Ohio Man Accused Of 🍇 Passed Away In Custody!

Sexual predator died in custody.

It is got national attention after a Black man looking for his dog witness this lewd act. The caretaker was eventually arrested and is held in the Montgomery County lockup for kidnapping, sexuality assault, gross sexual imposition, battery and neglecting contempt.

The victim was disabled with no ability to know what was right and wrong.

Anthony Alcorn will not see a judge this year. Only four months after his arrest, the former special needs driver had passed away from a terminal illness.

“Alcorn was diagnosed with multiple terminal illnesses that required a great deal of medical care and numerous hospitalizations,” the sheriff’s office said, noting he had been hospitalized since Dec. 18.

Alcorn was indicted on rape, gross sexual imposition, and kidnapping in September.

Alcorn was caught raping a woman with developmental disabilities while he was working as a transport driver for Graceworks Enhanced Living.

Several other developmentally disabled adults were inside the van at the time.

It was one of the neighbors who jumped in to stop this crime as it was happening.

Travis Underwood said he caught Alcorn in the middle of a sexual assault when he checked his back gate after leaving it open for his lost dog.

Underwood went live on social media as he confronted Alcorn. He also took his keys, so he couldn’t get away.

“Why you ain’t call the police? Well I bet you don’t! I don’t want to give you the keys,” Underwood is heard saying in the video.

Kathy Shiverdecker lives across Burkhardt Avenue, which is where Dayton police investigated a rape in September.

“Yeah, just straight across the street here in the alley,” Shiverdecker said.

News Center 7’s John Bedell talked to Shiverdecker after finding out about Alcorn’s death.

“I was shocked because I didn’t know the guy was even sick,” Shiverdecker said.

Alcorn’s lawyer also confirmed his death to News Center 7’s John Bedell over the phone on Monday.

“Although he was accused of doing something heinous, he was very apologetic for his conduct. He was remorseful,” Cheryll Bennett, Alcorn’s defense attorney, said.

“It’s a shame something like that happening. You know? I just hope the lady’s OK too,” Shiverdecker said.

Alcorn was scheduled to go on trial in April.

The Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office told News Center 7’s John Bedell that they were going to file a motion to dismiss the case on Monday.

The victim's family will have to sue the estate of the suspect and Grace Enhanced Transportation.
