The guy who pointed a firearm at residents is still alive. He is the under secretary for the U.S. Navy.
Looks like another person waving in the public a firearm is alive and well. While people like Alva Braziel are gunned down for waving a firearm, a top deputy for the U.S. Navy is alive and allowed to keep his firearm.
Although he will face a disciplinary hearing, Karnig Ohannessian will be able to walk the streets without an officer pulling him over and restraining him.
This happened in early July. It was recorded by a family and sent to CBS News. The Deputy Assistant Secretary to the Navy stands on a sidewalk in front of a two-story home.
He went to argue with the young men, telling them to leave and pointing his gun at them. A woman grabs her camera phone and tries to calm him down.
Fairfax County police came to the residence and arrested him. He was detained for a few hours and then released.
Ohannessian went silent after the junk food media found out he was the person who pointed the firearm at the young men.
The FBI is investigating a fatal shooting of two bailiffs at a courthouse.
As Black Lives Matter protests continue, we have a tragedy in St. Joseph, Michigan. There was a shooting at the Berrien County Courthouse.
Sheriff Paul Bailey, Governor Rick Snyder and President Barack Obama were notified about this incident. The incident happened when the terrorist, Larry Gordon got the drop on them.
He managed to grab their firearm and a fight ensued.
The terrorist managed to shoot the bailiffs. He shot them at point blank range. He also injured another deputy and an innocent victim waiting in the lobby.
The terrorist was going to take hostages. After a few moments of negotiation, other bailiffs got the drop on the terrorist. The bailiffs shot the terrorist as he tried to flee the courtroom.
He killed Joseph Zangaro and Ronald Kienzle, both retired officers and court appoint county deputies. Deputy James Atterberry was injured in the arm. He was treated and released.
The Michigan Department of Safety, the ATF and FBI are investigating the incident.
There were no warning signs from this terrorist.
Also it's reported that President Barack Obama and George W. Bush will attend a memorial for the slain Dallas Police and Dallas Area Rapid Transit officers killed by a terrorist. The terrorist lived with his mother. The FBI is probing the family. They believe that the family didn't tell the law.
White suspect kills two Michigan deputy bailiffs. Who's gonna get the blame for this?
An inmate in a Michigan managed to kill two state court bailiffs. He was killed. Now that it's over, who gets the blame?
Of course, the stakes are high. Those in law enforcement are on high alert of possible copycats.
This incident in Michigan will not be mentioned by the conservative agitators. You won't hear the comments about the suspect being a "thug". You won't see the conservatives troll the suspect's social media page to indicate that he was prone to violence.
Where's the outrage from Softball Hannity, old fart Limbaugh, loudmouth Bill Cunningham, Sheriff David Clarke, Kevin Jackson and all the concern trolls who want us to focus on gun violence in the Black community?
The victims.
By the way, I haven't forgotten about the shooting Chicago where two young children were seriously injured. I haven't forgotten about the shooting in Bristol, Tennessee where a terrorist murdered a newspaper delivery woman and injured two deputies. The terrorist was a Black man who was inspired by the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. There were police shootings in St. Louis County, Missouri, a police shooting Decatur, Illinois and East St. Louis, Illinois.
There were riots in St. Paul, Baton Rouge and Phoenix. The police used militarized tactical gear at the #BlackLivesMatter protests. The arrest of activist DeRay McKesson was also mentioned in the news.
So far, if I say all the names of the victims of gun violence, it be nearly impossible to correctly name the victims.
So I don't want to hear the concern troll nonsense about how the president doesn't address gun violence in Chicago.
World News Today send our condolences to the families of Joseph Zangaro and Ronald Kienzle.
The woman who captured the shooting of Philando Castile goes to the junk food media to clear his name. She denounces the conservative agitator's accuastions of him being a criminal by birth.
I watched ABC's The View and GMA today. The woman who filmed the fatal shooting of a Minnesota man which sparked outrage in the Black community came to the junk food media to denounce the tactics of conservatives. Conservatives are slandering the names of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling. They want to say they were involved in gangs and have lengthy criminal history.
They accused the men of disrespecting the law. They both had firearms on them. The cops put the work in them. Alton was on the ground. Philando was in his car.
Diamond "Lavish" Reynolds with her attorney were talking to the junk food media about how this impacted her. She said that the officer now identified as Jeronimo Yanez shot her boyfriend after he was trying to reach for his wallet. The officer and his lawyer deny this and claim that he was reaching for the firearm.
If it wasn't for the power of social media and camera phones, the police would cover up evidence and find ways to smear the victim. They often drive the narrative that Black suspects are often likely to be more dangerous to cops than White suspects.
Many comparisons come to mind. The Donald Trump rally in Las Vegas where a white man grabs the gun of an officer. He was not killed. He's sent to a psychological facility and later charged with a state crime. A white man rushes the stage at Trump rally in Dayton, Ohio. He was restrained and arrested. He was not killed. He is facing federal charges.
A former Stanford University swimmer raped an unconscious woman. He was charged and convicted of the crime. He was sentenced to 10 years in-house, 1 year in the iron college with time suspended, and a lifetime enrollment in Offender's U. No life without parole sentence. A former Indiana University student raped two women by penetrating their bodies when they were sleeping after being drunk. He was charged and convicted of the crime. He was sentenced to less than 5 years of in-house, an enrollment in Offender's U and payment to the victims. No life in the iron college without parole.
Answers. A police officer shot Philando Castile in front of Diamond Reynolds and her daughter.
Each crime sheds light on how Black suspects are harshly sentenced for criminal acts while Whites get easier sentences.
The fact that the junk food media is bringing up the traffic violations of Philando is disgusting. It's giving the public the notion that his death was justified.
It took the NRA over four days to finally react to the notion that Philando was a legally armed citizen. He had a conceal carry permit. The NRA supports open carry laws in many states.
Last night, I listened to this loudmouth Bill Cunningham. He is a conservative agitator from Cincinnati who hosts a radio program Monday through Fridays and nationally on Sundays. He also host a Jerry Springer-themed talk show on many CW and Fox stations.
He and many like him are concern trolling and blaming #BlackLivesMatter for the actions of a terrorist who killed five Dallas police officers. The terrorist was targeting White cops and the cries of reverse racism and Obama keep popping up in the internet community.
This Black extremist called Diamond Reynolds a Black bitch.
Kevin Jackson, this black conservative concern troll who has a blog and radio show called Diamond "Lavish" Reynolds, the woman who filmed her boyfriend being shot by a St. Anthony Police officer, a crazy bitch. He says that she failed to render aid and was so eager to post on social media how cops are bad. Of course, ignoring the fact that the officer told her not to move and she had the camera on throughout the aftermath of the shooting.
Cunningham, Jackson and many other conservatives assume that Philando Castile is the suspect in a robbery of a gas station. The ConservativeTreeHouse, a notorious white extremist website "confirms" that Philando was the suspect wanted in the robbery four days before the shooting. They claim that evidence of Diamond holding a pack of Newport cigarettes as proof.
They claim the robber took off with money and a few cartons of Newport cigarettes.
Whoopi Goldberg, Sonny Hostin and Joy Baher tore into Rudy Giuliani today. They said that for a White privileged asshole like the former mayor, he's sure one to talk. His rhetoric was not helpful in the time of mourning and Whoopi pointed out the White people marching holding the sign as well.
Whoopi said that if Black Lives Matter is a racist group why are Black and White people marching together.
A brave mom who posted an innocent photo of her child on social media got hit with death threats from a cop who runs a beat in suburban Kansas City.
If cops don't get rid of the problems, this cycle will continue. The Blue Wall of Silence is equal to the NO SNITCHIN' philosophy where a person won't tell the law about a criminal act. Even criminal acts within the police department are not often reported.
It's usually the old saying, "You should trust the cops!"
That was thrown out the window today.
A suburban Kansas City cop was fired out the cannon after he went to a Texas mom's social media page to word vomit his frustrations with #BlackLivesMatter and President Barack Obama.
Rodney Wilson has the right to appeal his cannon firing through his police union. But the backlash may eventually have him banned in Kansas. It may have him go to another department.
This officer won't have a job in Overland Park.
Wilson was a one year officer who decided to see how people are reacting to the fatal mass shooting of five Dallas cops by a terrorist. The terrorist was motivated by the shootings of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling. The terrorist believes that Whites and the junk food media are out to make Black Americans targets.
The mom LaNaydra Williams was served with a racially offensive posting on Facebook.
"We'll see how much her life matters soon... better be careful leaving your info open where she can be found :) hold her close tonight, it'll be the last time."
As a mother, she was surprised that an innocent picture of her child would be a threat on her life.
"For this guy to just come out of nowhere, just being disrespectful. How can you be an officer? How. How? It's unacceptable. For anyone but especially for a police officer. Cops like this don't value our lives and have the audacity to publicly comment on my child's picture," said LaNaydra Williams.
The chief of Overland Park Police Francis Donchez, Jr. said that this behavior is unacceptable and he personally apologized to LaNaydra and her daughter India, by which Wilson was singling out.
LaNaydra says that this action caused by Wilson makes the case that Blacks are coming under attack by the badge. "I'll just say he was one bad cop, Not all of them are like that. I don't think [my daughter] thinks they're all like that either way. She loves the police."
By the way, the ladies of The View and many others are slamming Rudy Giuliani for making the condescending notion that "Black parents never tell their children on how to respect the police."
What got him in trouble was this vile posting.
He went out his way to say #BlackLivesMatter is racist.
You see people who are Black, White, Hispanic, Muslim, immigrant and victims of police brutality speak out against injustices. Often conservatives dismiss their concerns.
They conclude that #BlackLivesMatter is responsible for the deaths of cops, Black victims of gun violence and turmoils in the country.
They often blame President Barack Obama for inciting violence against cops.
They claim that liberals hate the law and whatever else they vomit in the comment section.
Conservatives don't respect the law enforcement either.
The Republican Party is trying to strip them of their bargaining rights. Republican police chiefs and unions leaders rack up millions of dollars to take luxury trips and soapbox for approval of conservative agitators.
The Republicans won't pass a simple background check law to keep firearms out the hands of the criminally insane. It gives the law more time spent trying to stop a mass shooter.
The junk food media constantly brings up the unarmed Black suspect's criminal history to say it's a justifiable killing.
All off the backs of the hard working men and women of law enforcement.
World News Today wishes LaNaydra Williams and her daughter well on their journey. The freedom of speech comes with a price. Your offensive statements could have you in deep trouble with your job or the law. That's why they created the websites HelloRacist and RacistGettingFired.
Gucci Mane (left) is working with Drake on a collaboration album. Producers Zaytoven and Mike Will Made It are featured with the two entertainers.
Is there going to be another What A Time To Be Alive in the works?
Mega producer Zaytoven confirms that he, Mike Will Made It, Southside (Sizzle), Metro Boomin' and 40 Shahib are working with Drake and the slimmer Gucci Mane.
Drake has proven to be the "Golden Child". He and Future released the joint mixtape and it immediately went to Number 1 on Billboard. It became Future's second major release in the top ten.
It sparked the major hits, Jumpman, Big Rings and Digital Dash.
Drake's Views album is still the Number 1 album on Billboard's top album releases. It sold 5 million and streamed over 40 million times. The album doesn't have any collaborations from Cash Money or Young Money.
Views is pretty much the top selling album of the year.
Gucci Mane also said that he will release Everybody's Looking on July 22 through APPLE Music.
The War of Meek-Drizzy was in the news last year.
Around this time, Drake was being called out by Meek Mill over having a ghostwriter. The rapper went to social media to blast the Canadian rapper for being "soft" and "having people writing his lyrics".
Drake wasted no time responding to Meek. He laid two hammers on the rapper. Charged Up and Back 2 Back destroyed Meek's credibility and left memes.
Gucci Mane served a 35 month bid in the federal time out for having weapons under disability. He managed to skirt 20 years in federal time out. He was busted in 2013 for binging on cocaine and alcohol. He would go through the streets of Atlanta acting erratically with a firearm.
He would be admitted to the hospital before being taken into custody.
Upon his release from time out, he was issued a bracelet and ordered to serve at least five years of supervised in-house. He can't cause no federal or state criminality or he'll head back for the remaining.
Also there's a mild controversy still trending with Guwop. He's being called a clone. This happened to be float around about the rapper's dramatic weight loss.
He lost 80 lbs and doesn't look like the normal. People are saying he's not Gucci because of the infamous ice cream tattoo on his face. The tattoo is clearly on his face.
The failed 2008 Republican presidential candidate and serial finger wagger Rudy Giuliani was on GOP Sundays blaming #BlackLivesMatter for the deaths of five Dallas police officers.
Giuliani was playing the concern troll today with this.
He basically called the group racist.
Giuliani added that "When you say black lives matter, that's inherently racist."
The inflammatory rhetoric from Giuliani isn't helpful. When he appeared on CBS "Face The Nation", Giuliani had little to say about the fatal encounters of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, but he had a lot to say about the terrorist who murdered five Dallas officers.
"The real danger to them, 99 out 100 times, is other Black kids who are going to kill them," Giuliani said.
The closest estimate the FBI's 2014 homicide data, which said Black victims are killed by other Black people 90% of the time. The rate of White on White crime, the stats says is 82%.
Giuliani says that "the real danger" in the African American community is Black kids.
Will someone please put a cork in this asshole's mouth.
Officers involved in shooting of Philando Castile are in the freezer pending a state and federal investigation.
The junk food media media released the name of the officer who shot Philando Castile.
Jeronimo Yanez is right now in the freezer pending a state and federal investigation into the encounter that lead to the deadly shooting. He was filmed by Diamond "Lavish" Reynolds with his gun drawn and Philando bleeding after Yanez shot him four times in the arm.
Yanez is an officer for the village of St. Anthony. The other officer in response to Yanez's call is Joseph Kauser. He was the officer who approached the vehicle from the passenger side.
Yanez was said to be crying hysterically. He knows "he fucked up".
Speaking through his attorney, Yanez stated that he believed that Philando was reaching for his firearm. The video released by Diamond said that he was trying to get his wallet.
The Daily Mail has reported that police scanner audio seems to indicate that Yanez pulled Philando over because he "just looked like the type of people involved in a robbery".
The law was looking for a suspect who was involved in a robbery.
The dispatch audio:
"I'm going to stop a car. I'm going to check IDs. I have reason to pull it over."
"The two occupants just look like people that were involved in a robbery," the man in the audio adds.
"The driver looks more like one of our suspects, just 'cause of the wide set nose".
Is this Philando Castile? Conservatives claim that the gas station robbery suspect is the man shot by St. Anthony Police.
A local junk food agitator reports that police traffic stated that the pull over was for suspicious activity. The usual excuse for an unlawful pull over is a taillight violation or failure to signal at 100 feet.
Yanez and Kauser didn't wear body cameras. The dash camera footage wasn't released to the public as of yet.
Another thing that got my attention, is the accusations of Philando being a "gang member" and alleged suspect in a robbery at a local gas station.
Philando was a conceal carry citizen. He had a right to have a firearm in the state of Minnesota.
Diamond in the video told the officer that he was a conceal carry citizen. Minnesota has an open carry law with a permit. He has a legal right to own a firearm.
He was a good guy says the family. He wasn't a robbery suspect.
Jim Hoft (The Gateway Pundit), The Conservative Treehouse, Charles Johnson of GotNews are spreading this rumor of Philando being a gang member associated with The Crips. They claim that he was the suspect in a local robbery. Conservatives "jump to conclusions" just as bad as liberals.
The Daily Mail reports that Philando has minor traffic offenses. Okay, that justifies the shooting.
If they listen to the video, you hear Diamond say that her boyfriend, "isn't a criminal". He said that he works and isn't a gang member.
His family slammed the notion that Philando was a criminal. They said that he was a food preparer for a local school and has worked most of his life.
Conservatives again are quick to place the fault of the shooting on Philando.
So having traffic violations automatically makes you a criminal?
Being similar to a suspect in a robbery makes you a criminal?
World News Today send our condolences to the families of the Dallas police officers, Philando Castile, Alton Sterling, Alva Braziel and Dylan Noble.
Sheriff David Clarke, Jr. of Milwaukee County is an outspoken concern troll. When he's not doing his job as top cop of Milwaukee County, he goes to Fox News or AM agitators to bitch and bemoan about Black America's grievances with law enforcement. He's trying to sweep issues like this under the rug. I had to respond to this.
Let me rap with you, "honorable" Sheriff David, Clarke, Jr of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
Brotha, you and me have a problem.
Sheriff Clarke, you share one thing in common with Maricopa County, Arizona sheriff Joe Arpaio and Butler County, Ohio's Richard T. Jones: It's the disregard for the right to protest injustices caused by those in law enforcement.
I am from Dayton, Ohio, a city that has a population of 141,000 residents. A city struggling with the rise of gun violence in the Black community. I am a Black man in my mid-30s, single and working.
I work two jobs and try to live a normal life. I know I am far from perfect. I had minor traffic violations. I know people who have criminal history.
I am certain that you'll never meet me and sure enough I'll never meet you. I can tell you that seeing you on television kind of makes me wonder if you're just showboating for attention while your community is grappling.
From the day, you appeared on many outlets in the junk food media, you've been on this "Cosby" theme rant about how Black America needs to respect those who wear the badge.
Do you understand that even respecting the badge allows you and many others commit atrocities against unarmed Black men and women?
I've been the victim of racial profiling. I know friends who've been profiled by law enforcement.
You often single out Black Lives Matter, President Barack Obama, former Attorney General Eric Holder, current Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Rev. Al Sharpton and Rev. Jesse Jackson as the enablers of police shootings.
No one I know personally or professionally want police officers to be killed. However, I do want police officers and supervisors held accountable for conduct.
Seriously, the President of the United States and those who protest aren't responsible for the actions of one man.
It's like saying a right wing terrorist shooting up a Black church is the fault of conservative agitators like Fox News, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Matt Drudge and Rush Limbaugh. They have nothing to do with the acts of that guy but it's often the blame of the rhetoric you place on the feet of Black Lives Matter.
So is it fair to compare that terrorist to the protesters?
Is it fair to compare the Tea Party to terrorists?
Given the rise of Black Lives Matter in the wake of Trayvon Martin, Eric Garner and Michael Brown, the Black community has awaken to a reality that you've often ignored.
Black Lives Matter doesn't condone violence against police officers. They mourn the deaths of police officers just like the rest of America. They just want those who kill unarmed citizens of color held accountable for their actions.
Black people are under attack. We're under attack by a system that constantly undermines our achievements, our successes and our goals. A system where if you are a person of color, you might face a sentence harsher than a White person. If you're confronted by the law while holding a firearm, if you're a Black person (suspect or lawful citizen), you're likely to be detained or killed by an officer because he feared for his life.
Say if I committed a sexual assault on person, I would be put in prison for LIFE without a chance for parole. People like Brock Turner and John Enochs get off with lighter sentences. Their excuse, "foolish misbehaving" and "innocent mistakes".
Black people are often guilty before proven innocent. See when Freddie Gray was detained, conservatives and people like you would bring up previous encounters with the police or use their social media postings to justify arrest, detainment or death.
Racial disparities in the criminal justice system is real. Black people by an astonishing amount believe that they have been either a victim or know a victim of racial profiling.
Black people are often stopped by law enforcement far more than Whites. It's often a minor traffic offense like a turn signal that causes officers to unlawfully search your vehicle without consent.
I question the reason why I'm being pulled over regardless of me being guilty or innocent. I do not consent to vehicle or home searches. If they search my vehicle or home regardless of what I say and they destroy my property, the police never pay for the damages of my properties.
I often asked for their name and badge. I often let them know that I have a conceal carry license.
Now I do have a dash camera in my vehicle. I will inform any officer that I am recording them if they are to pull me over for any infraction. I want them to know that I respect my rights as well as their jobs as servants of public safety.
I often get threats of being pulled over or ticketed (or even jailed) for "smarting off" to police.
It's not illegal to "smart off" to the police. As long as I don't place my hands on that officer, it's their job to take it like a professional.
I don't know the victims of gun violence in Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, Cleveland, Los Angeles, New York or Atlanta. I don't know the names of all the victims of Black on whatever violence.
When Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) and many Democrats led off this showboating for a simple up and down vote on banning those on the "no fly list" to obtain firearms, you gracefully appeared on television denouncing them as glorified politicians who ignore their own respectful districts.
Let me get this straight: If you are willing to read off all the names of gun violence this year alone, I would probably take a very long time to give out the correct names. Mind you that gun violence is everyday.
Many of these gun crimes are usually committed by a person who knows someone.
Everyday a person is going to lose their life to a gun. Regardless of criminal or unintentional acts.
I don't hear you mention the astonishing amount of accidental deaths by firearms. A mother in your county was killed by her own son. A licensed firearm trainer in Loveland, Ohio was killed by a student who didn't know how to hold the trigger right. A woman who posted on social media about her love for guns was shot by her son and barely survived. A woman who murdered her neighbor in a feud was just nabbed by the feds.
These incidents managed to grab the attention but faded into the limelight.
Every time a mass shooting happens in the United States, you stand firm with the conservatives and White extremists in stopping gun control measures.
In the same breathe, you want to take away firearms from law abiding Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims.
You call Black suspects: Thugs.
You call Hispanic suspects: Illegal Immigrants.
You call Muslims suspects: Terrorists.
You call White suspects: Liberal Democrats.
All these labels aren't productive. It's deflection. You stand firm in deflecting the real issues facing not just Black America, the but the country as a whole.
GUN VIOLENCE. IT'S THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
Being a cop is a thankless job. You wake up everyday and put on the uniform of your jurisdiction to serve and protect the citizens of your community.
We thank all those who serve dutifully as members of law enforcement. You are certainly thanked for your job as Milwaukee County sheriff.
However, there's a problem with you.
You're too busy on Fox News or some conservative agitator's program bitching. You waste taxpayer money getting on this soapbox about how Black America is failed by policies that longed happened before we had Barack Obama elected as the president.
I seriously believe you're jealous of the president. You wish you could be him. Too bad, no sane Black person would ever elected you to a higher officer other than a sheriff.
I know President Barack Obama has a thick skin and doesn't really care what you think of him.
If I was him, I would say to my staff in the White House: "Who the hell is this carnival barker on television?"
If I was Obama, I would tell the junk food media any mention of your name is "I never heard of him".
Example: "David Clarke, sheriff of Milwaukee County. Never heard of him!"
The president ignores carnival barkers like you, Donald Trump, Matt Drudge, Rush Limbaugh and Softball Hannity.
You guys offer nothing to help America. All you do is bitch and bemoan about issues.
You can't save the world if you're on the sidelines bitching.
Get with the program, the Black community is tired of the sidelines. It's out in the open.
You want to stand against us. Fine.
But be aware of your position. The voters are noticing it. And sooner or later, you may be eventually a full time contributor to Fox News instead of the sheriff of Milwaukee County.
Man shot and killed by law enforcement in open carry Texas.
Is there a war on Black people or a war on cops?
The junk food media is spreading the flames to the long hot summer.
Rep. G.K. Butterfield (D-NC) said that Congress must act on gun violence and police reform or this could inspire more attacks on not only law enforcement but all Americans.
The fatal shootings of Dallas Police officers was sparked by a terrorist who had hatred of White people (especially White cops). The names of the officers were released. Bret Thompson, Patrick Zamarripa, Michael Krol, Michael Smith, and Lorne Ahrens were murdered by this cold hearted terrorist.
The motives of this terrorist were sparked by the fatal encounters of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. These two men had legal right to carry firearms but the officers fired upon him.
The officers who shot these men are in the freezer. The FBI and Attorney General Loretta Lynch are investigating the incidents.
And here we go again. Social media is flooded with the name of a man who was fatally shot by Houston Metro Police.
Alva Brazel was killed in the early morning. This happened when the officers ordered him his revolver down. The police were dispatched to an incident in which they claim a Black man was waking in the middle of the road with his revolver.
He pointed it in the air and the officers let him have it. They shot him 10 times and he was killed immediately.
In the state of Texas, it's open carry. He had the right to carry his firearm in the public without any fear of arrest. Somehow it's only good if you see White people carry firearms in public.
But if a Black man has a revolver (not a high powered M15 assault weapon), it's still grounds for kill.
The officers were in danger.
The officers in the freezer after this. The Texas Department of Safety and Harris County district attorney are investigating the incident. The U.S. Justice Department and FBI will be notified of this situation.
World News Today send our condolences to families of the murdered Dallas Cops and Alva Braziel.
The U.S. Justice Department and the California Attorney General Kamala Harris are looking into the fatal shooting of Dylan Noble.
In the wake of two unarmed Black men being shot by the law, this incident happened. This was overshadowed by the terrorist attack in Dallas. The terrorist killed four officers after he get upset with the law kill unarmed Black men.
The nation is mourning the deaths of the officers alongside the deaths of Alton Sterling and Philadno Castile. Now we can add Dylan Noble to the list of men killed by the Fresno Police being unarmed.
The shooting happened last month but it was brought to major attention yesterday after someone posted the encounter on social media. The officers had body cameras on them. The police and district attorney won't release the video.
This was a traffic stop. The law was tipped about a man walking with a rifle around the afternoon of June 25. They observed a black pickup truck speeding as they searched the area. They pulled over the truck after a 1/2 mile. The truck pulled over at the Chevron gas station.
The officers pulled him out of his vehicle and ordered him to get on the ground. The cops claimed that he was saying "he wanted to die" and "he hated his life".
Dylan was lying on the ground as two officers with their guns drawn stand feet away from him. As the officers yell, "Keep your hands up" and other commands. Then one shot is fired.
Seconds later, a third officer arrives and then more shots. Noble screaming in pain saying "I've been shot".
The witness video doesn't show the moments of the fatal encounter. But the video in which he was shot was clear as day.
The officers defend their actions. Police chief Jerry Dyer said Dylan raised his shirt twice and had his left hand and used his right hand to reach under his shirt into his waistband. The officers feared for his life.
The body cameras will show what exactly what happened. They were standing 12 to 15 feet away.
The officers were not named at the time of the shooting. One of the officers had 20 years and the other had 17 years of experience on the beat.
Of course, he was a White male and it sparked the local racial agitators. Some of his friends and residents of Fresno came out in support and protest of the event. The "Justice for Dylan" was cheered by residents.
Some of the racial agitators there in attendance were wearing "WHITE LIVES MATTER" t-shirts and others were driving with the Confederate flag.
The use of lethal force in a two minute encounter has sparked another debate over trigger happy lawmen.
#BlackLivesMatter is not a group. It's a movement.
It calls for police reform, an end to military style policing, more training for officers, accountability for officers who fatally shoot unarmed citizens, harsher penalties for those who attack LGBT Americans and an end to profiling Black, Hispanic and Muslim Americans.
It's hated by the conservatives and police unions. They believe the rhetoric is anti-cop and anti-White.
Conservatives always try to blame the fatal shootings of police officers on #BlackLivesMatter.
World News Today send our condolences to Dylan Noble.
The tragic shooting in Dallas may end President Barack Obama's trip to the European Union for a NATO summit. The president is clearly upset over the lost of lives in another mass shooting.
All the good news of the June job numbers were scrubbed by the ongoing blame game of mass shootings.
The June jobs report say that 287,000 jobs were added just a few weeks before Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton take their crowns as the party's nominees.
The unemployment rate has risen to 4.9%. It happens when more unemployed Americans go back into the workforce looking for a stable job.
The May jobs report was a disappointment. It gave the markets some major worry. The United Kingdom's divorce from the EU has also cast instability across the world markets.
The economy is making strives.
Again, you will have your critics. They will continue to push this false narrative that 94 million American aren't working and the usual the economy is in free fall.
Let me be clear. Here's the things that contribute to people not working.
Stay at home parents
Just quit their jobs
Retired workers
Those in prison
Under 16
In college or high school
Dead
Born
