Adam Schiff's report implicates Rudy Giuliani, John Solomon, Devin Nunes and Donald Trump. |
At a news conference shortly afterward Schiff said, "The president ... was willing to sacrifice the national security of the United States ... in order to get what he wanted."
Asking rhetorically "What does this means for Americans? Why should they care?" Schiff said, "This is not about Ukraine. This is about our democracy. This is about our national security," adding, "Americans should care deeply about whether the president of the United States is betraying their trust in him."
"We should care about this. We must care about this," Schiff said, arguing that if not, Trump would be "back at it again."

It implicates Lev Parnas, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), Rudy Giuliani and John Solomon. I imagine that Attorney General William Barr, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Sean "Softball" Hannity and interim White House Chief of Staff and Office Budget and Management officer Mick Mulvaney are implicated.
Today, Schiff released the House Intelligence Committee's report. It shows that Donald J. Trump used the power of his office to do unethical acts to help him win his 2020 reelection.
The lawmaker's release of this bombshell report has gotten Nunes squirming. As you see, Nunes is suing CNN on the grounds of defamation. He claims that cable network is misleading folks in their reporting.
In the report, Nunes had contact with Parnas and Giuliani. It appears that he went to Ukraine to meet with the disgraced prosecutor Victor Shokin. He also had contacts with Solomon, who was recently fired out the cannon at The Hill.
The Hill is now checking the works and offering an explanation to their readers and Congress in regards to Solomon. The agitator defends his work and claims the Democrats are attacking him because they are upset his work is "factual."
Solomon who is a fixture on Softball Hannity is responsible for the conspiracy Ukraine stories involving Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton. He was hired on Fox News as a contributor and frequently appears on the opinion shows to discuss the "real" scandals.
Schiff is done saying "quid pro quo." He said it was outright bribery and there enough evidence to issue Articles of Impeachment.
House Republicans had their press release which had tepid concerns about how Democrats are railroading Trump.
The report sounds like Softball Hannity's daily rants. They claim the Democrats are trying to impeach a duly elected president based on the accusations and assumptions of unelected bureaucrats (a so-called deep state) who disagreed with Trump's policies and demeanor.
Republicans are citing Trump supporting columnist Jonathan Turley as a source. Turley who often is regarded as a "liberal" by Softball Hannity is often writing pieces with claims of Democratic overreach into the impeachment.
The next step in the impeachment process is the Judiciary Committee. They will have a chance to gather their evidence before the House plans on voting on Articles of Impeachment.
If Trump is impeached, the Senate will have a trial to convict him. If convicted, he will be removed from office and Michael Richard Pence will become the 46th President of the United States.
