The Law Looking For Springfield Ohio Man Who Let His Friends Die In Car Wreck!

Juan Compton (left) and Tristin Sherman (right) killed in crash in Springfield on April 7, 2015. (Photo/Springfield City School District)
Two young adults were killed after their friend drove reckless on Ohio roads.

The night when Angel Rajas drove his vehicle, he may have been under the influence of alcohol.

Angel's night on the town turned fatal for two of his friends. And it seems like Angel's on the run and the Springfield Police, Ohio State Patrol and Clark County sheriff wants him brought to justice.

Tristan Sherman and Juan Compton were killed after Rajas drove on Old Columbus Road in Springfield Township and lost control. He ends up hitting a telephone pole and the car flipped.

Compton aged 21 and Sherman aged 18 were riders in the Mazda that Rajas drove. Sherman and Compton were thrown from the vehicle. They died on impact. Two other passengers, Devan Moore and Ashley Predmore suffer injuries. Predmore was released from the Springfield Regional Hospital and Moore was transferred to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton fighting for his life.
Angel Rojas is wanted in connection with a double deadly crash.
Angel Rajas is a wanted man. U.S. Marshals, OSP, Clark County Sheriff and Springfield Police would like to see this reckless driver locked up.
Sherman and Compton's families were in attendance at a memorial near the accident site.

The families want Rajas to turn himself in. For the sake of his decease friends, he has to turn himself in.

The charges for vehicular homicide is punishable up to 20 years in the iron college. If he's an illegal immigrant he could be deported.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the families of Tristan Sherman and Juan Compton. We wish a speedy recovery for Devan Moore and Ashley Predmore.

North Charleston Officer Charged With Murder! [NSFW]

Police officer off the force and in county lockup. He shot a fleeing suspect in the back and tried to plant evidence. He may have gotten away with it, if it wasn't for them witnesses and those damn camera phones.

Damn, this is getting worse.

Everyone knows that getting a traffic citation sucks. Some believe that the cops are picking on you because you did everything right, but according to the officer, you done an infraction.

Did you know that cops can lie to make an arrest?

Yes. They can and will do so.

The law can lie to justify a pull over, a citation, an arrest or use of force by service weapon or physical restraint.
Evidence drop.
Police brutality is an ongoing issue. Black and Latino men are often looked upon as natural born criminals in the minds of the racist right and the law. About 38% of Black men and 40% Hispanic men all aged 18 - 39 have been pulled over by the law.

The North Charleston Police are doing some major damage control after one of their officers decided to put eight slugs in an unarmed man. It would have been the officer walking free if it wasn't for a witness who filmed the whole ordeal.

The officer who fired on 50 year old Walter Scott of North Carolina is being charged with murder.

He pulled over Scott in his Mercedes Benz. The officer claimed that the suspect was reaching for his taser. The officer was caught firing his service weapon at the suspect fleeing. Then apparently the officer may have tried to plant evidence on the suspect after he was down on the ground.
Corrupt cop Michael Slager got locked up for emptying his firearm on the unarmed Walter Scott.
Michael Slager, 33 was seen shooting the suspect after a confrontation. He didn't realize that a witness was watching the whole ordeal. The officer chases Scott and then fires on him.

Slager and his lawyer claimed that Scott reached for his gun and he felt threatened by the suspect.

But the video contradicts his claim.

Now I am waiting on that bullshit peddler Matt Drudge, the annoying conservative agitator Sean Hannity, racial asshat Colin Flaherty, and smear merchant Charles C. Johnson to slander Scott's name.

The confrontation started when Slager had reportedly pulled over Scott because of a taillight violation. The officer claimed that the taillight was broken. Scott was issued a warrant for child support.

Scott was being chased by Slager in a grassy lot. Slager claimed that he fired his taser on the suspect to restrain him.

Moments later, there's Slager calling dispatch for backup after he reported shots were fired.
Walter Scott had petty criminal charges. It didn't merit in murder.
In parts of the video you see Slager planting the taser next to a nearly lifeless body.

Other claims stated that officers performed CPR and delivered medical aid to Scott, but the video shows that Scott was face down with handcuffs on him. Apparently over 10 minutes pass the first firing. One officer gave aid but didn't do CPR.

Scott had been charged for being a "broke baby daddy".

Conservatives go to town. A man who has multiple children and can't pay for them. He's a "gubmint handout" right? He was the father of four children and didn't have a criminal record for violence.

He was about to get married says the Scott family attorney.

Now in lockup, Slager could face either LIFE in the iron college or perhaps the GAS.

Now I am wondering if FRED 101 or FartDown will find some excuse to denounce this.

FRED 101 are you going to find some excuse to say that Walter Scott caused his own death?

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Walter Scott.

Ben Carson: That Devil Music Keeps Us Blacks Chained Up!

Ben Carson thinks hip-hop is the devil's music.

Okay, Dr. Ben Carson was on a R&B station talking to the host about his potential announcement to run for the Republican nomination. The clown stated that his intentions to run could happen in May.

But in the meantime, he wants to let The Blacks know that he's "one of us".

Like his good buddy, Stephen A. Smith said, "For once, 'US BLACK FOLKS' should vote for a Republican."

But for Carson, he's not even trying to win the young voters. He's pretty much trying to sell the idea of him running to the church going, anti-gay Black folks who voted for Obama but became disappointed when he stepped pass the Black church, and walked into the madrassa.

Attacking hip-hop music is probably not the smartest idea for a Black candidate running for political office.

It makes you sound like Dan Quayle, the former president who served with President George H.W. Bush during the early 1990s.

Quayle and Bush were fired out the cannon after Bill Clinton managed to win over Black folks.

Make sure you visit YouTube to see Clinton playing the saxophone on Arsenio Hall.

Mediaite reports that Dr. Ben Carson stopped by New York’s R&B radio station WBLS on Easter Sunday morning to share the news that he will announce his 2016 plans at the beginning of May. But while was there, the potential Republican candidate also made some comments about hip hop music that are likely to rub people, both in and out of the African-American community, the wrong way.

“We need to reestablish faith in our communities and the values and principles that got us through slavery, that got us through Jim Crow, and segregation, and all kinds of horrible things that were heaped upon us,” Carson said, according to Business Insider. “Why were we able to get through those? Because of our faith, because of our family, because of our values, and as we allow the hip hop community to destroy those things for us, and as we grasp onto what’s politically correct and not what is correct, we continue to deteriorate.”

The assertion that hip hop music stands in sharp opposition to “family values” received some pushback from the show’s host, who told Carson, “When you said ‘hip-hop,’ my antennae went up very quickly, because I said, ‘Wait a minute that sounds like an old argument that they used to make about rock ‘n’ roll/R&B back in the fifties.’ That’s what they used to say.”

In an attempt to better explain what he meant, Carson replied, “When I talk about the hip hop community, I’m talking about the aspect of modern society that pretty much dismisses anything that has to do with Jesus Christ, that’s what I’m talking about.”

Seriously, does he really want to go there?

Apparently, he does!

Dayton Could Put An "I" With U.S. 35!

Interstate 575 traveling through Dayton, Ohio could become a reality.

This normally doesn't come up in the discussion. But sometimes I want to talk about things that I often think about whenever I travel through the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio.

I had this feeling today about the future of this city. I conclude this area in particular is doomed. I think that Dayton is on the verge of being a "ghost town".

The mayor Nan Whaley is trying to dismiss the notion of Dayton being a "ghost town".

She hopes that the latest developments help bring Dayton back to its glory.

Dayton has recently announced they were developing the Water Street Residential District. It is a mixed retail commerce center that sits on the border of the Great Miami and Mad Rivers.

It is a slow rebound from the failed Ballpark Village and Walmart proposal. Bear Creek Capital was going to develop the area but it turned sour after the economy went south.
Water Street District is being built. But will it bring the people to Dayton?
Crayford Holdings is now in charge of this project. Hopefully this Water Street District will help the city bring in residents. I mean it's risky move, but Whaley and city leaders are hoping for a win.

Dayton is trying to curb the economic losses of businesses closing up, people leaving en mass and the negativity of urban blight.

It lost 30% of its population in the last 20 years. It's population at present time is 137,000 residents.

In its prime Dayton had over 200,000 residents. Once that all this dried up, the people were left without jobs and sense of happiness. So some who could afford the opportunities moved out.

The city has seen a gradual decrease in its population due to the loss of manufacturing, white flight and urban sprawl. The Midwestern city is caught between Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Columbus. These three cities have most of the area's major attractions.
U.S. 35 travels from Michigan City, Indiana to near Charleston, West Virginia. It passes through the Appalachian plateau.
Dayton's basically surviving on the military's continuation of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the mid level services (i.e.the Love's and Flying J truck stops, The Hollywood Gaming racino, and the health care industry).

Dayton's metro area includes its inner and outer suburbs with the addition of Troy, Xenia and Eaton as its extended areas.

I am traveler and love to get around town once in awhile. I like to visit areas in America that are quite unique. My community is no different.

Dayton, Ohio is the county seat of Montgomery County. Dayton is the sixth largest city in the state.

The main highway that travels through it is Interstate 75. It is a major north-south highway that travels from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan to the suburbs of Miami, Florida. It is one of the many routes that goes toward the Canadian border.

The other interstates are Interstate 70 which doesn't pass through the city and Interstate 675 which bypasses the city.
The Federal Highway Administration has to confirm the U.S. 35 freeway is up to Interstate standards. If the freeway is up to standards, it will be labeled an interstate highway.
The secondary highways are Ohio State Route 4, Ohio State Route 49 and U.S. 35. They are limited access freeways that often have stop lights or stop signs on the pathway.

What determines a controlled access highway from an interstate?

The AASHTO (American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials) releases a standards manual called A Policy on Design Standards: Interstate System. For a certain highway to be considered an Interstate Highway, it must meet these construction requirements or obtain a waiver from the Federal Highway Administration.

I had a thought that comes to mind. Could U.S. 35 be designated for Interstate standards?

Ohio residents could petition the state and FHA for 10 miles of  U.S. 35 to be co-signed with a 3-digit interstate highway. If approved by the Ohio Department of Transportation, the proposal would then go to the Federal Highway Administration for final approval.

Could Interstate 575 become a thing here in Dayton?

I believe that Interstate 575 would start from the James H. McGee Boulevard exit to Beavercreek at the North Fairfield Road interchange. Alongside the Interstate it would be co-signed with U.S. 35.

From Beavercreek, U.S. 35 begins it southeastern journey all the way to West Virginia.

Eventually U.S. 35 will be formally developed into a complete freeway with exit ramps and no street level intersections.

BREAKING: Duke Captures NCAA Championship!

The Duke Blue Devils beats the Wisconsin Badgers.

It looking like the NCAA Division 1 champions are the Duke Blue Devils. The men's basketball team managed to survive a hard fought game. They came from the the back to the front. They managed to overpower a strong Wisconsin Badger defense.

At first Wisconsin overpowered Duke. But in the end, Duke managed to secure a strong lead after the Badgers fouled one too many times. They were trailing by ten points before the final five minutes.

I mean this is another win for the Blue Devils. The fifth title for the ACC conference team.

They're partying in Durham tonight.
One extraordinary night.
The 2014–15 Duke Blue Devils men's basketball team represents Duke University during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Returning as head coach is Hall of Famer Mike Krzyzewski. The team plays its home games at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference.

By beating Michigan State 81-61 in the Final Four in Indianapolis, the Blue Devils defeated Wisconsin, 68–63 for the championship, won the 5th NCAA championship titles

Congratulations to the Blue Devils and coach Mike Krzyzewski.

Wisconsin was handed another defeat. They lost the Big Ten Championship in football and now the NCAA title game in basketball.

Wondering if they're planning on rioting in the streets. After all, the junk food media will see a bunch of drunken college students and fans rioting as unrest and unruliness.

Will the junk food media call the fans of the Badgers or Blue Devils who may riot after the NCAA title game animals?

Si Amigo Bush!

Jeb Bush caught some flack over the weekend. He labeled on his voter form he's Hispanic. Bush is White.

The inept Republican Party is fighting within itself. They are tired of losing the presidential elections.

They lined up two candidates who they thought could beat Barack Obama. That proved to be an epic failure.

Now the party is eager to take back the White House. As much as I hate to say it, the Republicans are more enthusiastic about the 2016 Presidential Elections.

The junk food media has given so much attention to the next wave of clowns running. They want to be the nominee who can beat Hillary Clinton and undo the legacy of President Barack Obama.

Each of the contenders have decent backgrounds. One in particular is the son and brother of two presidents.

John Ellis Bush or Jeb as most call him is the former Florida governor. He served two terms as Florida's governor. His term was marred with controversy after he passed the "Stand Your Ground" law and his meddling in the Terri Shavio affair.
The family Bush. George W., George H.W., and Jeb.
Jeb was born in Midland, TX and grew up in suburban Houston. Bush grew up in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts and then attended the University of Texas, where he earned a degree in Latin American affairs. Following his father's successful run for Vice President in 1980, he moved to Florida and pursued a career in real estate development. In 1986, Bush was named Florida's Secretary of Commerce, a position he held until resigning in 1988 to help his father's successful campaign for the Presidency.

In 1994, Bush made his first run for office, narrowly losing the election for governor by less than two percentage points to the incumbent Lawton Chiles. Bush ran again in 1998 and beat Lieutenant Governor Buddy MacKay with 55 percent of the vote. He ran for reelection in 2002 and won with 56 percent to become Florida's first two-term Republican Governor.

During his eight years as governor, Bush was credited with initiating improvements in the environment, as well as reforming the education system.

He is seriously considering a run for the nomination. He figures that many Hispanics voters could cross over and help Republicans secure a victory.

Bush can speak fluent Spanish. He is married to Columba Bush, a immigrant from Mexico. They have three children. George P. Bush his oldest son is the current Texas State Land Controller.

Jeb's dad was George H.W. Bush the 41st President of the United States. His brother George W. Bush was the 43rd President of the United States.

Unfortunately the majority White party he belongs to isn't so keen on it.

Start it off with Ted Cruz. The controversial Stallmigo from Texas is one of the many insurgents who are trying to keep Bush from winning this Republican nomination. Cruz, born in Canada is the first to announce he's running for the nomination. He and potential nominee fellow Stallmigo Marco Rubio of Florida are Hispanic and they will use this against Bush.

The New York Times reports that Bush may have become a bit carried away: He listed himself as Hispanic on a 2009 voter-registration application in Miami-Dade County.

A Bush spokeswoman said she had no explanation. But Mr. Bush went on Twitter on Monday to say:

Carolina Lopez, deputy supervisor of elections for Miami-Dade, said voters must submit hard copies of applications with a signature before receiving a voter information card that confirms their address and polling location.

According to the Florida Division of Elections, the application requires a signature because the voter is swearing or affirming an oath.

The New York Times obtained Mr. Bush’s application from the Miami-Dade County Elections Department. Florida law requires that the signature, driver’s license number and Social Security number be redacted before such a document is publicly released.

Mr. Bush, whose father and brother were president, is from a family that has been found to have strong ties to British and other European royalty.

While Mr. Bush, a likely Republican presidential candidate, may have made a mistake, confusion over heritage is no laughing matter during a campaign season.
Jeb Bush and his big family. From Top L-R, Jebby (with daughter). Noelle, and Jeb.
From Bottom L-R,  Sandra, Columba, Amanda and George (with son).
During her Senate campaign in 2012, Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts was accused of misrepresenting herself as Native American. Senator Ted Cruz, Republican of Texas, who has officially announced his presidential campaign, has had to explain that he is eligible to run, despite being born in Canada, because his mother is an American citizen.

Democrats were quick to criticize Mr. Bush for the error.

Albert Morales, the Democratic National Committee’s Hispanic outreach director, said that Mr. Bush was “out of step” with Latinos, and the Florida Democratic Party suggested that he might have committed a felony.

Legal experts said that without evidence that Mr. Bush had intended to deceive, he was unlikely to face legal repercussions.

It is noted that Bush did run for governor back in the early 1990s. But during that time,  Bush ran that year as a conservative, and a notable moment in this campaign was when Bush was asked what he would do for African Americans if he gets elected, responding: "It’s time to strive for a society where there’s equality of opportunity, not equality of results. So I’m going to answer your question by saying: probably nothing."

The Bush family is big. Even bigger now that NBC News anchor Jenna Hager, the daughter of George W. Bush is expecting her second child. Well wishes to Jenna.

Jeb Bush got a lot to prove. Because the public may not be hungering for a Bush in the White House.

Could he defy the odds?

Rand Paul Should Be The CEO Of Planter's! He Is Certainly A Nut!

According to the sources, Stallmigo Rand Paul (R-KY) is going to formally announce his bid for the Republican nomination.

As predicted, the Paulites will come forth to swamp the blogs, the comment sections and unscientific polls with Stand with Rand '16 bullshit.

Randal Howard Paul was born on January 7, 1963, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Paul is the son of former Texas lawmaker and perennial loser for president Ron Paul of Texas.  Paul attended Baylor University and is a graduate of the Duke University School of Medicine. Paul began practicing ophthalmology in 1993 in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and established his own clinic in December 2007.

Paul shot to fame in 2010 when he beat the Republican establishment in a bitterly fought primary.

Mitch The Turtle (R-KY) and many establishment lawmakers were opposed to Paul at first. But they seem to make nice with him whenever they're in front of cameras. He would win the senate seat.

Since then he's done nothing for Kentucky. I mean there's a bridge between Cincinnati and Covington, KY that needs a huge make over. I betcha that Paul has no intentions of getting that fixed.

Paul lives in Bowling Green, KY and is a trained ophthalmologist. He is married to Kelley Ashby and has three sons. Paul is co-author of a book entitled The Tea Party Goes to Washington, and also the author of Government Bullies: How Everyday Americans Are Being Harassed, Abused, and Imprisoned by the Feds.

Paul was included in Time magazine's world's 100 most influential people, for 2013 and 2014.

I am allowing the trolls to soapbox on Journal de la Reyna. They will attack us. The best advice when dealing with Paulturds is basically ignore them. Delete the comments and move on.

Since this is a relatively Black blog that talks about politics and issues in the Black community, expect these Paulturds to make references to civil rights and why Blacks should support Paul.

If you ask me about him, Rand Paul should be the CEO of Planter's. Because he's certainly a nut!

He's not looked upon as a serious candidate. GOP Sundays favorite son, Lindsey Graham (R-SC) already fired a shot at Paul.

Graham said that Hillary Clinton could do a better job at negotiations than Obama and Paul. The whiner is considering his chances at running for the clown car.

Tell that to the Paulturds. They will crap their pants if you insult the nut!

You may hear doom and gloom rhetoric from the Paulturds. They'll say that if you refuse to support him, America is doomed.

The word vomit usually involves rhetoric like the New World Order, American Liberties being stolen, the Constitution, 9/11 Was a Inside Job, End The Fed, and a whole lot of kookspiracy whenever you are debating a Paulturd.

Like fellow Stallmigos Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Marco Rubio (R-FL), Paul is running for the AM dial.

Because most of the crap that comes out of these insurgents mouths is bullshit. When asked what they can do to improve the economy, defend our borders, tackle social issues, these three vomit Obama.
The conservative Craigslist giving the nut glowing coverage.
Conservatives hate when them lefties blame Bush for the woes of America. It seems like they've done their fair share of blame Obama and leading the way is Rand Paul.

Paul is by far one of the worst. He is practically a leading figure in Blame Obama campaign.

Everything proposed or signed by the president was met with criticism by Paul. He says that Obama (and Hillary Clinton) have blood on their hands after the Benghazi fiasco.

Paul wants former IRS head Lois Lerner locked up for allegedly targeting insurgency groups.

Paul along with Rubio and Cruz signed the letter warning Iran that the U.S. will ignore the treaty and threaten war against the country if they continue producing nuclear weapons. The letter sponsored by Stallmigo Tom Cotton (R-AK).

Paul claims he's all about that "liberty, freedom, and no war" nonsense. He plays the Libertarian on television. But in the Senate, he's lockstep with the party and plays the extremist whenever he's given the floor.

His biggest achievement as a senator is his filibuster of the CIA nominee John Brennan. He wasted 12 hours bitching about the CIA-drone program. He claims that President Barack Obama could use them on Americans.

Of course, Paul flipped the script when it was revealed some American-born Islamic State militants were bucked. He's all about droning the militants if they're scary Muslims.

Under pressure, he flips, flops, and backtracks. He is extremely inconstant.

Paul and Cruz have no legislative accomplishments. None.

They've spent the least amount of time as lawmakers in the senate.

Their excuse for the least amount of time in the senate. Barack Obama.

Since Barack Obama had at least three years as a U.S. Senator, conservatives conclude that he's too inexperienced and was unprepared for the job.

Cruz and Paul will use this excuse whenever confronted about their lack of legislative accomplishments.

If you want to compare Barack Obama's day's as a senator to these two. Look at the Wikipedia website and click this link. Obama as a senator sponsored, co-sponsored and proposed bills. Several of them became laws when George W. Bush signed them.

How many conservatives will dismiss this as liberal lies?

How many people are going to say that Wikipedia allows "anyone to edit it"?
