Virginia woman stabbed in a New York City park becomes a national story. |
Obviously, that asshole Colin Flaherty wants to know if the criminals are Black. He often rails on about "Black on whatever" crime.
The suspect is a juvenile and there's no name given to the public. However, the suspect is facing serious criminal charges that could place him in the juvie lock up until adulthood. He can be retried and convicted of murder in New York. He could face LIFE in the iron college if convicted.
A group of teens were questioned in the regards of the death. But the New York Police Department had to figure who was the actual suspect.
I held off this story because I want to be sure that the law nabbed the right person. Given how NYPD often rounds up an entire group of Black teens, some of them would not have lawyers present and they will tell cops anything to get out of the room. The cops would fake a report and criminally charge the person with crime. Once they realize they arrested the wrong person, the person is released.
However, the damage is done. Their reputations are ruined and they'll forever be scrutinized by folks like that asshole, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Matt Drudge and Donald J. Trump.
The death of Tessa Majors has became a somber moment. You never let your guard down whenever you're alone in a dark place.
Should New York state prosecutors release the name of the juveniles involved in the death of Tessa Majors? (Expect trolls to offer the dumbest response and answers).
Tessa was attending the Barnard College.a private women's liberal arts college near Columbia University. It is in the Morningside Heights district, a relatively safe area in the city.
A 13-year old suspect remains held without a get out free card and faces second-degree murder.
The law said that the teen tried to finger two other individuals in this criminal act. However, the two that were picked up were released without charges for now.
Still the incident has gotten the New York Police Sergeants Benevolent Association's president attention. He made the ridiculous claim that Tessa was in the area purchasing a baggy of weed and just realized that she couldn't get the receipts.
Basically he claimed that she was trying buy weed and messed with the wrong folks. He blamed her for her death.
Stabbing in a New York park has gotten the city on high alert. |
The suspect's friends said that he grabbed Tessa put her in a chokehold and removed items from her pockets. As she tried to get the best of him, the knife dropped and one of those teens stabbed her.
The NYPD are trying to figure out which one did the stabbing. Regardless, the teen and his friends could get LIFE in the iron college if charged as adults.
The area said the suspect and his friends are known in the area. A deli worker who wanted to remain anonymous said that teens were unruly and disrespectful. She tried to call the law on them after they tripped up a 13-year old girl.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Tessa's live was valued by her family, friends and the community. They will do those "thoughts and prayers" ceremonies, candlelight vigils, doves, and moments of silence.
According to her friends, Tessa was a gifted musician, photographer and a very kind and caring person. She would have just gave them anything but they wanted everything.
