A cop shooting and killing a fleeing suspect triggered a parent to kill a county deputy.
The Cincinnati Police and Hamilton County Sheriff are mourning the lost of a deputy who was intentionally ran over by a man who swore revenge for the lost of his son to police violence.
I told you.... I am not condemning anything.
WHITE PRIVILEGE IS REAL! IT'S "SUIT AND TIE" WHITE SUPREMACY ON TELEVISION, RADIO, THE INTERNET AND AMERICAN POLICY!
FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!
I DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON THE INTERNET OR THE COP'S VERSION.
THERE IS NO GOD!
GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS!
FUCK YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS!
President Donald J. Trump gave us open season. If he can allow thousands of criminals to get a pardon for attacking the U.S. Capitol, I blame him for every action taken against law enforcement.
And for every cop who gets away with killing suspects, Black parents might take a moment of divine intervention. For every Sam DuBose, comes this. July will be the 10 year anniversary of his passing by that dirty cop Ray Tensing.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Cincinnati Police Chief Terri Theetge.
The anger of a Black father losing his son to a police shooting him showed the system is fixed. Black suspects are killed by police disproportionately.
An eye for an eye.
It happened around 1 p.m. along Martin Luther King Drive and Burnet Woods Drive near UC's campus, where it has been busy all day with graduation commencements.
Cincinnati police said a Hamilton County Sheriff's Deputy was outside of his vehicle, directing traffic at the intersection when he was hit by a vehicle entering the intersection.
The deputy was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died. He was not identified Friday.
According to Cincinnati police, the father of the 18-year-old who was shot and killed by Cincinnati police on Thursday was driving the car that hit the deputy.
Cincinnati Police release body cam footage of a shaky hand cop shooting Ryan Hinton after he bolted from a dumpster.
Police identified the driver as Rodney Hinton Jr., 38. He was charged with aggravated murder in the deputy's death.
Officials said the deputy who was hit just retired from the department last December and was working a special detail for the commencement ceremonies.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine shared a statement after the crash, saying "Fran and I are saddened to learn about the Hamilton County deputy hit by a vehicle and killed in the line of duty today. I have been briefed on the ongoing investigation and am sickened by what appears to be an intentional act of violence. We offer our sincere condolences to the deputy’s family, friends, and colleagues."
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES!
On Friday, police identified the 18-year-old who died as Ryan Hinton.
It all unfolded around 10 a.m. Thursday when Cincinnati police officers with the department's fugitive apprehension unit responded to a call about a stolen Kia.
"Six quick seconds," Cincinnati Police Chief Terri Theetge said, saying that's how fast the entire situation unfolded.
From timeline of the incident to where the investigation stands, here's everything we know.
It all started around 10 a.m. Thursday, when a stolen Kia was reported to have backed up into a parking spot in the lot of an apartment complex on Warsaw Avenue.
The Kia was reported stolen out of Edgewood, Kentucky earlier that day and because of GPS capability, the owner alerted police to its location.
The far right will justify the cop killing because the suspect was armed in a stolen Kia. Yet, the suspect was fleeing and a rookie or partially season cop shot him dead.
Two undercover cars had pulled into the dead end of the lot and saw there were individuals inside the stolen car, so they pulled out to make way for the uniformed officers to pull in.
As officers approached, Theetge said four people fled from the vehicle, with at least one of them armed with a gun.
Video of the chase and subsequent shooting were released Friday.
"He's got a gun, he's got a gun. On your right," one officer could be heard saying to another officer on the body camera footage before several shots could be heard.
The suspect who had a gun slipped, with officers saying they heard the gun hit the concrete.
Once the suspect got up and ran between a set of dumpsters, another officer who was chasing another person came in contact with the armed suspect and fired 4 to 5 shots.
Police recovered a gun at the scene with an extended magazine and another magazine in his pocket. Another firearm was also recovered in the stolen Kia.
On Friday, police identified the 18-year-old who died as Ryan Hinton.
The other three suspects ran off. Two were taken into custody away from the complex following a lengthy search using K9 units and drones.
Theetge said from the time the individuals bailed from the vehicle and police were chasing them to the time shots were fired was a total of six seconds.
"Six quick seconds," Theetge said.
Yeah, an angry father did it. Ohio father angry at the system decided to take one to it.
On Friday, court documents identified the two people arrested as 19-year-old Deanthony Bullocks and 18-year-old Jurell Austin.
Austin is being held on a $50,000 bond, Bullocks bond is set at $40,000.
The two have been charged with obstructing official business and receiving stolen property. Both are due in court Friday morning.
A fourth person remains at large. Theetge said they are still working to positively identify that person and use resources they have to locate him.
The names of the officers are not being released, per Marsy's Law. One officer has been with CPD since 2014, the other since 2001, both with fugitive apprehension squad.
"They are trained to stop the threat," Theetge said.
Hamilton County Sheriff Charmaine McGuffe.
When asked if the suspect pointed the firearm at officers, Theetge said during interviews, the officer who fired said the suspect had the gun pointed at him when he exited from between dumpsters and he felt threatened for his life.
Theetge believes the suspect was struck twice, in the chest and arm.
Theetge said there's no indication the suspect fired, but said she doesn't expect officers to wait until they're fired upon before they feel the necessity to fire.
Obviously, the fleeing suspect did not fire on the unnamed officer. The moment the officer saw the firearm, he panicked. He shot a fleeing suspect and usually, the state prosecutor will give the officer a pass.
That is what triggered Hinton to take his divine intervention.
These murderers don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives.
There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.
I dismiss this ridiculous notion that criminals are the problem, not the guns.
Firearms are often obtained through legal purchases.
Two of the fleeing Kia Boyz were nabbed. They are searching for one more.
Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem. The problem is lawmakers not willing to stop gun violence.
According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant thugs and criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanic and Asian shooters are illegal immigrants. According to the far right, almost all white [or non-white] mass shooters are registered Democrats [or some progressive activist] because they have liked or done one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share or post disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme or make bogus social media platforms with the shooter's image as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white or associated with conservative causes. The far right says a white person should "protect" themselves from thugs, terrorists or protesters. They believe the use of firearms are "justified" if they are protesting or even instigating a conflict. The far right believes if a shooter is a police officer, an active military member, a veteran or a citizen who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified. If the shooters are teens in urban communities, the far right automatically assumes the gunmen are Black.
The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox, Twitter and they force it into national news. They make the case to blame Black Lives Matter, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Democrats, Rev. Al Sharpton and rap music for Black on whatever violence. Republican legislators who do not live in urban neighborhoods often troll social media to talk about gun violence or crime in Chicago, Baltimore, Milwaukee and New York City while not doing a damn thing to stop it. If a white person shoots a Black person, the shooter is given the benefit of doubt. White shooters are given glowing profiles about their perfect lives and how friends noticed something but refused to do something. When it comes to Black shooters, automatic vilification. They don't see mental illness. They see it as gang violence, allegedly fatherless homes, Democratic policies or the need for more firearms.
The far right and Republicans exploit gun violence in the Black community for culture wars and racism.
No matter how you explain it, the cop did not give a justified reason to use deadly force.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-Semitic or in support of terrorism.
We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and legislators avoid influence from lobbyists.
Minnesota mom is cashing in on her hateful rant towards a 5-year old Black child.
Hate pays.
Tell you what, let them use their free speech. As long as these fucks don't place their hands on me, I am not going to worry about it. She using her infamy for pay.
So when a Black person calls out a white person, I expect that same energy when these fucks want to "cancel culture" that said person.
Shiloh Hendrix, called a Black boy with special needs the hard one and the man who filmed the encounter was called it too. All over a minor dispute over property.
Rochester, Minnesota.
Y'all voted for this.
By the way, the suspect in the Texas stabbing a year ago was acquitted. We will talk about this soon.

Shiloh Hendrix called an autistic Black child a n*88er at a playground in Minnesota. Because she was recorded and the video went viral, white people responded by raising her over $125,000 at last count.
If you search "Shiloh Hendrix" on Elon Musk's Nazi aggregator - a racist playground mom who called a Black Somalian 5-year-old the word that begs a face-punching & who has raised a quarter million from her "supporters" for doing so - the top results are pure Nazi filth for days: pic.twitter.com/KONq9QrcXO
Rochester single mom Shiloh Hendrix, who was recorded saying the N-word after using the slur on a Black child who allegedly stole from her 18-month-old son’s diaper bag, has amassed over $200,000 on GiveSendGo.
White woman who called black child the ‘n’ word raises nearly $300,000.

Turns out, the man who videotaped Shiloh Hendrix, accused her of “hate speech”, and promised her “Internet consequences” is a Somali sex offender who molested an underage girl
The woman raised $400,000 and growing in donations from MAGAland.
I guess it's open season.
So again, I will not condone any Black person reacting to injustice with violence. I will call it what is... the season.
The White Heat!
“My name is Shiloh and I have been put into a very dire situation. I recently had a kid steal from my 18month old sons diaper bag at a park. I called the kid out for what he was. Another man, who we recently found out has had a history with law enforcement, proceeded to record me and follow me to my car,” the woman says in the description of the fundraiser.
She further adds that her child might have to skip school.
She used her hate for clout.
“He then posted these videos online which has caused my family, and myself, great turmoil. My SSN has been leaked. My address, and phone number have been given out freely. My family members are being attacked. My eldest child may not be going back to school. Even where I exercise has been exposed,” she adds.
The man who recorded the video, Sharmake Omar, 30, said in an interview Friday that the 5-year-old child was called the N-word by the woman Monday.
"The Rochester Police Department is aware of the video that was posted on social media and has received multiple calls related to it," it said Friday. "We are gathering information and actively looking into the matter."
Omar said that when he saw the woman berating the child of Somali heritage, a background he shares, he intervened and she turned her apparent anger on him, using the slur repeatedly, which was captured on the video.
In the video, verified by NBC News, the woman, apparently carrying her child away, answered, "Yeah" when asked if she called the youth the slur.
"He took my son's stuff," she said.
Omar asks if "digging" through her child's belongings at the park, which is what the mother said the boy had done, would justify using the racist word against a child.
The woman responded, "If that's what he's going to act like," the video shows.
On that video, and in Friday's interview, Omar said the child has autism spectrum disorder. He said that he knows the boy's parents, who he said are from Somalia, and that they were also supervising their three other children at the park.
The parents, he said, have expressed support for prosecuting the woman, if possible.
“That little boy ... was visibly upset by the incident,” Omar said.
Omar said that when he intervened, the woman, whom he had never met before, also told him he and his wife shouldn't have more children because they are a drain on the welfare system.
Being white pays.
Minnesota has a long history of supporting and resettling international refugees accepted by the United States.
The office of Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minnesota, in 2023 estimated the number of people in the state who have Somali heritage at more than 86,000. On Thursday, Rochester's congressional delegation issued a joint statement commending Omar for "standing up and protecting one of our youngest community members" and condemning "these vile acts of racism" he has described.
Also on Thursday, the NAACP Rochester Branch said in a statement that it "stands in solidarity with the impacted child" and called on police, the Rochester city attorney and the Olmsted County Attorney’s Office to investigate and charge the woman in the video, suggesting her interaction with the boy may have been a hate crime.
The Rochester Branch said the Monday incident was one of multiple recent examples of "a disturbing increase in racially motivated acts" in the city of more than 122,000, perhaps best known for being home of the Mayo Clinic and its world-renowned hospital and research.
"What happened at the park is yet another painful reminder that hate continues to exist," it said in its statement.
Protesters are expected to gather Monday for a Protect Our Children: Arrest & Charge event organized by Rochester Action People's Community.
Minnesota law defines one type of assault as an action taken with "intent to cause fear." Separately, it states that a hate crime has taken place when someone is assaulted "because of the victim’s actual or perceived race," a misdemeanor.
Attempts to contact the woman in the video, verify her name, and speak to a family member have so far been unsuccessful.
Actress and comedian Ruth Buzzi passed away from natural causes.
Acclaimed comedian, voice actress and writer Ruth Buzzi has passed away.
Growing up an 80s baby, I remember her voice roles on Pound Puppies: The Animated Series and the first incarnation of The Berenstain Bears.
Ruth voiced Nose Marie, the flirty Southern charmed puppy and Mama Bear, the matriarch of the Berenstain Bears.
Ruth rose to fame as the frumpy and bitter Gladys Ormphby on the groundbreaking sketch comedy series “Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In” and made over 200 television appearances during a 45-year career, died Thursday. She was 88.
She retired from acting in 2021.
Buzzi died at her home in Texas, her agent Mike Eisenstadt said. She had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and was in hospice care. Shortly before her death, her husband Kent Perkins, had posted a statement on Buzzi’s Facebook page, thanking her many fans and telling them: “She wants you to know she probably had more fun doing those shows than you had watching them.”
Buzzi won a Golden Globe and was a two-time Emmy nominee for the NBC show that ran from 1968 to 1973. She was the only regular to appear in all six seasons, including the pilot.
“Ruth Buzzi was a comedic genius,” Nancy Sinatra posted on X. “Working alongside her on Laugh-In was the most fun I ever had working. I treasured her friendship and I am heartbroken to wake up to the news that she is gone. I love you, Ruthie.”
Singer Deana Martin posted, “Her laughter and warmth touched us all, leaving an everlasting void.”
Ruth got her start from being a player on Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In.
Ormphby character leads to ‘Laugh-In’
Buzzi was first spotted by “Laugh-In” creator and producer George Schlatter playing various characters on “The Steve Allen Comedy Hour.”
Schlatter was holding auditions for “Laugh-In” when he received a picture in the mail of Buzzi in her Ormphby costume, sitting in a wire mesh trash barrel. The character was clad in drab brown with her bun covered by a hairnet knotted in the middle of her forehead.
“I think I hired her because of my passion for Gladys Ormphby,” he wrote in his 2023 memoir “Still Laughing A Life in Comedy.” “I must admit that the hairnet and the rolled-down stockings did light my fire. My favorite Gladys line was when she announced that the day of the office Christmas party, they sent her home early.”
The Gladys character used her purse as a weapon against anyone who bothered her, striking people over the head. On “Laugh-In,” her most frequent target was Arte Johnson’s dirty old man character Tyrone F. Horneigh.
“Gladys embodies the overlooked, the downtrodden, the taken for granted, the struggler,” Buzzi told The Connecticut Post in 2018. “So when she fights back, she speaks for everyone who’s been marginalized, reduced to a sex object or otherwise abused. And that’s almost everyone at some time or other.”
Buzzi took her act to the Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts in Las Vegas, where she bashed her purse on the heads of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Lucille Ball, among others.
“Ruth Buzzi brought a singular energy and charm to sketch comedy that made her a standout on ‘Laugh-In’ and the Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts. Her characters, especially the unforgettable Gladys Ormphby, captured the delightful absurdity of the era,” said Journey Gunderson, executive director of the National Comedy Center in Jamestown, New York.
Her other recurring characters on “Laugh-In” included Flicker Farkle; Busy-Buzzi, a Hollywood gossip columnist; Doris Swizzler, a cocktail-lounge regular who got drunk with husband Leonard, played by Dick Martin; and an inconsiderate flight attendant.
“I never took my work for granted, nor assumed I deserved more of the credit or spotlight or more pay than anyone else,” Buzzi told The Connecticut Post. “I was just thrilled to drive down the hill to NBC every day as an employed actor with a job to do.”
Buzzi remained friends through the years with “Laugh-In” co-stars Lily Tomlin and Jo Anne Worley.
Ruth Buzzi played Nose Marie on Pound Puppies.
From cheerleading to the stage
Born Ruth Ann Buzzi on July 24, 1936, in Westerly, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of Angelo Buzzi, a nationally known stone sculptor. Her father and later her brother operated Buzzi Memorials, a gravestone and monument maker in Stonington, Connecticut, where she was head cheerleader in high school.
Buzzi enrolled at the Pasadena Playhouse at age 17. Two years later, she traveled with singer Rudy Vallee in a musical and comedy act during her summer break. That earned her an Actors’ Equity union card before she graduated from the playhouse’s College of Theatre Arts.
Buzzi moved to New York and was immediately hired for a lead role in an off-Broadway musical revue, the first of 19 such shows she performed in on the East Coast.
She got her national television break on “The Garry Moore Show” in 1964, just after Carol Burnett was replaced by Dorothy Loudon on the series. She played Shakundala the Silent, a bumbling magician’s assistant to Dom DeLuise’s character Dominic the Great.
Buzzi was a regular on the CBS variety show “The Entertainers” whose hosts included Burnett and Bob Newhart.
She was in the original Broadway cast of “Sweet Charity” with Gwen Verdon in 1966.
Buzzi toured the country with her nightclub act, including appearances in Las Vegas.
She was a semi-regular on “That Girl” as Marlo Thomas’ friend. She co-starred with Jim Nabors as time-traveling androids on “The Lost Saucer” in the mid-1970s.
Her other guest appearances included variety shows hosted by Burnett, Flip Wilson, Glen Campbell, Tony Orlando, Donny and Marie Osmond and Leslie Uggams.
She appeared in Ball’s last comedy series “Life With Lucy.”
When you felt like a bear, a Berenstain Bear.
Buzzi appeared in music videos with “Weird Al” Yankovic, the B-52’s and the Presidents of the United States of America.
She did hundreds of guest voices in cartoon series including “Pound Puppies,” “Berenstain Bears,” “The Smurfs” and “The Angry Beavers.”
She was Emmy nominated for her six-year run as shopkeeper Ruthie on “Sesame Street.”
Her movie credits included “Freaky Friday,” “Chu Chu and the Philly Flash,” “The North Avenue Irregulars” and “The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again.”
Buzzi was active on social media and had thousands of followers whom she rewarded with such one-liners as “I have never faked a sarcasm” and “Scientists say the universe is made up entirely of neurons, protons and electrons. They seem to have missed morons.”
She married actor Perkins in 1978.
The couple moved from California to Texas in 2003 and bought a 640-acre ranch near Stephenville.
Buzzi retired from acting in 2021 and suffered a series of strokes the following year. Her husband told The Dallas Morning News in 2023 that she had dementia.
A legendary folk and rock singer died in a house fire in Minnesota. She has appeared on progressive agitators Stephanie Miller and John Fugelsang's radio shows. She was a staunch critic of the anti-LGBTQ crusaders who tried to trample over their freedoms.
Jill Sobule was a legend.
Before space tourist/pop star Katy Perry kissed a girl, Jill Sobule did.
Her death was confirmed by her publicist, David Elkin, in an email Thursday afternoon. It was not immediately clear how the fire in Woodbury, Minnesota, started.
“Jill Sobule was a force of nature and human rights advocate whose music is woven into our culture,” John Porter, her manager, said in a statement. “I was having so much fun working with her. I lost a client & a friend today. I hope her music, memory, & legacy continue to live on and inspire others.”
During her more than three decades of recording, Sobule released 12 albums that addressed such complex topics as the death penalty, anorexia nervosa, reproduction and LGBTQ+ issues.
Her first album, “Things Here Are Different,” was released in 1990. Five years later, she received widespread attention for her hit singles, “Supermodel,” from the movie “Clueless,” and “I Kissed A Girl,” which, despite being banned on several southern radio stations, made it into the Billboard Top 20.
She also starred in an autobiographical off-Broadway musical that initially premiered at the Wild Project in New York in 2022 and includes songs and stories about her life.
Sobule was known for taking control of her career by fundraising so she could make her next album. In 2008, after two major record companies dumped her and two indie labels went bankrupt beneath her, she raised tens of thousands of dollars from fans so she could make a new album.
“The old kind of paradigm, where you’ve always waited for other people to do things, you’d have your manager and your agent,” she said at the time. “You’d wait for the big record company to give you money to do things and they tell you what to do. This is so great. I want to do everything like this.”
Sobule was scheduled to perform in Denver on Friday night. Instead, there will be an informal gathering hosted by her friend Ron Bostwick from 105.5 The Colorado Sound at the performance space where attendees can “share a story or song,” according to her publicist.
A formal memorial to celebrate her life and legacy will be held later this summer.
“No one made me laugh more. Her spirit and energy shall be greatly missed within the music community and beyond,” Craig Grossman, her booking agent, said in a statement.
Born in Denver, Colorado, on Jan. 16, 1959, she has described herself as a shy child who preferred observing over participating.
Sobule was known for playing dozens of shows a year and has described her live performances as vulnerable experiences. She said she often doesn’t have a set list and wings it.
She’s performed with such icons as Neil Young, Billy Bragg and Cyndi Lauper, and also inducted Neil Diamond into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame, according to her website. She also sang a song as herself on an episode of “The Simpsons” in 2019.
“In a good way, I feel like I’m still a rookie,” she told The Associated Press in 2023 in an interview about her musical. “There’s so much more to do and I haven’t done my best yet.”
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, James and Mary Ellen Sobule, along with her nephews and cousins.
To pay for them tax cuts Republicans champion, Trump cuts funding to PBS and NPR.
Grover Cleveland was the 22nd and 24th President of the United States. He is ranked among one of the worst presidents. He stands at 35 of 47.
Donald J. Trump is the 45th and 47th President of the United States. He currently sits among one of the worst presidents in modern history. He stands 45 of 47.
James Buchanan and Andrew Johnson fall as the worst with 46 and 47, respectively.
By the way Joe Biden sits at 30. He dropped from 17 to 30 thanks to his unwavering support of the apartheid ethnostate of Israel.
For those who think President Donald J. Trump and Republicans are incompetent, his latest executive order shows their continued successes.
He signed an executive order to cut funding to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, a key organization that helps keep PBS and NPR operating in the United States.
Oh we are still giving billions to Israel. We still have tax cuts that favor billionaires.
We still have Americans living paycheck to paycheck. Inflation is still affecting consumer spending. We have a drug epidemic. We have a measles outbreak. We have a bird flu epidemic. We have a wage gap and so much chaos.
Okay. Let's cut funding to American education and public media.
The order instructs the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and other federal agencies “to cease Federal funding for NPR and PBS” and further requires that that they work to root out indirect sources of public financing for the news organizations. The White House, in a social media posting announcing the signing, said the outlets “receive millions from taxpayers to spread radical, woke propaganda disguised as ‘news.’”
It’s the latest move by Trump and his administration to utilize federal powers to control or hamstring institutions whose actions or viewpoints he disagrees with. Since taking office, Trump has ousted leaders, placed staff on administrative leave and cut off hundreds of millions of dollars in funding to artists, libraries, museums, theaters and others, through takeovers of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the National Endowment for the Humanities. Trump has also pushed to withhold federal research and education funds from universities and punish law firms unless they agreed to eliminate diversity programs and other measures Trump has found objectionable.
The broadcasters get roughly half a billion dollars in public money through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and have been preparing for the possibility of stiff cuts since Trump’s election, as Republicans have long complained about them.
Paula Kerger, PBS’ CEO and president, said in a statement last month that the Trump administration’s effort to rescind funding for public media would “disrupt the essential service PBS and local member stations provide to the American people.”
“There’s nothing more American than PBS, and our work is only possible because of the bipartisan support we have always received from Congress,” she said. “This public-private partnership allows us to help prepare millions of children for success in school and in life and also supports enriching and inspiring programs of the highest quality.”
The Corporation for Public Broadcasting sued Trump earlier this week over his move to fire three members of its five-person board, contending that the president was exceeding his authority and that the move would deprive the board of a quorum needed to conduct business.
Just two weeks ago, the White House said it would be asking Congress to rescind funding for the CPB as part of a $9.1 billion package of cuts. That package, however, which budget director Russell Vought said would likely be the first of several, has not yet been sent to Capitol Hill.
The move against PBS and NPR comes as his administration has been working to dismantle the U.S. Agency for Global Media, including Voice of America and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, which were designed to model independent news gathering globally in societies that restrict the press. Those efforts have faced pushback from federal courts, who have ruled in some cases that the Trump administration may have overstepped its authority in holding back funds appropriated to the outlets by Congress.

I want President Donald J. Trump and Vice President JD Vance to fail. I want Israel to fail. And fail they shall.
And I am not ashamed to say it.
Of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the jobs report details how many jobs were spread across the United States. Some areas seen job growth while others saw job losses.
The U.S. added 177,000 jobs in April, the Labor Department reported Friday, above the gain of 133,000 jobs economists polled by The Wall Street Journal had expected to see.
The unemployment rate, which is based on a separate survey from the jobs figures, held steady at 4.2%.
Trump’s tariffs on China and major industries from steel to automobiles have unnerved the corporate sector and pushed companies to rethink entire business strategies. Though Trump has paused many of his tariffs, economists warn that the White House’s plans will squeeze many companies, forcing them to not only slash costs but also workers later in the year.
Layoff activity has been muted and even companies that aren’t laying off workers could simply put hiring on hold.
“There’s a long lead time between making a decision on hiring or pulling jobs, then actually seeing that come through,” said James Knightley, an economist at ING Financial Markets. “But as we move through the year, we are going to have to brace for much weaker job numbers with the threat that hiring slows significantly.”
The Trump administration’s federal-government layoffs have already tempered government payrolls. However, some economists say the impact of the new Department of Government Efficiency, and its effort to trim thousands of federal jobs, won’t be fully reflected in monthly jobs data until the fall. Lawsuits and court orders have slowed the layoffs, while workers on paid leave or receiving ongoing severance are typically counted as employed.
April was an especially tumultuous month. Trump imposed sweeping tariffs at the start of the month, then paused many of them. He implied that he would fire the Federal Reserve chair, then said he had “no intention” of doing so. He has also recently mulled slashing his steep tariffs on China and softening levies for the auto industry, The Wall Street Journal has previously reported.
Trump cuts funding to PBS and NPR.
Though hard data on the economy has held up well, businesses and individuals are telling surveys that they are worried. Consumer sentiment in April hit one of its lowest levels on record, according to the University of Michigan. More Americans said they expect weaker income growth for themselves in the year ahead.
Another factor that could slow the jobs market in the months ahead is the sharp decline in immigration stemming from Trump’s border policies. Fewer foreign-born workers means a tighter labor pool, especially in sectors such as construction, agriculture, hospitality and healthcare. That could paradoxically bring the unemployment rate down even as hiring slows.
For now, the uncertainty of Trump’s policies has made it challenging for businesses to forecast demand and plan ahead.
This week, General Motors shelved earlier profit guidance, citing lack of clarity about Trump’s tariffs. JetBlue said it wouldn’t reaffirm its prior full-year guidance due to the uncertain macroeconomic environment.

Israel is having some problems. Instability, wildfires, protests and soliders losing trust in their government. We are seeing the collapse coming.
Israel and its allies overplayed the use of antisemitism. From now on, as long as there is no violence towards anyone practicing Christianity, Judaism or Islam, I will not hold my tongue. You can freely criticize Israel, Jews, Trump, Vance, Biden, Harris, Benjamin Netanyahu, AIPAC, the Anti-Defamation League, Jonathan Greenblatt, Zionism, colonialism, imperialism, slavery, racism, Christian nationalism and white supremacy.
Racism unfortunately is protected speech.
Antisemitism is protected speech.
Being a bigot is a choice which allows some people to "other" those who do not agree with the status quo of how America is ran.
Trump is against DEI. The president supports banning DEI when it supports people of color, those in LGBTQ community and immigrants. Every other religion that isn't Christian, Catholic or Jewish is DEI and it has to go.
The U.S. violated the USMCA by imposing tariffs on its trading partners. Mexico and Canada have vowed to impose their series of tariffs. BRICS is courting Mexico to join the organization.
The world is losing patience with the U.S. and Israel. Many countries are moving away from the U.S. dollar.
Israelis are being banned from entry in several Global South countries.
Countries that deny entry to Israeli passport holders: Algeria, Bangladesh, Brunei, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, The United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
More countries are considering to ban Israelis. The only country that wants to keep Israelis coming in without any problems is the United States.
Michael Waltz fired as NSA advisor. But he will be nominated as UN Ambassador.
Trump despite winning the election is still telling Americans that if he doesn't win, there will be all out war. He has already sparked global tension with threats of tariffs on our trading partners.
Republicans can't govern in the House of Representatives and Senate. They are pushing authoritarianism in states they have control of. They are banning swatting, honing and regulations on testing. But when it comes to people being killed by firearms, they refuse to do something.
Republicans are using dog whistles when talking about Blacks, immigrants, transgender Americans, Israel, crime, protesters and gun violence.
1. Hamas are terrorists to Israel and the United States. Those who support Hamas or defend their actions are labeled terrorist sympathizers, antisemitic, traitors, unpatriotic, radicals or whatever they conjure up.
2. Gun violence is the No. 1 threat to children and adults. When gun violence happen in Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Detroit and Baltimore, a Republican lawmaker wants to blame gun violence on Democratic mayors instead of the Congress. Over 60 mass shootings this year alone.
3. Immigration is right now at record lows. The world views the U.S. as a hostile country and migrants from the Global South are beginning to ban American influence. They fear Trump's presidency could cause instability. Republicans are pushing for border closures, border/segregation walls, mass deportations, elimination of birthright citizenship, end of legal rights to Americans married to immigrants and push for English only. They also want to ban immigrants or student visas. They want to jail or deport any immigrant who protest Israel or Trump.
4. Crime is at record lows. But property theft is up. Shoplifting, the Kia/Hyundai challenge, gun violence, white collar crimes and cybertheft have occurred. But again its racial dog whistles. Many corporations are getting away with greed and theft of wages. Many Americans are tired of paying more for less product. Kia and Hyundai are still facing criticism over this Kia Boyz nonsense. Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Wexman are on their last legs. Walmart, Target and Kroger are closing stores in predominantly Black and Latino neighborhoods. Republicans are pushing for more mandatory sentences for theft. Democrats want to push for regulations on shrinkflation and theft of wages. Republicans oppose overtime and regulations to keep corporations from raising product prices.
The FSU mass shooter was made into an AI doll.
Republicans want political revenge. Trump wants to jail his rivals. He may get that wish now that he has returned to power. This is not a joke.
Do not assume that every place has jobs. Companies are closing up shop. The tech industry, retail, trucking and press are laying off workers. The service industry is continuing to suffer due to stagnant wages, lack of achievements and work overload.
Also, housing is still down. More Americans can't afford rent or car payments.
AIPAC has poured money into many of these primaries. It openly bragged that its choices which were Democrats and Republicans beating their challengers.
House members passed a bill to define antisemitism in attempt to suppress freedom of speech. The insufferable House of Representatives in a bipartisan moment are trying to criminalize thought and dissent.
They are now trying to outlaw any criticism of Israel as hate speech which could be punishable by sanctions, divestment or allowing companies to terminate employment of anyone who dares criticizes Israel.
Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.
The Congress has less work than most Americans. It is infuriating that the average worker works more 50 hours a week while 157 House members and 36 senators work on average of 25 hours a week.
Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the media, Democrats and former Republicans. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.
To make this clear, it doesn't matter anymore who the fucking president is.
The status quo continues with political charades, support of Israel and endless culture war grievances.
Trump will be inheriting a stable economy but a very divided country.
I will hold Trump accountable for his actions.
I. Am. Calling. Him. Out.
What pisses me off is our lawmakers are calling protesters "Hamas supporters" to paint peaceful protests as an act of "terrorism." Their reactionary response to anger over America's support of Israel will lead to our standing with the world.
With billions of dollars of aid going to Israel, you would think that American lawmakers would have our taxpayer money spent on more useful things!
With measles spreading, Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will turn a blind eye to the deadly disease.
The lawmakers will spend more taxpayer money to fix our crumbling infrastructure. Hell we still have the aftermaths of Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Over 1,500 people have died from those horrible hurricanes. Many of these Republicans who vote against funding the government and assistance for some of America's less fortunate are willing to give billions to a foreign nation engaged in an illegal act of genocide. Same with Democrats. They claim they want to protect democracy but endorse a fascist government sworn to being an ethnostate on our taxpayer dime.

Monthly reminders:
A deadly disease doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations.
An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.
You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.
Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in. However, there is always a catch to working entry level jobs that make over $20 an hour. Folks must work hours that do not accommodate home and social life, it may only be part time work or temporary. Some jobs may force overtime or refuse to pay for work rendered. With unions being weaken by states, it may be an at-will company. So if you are on social media, protesting injustices, supporting controversial issues or making threats to local officials; you could lose your job.

Companies are cautious about hiring employees. Because of the Trump administration rolling back DEI and arresting undocumented workers, employers are struggling to keep employees. It puts more on the workers, managers and suppliers.
With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to work at jobs that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.
The apartheid ethnostate of Israel on trial.
Republicans will never get it. They just won't see the bigger picture itself. Americans are living paycheck to paycheck. They are frustrated with stagnant wages.
They are tired of low wages for heavy workloads. They are tried of food and consumer products being expensive.
Republicans rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people using the safety net are lazy and unemployment assistance is way to make people not go back to work.
Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.
We can't always assume that folks who do not work are lazy. These troupes give Republicans the opportunity to strip away the safety net to offset their endless giveaways to the elite and wealthy.
People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus, monkeypox, measles, bird flu and gun violence.
Most Americans are tired of the status quo of their jobs.
Many single parents are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic and unforseen circumstances due to Trump’s chaotic policies. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.
I tried to warn you. Kamala Harris reacts to Trump’s chaotic 100 days.
Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.
Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience.
Trump's presidency and Republican controlled governments are incompetent.
Their leadership has killed millions of Americans.
Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.
We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.Keep pressure on them with Israel.
Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid.
Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.
Republicans have extremely unpopular ideas. They will find out the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies.
Biden, Harris and the Democratic Party failed at understanding what is more important to the country. Republicans have already failed at understanding.
Both parties support of Israel had made some Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters vote against them. They have cost Biden a second term and Harris a historical victory.
The call center to the White House and Congress should still be the same.
The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.
Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that deporting law abiding immigrants seeking refuge is inhumane. Let them know that pulling out of the UN Human Rights Organization, World Health Organization and Paris Climate Accords will put the U.S. in danger when catastrophic event happen. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel and Ukraine.
You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.
Y'all voted for that man to cause chaos and 100 days here we are.
If Donald J. Trump lost in 2020 only to win in 2024, Kamala Harris could return and win in 2028.
So for those who want former vice president Kamala Harris to fade away, shut the fuck up.
KHIVE ain't done.
Trump was in the spotlight after he lost in 2020 and was the junk food media's talk all throughout Joe Biden’s presidency. So shut the fuck up. We wanted him to fade away, but y'all enjoyed his senile chaotic post presidency.
President Donald J. Trump is back in the news and he is literally pushing for an indefinite stay. He said he will never leave.
If he does crash the economy, he will almost certainly blame Biden. He already claims that former president Joe Biden and former president Barack Obama were responsible for his chaotic presidency failures.
First things first, Democrats must abandon Israel. The primary reason why Harris lost was her support of the apartheid ethnostate committing a fucking genocide. Biden’s refusal to end support for Israel cost him his reelection and her presidential bid.
Second, Democrats need to stop being nice to Republicans. Stop with the statements, the gaslighting, the photo ops, the tears and projection.
Third, Democrats need to vet their candidates. No more Joe Manchin, Kyrsten Sinema, John Fetterman, Jared Golden and Jeff Van Drew (now Republican) candidates. Stop nominating candidates that support Republican policies, take AIPAC money and appear on Fox, NewsNation or Newsmax.
Fourth, elect more people of color. Let the Republicans be the party of white people. They managed to pull in at least 14% of people of color.
Lastly, trust Black women. They were right all along and never miss.
