Feds Bust White Drug Cartel Trafficking Hard!

Feds bust up a drug cartel trapping out of a college campus.

The Raw Story reports that the feds stop a South Carolina drug cartel who were trafficking the hard for years without being caught. It was one of Charleston, SC's biggest drug busts in the city's history.

These individuals were present and former members of the College of Charleston. They were funneling hundreds of dollars of cocaine, pills, and other narcotics into downtown's rave scene.

They were selling the hard straight out of the campus. They were operating in million-dollar homes steps away from the college oak-shaded courtyards, networks of students and former students stamped out pills by the thousands with a factory-grade press using chemicals from Chinese internet suppliers and other sources.

These people were drug lords in their given right.
Samantha Hincks, 26; Zackery Kligman, 24; Daniel Katko, 25; Robert Liljeberg, 22; Benjamin Nauss, 23; Jake Poeschek, 21; Jonathan Reams, 19; Michael Schmidt, 21; and Christopher Sliker, 22 (Mug shots)
Feds bust a South Carolina drug cartel. These drug lords were selling out the trap with no remorse.

Samantha Hincks (age 26), Daniel Katko (age 25), Zackary Kligman (age 24), Robert Liljeberg (age 22), Benjamin Nauss (age 23), Jake Poeschek (age 21), Jonathan Reams (age 19), Michael Schmidt (age 21) and Christopher Sliker (age 22) were busted by the feds.

Each of these drug lords were in their early 20s, white and generally privileged. They left a paper trail of criminality by posting on social media their spending habits. They were bragging about being on private planes, eating at fancy restaurants and partying with the local elites.

These drug lords had "pledged" support to a local fraternity. One man arrested in the law's investigation of therm was telling pledges to "run errands" to get in. One of the drug lords was a former president of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity.

They used to host parties where the girls got into the lean. They got turned up by the lean being spiked with the Xanny family.  The pledges were turned up. They found interest in the lifestyle.

A gunman put in the work on a young man. Patrick Moffly was shot in the chest at his apartment.

Moffly, 23, son of a former Charleston County school board member, had connections to the drug cartel. He was lying in a pool of blood surrounded by Xanax pills.

Moffly's death is a part of this probe into who ordered the hit on the young man.

Officers discovered a cache of drugs and money in this home on 47 Ashley Avenue.

The yayo was inside a false bottom of an Arizona Tea can in a bedroom refrigerator. Over $7,500 in Xanax pills and $7,000 in marijuana were found in small baggies. One bag was labeled, "Jolly Rancher".

Hincks and her boytoy Poescheck were the first arrested in this. They were part of The Citadel but dropped out.

Charleston Police, the ATF, and U.S. Attorney's Office of South Carolina is determined to put these individuals in federal time out for a long time.

The Charleston Police express anger at the college community for not tipping them off to this. This drug cartel was running the game for nearly five years without a peep.

A man's life was taken away and the college students played the "no snitch" policy.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Patrick Moffly.

The individuals are innocent until proven guilty. These individuals involved in federal drug trafficking could face a maximum penalty of 30 years to LIFE in federal time out. They also could face a fine that could total over $250,000. If they were involved in the murder of the Patrick Moffly, they could face state charges that could be classified as a "DEATH CARD" sentence.

Stubbern!

I've often told my co-worker at my job that her stubbornness will kill her. I mean what I say when I say these things. I guess Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is just as stubborn as my co-worker.

He will not concede in the bid for the Democratic nomination.

I am getting to the point where having him in this race is just a distraction.

Republicans are seizing upon this notion of dysfunction. Donald Trump is courting disgruntled Bernie supporters.

Again, you can't be a progressive if you're a supporter of Donald Trump.

Ignorance Affects Britain! Brits Exits EU!

The United Kingdom separates from the European Union and the markets tank.

The ignorance of the right wing reigns in the United Kingdom. Today the Brits exit the European Union causing a ripple effect across the global markets.

Hate and nationalism has stuck a cord with the Brits.

Former London mayor Boris Johnson claims victory.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump claims victory.

The conservatives are happy.

David Cameron, the current Prime Minister of the British Crown is resigning from officer in less than 90 days. He and President Barack Obama voiced concerns about the exit. They believe that the Brexit could ruin the world economy.

Racism and xenophobia were contributing factors to the Brits leaving the EU.

The 27 nations of the European Union will now have to worry about the impact on the global economy.

Britain's nationalist stance will affect the world. It may fuel more interest in Donald Trump's campaign.

SCOTUS Keeps Affirmative Action In College Admins!

Supreme Court ruled in an affirmative action case.

With the Supreme Court overwhelmed at eight, cases will be either evenly divided or lopsided with no real results. When the Court rules, it's over. Regardless of who wins or loses, the Supreme Court of the United States is the final leg of a federal case.

Abigail Fisher comes out the loser in her case against the University of Texas Austin.

She took her case of affirmative action to the Court. She was denied entry into the college. The court's 4-3 decision continues the college entry rules.

Fisher v. University of Texas, concerned an unusal program and contained a waring to other university that not all affirmative action programs will pass constitutional muster. The New York Times added, that the ruling's basica message was that admissions officials may continue to consider race as one factor among many in ensuring a diverse student body.

Elana Kagan backed off the case because she had ties to the University of Texas.
Abigail Fisher and her conservative allies lost this one.
President Barack Obama was pleased with the decision. "I'm pleased that the Supreme Court upheld the basic notion that diversity is an important value in our society," he said today.

"We are not a country that guarantees equal outcomes, but we do strive to provide an equal shot to everybody".

Anthony Kennedy sided with the Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor in the majority. Kennedy wrote that the courts must give university substantial but not total leeway in designing their admission programs.

The disagreement of consent came from Samuel Alito. He practically slammed the decision. He said that the university had not demonstrated the need for race-based admissions and that the Texas program benefited advantaged students over impoverish ones.

Conservatives were hoping that this decision would eliminate the quotas.

Say if you came from a bad school and graduated at top rank and were accepted to a privileged college but tested lower than the student from a higher performance school, you would be getting a leg up.

Fisher and conservatives were hoping to end this.

SCOTUS Downs Obama's Executive Order On Immigration!

It was an evenly divided court that decided on the use of executive orders for presidents. This will affect presidents after President Barack Obama. The 4-4 decision to send the executive order on work permits to immigrants back to the lower court was considered a blow to Obama on his immigration plan.

The liberal and conservative wing kicked the decision back to the lower court which said that it was unconstitutional.

The order would have secured 4 million immigrants living here in the United States.

The Wall Street Journal added that the court's outcome in the immigration case doesn't require the administration to begin deportations of the affected immigrants—all of whom had significant ties to the U.S., such as children who are U.S. citizens or lawful residents. But it does halt the government's plan to normalize their presence by granting them authorization to work.

Speaking from the White House, Obama expressed frustration at the nation's continuing paralysis on immigration policy: "I believe that this country deserves an immigration policy that reflects the goodness of the American people."

The president also complained about the continuation of the open seat at the Supreme Court. Citing the increasingly frequent tie votes, he said that Republicans were extending the court's paralysis by refusing to consider his nominee for the open seat, U.S. Circuit Judge Merrick Garland.

"Republicans in Congress currently are willfully preventing the Supreme Court from being fully staffed and functioning as our founders intended," Obama said.

Republicans have said the next president should decide who should fill the Supreme Court opening.

Obama announced the immigration policies in November 2014, describing them as the furthest he believed he could go using executive authority to normalize the status of illegal immigrants after a Senate-passed immigration overhaul died in the House.
The current members of the Supreme Court. Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Anthony Kennedy, Chief Justice John Roberts, Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas. Without the ninth justice, it's going to be a quagmire of decisions that could gravely affect the nation. Antonin Scalia passed away in February.
The plan sought to assist more than four million people who already are considered the lowest priority for deportation. Authorities, lacking resources to remove most of the more than 10 million illegal immigrants in the U.S., focus on newly arrived individuals and those with criminal records.

By formally suspending the threat of deportation, the program would give affected immigrants the opportunity to obtain work authorization and other prerequisites for participating in society, such as a Social Security number and a driver's license.

Obama demanded that the voters decide on what the future. He said should they vote, should they continue to allow the federal courts and agencies tied up, mass shootings, gridlock in Congress, partisan gamesmanship, and Donald Trump. He urges that the future lies in the Dreamers who believe that they can change the direction of Congress and the presidency.

It's a tall order given the Republicans gerrymandered areas making it harder to win the House.

Republicans and their conservative allies have a megaphone of agitators and simpletons willing to distort the truth.

Cop Walk in Freddie Gray Murder!

The cop who drove the van that carried Freddie Gray to his death found not guilty.

It seems like it's impossible for cop to convicted on the murder of unarmed suspects. The Baltimore Court found Caesar Goodson not guilty in negligent homicide of Freddie Gray.

The second degree murder charge was a tall order for prosecutors.

It just didn't stick because Goodson was not intentionally trying to kill Freddie.

Goodson was the driver who transported Freddie Gray to the lockup.

Freddie was severely injured after being transported to lockup. He was placed on a ventilator before being declared brain dead.

Goodson was the one who got the most charges in this.

Judge Barry Williams said there wasn't enough evidence to convict Goodson.

Goodson's freedom assures that notion that the remaining three officers would walk.

The travesty of justice once again proves that the blue wall of silence still exist.

It makes it harder for the law to get witnesses in the case of a criminal act. It might rile up residents.

Even with it being filmed, an unarmed Black suspect can be killed. The cops can lie and slander their way out of a murder. The unarmed Black suspect will always be seen through the lense of #AllLivesMatter and White conservatives as guilty of a crime and responsible of his own death.

Freddie Gray's death sparked unrest and rioting in the city. It eventually led to Anthony Batts being fired out the cannon as the city's police commissioner and Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake not seeking reelection.

Goodson is getting protective security after the verdict. He's told the junk food media that he's been getting death threats from this.

He is the third officer who managed to walk in the case. This is another blow to Baltimore prosecutor Marilyn Mosby.

So far this event gives me the notion that Black lives doesn't matter. A cop or a vigilante can beat the system because of entitlement. After all we're supposed to trust the cops, right?
