Still no suspects in December 2025 acid attack.
Can we please figure out who threw acid on that woman in Georgia?
I know the obvious but I just want to close the case of the Savannah woman who got severe burns from an acid attack. The most caustic liquids would be drain cleaner, battery acid and rust remover.
Put that on skin and boom, instant third degree burns.
The victim is a white woman and the person of interest was initially a Black man but he was cleared and is no longer that individual.
The FBI and Georgia Bureau of Investigation are investigating this. The FBI botched up other events in recent times under Kash Patel. So I expect another epic fail.
But something tells me it smells like an op. A Bethany Storro incident.
Bethany Storro was the woman who self inflicted acid burns on her face and accused a Black woman of causing the injury. It generated outrage from the far right and put a target on Black women.

Bethany Storro made me question every acid attack on white women. Storro staging her attacks has me questioning Wasielewski.
She confessed to making it up because she was partially disabled and she was rejected by a guy.
The woman would served no jail time. She was given mental health treatment and eventually a book deal.
I want to give this the benefit of the doubt. Since the far right has now included this into their distractions from President Donald J. Trump's failures as a leader, they need a random crime and an allegation of it being committed by a Black person to drive a wedge issue into the public.
It's been over three weeks since someone left 46-year-old Ashley Wasielewski with third-degree burns covering half her body, and officials are trying to search for any leads to identify her attacker.
She has been released from the hospital. She is in an intensive burn center recovering.
Wasielewski had gone for a walk after attending a Christmas program at a nearby church. She was walking laps at Forsyth Park when the attack happened. Her son, Westley Wasielewski, said he learned about what happened through a phone call from a bystander who stopped to help his mother. He said he could hear her screaming in pain over the phone.

Woman attacked by caustic acid. No suspects. I want call it a hoax but that is jumping to conclusions.
From her hospital bed, Wasielewski told family and friends that she was walking along the sidewalk near the edge of the park when she noticed a shadow coming up behind her, said close friend Connor Milam. As she turned around, the person poured a liquid that police now say was acid over her head.
"She was instantly like, 'Why are you pouring water on me?' And then her skin started to burn," Milam told the Associated Press. "She looked down, and her pants were starting to burn off her body. She started screaming."
The GoFundMe page that was started for her raised nearly $300,000.
As part of the investigation, the FBI and Savannah Police are asking anyone with doorbell or security camera footage from any residences in an area near Forsyth Park between 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 10.
The agency said they were specifically looking for footage focusing on pedestrian traffic during that time.
The FBI has also announced a $5,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the attack. The agency also set up a digital tip line for photos and videos that may aid in the investigation here.
