Curtains For Paula Deen!

Nosedive for celebrity chef.

The controversy finally taken its toll. The celebrity chef was fired from The Food Network after it was revealed that she had said racial slurs towards her Black patrons.

The Southern based chef Paula Deen was embroiled in a huge controversy. According to a lawsuit, the celebrity chef went into a verbal tirade against Blacks. She was known to utter a racial slur about them.

Is there hope That Guy Who Helped Obama Win will give Deen an exclusive interview?

Will Chief Roger get a network together and call it Dine?

Are you accepting of Paula Deen's apology?

Well the news is getting worse. The Chicago Tribune says the impending loss of Deen's broadcast deal represents a potentially huge setback for a television personality who has built an empire on high calorie food, with cookbooks and restaurants in her native Georgia and other states.

The Food Network said in a statement it "will not renew Paula Deen's contract when it expires at the end of this month."

A spokeswoman declined further comment but the network, which is owned by Scripps Network Interactive Inc, said on Thursday it "does not tolerate any form of discrimination and is a strong proponent of diversity and inclusion."

The network's decision to drop Deen was announced hours after she failed to make a scheduled appearance on the NBC television morning show "Today" to discuss the controversy. She later apologized on video that was posted online.

"I want to apologize to everybody for the wrong that I've done. I want to learn and grow from this," Deen said in one video posted on YouTube and other websites.

The controversy surrounding Deen erupted earlier this week when a deposition was released in transcript form in which Deen, who is white, was asked if she had used the "N-word," and responded, "Yes, of course."

Asked about the epithet in the deposition, Deen said she had used the slur when describing, probably to her husband, how a black man robbed a bank where she was working in the 1980s. She said she had used the word since, "but it's been a very long time."

A former employee of Paula Deen Enterprises, Lisa Jackson, is suing Deen and her brother, Earl "Bubba" Hiers, in federal court alleging racial and sexual discrimination in the workplace. The deposition was related to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that, while discussing with Jackson plans for Hiers' 2007 wedding, Deen said she wanted a "true southern plantation-style wedding." She went on to say in the lawsuit, she would like to see "n-word" wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties. You know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around," Deen said, according to the lawsuit.

'PLENTY OF MISTAKES'

In one video message posted on Friday to YouTube, Deen apologized to "Today" host Matt Lauer for failing to show up for her interview, as she tried to reach out directly to the public.

"I want people to understand that my family and I are not the kind of people that the press is wanting to say we are," Deen said in that message.

In another video statement posted on YouTube and other websites, Deen said she had made "plenty of mistakes along the way."

"But I beg you, my children, my team, my fans, my partners, I beg for your forgiveness," she said.

Deen did not directly mention the lawsuit or her deposition in either of the two widely shared video statements.
You can't butter the public!
A spokeswoman for Deen did not return calls or an e-mail seeking comment.

Howard Bragman, vice chairman of the reputation management service Reputation.com, told Reuters the chef "needs to be honest, emotional and convincing."

"She's never going to come back whole, she's never going to come back to where she once was," Bragman said in a phone interview. "Do I think she can salvage some measure of a career? Yes I do, there's a lot of people who still like her - the butter manufacturers of America. But she's never going to come back whole."
Long before becoming a celebrity chef, in 1989 Deen started out of her home a catering service called The Bag Lady. It later became the critically acclaimed restaurant The Lady and Sons in Savannah, Georgia.

Her show "Paula's Home Cooking" debuted on The Food Network in 2002 and her program "Paula's Best Dishes" premiered in 2008. She had a longstanding love for butter as an ingredient, but after revealing last year that she had Type 2 diabetes, she became a paid spokeswoman for drug maker Novo Nordisk and introduced light recipes.

GOP official’s racist attack latest proof we need direct elections | Republican News Watch: GOP official’s racist attack latest proof we need direct elections

By DOUG IBENDAHL • June 20, 2013

On Wednesday morning, Republican News Watch published the racist email rant we received from Montgomery County GOP Chair Jim Allen. By late Wednesday afternoon, Mr. Allen had officially been cut loose from Rodney Davis’ congressional campaign, and on Thursday Mr. Allen was forced to relinquish his county chairman post.

This is all very positive news of course. One bad player is off the field and can no longer level vile attacks against good people – at least not in an official capacity. It will be difficult for Mr. Allen to inflict further damage on our party.

Erika Harold Attacked By Jim (RACIST) Allen...

Paula Deen Uttered Racial Slurs Towards Blacks!

Celebrity chef Paula Deen with NBC News reporter/weatherman Al Roker. The chef is in hot water for uttering racial slurs about bad clients and President Barack Obama. The celebrity chef has taken herself away from the spotlight after it was revealed that she said NIGGER around a Black worker.

The queen of cuisine is under fire for saying racial slurs about Black people.

Deen an American cook, cooking show host, restaurateur, author, actress and Emmy Award-winning television personality. Deen resides in Savannah, Georgia, where she owns and operates The Lady & Sons restaurant with her sons, Jamie and Bobby Deen. She has published fourteen cookbooks.

She was diagnosed with Type II diabetes after her food gotten the best of her health.

Reports that Deen is having not only this controversy but a feud with chef Anthony Bourdain.

He commented in 2011 that he "would think twice before telling an already obese nation that it's OK to eat food that is killing us."

On January 17, 2012, Deen announced that she had been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes three years before, a disease for which a high-calorie diet is a major contributing factor.

It was also disclosed that Deen is a paid spokesperson for the Danish pharmaceutical company Novo Nordisk, whose main export is insulin.

She was called a hypocrite for continuing to promote her high-sugar diet while only disclosing her medical condition when it benefited her in representing the drug company to market their diabetes management program.

It was alleged in a lawsuit against Deen that "In the presence of Ms. Jackson and Uncle Bubba's restaurant manager and a vendor, Bubba Hiers stated they should send President Obama to the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico so he could nigger-rig it."

According to the court documents, the plaintiff stated that she was appointed by Deen to handle the catering and staff for Bubba's wedding in 2007, and she asked Deen what the servers should wear; "Well what I would really like is a bunch of little niggers to wear long-sleeve white shirts, black shorts and black bow ties, you know in the Shirley Temple days, they used to tap dance around," the plaintiff alleged Deen told her.

"Now, that would be a true Southern wedding wouldn't it? But we can't do that because the media would be on me about that."

In the case Lisa Jackson has brought against Deen, the chef stated in her deposition that she has used the "N Word" at times, saying "Yes, of course" she did, and also acknowledged making racist jokes, though she claims she is not racist. "It's just what they are—they're jokes ... most jokes are about Jewish people, rednecks, black folks. ... I can't determine what offends another person."

Now what do you think of Paula Deen and her position on The Food Network?

She's taken a leave of absence after the controversy blew up.

Ohio Mom Killed In Gunfire!

Da'Lyne Foster was killed by a gunman after a fight. She was pregnant and the medics had to deliver her child. The child is fighting for his life.

In my community there's talk of a tragedy.

A mother of three and one expecting was killed this week in Dayton, Ohio after a gunman fired upon a crowd after they've gathered to see a fight.

The mother was an innocent bystander and was shot through the chest into her heart. She was pregnant and the medics had to rush her to the hospital to deliver her baby early. The baby is fighting for his life.

She was 27-years old and was attending Sinclair Community College. She was trying to move her life forward.

Dayton police are searching for the killer and witness are slowly coming forward.

In that area known as the DeSoto Bass Homes, it's one of the government instituted housing projects.

In regards that area and my friends and the formers, I knew this woman named Ashley Clack.

She was a former girlfriend at the time. I won't say I've hadn't had a enjoyable time with the woman but her history speaks for what goes on in that neighborhood.

I have dated Clack for some time and it wasn't one of my pleasant experiences with her. She was an ignorant young woman and later an ignorant young mother.

Like my former best friend Charles Barrett, this young woman relished on the ignorance of Black America to survive.

I don't speak volumes of those who lived in the housing projects. But for all who lived there and witnessed this fight, they're obviously at least a dozen who know the killer.

The Dayton Daily News is covering the story.

A baby boy, who was delivered after his mother was shot to death by a stray bullet, was in critical condition Thursday — the day his mother’s doctors planned to induce labor.
Ohio mom, Da'Lyne was expecting her fourth child. A cold blooded killer took that opportunity away from her.
The boy had not been named and his grandmother has been at his side since his birth, Dayton homicide Sgt.  Richard Blommel said. The boy is the son of Da’Lyne Foster, 27, who was a bystander during an escalating series of physical confrontations around the DeSoto Bass housing project near Stewart Street on Wednesday.

“We’re thankful for that small miracle. It could have been worse,” Blommel said about the baby’s birth.

Foster, a mother of three other children, is Dayton’s 15th homicide of 2013. In 2011, 38 people were murdered and last year 28 people died in homicides.

Just hours before Foster was shot, she posted this phrase on her Facebook account: “God has a reason for allowing things to happen. We may never understand his wisdom…”

Blommel described Foster as both a “friend of one of the combatants” and an “innocent bystander” struck in the chest when someone began firing at a car that was leaving the scene.

There is a person of interest in the case, a 45-year-old man, and police have the gun he was carrying at the time Foster was shot, Blommel said. Ballistics experts will compare the gun to a bullet recovered during Foster’s autopsy, he said.

The original disturbance started between two women who lived in DeSoto Bass. One had just moved in with her boyfriend and the other was his ex-girlfriend, Blommel said.

As the conflict escalated, participants began calling in friends and relatives and an unruly crowd formed.
“It was a very volatile situation,” Blommel said.

A police report examined by the Dayton Daily News showed that officers were called to 24 Bragg Place about 7:18 p.m. on the report that “people were pushing one another and getting ready to fight.” As officers drove to the scene, they were told that some people had guns, the report said.

When police arrived, no one was physically fighting, but some people were yelling at each other. After the officers calmed people down, they were approached by residents from 24 Bragg and 40 Bragg, the report said.

Shaquala Martin, who lives at 24 Bragg, said she needed a police report, because Britney Boyd, a resident at 40 Bragg, had allegedly broken her window. Police saw shattered glass around the storm door at Martin’s home. Martin told police that she had been having problems about Martin’s boyfriend, Davionte Jones, the report said.

Martin said she was outside her apartment with her son when Boyd and her family members started calling her names. She initially ignored them, but later agreed to fight Boyd. During that fight, one of Boyd’s friends joined in, so Martin fled back to her apartment and shut the door, she told police.

Officer Jacob Rillo reported that he ordered both Martin and Boyd to leave the area for the night to prevent further fights. Neither woman expressed any interest in prosecuting the other for the fight, and Martin was “just upset about her window being broken,” the report said.

Police monitored the situation, but left the area to take other calls, Blommel said.

Just before 9 p.m., several people called 911 to report Foster’s shooting. One caller said Foster was hit “right near the heart. And she’s pregnant.” Another reported that “they were shooting in the air.”

Foster, who was past term and scheduled to be induced today, was pronounced dead at 9:19 p.m. Wednesday. The baby was delivered via C-section sometime overnight at Miami Valley Hospital’s Emergency and Trauma Center by an emergency and trauma team, according to hospital officials

The Dayton Daily News also reports the constant problems with that housing projects. They're were more than enough calls placed to this complex this year. Neighboring residents are getting fed up with it.

As the second round of disturbances built up, one man fired a gun several times in the air, causing a large crowd of people to run north out of the Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority complex and across Stewart Street, with one group of people chasing another, Blommel said.

The man who fired into the air is not the person of interest in Foster’s death, Blommel said.

Some of the people who were fleeing got into a car, but were surrounded by the crowd. They would not move to let them leave. Someone in the car pulled out a gun and started firing into the air to disperse the crowd and the car began to move. Then someone started firing at the car, and Foster, who was standing nearby, was struck, Blommel said.

The person of interest is the father of one of the “original combatants,” and was carrying a small-caliber handgun, Blommel said. Ballistics testing is necessary as there were several people carrying guns at the scene, he said.

The person of interest was not arrested or booked into the county jail. He did give statements to police, but Blommel declined to comment on what he said.

Family members at the hospital declined to talk about the shooting.
DeSoto Bass Courts sits off Ohio Highway 4 near Interstate 75 in Dayton, Ohio.

The DeSoto Bass Courts is the oldest public housing complex in the Dayton area. This, the Eagle Ridge and the Northland Village housing complexes cater to the majority of poor Black residents. Sometimes they cater to the poor White and Hispanic residents. These areas are prone to constant gun violence.

Conservatives/White supremacists associate public housing with Black or President Barack Obama. They considered the residents of public housing "animals" and "primates" because of the constant violence that occurs in those areas.

Despite the very few who would talk to police. The residents of these areas have a shaky relationship with the Montgomery County Sheriff and Dayton Police.

One of the complexes is close to the Montgomery County Sheriff's office. The DeSoto Bass complex is about a mile from one of the regional Dayton Police stations.

I for one would love to see these public housing places go down. I would rather see the Black family in a single family home instead of a bedbug infested hell hole. I don't want to see the Black family suffer with constant turmoils of gun violence, HIV/AIDS, STDs, domestic violence and poverty.

I don't want the Black family to view the police as an enemy. I know that police view Black men as natural born criminals and that's not fair. But if there's a problem, obviously I will call the police.

I would love to see the Black family use all the resources their taxpayers offer.

So what's the point of "NO SNITCHIN'" if you're paying for the police officers salaries?

I've said it best: Ignorance brings the worst in people. This incident is an example of the ignorance of Black America. For one thing, if you're going to bring a gun to a fist fight, obviously a gun is going to win.

The bullet has no eyes and it always hits a target.

An outpouring of sympathy comes from her friends on her Facebook page.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Da'Lyne Foster.

Here's the graphic video posted on the social networks about the fight and another one that was post by an Android phone.

Of course me saying Android phone and housing projects is going to be an example of what conservatives call welfare queens in Cadillacs.

Illinois GOP Chairman Calls Black Republican A Hoe!

Ericka Harold, a Black Republican candidate for Congress is called a prostitute and a mixture of racial quotas. Her own political party was the ones throwing out the comments toward her.

First there was Tim Scott. Then there was Allen West. They were the first Black Republicans to hold a position as elected members of Congress.

Scott represented the 1st Congressional District in South Carolina until he was recently promoted to become a U.S. Senator for the state. He currently is running for reelection.

West on the other hand represented the 22nd District in Florida. He ended up losing his election to a moderate Democrat. He's signaled he may run for the seat once again. He is currently on Loserville.

Those were the first in many. They're Black Republicans. And there's more to come.

There was Mia Love, Angela McGlowan, Michael L. Williams, Vernon Parker, Herman Cain and Neal Boyd. Each of these Black Republicans lost either in the general election against a Democrat or Republican.

You know I get tired of this parallel from these guys.

Anytime I hear a Black Republican scream about the "Democrat Party" being the party of slavery, I look at them and just shake my head. I see these NEGROS are emboldened in the past and not the future.

Instead of getting over their racial angst with the Democrats, they double time on the stupidity.

Forgotten a simple fact: The Democratic Party has nominated and the American people elected the first Black president twice. The Democratic Party had succeed in having the first woman Speaker of the House.

The first party to have a woman lead the national party today.

Where have the Black Republicans been?

Under the rock?

Hence the reasons why I can't stand Black conservatives and those who stand with them. These NEGROS aren't looking through the prism of the stain colored glass. They still believe that the Republican Party favors the Black community. They continue to push the notion that Republicans rather see "us Black folk" becoming successful. These NEGROS believe that a majority of "us Black folk" are dependent on the "gubmint" and we worship the alter of "Brotha Barack".

These NEGROS think the Democrats are passing around the racist emails.

They think women's rights organizations such as Planned Parenthood are committing genocide to Black babies.
Congressman Rodney Davis (R-Illinois) is running for reelection.
In the same breath they'll claim that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr was a Republican while bashing civil rights activists. These NEGROS want to say Fredrick Douglass every five seconds to every attack his son Martin L. King III, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and the NAACP. They'll scream Booker T. Washington when they're saying that our "Brotha Barack" hates White people.

These NEGROS think a majority of Blacks are stuck on a plantation.

I am guessing that they're bitching about "us Black folks" being stuck in the projects or urban slums while they're polluting the suburbs. They'll destroy the environment to get away from "us Black folk".

Enter Erika Harold, a former Miss America, biracial woman who is a Republican. She is running for a congressional seat being held by Republican Rodney Davis, a first term member of the 13th District.

The Associated Press reports that an Illinois Republican official resigned from his leadership post Thursday amid outrage over an email in which he berated a biracial former Miss America as a "street walker" who could fill a law firm's "minority quota" if she loses her bid for Congress.

The controversy, involving a county GOP leader in central Illinois who campaigned for U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis, created a new rift for Republicans already struggling to expand and attract women and minority voters.

Davis demanded the resignation of the county official, Jim Allen, after learning of what he called a "wrong, appalling and incredibly demeaning" email targeting Erika Harold, Davis' opponent in the March 2014 Republican primary.

Sent to Republican blogger Doug Ibendahl, the email referred to Harold as a "street walker" and "love child" of Democrats and suggested the Harvard graduate could fill a "minority quota" at a law firm should she lose the race.

Ibendahl, also a former party official, posted the email Wednesday on his website.

"I hope some of these bullies learn a lesson from this," he told the Associated Press on Thursday. "Our party has a huge branding problem nationwide, especially in Illinois. This guy's attitude sets us back. It's confirmation as to why women and minorities don't take the Republican party seriously."
Former Miss America is running for Congress.
Allen apologized for his message in a brief statement to the (Champaign, Ill.) News-Gazette and resigned from his post Thursday afternoon.

Harold released a statement, saying Allen's comments have "no place within public discourse."

Champaign County GOP Chairman Habeeb Habeeb —who is staying impartial in the 13th District GOP primary — was so offended by the comments he left a message for Harold and personally apologized to her father.

"I don't see that kind of vitriol in everyday Republican circles," Habeeb said. "The party has changed and these things just set us backward."

The incident highlights the rocky path the national party has forged in recent months, with comments such as Allen's derailing efforts by the GOP to become more of a "big tent" organization.

After performing poorly at the polls in November, Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus released a "prescription" for the party's future. Along with changing its tone on social issues to win over younger and minority voters, the party would need to make a concerted effort to elevate more women, Priebus said.

Along with state party officials, Priebus on Thursday joined in the chorus calling for Allen's resignation, via Twitter.

"Chairman Allen's astonishingly offensive views have no place in politics. He should apologize and resign immediately," Preibus wrote.

Harold seeks to be catalyst for change in the GOP. When she announced her bid earlier this month, Harold said she believes she can help expand the party's voting base and reach people who don't traditionally vote Republican.

Former Illinois GOP Chairman Pat Brady, who stepped down last month after coming under fire from state central committeemen over his support of gay marriage, said comments like Allen's are an unfortunate distraction.

Without a Republican governor in Illinois or a Republican president to act as the party's "mouthpiece," Brady said, these comments only get more traction. But they also create a sort of wag-the-dog situation, working to block the election of Republican to those roles.

Davis' congressional district in in central Illinois has been targeted by the Democratic Congressional Committee as a pick-up seat in 2014.

Davis, a freshman, in November defeated emergency room doctor David Gill by approximately 1,000 votes. It was Gill's fourth bid for Congress.

"We do need to welcome folks from all walks of life, regardless of where they come from what they look like and what their policy preference is," said Davis said. "There are no excuses for his behavior. I am not making any. I sure hope it doesn't affect my campaign."

Howard Kurtz Joins Loserville!

Longtime media critic joins Loserville. Expect him to attack the media for being in the tank for President Barack Obama and many numerous talking points generated from the Republican Party. Loserville is an extremely conservative network that openly advocates subliminal messages and dog whistle politics to paint President Barack Obama in a negative light. A viewer of that network is likely to think of the president as being some perceived fear.

The hits keep coming and media boss Jeff Zucker couldn't stomach anymore of Howard Kurtz antics.

The longtime CNN (aka Last News Network) is out. He's joining his peeps over at Loserville.

Put your tin foil hats on, you may see Kurtz on Loserville Watch, a weekend show that covers the latest political bias in the news.

Yeah, I'm right.

Mediaite first reported the news, and an official release from the network soon followed. Kurtz will anchor a new version of the network's weekend media show.

Presumably, it will look a lot like "Reliable Sources," the weekend media program he currently hosts.

"I'm excited to be bringing my independent brand of media criticism to [the network that constantly bashes President Barack Obama]," Kurtz said in a statement.

Before his arrival at Loserville, we want to take time to recap the Kurtz saga.

After being send his walking papers from The Washington Post, Kurtz went over to Tina Brown's The Daily Beast.

The Beast is a blog that merged with Newsweek magazine and has the talents of Brown, Kristen Powers and Meghan McCain.

Kristen Powers is a token liberal on Loserville. Meghan McCain is a token conservative on MSNBC (aka Obama News).

Brown sent Kurtz his pink slip after he caused a major screw up in his writings. He claimed NBA player Jason Collins wasn't involved in any relationships with women during his "coming out" party of last month.

Kurtz had to backtrack his story after it was revealed that Collins was engaged to his college sweetheart before he acknowledged he was a gay man.

Now without a home, he worked on his side project called The Daily Download. This a website that contributes to the constant drumbeat of conservative talking points.

Kurtz was walking on egg shells after the media dismissed him as a wonk reporter. He knew that his boss Zucker didn't want to look like Loserville. The ax had to fall and Kurtz was on the chopping block.

Kurtz will reprise his role as a media critic.

Kurtz constantly would slammed his new home for partisan media coverage. Now joining this network almost assures that he'll be likely the guy who claim that his old home is in the tank for the president. He'll take more time to bash his competitors over at Obama News for taking on stories that paint Republicans as the idiots they're known to be.

Joining Roger's house means discipline. The network takes pride in being the only network that carries the most anti-Obama stories ever to hit the television. Where there's no controversy, Loserville host and commentators will create one.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney, Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-Minnesota), Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky), Senator Marco Rubio (R-Florida) are welcomed with open arms on Loserville.

Almost never you'll see Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-Florida, Democratic Chairwoman), Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-California, Minority Leader), Senator Al Franken (D-Minnesota), President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden ever make any appearance on Loserville.

They all know they'll never get a fair shake over there and it's not worth their time to give a bunch of assholes the opportunity to hear them out. They already know they're not going to vote for them or support their policies.

Anyways, Kurtz will be on the network that continues to annoy the hell out of President Barack Obama.

Since Loserville is interested in credibility and regular Obama bashers, they should grab that leaker Edward Snowden, Glenn Greenwald, and that washed up celebrity Victoria Jackson. They'll make wonderful Loserville commentators.

Thugs Mansion: James Gandolfini Passes Away!

The Mob Boss Tony Soprano was played by James Gandolfini. He passed away while in Italy.

Hollywood lost a legend.

Today, we hear reports out of the junk food media about the star of HBO's Sopranos has died in Italy today at the age of 51.

We're getting reports that James Gandolfini had died of an apparent stroke and/or heart attack.

The Huffington Post reports that James Gandolfini has reportedly died while in Italy, according to Deadline.com.

According to the website, the "Sopranos" star was in the country for a film festival. Variety also initially reported that he suffered a fatal stroke, but both the trade site and Deadline.com updated the cause of death to a heart attack.

Gandolfini was 51 years old and is survived by a wife and two children. He became a household star for his portrayal of mob boss Tony Soprano on "The Sopranos," a role which earned him three Emmys on six total nominations. “Absolutely stunned," Chris Albrecht, the former chairman and CEO of HBO who greenlit "The Sopranos" told Deadline. "I got the word from ['Sopranos' star] Lorraine Bracco and just got off with [producer] Brad Grey who had just heard from [show creator] David Chase. We had all become a family. This is a tremendous loss.”

"We're all in shock and feeling immeasurable sadness at the loss of a beloved member of our family," HBO said in a statement to The Huffington Post. "He was special man, a great talent, but more importantly a gentle and loving person who treated everyone no matter their title or position with equal respect. He touched so many of us over the years with his humor, his warmth and his humility. Our hearts go out to his wife and children during this terrible time. He will be deeply missed by all of us."

In addition to his standout television career, Gandolfini also appeared in a number of films, including "Zero Dark Thirty" and Chase's directorial debut, "Not Fade Away." More recently, he co-starred as a Las Vegas casino owner in the March comedy "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" and had a small role in the indie film "Violet and Daisy." The actor also finished work on the upcoming Tom Hardy film "Animal Rescue" and an untitled feature from director Nicole Holofcener.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Sopranos star James Gandolfini.

ACORN Pimp Gets His Obama Phone!

Controversial agitator goes after the Lifeline program. The so-called OBAMA Phone.

Again in a country where cell phones outnumber landline phones, the Lifeline Phone program is needed to help the poor, the rural and the elderly obtain phones for emergencies. Unfortunately, there are some who take advantage of a great program to help the needy.

That's where the serial agitators in the junk food media come into play. Hence forth, James O'Keefe, the founder of Project Veritas and Breitbart contributor.

The famous "ACORN pimp" is running around with the camera again trying to create a scandal where there's none. He's now tackling the "OBAMA" phone program.

Again he's looking to find an unwilling sucker. He'll send an undercover "reporter" to a business or an event.

The person is asking unsuitable questions to the unwilling sucker. Then the questions are doctored and edited heavily to make it seem like the person said something totally outrageous and it draws the attention of That Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall and the other one, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win.

The conservative agitator is dubbing himself "Ashton Kutcher of the Conservative movement".

After getting off federal probation and shelving out some heavy stacks to those he gotten fired, the ACORN pimp is now looking forward to exposing more waste in government. He is now ready to pick up where he left off in his crusade to expose corruption in the halls of power, beginning with footage that shows shady practices in the government-subsidized cellphone program.
Asshole legislator Senator David Vitter (R-Louisiana).
The New York Daily News and The Daily Mail reports O'Keefe released Tuesday another feature and it's driving the conservative/white supremacist bubble nuts.

Undercover video shot in May by a conservative activist shows two corporate distributors of free cell phones handing out the mobile devices to people who have promised to sell them for drug money, to buy shoes and handbags, to pay off their bills, or just for extra spending cash.

The 'Obama phone,' which made its ignominious YouTube debut outside a Cleveland, Ohio presidential campaign event last September, is a project of the Federal Communications Commission's 'Lifeline' program, which makes land line and mobile phones available to Americans who meet low-income requirements.

Lifeline was a $2.19 billion program in 2012.

Recipients most commonly demonstrate their need by flashing an Electronic Benefits Transfer card to verify their eligibility for welfare payments, or by bringing tax statements to a phone provider.

The phones' legitimate purposes include poverty-level job applicants' use as contact numbers for job interviews and emergency contacts for children of single parents.

But when James O'Keefe, whose Project Veritas is a perennial thorn in the side of progressive policymakers, sent an undercover actor into a Stand Up Wireless location in Philadelphia, the man's stated purpose was to buy drugs.

"Once you guys give me this phone, it's my phone?" he asked an employee inside a Philadelphia brick-and-mortal Stand Up Wireless location. "I can, like, sell it and stuff?"

"Whatever you want to do with it," the worker replied.

"So I'm [going to] get some money for heroin," he offered.

The employee coolly responded, "Hey, I don't judge."

Salespeople working for Stand Up Wireless and TerraCom Wireless - the two companies featured in the video footage - were willing to assign phones to applicants who said they would immediately sell them instead of using them according to the program's guidelines.

O'Keefe published a five-minute compilation of his video investigation Tuesday morning, along with a longer reel of raw footage. MailOnline has reviewed both. His book, 'Breakthrough: Our Guerrilla War to Expose Fraud and Save Democracy,' went on sale Tuesday.

The conservative agitator's antics usually reach members of Congress. Arkansas Republican congressman Tim Griffin is trying to cut the "OBAMA" phone off.

Griffin is most concerned with what he sees as corporate welfare in the phone program.

"It's not fair that people who work, save and pay for their cell phones are forced to fund the Lifeline program that pads the pockets of people like Carlos Slim, the foreign billionaire who has repeatedly been named the World’s Richest Man," Griffin said.

"The tactics used by many of these companies demonstrate that their focus is on maximizing profits, not helping low-income individuals or saving taxpayers money."

Senator David Vitter (R-Louisiana) is another one who wants to kill off the cell phone program.

The controversial senator have pushed to eliminate cell phones from the program, leaving the land line portion intact for emergencies and career-building uses.

"The free government cell phones issue just keeps getting more outrageous," Vitter told MailOnline.

"This phone program has expanded far beyond its original intent, and having Washington force people to pay for free cell phones for others is offensive enough, but the waste, fraud and abuse is beyond words."

Vitter attempted to attach his legislation to the Farm Bill this month, but Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nevada) blocked a vote. For his recent efforts, Vitter has attracted attack ads in his own district from TracFone.

The Lifeline program began in 1984, before cell phones were commercially widespread. Since mobile phones were added to the program in 2008, a Vitter spokesman told MailOnline, costs related to non-land line phones have increased twelve-fold.
Congressman Tim Griffin (R-Akansas) is another politicians who wants to meddle in the business of the poor and needy.
The FCC completed a review of Lifeline's criteria and expenses in 2012, and agreed on a new regimen of standards that the agency says will bring $2 billion in savings by the end of 2014.

Changes included a requirement for marketers to 'recertify' every phone recipient on an annual basis and to obtain proof of income eligibility from every new enrolled, steps that weren't taken previously.

The FCC also found 1.1 million 'duplicate' subscriptions that exceeded the one-per-household limit. That number amounted to more than 9 per cent of the program's enrollments, according to an agency press release.

Still, the FCC insists that Lifeline's mobile component, the so-called 'Obama phone,' is worth saving.

Again, this is what the conservative/white supremacist bubble worries their pathetic asses off. This kind of stuff is probably less than 5% of the nation's economic turmoils. We spend over billions in Afghanistan and Iraq and lost thousands of lives.

Yet, one severely poor person can't use a "OBAMA" phone to a call for a job interview. A 911 call isn't worth it if they've remove the pay phones. An older American can't get a phone.

The ACORN Pimp is usually deceiving people with these videos. But if you're interested in viewing it. Go ahead, it's not worth my time to watch a bunch of idiots fall victim to the character actor.

Mountains Over Ant Hills!

No new friends. Two legislators have often clashed over the IRS scandal.

The Republican congressman from California Darrell Issa was handed an embarrassment from fellow Democratic congressman Eiljah Cummings from Maryland.

The Democratic congressman released the transcripts of a closed door meeting with members of the IRS location in Cincinnati. The chief operator over at the Cincinnati facility was telling members of Oversight committee that the White House had nothing to do with the scandal.

Even though this came out, it hasn't changed the narrative of the ignorant. They still believe that President Barack O'Nixon was homing in on the Tea Party. The Muslim was trying to silence the Tea Party's freedom of speech. He's got spies watching you!

The "scandals" have taken a toll on the trustworthiness of President Barack Obama. The CNN/ORC poll comes into the daily ranter of the junk food media. Only 45% of Americans approve of the job of the president.

So far, the president's hits come from the lack of progress into his second term. Many of the goals that he wants to accomplish include gun control, infrastructure repair and immigration reform. Many Americans sour on the Republicans more than the Democrats. The Republicans have a cultural gap problem.

How on earth did this become an issue that appeases the likes of Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Senator Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) and their good friend on talk radio Crazy Jones?

I would imagine the IRS scandal would involve the Citizens United decision of U.S. Supreme Court.

That opened the flood doors to shadowy groups that were determined to defeat President Barack Obama.

The more than 200 pages released brought few revelations, but represented an escalation in the increasingly bitter battle between Cummings and Issa.

The Hill reports that Issa had warned Democrats that releasing a full transcript would be “reckless,” and said

Democrats were trying to shut the door on the Internal Revenue Service investigation by providing a “roadmap” for other officials who might be interviewed.

“Americans who think Congress should investigate IRS misconduct should be outraged by Mr. Cummings’s efforts to obstruct needed oversight,” Issa said in a statement after the transcripts were released.

Cummings, in turn, accused Issa of selectively releasing partial transcripts to the media in an effort to damage the White House. Releasing the full transcript was justified because Republicans were holding back documents that made clear there was no high-ranking push to scrutinize Tea Party groups, he argued.

“I got sort of tired ... of parts of transcripts being leaked by our chairman,” Cummings said on MSNBC. “All I want to do is make sure the American people have the full story.”

The back-and-forth was just the latest sparring in what has become an increasingly strained relationship between the two men.

Issa and Cummings struck a bipartisan note when the new Congress convened in January. But as lawmakers have delved deeper into the IRS scandal, they have turned adversaries once more, and each is now regularly accusing the other of acting in bad faith.

The release of the transcript also took place the day before Tea Party groups were set to protest the IRS on Capitol Hill. Several high-ranking Republicans, including Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-Michigan), are scheduled to speak at the rally.
The outpouring of ignorance continues.
The transcript released Tuesday does not identify the IRS official who was interviewed, but he has been confirmed by outside sources to be John Shafer, a manager in the Cincinnati office at the center of the targeting scandal.

His account paints a fuller picture of how the IRS came to specifically focus on Tea Party groups.

According to Shafer, an IRS screener beneath him identified a tax-exempt application from a Tea Party group and brought it to his attention.

Shafer said he then passed that application along to a higher-up in an IRS office in Washington, who agreed the case qualified as high profile and said similar cases should be identified to ensure consistent treatment — “normal business,” as he described it.

“There was a lot of concerns about making sure that any cases that had, you know, similar-type activities or items included, that they would be worked by the same agent and the same group,” Shafer told investigators from the House Oversight and Ways and Means committees.

“If we end up with four applications coming into the group that are pretty similar ... we won’t want four different determinations. It’s just not good business.”

Shafer was adamant that politics were never at play. He identified himself as a “conservative Republican” early in the interview, but said he never talked politics at work, and certainly not with the screener when discussing how to handle the Tea Party application.

“We never, never discussed any, any political ... aspirations,” he said.

He also said he had no reason, based on his personal knowledge, to believe the White House was involved in the decision to key in on Tea Party groups.

Shafer said he never told IRS officials to seek out tax-exempt applications that had “Tea Party” in their name, but rather wanted screeners under him to identify similar applications.

That claim does not mesh, however, with an interview that was conducted with IRS screener Gary Muthert.

He told Congress that Shafer told him to use the phrase “Tea Party” in seeking out applications.

Cummings’s release of the transcripts, coming close to six weeks after the IRS first disclosed and apologized for the targeting of conservative groups, underscores that there are still several areas where the story remains cloudy, including how and why the targeting continued for so long.

“We still don’t know why everything happened and who is responsible,” Issa said in a statement released over the weekend.

Top Republicans like Camp and Issa have stressed that they don’t believe the targeting originated in the Ohio office, as originally claimed. What has been revealed thus far from the congressional investigations indicates several officials in Washington were aware of the targeting.

No evidence has emerged that shows high-ranking officials in the IRS, the Treasury Department or the White House were driving the practice.

Holly Paz, a D.C.-based official in the tax-exempt organization, said in her interview that she believed that Cincinnati staffers used “Tea Party” as a generic term for political activity, much the way someone would use “Coke” to describe a soda.

But Paz also told investigators that she knew about Tea Party cases as early as February 2010, a full three years before the targeting became known publicly.

Elizabeth Hofacre, a Cincinnati-based staffer also interviewed, has told investigators that she did not examine applications from liberal groups, and that D.C. officials took a close interest in her work on Tea Party applications.

House Republicans say the closed-door information-gathering portion of their inquiry will continue. The Justice Department and Treasury’s inspector general for tax administration, which outlined the targeting last month, are also conducting investigations.

You got to admit this is the biggest distraction since the president had to prove that he fired a gun.

Would you rather see Congress work on immigration reform?

Would you rather see Congress pass legislation that helps bring jobs, fix infrastructure and equal pay for all Americans?

Lil' Wayne Stomping On Old Glory Pisses Off Junk Food Media!

Lil' Wayne faces more controversy.

Lil' Wayne appears on Cash Money Records. He is affiliated with Young Money Records.

The controversial rapper once again proves to the world that he's "untouchable". Only in America, a rapper who is considered the one of the world's greatest is doing something that would get conservatives riled up again. Again making this not about him but the Black community and President Barack Obama in general.

I know that Lil' Wayne was really pissed after the Hurricane Katrina disaster and has little trust for government officials. I mean he spent a year in prison after being found with a firearm in the state of New York.

He can't smoke his weed in 48 states. He can't pour him a syrup mixture without being seen.

He can't escape the child support payments from his four baby mamas and six children.

He can't do the Mountain Dew after he shot a rhyme about Emmett Till.

Even a rapper who makes a net some of $300 million in sales and investments can't catch a break.

A gang affiliate with the infamous Blood street gang, the New Orleans based rapper comes back to his old stomping grounds to film a video from his album I Am Not Human Being II.
Lil' Wayne on the American flag.
Here's something that going to have internet buzzing and those in the junk food media whining is the rapper's freedom of speech to stomp on the American flag.

The New York Daily News report that Lil' Wayne is pledging that he did not trample the American flag on purpose, even though a video clip from his latest music video shoot appears to show the rapper with Old Glory at his feet.

The often times controversial rapper tweeted early Tuesday that the scene was not meant to be disrespectful.

"I didn't step on the flag on purpose!" Wayne posted on his Twitter page. "It's a scene in a video where the flag drops behind me and after it drops, it's just there as I perform."

"I didn't step on the flag on purpose!" Wayne posted on his Twitter page. "It's a scene in a video where the flag drops behind me and after it drops, it's just there as I perform."
Lil Wayne tweeted in response to video that shows him stomping on the American flag.
No Worries, Right?
The scene could have been overlooked, but the strong imagery accompanies an even stronger sentiment on Wayne's new song, "God Bless Amerika." The seemingly unpatriotic treatment of the flag appears to accompany contentious lyrics.

"My country 'tis of thee/ sweet land of kill 'em all and let 'em die/ God bless Amerika/ This so godless Amerika … the stars on the flag are never shining," Wayne raps.

The video clip, which has garnered thousands of views and comments since being posted online Monday, prompted outrage from several YouTube viewers and social media users. A Daily News poll showed most people think the rapper ought to issue an apology.

Conservative Outrage Over Obama Trip To Ireland!

Drinking Irish beer. Conservatives spiral over Obamas trip to Europe.

The frosty relationship between President Barack Obama and Russian Federation president Vladimir Putin continues to get even colder. The talks about a No Fly Zone in Libya is being flared up by western nations.

The sectarian violence continues to affect the global region and many Americans express strong caution when it comes to intervention. We already seen how war has affect our public's approval of the president and Congress.

Now while at the G8 Summit, the president, First Lady Michelle Obama and many leaders come together to discuss issues involving the global economy, the nuclear threats from North Korea, Iran and global terrorism.

The president and Mrs. Obama are in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The country is a part of the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom is made of four countries. England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are the regions that collective. Northern Ireland is on the Irish Republic's mainland it's been the cause of many civil wars within its region.

The host of the summit Prime Minister David Cameron.

The Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall is already front in center with the tabloid gossip that pisses off these White extremists.

For one thing, if the president travels, he's going to have a huge entourage. First Lady Michelle Obama and his children are attending the events. Never in history had the U.S. Secret Service stretched its resources.

Due to the fact, he's the first Black president and the death threats to him from domestic extremists and those overseas, yeah, the president is going to have a huge crowd.

They're complaining about a bogus report about First Lady Michelle Obama.

Again ignoring the countless trips and events attended by previous first ladies. This one in particular is different. Well she's a Black and those conservative folks think of her in racist themes.

The right wing website The White House Dossier reports that the first lady is staying in the $3,300-per-night Princess Grace suite of Dublin’s Five-Star Shelbourne Hotel, according to Irish press reports, adding some credence to accusations she is in the city for a quick vacation at taxpayer expense.

Michelle jetted to Dublin Monday afternoon Irish time after a brief stop in Belfast with President Obama, who is in the city for the two-day G-8 Summit.

The White House is billing Michelle’s trip to Dublin as having diplomatic significance, but her itinerary suggests otherwise. She and her daughters will visit the Trinity College library to explore President Obama’s Irish family roots, attend a performance by the world-famous Riverdance troupe, and visit the Wicklow Mountains national forest.

Judging by the tail number of her plane on the ground at Dublin Airport, it appears Air Force Two has been flown to Europe along with Air Force One and is being used to transport Michelle around.

According to press reports out of Ireland, 30 rooms have been booked in the hotel to accomodate Michelle and her entourage, which would presumably include various staff and a bevy of Secret Service agents.

The city will be plagued by traffic jams during Michelle’s visit, and according to one report, high school and university students are in danger of being late for final exams and are advised to allow for plenty of extra time for travel.

After visiting Dublin, Mrs. Obama and her daughters will join President Obama in Berlin for the second leg of his European trip.

Now this commentary is smeared with hyperbolic and hearsay.

I don't give a rat's ass about where the First Family goes. They have a right to do whatever they want. The president can take a vacation whenever he wants. The president has a duty as the leader of the country to represent the nation's interests. He has a duty to attend the G8 Summit.

The president can't do nothing right in the mind of the ignorant racists within the conservative movement.

People over at Loserville are probably crowing about a story that's likely false. And even if it was proven false, these people will find something else to bitch about.

This is a reason why Republicans are so out of touch. For every subliminal and blatant attack on the Obamas is like an attack on the Black community.

White presidents get a pass when they spend money and take us to wars and violate our liberties. But when a Black president, it's a whole new ball game.
