Columbus Bus Driver Under Fire For Allowing Woman To Get Raped!

Central Ohio Transit Authority is under fire after a driver booted a woman off. That woman would become a victim of rape.

College rape is real. It's not funny and it's not a badge of honor. Many adults who are often raped never even knew it happen because of the atmosphere of drugs and alcohol.

It's known that women are likely raped when they're under the influence. A victim would be taken advantage of whenever the perpetator uses advances of weakness.

In Columbus, Ohio, The Ohio State University officers and Franklin County sheriff are investigating an incident near the campus. A young woman got raped after she was booted off the public transit for having one of her shoes fall apart. The attacker preyed upon her naivety to find shelter from the weather.

The Columbus Dispatch reports that Central Ohio Transit Authority is facing a scandal. The scandal gotten some major airplay in the city.

The young woman said she was kicked off a city bus because of a broken sandal before she was raped about 1:50 a.m. on Saturday near the Ohio State University campus, according to a Columbus police report.

Sexual predator raped college student.
The woman, 21, told police she was taking a southbound Central Ohio Transit Authority bus from Worthington when she noticed that her flip-flop was broken. What transpired between her and the bus driver is unclear, but she said the driver told her she was required to wear shoes on the bus.

“She said the bus driver told her she had to get off the bus,” detective James Ashenhurst of the police sexual-assault squad said Saturday night.

She got out on N. High Street near 12th Avenue and went to a nearby United Dairy Farmers store to get something to fix her shoe. It is unclear whether it then was too late for her to connect with the bus Downtown that would have taken her the rest of the way to Grove City.

She got something to eat in the area, and while there she met Randy M. Graham Jr., Ashenhurst said.

When it started to rain, Graham suggested taking shelter in empty garages in a nearby alley. He then forced her into one of the garages and began raping her, she told police.

The garages, which are more like a row of attached carports, open on the alley behind 30 E. 12th Ave.

Two Columbus bike patrol officers were checking the alley and came upon a man and woman having sexual intercourse in one of the garages, police said. The woman told them she was being raped.

Graham, 36, was charged with kidnapping and rape. Graham, who is homeless according to court records, was being held in the Franklin County jail and was scheduled to appear in municipal court today.

Court records show Graham has a lengthy list of convictions dating to 2000, including several disorderly conduct charges, menacing, aggressive panhandling, assault and soliciting for prostitution.

“There was a big police presence in the area because of the (Ohio State-Virginia Tech) game, and the officers were doing their due diligence checking the alley and the garages,” Ashenhurst said.

“The officers intervened early in the assault,” Ashenhurst said. “I’m sure it could have been a lot worse if they hadn’t.”

He said Graham did not resist arrest and the woman, who is not an OSU student, was taken to a hospital to be examined.

COTA’s policy requires riders to wear shoes, but “we would never ask operators to enforce a policy ... if the customer was going to be placed in an unsafe situation,” said Marty Stutz, COTA spokesman.

Buses are equipped with video cameras and audio near the driver’s seat. Stutz said those devices would be reviewed to determine what transpired.

Graham got to fork out $200k for the get outta free card.

COTA is one of Ohio's largest bus lines. It has over 60 routes and it operates within the metropolitan Columbus area. It extends into Franklin County and portions of Delaware, Fairfield, Union county and Licking Counties.

Royal Too!

Royal couple goes for the second.

The United Kingdom's most popular couple is going for a second bundle.

Prince William and Princess Kate are going for the second round. According to the junk food media, the couple announced that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting her second child and being treated for severe morning sickness, royal officials said Monday.

The couple's Clarence House office said they and their families were "delighted" with the baby news.

The former Kate Middleton was being treated at Kensington Palace for severe morning sickness, Clarence House said.

She was hospitalized for the same condition, hyperemesis gravidarum, during her first pregnancy with Prince George, who was born in July 2013.

The illness means the 32-year-old duchess may need extra hydration, medication and nutrients.

British Prime Minister David Cameron said he was "delighted by the happy news that they're expecting another baby."

The new baby will become fourth in line to the throne, pushing Prince Harry to fifth. Toddler Prince George is third and likely to become Britain's monarch one day.

The Associated Press also adds that Britain had changed its laws before George's birth so that the couple's first born would be in line for the throne regardless of its sex. Before the change, a girl would have lost her place in line if a boy was born later.

William and Kate have often expressed an interest in having a larger family.

Britain's Press Association reported that Kate's pregnancy hasn't passed the 12-week stage, which is when she became ill in her first pregnancy.

Royal officials said it wasn't clear if the duchess will be able to carry out planned official engagements, including a trip to Malta on Sept. 20 and 21 that would mark her first overseas solo trip.

Decisions on events would be made on a "case-by-case" basis, officials said.

One Good Shove Deserves Another!

Don Lemon and officer Dan Page get into a tussle. Page is under investigation for more than shoving the news agitator.

Don Lemon was doing coverage in Ferguson. An officer got into his face and shoved him. Lemon made a complaint to the St. Louis County prosecutor. The prosecutor was going to investigate this as police brutality. The officer who shoved Lemon decided to take an early out.

St. Louis County officer Dan Page made some inflammatory comments while a member of the Oath Keepers, a far right group that supports law enforcement.

Page made comments that drew some ire. He was talking about President Barack Obama, LGBT, Muslims, the Black community and of course his oath as an officer.

He is a 35-year veteran with the St. Louis County police. The video that got him in more trouble was his agitating speech on America's diversity. And after this revelation, he was suspended indefinitely. This video has been making rounds on YouTube.

This month was really polarizing. From this point on, never look at August as the dull month.

Things happen during the time the president and Congress go on their respective vacations.

The junk food media agitators worked overtime in jumping over the rioting and looting in Ferguson.
Speaking at an Oath Keepers gathering in a school gymnasium, Dan Page recites his vitriol.
They put the cameras in the 3% of the population acting like a bunch of idiots. Sure they're burning their community and throwing rocks at the law. The cops were going all out with military vehicles, shooting them with rubber bullets, tear gas, and of course allowing their K-9 partners urinate on the memorial dedicated to Michael Brown.

Loserville is all in defense of the reclusive Darren Wilson, the officer who put six in the body of Brown. Wilson is getting major donations from the racist right. The insurgency has always maintained that "we don't rush conclusions". Oh by the way, Brown strong armed robbed a man of a few smokes.

In their case, they're trying to say that Brown deserved his own death. They even goes as far to label him a thug and potential murderer. There are some on the racist right demanding to look into any history as a minor in the court system. They couldn't find nothing on Brown other than him giving the finger and rapping on a microphone. Nothing incriminating.

The officer's comments has gone viral. This may spark more protest in Ferguson.

The St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar saying that the comments Page made in the surfaced video, "deeply disturbed me immediately."

Will Loserville defend an officer who said some nasty things about those he swore to protect?

Was Darren Wilson in attendance of this?

Take discretion in viewing these videos.

The Woman Who Filmed The Michael Brown Shooting Fears For Her Life!

Piaget Crenshaw at a mural for Michael Brown. She along with her attorney goes to CNN to disspell the racist right's account of the Michael Brown shooting.

Piaget Crenshaw with her attorney goes to CNN to tell the junk food media that the events that sparked riots into the St. Louis metropolitan area was triggered Ferguson officer Darren Wilson.

Crenshaw said that her first month living in the Ferguson has been a nightmare. She was trying to go to work and the commotion outside drove her to record it.

She believes Wilson was caught on film shooting a fleeing Brown. The teen paused and turned to face Wilson with his hands up. He would shot Brown in the face with his service weapon.

She wants to disspell the racist right's account of unarmed teen Michael Brown.

“I knew this was not right, I knew police should not even have been chasing this young boy and firing at the same time,” Crenshaw told CNN. “That fact that he got shot in the face, it was something that clicked in me, I thought, somebody else needs to see this. This isn’t right.”

Crenshaw said there was a struggle at the police car in which it seemed Wilson was trying to draw Brown in. Brown took off running, and Crenshaw said Wilson began firing; when Brown turned around, he was shot multiple times. Crenshaw said that her accounting of the incident concurred with what she knew of the autopsy report, which found that Brown had been shot from the front. “When [Brown] turned toward the cop was when he let off the most shots,” Crenshaw said.

The racist right believes that officer Wilson was justifiable in shooting an unarmed Brown. They seen the release of a video in which Brown shoved a convenience store worker. He was accused by the law of stealing a few Swisher Sweet cigars. He had marijuana traces in his autopsy report. Some of his social networking profile pictures shows unflattering images of Brown. In the racist right's mind, this is enough for the law to lay six shots into him.

More rioting happened in Ferguson. Some in the media chasing for them ratings got hit with tear gas from the law and sometimes rocks from the protesters.

Embattled governor Jay Nixon (D-MO) ordered the national guard to handle situation after pleas by Missouri Highway Patrol chief Ron Johnson failed. President Barack Obama has ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to travel to Ferguson.

Kendrick Johnson: Was He Bullied To Death?

Teen's death is being reexamined.

Down in Georgia, a family of a young teen is suing the school district after they accused the officials of a "cover up" in the death of the teen.

Kendrick Johnson was a student at the Lowndes High School. His body was found in the gym rolled up in a mat back in 2013. The school officials claim that the student committed suicide, but his family thinks that it was deliberate act of bullying by students which lead to an involuntary manslaughter.

Johnson's body was found in a rolled-up mat in the Lowndes High School gymnasium on January 11, 2013.

His parents earlier filed a negligence lawsuit against the south Georgia school district claiming it was negligent and violated Johnson's constitutional right to equal protection based on race. Johnson, 17 when he died, was African-American.

CNN report that the new lawsuit accuses the Lowndes County Board of Education, its superintendent and the high school principal of ignoring reports that Johnson was repeatedly attacked and harassed by a white student.

"As a direct result of and proximate result of defendants' aforesaid actions and omissions, on or about January 10, 2013, Kendrick Lamar Johnson was violently assaulted, severely injured, suffered great physical pain and mental anguish, and subjected to insult and loss of life, all of which took place at the hands of one or more students while on the property of Lowndes High School and during its normal hours of operations," the lawsuit said.

The complaint said school officials knew about an attack on Johnson by a white student during a school bus trip a year earlier and another attack later.

The other student "had a history of provoking and attacking" Johnson at school, the lawsuit said.

Johnson was "victimized" again "in the presence of the coaching staff and employees" of the school again after his mother complained about the attacks, the suit said.

After Johnson was "improperly accused and blamed for instigating" a school bus fight, school officials refused to let his mother see the bus surveillance video, the filing said.

Johnson was "subjected to undeserved punishment, humiliation and various forms of mistreatment by members of the coaching staff" of the football program, leading to his decision to quit the football team, the suit said.

The older brother of the student who attacked Johnson confronted him and told him "it ain't over," the lawsuit said.

No school official interviewed Johnson or his friends who witnessed the attacks, the suit said.

"This failure to act despite actual knowledge that Kendrick Lamar Johnson was being harassed departed from the defendant Lowndes County School System's own established procedures dealing with harassment and mistreatment, including racial discrimination," the suit said.

School officials also failed to "properly monitor the activities of students throughout all areas" of the campus and to "maintain a properly functioning video surveillance system," the family's suit contends.

Investigators with the Sheriff's Office ruled his death accidental -- concluding that Johnson climbed into the center of the gym mat to reach for a shoe and got stuck. Kenneth and Jacquelyn Johnson believe that their son was beaten to death. They hired an independent pathologist, who found "unexplained apparent nonaccidental blunt force trauma" to the teen's neck and concluded the death was a homicide.

The U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia launched a federal investigation into the case on October 31, 2013.

Warren Turner, an attorney for Lowndes County Schools, told CNN the school had not been served with the lawsuit so "it would be premature and inappropriate to make a public comment on this matter at this time."

Sharpton And Hannity Are Back In The Race Agitation Business!

These two will certainly drive attention to the incident involving an unarmed Black man and the NYPD.

Guess who's getting involved in the Eric Garner situation?

A week ago, the NYPD tried to apprehend a man who was accused of selling loose cigarettes. There was a verbal confrontation and the law had taken the 6'3" 400 lb man down hard. They try to cuff him and he's telling them eight times "he can't breathe". By the time they got off him, he was unconscious and the NYPD and FDNY did nothing to save him.

This unarmed man was being questioned for a petty misdemeanor and the NYPD officers were trying to arrest him.

What drove the situation to involve death was the perception of one of the officers using a stranglehold to take down the man.

This video was posted by eyewitnesses. He posted on the social networks and it went viral. Now the whole world is talking about it. Obviously it's going to make it to the cable news channels with a known history of chasing ratings amid a controversy.

These two agitators who managed to bring front and center a race controversy over a few years ago. These two who both debated on the issues of race and politics. Both use a bullhorn on the AM dial and cable news channels to promote a divisive campaign to bring shame to what they've perceived as a threat to the very nature of American values.

Both have activist ties to controversial organizations and groups. One supports the civil rights movement. He founded the National Action Network. This one also singed a book deal and endorsement deal from rap label Cash Money Entertainment.

One supports the Tea Party. He's a co-chair of the Tea Party Patriots and a board member of the Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny (BOND) founded by a Black extremist.

Both have passionate feelings on the NYPD's handling of an unarmed Black man who was restrained by two plain clothes officers.

Both believe that the excessive use of force was wrong. But both have a different take on the situation.

One believes that even in America, if the slightly infraction merits that type of restraint, then we outta to do something about it by not only protesting the incident but demanding those involved to be charged with a crime.

The other believes that NYPD are doing their jobs. To the other, that Garner should have just put his hands in the air and allow the police to restrain him. He kind believes that Garner agitated the incident by using his freedom of speech to tell the police officers to "get off his back".

Now as they gather their cameramen to the church where the funeral was held, you hear a Black preacher say "revenge". What does that mean?

According to the conservative agitators, they believe that "US BLACK FOLKS" will loot and riot when we don't get our way. If the NYPD officers walk, we tear the town down. That's what is being promoted on that website that "throws shit to the wall". The racist right loves to make us "BLACK FOLKS" look stupid. They think of us as "NATURAL BORN CRIMINALS" and "DA REAL RACISTS".

Obviously Garner gave the racist right the obvious "I DIDN'T DO NUFFINS" excuse.

In the graphic video you hear the man tell the officers that "he did nothing wrong" and "he couldn't breathe" after being taken down.

The world reacts to the harsh treatment of unarmed Black men.

What did the Black man do to deserve this?

Why They Shot The Plane Down? [NSFW]

International leaders condemn this senseless tragedy.

BE WARNED, THIS CONTAINS DISTURBING IMAGES. TAKE DISCRETION WHEN READING THIS ARTICLE. THE ARTICLE HAS INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE ASSOCIATED PRESS, THE HUFFINGTON POST AND REUTERS.

The international media and world leaders come in unity condemning this horrible attack against innocent travelers.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those who were lost in this senseless tragedy.

This give credence to the troubled Malaysian Airlines. The airline company has gotten a lot of flack earlier this year when Flight 370 "disappeared" over the Indian Ocean. Many are still hoping that they wreckage can be finally found, but alas, it's not!

The next thing to happen for Malaysian Airlines was not an act of the crew or pilots, but a bunch of extremists who happen to be egging on a potential civil war in Ukraine. The Russian Federation and the United States are at odds with each other over the breakaway states that decided to become independent and loyal to Moscow.

Separatists shot down a MH17 in Ukraine shot down the passenger plane carrying 295 people aboard. This plane crashed in eastern Ukraine on Thursday was shot down, U.S. officials told multiple news outlets. No signs of survivors have been reported.

Body parts were scattered for miles around the crash site, near towns held by Russian-backed separatists. An emergency services rescue worker said that at least 100 bodies had been found at the scene.

Ukrainian officials blamed separatists for the attack on the plane, a Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 that was traveling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. Anton Gerashenko, an adviser to Ukraine's Interior Minister, wrote on Facebook that the plane was hit by a missile fired from a Buk launcher over the country's east. U.S. officials told NBC News that the plane was shot down by a surface-to-air missile, and that they "were trying to determine who fired the missile." Russian separatists have shot down several Ukrainian military planes in recent months.

The Daily Beast reports that the plane's black box had been sent to Moscow for investigation, citing a Russian radio station.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Ukraine bore responsibility for the crash, saying in televised comments, "This tragedy would not have happened, if there had been peace on that land, or in any case if military operations in southeastern Ukraine had not been renewed."

Airlines scrambled to divert their flights away from Ukrainian airspace following the crash.

President Obama spoke briefly about the incident, calling it a "terrible tragedy." Vice President Biden also commented, saying the crash was "not an accident."

Ukraine's east has seen heavy fighting since the country's army launched an operation to recapture eastern cities from rebel fighters.

The Associated Press added that A Russian news report said pro-Russia rebels intend to call a three-day cease-fire to allow for an investigation into the crash and recovery efforts.

The Boeing 777-200ER, traveling from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, appeared to have broken up before impact and the burning wreckage — which included body parts and the belongings of passengers — was scattered over a wide area.
Graphic photos of the carnage.
The cockpit and one of the turbines lay at a distance of one 1 kilometer (more than a half-mile) from one another. Residents said the tail had landed around 10 kilometers (six miles) further away. Pieces of charred bodies and bones were spread around the field. Rescue workers planted sticks with white flags in spots where they found body parts.

Some journalists attempting to reach the crash site were detained briefly by rebel militiamen, who were nervous and aggressive.

There was no indication there were any survivors. Malaysia's prime minister said the plane didn't make any distress call before it went down, and that the flight route was declared safe by the International Civil Aviation Organization.

Prime Minister Najib Razak told reporters that Malaysia was unable to verify "the cause of this tragedy but we must, and we will, find out precisely what happened to this flight."

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko called the downing an act of terrorism and called for an international investigation into the crash. He insisted that his forces did not shoot down the plane.

At least 154 people on the flight were Dutch citizens, said Huib Gorter, Malaysian Airlines senior vice president in Europe. There were also 27 Australians on board, 23 Malaysians, including all 15 crew, and 11 Indonesians.

Other nationalities so far identified were six passengers from the United Kingdom, four from Germany, four Belgians, three from the Philippines and one Canadian. There are still 47 dead whose nationalities haven't yet been confirmed, he added.

Ukraine's security services produced what they said were two intercepted telephone conversations that they said showed rebels were responsible. In the first call, the security services said, rebel commander Igor Bezler tells a Russian military intelligence officer that rebel forces shot down a plane.

In the second, two rebel fighters — one of them at the scene of the crash — say the rocket attack was carried out by a unit of insurgents about 25 kilometers (15 miles) north of the crash site.

Bodies were scattered across the Ukrainian farmland.
Neither recording could be independently verified.

Earlier in the week, the rebels had claimed responsibility for shooting down two Ukrainian military planes.

President Barack Obama called the crash a "terrible tragedy" and talked about it on the phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Later, Putin said Ukraine bears responsibility for the crash. But he didn't address the question of who might have shot down the plane and didn't accuse Ukraine of doing so.

"This tragedy would not have happened if there were peace on this land, if the military actions had not been renewed in southeast Ukraine," Putin said, according to a Kremlin statement issued early Friday. And, certainly, the state over whose territory this occurred bears responsibility for this awful tragedy."

Britain has asked for an emergency meeting of the U.N. Security Council on Ukraine.

The RIA-Novosti agency on Thursday quoted rebel leader Alexander Borodai as saying discussions were underway with Ukrainian authorities on calling a short truce for humanitarian reasons. He said international organizations would be allowed into the conflict-plagued region.

Aviation authorities in several countries, including the FAA in the United States, had issued warnings not to fly over parts of Ukraine prior to Thursday's crash, but many airliners had continued to use the route because "it is a shorter route, which means less fuel and therefore less money," said aviation expert Norman Shanks.
Crash of MH17 Malaysian Passenger Airliner Near Border Between Ukraine and Russia
Victim of the plane crash obtained through BestGore.com
Within hours of Thursday's crash, several airlines, including Lufthansa, Delta and KLM, released statements saying they were avoiding parts of Ukrainian airspace.

Malaysia Airlines said Ukrainian aviation authorities told the company they had lost contact with Flight MH17 at 1415 GMT (10 a.m. EDT) about 30 kilometers (20 miles) from Tamak waypoint, which is 50 kilometers (30 miles) from the Russia-Ukraine border.

It said the plane was carrying 280 passengers and 15 crew members. It had left Amsterdam at 12:15 p.m. and was due to arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 6:10 a.m. Friday.

Anton Gerashenko, an adviser to Ukraine's interior minister, said on his Facebook page the plane was flying at an altitude of 10,000 meters (33,000 feet) when it was hit by a missile from a Buk launcher, which can fire up to an altitude of 22,000 meters (72,000 feet). He said only that his information was based on "intelligence."

Igor Sutyagin, a research fellow in Russian studies at the Royal United Services Institute, said both Ukrainian and Russian forces have SA-17 missile systems — also known as Buk ground-to-air launcher systems.

Rebels had bragged recently about having acquired Buk systems.

He said Russia had supplied separatist rebels with military hardware, but he had seen no evidence "of the transfer of that type of system from Russia." The weapons that the rebels are known to have do not have the capacity to reach beyond 4,500 meters. (14,750 feet)

A launcher similar to the Buk missile system was seen by Associated Press journalists earlier Thursday near the eastern Ukrainian town of Snizhne, which is held by the rebels.

Petro Poshosheriko, president of Ukraine and President Barack Obama demand the facts.
The Malaysia Airlines plane was delivered to the company on July 30, 1997, according to Flightglobal's Ascend Online Fleets. It has more than 43,000 hours of flight time and 6,950 takeoffs and landings.

Poroshenko said his country's armed forces didn't shoot at any airborne targets.

"We do not exclude that this plane was shot down, and we stress that the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not take action against any airborne targets," he said. "We are sure that those who are guilty in this tragedy will be held responsible."

The Kremlin said Putin "informed the U.S. president of the report from air traffic controllers that the Malaysian plane had crashed on Ukrainian territory" without giving further details about their call. The White House confirmed the call.

Separatist leader Andrei Purgin told The Associated Press that he was certain that Ukrainian troops had shot the plane down, but gave no explanation or proof for his statement.

Purgin said he did not know whether rebel forces owned Buk missile launchers, but said even if they did, they had no fighters capable of operating it.

Around the time the plane crashed, Russian media quoted witnesses as saying they saw a plane being hit by what they thought was a rocket.
Arseniy Petrovych Yatsenyuk, prime minister of Ukraine meets President Barack Obama.
It was the second time that a Malaysia Airlines plane was lost in less than six months. Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 disappeared in March while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. It has not been found, but the search has been concentrated in the Indian Ocean far west of Australia.

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, who had been attending a European Union summit in Brussels, headed back to the Netherlands to deal with the crash.

In Kuala Lumpur, several relatives of those onboard the Malaysian airliner came to the international airport.

A distraught Akmar Mohamad Noor, 67, said her older sister was coming to visit the family in Kuala Lumpur for the first time in five years.

"She called me just before she boarded the plane and said 'see you soon,'" Akmar said.
There have been several disputes over planes being shot down over eastern Ukraine in recent days.

On Wednesday evening, a Ukrainian fighter jet was shot down by an air-to-air missile from a Russian plane, Ukrainian authorities said Thursday, adding to what Kiev says is mounting evidence that Moscow is directly supporting the separatist insurgents. Ukraine Security Council spokesman Andrei Lysenko said the pilot of the Sukhoi-25 jet hit by the air-to-air missile was forced to bail after his jet was shot down.
Ukraine rebels with pro-Russian ties may have shot Malaysian Airlines Flight 17
Russia's U.N. Ambassador Vitaly Churkin told reporters at U.N. headquarters in New York on Thursday that Russia did not shoot down the Ukrainian fighter jet on Wednesday. "We didn't do it," Churkin said.

Pro-Russia rebels, meanwhile, claimed responsibility for strikes Wednesday on two Ukrainian Sukhoi-25 jets.

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry said the second jet was hit by a portable surface-to-air missile, but added the pilot was unscathed and managed to land his plane safely.

Moscow denies Western charges that is supporting the separatists or sowing unrest in its neighbor.

Earlier this week, Ukraine said a military transport plane was shot down Monday over eastern Ukraine by a missile fired from Russian territory.

Flights that were airborne when the Malaysia Airlines jet crashed have been re-routed, transportation officials said.

It's Not A Good Holiday For Davion Only!

Davion Henry (Only) is back in foster care after he got into a confrontation with his adoptive family.

The teen who gain national attention for being the kid no one wanted to adopt is back in the news.

Apparently he's no longer allowed in the home of his adoptive family. Just two weeks ago, that boy and his adoptive family were on That Guy Who Helped Obama Win's program.

All things ain't so rosy in household. An altercation at the home of his potential family in Ohio turned him back to the Florida Department of Family Services.

And to make this worse, Davion Henry (Only) dropped everything. He killed off the social networking websites. He will no longer hold conversations with the junk food media and he's probably in a state of despair.

Some people who previously adopted him said that he had a huge temper. Apparently this temper built up after being shunned by his original family and probably molested as a child.

Before this incident, we here at Journal de la Reyna were following this controversy. Thousands of Americans were hoping to adopt the young man.

On paper, this was the book-definition perfect family for him. The father was a pastor who had worked with troubled kids. They knew about Davion's background and his issues.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that Davion came back to Florida just long enough to pack a small suitcase.

Then he returned to Ohio, where his prospective parents signed him up to play football — something he had always wanted to do.

"I got baptized!" he wrote April 20, from his new phone, on his new Facebook page.

The adoption could take place in 90 days, said Terri Durdaller, whose agency, Eckerd, oversees Tampa Bay's foster children. That would have meant that Davion could be adopted this month.

Instead, he is back in Pinellas County, at a therapeutic foster home, upset and embarrassed, unwilling to talk.

"There was an incident in Ohio," said Eckerd's director, Lorita Shirley. At one point, she said, things got physical between Davion and another child in the house, and with the dad. The family wanted him out.

On May 30, Davion's case manager flew to Ohio and brought him back to Florida.

"This has been a major setback for him," Shirley said. "Our goal now is to get him treatment."

SCOTUS Rules Big!

Cameras aren't allowed in the Supreme Court. Recording devices are limited to audio. A courtroom sketcher will display the reactions of those in the courtroom.

Two major decision came from the U.S. Supreme Court. They managed to not only deal a blow to law enforcement agencies but also start up companies that advocate advancements in the digital age.

First things first, have you ever posted anything incriminating on your phone?

Have you ever posted something that you know will get you in trouble?

Think about that young woman who posted on the social networks and on her phone. She was the one who robbed a bank. Hannah Sabata got 20 years in the iron college for that incident. Before the Court decision, the boys in blue would have checked her phone for incriminating evidence. No more.

The law must now get a warrant to look into a person's phone. Today the landmark decision given by the Court unanimously held that search and seizure of digital contents of a cell phone during an arrest is unconstitutional.

The case arose from a split among state and federal courts over the cell phone search incident to arrest (SITA) doctrine. The Fourth, Fifth, and Seventh Circuits have ruled that officers can search cell phones to arrest under various standards. That rule has been followed by the Supreme Courts of Georgia, Massachusetts, and California. Other courts in the First Circuit and the Supreme Courts of Florida and Ohio disagreed.

Now if you want to see your local news on the phone or through the computer. It may be even harder to stream the service if you're not licensed by the company. The Court ruled that online streaming service Aereo violated copyright when they were charging fees to stream local programs over their programming. This means that any start up business that wants to stream programming that comes off the free broadcast will be subject to infringement and shut down.

Broadcasters argued that Aereo was a threat both to their business model, by undermining the cable retransmission fees and the size of their audience.

Because the fees cable companies pay for broadcast content can comprise up to 10% of a broadcaster's revenue, broadcasters object to Aereo's re-distribution of this content without paying any fees. Broadcasters have also identified Aereo as part of the cord-cutting trend among television audiences that poses a threat to broadcasters' advertising revenue.

Aereo was sued for copyright infringement by a consortium of major broadcasters, including CBS Corporation's CBS, Comcast's NBC, Disney's ABC and 21st Century Fox's Fox.

The broadcasters argued that Aereo infringed their copyrighted material because Aereo's streams constituted public performances. They sought a preliminary injunction against the company. On July 11, Federal Judge Alison Nathan denied this injunction, citing as precedent the 2008 Cablevision case, which established the legality of cloud-based streaming and DVR services.

In response to the decision, Aereo Founder and CEO Chet Kanojia said “Today’s decision shows that when you are on the right side of the law, you can stand up, fight the Goliath and win.”

In a subsequent interview with CNET, Kanojia asserted, “With one step, we changed the entire TV industry. The television industry and its evolution are now starting towards the Internet and that was stopped until Aereo came along...And I think as consumers start migrating to the Internet, new programming and new content are going to come in.

The Court decided in favor of the broadcasters on June 25 in a 6-3 decision and remanded the case with Justices Scalia, Thomas and Alito dissenting. The Court's decision describes Aereo as not being "simply an equipment provider," with an "overwhelming likeness to cable companies" that "performs petitioners' works 'publicly.'" Further, the Court adds that its decision should not discourage the emergence or use of different kinds of technologies, a conclusion that will remain to be seen.

Research was obtained through the SCOTUS Blog and Wikipedia to conclude the summary of this decision.

These decisions are monumental. The Court's rulings will affect the digital age. The Roberts Court is pretty damn conservative. The swing is Anthony Kennedy and he's tolled the line toward libertarian. These decisions are pretty much setbacks to law enforcement and digital technology.

Sudanese Woman Freed After Death Sentence!

Sudanese woman beats a deadly rap.

Sudan is in a state of civil war. There's apparently a woman who was going to be sentenced to death after she tried a dose of Christianity in a staunchly conservative Sunni nation.

She managed to beat a serious rap. Some consider nations will sentence individuals to death if they commit any form of religious blasphemy.

According to CNN, Meriam Ibrahim was released after Sudanese court ruled that her sentence was invalid.

"I am a Christian," Meriam Yehya Ibrahim told the judge at her sentencing hearing in May, "and I will remain a Christian."

An appeals court in Sudan ruled that a lower court's judgment against the 27-year-old was faulty, her lawyer, Mohaned Mustafa El-Nour, said Monday. He declined to elaborate.

An international controversy erupted over Ibraham's conviction in May by a Sudanese court on charges of apostasy, or the renunciation of faith, and adultery. Ibrahim was eight months pregnant when was sentenced to suffer 100 lashes and then be hanged.

"I'm so frustrated. I don't know what to do," her husband, Daniel Wani told CNN in May. "I'm just praying." Wani, uses a wheelchair and "totally depends on her for all details of his life," Ibrahim's lawyer said.

Ibrahim was reunited with her husband after getting out of custody, her lawyer said Monday.

Ibrahim gave birth to a girl in a prison last month, two weeks after she was sentenced. She was in the women's prison with her 20-month-old son, but Sudanese officials said the toddler was free to leave at any time, according to her lawyer.

The criminal complaint filed by a brother, a Muslim, said her family was shocked to find out Ibrahim had married a Christian, U.S. citizen Daniel Wani, after she was missing for several years, according to her lawyer. A Muslim woman's marriage to a Christian man is not considered legal in Sudan, thus the adultery charge.

The apostasy charge came because Ibrahim proclaimed herself to be Christian, not Muslim. Her mother, an Ethiopian Orthodox, was abandoned by her Sudanese Muslim father when Ibrahim was just 6 and she was raised as a Christian, she said.
Meriam Ibrahim with her husband.
Sudanese Parliament speaker Fatih Izz Al-Deen defended the conviction last month, insisting that claims that Ibrahim was raised as non-Muslim are untrue. She was raised in an Islamic environment, Al-Deen said.

The lower court had warned Ibrahim to renounce her Christianity by May 15, but she held firm to her beliefs while her lawyer appealed the conviction and sentence.

Her sentence had drawn international condemnation from rights groups and foreign embassies in Khartoum, including those of the United States, United Kingdom and Canada.

Blame Game: Elliot Rodger's Murderous Rampage!

Elliot Rodger
The nice guy is the most dangerous individual. Elliot Rodgers was rejected by society. He decides to launch an assault against everyone.

S. Baldwin broke the news of a California gunman who committed an act of terrorism at the University of California Santa Barbara.

A spree killing occurred in Isla Vista, California, starting with a stabbing attack at an apartment, followed by a series of drive-by shootings near the campus of University of California, Santa Barbara. Seven people were killed, including the attacker, and thirteen others were wounded.

The attacker was identified as 22-year-old Elliot Rodger, who was a student at Santa Barbara City College.

He was born in London, England, but moved to the United States when he was five years old. His father was filmmaker Peter Rodger, whose credits include working as an assistant director for The Hunger Games. His stepmother was actress Soumaya Akaaboune.

According to the Rodger family's attorney, Rodger saw multiple therapists and was a student at Santa Barbara City College. The lawyer also claims that Rodger was diagnosed with "highly functional Asperger syndrome" as a child and was allegedly bullied.

He had a YouTube account, a Facebook account, and a blog titled Elliot Rodger's Official Blog, all of which contained posts expressing loneliness and rejection.

A week prior to the shooting, his parents reported him to police after being concerned about his behavior and YouTube videos. During the past year, police had investigated Rodger three separate times, including one incident where he claimed he was beaten, but investigators presumed he was the aggressor.

Roger posted a video on YouTube on the day of the attack, titled Elliot Rodger's Retribution, in which he complained of being rejected by women and described details of his upcoming attack.

In the video, he laid out his motivations and plans, saying:

"Tomorrow is the day of retribution, the day in which I will have my revenge. ...You girls have never been attracted to me. I don't know why you girls aren't attracted to me, but I will punish you all for it."

Police said they were investigating the video.

In his 140-page manifesto titled "My Twisted World", he also outlined some of his plans:

"On the day before the Day of Retribution, I will start the First Phase of my vengeance: Silently killing as many people as I can around Isla Vista by luring them into my apartment through some form of trickery."

You can read this disturbing manifesto here.

Three people were killed during the shootings. They were identified as Katherine Cooper, 22, and Veronika Weiss, 19, both students at the University of California, Santa Barbara, who were killed at the sorority house; and Christopher Martinez, 20, another UCSB student who was killed at the Isla Vista Deli Mart.

Three other men were stabbed to death repeatedly at the attacker's apartment prior to the shooting spree; their identities are currently unreleased, but they were confirmed to be the attacker's roommates.

Thirteen other people were injured, eight of them from gunshot wounds and four others by blunt trauma sustained after being struck by the attacker's vehicle. The thirteenth injury was undetermined.

Be warned this is extremely disturbing. The video is considered not safe for work.

Of course, the conservatives will say that this mentally disturbed individual who managed to commit an act of terrorism among innocent victims as a card carrying member of the Democratic Party.

The racist right blogs couldn't help themselves by saying this White terrorist is a "leftist", "Democrat" or "liberal".

Can't let the political fire die down.

It seems like I've repeated this one too many times. The usual finger pointing from the agitators of the junk food media.

The left will say: "Here we go again, another mass shooting in America and the president and Congress will not move the needle on curbing gun violence. The NRA can't do nothing right. All they want is 'more guns' and we'll pay the price with blood! You see why cutting government is a bad thing! The sequester is hurting the country and Republicans are responsible for the tragedy!"

The right will say: "See what we told you! There's a need for more firearms in the workplace. Besides, these liberals seriously think a piece of paper or a law can stop a gunman. If more people were armed this man would have seen justice. Anyways, isn't this guy an Obama voter? After all this could have been a liberal, don't you know?"

One thing is clear about this political football it's going to be an agitator who peaks into who the person votes for.

Who cares what political affiliation he had?

Who cares what he's done before the shooting?

Leave all that for federal and state law enforcement. Because for all we know is that the man went on a rampage. He stabbed people. He started shooting at people. He took his own life.

We all hear that story about the shooter was being a "nice guy" and friendly! People who are rejected by women, jobs, society itself and are often look at as doormats are likely to snap. Being the "nice guy" is going to be considered a threat upon the country. Introverts and loners (basically the bullied) are likely to be the next mass shooter. It wouldn't matter on the race, the gender, the sexuality, the political, the religious or social status.

A bullet has no name. It doesn't care where it hits. It's a piece of metal fired from the barrel. It doesn't discriminate against a liberal or a conservative. It doesn't matter whether it's a Democrat or Republican. It's going to hit something.

If it hits the flesh, then the victim is injured.

There's no coming back from the dead. You can't complain about politics when you're dead!

What's done is done! Dead is dead.

Richard Martinez, the father of victim Christopher, the young man who was gunned down, was upset and not only pointed the finger at Rodger, but the lawmakers and NRA for allowing this to happen.

The Associated Press report that Martinez talked to his son just 45 minutes before he was shot and killed inside a deli. Martinez says his son's roommate tried to revive him, but he died at the scene."

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.

Paralyzed Athlete Becomes NFL Player!

Devon Walker is now a New Orleans Saint.

Paralyzed athlete Devon Walker got an opportunity to be a NFL player. In a symbolic move, the former safety from Tulane University was honored to be a part of the NFC South team.

Newser reports Devon Walker had a pretty big day yesterday, graduating Tulane University within hours of landing an NFL contract with the New Orleans Saints. Adding to Walker's feat: He's wheelchair bound and uses a ventilator, after having been paralyzed from the neck down in a 2012 on-field collision. That devastating accident doesn't appear to have slowed the former safety down much: As ESPN reports, Walker has fashioned himself into an inspiration and leader for Tulane's Green Wave.

"I didn't have to do any pregame speeches at home because he did them all," says Tulane coach Curtis Johnson, a former Saints coach. "He policed the locker room. This kid deserves it all. He's very inspirational. Man, I love the kid." Saints coach Sean Payton says Walker has been "an inspiration to our region, to our community, New Orleans, the Tulane family, and it's carried over to us on the Saints." Walker, a Louisiana native, is no less effusive, saying, "I've been a Saint since before I was walking. Just to be a part of this team, just to be around the players is more than I could have hoped."

The Kiss That Pissed Off A Dolphin Player!

Michael Sam kisses his boyfriend and the world reacts.

The NFL has signed openly gay player Michael Sam to the St. Louis Rams (NFC).

He made history that day.

There was a moment where Sam would kiss his boyfriend after he got the news.

Some thought of the kiss as a victory for LGBT in the sports industry. Others thought of it as disgusting and a terrible day for football.

The (AFC) Miami Dolphins player Don Jones is being benched after he made an inappropriate tweets in spite of the Donald Sterling scandal and the scandal involving his former teammate Richie Incognito was sacked after taunting Jonathan Martin.
Don Jones was fined and benched after he posted nasty comments on the reaction from Michael Sam.
Don Jones made an inappropriate tweet following the draft of Michael Sam, allegedly deeming it "horrible" and was promptly fined by the NFL and suspended from team activities. He was then required to undergo training related to workplace harassment.

The 23-year old safety was fined a reasonable amount of money for that.

The Associated Press reports that Jones had apologized for his comments Sunday and described them as inappropriate. The Dolphins said Jones has been excused from all team activities until he completes training related to his comments.

"We were disappointed to read Don's tweets," coach Joe Philbin said in a statement. "They were inappropriate and unacceptable, and we regret the negative impact these comments had on such an important weekend for the NFL. We met with Don today about respect, discrimination and judgment. These comments are not consistent with the values and standards of our program."

The Dolphins reacted swiftly to Jones' comments in the wake of the team's bullying scandal last year, which embarrassed the NFL and prompted a nationwide debate about workplace harassment.

Jones said he regretted that his tweets took away from Sam's "draft moment."
Sam and Jones will face each other eventually.
"I remember last year when I was drafted in the seventh round, and all of the emotions and happiness I felt when I received the call that gave me an opportunity to play for an NFL team, and I wish him all the best in his NFL career," Jones said in a statement. "I am committed to represent the values of the Miami Dolphins organization, and appreciate the opportunity I have been given to do so going forward."

Jones' agent, Chris Martin, could not be reached Sunday for comment.

Jones had protected his Twitter page after I guess he got his share of death threats and responses from those who were offended by his tweets.

Sterling: That [B****] Set Me Up! I'm Not A Racist!

He speaks....

The NBA owner of the Los Angeles Clippers finally decides to speak. He was better being silent.

Of course, he spark more controversy by even speaking out against the mistress and those who he thought were his friends. Yet, he doesn't speak about people. Oh, he's got a lot to talk about, don't he?

Anderson Cooper of CNN got an exclusive interview with Donald Sterling. Sterling was recently banned for life from all NBA games and his own team.

He talks to Cooper stating that those "words weren't in his heart" and his mistress "set him up".

"When I listen to that tape, I don't even know how I can say words like that. ... I don't know why the girl had me say those things," he told CNN's Anderson Cooper in an exclusive interview set to air on Monday.

"You're saying you were set up?" Cooper asked.

"Well yes, I was baited," Sterling said. "I mean, that's not the way I talk. I don't talk about people for one thing, ever. I talk about ideas and other things. I don't talk about people."

Cooper asked "Why did it take so long for you to speak out ?"

"I'm not a racist," Sterling told Cooper. "I made a terrible, terrible mistake. And I'm here with you today to apologize and to ask for forgiveness for all the people that I've hurt."

"The reason it's hard for me, very hard for me, is that I'm wrong. I caused the problem. I don't know how to correct it," he said.

He lashed out at Erwin "Magic" Johnson for being a hypocrite. He claims that Johnson doesn't do enough for the Black community himself and Sterling has tried to contact him.

"I'm a good member who made a mistake and I'm apologizing and I'm asking for forgiveness," he said. "Am I entitled to one mistake, am I after 35 years? I mean, I love my league, I love my partners. Am I entitled to one mistake? It's a terrible mistake, and I'll never do it again."

Sterling and his wife Shelley are feuding over the rights of the team. The NBA wants to force them both off the team after it was revealed that Sterling made racist comments to V. Stiviano about her associating with Black people.

Sterling and his wife were litigants to a civil lawsuit involving discrimination some of their properties.

Do you forgive this man?

Big Boom In Harlem!

A gas line rupture caused a major explosion in Harlem.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in today's tragedy.

New York's Harlem experienced a major explosion. A five story building has exploded and it collapsed killing three individuals.

CNN reports that at least three people were killed in the massive explosion and fire Wednesday that leveled Patterson's building and the one beside it.

Nine people remained missing hours after the blast, city officials said. Firefighters were still frantically picking through rubble in search of survivors.

Authorities say they think a gas leak was to blame, but they haven't determined an official cause yet.

The massive explosion and fire leveled two five-story apartment buildings. At least 63 people were reported injured.

More fatalities appeared likely. Fire officials reported that two survivors suffered life-threatening injuries.

Near 116th Street and Park Avenue, once the heart of New York's large Puerto Rican community, about a dozen firefighters tore at two-story-high mounds of bricks in a search for survivors from the two buildings, which housed a piano store and an evangelical church in addition to apartments.

As gas and electric utility workers tore up pavement in an effort to shut gas lines, people gathered in the streets, many crying.

"This is a tragedy of the worst kind," New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said, "because there was no indication in time to save people."

CNN May Ax Piers Morgan!

CNN is planning on bumping Piers Morgan off the primetime slot.

The struggling cable news network is getting ready to put its hammer on British tabloid journalist Piers Morgan.

After three years on air, CNN is getting rid of Piers Morgan Tonight tells David Carr of the New York Times.

Morgan took over Larry King's 9PM timeslot in 2011. Morgan's ratings were consistently low.

CNN sources confirmed the news to Politico.

As Carr points out, Morgan's contract is up in September. There's no word on whether he'll get another show or not.

“It’s been a painful period and lately we have taken a bath in the ratings,” Morgan told Carr. "I am a British guy debating American cultural issues, including guns, which has been very polarizing, and there is no doubt that there are many in the audience who are tired of me banging on about it."

The most memorable moments of Piers Morgan is the debate between extremist Alex Jones and him over the Sandy Hook shooting tragedy. Jones wanted Morgan deported for his stance on gun control.

Morgan also had Rachel Jeantel on his program before and after the verdict in the controversial George Zimmerman trial. The racist right was attacking Jeantel for being a big Black woman who had that "attitude".

Egg Prank Leads To Man Shooting And Killing A Teen!

Adrian Broadway was just doing a harmless prank and this foolish man would put a slug in her head. Now this young life is lost and the man who shot and kill her may get the gas house for reckless homicide (on the grounds of first-degree murder).

U.S. Senate race in Arkansas has it as LEAN REPUBLICAN. It was once LEAN DEMOCRAT.

Senator Mark Pryor, the vulnerable Democrat from Arkansas and his opponent Tea Party endorsed Republican congressman Tom Cotton look the other way while their future voters are being slaughtered.

For you see, these two politicos are gun owners and endorsers of the "castle doctrine". The castle doctrine is a dutiful right to attack a threat with a firearm even though they're not inside the home or property.

Both are conservative minded assholes who oppose reasonable gun control measures that massacres in schools (such as Jonesboro) or the recent event in which a 15 year old teenager who's egging of a man's car lead to the asshole shooting and killing her.

I endorse gun rights but also value reasonable gun control. I understand that once you pull the trigger, you're pretty much putting your life or the other's in jeopardy. A bullet has no eyes and it will always hit a target.

The outpouring of sympathy to young victim Adrian Broadway rings echos of young Black children once again being unarmed but suffer an untimely fate by the hands of a firearm owner.

Haydia Pendleton, Caleb Grodley, Jordan Davis, Renisha McBride and Trayvon Martin are prime examples of futures lost.

Futures that could have been something, snuffed away by a reckless gun owner.

And the racist right would smear their names because they're "just Black" and probably "Obama supporters" anyway. That's why the "If I would have a son, he'll look Trayvon" would be a frequent reference.

President Barack Obama understands that young Black teens makes White people nervous. You hear about that asshat Colin Flaherty spreading this so-called "Knockout Game" phenomenon. He's created this fiction that young Black children are becoming feral beast who randomly attack White people.

Whenever these issues come forth, expect King Hippo (Rush Limbaugh), That Guy Who Throw Shit To The Wall (Matt Drudge) and That Guy Who Helped Obama Win  (Sean Hannity) to be the primary agitators of White people being uneased by the sight of Black teens.

The racist right would refer to the "Obama's son" remark every time a Black criminal is caught in a race related (or just a random non-race) crime.

But the White criminal is caught in a race-related (or just a random non-race) crime, [the racist right would just say] it's just another attempt by the "radical leftists" who proudly lay their "race cards". The racist right would fault their chief agitator President Barack Obama for every race based crime.

It's an ongoing situation in America. We're the only country in the world with one of the highest domestic attacks by firearms. We're the only country that's too slow to react to gun control measures that ensure that criminals, the mentality insane and the reckless gun sellers who give firearms to a potential threat

Adrian Broadway was just doing a harmless prank. Certainly a mild criminal act upon a person's property.
Willie Noble held on $1 million get outta jail free card.
But it's not like she would be stealing the radio out or hotwiring the vehicle and taking off.

Willie Noble is a certified idiot. He could have just called the police and reported inappropriate behavior.

No, he just decided to get the firearm out and buck 'em out.

CNN reports that the 15-year-old girl in Little Rock, Arkansas, is dead, police say, because of a prank that went horribly and tragically wrong.

Adrian Broadway was shot in the head and died early Saturday morning.

She was with a group of teenagers who had gone to a house to do a "retaliation" prank on another teen who'd done a prank on them on Halloween, according to the Little Rock Police Department.

The teenagers told police they had thrown toilet paper, eggs and mayonnaise on a car parked there.
Piss poor politicos Democrat Mark Pryor, U.S. Senator and Republican Tom Cotton, U.S. Representative have looked the other way when a massacre occurs in America. They have voted against reasonable gun control measures for political expediency. They haven't gotten the message since Gabby Giffords got a bullet to the head. These two face off in the 2014 U.S. Senate race in Arkansas.
As they were leaving, a man came out of the house and opened fire.

Broadway was struck in the head and died.

Another teenager, the driver, suffered injuries to his right arm. He was transported to a hospital, where he was treated and released.

Noble was charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of a terroristic act and five counts of aggravated assault, they said.

Bond was set at $1 million.

"I got the news from my mom who said that Adrian had got a gun wound to the head, and I just dropped the phone immediately and started crying," Broadway's friend, Laguyia Bland, told CNN affiliate KARK.

"They was trying to be teenagers," Bland said. "As you know teenagers make mistakes, and this was one of those mistakes."

Zimmerman: No Regrets For Killing Trayvon Martin!

The umpteenth time he appears. He claims he's broke.

Would you please go the f away, George Zimmerman!

The acquitted shooter goes to CNN's Early Start to pissy poor his problems to Chris Coumo.

One of the most hated men in the country emerges out of the shadows to reflect on the tragic night he killed an unarmed teenager in a gated community. He also acknowledges his frustration with the media, President Barack Obama and civil rights leaders for "scapegoating" him as the reason for civil unrest.

He also elaborates on the Michael Dunn trial.

Dunn was found guilty on attempted murder, reckless endangerment and leaving a scene of an event. Dunn shot and killed Jordan Davis, a 17-year old teen over loud music.

Still having no regrets over his actions! No regrets for killing Trayvon Martin.

"God," Zimmerman told CNN on Monday. "I know that ultimately, He's the only judge that I have to answer to... He knows what happened. I know what happened. So I'd leave it up to him."

Nearly two years after Zimmerman killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in a gated Florida community -- and about half a year since a jury acquitted him of second-degree murder and manslaughter charges -- the 30-year-old says he still gets death threats.

"I have a lot of people saying that, you know, they guarantee that they're going to kill me and I'll never be a free man," he said. "I realize that they don't know me. They know who I was portrayed to be."

Speaking with CNN's Chris Cuomo, Zimmerman shared thoughts on his cancelled celebrity boxing match, his artistic outlet, and what he would say to Martin's family.

"Do you regret that you killed Trayvon Martin," Cuomo is quoted in the interview as saying, according to Mediaite.

“Unfortunately, the Department of Justice is conducting a civil rights investigation,” Zimmerman said. “Certainly, I think about that night and I think my life would be tremendously easier if I stayed home.”

The CNN interview aired one day after Zimmerman told the Spanish-language network Univision that he is homeless, jobless, and suffering from post traumatic stress disorder.

The interviews mark Zimmerman's first public statements since being acquitted of murder in the Feb. 26, 2012 death of Martin.

Since the acquittal, Zimmerman has been accused of domestic violence by his girlfriend, pulled over for multiple traffic violations, and made headlines through his pending divorce.

Sean Hannity And Ann Coulter Calls Melissa Harris-Perry A "Token"!

The most annoying conservative agitator complains about the competition. The competition's host made a tearful apology and he and the mush mouth conservative guest mock it.

The folks over at Loserville are so hypocritical.

It's funny that CNN and Obama News have more diversity in their programming compared to the folks over at Loserville.

Just a week ago, the competition made a not so nice statement about perennial loser Mitt Romney, and took aim at the condescending asshole's adopted grandson. The grandson is Black and of course most including myself believe the former Republican nominee is nothing more than a showboating loser.

He will forever be tagged a perennial loser. I don't even know why we're still giving this asshole attention.

He releases his holiday card featuring his grandchild and the little adopted Black child.

It's an awkward picture and the opposition made it a topic.

Just a month ago, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win was screaming over that Quacker getting suspended from the A & E reality show for saying some offensive things in GQ Magazine about gays and Blacks.

A & E quickly reinstated the Quacker after death threats and talk about boycotts came from the racist right.

Now here we go again.

Melissa Harris-Perry who's been an advocate for women and the Black community is under fire after she took shots at perennial loser Mitt Romney's adopted Black grandson.
A tearful apology from Melissa Harris-Perry.
That Guy Who Helped Obama Win is running his mouth off again calling for Obama News to give her the ax. Yeah, he says he's all about "freedom of speech" only when it involves a right wing bigot, but when the opposition mocks the most annoying celebrity and most annoying politico's children, sound the alarm, it's time to fire.

Melissa Harris-Perry hosted a yearly in review segment with actress Pia Glenn and comedian Dean Obeidallah. They had made the comment that if Mitt Romney's grandson would marry Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's child wouldn't it be interesting.

Glenn sang out, “One of these things is not like the others, one of these things just isn’t the same.” Obeidallah said, “It sums up the diversity of the Republican Party and the [Republican National Committee], where they have the whole convention and they find the one black person.”

And she has point. But since the racist right was so upset over it, she would apologize for that comment.

Melissa Harris-Perry would later take to Twitter to make an apology. On the Saturday program, she would later make a tearful on-air apology. The perennial loser would later accept the apology on Loserville News Sunday. He would ask the commentator Chris Wallace to "move on!"

Loserville told that perennial loser, we're not done. We're going to milk this cow. CNN even wanted a part of the pie too.

Don Lemon took aim at her. He would say that Obama News would need a bit of "policing" whenever they allow their guest or host make comments.

Then Keith Olbermann made some not so nice tweets aimed at his former boss Phil Griffin.

Actor Alec Baldwin wasn't thrilled about the apology. He even mocked it by saying if he could cry and make an apology would he get his show back?
The smirking chimp on Loserville asks the perennial loser if he is upset over Melissa Harris-Perry's criticism of his family.
That Guy Who Helped Obama Win ranted on radio and on last night's program. His right wing carnival mocked the tearful apology. In his mind, he believes that it's staged and she should get fired for it.

As you see, Loserville does fear Obama News. The hosts Rachel Maddow, Ed Schultz, Chris Matthews, Lawrence O'Donnell, Tamron Hall, Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, Thomas Roberts, Rev. Perm, Andrea Mitchell and Chris Hayes are a threat to the folks over at Loserville.

Obama News seen a rise in its ratings. It's no where in the range of Loserville, but it's pretty damn close.

CNN is seeing a huge slump. Why?

They aren't as polarizing as the other two.

Still Mediaite gets a piece of the annoying conservative agitator's program. He and Ann Coulter doing a whinefest about it. They said Harris-Perry’s tearful apology for a segment making light of a picture of Mitt Romney and his white family with an adopted black grandchild was insincere and pushed by management, while Coulter went so far as to call Harris-Perry the “token” African-American at Obama News.

Coulter found it ironic that Harris-Perry would insinuate that anyone else, like Kieran Romney, is a token, because “what does she think she is at Obama News?”
