They better be good job numbers.

The latest jobs report for the month of January. Since the U.S. government constantly delayed the job report, because of the government shutdown and the president's failure to admit our country is on the decline, we are not going to get accurate numbers.

Days of decline are ahead.

Examples of democratic backsliding include:

  • Free and fair elections are degraded;
  • Liberal rights of freedom of speech, press and association decline, impairing the ability of the political opposition to challenge the government, hold it to account, and propose alternatives to the current regime;
  • The rule of law (i.e., judicial and bureaucratic restraints on the government) is weakened, such as when the independence of the judiciary is threatened, or when civil service tenure protections are weakened or eliminated.
  • An over-emphasis on national security as response to acts of terrorism or perceived antagonists.
  • Politicians can't agree on funding essential needs and services which trigger spiteful pain on the citizens.

How many (up to 3 deaths or injuries) shootings? 

1,366 homicides and 2,234 shootings.

How many mass shootings?

How many school shootings?

How many religious institution shootings?

1 religious institutions.

How many civilians killed by police?

103 people killed by police.

How many police officers killed by civilians, animals or nature?

11 members of law enforcement.

How many firefighters and first responders died in incidents?

2 members of firefighters and first responders.

Now this jobs report.

The Labor Department on Wednesday reported that employers added 130,000 jobs in January. That figure was above the expectations of economists polled by LSEG, who estimated the economy would add 70,000 jobs.

The unemployment rate was 4.3%, slightly lower than economists' expectations of 4.4%.

Revisions were made to the payroll numbers for the prior two months, with November's report down by 15,000 from a gain of 56,000 to 41,000; while December's gains were revised down by 2,000 from a gain of 50,000 to 48,000.

Taken together, employment in November and December was 17,000 jobs lower than previously reported.

What sectors added or lost the most jobs?

Private payrolls grew by 172,000 jobs in January, well above the LSEG estimate of 70,000.

Government payrolls declined by 42,000 jobs in January, with job cuts at the federal (-34,000) and state (-18,000) level partially offset by a gain among local governments (+10,000). The report noted that some federal workers who accepted a deferred resignation offer last year officially left federal payrolls, while the federal government's workforce is down 327,000 jobs since its October 2024 peak, a decline of 10.9%.

The manufacturing sector added 5,000 jobs in January, beating the expectations of the economists polled by LSEG, who estimated a loss of 5,000 jobs.

Healthcare companies added 82,000 jobs in January, with gains in ambulatory healthcare services (+50,000), hospitals (+18,000), and nursing and residential care facilities (+13,000). The sector's gains were above its monthly average of 33,000 jobs added per month in 2025.
Missing white woman syndrome. The junk food media covers the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, mother of NBC News host Savannah Guthrie. 

Construction firms added 33,000 jobs in January, with the gain focused among nonresidential specialty trade contractors (+25,000). Employment in the construction sector was essentially flat in 2025.

The financial sector shed 22,000 jobs in January and is 49,000 jobs off its recent peak in May 2025. Within the sector, insurance carriers and related activities lost 11,000 jobs over the month.

A country of 339 million. Do the math! A mere 130,000 jobs means only a handful of states got the opportunity to hire workers. That means people were looking for jobs since the government shutdown.

Of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the jobs report details how many jobs were spread across the United States. Some areas seen job growth while others saw job losses.

Israel and its allies overplayed the use of antisemitism. From now on, as long as there is no violence towards anyone practicing Christianity, Judaism or Islam, I will not hold my tongue. You can freely criticize Israel, Jews, Trump, Vance, Biden, Harris, Benjamin Netanyahu, AIPAC, the Anti-Defamation League, Jonathan Greenblatt, Zionism, colonialism, imperialism, slavery, racism, Christian nationalism and white supremacy.

Racism unfortunately is protected speech.

Antisemitism is protected speech.

Being a bigot is a choice which allows some people to "other" those who do not agree with the status quo of how America is ran. 

Trump is against DEI. The president supports banning DEI when it supports people of color, those in LGBTQ community and immigrants. Every other religion that isn't Christian, Catholic or Jewish is DEI and it has to go.

The U.S. violated the USMCA by imposing tariffs on its trading partners. Mexico and Canada have vowed to impose their series of tariffs. BRICS is courting Mexico to join the organization.

The world is losing patience with the U.S. and Israel. Many countries are moving away from the U.S. dollar.

Israelis are being banned from entry in several Global South countries.

Countries have now denied entry to Israeli passport holders: Algeria, Bangladesh, Brunei, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, The United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. 

Thailand and Qatar are considering it.

More countries are considering to ban Israelis. The only country that wants to keep Israelis coming in without any problems is the United States.

Trump despite winning the election is still telling Americans that if he doesn't win, there will be all out war. He has already sparked global tension with threats of tariffs on our trading partners.

Republicans can't govern in the House of Representatives and Senate. Every government shutdown is a prime example of how their incompetence is in full effect. They are pushing authoritarianism in states they have control of. They are banning swatting, honing and regulations on testing. But when it comes to people being killed by firearms, they refuse to do something. Even with the Big Beautiful Bill on cusp of being passed, Republicans still sabotage themselves and Trump. The bill itself is a disgrace that could impact millions of working class Americans, the poor, the needy, transgender Americans, professional gamblers, the adult entertainment industry and so many others. 

Republicans don't care because of course, y'all voted for this.

Republicans are using dog whistles when talking about Blacks, immigrants, transgender Americans, Israel, crime, protesters and gun violence.

1. Hamas is called terrorists because of Israel and the United States. They labeled them terrorists because of their resistance to Israel violently occupying their land. Israel has resorted to years of shameful aggression to punish Gazans and those in the West Bank. The United States gave aid and cover to this for over a generation. Those who support Hamas or defend their actions are labeled terrorist sympathizers, antisemitic, traitors, unpatriotic, radicals or whatever they conjure up. The Zionists are getting desperate. They are resorting to violence and threats of banning critics.

2. Gun violence is the No. 1 threat to children and adults. When gun violence happen in Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Detroit and Baltimore, a Republican lawmaker wants to blame gun violence on Democratic mayors instead of the Congress. We are on record with 450 mass shootings this year alone. White men with firearms are more dangerous than any other person. 

3. Immigration is right now at record lows. The world views the U.S. as a hostile country and migrants from the Global South are beginning to ban American influence. They fear Trump's presidency could cause instability. Republicans are pushing for border closures, border/segregation walls, mass deportations, elimination of birthright citizenship, end of legal rights to Americans married to immigrants and push for English only. They also want to ban immigrants or student visas. They want to jail or deport any immigrant who protest Israel or Trump. This immigration and detention of civilians has travel into the United States down at record levels. 

4. Crime is at record lows. But property theft is up. Shoplifting, the Kia/Hyundai challenge, gun violence, white collar crimes and cybertheft have occurred. But again its racial dog whistles. Many corporations are getting away with greed and theft of wages. Many Americans are tired of paying more for less product. Kia and Hyundai are still facing criticism over this Kia Boyz nonsense. Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Wexman are on their last legs. Walmart, Target and Kroger are closing stores in predominantly Black and Latino neighborhoods. Republicans are pushing for more mandatory sentences for theft. Democrats want to push for regulations on shrinkflation and theft of wages. Republicans oppose overtime and regulations to keep corporations from raising product prices. Trump is sending the National Guard into Portland, Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Memphis, Baltimore and Washington, DC despite mayors denouncing this as an attempt to uphend the local police and their qualified training.

Don Lemon was arrested by the feds. They accused him of interfering with the peace of religion. A stupid charge that will only make him bigger post CNN.

Republicans want political revenge. Trump wants to jail his rivals. He may get that wish now that he has returned to power. This is not a joke. 

Do not assume that every place has jobs. Companies are closing up shop. The tech industry, retail, trucking and press are laying off workers. The service industry is continuing to suffer due to stagnant wages, lack of achievements and work overload.

Also, housing is still down. More Americans can't afford rent or car payments.

AIPAC has poured money into many of these primaries. It openly bragged that its choices which were Democrats and Republicans beating their challengers.

House members passed a bill to define antisemitism in attempt to suppress freedom of speech. The insufferable House of Representatives in a bipartisan moment are trying to criminalize thought and dissent.

They are now trying to outlaw any criticism of Israel as hate speech which could be punishable by sanctions, divestment or allowing companies to terminate employment of anyone who dares criticizes Israel.

Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Mind you, our taxpayer money funds Israel more than any other country in conflicts. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

The Congress is by far the most laziest workers in the United States. They work far less than most Americans. It is infuriating that the average worker works more 40 hours a week while House members and Senators work on average of 25 hours a week.

Most of the lawmakers are relics of the 20th Century. They will never retire or do anything meaningful. All they do is line their pockets with book deals, media appearances, kushy lobbying jobs and fancy parties.

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the media, Democrats and former Republicans. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions. Democrats want to be the big tent party but always want to pivot to the middle or develop centrist ideas to win over Republicans who will never change.

To make this clear, it doesn't matter anymore who the fucking president is.

What pisses me off is our lawmakers are calling protesters "Hamas supporters" to paint peaceful protests as an act of "terrorism." Their reactionary response to anger over America's support of Israel will lead to our standing with the world. With billions of dollars of aid going to Israel, you would think that American lawmakers would have our taxpayer money spent on more useful things!

At this point, Nicki Minaj may have retired from rap. Some believe she has caused career suicide for aligning with Trump.

The lawmakers will spend more taxpayer money to fix our crumbling infrastructure. Hell we still have the aftermaths of hurricanes, wildfires, droughts and snow storms. Thousands of people have died from those horrible weather events.

Many of these Republicans who vote against funding the government and assistance for some of America's less fortunate are willing to give billions to a foreign nation engaged in an act of genocide. Same with the Democrats. They claim they want to protect democracy but endorse a fascist government sworn to being an ethnostate on our taxpayer dime.

Monthly reminders: 

A deadly disease doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in. However, there is always a catch to working entry level jobs that make over $20 an hour. Folks must work hours that do not accommodate home and social life. It may only be part time work or temporary. Some jobs may force overtime or refuse to pay for work rendered. With unions being weaken by states, it may be an at-will company. So if you are on social media, protesting injustices, supporting controversial issues or making threats to local officials; you could lose your job.

The Olympics allowed the apartheid ethnostate of Israel to participate. They were roundly booed.

The safety net: It's this thing that helps the middle class and lower class. The safety net prevents Americans from rioting and/or looting. The safety net stops people from shoplifting from stores to feed their families.

The safety net prevents a person from robbing you of your luxuries.

The safety net is only 10% of the federal spending. The way some people put it, 50% of the federal spending goes to food stamps and welfare. Some people believe that the safety net is making people lazy. And this is the stuff I've heard from people who think that it will never happen to them. They get their arousal over a person using an EBT card to pay for name brand items or expensive food.

With the rising food and gas prices, people are turning to food stamps, food banks and government assistance to keep themselves from landing in the homeless shelter.

Without a safety net, these people will rob and kill those who have the luxuries of having food in the refrigerator or in the pantry. They would steal fuel, water, bread and meat to keep feeding their families. And yet, these Republicans and their conservative allies are thinking the poor are the reasons for a potential economic recession. 

Perhaps those who complain about the poor, should walk a day in that person's shoes!

Companies are cautious about hiring employees. Because of the Trump administration rolling back DEI and arresting undocumented workers, employers are struggling to keep employees. It puts more stress on the workers, managers and suppliers. 

With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to work at jobs that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

Republicans never get it. They just won't see the bigger picture itself. Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. They are frustrated with stagnant wages. 

They are tired of low wages for heavy workloads. They are tried of food and consumer products being expensive. 

Republicans rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people using the safety net are lazy and unemployment assistance is way to make people not go back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

We can't always assume that folks who do not work are lazy. These troupes give Republicans the opportunity to strip away the safety net to offset their endless giveaways to the elite and wealthy.

People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus, monkeypox, measles, bird flu and gun violence.

Most Americans are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single parents are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic and unforseen circumstances due to Trump’s chaotic policies. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience. 

Trump's presidency and Republican controlled governments are incompetent.

Their leadership has killed millions of Americans. 

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions. 

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel. 

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. 

Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

Republicans have extremely unpopular ideas. They will find out the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies.

Biden, Harris and the Democratic Party failed at understanding what is more important to the country. Trump, Vance and the Republican Party have already failed at understanding.

Can't we all just get along!

Aren't we getting tired of these antics?

We all are suffering.

I don't understand why some feuds never die. For one Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, the ongoing feud with Jeffrey "Ja Rule" Atkins will never end. It also includes Leonard "Uncle Murda" Grant and Marvin "Tony Yayo" Bernard.

All these men are over 40 years old. Well 50 Cent is 50 years old. He never grew up.

Did you know that Ja Rule celebrates his 50th birthday this month? 

He is a rare breed.

His birthday is on February 29th. 

He was born in 1976. So he would be 12 years old if it wasn't for that damn leap year.

Ja will celebrate his birthday on February 28th.

The two got into a heated confrontation with Ja while on an airline flight.

While on Delta, the three had some heated words while the flight was departing from San Francisco to New York City.

Murda called Ja a "sucker ass bitch" which led to the throwing of pillows. 

Delta crew had to intervene and calm the men down. Cause if they kept it up, they would be escorted off the plane, detained by local authorities and placed on a do not fly list for unruly behavior.

Nonetheless, some chuckle at this. I admit it was funny. 

But in all seriousness, this is pathetic. Grown ass men acting a fool, disrupting passengers with their silly ass feud. A feud that millennials care less about. Only Gen Z care about that shit.
Growing up listening to hip-hop from the 1990s to present, many of my generation know 50 Cent and his career.

His feud with Ja Rule broke the internet. Ja was on top of his game in the late 1990s.

He had earned pop rap status when he collaborated with Jennifer Lopez, Ashanti and Christina Millan. He opened the door so artists like Nelly, Ludacris and even 50 Cent to achieve pop star status. 

Ya know what happened, ya know what happened. Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda troll Ja Rule on a flight. They will address it on their podcast and the 2026 Wrap Up.

50 had allegedly got stabbed by Ja's associates affiliated with Murder, Inc. It led to the longstanding feud. 50 released numerous mixtapes address the situation and personally attacked Ja for being soft.

50 got signed to Eminem's Shady Records in 2022. He appeared on the 8 Mile Soundtrack making his famous. He released his debut album in 2003 with Eminem and Dr. Dre executive producing the album. The debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin' sold 10 million copies and is possibly the biggest album of 50's career. He stayed on Shady and Aftermath Records until 2014. He still maintains a friendly relationship with Em and Dre.

The company co-founder Irving Lorenzo known as Irv Gotti stated that 50's rise put a dent in Ja, Ashanti, Lloyd and Caddilac Tah's careers. He passed away in 2025.

Black men gave President Donald J. Trump one of his largest backing. He pulled 35% of the Black male vote. When it comes to Black women he only pulled 5%. So if you do the math, Trump pulled 25% of the Black vote overall, the highest for a white president of a politicial party that opposes a lot of Black policies.

While we laugh at 50's endless trolling of celebrities, politicians and viral influencers, you start to notice that he is vile in his attacks on Black women, those in the LGBTQ community and immigrants.

And for a man who is two quarters, this is getting old.

One More Road To Cross!

It ain't over until April and November.

Analilia Mejia is now officially the Democratic nominee for the open congressional seat in New Jersey. Her top opponent former congressman Tom Malinowski conceded this morning.

With 97% of the vote, Mejia can finally celebrate.

With the backing of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Meija won over Malinowski and former New Jersey lieutenant governor Tahesha Way. 

Malinowsky and Way were pro Israel Democrats. 

The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) had invested millions into this race. The group United Democracy Project is responsible for sinking former House members Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman and Marie Newman. The group denied Nina Turner, Jen Perleman, Jessica Cisneros, India Walton and Antonio Delgado opportunities to change the status quo.

I came to realize that I owe Nina Turner and Jen Perelman apologies. 

Had I known how Reps. Shontel Brown (D-OH) and Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) were knee deep in the shit, I would have devoted my time to anti-establishment postings. 

At the time, I was satisfied with Brown. She was focused primarily on Cleveland, Ohio issues. The Oct. 7th Act of Resistance exposed how evil Israel was. She id literally parroting pro Israel talking points. 

She ignored the concerns from pro Palestinian protesters.

Brown had her "I'm speaking" moment like former vice president Kamala Harris.

In the beginning, many felt sympathetic to the Israelis. But when you hear the rhetoric of these scumbags, these politicians and both Donald J. Trump and Joe Biden, I come to realize that the U.S. alliance with Israel is the cause of the problems in the world.

If you see a genocide, then it is a genocide.

What is controversial?

Watching the junk food media, social media influencers, celebrities, President Donald J. Trump, Vice President JD Vance, his administration, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD), Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), House and Senate members, the Democratic Party and Republican Party claim its not a genocide.

What should be an issue?

All of this endless support, aid and cover to the apartheid ethnostate of Israel. 

Why our federal and state leaders going to Israel to kiss a damn brick wall?

Why can't Americans have a safety net?

Why can't Americans have affordable healthcare?

Why can't Americans have a vacation that is affordable?

Even though its free speech, you can be fired from your job if you criticize Jews. However, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Sheikhs, Satanists, Scientologists, Mormons, Catholics and Unitarians are criticized without being fired.

Why are Jews calling themselves a race? 

These are taboo questions which often become fodder for pro Israel groups to target critics. They often show more concern for words and not actions. There is no violence in words. 
AIPAC will start backing Republican Joe Hathaway.

When these racists call Black people racial slurs, it's vile but protected speech. As long as they don't become white terrorists like the Charleston and Buffalo shooters, they can speak their vile hateful words. Ignoring them is the best defense,

His failure to focus on the domestic issues despite turning things around post pandemic. His failure to pass meaningful legislation like the Build Back Better Act, the George Floyd Policing Act, the John Lewis Voting Rights Act and the codifation of the Roe decision. He allowed Joe Manchin, Kyrsten Sinema and Sen. John Fetterman (I-PA) roll over him. He gave Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu everything he wanted and yet, that coward secretly plotted with Trump to depress turnout for him and eventually Harris.

Biden's full fledged support of Israel cost the Democrats big time. Harris sticking with the former president doomed her bid too. 

So for all the "we tried to warn you" crowd, you better understand that the "we ain't playing" crowd is serious. If you don't want your opinion, our concerns or our vote, good luck on the Midterms.

Malinowski on Tuesday conceded the special Democratic primary for New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill's old district in Congress, with progressive activist Analilia Mejia leading the vote count for the seat.

Though Mejia is very likely going to win the contest, NBC News has not yet projected her as the winner. The NBC News Decision Desk is waiting to evaluate the later-arriving mail and provisional ballots that still must be reported.

She had 29.1% of the Democratic primary vote to 27.7% for Malinowski by Tuesday morning.

Mejia ran with support from prominent progressive leaders including Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, raising her profile in a crowded field of 11 Democratic candidates in the Thursday primary.

Malinowski conceded to Mejia in a statement five days later, as the party prepares to take on Republican Joe Hathaway, the mayor of Randolph Township, in an April 16 special general election for the blue district.

Mejia, a former Sanders staffer, rallied in January with the Vermont senator, who called her a “great organizer” and said Washington is in need of officials who are prepared to “stand up and fight” like her.

In one of Mejia's digital ads, she said, "I am not the candidate with the political machine," adding, "I am an organizer. We have an opportunity to send a message: We resist machine politics that tell us to settle."

Tom Malinowski blames AIPAC for splitting the vote allowing Meija to coast through.

On the airwaves, the primary was defined in part by millions of dollars of attack ads Malinowski faced from United Democracy Project, the super PAC aligned with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the well-known pro-Israel advocacy group. The super PAC’s ads implied that Malinowski supported current federal immigration enforcement operations that he has publicly denounced.

But the reason for the ads was about Israel. The group told The New York Times it was because Malinowski had spoken in support of putting conditions on U.S. aid to the country.

Yet in cutting down Malinowski, the group’s ads helped give an opening to Mejia, who has been critical of Israel, saying it had committed genocide in the Gaza Strip.

In his concession statement, Malinowski congratulated Mejia and gave her "unequivocal praise and credit for running a positive campaign." Malinowski then criticized AIPAC, saying its "dishonest ads" prompted voters to ask him if he was "MAGA" in the closing days of the campaign.

"My convictions — including my support for Israel as a democratic and Jewish state — don't change because of who supports or opposes me," Malinowski continued. "But our Democratic Party should have nothing to do with a pro-Trump organization that demands absolute fealty to positions that are outside the mainstream of the American pro-Israel community, and then smears those who don't fall in line."

Had Tahesha Way denounced Israel, she would have been the nominee.

Malinowski added that he will work to oppose any candidate backed by AIPAC in the regularly scheduled June primary for a full term in this district.

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Mejia credited her win to a powerful ground operation but also decried AIPAC's influence on the primary.

"I think it is horrendous what AIPAC attempted to do in this race. I think that it is part of their brand to take — to misconstrue facts, to confuse voters and to try to create division," Mejia said, later adding that "while they did play a role in this race," she was "sure what they didn’t do was win this for us."

Mejia was also endorsed by the Working Families Party, which spent $194,000 supporting her campaign. The former Sanders staffer also won support from two local chapters of the Service Employees International Union and the local chapter of Communications Workers of America.

In the election’s final days, Mejia posted a flurry of videos of support from national progressives including Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts and Rep. Pramila Jayapal of Washington. Rep. Ro Khanna of California took a train from Washington, D.C., to attend an event for Mejia.

Sherrill, a Democratic moderate, represented the 11th District from 2019 until she resigned in November after winning the governorship. She was highly popular, carrying the district by 15 points during her House re-election campaign in 2024.

Affordability was the top issue in the special primary, with the candidates also using that issue to express their opposition to President Donald Trump, who has been a major factor in many other special elections since he took office for a second term.

Opposition to the president became a local issue in the district’s bedroom communities after the Trump administration canceled funding for the Gateway tunnel project, which would provide new commuter connections between Newark, New Jersey, and New York City.

It was the first highly competitive Democratic primary in the recent history of the 11th District, which was held by Republican Rodney Frelinghuysen for more than two decades before Sherrill won the district in 2018.

The special general election to fill the seat for the remainder of Sherrill’s term is April 16. The seat will then be up for grabs later this year as part of the regular midterm elections.

So Prejean Boller had participated on the White House Religious Liberty Commission and asked a few direct questions in regard to Zionism. Now they are calling it anti-Jew hatred.

During the discussion on antisemitism in the U.S., Boller said she believes “Jews killed Jesus” and added that, due to her Catholic faith, “she does not support Zionists.” She also asked panel participants, “Does my opposition to the State of Israel make me antisemitic, yes or no?” drawing boos from some attendees.

Boller confronted Jewish witnesses who shared experiences of antisemitism following the Hamas attack on October 7, questioning the definition of the term. She also defended right-wing commentator Candace Owens, who has previously made statements described as antisemitic.

Rabbi Meir Soloveichik, the commission’s only Jewish member, responded that Boller’s statements misrepresented both Jewish and Catholic communities. Advocacy groups called for her removal, citing her social media posts accusing Israel of “deliberate starvation” and “murdering children” and criticizing Zionist Christians.

Meliora Raz, CEO of StopAntisemitism, said Boller’s rhetoric “constitute[s] a red line” and urged Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, the commission’s chairman, to remove her.

The Anti-Defamation League, which tracks antisemitic attacks, said in a 2025 report that it recorded 9,354 antisemitic incidents across the U.S. the previous year, which marked a 344% increase over the group’s findings from the previous five years.

The ADL cannot be trusted. It conflates Zionism with Judaism. 

When it comes to protecting religious freedoms, the status quo wants to keep Christians and Jews in the front. Everyone else to the back.

Trump Is The Troll Underneath The Gordie Howe International Bridge!

The new U.S.-Canadian crossing, the Gordie Howe International Bridge. Trump threatens to block opening the bridge because of petty grievances. 

Named after the famed Detroit Red Wing, the Gordie Howe International Bridge is expected to open in 2026. The project started in 2005 and lasted over 20 years.

It is the first major bridge in almost 60 years to connect the United States to Canada.

Now the bridge is expected to connect Ontario's 401 Freeway to Interstate 75 making it a major international trade corridor. 

Too bad Gordie Howe isn't going to see the opening. He died in 2016 in Ohio.

Anyway, President Donald J. Trump is now causing another rift with Canada.

The president is feuding with the dominion's Prime Minister Mark Carney and premier Doug Ford. He is basing his complaints on something he claimed former president Barack Obama did.

Obama left office nearly 10 years ago. Hillary Clinton has been out of office since 2013.

The bridge construction began in 2018, two years into Trump’s first term. It was already told to the president during his push to end NAFTA and rebrand it USMCA.

Trump said in a Feb. 9 post on Truth Social that the U.S. will open negotiations with Canada, which has footed the entire bill for the $5.7-billion bridge construction project, but believes the U.S. should probably take ownership of at least half of it.

In fact, the bridge is jointly owned by Canada and the U.S., with Canada intending to recoup its upfront construction costs over time, through bridge tolls.

The bridge is expected to open early this year, after construction began in 2020, following a 2018 groundbreaking.

"I will not allow this bridge to open until the United States is fully compensated for everything we have given them, and also, importantly, Canada treats the U.S. with the Fairness and Respect that we deserve," Trump wrote.

"With all that we have given them, we should own, perhaps, at least one half of this asset."

Canada put 75% of the expenses in building the bridge.

Trump cites an outdated law as an excuse to blame Obama for a project that started when former president George W. Bush was in office.

The project itself cost between $6 to $10 billion (Canadian).

Trump said Canada has treated the U.S. very badly for decades and noted that many Canadian provinces are not even stocking U.S. liquor on store shelves since Trump began imposing significant tariffs on many Canadian imports early in his first term. He said the bridge had been built with no U.S. content for products such as steel.

The owner of the Ambassador Bridge is a supporter of Trump and pushed for the delay of the Howe bridge opening.

The project went into the historic Delray neighborhood of Detroit. It cost nearly $345 million to take down properties, build the U.S. Customs and Border stations and green space the vicinity.

Trump, the Republicans and even some leftists cannot move on from the past.

Like Trump still runs on this birther shit. The birther conspiracy theories were the launching pad to this moron's rise to power. Now in his unfortunate second term, Trump is picking apart every norm. 

The norms of a working relationship with Canada and Mexico is at stake. The more Trump pushes these tariffs and threats of invasions, the more likely Mexico will join BRICS. The more likely Canada will handle all its trade with China. The USMCA, which was passed in Trump's first term will collapse.

Trump said that now, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney is entering into a deal with China under which Canada will allow a certain number of Chinese electric vehicles into the Canadian market in return for lower Chinese tariffs on certain Canadian exports.

"We'll just get the leftovers! I don't think so," Trump wrote.

Detroit and Winsdor have a great relationship. 

Trump’s second term has made the relationship tense. They have closed the tunnel transit line connecting Detroit to Winsdor. 

Trump has imposed 25 to 35% tariffs on Canadian goods.

He is enforcing a buy on American on steel, wood and plastics.

Under an agreement pushed by former Michigan Republican Gov. Rick Snyder, Canada agreed to pay the full upfront cost of the bridge and recover costs later. At the time, Republicans in the Legislature refused to provide funding for the bridge, which was opposed by the private owners of the Ambassador Bridge between Detroit and Windsor, the Moroun family.

Trump's statement drew negative reaction from elected officials and business groups.

Democratic U.S. Sen. Elissa Slotkin said Trump's threat is "awful for our state's economy" and pledged to work to get the project back on track.

"Canceling this project will have serious repercussions," Slotkin said in an emailed statement. "Higher costs for Michigan businesses, less secure supply chains, and ultimately, fewer jobs. With this threat, the President is punishing Michiganders for a trade war he started. The only reason Canada is on the verge of a trade deal with China is because President Trump has kicked them in the teeth for a year."

U.S. Sen. Gary Peters, also a Democrat, described Trump's statement as "completely backwards," in a post Peters made on X, and said it is "another case of the President undermining Michigan businesses and workers."

Stacey LaRouche, a spokeswoman for Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, said the bridge will be operated under a joint agreement between Michigan and Canada and the project has been "a tremendous example of bipartisan and international cooperation."

The bridge "is going to open one way or another, and the governor looks forward to attending the ribbon cutting," LaRouche said in an emailed statement.

U.S. Rep. Debbie Dingell noted that during his first term as president, Trump praised the bridge project as "a vital economic link" between the U.S. and Canada.

"The Gordie Howe Bridge was built by union workers on both sides of the border," Dingell said on X. "This border is the busiest crossing between our two countries and has been critical for not only Michigan jobs but also American jobs."

Chuck Lippstreu, president of the Michigan Agri-Business Association, said Canada is the group's leading export destination and "agricultural shippers in Michigan are hopeful to see the bridge open and operational as soon as possible."

Candace Laing, President & CEO of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, said modern border infrastructure strengthens shared economic security.

“Whether this proves real or simply threatened to keep uncertainty high — blocking or barricading bridges is a self-defeating move," Laing said in an emailed statement.

Megyn Kelly Goes Jelly Over Bad Bunny!

Remember, it is all entertainment for folks like this. She had clarity in the earlier years before she hopped on the Fox bandwagon. When Rupert Murdoch cannon fired Roger Ailes and Bill O'Reilly, it was Megyn Kelly along with Gretchen Carlson getting them ousted.

Megyn Kelly would leave Fox to join NBC. She literally brought her "Jesus and Santa Claus are white" ass over to Today. It led to Al Roker and Tamron Hall being demoted. Hall would leave MSNBC (now MS NOW) and NBC months later. Kelly would have one year at the network and it came to a crashing end when the bitch told the audience that blackface was not a big deal. It lead to advertising boycotts and her eventual parting. NBC paid Kelly's contract and got rid of her presence. 

Hall would join Disney/ABC Television to launch her daytime talk show.

Now blacklisted and endless grifting, Kelly launched her podcast which she streams on Trimuph, another far right network on SiriusXM.

Tamron has one of the biggest daytime talk shows in America. Kelly is utterly jealous.

Tamron is still cool with Joy Ann Reid and Tiffany Cross. You know they ain't got time for that saltine running her damn mouth.

Kelly is a regular feature on Piers Morgan's podcast. She goes usually "poor white" when she runs on a controversial topic.

Kelly went on a blistering rant about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime performance during an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Monday.

“I’m sorry, Piers, but to get up there and perform the whole show in Spanish is a middle finger to the rest of America!” Kelly fumed, as Piers Morgan sat back and let her rant.

“Who gives a damn that we have 40 million Spanish speakers? We have 310 million who don’t speak a lick of Spanish! This is supposed to be a unifying event for the country. Not for the Latinos,” she said. “Not for one small group but for the country. We don’t need a Black National Anthem, We don’t need a Spanish-speaking non English performing performer, and we don’t need an ICE or America hater featured as our half time entertainment!”

“Okay, Morgan said, “What is the national language — officially — the national language of the United States of America?” he asked.

“I mean, English. And there’s been a push from —” Kelly began as Morgan stopped her.

“No, no, hold on, no! You don’t have one!” Morgan said.

“If you would have let me finish my comment,” Kelly said, “I would have pointed that out that people are pushing to make it official.”

Morgan started to laugh, which really set Kelly off. The SiriusXM host raged:
This attitude that we have right here is why you in Great Britain have lost your culture! You ceded your culture to a bunch of radical Muslims who came in and took over, and now it’s gone. We’re not allowing that here! Whether it’s Hispanic, whether it’s Muslim — it’s not happening in the United States of America. That’s why President Trump was elected.

And whether it’s Bad Bunny, who is American but refuses to speak English in his performances, or anybody else, we have to keep the Super Bowl, which is a quintessential American event. Football, that kind of football, is ours! They call it American football. And the half time show and everything around it must stay quintessentially American. Not Spanish, not Muslim, not anything other than good old-fashioned American apple pie! There should be a meat loaf, maybe some fried chicken, and an English-speaking performer. That’s what the Super Bowl should be!

The opening act, Kid Rock (aka Grandpa Rock) allegedly lip synced his hit songs. It was prerecorded acts. It was even pushed on TBN, the largest Christian television network in the United States.

Lee Brice, Brantley Gilbert, and Gabby Barrett and Grandpa Rock recorded in Atlanta, Georgia inside a warehouse. It was a train wreck. But at least it generated 20 million online streams, five million on livestream (although prerecorded).

  • He literally crashed into a table in a skit of his music videos.
  • There was a real wedding ceremony albeit a brief one.

The Turning Point USA All American Halftime Show was a flop. 

I mean it generated five million viewers on social streaming. But it is just a drop in the bucket for an event like Super Bowl LX. It appears the bots got it to 20 million.

The Seattle Seahawks, National Football Conference champions lead most of the game and the team defeated the New England Patriots, the American Football Conference champions.

A halftime show that lasted 30 minutes, having a hasbeen like Kid Rock and a bunch of lesser knowns is so like MAGA.
