Jazze Pha Producing Straight Out The Closet! [NSFW]

Atlanta producer Jazze Pha got gay shamed by a transsexual who claims he "kept her warm."

This coming straight out of Atlanta. Another hip-hop figure is either gay or bisexual. And the partner the figure slept with has "proof" that it happened.

The gay shame happens when a scorned gay partner wants to expose their straight sexual partner to the general public. In turn, it becomes a gay panic and then turns into a dangerous situation for the person.

A gay panic involves the person who exposed the "straight" partner getting either assaulted or killed by that person. In the Black community, the straight partner will risk their freedom to protect their cred among their fellow peers.

Why they invented the down-low?

Because men who don't acknowledge themselves a "gay or bisexual" have these affairs with women and men outside of their relationships. Some men look at it as "I can have my cake and eat too" theory.

Because they can't hide their passions. All men love sex. Men enjoy the pleasure of being involved in sex with a partner. Regardless of the partner being a man or a woman, the alpha male will satisfy his needs with that person.

In turn they create the possibility of spreading HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis in the Black community. Most of the times, they refuse to wear condoms and end up having unwanted children or an incurable disease.

They end up having Jerry Springer/Maury Povich/Ricki Lake moments.

Most celebrities in the Black community typically hip-hop and action movies go forth with the masculinity and a sense of having the baddest bitches at their side.

Don't get me wrong, what people do in the bedrooms is solely their business.

I have no problem with the LGBT community. They're entitled to live their lives in peace and harmony. They deserve the right to marry. They're not bothering me. So let them celebrate their love in union.

Well the photos are out and rapper/producer Jazze Pha is having a relationship with a transgender woman (POST-OP Transsexual).

More power to him on his love life. He can be at least comfortable with who he is.

Shayla Stacks love to take a whole bunch of selfies and NSFW stuff.

The rap producer has came out on the social networks denying that he's ever met the person, but unfortunately the news isn't new when you're living in the GAYEST area for Black people.

Jazze Pha has a reputation around ATL circles for entertaining an alternative lifestyle, so this picture didn't come as a surprise to many in the community. Still, Pha took to Twitter to respond to the photograph, refraining from denying that it was indeed him in the image, and instead getting all religious on us.

“Even when the Devil is working hard Just know that GOD is working HARDER!!” He then posted an image on Instagram with the words: “There is a sad disposition in our fallen nature as a people to listen to the retailers petty scandal.”

Stacks is also the transsexual that claimed back in the day that rapper DMX tried to holler at her.

Pha is known for announcing "Ladies and gentlemen" or "This is a Jazze Phizzle production!", both at the beginning and, occasionally, at the end of songs on which he is featured.

He helped produced Ludacris' single "Area Codes", Tela's "Sho Nuff (Hoes In The Club)", Field Mob "Sick Of Being Lonely", Nappy Roots "Aww Naww", and T.I.'s "Let's Get Away".

France May End Sex Tourism!

Prostitution is legal in France. It's illegal for the selling in the brothels, sex trade and the pimping game.

Prostitution is illegal in the United States with exception of regulated areas in the state of Nevada. It's ranges from a Class A misdemeanor to Felony 5. It would be Felony 3 if the prostitute is tested positive for HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis B.

Prostitution is the oldest profession in the world. Many women (and transgender women) sell their bodies for drugs or a debt.

Crack/cocaine, bath salts, methamphetamine and heroin are the biggest problems in the United States. Those who are arrested for solicitation for prostitution are likely drug users. The clients who are busted are often married men.

With sex tourism on high demand in Europe, the risk of sexually transmitted diseases and the possibility of human trafficking are often thought of when legislators are working on passing laws.

France is pretty much lax on the rules of prostitution.

Sorry men, it's going to be a boring vacation if France decides to pass a law that targets prostitution.

The French parliament is considering imposing heavy fines on people caught paying for sex.

Opponents say the measures will only serve to force France's sex trade further underground.

There's a rise of North African and Asian women in most of France's largest cities.

Most men travel to Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia for sex tourism. The women and children in those countries are often vulnerable to sex trafficking.

The U.S. Justice Department and Interpol are working to stop pimps and their clients from engaging in child prostitution.

Don Lemon: [Black Folks] Were Safe Under NYPD's Stop & Frisk Policy!

CNN anchor pissed off Black America with his endorsement of stop-and-frisk policies by law enforcement.

On the Tom Joyner Radio show, CNN anchor Don Lemon delivers the Black perspective in America.

This week's edition of his Black perspective may have pissed off listeners. It may eventually cost him a place on the legendary radio host show.

CNN's Don Lemon is a very successful Black journalist. He is an openly gay news anchor who was a victim of rape when he was a child. He overcame his terrible ordeal to become a well respected journalist and talk show host.

His endorsement of the NYPD's controversial stop and frisk policy is a slap in the face to the hundreds of individuals being stopped without probable cause.

I am guessing that Lemon was discussing his take on the Barneys situation in which a 19-year old college student was stopped by undercover NYPD officers after he purchased a high end belt from the luxury department store.

Even media mogul Jay-Z was caught into this situation. Barneys endorsed his products and namesake last year and many agitators in the junk food media are calling for Jay-Z to renounce his support.

Jay-Z on his part told the media that even though he disagrees with the handling of the matter, why should he end a relationship with a company that helps him motivate young people become entrepreneurs?

He doesn't support stop-and-frisk, but should he just stop everything because of every incident in New York. He wants to help but boycotts and renouncing companies aren't helpful.

Somehow Lemon said that police were not always very respectful of the people they stopped, but that tampering with the "formula that has reduced crime in New York City" could be very dangerous.

Tom Joyner, a nationally syndicated radio host.
"The question is, would you rather be politically correct or safe and alive?" he concluded.

Black, Latino or practicing Muslim are often profiled by law enforcement as "natural born criminals".

The NYPD faced criticism last month due to the incident in which a group of motorcyle riders attacked a man and his family after the man ran over a cyclist. Some of the riders were undercover agents. One even participated in brutally attacking the man.

Lemon's comments come in a long line of criticism of Black America.

He touched off a firestorm when endorsed Bill-O's rant about how Black leaders (President Barack Obama, Rev. Perm and Cut His Nuts Off Jackson) were "tone deaf" to Black on White crime.

Lemon believes that "US BLACK FOLK" ain't right. In his opinion, "US BLACK FOLK" are so fixated on Lil' Wayne and LaBron James. He believes that young minds are trying to be entertainers and athletes aren't the key to Black success. He believes that some Black people like Trayvon Martin's friend Rachel Jantel dialect is "too ghetto" and "not suitable for court".
Undercover police stop and frisk two Black individuals.
Lemon also called out Black America for homophobia. He believes that young men who put on this act of being "tough and not into that stuff" is coded for closet homosexuality.

Lemon's words comes as many Black conservatives and some Black liberals share their "teachable moments" in the gray area.

I don't agree with the statement of Lemon when it comes to the stop and frisk policy. I don't want to be profiled for being Black.

I believe that law enforcement profiling people of color is wrong. I understand that if I am in a bad neighborhood or associate with unlawful individuals, it invites itself to being profiled.

I agree law enforcement and the Black community are like distant cousins. We need to work on the relationship so that Black men don't always fear the sirens or the light. I don't want to be a resident of the iron college.

But in no way I want my freedoms violated by a law enforcement officer if he has no probable cause to do so.

Around 2008, Tom Joyner fired Tavis Smiley from the program after he was making too many criticism of then candidate Barack Obama. Smiley is one of the harshest critics of President Barack Obama from the left. He and Dr. Cornel West have openly attacked the president for not doing much for the Black community.

They unfortunately give Black Republicans like Herman Cain, David Webb, Allen West, Senator Tim Scott (R-SC), Jesse Lee Peterson, Alveda King, C.L. Bryant, and Deenen Borelli the hyperbolic talking points about President Barack Obama not caring about Black people.

These folks have missed the point over 32 years ago. Maybe they need to look back to the 1980s when supply side economics were passed in Congress and signed by The Gipper.

That was the beginning of the gap between rich and poor. Yeah, it may have been a great economy for some, but in the 1980s, the poor and needy became the drug abusers. The poor and needy fought for their share.

It sparked the global outbreak of AIDS. It created the crack/cocaine and heroin epidemic.

This continues today. It hasn't changed and it won't change until we get lawmakers who can relate to the Black community. Instead of electing Democrats and Republicans, how about we elected rational people who understand the plight of all Americans.

The Gipper (Ronald Reagan) created the mess and Barack Obama is trying to clean it up.

Missouri Man's Buckwild Antics Infected 300 Victims With HIV!

Man spread HIV to over 300 partners without acknowledging. This may land him in the iron college for life.

The dangerous disease was spread by some man who infected hundreds of his partners.

Missouri may throw this fool in the iron college for life.

This cat David Mangum was tested for HIV in 2003. He was positive. So instead of taking advice from doctors and use protection if he was to have sex, he goes buckwild and spreaded the disease to women and men. One of his former girlfriends told his boyfriend that he was infected. The reason why Magum wouldn't tell his partner is that he "feared rejection".

Dude, you're selfish actions lead to hundreds if not thousands of folks being infected. You don't fear rejection. You fear being caught. You take thrill in doing what human nature tells us what to do, have sex.

There are dating websites that accustom helping people finding loving partners who are living with HIV.

It's a Class 3 felony to not acknowledge a sexual partner if you're infected with a sexually transmitted disease. The most common STDS are syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, HPV (genital warts), Hepatitis C and the HIV Virus.

There are curable treatments for some of these infections.

Herpes, HPV, Hepatitis C and HIV can not be cured.

HIV progresses into AIDS if you don't take care of yourself. Over 350,000 people are infected with the disease and some probably don't know if they're affected. The disease is terrible and yes it could be deadly.

Many people can live long lives if they take care of themselves. HIV can not be cured. But it can be treated.

CNN reports that police pressed their case Friday against a Missouri man who, they say, tested positive for HIV in 2003, then had more than 300 sexual partners -- saying later he didn't tell them about his condition because of his "fear of rejection."

Dexter, Missouri, police Det. Cory Mills said he filed a probable cause statement Friday for two more alleged victims who wish to seek charges against David Lee Mangum. This could lead to more counts against the 36-year-old Mangum, who is already facing a felony charge accusing him of exposing one of his former live-in partners to HIV.

The scope of what happened and what's to come remains to be seen -- both in terms of the breadth of legal trouble Mangum will face and the hundreds of lives he might have forever altered, directly and indirectly.
To the latter point, authorities in the rural southeastern Missouri county where Mangum lived are urging anyone with reason to suspect they could have been infected to stop their sexual activity and get tested.

"Due to the initial exposure containing 300 or more individuals over an extended period of time, each of which could themselves have multiple sexual partners, this situation should be a serious concern," Stoddard County Prosecuting Attorney Russell Oliver said in a statement.

Oliver added it was especially important action be taken by anyone in the area who had met for a sex act through the Craigslist website's "men seeking men" section.

That's how the victim said he first connected with Mangum in October 2012, according to a criminal complaint obtained Friday by CNN. The pair then had unprotected sex -- though only after the victim told police he "specifically asked if (Mangum) had any disease and Mangum replied no," the document says.

The next month, Mangum and the younger man moved in with each other. Except for a 16-day stretch in December, they remained live-in partners in Dexter, a city of about 8,000 people some 160 miles south of St. Louis, until June 2013.

It was then the younger man, now 29, told police he ended the relationship "because he discovered Mangum was cheating on him."

Sometime later, according to the complaint, that man got a call from a woman who had lived with Mangum in 2011. She told him that Mangum revealed to her he'd been HIV-positive since 2003. After that, the victim took a test at the Stoddard County Health Department that showed he also had the virus.

The suspect confirmed he had tested positive in Texas to the victim and later to police, officials said. That diagnosis didn't stop Mangum from having hundreds of sexual partners -- including 15 to 20 instances of unprotected intercourse, sometimes involving a third man, with the victim tied to the charge issued this week -- according to the criminal complaint.

The same day he talked with the victim, Dexter police detective Mills found Mangum, who agreed to be interviewed and waived his Miranda rights. The suspect confirmed what his former partner had said, saying he didn't tell those he had sex with about his HIV diagnosis because of "fear of rejection," the complaint says.

While authorities have tracked down some of Mangum's sexual partners -- 50 to 60 of whom lived in Stoddard County -- "countless others remain unknown," Oliver said.

Mills said the suspect may not be of much help, because Mangum "usually only knew his partners' first names." Many of them were in the Dallas area, where Mangum spent some time, according to the Dexter police detective.

"Mangum indicated all his sexual partners were white males," Mills noted.

Knowingly exposing someone to HIV without their consent is a felony under Missouri law that can bring a prison term up to 15 years. Infecting someone can bring a life term.

Mangum's bail was set at $250,000 during his arraignment Thursday in Stoddard County.

Strap it up.

The most dangerous ways to catch HIV.

Infection with HIV occurs by the transfer of blood, semen, vaginal fluid, pre-ejaculate, or breast milk. Within these bodily fluids, HIV is present as both free virus particles and virus within infected immune cells.

Unprotected sex (anal, vaginal, and oral).
Blood transfusions.
Sharing needles that aren't clean when injecting heroin.
Mothers can transmit it to their unborn child.

Rapist Blames Victim For Contracting HIV!

May have HIV: Richard Thomas will not find out until later this week if he is infected with the virus as a direct result of a sex attack he carried out on a woman
British rapist got slapped with even worse news!

A British man was convicted of raping a woman. He was sentenced to the iron college for his crime. But the real shocker was the man didn't know that his victim was HIV positive.

Now he's devastated over the news and of course our junk food media is pointing the finger and saying "That's what you get!"

I clicked on the Newser story and it linked me to a story straight out of The Daily Mail.

Richard Thomas of Manchester collapsed when police informed him about the woman's medical status and is still waiting to hear if he has contracted the incurable virus.

The court heard he was shocked when he was told and asked to be taken to hospital, Liverpool Crown Court heard.

He had let himself into her home in the middle of the night and she awoke to find him raping her.

'She froze and no words were exchanged. He pulled up his shorts and left,' said Harry Pepper, prosecuting.

'He was arrested and interviewed and said he had been drinking heavily, taken cocaine and ecstasy and could not recall the incident,' he added.

His barrister, Virginia Hayton, said that he still cannot recall the attack but when told about it he said that the woman 'would not lie, she tells the truth. If she says I have done it, I have done it'.

Jailing Thomas for five years and four months Judge Mark Brown said that he had committed 'this dreadful offence' while she lay asleep, having taken a sleeping tablet, and it had left her distressed and anxious.

She said that he started using cannabis at the age of nine, drinking heavily at the age of 11, became addicted to ecstasy and cocaine at 13 and was put in care the following year.

He has been trying to contact his family but they want nothing to do with him and he will now be away from his partner and their young daughter and his two other older daughters from previous relationships.

Miss Hayton told the court that Thomas will not find out the result of his HIV test until Friday and has had the worry of the outcome hanging over him.

'It is his own fault, if he had not committed this offense he would not have placed himself in this position.'

UNDERSTAND THIS: RAPE IS RAPE!

THERE'S NOTHING IS FUNNY ABOUT IT! THERE ARE NO WINNERS IN A HORRIBLE CRIME!

Ohio Police Busted "Catering" Model Chick For Hoeing!

‘Caterer’ arrested for alleged prostitution
Tanishia Cecil, a part time model was arrested after Dayton police discovered her business was a "front" for a prostitution ring. The woman was promoting her services on social networking.

Dayton, Ohio is trying to curb the rise in prostitution. Some of the prostitutes are turning to the online world instead of the streets. The Dayton Police are working to put an end to the social networking loopholes.

Facebook, Twitter, POF, Badoo, OkCupid, backpage, Craigslist, and eHarmony are the new way for prostitutes to meet their johns. The pimps are becoming more equipped with the internet as well.

They'll recruit young women who are often runaways and drug abusers to be their "lovers" and "best friends".

They'll play psychological games in their heads and give them the tales of being not wanted or a promise in making a little extra money.

Some women (and transgender women) are likely to engage in drugs and practice in unsafe sex. That's gives the risk of sexuality transmitted diseases and HIV/AIDS.

Dayton Police and the FBI are cracking down on underage prostitution and are arresting pimps, johns (tricks), and the underage prostitute's "female mentors (madams)".

One woman is a part-time model who worked in "catering" the needs of her customers.

The Dayton Police put an end to the business and putting her face on the national news to shame her.

The Dayton Daily News reports that folks who work on Stanley Avenue were shocked today after a new female tenant was arrested on alleged prostitution charges.

The owners of the building in the 3300 block of Stanley said 29-year-old Tanishia Cecil moved in her catering business less than a month ago.

The building owners said Cecil presented business cards that advertised a website which indicated to them it’s a legitimate catering business.

But police point to a different online advertisement in which Cecil allegedly goes by the name “Tiffany.”

The advertisement promises “relaxation sessions” at a private location in the greater Dayton area.

Sherry Hubbard, owner of Micah’s Transmissions down the street, said she’s fed up with all the prostitution activities in the area.

“We own a business down the street and just driving through on a daily basis,” Hubbard said, “I can tell you who are the prostitutes just from seeing them every day. Watching them flag their johns, It’s out of control. We need help.”

Cecil is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of promoting prostitution, soliciting and possessing criminal tools.

Conservative Outrage Over Obama Speaking At Historically Black College!

No duh!

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to those lost in this horrible tornado tragedy out of Oklahoma.

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama are attending college and high school commencements. Their presence excites the people graduating, pisses off the conservatives whenever they tell the students the hard truth of life outside the high school or college walls.

Comedian and liberal talk radio agitator Stephanie Miller along with her producer Chris Levoie were talking about the conservative outrage from the likes of That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall. They were commenting about the latest outrage from the conservative agitators on talk radio. The anger was over President Obama doing a commencement speech at the Morehouse College, a historically Black predominately men's college in Atlanta.

The president delivers his speech to the next generation of African American leaders. Just in case, you didn't know, the president is Black. And he's talking to a Black audience about the struggles to success.

First Lady Michelle Obama delivers a commencement speech at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Magnet School in Nashville. The school is named after a Black religious and cultural icon, and I am guessing the student body is Black. And she's talking to a Black and Hispanic audience about the struggles to success.

Okay, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win. Miller predicted that he would cover this. Sure enough he did.

Here's the videos of both the Obamas speaking to the future generations.

________________________________

As usual, the conservative agitators can't stomach the president telling "us Black folk" about the racism that we'll face in the institutional world.

The Weekly Standard (aka Nothing Standard) goes into the usual word vomit about the president using a "Black voice" when he talks in front of a Black crowd.

Psst, the president is Black.

In a commencement address at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, President Barack Obama recalls Jim Crow laws and racism of the 1940s and 1950s. Morehouse College is a historically black college.
In the rain, Black graduates listen to President Obama deliver a speech about how to achieve success.
"Dr. King was just 15 years old when he enrolled here at Morehouse.  He was an unknown, undersized, unassuming young freshman who lived at home with his parents.  I think it’s fair to say he wasn’t the coolest kid on campus; for the suits he wore, his classmates called him 'Tweed.'  But his education at Morehouse helped to forge the intellect, the soul force, the disciple and compassion that would transform America.  It was here that he was introduced to the writings of Gandhi, and Thoreau, and the theory of civil disobedience.  It was here that professors encouraged him to look past the world as it was and fight for the world as it should be," Obama will say, according to text provided by the White House.

What pisses off the conservatives is the "Barack Obama telling the Black crowd, there's such thing as racism in America!"

In the conservative's mind, racism doesn't exist. It's a product of Black leaders causing trouble. It's a product of liberalism which keeps "us Black folk" poor, ignorant, dependent on "gubmint" and not willing to stand up for personal responsibility.

So your experiences give you special insight that today’s leaders need.  If you tap into that experience, it should endow you with empathy – the understanding of what it’s like to walk in somebody else’s shoes.  It should give you an ability to connect.  It should give you a sense of what it means to overcome barriers.

Whatever success I achieved, whatever positions of leadership I’ve held, have depended less on Ivy League degrees or SAT scores or GPAs, and have instead been due to that sense of empathy and connection – the special obligation I felt, as a black man like you, to help those who needed it most; people who didn’t have the opportunities that I had, because but for the grace of God, I might be in their shoes.  So it’s up to you to widen your circle of your concern – to create greater justice both in your own community, but also across our country.  To make sure everyone has a voice; everyone gets a seat at the table; to make sure that everyone – no matter what they look like or where they come from, or who they love – gets a chance to walk through those doors of opportunity if they want it bad enough.

Accepting an honorary degree, President Barack Obama talks to the class of 2013.
Okay, is this the outrage the conservatives have with President Barack Obama?

Really.

The junk food media reports that the constant obsession with the Obama "scandals" will get old soon.

The Republicans and the conservative agitators are almost giddy about these scandals. There are some calling for impeachment because of this. Again making the mistake of overplaying into something.

Republicans have continued to stall bureaucracy nominees, federal judges, and legislation.

Just this week, Republicans balked at immigration reform. It's likely Republicans won't support the full package no matter what the immigration reform has. They don't want any inserts of LGBT immigrants or "amnesty". So the Democrats quickly stripped it out of session and the immigration bill continues to move forward.

The Republicans are ignoring the polls. A Public Policy Polling survey released last week found that a majority of voters said Congress had better things to do, like pass immigration reform and gun background check bills, than continue focusing on Benghazi. And that was even after a much-ballyhooed "whistle-blower" hearing into the matter.
That Guy Who Helped Obama Win continues on this fixation with the president speech to the Black community. His motives are to spook the White audience of his radio and television programs. And on occasions his Black conservative audience too.
So the president tells a Black college about the struggles of the world. He tells them that if you're to achieve the goals of success, you have to work twice as hard. The first lady says the same. With a congress wasting their time on Benghazi, the IRS and the Associated Press, instead of jobs, unemployment and infrastructure, then there's a reason for the president to tell a Black college to work extra hard. Extra hard to get the U.S. Congress to do something to help the American people.

Conservatives are screaming that the president is being "racist" for "telling us Black folk" about conservatives  being those evil "white racists".

The Guy Who Helped Obama Win is on a never-ending whinefest about the "anointed one" being hurtful to Black leaders.

No matter what President Barack Obama does, this guy, the Republican Party and the conservative agitators will complain, whine and even goes as far to saying racial slurs to show their dissatisfaction with him.

Baby May Have Been Cured Of HIV!

Big News in the fight against HIV.

One of the most dangerous diseases to ever face the world, HIV.

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a lentivirus (slowly-replicating retrovirus) that causes acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).

The virus brings life-threatening opportunistic infections and cancers to thrive. Infection with HIV occurs by the transfer of blood, semen, vaginal fluid, pre-ejaculate, or breast milk. Within these bodily fluids, HIV is present as both free virus particles and virus within infected immune cells.

Of course, millions of Americans are affected with this disease. It's spreads through sexual conduct, uncleaned heroin needle sharing, blood transfusions and a mothering baring a child.

HIV doesn't discriminates against race, sexuality, gender, nationality and age. It kills everyone.

Major news in the fight against the deadly disease. A newborn baby was cured of the disease.

(Reuters) - The remarkable case of a baby being cured of HIV infection in the United States using readily available drugs has raised new hope for eradicating the infection in infants worldwide, but scientists say it will take a lot more research and much more sensitive diagnostics before this hope becomes a reality.

In a medical first for an infant, the Mississippi toddler was born in July 2010 infected with HIV, treated within 30 hours of delivery with aggressive HIV therapy, which continued for 18 months. She is now considered cured of her infection, a team of researchers led by Dr. Deborah Persaud, a virologist at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, said in a news conference at the Conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections in Atlanta on Sunday.

"From a clinical perspective, this means that if you can get an infected baby on to antiretroviral drugs immediately after delivery, it's going to be possible to prevent or reverse the infection - essentially cure the baby," said Dr. Steven Deeks, an HIV/AIDS researcher at the University of California at San Francisco who is attending the conference, where the case was presented to researchers on Monday.

Deeks and others hailed the findings as a great advance in the search for a cure in babies born infected with HIV. But the researchers said they also suggest the need for better ways to diagnose HIV infection, a process that typically takes up to six weeks.

"This could have a profound effect on how we approach babies born to HIV-infected moms," Deeks said.

Treatment of HIV-infected mothers before delivery is the best way to prevent HIV infection of infants, experts say, but even in resource-rich countries such as the United States, 100 to 200 babies are born each year infected with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, said Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, part of the National Institutes of Health.

Worldwide, especially in developing countries, as many as 1,000 babies are born infected each day. For these children, the findings could have a major impact on the "terrible burden of HIV infection throughout the world," Fauci said.

Michel Sidibé, executive director of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, known as UNAIDS, said the news "gives us great hope that a cure for HIV in children is possible," but it also underscores the need for research and innovation, "especially in the area of early diagnostics."

Fauci said the child's case was an important "proof of concept," but he cautioned that it was only one case and it needs to be further validated.

"The real question is will this be broadly applicable to other infants?" he said.

Fauci said there is a risk that without better diagnostics, children who were never infected in the first place could be exposed to toxic drugs with very early treatment.

In the case of the Mississippi girl, Dr. Hannah Gay, a pediatric HIV specialist at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, made the call to treat the child with HIV drugs even before her infection was confirmed because she believed the child was at such great risk of infection. Had she been wrong, the therapy would have been stopped.

"Since the mother had really been at such high risk of transmitting to the baby, they decided to treat on square one," said Fauci, as opposed to giving the child a lower, preventative dose of drugs until test results confirm an infection.

"The approach of treating really, really early needs to be pursued," he said. "When we get better diagnostics where we can tell within the first day or so whether the baby is infected, an approach like this looks like it might be a reasonable thing to pursue with the appropriate clinical trials."

Fauci said it is not time to change treatment protocols for infants who are born infected. "It's a single case. We've got to be careful about that."

Detroit Goes For Broke!

Conservatives and the white supremacists are working the nexus of bigotry. They've already considered Detroit, Michigan a city ruined by the Niggers and the Nigger lovers in Washington, DC.

With Detroit being majority Black, it's always figured by some radical right wing extremist, the turmoils of the once booming manufacturing city being the faults of the Democratic Party, the unions, racial integration and liberalism.

Never blaming the corporations who shut down the factories putting hundreds out of work. Never understanding that White flight that plagues urban areas because of school busing and forced integration.

Now when I decided to go up to Detroit, my family always warn me that it's not safe going through the city at dark. Although, I don't fear any man, woman or beast, I always adhere to my surroundings.

Whenever I go to Detroit, I usually head to Windsor, Ontario in Canada. I love to see the skyscrapers of the city. Whenever I go to the Caesar's Windsor casino, I always take a look at the United States from the other side. I love to see the city from the Detroit River. Sometimes I like to ride around the neighborhoods of Grand River Avenue, Gratiot Avenue, Telegraph Road, and Eight Mile Road.

I've driven on many freeways in Detroit. I've traveled on the Chrysler Freeway/Fisher Freeway (Interstate 75), the Lodge Freeway (M-10) and Jeffries Freeway (Interstate 96) and Edsel Ford Freeway (Interstate 94).

Detroit may seem like a slum to those who never been there, but in my opinion, it's a nice city and I enjoy being there.

The Detroit metropolitan region currently holds roughly one-half of the state's population. With White people leaving en masse, most of Detroit is left in ruins while the young Blacks and Hispanic suffer in a future of crime and no way out.

Detroit remains one of the most racially segregated cities in the United States.

Blacks moved to the city en masse to escape Jim Crow laws in the south and find jobs.

However, they soon found themselves excluded from white areas of the city—through violence, laws, and economic discrimination (e.g., redlining).

White residents attacked black homes: breaking windows, starting fires, and exploding bombs.

The pattern of segregation was later magnified by white migration to the suburbs.

A traditional boundary between black and white is Eight Mile Road, which separates the city from suburbs to the north.

Long a major population center and major engine of worldwide automobile manufacturing, Detroit has gone through a continuing economic decline.

Detroit reached its population peak in the 1950 census at over 1.8 million people, and as of the 2010 census has less than half that amount at just over 700,000 residents. The city has declined in population with each subsequent census since 1950, for a total loss exceeding 60 percent by 2010.

The New York Times reports that Republican governor Rick Synder issue a call for an emergency manager.

This person wield sweeping powers to reshape the city. This is attracting a great amount of controversy.

The hiring of an emergency manager underscored a long, troubling arc for Detroit. Once the cradle of the American auto industry and the nation’s fourth most populous city, it is now less than half the size it was decades ago and has a public sector plagued by more than $14 billion in long-term liabilities and annual worries of cash shortfalls.

The notion set off a flurry of pointed and sometimes emotional reactions here, including an unavoidable racial and political component. Detroit is a mostly black city dominated by Democrats in a mostly white state where Republicans, including Mr. Snyder, control the capital.

At a time when many municipalities are struggling financially, five cities and three school districts in Michigan alone are already under supervision from a state-appointed emergency financial manager. But municipal finance experts pointed out that Detroit is on a different scale. “Detroit is a huge and prominent American city, so anything that happens with Detroit will set a much bigger precedent,” said Matt Fabian, a managing director at Municipal Market Advisors. “There isn’t a lot of precedent with the state taking control of a city this size.”

For decades, states have used a range of methods, including oversight boards and appointed receivers, to step in and stabilize cities that appeared to be headed toward bankruptcy or default. The methods — and the powers and roles of those charged with overseeing a troubled city — vary widely from state to state, as do opinions about whether they work. A financial control board helped New York City return from the edge of crisis in the 1970s, but such intense state involvement is more often needed in smaller cities.

For more than a year, Detroit leaders had raced to ward off an emergency manager. With a similar possibility looming last spring, city officials entered into a legal deal, giving the state some oversight as Detroit tried to cut spending and staff members and collect more tax revenue. It was not enough, said state officials, who re-examined the city’s books in recent weeks and said they found a pattern of overly optimistic revenue estimates, poor and conflicting record-keeping and endless borrowing to make up for shortfalls.

“There have been many good people that have had many plans, many attempts to turn this around — they haven’t worked,” Mr. Snyder said on Friday during a town hall meeting broadcast on local television, the start of a concerted state effort to sell the notion of an outside manager to city residents. “The way I view it, today is a day to call all hands on deck.”

While some Detroit residents saw state intervention as one more very public indication of a city crumbling, others hailed it as the first promising sign of real repair. The city’s business leaders lauded the plan, noting that Detroit’s private sector had experienced tangible signs of growth and reinvestment — including newly filled downtown offices and young entrepreneurs opening dress shops — even as the public sector had lagged.

“Bring it on,” Sandy K. Baruah, the chairman of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, said of state management. “This sends a positive message to business that Detroit is fixing its problems.”

But Detroit city officials, who have 10 days to seek reconsideration from the governor before a state board formally appoints a manager as early as this month, objected strenuously. Under a much-debated state law, an appointed manager would ultimately hold powers to cut city spending, change contracts with labor unions, merge or eliminate city departments, urge the sale of city assets and even, if all else failed, recommend bankruptcy proceedings. In an election year for mayor and the City Council, many candidates, incumbents and community leaders denounced the move as an affront to democracy and a state takeover, and called for legal action.

“For one individual to be able to wipe out the duties of our duly-elected officials, that’s more or less a dictatorship, and it’s against everything that America is supposed to be about,” said the Rev. Wendell Anthony, the president of the local NAACP. “If you come into Detroit,” Mr. Anthony said, “you own Detroit. You own education. You own police and fire.”

Mayor Dave Bing, who has not said whether he would seek re-election, was more tempered than most in his critique, suggesting that while he opposed an emergency manager, there might be a way for the state and city to work together. “I will look at the impact of the governor’s decision as well as other options, to determine my next course of action,” he said.

Michigan’s emergency manager law — and the possibility that Detroit, the state’s largest city, might be affected by it — has been a matter of contention for several years. After Mr. Snyder became governor in 2010, he and the Republican-held Legislature approved changes to the state’s two-decade-old law, giving such managers more wide-reaching powers, including the ability to drop union contracts with cities. In November, voters rejected that new version of the law, but the Legislature quickly passed a third version, which also allows relatively broad powers to change the terms of labor contracts and which will take effect this month.

But many here wonder whether any emergency manager, under any version of the law, will be enough to solve Detroit’s woes, which are in some way a reflection of the city’s own story. Beyond the nagging budget questions and the mounting debt is a place that grew with the auto industry into a city of more than 1.8 million residents and 139 square miles, then shrank decade after decade even as the city’s boundaries and infrastructure did not. With a tax base of some among about 713,000 remaining residents, Detroiters complain of late buses, high crime and darkened streetlights.

Ohio Woman Attacks Man: Forgot To Tell Him She's HIV Positive!

Chewanna Henderson ruins holidays! Ohio woman stabs man after fight! She didn't tell the man she was HIV-positive and he slept with her!
Leftovers from the holiday!

This story once again gives Blacks and Hispanics a bad name. This story will agitate the conservative/White supremacy forums. This will make the case to paint Blacks as "sexually crazed monsters" and the like. This invites the extremists to use NIGGER!

Of course the word salad will be accompanied by an Obama name drop or two.

As much as I talk about issues, one issue that is major is HIV. The deadly disease is another tragedy! Many Americans contract the disease from sexual contact, sharing uncleaned needles, blood transfusions and from mother to child.

Human immunodeficiency virus infection / acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is a disease of the human immune system caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

During the initial infection a person may experience a brief period of influenza-like illness. This is typically followed by a prolonged period without symptoms. As the illness progresses it interferes more and more with the immune system, making the person much more likely to get infections, including opportunistic infections, and tumors that do not usually affect people who have working immune systems.

HIV is transmitted primarily via unprotected sexual intercourse, (including anal and even oral sex), contaminated blood transfusions, hypodermic needles, and from mother to child during pregnancy, delivery, or breastfeeding.

Some bodily fluids, such as saliva and tears, do not transmit HIV. Prevention of HIV infection, primarily through safe sex and needle-exchange programs, is a key strategy to control the spread of the disease.

There is no cure or vaccine; however, antiretroviral treatment can slow the course of the disease and may lead to a near-normal life expectancy. While antiretroviral treatment reduces the risk of death and complications from the disease, these medications are expensive and may be associated with side effects.

We have to keep spreading the world to Beat AIDS. The disease kills thousands of people. But if you contracted the disease, it's not a "death sentence!" You can live a healthy life and still have the disease. You can still have sex and raise children. But it's just a risky move for those to practice sex without protection.

Strap it up! Keep the rubber on if you don't want it or an unexpected childbirth.

If you have an addiction to heroin and you use needles, please take precautions not to share your needles and clean them out frequently. Heroin is a class felony that could land you in prison for years.

Over in Cincinnati, Ohio, a woman is arrested for assaulting her partner with a kitchen knife (after she told the partner that she's HIV positive). I don't buy the partner stuff, the man picked up a HIV-positive prostitute. The stuff happens! You're human! But still the risk is there and the man took it!

Chewanna Henderson, 33, of Anderson Township, is accused of two counts of felonious assault. She allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a man but failed to tell him that she tested positive for HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, Hamilton County court records show. And she’s accused of attacking him with a kitchen knife Friday.

Henderson faces two additional charges, theft and escape, stemming from her arrest Saturday. Police allege Henderson grabbed officers’ handcuff keys, unlocked her handcuffs and tried to flee but an officer stopped her, court records say.

In a sworn written statement, Lincoln Heights Police Sgt. Jesse J. Green said Henderson told him “she did not notify (the man) that she was (HIV-positive) because he bought her a puppy and gave her somewhere to stay.”

Green alleges that Henderson and the man got into an argument Friday about “friends that came to the residence,” and Henderson “picked up a knife from the kitchen counter and stabbed (the man) in the back left side of the head.”

On Monday, a judge set Henderson’s bail at $77,500. Her next court date is today!

Henderson becomes the latest local person charged with felonious assault for allegedly withholding a positive HIV diagnosis from a sex partner.

A former Ohio wrestler, Andre Davis is spending over thirty years in prison for not telling his multiple partners about his HIV status.
