald Trump for the debates. Ailes is advising Trump personally. There's talk that the two may create a television network that might compete with Fox News.

Phyllis Schlafly Passed Away!

Another figure in the conservative movement is gone.

Another conservative bigot passes away. I think for the better. They have nominated Donald Trump as their Republican nominee. A business/media mogul who has maintained this movement of extremists. She didn't live to see the day Donald Trump could either become our 45th President of The United States or another picture on the Washed Up Presidential Candidates Museum in Norton, Kansas.

A woman who embraced Trump's campaign died today at the age of 92. A few weeks after celebrating her birthday.

Phyllis Schlafly. an iconic conservative activist and business mogul passed away in St. Louis.

Schlafly once called feminist, "a bunch of bitter women seeking a constitutional cure for their personal problems". She believed women should find their greatest fulfillment at home with their family.

She famously opposed the Equal Rights Amendment. She was the founder of the Eagle Forum. The forum was staunchly anti-feminist, anti-gay, anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim and anti-Black.

She was a deeply polarizing figure. She would call for activism against the Equal Rights Amendment.

She would fail at achieving the goal. The Congress passed it and 35 of 38 states ratified the amendment.

She was survived by six children and many grandchildren.

Jerry Heller Passed Away!

Jerry Heller, the co-founder of Ruthless Records and the manager of famed hip-hop group N.W.A., passed away.

Jerry Heller, the man who helped bring the N.W.A. into the mainstream passed away.  Heller was the manager of the group and was one of the reasons for the breakup. Heller passed away at the age of 75 in Thousand Oaks, California.

He died of a heart attack and his family confirmed it was a fatal car accident.

Heller met Eazy E and helped him form Ruthless Records. The label was responsible for pushing out the hits. It also gave the West Coast a voice. It dealt with oppression, police brutality and America's treatment of Black America. Critics said that the music was promoting violence and sexism.

The group dismissed this. They were saying that these issues are a part of Black urban life. They were expressing their freedom of speech.

The N.W.A. was composed of Ice Cube, MC Ren, DJ Yella, Arabian Prince, Dr. Dre, and Eazy E.

Arabian Prince would leave the group before it would become a mainstream act.

The group was one of the earliest and most significant members of hip-hop. The group is by far one of the most controversial. They couldn't get radio play because of their songs, but the group managed to pull sell 10 million units.

Things got worse for the group when Ice Cube accused Heller of mismanaging their money.

The world's most dangerous group.

The group would eventually breakup in 1991. Dr. Dre would leave Ruthless to start up the Death Row label with Marion "Big Suge" Knight.

Dr. Dre and Ice Cube would bash Heller and Eazy E for selling out their music. Eazy E said that Jerry was a "gangsta for life" and he wouldn't want to be around them "marks" Dre and Cube.

Eazy E would record a few more EP and his full length album under Ruthless. Around 1995, Eazy was getting ill. He was diagnoses with complications from AIDS. He passed away from the deadly disease.

The critically acclaimed Straight Outta Compton movie portrayed Heller as a bad person. He would sue the F. Gary Gary and NBCUniversal for slander. He would blame the movie for him having trouble trying to secure acts.

The album Straight Outta Compton marked the beginning of gangsta rap. The group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2016.

You got to give up to the city of Compton. Without the N.W.A., you wouldn't have gangsta rap.

Ruthless Records also was responsible for bring Bone Thugs-N-Harmony to the label. The Cleveland based group composed of Krayzie, Layzie, Wish, Bizzy and Flesh Bone.

Colin Kaepernick: San Francisco Cops Are Bigots!

The police union is upset and they want Colin Kaepernick cut.

Colin Kaepernick made it clear. Until something is done about police brutality, he will not take a stand for the national anthem. Now the police unions and junk food media are threatening retaliation against him and the San Francisco 49ers.

The police unions representing Santa Clara, San Francisco and Oakland have fired back at the protest by saying that if Kaepernick continues his stand, they'll boycott the events. The wrote a letter demanding that he be punished for his actions. CBS San Francisco reports that a letter from the Santa Clara Police Officers Association sent to the 49ers was obtained Friday.

The union doesn't mince words when it came to Kaepernick.

Through its president, Martin Halloran, he wrote this letter denouncing the NFL quarterback.

"I only wish Mr. Kaepernick could see the emotional and psychological challenges that our officers face following a fatal encounter. Some are so affected they never return to the streets. In short, Mr. Kaepernick has embarrassed himself, the 49er organization, and the NFL based on a false narrative and misinformation that lacks any factual basis.

Perhaps, Mr. Kaepernick could comment on the murder of 40 police officers in the United States in the past few months, or the assaults perpetrated on over 100,000 law enforcement officers in the past year. Perhaps he could lend his commentary to the over 8,000 murders that African Americans inflicted on one another in 2015. The law enforcement community cannot be continuously blamed for all of society's problems, including racial divide, in our country. It's isn't fair and it isn't true."

It also criticized what it called anti-police statements made by Kaepernick, calling them “insulting, inaccurate and completely unsupported by any facts.”

The scandal involving the San Francisco Police is real.

Back in April, an explosive story about the police department came to light. Some of the officers were saying that minorities were "barbarians", "cockroaches" and other offensive racial slurs.

A handful of officers were immediately fired out the cannon.

These incidents led San Francisco chief Greg Suhr being fired out the cannon. It led to the dismissal of criminal cases and a review of police department by the federal government.

So don't tell Colin Kaepernick that he's delusional. He sees it for himself in the deaths of many minorities at the hands of police.

Here's some news from South Carolina. The officer who fired upon Zachary Hammond was fired out the cannon. Mark Tiller was loaded in the cannon and fired out. The chief of Seneca Police said that the issue is personal and he can't comment on the situation at this time. The feds are looking into the matter.

And it doesn't stop in South Carolina. The Richland County deputy Ben Fields is spared from a federal indictment on the brutal takedown of a teenager in a classroom. He made the news last year when he took down a young girl who was refuse to leave the classroom.

And yes, there's officer Michael Slager, the former North Charleston officer who fired on Walter Scott after he broke free from his Taser. The officer is facing a federal indictment on civil rights as well as a state murder charge that could the death card on him.

I can't forget that former University of Cincinnati officer Ray Tensing's attorneys are trying to obtain criminal records from Sam DuBose. The shooting of DuBose after a routine traffic stop has Tensing facing a murder charge. They are trying to taint DuBose as the aggressor in this encounter.

By the way, Kaepernick will donate his year contract to charities and groups to help people of color.

He slammed the junk food media for making this more than what he's concerned about. He said that he's loves America and supports the military, but he is tired of the junk food media ignoring these real issues for trivial nonsense and gotcha games.

Trump Maxed Out His Black Card!

Donald Trump decides to take the advice of Kellyanne Conway in changing direction in his struggling campaign.

The Detroit Free Press reports that Trump wants to "listen to your message."

Donald Trump stuck to a prepared script during a service held at Great Faith Ministries Church in Detroit before a predominately African American congregation.

As the service began, Trump could be seen near the front of the church swaying to  "What a Mighty God We Serve."

"This has been an amazing day for me," Trump said after taking the stage. He called the African American Christian community "one of God's greatest gifts to America" and said he was attending the religious service in Detroit on Saturday "to listen to your message -- and I hope my presence here today will help your message reach new voices."

The GOP presidential candidate appeared at Great Faith Ministries with former "Apprentice" contestant Omarosa Manigualt and former Republican presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson, a Detroit native. Trump later paid a quick visit to Carson's childhood home on South Deacon Street in southwest Detroit.

Trump didn't sidestep the question of race in his remarks. He said presently America sidelines "young black men with tremendous potential" and said "our entire country misses out when we are unable to harness the potential and energy of these folks."

Trump confirmed that he taped a one-on-one interview Saturday morning with Bishop Wayne T. Jackson on the pastor's Impact Network, the television network Jackson founded in 2010. Trump called it an "amazing interview" and, to wild cheers from the congregation, said Jackson's interviewing skills were "better than the people who are doing that professionally, I can tell you."



Is Trump too late in winning the Black vote?

He decides to "pivot" to Black America by attending a church in Detroit. He was given a warm reception inside. Unfortunately, the outside was full of protesters and it was pretty ugly out there.

A place where 85% of its residents are Black and the general wage is under $35,000 a year. A city in Michigan with a population of 695,000. A city constantly attacked by these "hateful assholes" who claim to be patriotic. Conservatives have made Detroit a target of their ire. They claim that Democrat policies were the reasons to why the city is on the downslide. Not the fact of manufacturing leaving the city, the rampant racism from White folks, and the hateful agenda of Republican governor Rick Snyder.

A city that sits on the edge of the Detroit River. A city that borders the city of Windsor, Canada.

Detroit is one of the many major port cities that connects Canada and the United States.

A pride of the world, Detroit was once the sixth largest city, it dropped to the 17th largest city in the United States. Crime and corruption reeks in the city. The federal government when it was controlled by Republicans refused to bail out the city during its bankruptcy crisis. It took almost four years to get back into the Black (figuratively speaking).

Philly Cop Wearing Nazi Gear!

Cop's tattoo sparked an outcry.

What you do at home is your business. You have the right to express your beliefs in this country.

Given the controversy facing a Philadelphia cop, he might want to get his union rep's number. The cop had an apparent Nazi-style tattoo. 

His arrests, pullovers and use of force will be questioned. It showed a bike-patrol officer with a tattoo on his left forearm of an apparent spread-winged eagle resembling a symbol used by the Nazis, and above it the tattooed word Fatherland in Gothic letters.

The Philadelphia Police Department said in a statement that it "does not condone anything that can be interpreted as offensive, hateful or discriminatory in any form."

The photo was posted Wednesday night on Facebook by a user named Evan Parish Matthews. The officer in the photo has a name badge saying "Lichtermann," and Matthews identified the officer in his Facebook post as Ian Hans Lichtermann. Matthews wrote that the photo was taken at a protest march during the Democratic National Convention in late July.

According to city payroll records, an officer whose name is Ian Lichterman joined the Police Department in April 2000 and left in August 2002. He returned in May 2003, records show, and his current salary as a police officer is about $72,000. It was not immediately clear why the records show a gap in his service or a name spelled differently from that on his uniform.

The officer hung up on a reporter when reached on his cellphone Thursday.

D.L. Hughley said that White extremists are getting trained through police and military recruitment. 

He said in declassified memo released by the Homeland Security that opportunities await for White extremists when they join the police force. Hughley said this when he had his combative interview with Megyn Kelly on Fox News. They were discussing the shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. Kelly changed the subject to focus on Michael Brown and the reaction towards the officer not being prosecuted. 

White Extremist Ran Over Black Teen!

White extremists decided to use a Black teen as a hood ornament. 

A road rage incident leads to a fight and then a hit and run. A young teen is dead and the man and his girlfriend involved in this altercation are going up the creek without a paddle.

Okay, where's Colin Flaherty and his statistics? The White nationalist who chronicles Black on White crime is a favorite among this so-called alt-right. This asshat Flaherty, internet creeper Matt Drudge and many others relish in race stories. They want to scare up White votes. They promote this new breed of conservative agitation.

It may have inspired this asshole and his girlfriend to commit a senseless act of violence.

Russell Courtier and his girlfriend  Colleen Hunt are facing murder charges after they ran over a Portland teen Larnell Bruce.

Larnell was apparently minding his own business when Courtier rolled up on him in his Jeep Wrangler. They get into a heated argument and according to a female acquaintance, this asshole Courtier slams Larnell's head into a 7-Eleven window. 

When Larnell was trying to defend himself with a machete knife, Courtier got into his vehicle and revved it up.  The couple turned left out of the parking lot, trying to run Larnell down. They missed the first time, as the teen turned to run the other way on the sidewalk.

According to a prosecutor’s affidavit, Courtier turned and chased Larnell “across oncoming lanes of traffic and then intentionally struck him with the front of the vehicle.” Police showed up within moments, finding the teen in the middle of the street with blood rushing from his head and ears. He’d be declared dead a couple of days later.

Gresham police spotted the Jeep shortly after it hit Larnell and pulled the pair over. Courtier and Hunt admitted to intentionally hitting the teen, according to police. A grand jury indicted them both for murder on August 18.

Teen lost his life to White extremist.

It’s not yet known exactly what started the fight or why Courtier allegedly chose to mow the teen down as he was running away. Authorities have yet to publicly release a motive, and witnesses at the scene told police they didn’t know of one.

Courtier has spent a significant chunk of his adult life in Oregon prisons for weapons and violent crimes. (He was on parole the night he killed Larnell, following a prison term for attacking a woman with a knife in 2013.) Courtier is also a long-time member of a white supremacist prison gang called European Kindred (EK).

EK began in 1998 at the Snake River Correctional Institution (SRCI) in Malheur County. Its founder, David Kennedy, wanted “to protect our own people in this joint,” the Southern Poverty Law Center quoted him as saying. The gang would soon spread to Oregon’s other prisons.

This tragedy should have been avoided. 

I am done sending my condolences to the victims. I just going to be basically blunt when I say this.

This man should be buried under a rock.... I don't know if Oregon has the death penalty, but if it did, this guy would have a place. I know the suspect is innocent until proven guilty, but should there be an ounce of sympathy for an unrepentant criminal?

Teen apparel store Abercrombie & Fitch will close 60 shops.

Abercrombie & Fitch is hanging by a thread. Ever since the Supreme Court laid the hammer on the company it's nosediving fast. The company lost a federal lawsuit issued by a woman who was fired out the cannon for wearing a hijab.

The decision now puts all retailers on notice about discriminating workers and potential hirers.

The teen themed retailer also tried to rebrand its image by rolling out its fall catalogue and trying make trendy discounts for the school year.

The company based out of New Albany, Ohio outside of Columbus has seen changes in the past three years. One being it's controversial CEO being fired out the cannon.

The former CEO Mike Jeffries and his boyfriend ruined the company. They instigated this policy where employees had to "look a certain way" in order to get a job at their stores. Often many people of color were rejected from the job because they didn't look the part. They would spend the company earning on lavish planes and boats. They would have the private plane and home decorated with hunky men wearing A&F clothes and cologne.

The company decided to close 60 stores across the U.S. and Canada. We don't know which ones would be affected

There's biggest obstacle is getting a former Sears Holding Group CEO to turn this company around.

Arthur Martinez, left Sears/Kmart after troubling years there. Now he's on board another sinking ship.

He's got two years to do something or he'll finding the cannon is ready to load him out too.

Sears has at leas than two years to turn around or face extinction. The company has struggled since the merger with Kmart. Now Kmart is on the verge of closing all their stores. Sears may soon follow.

A&F is still around but I'll give it at least five years before a new fad comes along and wipes this fad into the thrift stores.

Brock Turner Enrolled In Offender U!

Convicted rapist isn't truly free. He will have to register in Offender U for the rest of his life.

Brock Turner, the former Stanford University swimmer is out of the California lockup where he was spending three month bid in. He's heading back to Ohio to spend the rest of his life in hiding. He will now have to register in Offender U for the rest of his life.

Turner out on bail dodged the cameras and got into his attorney's vehicle. One of America's most hated men is now free to live his life. He will live his life under a watchful eye though.

Most Americans believed his privileged life got him off easy. If he was a person of color, they would lock the individuals up for the rest of their lives.

His sentence was criticized by the junk food media for being too damn light. The judge who handed Turner his fate faced harsh criticism. This became a national outcry over how the justice system treats sexual assault.

Turner who is 21 years old heads to his folks home in Dayton, Ohio. He will be heading to the local probation office to register his life to the state. Wherever he goes, that label will follow him.

State judge Aaron Persky faces the ire of voters. They want his ass gone. He fired himself out the cannon recently. Persky will not do criminal trials anymore. He will deal with traffic violations for the time being.

The judge said that Turner's actions left a "severe impact" on a promising future. That outraged the victim. Sexual assault victims often are shamed for the way they dress, the way they act around people and the actions they do while under the influence of alcohol.

Most rape victims never report to the law out of fear.

Reminder: The junk food media loves "hot teacher" stories. Some educators are sexually assaulting their students. Some of these educators are hot attractive white women. I have yet to see a "hot teacher" get a lengthy sentence for having a sexual encounter with a twelve year old child.

This needs to change.

Anyone accused of having rape a person should be charged with a crime. They should be convicted in a court of law. They are innocent until proven guilty of course. The court of public opinion shouldn't matter. The judge, prosecutor and jury are the things that matter.

RAPE IS RAPE.

Trump Played His Race Card!

When Colin Kaepernick sat in protest of the national anthem, he was ridiculed by the junk food media. Conservatives were calling him a NIGGER and telling him to go back to Africa. They wanted him to lose his football contract because he refused to stand for a song. He has a right to not stand for the national anthem and it's starting to become a movement.

When Donald Trump says he believe America's going to hell, he's winning praise from his supporters and those in the junk food media. These are very same ones who attacked Kaepernick for his stance.

Well this week Trump have went to Mexico to have a presser with the president Enrique Pena Nieto.

The Republican nominee had an opportunity to ease tensions with Mexico. It turns out he didn't. He is still determined to build the border wall and have Mexico pay for it.

Pena Nieto got a lot of blowback from this. He said to Trump directly that Mexico will not advocate property or costs for a border wall. Trump would have property destroyed in both countries to built this wall. Some parts of a Mexican highway goes into the United States. Tijuana which is at the south of San Diego has portions of road entering the United States.

International Parkway (Tijuana Ensenada Road) in Tijuana briefly goes through the U.S. for at least 1/2 mile.

Do you want Mexico to destroy the road, tear down businesses and homes to built a wall?

The international boundary between the U.S., Mexico and Canada pass through homes and businesses.

I doubt that.

His speech in Arizona also covered this week. He brought the mothers of victims murdered by immigrants out to express their support for Trump.

He took the hardline stance once again on handling immigration.

White extremists praised the speech. Some of Donald Trump's Latino supporters are dropping their endorsement of him.

Sean "Softball" Hannity and Laura Ingraham praised the speech because he stuck to the message and used a teleprompter. Hannity was notoriously mocking President Barack Obama for using them.

Donald Trump has often criticized using them. This new team of Kellyanne Conway and Stephen Bannon has gotten Trump back on the track.

The Trump people are trying to catch up from a horrible month of misfortunate. His chances has increased slightly. Trump has a 35% chance at winning the presidency.

Trump so far has 206 electoral votes. He has to win swing states like Florida, Colorado, Ohio and Nevada to become the President of the United States.

Fall Semester!

15 million jobs created so far under the nearly 8 years of Barack Obama's presidency.

So the jobs report is out for the month. For the month of August the jobs that were netted were 151,000. It gave the country over 1 million jobs so far.

The unemployment rate will stay at 4.9%. It fell below 5% earlier this year for the first time since 2008.

Wage growth slowed a bit after showing signs of momentum in previous months. Wages continue to stall and this is the reasons to why the U.S. economy recovery has not been felt by vast pockets of the population.

America's economic growth has averaged about 1% in the first half of this year. However, experts are hoping that growth will pick up in the second half.

The August job numbers are critical for the Federal Reserve, whose leaders hinted that they could use it as a guide in potentially raising the key interest rate.

When the conservative agitators say that 95 million Americans aren't working, I think about the actual reasons to why people aren't working.

For one thing, if you're not looking at the news lately, you're not noticing the wildfires, hurricane, floods, and tornadoes. You hear about the countless victims of gun violence. You hear about companies cutting

I think about the wildfires in Oregon, California, Wyoming, and Texas. I think about the floods in Louisiana. I think about the hurricanes hitting Florida and Hawaii. I think about the countless lives lost to gun violence in the United States. I think about the disastrous tornadoes tearing up the Midwest. I think about the lack of funding for roads and bridges.

Zendaya: Being Mary Jane!

Zendaya will play Mary Jane Watson in the Sony movie, Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Actress and singer Zendaya is best known for playing the Disney's sitcoms Shake It Up and K.C. Undercover. She is a slated to play Mary Jane Watson, in the upcoming movie Spider-Man: Homecoming. 

Marvel Entertainment and Sony Pictures will reboot the Spider-Man franchise with a movie slated for release in 2017 with British actor Tom Holland playing the role of the Spider-Man.

Also in the movie Robert Downey, Jr., who will reprise his role as Tony Stark (aka Iron Man) and Marisa Tomei who will play May Parker. Tyne Daly of Cagney and Lacey fame will have a role in the movie as well.

The actress confirms that she will be one of the love interest of Peter Parker (aka Spider-Man). At least one draft has clues that Zendaya playing the role of Mary Jane Watson. 

In the beginning, she was supposed to play Michelle, a classmate of Peter's. They changed that role and promoted Zendaya to play Mary Jane. 

Stan Lee, the legendary creator of Spider-Man and co-founder of Marvel Comics said Zendaya will do "great" in the role. 

"Homecoming" tells the story of Peter Parker as he deals with life as a crime-fighter and an ordinary high school student in Queens. 

Sony once again taking a gamble. The Interview and Ghostbusters were controversial movies were epic disasters at the box office.

The Interview was a controversial movie from Seth Rogen,James Franco and Randall Park. The country of North Korea hacked into the Sony accounts and shamed the executives. The CEO of Sony America was forced to apologize to President Barack Obama after it was revealed that she had said some racially offensive comments about him.
