Handicapping U.S. Senate Race!

2016 Senate election map.svg
Republicans will likely keep their hold on the Senate.

This has been a very unproductive year for the Republican-led Congress. The House and Senate have spent a majority of their time trying to oppose the president's policies and repealing the laws created from the previous sessions.

They are officially back to work. They got a highway spending bill to pass. They got to pass a budget for the fiscal year. They have to raise the debt ceiling. They have to authorize the president's military action to fight against the Islamic State. They also have to decide on the Six Power resolution on Iran.

The Republicans have signaled opposition to the Iranian deal. They have promised to pass a temporary stop gap bill for highway funding. They want to repeal the healthcare law. They want to cut funding to Planned Parenthood. They want to pass the reactionary Kate Steinle law.

President Barack Obama promised to veto any legislation that goes against his agenda.

So far the job approval of Congress is 13%. The leadership of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) have been dismal at best.

By far, Republicans are fucked. The longtime lawmakers fear they may be usurped by insurgents.

Could the insurgents retake Congress once again?
Rep. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) vows to beat Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL). The double amputee veteran could win. She could be the first Asian American woman from the state to be a senator.
My best thoughts on the U.S. Senate race include the ones the junk food media will focus on.

So far I count this as unpredictable. It's a matter of anti-establishment or anti-politician. It's a focus rather on Obama fatigue or the inept Republican led Congress.

The races so far are handicapped by SAFE, LIKELY, LEAN or TOSS UP.

Anything I say doesn't matter. I don't control the mind of a voter. But I will tell you that the Republicans have to the most seats up for grabs. The Democrats have the most to defend.

So far, if the elections were today, Republicans would retain seats and earn two. Democrats would retake two and retain most of their seats.

I can't predict the outcome but I guarantee that most of these candidates will survive an election. A few of them might have an insurgent challenger in the primaries. But who knows?

Alaska (Lisa Murkowski) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Hawaii (Brian Schatz) (Running) (Safe Democrat)
Washington (Patty Murray) (Running) (Safe Democrat)
Oregon (Ron Wyden) (Running) (Safe Democrat)
California (Barbara Boxer) (Retiring) (Safe Democrat)
Nevada (Harry Reid) (Retiring) (Toss Up)
Idaho (Mike Crapo) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Utah (Mike Lee) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Arizona (John McCain) (Running) (Likely Republican)
Colorado (Michael Bennet) (Running) (Toss Up)
North Dakota (John Hoeven) (Running) (Safe Republican)
South Dakota (John Thune) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Kansas (Jerry Moran) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Oklahoma (James Lanksford) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Iowa (Chuck Grassley) (Running) (Likely Republican)
Missouri (Roy Blunt) (Running) (Likely Republican)
Arkansas (John Boozeman) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Louisiana (David Vitter) (Undecided) (Safe Republican)
Wisconsin (Ron Johnson) (Running) (Toss Up)
Illinois (Mark Kirk) (Running) (Toss Up)
Indiana (Dan Coats) (Retiring) (Likely Republican)
Kentucky (Rand Paul) (Running) (Likely Republican)
Ohio (Rob Portman) (Running) (Likely Republican)
Alabama (Richard Shelby) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Georgia (Johnny Isakson) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Florida (Marco Rubio) (Retiring) (Toss Up)
Pennsylvania (Pat Toomey) (Running) (Safe Republican)
Maryland (Barbara Mikulski) (Retiring) (Safe Democrat)
North Carolina (Richard Burr) (Running) (Likely Republican)
South Carolina (Tim Scott) (Running) (Safe Republican)
New York (Chuck Schumer) (Running) (Safe Democrat)
Connecticut (Richard Blumenthal) (Running) (Likely Democrat)
Vermont (Patrick Leahy) (Running) (Safe Democrat)
New Hampshire (Kelly Ayotte) (Running) (Toss Up)

The most competitive races I predict will be Nevada, Florida, Ohio, Colorado, Illinois and Wisconsin.

These seats were won by Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. Four states are controlled by Republicans governors: Nevada, Florida, Ohio, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

Colorado is controlled by a Democratic governor.
Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) the most vulnerable Democrat running for the senate.
Ron Johnson and Mark Kirk are the most vulnerable Republicans in this race. They have the most to fear because of the state's political leans. Scott Walker who is running for president has terrible job approval in his state. His bid for president could be an anchor for Johnson. Matter of fact, there could be a federal probe into Walker's office. Wisconsin voters are unpredictable. They have voted for Walker three times. He survived. Could Johnson survive?  He will likely face the former senator Russ Feingold. The Democrat was defeated in the insurgent wave. Feingold is considering another challenge against his old nemesis.

Kirk on the other hand has the most to lose. Kirk holds on the old seat once held by then senator Barack Obama. Kirk had an opportunity to retire when he suffered a stroke. But he held on to the seat. He also said some offensive things about fellow senator (presidential candidate) Lindsey Graham (R-SC). Kirk has to deal with the most competitive challenger the Democrats lined up. Rep. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) has signaled her intention to run. She like Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) have both served in the Iraqi War. She is a double amputee who won against an insurgent in 2012. She easily won her seat in 2014. The Democrats hope that she could built enough support to take on well funded Kirk.

Michael Bennet is the most vulnerable Democrat in the race. Bennet survived an insurgent challenge the first time, but could he face another one? Colorado Republicans have embraced weed legalization and a more stern stances to immigration. Insurgent Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO) who faced him will likely sit it out. But the only candidate I can see willing to challenge Bennet is former secretary of state Scott Gessler. It's a toss up. Gessler's history could be a potential problem. Also the only Republican confirming a run is Darryl Glenn. He is an El Paso County commissioner. He has little name recognition.

Ohio's Rob Portman hasn't lost an election. He may face former Democratic governor Ted Strickland in this race. Portman is well funded and his job approval is decent here. John Kasich's run for president and his job approval may inspire Republicans to vote likely for Portman. He is one of the few Republicans to endorse marriage equality. He is also a political moderate who works with Democrats at some point.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is retiring. He is part of the gridlock machine that kept Congress at record low job approval. His retirement is a good thing for Washington. It's a bad thing for Democrats. They have a real good fight on them. They have to line up a candidate to take on the potential Republican. No candidate inspires me. Talk radio agitator Wayne Allan Root is too extreme. Shannon Angle is too dumb. Democrats are corrupt in Nevada. Who knows?  We'll see if there's a candidate willing to take the seat.

Florida's Marco Rubio decided to run for president. He can't be on the ballot twice. So he opt out for retirement to focus solely on the presidential run. He has nothing to lose. He may win the nomination. But then again, he may be a potential veep candidate. He, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) have chosen to take the gamble of being relatively unaccomplished politicians running for the nomination. Rubio's job approval is bad in Florida. The Republicans have to scramble to find a candidate willing to defend the seat. Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL), a conservative leaning Democrat has signaled a run for the seat. I don't see any inspiring Republican challenger. The state is a toss-up for two reasons. Florida is a major swing state. Rick Scott sucks as a governor and his job approval could hurt the Republican nominee. Freshman insurgent Rep. David Jolly (R-FL) has signaled his intentions for the U.S. Senate seat. He recently won after Bill Young died.

Sen. Rand Paul is running for president and as a senator. Donald Trump put his bid in jeopardy. The people of Kentucky have soured upon Paul for his inept actions. He hasn't accomplish much as a senator and they're likely to reward him another term. But he may face a primary challenger if he opts out the presidential bid for the senate. Paul is an insurgent candidate who's got the most to lose. If he fails to get the nomination, he will continue his bid for the senate. As Trump said, why would Kentucky be willing to take a candidate who has failed!

Sen. John McCain from Arizona is by far the most annoying of the establishment. He will face a likely challenger from the right. He beat J.D. Hayworth in a primary fight in 2010. Trump mocked McCain on his status as a POW. McCain mocked Republicans for taking a tough stance on immigration. Trump used that as an advantage as well as his failed bids for president. His former running mate Sarah Palin will not endorse his bid. While the state is leaning as a swing, it's still has strong Republican hold. McCain running could be a safe bet. But given his standings with the party establishment and his inconsistent stances on issues, he could be beaten. Arizona will be a likely Republican hold.

Okay, what's your thoughts on this?

Gucci Mane: Never Count GuWop Out!

GuWop ain't tired. Gucci Mane continues to release albums and mixtapes while serving his federal time out. He plans on releasing a movie and two new albums.

Atlanta's own Gucci Mane (Radric Davis) is over in Indiana at the Terre Haute Federal Time Out serving the firearm with disability charge.

The King Of East Atlanta managed to hire a great attorney. On that federal charge he was suppose to get a twenty year lock down. But it turns out that he will get anger management and treatment.

Gucci will serve 3.6 years in federal time out.

He will be out in June 2017.

While he's in the federal time out, he released albums and mixtapes.

Gucci Mane released over 28 studio albums, 45 mixtapes, and three extended play albums. He plans on releasing five more mixtapes, two albums and one movie.

I am guessing on good behavior and being a notable celebrity, Gucci can have some access to the social media with the feds watching of course.

He also went to Linkdin to sign up for career assistance.

The incident in 2013 was a binge moment for Gucci. The Atlanta Police busted Gucci when he was was hanging out with a friend, and was behaving "erratically." This friend then decided to call the police to help him out. When the police arrived, Gucci began cursing and threatening them.

Authorities then took Gucci into custody and upon searching him, they found marijuana and a handgun on him. Gucci was then booked on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana, and disorderly conduct. He was reportedly hospitalized following the arrest.

Before his transfer to federal time out, he got served up 183 days in jail.

He revealed to the public he's been fighting drug abuse and bipolar disorder. He apologized to his fans about his behavior and manned up.

Granted the misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct were reduced,

I admit I am a fan of Gucci Mane. Here's a list of my favorite Gucci albums.

1) Trap God
2) The Return of Mr. Zone 6
3) The Diary of a Trap God
4) Free Bricks (with Future)
5) Free Bricks II (with Young Scooter)
6) Young Thugga Mane La Flare (with Young Thug)
7) Ferrari Boyz (with Waka Flocka)
8) Breakfast
9) WWIII: Molly
10) Felix Brothers (with PeeWee Longway and Young Dolph)
11) The G.R.E.E.N. Album (with Migos)
12) Money, Pounds & Ammunition (with PeeWee Longway)
13) Big Gucci Sosa (with Chief Keef)
14) Trap God 2
15) East Atlanta Santa
16) Brick Factory Vol. 1
17) Trust God Fuck 12 (with Rich Homie Quan)
18) The W.H.I.T.E. Album (with PeeWee Longway)
19) Trap House
20) Hard to Kill
21)The State vs. Radric Davis
22) Lunch
23) WWIII: Gas
24) The P.U.R.P.L.E. Album (with Young Thug)
25) I'm Up
26) The Return of Mr. Perfect
27) Brick Factory Vol. 2
28) Trap God 3
29) WWIII: Lean
30) Buy My Album

So dedication is what keeps Gucci Mane going. He is an example of entertainers who refuse to stay away. In this rap game, if you catch a federal case, it's a wrap. Gucci wants to prove the critics wrong.

He's devoted to Atlanta's trap music.

Subway "Officially" Fires Jared Fogle Out The Cannon!

Jared Fogle was fired out the cannon by fast food giant Subway after he admitted to harbor child porn.

Last month, the entertainment industry was rocked by a major celebrity for a fast food giant being caught up in sex scandal. Matter of fact, this scandal may have ended a longtime relationship with the company that motivated him to "Eat Fresh".

Jared Fogle made international buzz by losing 300 lbs after doing proper exercises and eating Subway sandwiches. He would visit his Subway store above his apartment near the campus of Indiana University.

Subway found their pitchman.

And for nearly 20 years, Jared was the man who told celebrities and young children to eat healthy.

He was a major celebrity. Around Indianapolis, his hometown, people knew who he was.

Or did they?

Well last month, the feds did a "NO KNOCK" and ordered an immediate seizure of Jared's computers, phone and television. Apparently there were some things on those devices that got the feds attention.

Now, as expected Jared has admitted to harboring child porn on his devices.

Jared was caught up in a tryst with a franchise owner and a 16 year old girl who he had an affair with.

So I am guessing that Jared wanted to a two piece. He also groomed this franchisee and girl to get a little nasty with him.

Jared also wanted to make a franchisee, her daughter and cousin join Craigslist to make $$$$$$.

We'll see when the charges net some federal time out or freezer burn. The news is shocking.

Subway had no choice but to fire him out the cannon. They've wiped Jared like they done Hulk Hogan and Bill Cosby.

Matter of fact, Jared made over $20 million in revenue, trademark and celebrity.

His family and lawyer offer no comment to the plea deal or the former business partner Russell Taylor.

Taylor was involved in the filming of children at his residence. When the feds came a knocking, the scenario became clear, there's more than just him. Taylor sung like a canary. Jared was fingered as the mastermind.

By the way, hackers got into Ashley Madison. The website is social dating website devoted to anonymous encounters between married couples or singles.

The Five Knuckle Roll: The Tom Brady and IK Enemkpali Special!

Time out for Brady. He is in federal court fighting the time out.

Roger Goodell is being forced to straighten out the behavior of the NFL. He's faced pressure since the Ray Rice incident. The controversies continue into 2015.

New England Patriots quarterback and celebrity agitator Tom Brady is facing a four game suspension for his alleged role in the AFC playoff game where he order staffers to deflate game footballs.

The game held in 2014 was a clear victory for New England. They played the Indianapolis Colts.

The Colts were handily beaten but concerns came when they were complaining about game balls being lighter than normal.
I.K Enemkpali got shipped to Buffalo after he served Geno Smith a five knuckle special.
It lead to critics saying that coach Bill Belichick and Tom Brady set up the move. Some call it Deflategate or Cheatergate. Nonetheless, the Patriots went on to win the 2014-15 AFC season and Super Bowl XLIX.

Now a new season and they're on point to do a better season. They've been fined heavily and lost two selection picks. Brady who was accused of hiding evidence got the suspension handed to him plus a hefty fine. He took it to federal court and is gambling on his chances.

If the federal court rules in favor of the NFL, he may be suspended longer.
Geno Smith got healing time after former teammate served him a special.
Some are bitching about the court reporter's horrible rendition of the world's most valuable quarterback. Accusations of a New York Giant supporter trying to make Brady look like a grumpy cheater.

New York Giants are the Patriots rival.

And what got the sports agitators and junk food media buzzing is the New York Jets sacking of Ikemefuna Chinedum "I.K." Enemkpali.

He was fired out the cannon for giving a five finger roll to Geno Smith during a heated dispute over a debt. Enemkpali was getting fed up with Smith's delay of a $600 debt. The debt was met with a five finger roll served with a side of knockout punch.
Tom Brady's courtroom sketch was panned by fans. It went viral because of the alleged emotions in federal court. Some claim that the sketcher was a New York Giants fan.
Geno Smith got a jaw breaker and is out for a few months. Enemkpali may face criminal charges and some game suspension and/or hefty fines.

On top of that he's on the bubble. The Buffalo Bills decides to pick him up.

Preseason begins. Wondering who got's game.

Knowing that Tom and IK are facing some heat for behavior, Roger got a lot of work to do to keep the world's most popular sport in tact.

Ray Rice could sign with the Cleveland Browns. A year after the mandatory suspension and worldwide condemnation.

High Rise!

Blame the BP Chicago refinery for spike in gas prices in Midwest.

A refinery in the Chicagoland has the Midwest seeing gas prices rises up to $3.00 a gallon.

Somewhere in Northeastern Indiana is a major BP oil refinery. That refinery shut down due to some issues that couldn't be determined. And since Monday many in the Midwest from Minneapolis to Cleveland saw the spike up.

In early August the average price in my hometown of Dayton, Ohio was at $2.299 a gallon. On Monday afternoon it spiked to $2.599 and now its currently at $2.999 a gallon.

Cities affected by the spike include the five largest cities in the Midwest: Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, Detroit, and St. Louis.

See the Chicago market affects million of people. It's Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and Eastern Missouri.

No true answer to why there was a spike but it's guaranteed that's it will linger around at least past Labor Day.

A Bern In Every County!

Progressives love the Bern.

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is gaining some momentum as a serious contender. The Democrats are fearing that the senator's populist stances could hurt them in swing districts where its competitive.

Sanders who is a democratic socialist was elected as a senator in 2006. He is currently serving as the senator from the state of Vermont.

He's very vocal about helping the middle class. And it's amazing!

He's a very proud progressive activist. Sanders has emerged as a leading progressive voice on issues like income inequality, climate change, and campaign finance reform. He rose to national prominence on the heels of his 2010 filibuster of the proposed extension of the Bush-era tax rates for the wealthy. Sanders is also outspoken on civil liberties issues, and has been particularly critical of mass surveillance policies such as the Patriot Act

But somehow the establishment want perennial candidates like Hillary Clinton and Vice President Joe Biden running. They think that Sanders is the left's version of Donald Trump.

Conservative Democrats fear that the Bern surge may hurt their chances at uprooting Republicans.

Two senators on the docket for vulnerability Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Sen. Mark Kirk (R-IL)

They are the most vulnerable Republicans for now. On the Democratic side, Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) and the open seat in Nevada.

The most competitive seats Ohio, Indiana, New Hampshire, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

Some states that have Democratic governors are likely to flip to Republican. West Virginia and Kentucky are two to come to mind. The failed Democratic candidates who ran away from President Barack Obama felt the burn when progressives sat it out.

Why would they vote for a Democrat who votes like a Republican?

The progressives won. Obamacare is legal. Marriage is equal. We're closing the door on feuds with Cuba and Iran. The Confederate flag is being wiped away from the South. Marijuana is about to be legalized. Police reform is happening in states. The demand for equal pay and time off is popular. Immigration reform is needed. Gun control is needed.

Minorities, the poor, over 18 before 35 aged voters, and middle class got to keep fighting for the voting rights.

If the Democrats keep electing candidates who think like the Republicans, they'll lose.

That's why Republicans have such a hard time with nominating candidates like Jeb Bush, Scott Walker and John Kaisch. They are too cozy with the Democrats. Walker is trying to break from that.

Donald Trump is tapping into the anger that Republicans have with the changing demographics.

Bernie Sanders is doing the same. Democrats want the party to embrace the policies of Obama. They don't want candidates who roll back progress.

Subway Spokesman's Home Raided In Child Porn Case!

TV icon Jared Fogle under investigation for child porn.

Jared Fogle lives outside of Indianapolis. He and his family didn't expect a "NO KNOCK" at 6am.

The spokesman for fast food giant Subway had his home raided this morning. Fogle became the face of Subway after his friend published the story of a 6'2'' 425 lb. Indiana University freshman taking action on his weight. Jared would visit the local Subway in his apartment building. He would take motives to lose the fat and stands proudly at 200 lbs.

Now you can say that he's lost his $$$$$$$ gig. Apparently he's been fired out the cannon.

He has been active in recruiting kids, athletes and entertainers in the Subway Challenge.

Subway restaurants are located within the United States, Canada, and 108 other countries.

I swear on my life, there's a Subway Restaurant within two blocks of one another. There are over 44,000 restaurants. You find the United States either in Walmart, a gas station, a truck stops, shopping malls, stand alone stores, college campuses, cruise ships, airports, and military bases.

My god, there everywhere.

He and his former business partner are under investigation for harboring child porn.

Subway had put the brakes on Jared for the time being.

The FBI raided the Zionsville home in the early. The 37 year old pitchman for the fast food giant is facing controversy over allegedly harboring child pornography. The investigation centered around Russell Taylor, a former business partner for The Jared Foundation, an organization devoted to ending childhood obesity. Taylor is already in the county lockup awaiting trial. He was busted two months ago for harboring porn.
First Lady Michelle Obama at Subway. Jared Fogle is on the far left.

Taylor tried to put the bed sheets over his neck but failed when correction guards got to him. Now on suicide watch, Taylor is spilling the beans. He is fingering Fogle as the ringleader.

So of course, that's why the NO KNOCK came.

Officials at Subway's Milford, Conn., corporate headquarters issued a statement expressing shock about the search.

“We are shocked about the news and believe it is related to a prior investigation of a former Jared Foundation employee," the statement read. "We are very concerned and will be monitoring the situation closely. We don’t have any more details at this point.”

The Indianapolis Star and the AP report that the controversy may have damaged Fogle's legacy.

Subway said in a statement that it is "very concerned" about the raid, which it believes "is related to a prior investigation" of a former employee of the Jared Foundation, an organization founded by Fogle to raise awareness about childhood obesity. Subway did not immediately say whether that employee was former foundation executive director Russell Taylor.

The company had removed references to Fogle from its website by late afternoon and issued another statement, saying the two "have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation."

"Jared continues to cooperate with authorities and he expects no actions to be forthcoming," the company said. "Both Jared and Subway agree that this was the appropriate step to take."

Federal prosecutors in May filed a criminal complaint charging Taylor, 43, with seven counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Fogle issued a statement after the charges were filed saying he was shocked by the allegations and was severing all ties with Taylor.

The Indianapolis Star photographed Fogle stepping out of a police evidence van parked outside his home Tuesday morning, and he left the house just after noon with attorney Ron Elberger. Fogle declined to comment, but Elberger later released a statement saying his client is cooperating with authorities.

"Jared has been cooperating, and continues to cooperate, with law enforcement in their investigation of unspecified charges, and looks forward to its conclusion," Elberger said.

During a search of Taylor's home this spring, federal investigators say they discovered a cache of sexually explicit photos and videos Taylor allegedly produced by secretly filming minor children at the home. They said they also allegedly found more than 400 videos of child pornography on computers and storage media recovered from Taylor's home office in his Indianapolis residence.

Taylor's attorney, Brad Banks, said Tuesday his client was briefly hospitalized after the allegations surfaced but is now in federal custody. Sheriff's officials have said Taylor tried to take his own life in jail.

"The only thing I can say is that I'm aware that there's an ongoing investigation," Banks said.

Tim Horty, a spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office in Indianapolis, said prosecutors "are moving forward" with the case against Taylor. He declined to comment on Tuesday's raid at Fogle's home.

Neighbors said Fogle and his wife entertained frequently and would say hello but that they didn't see the couple outside a lot.

Jacob Schrader, 19, who lives across from Fogle's house, said the pitchman seems "like a pretty private guy" and that he'd only seen him about a dozen times in the last five or six years.

"He's like an endangered species or something like that," Schrader said.

Subway, which is based in Milford, Connecticut, and is privately held, has struggled in recent years. Last year, industry tracker Technomic said average sales for Subway stores in the U.S. declined 3 percent from the previous year. The company has about 44,000 locations around the world.

Shocking. What's your thoughts on this controversy?

Cincinnati Ends Fountain Square Concerts After A Riot Ensued!

Riot gear displayed in response to a riot. Cincinnati mayor tells the junk food media that the MLB All Star Game will be safe and this incident was isolated. The law says this wasn't a race crime. The concern trolls already determined it was.

Cincinnati's mayor John Cranley has put the nail in the coffin. He decided to end events at Fountain Square after reports of a riot happening after a hip-hop concert. It happened at the bus transit terminal off of Fifth Street.

A minor event sparked by words between exchanged between the victim and a group of teens. In the video, it shows one of the teens throwing the victim to the ground. One teen grabbed the susepct off him. Then the victim leaves for a moment. Then returns with his hands up in a threatening matter. The next video shows him getting laid out. He ends up with a five knuckle roll on his face.

He ends up with a broken nose and a concussion.

Cranley admits that the police weren't dispatched properly.

Around 3,000 people appeared at Fountain Square for the performance of hip-hop group Ground Up.
Cincinnati Police tries to put out a fire with piss. The officer who took the report claimed that it was anti-White violence.
The concert ended at 10:30pm but I guess as people were leaving the concert. That's when the fight happened around 11:00pm.

Police chief Jeffery Blackwell said that police were dispatched to the area on reports of numerous fights and have made arrests of the individuals who were caught on camera.

Also Blackwell had to put a cap on other officers who feel freely to express opinions. One officer wrote a police report the junk food media obtained. It's telling stories of anti-White behavior by some involved.

The Cincinnati police dismissed that comment.

Capt. Mike Neville said that description was incorrect.

He spoke just minutes after The Enquirer had obtained the incident report and posted a story on its contents.

In an interview later in the afternoon, Neville said categorizing the assault as a hate crime was the opinion of reporting officer Alicia Essert. She drew that conclusion, Neville said, because McKnight was attacked by a group of people from the "opposite race."

It is too early in the investigation to determine whether race motivated the assault, Neville said.

No one has been charged in connection with McKnight's beating, which occurred after a hip-hop concert at Fountain Square.

The incident report states McKnight, of Albany, Indiana, was jumped on and beaten during an "unruly crowd situation stemming from (the) Fountain Square event" around 11:30 p.m. The assault lasted five minutes.

Gary Sheffield was charged with misconduct at the scene of an emergency (Source: Hamilton County Justice Center)Jy Quynn Britten is charged with two counts of resisting arrest and obstruction of official business(PHOTO: Hamilton County Jail)

There were less than 10 officers handling security. Although hip-hop concerts carry a presence of possible criminal activity, the need for full officer assistance was carried out extremely well given the situation.

The victim's name was released. World News Today send our prayers to Christopher McKnight.

The men in the post above are Gary Sheffield and Jy Quynn Britten. They were charged with disorderly conduct. They are innocent until proven guilty.

The people who knocked out McKnight are sought.

The MLB's All Star Game is being played at Great American Ballpark and Cranley wants no more incidents like this to occur. Believe me, Cincinnati is trying to rebound after the death of Officer Sonny Kim.

Last month shooting death of Officer Sonny Kim has opened a disconnect yet again between the Black community and the Cincinnati police.

Kim was gravely wounded after a deranged man threatened to kill himself. The suspect was accused of molestation and called 911 urging cops to put a slug in him. He aimed at Kim and struck him in his bulletproof vest. Kim's injuries were worse than expected and he would die. The suspect died after eating a lead sandwich.

Cincinnati has reeled from racial unrest after the killing of Timothy Thomas in 2001 by Officer Stephen Roach. There were three nights of riots in the Over The Rhine district. The civil rights leaders imposed an economic boycott of the city which still exists.

Clifford "T.I." Harris, founder of Hustle Gang Music was a scheduled performer in Cincinnati in 2005. He had to watch a friend take a dirt nap. Philant Johnson lost his life after unidentified shooters put slugs in their tour vehicle. The media mogul and some of his crew left a melee at a club. As they were heading to a local hotel, I guess that's when the shooting occurred. T.I. vowed never to perform in Cincinnati again.
A new player in the racial agitator business. Jim Hoft, the founder of The Gateway Pundit has relished in "race" stories. He's following the footsteps of dead agitator Andrew Breitbart. Jim Hoft, Charles C. Johnson and Colin Flaherty are panderers of White extremism.
Jim Hoft runs The Gateway Pundit, a popular conservative blog.

Hoft is a concern troll like many agitators in the media. Every event that involves Black criminals on White people is a "race crime" according to this douche and the other asshat Colin Flaherty.

Many observers view The Gateway Pundit as a panderer to White extremism.

Hoft is a racial agitator who relishes in kookspiracies about Muslims, immigrants and Black people.

The conservative Craigslist often links Hoft's stories. The Gateway Pundit stories have been mentioned by many agitators on the AM dial.

Hoft is a 50 something White dork who wants to be the next Andrew Breitbart. Hopefully he doesn't have the heart condition that put Breitbart in the dirt.

Macon Police Put Juvies In Lockup After They Trash Walmart!

The teens crash Walmart.

The conservative Craigslist is the right's click bait. They often use this website as to promote their views on social media and through the junk food media.

But what stories attract them the most?

It's those lovely stories about Black criminal acts.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, Gawker, Media Matters for America and The Daily Banter have all noted that this website is a gateway drug for White extremists. This website has seen a rise in traffic recently. The website links often local stories about criminal behavior on the bylines.

Most readers automatically assume it's Black criminals because it's linked and it's in an urban area.

The website is doing the best PR for recruiting the next White terrorist.

You look at the comments from the concern trolls. I bet you money that Barack Obama's name is mentioned. Then you read down the comment section and see racially insensitive word vomit.

White extremists find common ground with the news aggregator. According to them, he's doing the work that the rest of the media won't!

Word vomit would require some form of "If I had my....."

A) Firearm
B) Camera
C) Vote
D) All Of The Above

A local story about a riot inside a Walmart obviously has attracted a bit of national attention. A group of  Black teens ransack a Macon Walmart and totally trashed the place. It was caught on surveillance camera.

The Bibb County Sheriff and Macon Police are rounding them up and putting them in time out.

One of the teens was outed by his parents. He lost his phone and he thought he could come back to retrieve it under the guise of being an innocent shopper caught up in the riot. Now he's been forced to snitch on the rest of them in order to stay out of the iron college.

The damages done cost a four figure sum. Obviously, the ones involved are banned from all Walmart stores in the United States.

Sheriff's officials said one of the teens later told a Walmart employee the goal was to see how much damage they could cause.

Sheriff's officials say floors were coated with broken merchandise. These young teens ran up the aisle knocking over stuff. Call the law, we got a riot inside Walmart.

Shoot to kill.

You notice that last month two White women fought inside a suburban Indianapolis Walmart. One of the woman's child was fighting in the video.

The person whipped out the camera and filmed. It went viral and the women weren't charge for fighting. The security wasn't dispatched.

A group of men were stopped by a Florida sheriff's deputy in a Walmart. She ordered them to leave after they spent too much time eye shopping and not buying. They got verbal with her and she put the cuffs on one of them. The film the altercation and it went viral.

John Crawford III paid the price for legally have a right to carry an open pellet gun in Walmart. He picked up the pellet gun while on the phone. He got shot twice in the chest while he was on the phone. He was shoot by Beavercreek, Ohio police. They didn't get charged for murder.

The People Of Walmart is a website that devotes its time to covering the most outrageous things that happen in the world's largest retailer.

And for all the good that Walmart does for the community, these things hurt its image and the individuals involved.

What's sad is that according to someone (who heard from someone) the Black teens were bored and they wanted to a flash mob.

See hearsay also works in concern trolling.

Indiana Women Fight In A Walmart And Bystanders Film It For Viral Sensationalism!

Walmart bans customers from store after a video emerged of them fighting.

Beech Grove, Indiana is a community surrounded by the city of Indianapolis.

The Beech Grove Police and Marion County Sheriff are shaking their heads in disgust over the incident in which two women get into a huge fight at a Walmart. One of the women told her six year old son to attack the other woman.

Walmart will automatically ban the women and child from every store in the country.

Allegedly one of the women claimed that the other said a racial slur. Amber Stephenson said that the woman told an employee that she's a fucking NIGGER.

“This bitch was sitting there yelling at an employee at Walmart, and she was telling her that she was a NIGGER and that she was going to get out of the chair and whoop her ass,” the woman said.

Fox 59 reports that Stephenson called in a radio station to tell her side of the story. She also criticized the security staff and the person who filmed the fight. She said that more things could have been done instead of trying to make social media fame.

“I don’t blame Walmart employees for not intervening. But as far as security, if you go to any other Walmart fight video, security is right there trying to break it up, help them.”

By the time police arrived, Amber said the fight was already over. She also talked about the role her son played in the fight.

“My son takes martial arts classes. He’s been going to the gym for several years with his father. I mean, he’s been in the gym for a long time,” she said. “He got a little crazy. I don’t have to worry about him ever being bullied.”

She described the boy as a straight-A, honor roll student and teacher’s pet. She said his martial arts teachers have taught him not to back down.

“My son is raised perfectly right. My son is perfectly well taken care of.”

A Walmart spokesman also said company policy prohibits employees from intervening in a violent situation. The store does have security officers, but they were just coming on duty as the fight was happening.

“This type of behavior inside one of our stores is completely unacceptable and we are notifying the individuals involved that they are no longer welcome on Walmart property. Once we were aware of this situation, a member of our management immediately called the police and we are continuing to work with them on this matter.”

Beech Grove Mayor Dennis Buckley called the situation “embarrassing” and pointed the finger at Walmart.

What makes the police more annoyed is the fact that the bystander videotaped on the camera phone it instead of calling the police. And to make this clear, this isn't the first case of problems for the Beech Groove Walmart.

There have been over 500 calls this year alone. The city is planning on issuing nuisance fines towards the mega store.

Brian Marye is the guy who filmed the video. He didn't care if the women were injured. He didn't care about the child's safety. He didn't care about dialing 911. All he wanted was viral sensationalism.

The Cincinnati-Dayton Metroplex!

Cincinnati and Dayton may merge communities and form a metroplex. This is Interstate 71/75 through Covington, Kentucky. Coming down the "Cut In the Hill" you see the skyline of Cincinnati.

With the rise in population around Butler, Warren and Greene Counties, the Dayton metro area will eventually be a "suburb" of Cincinnati.

Cincinnati, the city that sits on the banks of the Ohio River, population 287,000 is the hub of Southwestern Ohio. Dayton, the city that sits in west central Ohio, population 137,000 is the hub of the Miami Valley.

Both cities are control access cities with Interstate 70 and Interstate 75 being the nation's most frequently traveled highways. Interstate 71 and Interstate 74 both serve regional hubs such as Indianapolis, Louisville, Columbus and Cleveland.

Cincinnati is a global leader in innovation and manufacturing. Dayton while struggling to survive is the hub of health care, military research and aviation history.

Wright Patterson Air Force base is the nation's most active military installation.

Cincinnati's metro area includes Southwestern Ohio, Southeastern Indiana and Northern Kentucky.

Dayton's metro area includes Troy, Xenia, and Eaton. Dayton suffered a setback. Springfield, Ohio and Richmond, Indiana are no longer part of the Dayton MSA.

Springfield's micropolitan area includes Yellow Springs, Urbana and New Carlisle.

The talk around town is Dayton and Cincinnati may eventually form a metroplex.

Interstate 75 traveling through Dayton Ohio.
The Mill Creek Expressway project is an ongoing issue. Interstate 75 travels through Cincinnati and heads northward towards Dayton. The  Mill Creek Expressway project will create a full access interchange at Hopple Street, an easier access to Interstate 74/US 52, elimination of left hand exits at Harrison Avenue, and improve access to Mitchell Avenue and The Norwood Lateral (SR 562).

The highway is going through some major improvements between the two cities and through Northwestern Ohio and Toledo.

Interstate 71 is also in the works. The Ohio Department of Transportation is trying to make a full interchange exit to serve the University of Cincinnati. The exit ramp for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive is underway. The exit will eliminate the Taft Road exit and make it easier to access UC, the Zoo and Xavier University.

The highway is being worked on through Warren County through Jeremiah Morrow Bridge and into Columbus, Ohio.

With that said, the Cincinnati and Dayton leaders are seeking solutions to ease up constant traffic congestion. The talk of a full service toll road and 3-digit highway comes into play.

Also there's focus on areas north of Cincinnati and south of Dayton.

Dayton is about 85% complete on its revitalization project. The project calls for the elimination of the left handed exits that used to serve downtown. It will be one single wide lane exit that serves to segments of Dayton's central business district.

The region grew with the addition of Austin Landing, The Premium Outlets of Cincinnati, Miami Valley Gaming, and the future Liberty Center shopping center.

Some areas are being worked on and the communities that the Interstate serves will be affected.

The Dayton Daily News notes that a key criteria for merging two metropolitan areas is if 25 percent of residents living in central counties of one metro — such as Greene, Miami and Montgomery counties of the Dayton area — commute to work in central counties of a neighboring metro — such as Butler, Warren, Clermont or Hamilton counties, or parts of Northern Kentucky, as part of the larger Cincinnati MSA — according to U.S. Office of Budget and Management standards. The counties must also be contiguous.

While the U.S. Census Bureau tracks population patterns, it’s up to the federal Budget and Management department to make the call on a metro merger, research by this newspaper found. The federal budget office did not respond to interview or information requests by deadline.

“When we work with employers considering coming to the region, they don’t consider geographical boundaries,” said Adam Jones, administrator of the Workforce Investment Board of Butler, Clermont and Warren Counties, a workforce development agency.

Metroplex, macro region or mega region — all ways to describe the growing Interstate-75 corridor — aren't formal government terms.

Rather, government officials will consider population patterns and common economic development and social relationships for changing the borders of a metropolitan area, according to information provided by the Census Bureau.

“It highlights and confirms … we ought to be doing what we’re doing today and work together,” said Cincinnati Vice Mayor David Mann, as a panelist at last Thursday’s Think Regional conference.

Think Regional brought together business, government and nonprofit leaders from throughout Cincinnati and Dayton at an all-day event held April 16 in West Chester Twp. to promote regional collaboration.
The Cincinnati MSA and Dayton MSA.
“We don’t really have a choice if we want to compete as a region,” said Mann, referring to the need for the urban cores and surrounding communities to work together.

The city of Dayton thinks about Cincinnati every day, but Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley would be happy if Cincinnati thought of Dayton at least twice a week, she joked as a speaker Thursday on the same panel with Mann.

“I have a real interest in Cincinnati thinking north,” Whaley said. “In describing where Dayton is… we are an hour north of Cincinnati.”

“When we’re selling Dayton, we’re selling Cincinnati and Southwest Ohio,” Whaley said.

As of the most recent rankings of America’s largest metropolitans, the Cincinnati Tristate falls 28th on the list with a population of 2,149,449, according to the Census Bureau. Those estimates are as of July 1, 2014. The Dayton area ranks 71st on the list with a population of 800,836.

A combined Cincinnati-Dayton metropolitan with 2,950,285 people would rank the region as the 18th largest in the U.S. behind San Diego-Carlsbad, Calif., and ahead of Tampa-St.Petersburg-Clearwater, Fla.

A government designation of the area as one instead of two separate metropolitans would make a big difference in marketing the area to outside businesses, said Johnna Reeder, president and chief executive officer of REDI Cincinnati, the nonprofit economic development agency in charge of attracting businesses to Greater Cincinnati.

“The positives are when you’re bigger, you’re seen as having more assets and that’s a good thing when you’re trying to compete on big projects,” Reeder said.

Continued growth and trade along the corridor between Cincinnati and Dayton will drive the need for more talks between Cincinnati- and Dayton-area leaders, said Phil Parker, president and chief executive officer of Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce.

“You start to see more people and more businesses living along that corridor, it starts to add up to the point when there will be a time when people say we need to meet with and speak with our counterparts along that corridor to see what we can do to come up with the advantages… of that one large metropolis,” Parker said.

“I think the jury’s still out on it because one of the things people don’t want to happen is they certainly don’t want Dayton to be the red-headed step child of an area when right now we have our own governmental bodies, zip codes, etc.,” he said.

Insurgent Lawmaker Bill Shuster Riding Shotgun On Interstate 69!

Rep. Bill Shuster got the money shot from a lobbyist and the media is concerned about his ethics.

There's a whole lot of loving going on in the city of Altoona, PA.

Again, I don't give a rats ass about what goes on in the private lives of politicians. Why the junk food media made this a story is the fact that a powerful Republican lawmaker who has the power to issue funds to roads is caught up in an affair with a lobbyist.

The lobbyist is a part of a growing field of "I'll give you head" if you give me "$$$$$".

The lawmaker Republican Bill Shuster (R-PA) admits to having a relationship with a lobbyist.

He admits to cheating on Rebecca, his wife of 20 years.

According to the Cook Partisan Voting Index, Shuster represents the the 9th Congressional District. It was the most Republican district in Pennsylvania (and the Industrial Midwest), then with a score of R +17. Redistricting slightly increased the number Democrats in the district, with the addition of majority-Democratic Fayette County as well as the some of the Democratic portions of Washington County.

The price of gerrymandering. The Democrats can win the cities of Altoona, State College and Johnstown but fail at winning the district because it's strongly Republican.

Shuster has been resting comfortably in this district. For that he was promoted to be the chairman of House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

According to the insiders, he's a known player around the Capitol. He charms them ladies. All the while playing the game on his wife and children.

He finally tells the world that he's in love.

He's in love with his lobbyist. Shelley Rubino a former Democratic political operative now works at Airlines for America, a trade association for the major U.S. airlines.

Shuster and his mistress are circled. Politico broke the news of the improper and unethical relationship.
Shuster got a bundle of cash from this group. Matter of fact, Shuster gets top billing from the airline industry. Shuster and his staff are drafting bills to make the airline industry get away from the gubmint.

The FAA is trying to impose strong regulations on airlines and Shuster and his Republican friends are not willing to allow it to happen.

The Politico broke the story and now the junk food media is wondering did Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) know about this relationship?

Paging Melanie Sloan of Citizens for Responsible Ethics in Washington. We got another one!

I-99 is the Bud Shuster Freeway.
Shuster is the son of Bud "Mr. 99" Shuster.

Papa Shuster was a major player in Pennsylvania politics. As a lawmaker, Papa Bud was the guy who advocated a lot of pork and beans in Altoona, Johnstown and State College.

He managed to turn U.S. 220 into Interstate 99. The highway is being worked on from New York and it will end at its current terminus in Bedford near the PA Turnpike (Interstate 70 and 76). If it's possible Interstate 99 will continue into West Virginia, Virginia and end near Greensboro, NC.

Papa Shuster resigned from office after the FBI was looking into political corruption. He bounced before he could be served the papers. When he left, his son Lil' Bill got into the act and been in the Congress for over a decade.

Lil' Bill is a big supporter of the Interstate 69/Pan American Highway (aka NAFTA Superhighway).

The Republican Congress is willing to shelve out millions to the states of Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas. The highway will continue from its former terminus in Indianapolis and head towards Texas.

In twenty years, Interstate 69 will connect Canada to Mexico. The Interstate will start from Port Huron, MI and end in three points, Brownsville (I-69E), the cities McAllen and Pharr (I-69C), and Laredo, Texas (I-69W).

I-69 will travel from Michigan to Texas.
This adds to the list of controversial issues plaguing this inept Congress.

Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) is indicted on political corruption. He was involved in a scandal involving his friend who lobbied for Medicare benefits. Menendez also was involved in a sex scandal with underage Dominican Republic prostitutes. He was cleared of any involvement.

Aaron Schock, former U.S. Rep. from Illinois resigned after it was revealed he was spending like sailor and hiding his debts. Schock was a power broker in their Republican 2010 and 2014 victories. Schock's departure leaves Republican governor Bruce Bruner a crucial spot to be filled.

Michael Grim, former U.S. Rep from New York resigned after being reelected. He was indicted by the Department of Justice for taking bribes and tax evasion. The Republicans hope to retain the seat. It's in Staten Island, the only conservative part of New York City.

This clown Shuster released a video criticizing the president. He claims that the president shut down the coal mines and processing plants because of the EPA's regulations.
