Trump siccs the Secret Service on MTG!

You remember CodePink calling Trump a modern day Hitler. The protesters managed to harass Trump and several Republicans because of their support of the apartheid ethnostate of Israel among other things.

They were forcibly removed by the U.S. Secret Service.

Well Trump is placing the blame on Greene. Why?

Because he thinks she tipped off CodePink. An Axios article published Friday revealed the White House gave Greene’s name to the Secret Service, believing she shared information with an anti-war activist group about Trump’s plans to visit a Washington, D.C., restaurant last fall.

The dinner at Joe’s Seafood, an upscale restaurant steps from the White House, marked the president’s first time dining out in the city in his second term. The meal was meant to celebrate the Trump administration’s efforts to decrease crime in the city after deploying the National Guard. 

Code Pink members loudly confronted Trump during his meal, calling him “Hitler.” The president later suggested the activists should be “put in jail” for their actions. 

Greene said Friday that while she did recommend the restaurant to a member of the president’s staff, she did not leak this information to the activist group. Code Pink’s spokesperson also denied it had been told of Trump’s plans to dine at the restaurant by Greene in an interview with Axios. 

“Only the WH set up President Trump’s reservation at Joe’s, NOT ME!!,” Greene posted on the social platform X. “I had ZERO knowledge of when his reservation was! The only people who could have tipped off Code Pink was the restaurant or the WH!”

The former representative accused the White House of targeting her “because they are mad at me for telling the truth about the President and forcing the release of the Epstein files.”

Greene broke from the administration by supporting a discharge petition to force a House vote on requiring the Department of Justice to release files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Greene also blamed the Joe’s Seafood incident on the Secret Service, accusing it of neglecting safety protocols. 

“Code Pink was in the restaurant because the WH and Secret Service did NOT sweep Joe’s, did NOT set up metal detectors and check everyone in the restaurant, and did not do any of their normal security protocols that they do at every public event he attends!!!” Green posted.

The Hill has reached out to representatives for Joe’s Seafood and the Secret Service for comment.
