Benzino: No Neck And No Crosswalks! šŸš·šŸ¤”☠️

Imagine having no neck and the neck brace is literally near your mouth.

Too bad...

It's 2026, please do not be like him. Matter of fact, do not be like me.

I was expecting him to put his two cents into the 50 Cent and T.I. feud. Alas, he let that temper get the best of him again. He is showing out again. Embarrassing himself and his son.

And of course, Coi Leray.

Midway Wrap Up in May.

Raymond Scott was hospitalized after he claimed he was hit by the friend of his youngest son's mother. Althea Easton has full custody of her son. Scott is unemployed and is required to pay nearly $6,000 a month for his son.

In Georgia, the court ruled that Scott is not the custodial parent. No matter what he tell you on social media, this fool cannot be allowed full custody due to his past incidents.

Scott likely got into a verbal argument as he usually does. He threatened to harm Althea and her friend Diamond, the lead rapper of Crime Mob.

He claimed Eaton snatched their young son, Zino, after he got off the school bus, put him in her car, and drove away. He was allegedly side-swiped by the vehicle and fell to the ground. Police officers, who were present at the time of the incident, called an ambulance and sent him to the hospital.

Scott said he hit his arm and head on the car. He also has a lot of pain in his back. In photos that were posted to social media, you can see the "Rock The Party" rapper in a neck brace while lying on a stretcher. Althea and Diamond were pulled over by police soon after they drove off. Cops were able to retrieve young Zino and returned him to his father.

Imagine you making a claim that your baby mama hit you with a car, you go run to Tasha K, get child protective services involved, accuse the baby mama of being abusive. Diamond and Althea warn Scott that if doesn't stop capping, they will pursue legal options.

Despite the allegations Scott made, his ex and the Crime Mob rapper are telling a different story. In a video she posted on Instagram, Diamond claimed they brought the police to the bus stop to conduct a wellness check on Eaton's son.

"This is a father who is keeping a child from his mother," Eaton told TMZ. "He’s trying to make a mockery of this situation, but this is my livelihood. I haven't seen my son in months, so I wanted to do a wellness check to lay eyes on my child."
Diamond flat out denied Scott's version of what happened. She basically said that he was on his usual "I'm a street nigga shit." He was openly snitching claiming that his son was abused by his mother.

Diamond basically finds it strange that he would share a domestic dispute with a notorious media agitator like Tasha K to generate a bit sympathy.

She says that shit is weird. They both agree that Scott is playing in the snow.

He even threatened to sue Easton after she revealed claims he slept with R&B singer Bobby V.

Bobby V and Scott have allegations of sleeping with men and transwomen.

They flatly deny the allegations.

At 60 years old, one would think Scott would just settle down from the microphone, camera and television. Not seeing he is no longer a rapper, Scott continues to act like he is one of these YN's.

He started rapping in 1987, that would be a grandfather year for some who never heard of him. He can't try to be the cool guy when he barely can do anything but scream at the clouds.

Nah, I am not trying to reign on his parade. He is a grown ass man. He is free to act how he wants to in public or in private.

No one cares whether he is riding with that community or not. No one cares about his neverend feud with Eminem or 50 Cent. People are on the internet not in the bookstores reading The Source or Hip-Hop Weekly.

Retire the noise, Raymond Scott.

He ain't palling around them white guys. See Dave Mays and Jonathan Scheter were the brains and co-founders of The Source. Two white..... Jewish guys who went to Harvard and were listening to hip-hop on a local college station. They came together with James Benard and Ed Young.

The Source was founded in Boston but ended up moving to New York where it grew to be one of the biggest hip-hop magazines of the 1990s.

James had past away in Jan. 2026. I missed this. I will address this at the end.

Nonetheless, Scott managed to get in after Mays saw him performing at a local bar.

Mays thought it be a good idea to create a group from Boston involving Scott and four of his closest associates. They were known as the Almighty RSO. The group tried to be like Public Enemy meets Run DMC with Native Tongues and NWA inspiration. They didn't do well.

Scott kept pushing for better promotion. Mays was strong armed into it. When The Source did their music ratings which they labeled the "Five Mic" counsel, Mays pushed through ratings that didn't appeal to the reviewers. It led to Scheter, Bernard and Young leaving.

They took over 40 staffers with them.

Mays continues on and Scott ended up being the co-owner (despite having no experience in the media).

Scott would create another group called Made Men. Scott would end up pushing the group among his ventures and sub groups. It ended up being a costly expense.

Scott was inching for a feud. He was snubbed by Em after Scott pushed for a lower rating of his critically acclaimed The Marshal Matthers LP.

Em ignored Scott and eased up a small tap saying "Five mics in The Source, ain't holdin my fucking breathe..."

It set off the battle. Scott who went under the name of Benzino launched a series of disses on him. He named dropped Em's daughter which triggered the rapper to go all in.

He started a feud with Em to promote his album in 2002. Scott accused Em of being a "culture vulture" and a "Rap Elvis." Eminem is white and probably the most successful rappers because of his rhyming skills, not his race. Em released two devastating disses at Scott and ruined his rap career.

Scott in turn, used The Source Magazine as a weapon to trash Em. He tried to brand Em a racist after he made a demo tape dissing a Black woman. The song was blocked by Em and Scott ignored the injunction and released the single in full. Em sued the magazine and its founder Dave Mays, a white business executive and Scott's rap manager at the time. The Source ended up wasting all its money and going into bankruptcy. The magazine executives fired Mays and Scott after the feud. Mays ended up doing other ventures and Scott ended up going broke. Mays helped Scott get on reality television with Stevie J. He ended up ruining that and as of today, Scott has struggled.

Scott who still goes by the name of Benzino has no chance of ever regaining the glory of his yesteryear.

He is pretty much toast.

He might as well settle down with an older woman (or whomever he chooses outside of that) who is in his age bracket.

Be a father to his kids. Be a grandfather to his grandchildren.

Get that AARP card so he can get some of those damn discounts.

Go into the gym and do some flexing but no more for the camera.

Em literally put the nail in the coffin on Scott's rap career.

Scott has been jealous of his daughter Coi Leray generating more buzz in her career.

Scott will react to 50 trolling him again.

Just to make this clear, Scott has tendencies to be bipolar, suicidal, violent and mentally unstable when he is under the influence of drugs and alcohol. So here the number for people dealing with mental illness and has suicidal tendencies.

Scott keeps saying that no one in the hood plays Eminem's music. Yet, he doesn't consider his music or even rivals Eminem defeated is played in the hood.

Scott said Em's music is trailer trash and most of his fans voted for Donald J. Trump. Eminem despises Trump and endorsed Kamala Harris for president. He normally doesn't get politiical but he hates politicians who target his music.

Eminem has dissed Candace Owens, Bill O'Reilly, C. Delores Tucker, Tipper Gore, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Dick Cheney, Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy and Majorie Taylor Greene.

He said thinks Em rhymes "masturbater in the elevator" whenever he's on the mic.

While Em does say controversial things, most of his lyrics are mostly double entredre. It usually flies over Scott's head. If Em was being subliminal, Scott would be spared the wrath.

Scott aimed at Em's family (daughter and grandson). Eminem responded in due time. He personally goes after rap rivals who still don't understand why he is considered one of the greatest rappers of all time.

Tell me:

Has anyone in the hood ever heard of a Benzino song (other than the most recent disses)?

Or perhaps has anyone ever played any of Benzino's music?

Let me make this clear. If you believe your street credibility leads to you being arrested, financially struggling, estranged from your family, constantly angry at people, always trying win favor for unruly behavior; it's not the streets, it's you.

Raymond Scott, please get some mental health treatment. Try to repair the broken relationship with Coi, Chavo, Taj and Zino. Stop capping. Act your fucking age. Stop obsessing with Eminem.

Your behavior is a totally a prediction of being a stan or seriously mentally disturbed human being. You know I'm sayin'?

James Bernard Passed Away!

James Bernard, the co-founder of The Source passed away. He was doing a podcast with former editor and chief of The Source, media personality Julia Beverly.

James Bernard, a foundational figure in hip-hop journalism, a pioneering co-editor of The Source, and a co-founder of XXL, has been confirmed dead after being missing for more than 17 months.

According to Black Enterprise, his death was publicly acknowledged by peers in the music and media worlds, including Questlove, who shared a tribute acknowledging the loss and reflecting on Bernard’s lasting influence.

No cause of death has been disclosed.

Bernard was instrumental in shaping hip-hop journalism at a time when the culture was still dismissed or misunderstood by mainstream media. As a co-editor-in-chief at The Source during its formative years, he helped establish a critical framework that treated rap music as a serious art form worthy of deep analysis, debate, and historical context.

Under his editorial leadership, album reviews, artist profiles, and cultural commentary were approached with rigor rather than novelty. And it was under Bernard that the infamous "mic" ranking was introduced for rappers, ultimately entering the hip-hop zeitgeist as MCs gunned for the coveted "5 mic" co-sign on their albums.

Bernard’s pioneering work helped legitimize hip-hop journalism not just as a genre, but as a viable career path—particularly for Black and Brown writers who were often marginalized or tokenized elsewhere. The Source became a proving ground where writers could cover their own culture with authority, precision, and pride, setting standards that are still referenced today.

After leaving The Source over creative differences, Bernard co-founded XXL in 1997 with fellow editor Reginald Dennis. The publication quickly carved out its own lane, emphasizing long-form storytelling and expansive reporting that reflected hip-hop’s growing global reach.

XXL would later become known for platforms such as the Freshman List, further cementing its role in shaping conversations about emerging hip-hop talent.

Neal Dunn: If I Could Take Back Some Of The Ish I've Done!

Neal Dunn's days are numbered literally.

Another one in the Republican controlled House of Representatives could be seeing the pearly gates if there was ever one. What will happen, he will either be placed in a box being buried in the dirt or cooked in an oven into ashes for an urn or trinket.

As a Republican lawmaker from Florida and a former surgeon, Neal Dunn knows the diagnosis isn't good. He already informed House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) it may be weeks or days, who know?

Rep. Neal Dunn (R-FL), 73 represents the 2nd Congressional District of Florida. It includes Tallahassee, Panama Coty Beach, Perry, Youngstown, Ponce de Leon and Greenville.

A reliable vote for President Donald J. Trump's chaotic policies.

Another one of these pro Israel Republicans who care about that goddamn apartheid genocidal ethnostate instead of his fucking district. If he dies or retires before his term ends, it leaves a one seat gap. Doug LaMalfa died in January. Marjorie Taylor Greene resigned in January.

Johnson, deferred to Dunn when asked about his plans but said he urged the Florida Republican to stay in Congress.

"He is a beloved member of Congress and a great man. And, you know, he's informed us he's not going to run for re-election. And what he does from here forward, I'm not sure," Johnson told reporters.

"You need to ask him about it. But I've encouraged him to stay and be part of this, and I think he wants to do that. And so you have to ask him all the circumstances."

Dunn told reporters he had "no comment" on the matter that same day, according to CNN.

Another Republican departure before the March special election to fill the seat abruptly vacated by former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., would see the House margin fall to 217 to 214.

It would mean that Johnson would be dealing with a one-seat margin of error likely until August, when California Gov. Gavin Newsom has scheduled the special election to replace the late Rep. Doug LaMalfa, R-Calif.

Dunn announced last month that he would not seek re-election after serving in Congress for nearly a decade.
Putting Israel ahead of Florida is so Neal Dunn.

A crowded primary election is forming in his wake, a scramble that could be accelerated by Dunn's possible early retirement.

Special primary elections in Florida generally take place 120 to 130 days after an early departure from Congress, with a general election likely 70 to 80 days after that.

Fox News Digital was told that House lawmakers are conversing with Gov. Ron DeSantis' office about the timing of a possible special election for Dunn, and whether Florida election law would allow for him to remain in office until after a primary election concludes.

But Fox News Digital was also told that lawmakers do not believe it's likely that Dunn will leave his seat early if that possibility does not pan out.

Both Dunn and DeSantis' offices did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Go Somewhere!

That MAGA makeover ain't working.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) are you retiring or running for governor? Are you writing a memoir or doing an exposƩ of everyday life in South Carolina?

What the fuck are you doing with your life?

Obviously, you are not emotionally attached to the district you represented.

SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.

You started as a practically rational conservative when you were elected. You held principles when President Donald J. Trump riled up supporters to storm the U.S. Capitol.

You condemned it and hoped the Republicans would get on track. You did a fucking 180.

You feared the backlash by not voting to impeach him. You flipped seeing it as a politicial opportunity to fend off a potential challenge from that little nutcase Katie Arrington.

Arrington got seriously injured in a car accident which played a pivotal role in your primary win.

But bullshit didn't end there.

Mace got engaged. She was proudly touting her new man around saying this was the right one. You turned on him. You made bogus claims that he secretly recorded you in sexual positions. Even though, you openly bragged about your sex life in the congressional offices.

You broke up with him.

You claimed Antifa sprayed painted on a public sidewalk and near your home. You have Ring Cameras around your property. No one stole your bike and damaged property.

Well in your postings on social media, while you fixing meals for the kidos, we see a spray paint can. We also saw your letter heads writings where is eerily similar to the graffiti on the sidewalk.

We saw the video of you bird feeding liquor into another woman and man. You claim you are not a heavy drinker because you are worried about your health. Yet, we hear you had staffers do runs before closing to get that lick.

We see you running around in your pajamas around Wawa holding your dog trying to claim that you're in touch with constituents. Yet, you took trips to Mexico, Israel, Jamaica, Great Britain and Bermuda on your own or with taxpayer funded expenses.

Before MAGA, Nancy Mace had respect among the people.

You call everyone names. You cry whenever your confronted by constituents in and around Charleston. They demand you are held accountable for the district you represent.

They are paid agitators as you put it.

Even if they are, they vote too.

I continue to speculate you do more than hold the line....

When Sarah McBride won her bid to be a U.S. House member, you immediately went after her for being transgender. First you dead name her by saying a male name.

You want to pass motherfucking bathroom laws that strip freedoms from transgender Americans. White men are likely to commit sexual violent crimes but yet, you're scapegoating transgender Americans and people of color.

You spoke in favor of inclusion of people of color, transgender Americans and gays to the Republican Party. Now you have treated them as the other.

The attitude.

You got into a screaming fight with TSA workers. The workers who were struggling since that government shutdown had no clue who the fuck she was when she stormed through Charleston International Airport. She claimed they didn't protect her. She went into a verbal rant calling them fucking idiots. That Black TSA worker was certainly patient. She could have brought the Black out on her.

Coming into the airport between 4am and 7am, one would not see protesters or an agitator.
Somebody please get the woman.

If people saw her in a damn Ulta Beauty store trying to cake her damn face and recognize her, she cuss that person out if they called her out.

That MAGA makeover to remove the wrinkle or aging. Uh, not a good look.

We saw the knees. Even if you were walking in heels or boots, we saw the spots, looks suspect.

Hold the line....

Sniff, sniff.

I am not saying she playing with the snow, but damn it definitely possible that woman on something other than the lick. I mean she does smoke Carolina Pine.

Nancy Ruth Mace is an emotional train wreck. From the Waffle House, to the Citadel to the South Carolina statehouse to the House of Representatives, she is a fucking disaster in heels.

I empathize with her as a victim of sexual abuse but everything else, it's her own damn fault.

Better Pizza Can't Save Papa Johns!

A sinking feeling.

Looks like Shaq can't save a major pizza place....

Even with MAGAland supporter John Schnatter being wiped away from Louisville and New Albany, Indiana, Papa Johns Pizza is still struggling.

Schnatter, the founder of Papa Johns Pizza started in the mid 1980s in New Albany.

He became a prominent figure in the area. His pizza would come with a signature jalapeƱo pepper on the side.

He was their spokesman and CEO for the most part. Until 2018, he was forced out by the board when he allowed his free speech disrespect the only group that put at least 30% of the brand.

Schnatter called Blacks, Niggers. He vehemently opposed having Black leadership and said that our money is only good for one thing, welfare.

Schnatter opposed NFL players kneeling during protests of police violence.

Schnatter now is a doing fitness and trolling. He even called Papa Johns crap.

Now the company is struggling. Since his remarks, I haven't eaten the pizza. I have messed with Papa Johns since 2015 when he made remarks about former president Barack Obama.

His free speech led to my avoidance which is free association.

It is reported that the company is planning on closing 300 facilities in the United States.

The company revealed during Thursday’s earnings call that approximately 300 underperforming restaurants in North America will close by the end of 2027, with about 200 of them shuttering this year.

The affected restaurants are those “not meeting brand expectations or lack a clear path to sustainable financial improvement, as well as locations where we can effectively transfer sales to a nearby restaurant,” said Ravi Thanawala, Papa Johns chief financial officer and president of the chain’s North America operations.

A specific list of locations wasn’t announced. Papa Johns had about 3,500 locations at the end of 2025, according to its annual report.

It is the results of private equity firms. This is why capitalism is failing America.

In addition to the closures, the company cut about 7% of its roughly 700-person corporate workforce.

That means 14 to 30 workers who had minor or moderate roles will be unemployed along with the corporate owned stores. The franchised Papa Johns will likely survive only if they are keeping up with their investor fees.

Eating out is no longer a luxury.

The closures follow a brutal fourth quarter for the chain, which reported a 5.4% decline in same-store sales in North America. CEO Todd Penegor said in a statement the results “reflected a weak consumer backdrop and elevated promotional environment.”

Penegor is trying to engineer a turnaround for Papa Johns, focusing mainly on the menu. He recalibrated restaurants’ ovens to ensure better cooking and is improving its offerings. The chain most recently rolled out a new pan pizza.

Rival Pizza Hut announced earlier this month that it was closing about 250 locations in the first half of this year. Parent company Yum! Brands is undergoing a strategic review of the embattled brand.

Domino’s Pizza is the clear winner among the fast-food pizza chains. Earlier this week, the chain reported a 3.7% increase in same-store sales for the fourth quarter, fueled by value offerings and a new brand campaign.

Domino's had struggled in the 1990s when the turnaround was the Noid. The character became an iconic figure in the franchise. It lead to the company bouncing back.

It's founder wants to make a private city in Florida. Tom Monoghan, the founder of Domino's wants to build Ava Maria into a major community in the Naples area.

Question, why are most of the millionaires and billionaires, white men?

Why are they hoarding the wealth?

Why is capitalism only benefiting the elite while the working class is struggling?

Why is private equity firms the cause of companies going out of business?

Who Effin' Cares?

What more can do to make people vote for him? Maybe do "Boo dance" on TikTok US.

The Democratic Party is backing Maine governor Janet Mills as their candidate to take on incumbent Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME). Mills, 77 is a two term governor who is term limited.

Mills is backed by the Democratic Majority for Israel, an organization that is backed by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee.

Her biggest opponent is an oyster farmer who is a brash, somewhat unapologetic novice.

He is a former military official. Previously a U.S. military member and mercenary, he realized that our government is spending too much time on foreign interests. He is demanding that our lawmakers put more interest in Maine and not Israel.

Meet Graham Platner.

Platner, 41 is running on a populist movement. He is aggressively running on a platform of anti establishment and vows to make the message about "the needs of Maine."

Gov. Janet Mills wants one more notch. But are Maine voters done with career politicians?

The controversy.

Well a tattoo on his chest. His Reddit postings. His calls for resistance to the status quo.

Words not actions. He never inspired violence or made any impact on Maine.

Yes, he can be an asshole. It is free country. But if cares about changing the status quo in American politics, I am endorsing him over Mills.

The "safe choice" is only two points ahead of Collins. Platner is leading by six points.

Hypothetically, I have it as a Lean Republican.

In October 2025, various news outlets reported on past Reddit posts by Platner between 2013 and 2021 in which he called himself a "communist", declared that "all" cops are "bastards", and agreed with a post describing white people as "racist and stupid".

In a 2013 Reddit discussion about anti-rape underwear, Platner commented that people worried about assault should "take some responsibility for themselves and not get so fucked up they wind up having sex with someone they don't mean to".

He also referenced political violence in multiple posts; in 2018, he wrote: "Fight until you get tired of fighting with words and then fight with signs, and fists, and guns if need be." Platner also said that "an armed working class is a requirement for economic justice" and urged readers to "Get Armed, Get Organized. The Other Side Sure As Hell Is."

He said many of the comments do not represent his current political beliefs, and attributed them to disillusionment following his military service and struggles with PTSD.

Collins condemned Platner's internet history, calling it "terrible" and "offensive".

Democratic National Committee Chair Ken Martin said that while he did not approve of Platner's comments, he did not consider them "disqualifying".

Following these comments, Platner's political director, former Democratic state representative Genevieve McDonald, resigned from his campaign.

This nobody named Stew Peters sees American spiraling into decline. Peters, a white supremacist, formerly a staunch Trump supporter sours on him because of the president's association with Israel and war.

Later in the month, Platner said in an interview with Pod Save America that he has a skull-and-bones tattoo resembling the Totenkopf, a symbol worn by Hitler's Schutzstaffel. He explained that he and some other Marines got the tattoo while on leave in Croatia in 2007, not knowing its symbolism.

A SuperPac from Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is backing Mills. The Senate Majority Pac is trying to make the message about personality not Maine.

Platner is opposed to war in Iran. He demands Mainians pressure Rep. Jared Golden (D-ME), Rep. Chellie Pingree (D-ME), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) and Sen. Angus King (I-ME) to oppose President Donald J. Trump's potential invasion of Iran.

This will set off World War III. We are already there.

He retweets from a far right agitator who is allegedly a neo Nazi. Peters is definitely a white supremacist. His rhetoric has not inspired violence against people. Yes, he is free to spew his rhetoric. I vehemently oppose his rhetoric.

How are we going to stop these anti-Israel Democrats?

However, even Peters sees the writing on the wall.

Why are about to trigger a global crisis?

Why are we giving our taxpayer money to Israel, why our streets are crumbling?

Why is Israel having better healthcare while Americans are becoming homeless trying to paying for hospital visits?

Platner retweets the rhetoric of Peters and it got the attention of Yashar Ali, a gay media agitator who supports Israel.

From Platner's X post. He stated:

“As always, there’s one thing that brings Republican and Democratic politicians together: sending other people’s children to die in stupid wars in the Middle East.”

This is who Schumer and Collins support. A genocidal maniac.

Not even remotely controversial but since it was from retweet with Stew Peters..... uh oh.

We got a candidate endorsing the rhetoric of a Neo Nazi antisemite.

Peters wrote on X, “War with Iran is the only thing republicans and democrats have both given a standing ovation for. Let that sink in.” Peters posted.

Whether or not Platner knew who Peters was when he shared the post was unclear, but it’s certain he soon found out as Platner’s post was deleted within a few hours after being made.

Ellisons Smell Blood In The Water!

They smell the blood. The Ellisons are looking to own Warner Bros. Discovery.

Larry Ellison and his son David Ellison will now get an opportunity to not only own Paramount Skydance but Warner Bros. Discovery.

Netflix officially pulled out of the purchase after the feds threatened a block.

President Donald J. Trump was instrumental in getting WBD back on the table.

These assholes are going to corrupt the junk food media to promote MAGA, Israel and censorship. They will seize every opportunity for open dialog.

They will punish those who go against the status quo.

Everything is now antisemitism.

Two powerful Jewish billionaires who own Oracle, TikTok U.S., Paramount Skydance, NetSuite and Salesforce. Soon if the feds approve it, Warner Bros. Discovery.

And who says the Jews don't control the media?

Warner Bros. Discovery’s board of directors is ushering in a bidding war between Paramount and Netflix.

The board announced Thursday that it has officially labeled Paramount’s latest $31-per-share offer a “company superior proposal,” a term with specific procedural meaning in the context of corporate mergers. Importantly, the description does not mean that the board has withdrawn its recommendation of Netflix’s pending offer to shareholders. However, the move does trigger a period of four business days during which Netflix can respond.

“We are pleased WBD’s board has unanimously affirmed the superior value of our offer, which delivers to WBD shareholders superior value, certainty and speed to closing,” Paramount CEO David Ellison said in a statement.

A Netflix rep did not immediately respond to Deadline’s request for comment on the board decision.

It is now going to be the streaming giant’s turn to decide whether to raise its offer or bail out of the battle. Its stock has already dropped almost 30% since deal chatter began last fall, with many investors and analysts saying the bid is at best a distraction and at worst an effort to paper over slowing growth in the company’s core business. The scale of the Warner deal is nearly 100 times greater than any of the dozen or so M&A deals Netflix has done in its nearly 30-year history as a company.

Netflix’s $82.7 offer is for the studios-and-streaming division of WBD, while Paramount’s bid is for the entire company, making them difficult to compare in apples-to-apples fashion. The Netflix proposal would entail WBD proceeding with the spin-off of its Discovery Global division, which is primarily the home of declining cable TV networks.

The WBD board news is the latest in a tumultuous M&A process involving stories assets like the century old Warner Bros. and prestige TV mainstay HBO. Whichever way it turns out, the deal promises to fundamentally reshape Hollywood.

WBD is going to be up for grabs.

Netflix’s offer was accepted by WBD last December. Since then, Paramount has revised and sweetened its bid multiple times.

Finally, on Tuesday, WBD confirmed that Paramount’s bid had moved up to $31 per share from $30. It also added new elements like a “ticking fee” of 25 cents a share starting after September 30, a sign of confidence in a favorable regulatory outcome.

The latest Paramount bid also stipulates a $7 billion termination fee payable by Paramount if the deal were to get derailed by regulators before closing. The company would also pay the $2.8 billion breakup fee promised by Netflix.

After the four-day period when Netflix can revise its bid, if the WBD board determines that Paramount’s bid remains superior, it would be entitled to terminate the pending Netflix agreement.

WBD has scheduled a March 20 special shareholder vote on the Netflix deal.

Given the current political climate, in which Trump has positioned himself as central to the regulatory process and bucked the arm’s-length stance of past presidents, it is not surprising that both Netflix and Paramount have been spending time in Trump’s orbit. Paramount CEO David Ellison attended the State of the Union address Tuesday night. Netflix Co-CEO Ted Sarandos was in Washington, D.C. on Thursday for meetings with White House officials, though not with Trump himself, sources tell Deadline.

Potty Mouth!

If he was a white straight, Christian billionaire, he would be president. Nope, he is a gay white, Mormon millionaire who claims meth made him obtain child porn.

The U.S. Justice Department has arrested a millionaire who created a constipation stoll for older Americans struggling to make a poop.

He was arrested for having child pornography and solicited an informant for information on how to meet up with underage children.

The creator of "Squatty Potty" is now in federal custody.

Robert "Bobby" Edwards, 50 of Ivins, Utah was indicted by a federal grand jury on February 10, 2026. He was arrested on February 12, 2026, in Washington County, Utah. During his initial appearance on the indictment, he pleaded not guilty and was remanded to the U.S. Marshal Service by U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul Kohler in St. George.

According to the allegations in court documents, beginning in March 2021, and continuing through November 2025, in the District of Utah, and elsewhere, Edwards knowingly received multiple images of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). In March 2021, an undercover FBI agent assumed the identity of an online profile account and joined a group chat used to trade child sexual abuse material. The online meeting room was viewing a collection of child sexual abuse material videos, which were being streamed on the main screen. Participants in the meeting were visible, including one user later identified as Edwards.

As alleged in court documents, the investigation continued and in May 2025, FBI agents learned that Edwards was suspected of purchasing additional child sexual abuse material via his PayPal account, which flagged four transactions involving Edwards’ account as possibly related to CSAM. On November 4, 2025, law enforcement executed a search warrant on Edwards’s person and residence. Agents seized a cell phone from his vehicle, which contained multiple videos and images of child sexual abuse material, some of which downloaded onto the cell phone just two weeks before the search warrant was executed. At Edwards’s residence, law enforcement seized additional devices and found additional child sexual abuse material files.

Edwards is charged with receipt of child pornography. His detention hearing is scheduled for March 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in courtroom 2B at the courthouse located at 206 West Tabernacle Street, St. George, Utah 84470.

United States Attorney Melissa Holyoak of the District of Utah made the announcement.

The case is being investigated by the FBI Salt Lake City Field Office, St. George Resident Agency.

Assistant United States Attorney Christopher Burton of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah is prosecuting the case.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice. Led by U.S. Attorneys' Offices and CEOS, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to better locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims. For more information about Project Safe Childhood, please visit Justice.gov/PSC.

An indictment is merely an allegation and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

If convicted, he faces up to 25 years in federal time out. The suspect will be labeled a TIER II in Offender U.

1-877-KARS-4-KIDS Donates Your Money To Genocide!

Kars4Kids donates your vehicles to Israeli interest.

That annoying jingle on radio and the internet is supposedly a charity group. In reality, it is a front group working on behalf of the Israeli regime. It gives young Jewish children an opportunity to learn and live in Israel.

An apartheid genocidal ethnostate.

Kars4Kids is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that raises funds primarily to support Oorah, an organization providing educational and mentorship programs for Orthodox Jewish youth in the U.S. and Israel. While they operate in Israel, critics have raised concerns about transparency regarding the,,specific allocation of funds to these programs.

James Li, of the 51/49 Podcast revealed it from the controversial Jeffrey Shaun King.

King, a notorious swindler of Black Lives Matter organizations actually got it right.

Wow, Talcum X got one right for once.

Who did he lift this off of?

In his publication, The North Star, King wrote about how this organization has been raising $35 million to $100 million annually.

The organization has been criticized for inadequately disclosing its Jewish educational work. In 2009, Joy for Our Youth paid $65,000 in fines in Pennsylvania; while Kars4Kids paid $65,000 in fines in Oregon in settlements reached with the respective state attorneys general as a result of their contention that the organization had to state clearly that the beneficiaries were of a "certain religious affiliation". In Oregon, the attorney general added that Kars4Kids failed to disclose that its offer of a "free vacation" for vehicle donors was designed to recruit people to attend timeshare presentations.

In 2017, Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson conducted a compliance review and submitted a 300-page report to the Internal Revenue Service.

The report found that 44% of funds raised by Kars4Kids went to program expenses, and most of that money had gone to its sister organization Oorah, whose concentration in New York and New Jersey meant only one Minnesota child was believed to have benefited from one of its programs in the years 2012–2014. The report also mentioned the charity had lost money in real estate investments in the 2008 financial crisis and may have been a victim of losses from a Ponzi scheme.

Oliver "Power" Grant Passed Away!

A leader of the Wu-Tang Clan, Oliver "Power" Grant passed away.

A founding operator of Wu-Tang has passed away.

The official Wu-Tang roster is RZA, Inspectah Deck, Raekwon, U-God, GZA, Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Masta Killa, Cappadonna and the late Ol' Dirty Bastard.

Oliver "Power" Grant, a founding member of the hip-hop group the Wu-Tang Clan, has died. He was 52.

The Staten Island-based hip-hop collective confirmed his death on Wednesday, Feb 25, through an X post. "Rest in Power, Power," the group wrote alongside a video showing interview clips of the foundational member.

No further details were shared about Grant's cause or manner of death.

On Tuesday, Feb. 24, Grammy-winning rapper and also a founding member of the seminal 1990s group, Method Man, reported Grant's death on Instagram. "Paradise my Brother safe Travels!!" he captioned a photo of the two.

GZA, known as "The Genius" of Wu-Tang, also confirmed Grant's death and shared a tribute post on Tuesday. "We couldn't have done it without him," he wrote alongside a photo of him and Grant. "Wu wouldn't have come to fruition without Power."

"His passing is a profound loss to us all. My deepest condolences to the fam," he concluded.

USA TODAY has reached out to Grant's representative for further details.

Grant's death comes as Wu-Tang was named a nominee for the 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class on Wednesday. If inducted, they'd be sitting alongside fellow legendary hip-hop artists including The Notorious B.I.G., Outkast and A Tribe Called Quest.

Born in Jamaica in the early 70s, Grant grew up in the Park Hill Projects in Staten Island with what would later become the Wu-Tang Clan. He was a childhood friend of Wu-Tang co-founder RZA's older brother Divine, and became a key part of the group's inception and successful run.

Though Grant didn't perform in the group − which at its inception featured nine members RZA, GZA, Ol' Dirty Bastard, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God and Masta Killa − he played a critical role in driving success not only in the music genre but also in transcending the culture into the world of fashion.

"Two things that make you do good. Either you're inspired, or you're desperate," Grant says in the interview clip shared by Wu-Tang on X. "Everybody was hustling. Our main money maker was the music, then the touring, then the brand."

Grant with the RZA.

Outside of music, Grant was a successful entrepreneur, founding the streetwear brand Wu Wear in 1995 and helping it flourish into a fashion empire with retail stores in New York City, Atlanta and Los Angeles. Through its U.S. stores and products sold in Macy's stores, the brand dominated culture coast to coast.

He was nicknamed "Power" for a reason, after all.

"Wu Wear was pretty much like our entry in the fashion biz," Grant said in a 2001 interview with Passion of the Weiss. "But before I was in Wu Wear, I was making and marketing the first Wu records with RZA. Everything that we learned was hard-knock life. You figure it out as you go along and take cues from those that are actively doing things … A lot of it was trial and error. There were no models."

Wu-Tang Clan founding members share tributes to Oliver 'Power' Grant
Raekwon also shared a tribute on Instagram, calling Grant a "5 star General in the army of life" and explaining that Grant's nickname "power" suited him well.

"They don't make em like you anymore," wrote Raekwon. "We gave you that name for many reasons."

Other tributes came from Masta Killa, who is mourning his "brother Power," and sending his 'love, peace & blessings to the family."

U-God said he has known "Power" since the rapper was 5, adding, "his mother and my mother were friends, this one hurts bad, you’ll be missed."
