About Damn Time!

Mike Jeffries got the FAFO. He got served a federal sandwich.

Winners and losers of 2024.

Former Abercrombie + Finch CEO is arrested on sexual assault and trafficking charges. Mike Jeffries, his longtime partner Matt Smith and business associate Jim Jacobson are arrested by the U.S. Homeland Security agents in partnership with the U.S. Marshals and FBI.

The Department of Justice will unseal the indictments against the controversial business mogul.

Me and La Reyna have discussed the toxic culture and racist practices of Jeffries and the top executives of A+F.

U.S. Attorney Breon Peace has enough evidence to put Jeffrues away for a long time.

We are waiting on Elon Musk, Richard Branson, Rupert Murdoch, Clive Davis, Bill O'Reilly, Sean "Softball" Hannity, Jeff Zucker and Matt Lauer to see the feds come knocking on their doors. They are sexual predators and their time is coming.

The investigation involved whether the men sexually exploited and abused young men at parties they hosted in the United States and around the world, the sources said.

Federal prosecutors acknowledged the investigation in January after alleged victims filed a civil lawsuit a year ago.

Jeffries, who transformed Abercrombie from a traditional Ohio outfitter into a powerhouse teen fashion brand, has been accused in civil lawsuits of exploiting young men for sex at parties he hosted at his Hamptons estate in New York, London, Venice and elsewhere with his partner, Smith.

The alleged victims have said they were recruited by a middleman, Jacobson.

Men were subjected to sexual abuse by Mike Jeffries.

One of the plaintiffs, David Bradberry, a former crewman on the reality series "Below Deck," said Jeffries made Abercrombie successful by the "oversexualization of young men."

His lawsuit accused Jeffries, Smith, Jacobson and Abercrombie itself of luring attractive young men under the guise of making them an Abercrombie model and then forcing them to take drugs and perform sex acts.

"The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York has launched a criminal investigation of the alleged events and occurrences discussed in Plaintiff's Complaint," prosecutors said in a court filing.

"We will respond in detail to the allegations after the Indictment is unsealed, and when appropriate, but plan to do so in the courthouse – not the media," Brian Bieber, an attorney for Michael Jeffries, told ABC News Tuesday.

The attorney for the plaintiff, Brad Edwards of Edwards Henderson, told ABC News in a statement: "As we laid out in our lawsuit, this was an Abercrombie run, sex trafficking organization that permeated throughout the company and allowed the three individuals arrested today to victimize dozens and dozens of young, aspiring male models."

The indictment will be unsealed today.

Vindication. Hani Khan won a legal battle with Abercrombie +Finch.

Charges like this will carry 30 years to LIFE if convicted.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

We talked about how Jeffries regularly hired white men and women who were considered trendy to his company. He refused to hire Black men, Black women, women who wore hijabs, chubby or obese people and non English people.

He would make built men wear his clothing, dabbed with cologne, mandated to wear open toe sandals and no facial hair. He would regularly stroke their bodies and encourage them to do activities for his pleasure.

Jeffries was forced out after Abercrombie lost in the U.S. Supreme Court when Hani Khan sued them for being terminated because she wore her hijab while at work.

Jeffries made statements in the press that were controversial. For example, he once said, "We hire good-looking people in our stores. Because good-looking people attract other good-looking people, and we want to market to cool, good-looking people. We don't market to anyone other than that." Jeffries noted that "those companies that are in trouble are trying to target everybody: young, old, fat, skinny. But then you become totally vanilla. You don't alienate anybody, but you don't excite anybody, either."

Olivia Nuzzi Out!

Olivia Nuzzi will bounce back after the election. Where she goes, who knows?

The New York Magazine has fired a controversial journalist out the cannon after it determined that her admission to an affair with disgraced presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. brought a severe conflict of interest.

Olivia Nuzzi is officially out.

Winners and losers of 2024.

Nuzzi also broke up with fiance Ryan Lizza, a controversial sexual predator working at the Politico.

The magazine and Nuzzi agreed that the best course forward is to part ways. Nuzzi is a uniquely talented writer and we have been proud to publish her work over her nearly eight years as our Washington Correspondent. We wish her the best.

Last month, the newsletter Status, which broke the story, and The New York Times both cited unnamed sources in identifying Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the person involved with Nuzzi. She has not confirmed Kennedy’s involvement and Kennedy said in a statement that he had only met her once.

David Haskell, New York magazine’s editor in chief, said in a note to staff members after the news broke that Nuzzi told them the relationship began last December, “after we had published her November profile.” Nuzzi’s only published profile that month was of Kennedy. The relationship reportedly ended in August, Haskell wrote.

The publication said at the time that if it had been aware of the relationship, Nuzzi would not have been permitted to cover the presidential campaign.

Last month, Nuzzi said in a statement to Status that the nature of some communication between herself and a former reporting subject turned personal early this year.

They held hands for the funeral.

“During that time, I did not directly report on the subject nor use them as a source,” she said. “The relationship was never physical but should have been disclosed to prevent the appearance of a conflict. I deeply regret not doing so immediately and apologize to those I’ve disappointed, especially my colleagues at New York.”

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. endorsed former president Donald J. Trump. The Kennedy family endorsed Kamala Harris. He had lost his mother Ethel died this month.

President Joe Biden delivered an eulogy and greeted the controversial Kennedy.

Biden, former president Barack Obama and Bill Clinton were there. Journalist Maria Shriver, U.S. Ambassadors Caroline Kennedy of Australia and Victoria Reggie Kennedy of Austria attended.

Kennedy is married to actress Cheryl Hines. The two have not discussed the affair but assuring that Cheryl is already looking for an out. She was at the funeral as well.

Ex-Ohio GOP Guv Bob Taft Back Sherrod Brown!

Former Ohio Republican governor backs Sherrod Brown.

Disgraced Ohio former Republican governor Bob Taft backs a Democrat in the U.S. Senate race. A former rival decided to put country ahead of party.

In an op-ed to the Dayton Daily News, Taft said he is still a Republican but will be putting party aside to vote for the incumbent Democratic senator, who Taft said is “the kind of leader” Ohioans need.

I am guessing that Bob Taft III will be censured by the Ohio Republican Party.

He served two terms from 1999 until 2007. Taft and former Ohio Republican governor John Kasich have denounced former president Donald J. Trump in the past. Kasich endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris.

Trump carried Ohio in 2016 and 2020. He is likely to carry it in 2024 but not by a large margin like the previous times.

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) is likely going to win his reelection bid. Ohio, a state that is no longer in play for Democrats is hoping to score at least two victories in the U.S. Senate and ballot measure.

The longtime Ohio senator has worked the middle and asked for President Joe Biden and national Democrats to have little appearance in this competitive race.

Issue 1 which is a constitutional amendment to make an independent counsel to draw up fair state and U.S. congressional districts and eliminate gerrymandering conducted by Republican state legislators.

Ohio voters codify Roe v. Wade after Republicans bypass Republican Gov. Mike DeWine in trying to outlaw termination. Now Republicans are scrambling to push forward roadblocks to stop the constitutional amendment as well as the gerrymandering initiative.

It's almost over.

Brown is running on this as well as his opponent Bernie Moreno's failures as a businessman and his willingness to back Trump. Moreno promises to repeal the Affordable Care Act. He supports mass deportations of immigrants, stripping Roe v. Wade, ending student loan forgiveness and MAGAland.

Taft did not mention Moreno by name but said the Republicans need to return to their roots. He oversaw Ohio's demise. Ohio lost six congressional seats since 1990s. Republicans had control of the state except in 2007 until 2011. Ted Strickland was the last Democratic governor of Ohio. Former president George W. Bush, national Republicans, Taft's scandals and J. Kenneth Blackwell being a controversial Black extremist gave Ohio to Strickland once and former president Barack Obama twice.

Taft also said Brown “knows all of Ohio well and understands the concerns and challenges of people across our state” and has always made time for his constituents. Taft added that Brown’s staff is also very attentive to all constituents who contact their office.

Taft touted Brown’s 25 years of experience representing Ohio in public office and noted Brown’s seniority in the Senate has secured him some high-ranking posts, which Taft said is important to Ohioans.

Bernie Moreno is almost out of gas.

The letter is notable since Taft comes from a well-known Republican family. His grandfather, the late Sen. Robert A Taft, became known as “Mr. Republican.” The former governor’s great-grandfather was former President Taft.

The Associated Press noted that the former Republican governor is the only politician to defeat Brown in an election — when Taft defeated Brown in 1990 in his reelection bid for secretary of state.

The Hill has reached out to Moreno and Brown for comment.

Taft was involved in the Coingate scandal. He was convicted of five misdemeanors and spared time in the iron college. He is a lecturer and administrator at the University of Dayton.

He is the great grandson of former president William Howard Taft, a one term president and U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice who was the heaviest man in office. He allegedly weighed over 350lbs during term. He was 245lbs when he became chief justice of the Court.

October Surprise: Old Man Donald Had A Campaign....

It's almost over.

When former president Donald J. Trump did his latest low energy town hall, he mistakenly called far right agitator Sage Steele, "Paige." It is the latest series of concerning issues surrounding the age of the Republican nominee.

The junk food media barely covers his running mate Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) at his events. They have their attention on Vice President Kamala Harris, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Trump rallies.

And when Trump does his rallies, he often pivots from issues to constantly insult Harris, President Joe Biden, immigrants and the junk food media. He also talk about inappropriate things like describing Arnold Palmer's penis size and Hannibal Lecter.

He is talking to Israeli regime Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu which is a violation of the Logan Act. Trump is urging Netanyahu to keep the war going to depress Democratic voters. He wants Arab and Jewish voters to sit it out or vote for him. He is urging Green Party nominee Jill Stein to increase her turnout so they can siphon off voters. Netanyahu who is under investigation in Israel and facing a international criminal warrant is not listening to Biden and it has sparked tension between the two.

White nationalists Nick Fuentes and David Duke have turned on Trump claiming he is too cozy with Israel and isn't doing his America First agenda. They think all his bluster about immigration and woke is bogus. They vow to not vote for him.

Duke endorsed Stein and it got the Green Party upset.

Trump is showing signs of exhaustion and senility.

Trump also insulted Harris by calling her a "shit vice president." He doubled down on the infamous "enemy within" remarks when describing critics.

Trump's "they're eating the dogs" still affects Springfield, Ohio. After the only debate between Harris, Trump falsely referred to Haitians eating pets putting the city in the national spotlight. As of today, the city still faces death threats and it is too dangerous to travel there because of potential white nationalist violence.

Trump refuses to release his medical records and tax returns. Harris, Walz and even Biden released theirs. I mean what does the old man have left in the MAGAland playbook?

October Surprise: Donald McDonald!

It's almost over.

Why the election is so close?

1. White people
2. Israel
3. More of the same or more chaos.
4. The junk food media not holding former president Donald J. Trump accountable for his antics.

Former president Donald J. Trump attempts to discredit Vice President Kamala Harris for admitting she worked at a McDonald's at a young age.

The Republican nominee disrupts traffic, puts a handful of businesses on standby and for what...?

A two hour visit at a McDonald's to be a french fry preparer and drive thru server.

Trump went to a local franchisee store where the owner is a Republican.

In Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Trump did his Sunday appearance before staging an impromptu news conference, answering questions through the drive-thru window.

As reporters and aides watched, an employee showed Trump how to dunk baskets of fries in oil, salt the fries and put them into boxes using a scoop. Trump, a well-known fan of fast food and a notorious germophobe, expressed amazement that he didn’t have to touch the fries with his hands.

“It requires great expertise, actually, to do it right and to do it fast,” Trump said with a grin, putting away his suit jacket and wearing an apron over his shirt and tie.

You're no Dave Thomas.

The visit came as he’s tried to counter Democratic nominee Kamala Harris’ accounts on the campaign of working at the fast-food chain while in college, an experience that Trump has claimed — without offering evidence — never happened.

A large crowd lined the street outside the restaurant in Feasterville-Trevose, which is part of Bucks County, a key swing voter area north of Philadelphia. Later Sunday, Trump was attending an evening town hall in Lancaster before catching the Pittsburgh Steelers home game against the New York Jets.

After serving bags of takeout to people in the drive-thru lane, Trump leaned out of the window, still wearing the apron, to take questions from the media staged outside. The former president, who has constantly promoted falsehoods about his 2020 election loss, said he would respect the results of next month’s vote “if it’s a fair election.”

He joked about getting one reporter ice cream and when another asked what message had for Harris on her 60th birthday on Sunday, Trump said, “I would say, Happy Birthday, Kamala,” adding, “I think I’ll get her some flowers.”

Trump did not directly answer a question of whether he might support increased minimum wages after seeing McDonald’s employees in action but said, “These people work hard. They’re great.”

Le'Veon Bell wore a hoodie claiming Harris is a tramp.

Trump did not directly answer a question of whether he might support increased minimum wages after seeing McDonald’s employees in action but said, “These people work hard. They’re great.”

Police closed the busy streets around the McDonald’s during Trump’s visit. Authorities cordoned off the restaurant as a crowd a couple blocks long gathered, sometimes 10- to 15-deep, across the street straining to catch a glimpse of Trump. Horns honked and music blared as Trump supporters waved flags, held signs and took pictures.

Trump felt uncomfortable with Antonio Brown hugging him.

John Waters, of nearby Fairless Hills, had never been to a Trump rally and had hoped to see the former president so close to his house after missing other nearby rallies.

“When I drove up, all the cars, unbelievable, I was like, ‘He’s here’s, he’s coming, he’s definitely coming with this all traffic,’” Waters said.

Trump is especially partial to McDonald’s Big Macs and Filet-o-Fish sandwiches. He’s talked often about how he trusts big chains more than smaller restaurants since they have big reputations to maintain, and the former president’s staff often pick up McDonald’s and serve it on his plane.

Barrett Marson, a Republican strategist in Arizona, said using a campaign visit to focus on the claims about McDonald’s four decades ago is a “puzzling detour,” but that Trump is “not above throwing anything on the wall to see if it sticks.”

“When Donald Trump isn’t talking about the economy and illegal immigration, he’s off topic about the things that people care about,” Marson said

Steps Ahead!

Iran president Masoud Pezeshkian.

The United States is big mad over the leaks of Israeli intelligence.

For once I am glad Iran is two steps ahead of the Israeli regime. After the regime killed Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, the United States demanded that the regime wrap up their genocide. Israel refuses to stop.

After Israel conducted numerous attacks on Iranian sovereignty, Iran response was swift. They launched a series of ballistic missiles upon Israeli military bases.

Then it warned Israel that they are prepared to respond once more.

Iran had the right to defend itself after the Israeli regime conducted a series of attacks and a sabotage of the helicopter carrying former president Ebrahim Raisi And Iranian foreign ambassador Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.

Just to be clear, the junk food media says Israelis lives matter more than Palestinians. We don't know the names of the people lost from Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. I mean we heard about the four Israeli Defence Forces members killed in a kamikaze drone strike.

So Israel's problems matter more than America's!

Got it.

Get used to me boldfacing Israel says. Anytime that regime claims something, take it with a grain of salt. Israel has killed everything.

The International Criminal Court should be engaging in a wave of indictments and the UN should bypass permanent members, the United States and Great Britain to issue severe sanctions to force dismantling the Israeli government.

If Israel has a right to defend itself, what about the rest?

If Jewish Americans feel unsafe at college campuses, what about the rest?

If you're going to pass laws to redefine antisemitism, what about the rest?

If you're going to keep Israel unilateral aid, what will Israel do for us when we are struggling with a natural disaster?

Iran launched a retaliation into Israel. As expected, the U.S. and Great Britain went to defense of the rogue regime. Despite Israel spending a fucking year massacring thousands in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq and Iran, the West continues to blame Iran for escalating the tensions.

Prime Minister Keir Starmer and President Joe Biden will be the last Western leaders to back Israel. The citizens are rejecting U.S. and Great Britain giving Israel unlimited aid.

President Joe Biden will harm Vice President Kamala Harris.

He will not stop giving aid and cover to Israel.

Now folks are starting to recognize that too much money is going to Israel while the South is still reeling from the results of the hurricanes.

Many of our lawmakers from both Republican and Democratic factions have said boldly they not only support Israel but accuse Americans of aiding with the enemy if they dare call out Israel or their policies.

The United States is investigating an unauthorized release of classified documents that assess Israel’s plans to attack Iran, three U.S. officials told The Associated Press. A fourth U.S. official said the documents appear to be legitimate.

Iran is pressing for sanctions on Israel.

The documents are attributed to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency, and note that Israel was still moving military assets in place to conduct a military strike in response to Iran’s blistering ballistic missile attack on Oct. 1. They were sharable within the “Five Eyes,” which are the U.S., Great Britain, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

The documents, which are marked top secret, were posted to the Telegram messaging app and first reported Saturday by CNN and Axios. The officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.

The investigation is also examining how the documents were obtained — including whether it was an intentional leak by a member of the U.S. intelligence community or obtained by another method, like a hack — and whether any other intelligence information was compromised, one of the officials said. As part of that investigation, officials are working to determine who had access to the documents before they were posted, the official said.

Put these assholes in the iron college.

The U.S. has urged Israel to take advantage of the death of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and press for a cease-fire in Gaza, and has likewise urgently cautioned Israel not to further expand military operations in the north in Lebanon and risk a wider regional war. However, Israel’s leadership has repeatedly stressed it will not let Iran’s missile attack go unanswered.

In a statement, the Pentagon said it was aware of the reports of the documents but did not have further comment.

The Israeli military did not immediately respond to a request for comment over the leak of the two documents.

The documents first appeared online Friday via a channel on Telegram, claiming they had been leaked by someone in the U.S. intelligence community, then later the U.S. Defense Department. The information appeared entirely gathered through the use of satellite image analysis.

One of the two documents resembled the style of other material from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency leaked by Jack Teixeira, a white nationalist who was an Air National Guardsman who pleaded guilty in March to leaking highly classified military documents about Russia’s war on Ukraine and other national security secrets.

The Telegram channel involved in the leak identifies itself as being based in Tehran, Iran’s capital. It previously published memes featuring Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and material in support of Tehran’s self-described “Axis of Resistance,” which includes Middle East militant groups armed by the Islamic Republic.

Make It Happen!

It's almost over.

I struggled with this. I was really on the fence with it. I do take former president Donald J. Trump as a serious threat to democracy. But to see the Democratic Party align itself with warmongering rhetoric and the Israeli regime almost had me vote third party.

Then came Jill Stein. The Green Party has openly admitted they are trying to make Trump win. They are also clueless on how government works.

Elected Stein will not stop Israel. Matter of fact, what drove my vote was allegations that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is colluding with Trump to depress the Democratic voter turnout. That would be election interference.

Netanyahu wants a stooge in the White House to do its bidding. Biden is leaving and he fears Harris will get tough on him. Trump praised Netanyahu in the past and complained about how the evil man couldn't get the job done.

Trump spent yesterday doing the same old stuff. He was supposed to do a closing argument but ended up talking about Arnold Palmer and his manhood.

He also called his opponent a "shit vice president" and she should be fired.

Elon Musk did something illegal. He said that anyone who register to vote or supports his Trump backed SuperPac will be gifted $1 million. That would be a FEC complaint.

Trump pivots and seems to be lost in the fog. All the far right attacks on President Joe Biden and his age has backfired.

Now folks, do you want to see another 78 year old man be elected as president again?

Kamala Devi Harris celebrates her 60th birthday today. In the final weeks of her bid for president, the vice president and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz are going to make their final push.

Over 20 million Americans voted.

I voted in Ohio.

I voted for Harris and Walz. I voted for Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), yes on Issue 1 and local Democrats. In the U.S. House race, I held my nose and voted for longtime lawmaker, the porker, Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) over his opponent Amy Cox.

After this election, I will continue to vote but officially withdraw my support of the Democratic Party. Their support for Israel has turned me off.

Given that the choices are "more of the same" or "more chaos," I went with "more of the same."

Over the weekend, Harris stumped in Michigan and Georgia with pop stars Lizzo and Usher. Former president Barack Obama was campaigning in Nevada, Arizona and Pennsylvania for Harris. Former president Bill Clinton was campaigning in Georgia, North Carolina and Nevada.

Harris is working with former Republicans like Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger to court voters who backed Nikki Haley in the primaries.

The Biden family wished Harris a happy birthday.

Trump won the support of WWE legends Kane (Glenn Jacobs) and the Undertaker (Mark Calaway). He also won support from former NFL stars Antonio Brown, Mike Wallace and Le'Veon Bell.

Bell generated controversy when he wore a hoodie saying Vote Trump or The Tramp. He is seriously calling Harris a tramp. Trump cheats on his wives and is a sexual predator. But to each their own.

Harris went to church in an Atlanta suburb Sunday, addressing the faithful and encouraging Black congregants to vote as part of a nationwide campaign push known as “souls to the polls.” Stevie Womder sung his rendition of happy birthday for the vice president.

The Democratic nominee for president attended services at New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Stonecrest, where many women in the audience work pink to promote awareness of breast cancer. Harris plans a midday stop at Divine Faith Ministries International in Jonesboro, joined by singer Stevie Wonder, before taping an interview with the Rev. Al Sharpton that will air later Sunday on MSNBC.

Walz, is scheduled to go to church in Saginaw, Michigan, and his wife, Gwen, will be at a service in Las Vegas.

The mobilization effort that launched Oct. 13 and is led by the National Advisory Board of Black Faith Leaders, which is sending representatives across battleground states as early voting begins in the Nov. 5 election.

“My father used to say, a ‘voteless people is a powerless people’ and one of the most important steps we can take is that short step to the ballot box,” Martin Luther King III said Friday. “When Black voters are organized and engaged, we have the power to shift the trajectory of this nation.”

The schedule for Harris on her 60th birthday reflects her campaign’s push to treat every voting group like a swing state voter, trying to appeal to them all in a tightly contested election with early voting in progress.

On Saturday, the vice president rallied supporters in Detroit with singer Lizzo before traveling to Atlanta to focus on abortion rights, highlighting the death of a Georgia mother amid the state’s restrictive abortion laws that took effect after the U.S. Supreme Court, with three justices nominated by Trump, overturned Roe v. Wade.

“Donald Trump still refuses to take accountability, to take any accountability, for the pain and the suffering he has caused,” Harris said.

Harris is a Baptist whose husband, Doug Emhoff, is Jewish. She has said she’s inspired by the work of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., and influenced by the religious traditions of her mother’s native India as well as the Black Church. Harris sang in the choir as a child at Twenty Third Avenue Church of God in Oakland.

“Faith is a verb. It is something we show in action and in service,” she said on Instagram last week as she attended services at a church in Greenville, North Carolina.

“Souls to the polls” as an idea traces back to the Civil Rights Movement. The Rev. George Lee, a Black entrepreneur from Mississippi, was killed by white supremacists in 1955 after he helped nearly 100 Black residents register to vote in the town of Belzoni. The cemetery where Lee is buried has served as a polling place.

Black church congregations across the country have undertaken get-out-the-vote campaigns for years. In part to counteract voter suppression tactics that date back to the Jim Crow era, early voting in the Black community is stressed from pulpits nearly as much as it is by candidates.

The Bedbugs Bite!

Someone is gonna get him.

Hezbollah vows to fight.

The Lebanese group has vowed to retaliate against the Israeli regime. They came very close to taking out Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. They launched a series of drone strikes and one managed to hit a vacation home of the ruthless Zionist leader.

Known for lying about what happens when a strike hits Israel, the regime said a drone targeted Netanyahu’s house Saturday, with no casualties, as fighting with Lebanon-based Hezbollah and Gaza-based Hamas showed no pause after the killing of top leaders involved in the Oct. 7 attack.

Israel’s military said dozens of projectiles were launched from Lebanon, as sirens wailed. Netanyahu’s office said the drone targeted his house in the Mediterranean coastal town of Caesarea, though neither he nor his wife were there.

Hezbollah did not claim responsibility for the drone attack but said it carried out several rocket attacks on northern and central Israel. The barrage came as Israel is expected to respond to an Iranian attack earlier this month.

Israel in turn carried out at least three airstrikes on Beirut’s southern suburbs known as Dahiyeh, a heavily populated area home to Hezbollah’s offices. Israel’s military said it was looking into the reported strikes.

In Gaza, Israeli forces fired at hospitals in the battered north of the Palestinian enclave, and strikes killed more than 50 people, including children, in less than 24 hours, according to hospital officials and an Associated Press reporter there.

“The possibility of war in the region remains a serious concern,” Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said while visiting Turkey.

Netanyahu spoke in English to openly brag about killing Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and used dehumanizing rhetoric when describing the war.

Hezbollah managed to land a kamikaze drone on Netanyahu's vacation home.

He literally is ignoring the international community as they are turning against Israel and the United States.

Israel is anticipated on striking Iran. Israel carried out numerous strikes on Hamas and the Iranian Revolutionary Forces. Iran has demanded the United Nations punish Israel. The U.S. continues to veto punishment. The U.S. which funds the Israeli regime and continues to give cover for its aggressions warned it will not tolerate Iran striking back. It also warned Israel to get humanitarian aid to Gazans or face a cut off.

Although its bluster, the American people are waning on giving billions to Israel while the U.S. is still recovering from the hurricanes that ravaged the South.

Kmart Extinct In The Wild!

Kmart can't be saved.

As of today, there is only one Kmart in the United States, one in Guam and three in the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is expected the Miami location to close by late 2024.

The New York location has officially closed.

Bridgehampton was the last store in the state and it will shutter at 10pm.

Kmart joins the list of once iconic retailers, such as Toys “R” Us, RadioShack, Pier 1, Bed Bath & Beyond and most of what’s left of Kmart’s corporate sibling Sears, once-successful chains that used to populate America’s malls and shopping centers but have ended up in retailing’s graveyard in recent years.

Eddie Lampert colossially screwed up the Sears and Kmart brands. On top of that these private equity firms were the reasons why these two iconic companies went out of business.

At its peak, Kmart was the second largest retailer. It had over 2,500 stores.

The company couldn't keep up with Walmart, Target, Amazon and Costco.

The company did not update their standards and remodel their stores to appeal to suburban shoppers.

Transformco, the company that in 2019 bought the assets of Sears and Kmart out of the bankruptcy of Sears Holdings, did not immediately respond to an email requesting comment.

The 2008 recession and the rising dominance of Amazon contributed in derailing that mission. Sears filed for Chapter 11 in 2018 and now has just a handful of stores left in the U.S., where it once had thousands.

As of today, Sears has eight locations in the United States.

Oh more bad news in retail.

Rite Aid is expected to close more locations as the company is on it's way out, they emerged out of bankruptcy. Walgreens is expected to close over 1,500 stores. CVS Health is expected to close 900 stores. The big pharmacies siphoned out the smaller ones and now leave communities in a bind.

Save A Lot stores no longer operate under their brands in several states. They will license their products to independent grocers.

Big Lots has announced they will close 50 stores upon its sell to a private equity firm.

The Cleveland Browns Move To Brook Park!

The Cleveland Browns will build their new stadium on the site of an old Ford manufacturing plant.

The city of Cleveland is angry over the Dawg Pound leaving the house.

The Cleveland Browns will leave Huntington Bank Stadium in 2028. They will build a new stadium 10 miles south of the city. It will be built in Brook Park, a suburb that is a 20 minute drive down Interstate 71 and locate their new stadium near the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

It is located on the former Ford Motors processing facility. The Browns will also build a shopping and entertainment complex to accommodate fans.

Mayor Justin Bibb, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) and Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH) were not pleased about the Haslam family's decision to move the team.

The team returned to Cleveland in 1999 after the original team owned by Art Modell relocated to Baltimore. The city agreed to build a new stadium for the team and a new stadium for the Cleveland Indians (now the Guardians).

The Browns starting on a losing streak have long sought for the safety of their fans.

After a rash of car break ins, the city had increased police presence and urged communities to be vigilant in preventing theft. The city was willing to build a new downtown stadium to accommodate.

The Guardians which play at Progressive Field and the Cleveland Cavaliers which play at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse will remain in downtown.

Bibb says the decision by the Browns' owners comes at a real cost to downtown businesses and the city: “We’ve already commissioned an economic impact study, which estimates the negative impact of the Browns leaving at more than $30-Million a year. The development of a new facility in Brook Park will create a new competing entertainment complex that threatens the viability of existing downtown sports and convention venues that the city, county, and state have already heavily invested in public subsidies.”

Myles Garrett with Joe Barrow. Garrett has considered leaving the Browns.

Dr. John Burke, a Professor of Economics at John Carroll tells 19 News that the decision, “It’s a disaster for the city of Cleveland.”

That‘s because many downtown businesses consider Browns’ football their bread and butter, “One more business that’s pulling out of Cleveland and going somewhere else,” Dr. Burke said.

Laurie Torres is the Owner of the downtown restaurant Mallorca, and she feels the move by the Browns is not just about the loss of revenue businesses will experience, “It looks bad. It looks like the team that’s been supported by the city for some years has kind of given up on the urban center.”

Joseph Valenti is the Owner of Flower Child Vintage which benefits when the Brown’s games are in town. He feels when businesses are threatened by a loss in revenue, so are their employees and that’s going to hurt, “Here’s a whole layer to the city when you see people on bikes in the morning, they’re going to their jobs, working in restaurants, cleaning hotels. There’s a whole underbelly. All those people will be affected by this decision.”

The city of Cleveland will also feel the loss in taxes paid by Browns' employees, “That payroll is now going to disappear and the income taxes on that payroll are going to disappear,” Dr. Burke said.

The new stadium estimated costs of $2.4 billion will be a domed arena to suit the Browns home games, big ticket concerts, televised WWE, UFC and WBA fights. If it suits the accommodations for seating, the NFL could decide if it can host a Super Bowl in the future.

Rep. Max Miller (R-OH) represents the area where Brook Park is located.

Bernie Moreno, the Ohio Republican senate candidate is being bankrolled by the Haslam family. Former Republican Tennessee governor Bill Haslam and Jimmy Haslam are part owners of the Browns.

October Surprise: Ruben Gallego's Divorce Reveals......!

We are family.

Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) and Phoenix mayor Kate Gallego slam the Washington Free Beacon, Arizona senate candidate Kari Lake and Republicans for trying to go low.

As the election for Arizona the U.S. Senate seat nears, the Free Beacon, a far right conspiracy outlet got the Arizona Supreme Court to unseal the divorce records between the lawmaker and 5th largest city mayor.

The Gallegos divorced in 2017.

Gallego who is running to replace controversial independent senator Kyrsten Sinema is leading Lake by double digits. The senator was driven out after Democratic donors and party operatives refuse to back her reelection. Sinema and fellow independent West Virginia senator Joe Manchin have been thorns in President Joe Biden's agenda. They have not endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris or any candidate replacing them.

Gallego supports Israel's invasion so I don't understand why his handlers decided to play gotcha politics. I mean his fellow is House members Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, Mark Green of Tennessee, Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Rich McCormick of Georgia, Beth Van Duyne of Texas, Jeff Duncan of South Carolina and former president Donald J. Trump had a divorce.

Why are the standards for Republicans set so low?

The records offer little insight into the high-profile marriage or the reasons it fell apart. There are no allegations of abuse or infidelity that could have upended Arizona’s closely watched Senate race, one of a handful that will determine control of the upper chamber of Congress.

The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative news site, petitioned to release the records, which Ruben and Kate Gallego both opposed, saying they wanted to protect their child’s safety and privacy. They were unsealed a day after the Arizona Supreme Court declined the Gallegos’ request for an emergency order keeping them private.

GOP nominee Kari Lake has hyped the release of the records as part of a broader attack on Ruben Gallego’s character, suggesting in interviews and social media posts that they would be a “massive story” and that the Gallegos’ fight to keep the record sealed showed they had something big to hide.

“I hope everybody who says they’re going to vote for him will hold off until we get the details about why he ran off on his wife when she was nine months pregnant,” she said on KTAR-FM this week, adding, “We don’t know if it was spousal abuse.”

Let's put MAGAland out of business.

The divorce decree, signed by both Gallegos, includes a declaration that “the parties acknowledge and agree that there was no domestic violence during the marriage or that significant domestic violence did not occur.”

In a joint statement Thursday, the Gallegos blasted Lake for hyping the divorce and said they have always prioritized the interests of their son, who is now 7.

“We demand an apology from Kari Lake for lying about our family and the circumstances of our divorce,” the statement said. “She will stop at nothing to score a cheap political point — even if it means endangering the privacy and well-being of our young son.”

Caroline Wren, a senior adviser to Lake, said Lake had “nothing to do with this lawsuit.”

“It’s bizarre that Ruben Gallego would demand an apology from Kari Lake for his appalling behavior,” Wren said, questioning how Gallego could spend millions of dollars on advertising claiming he wants to protect women after divorcing his pregnant wife.

“If Ruben Gallego will turn his back on his pregnant wife days before she gives birth, he will turn his back on the women of Arizona,” she added.

The divorce file spells out the shared parenting and custody plan for their son, who was born while the divorce case was pending, and how the couple’s assets would be divided, but most of those details were redacted from the publicly released records.

The case was finalized four months after it was filed without any indication of wrangling over assets or custody.

Yavapai County judge John Napper, a Republican ordered the case unsealed, predicted after reviewing the file that “everyone’s going to be rather deflated.” He called it “one of the most garden variety divorce files I have ever seen.”

The breakup of the Gallego marriage shortly before the birth of their first child shocked the Arizona political community when it was announced in 2016. Speculation about the reasons and the secrecy surrounding the divorce records has been one of the biggest challenges Ruben Gallego has confronted in his Senate campaign.

Both Gallegos have called their separation a “private matter” and have said little publicly about it, though Ruben Gallego, a retired U.S. Marine, has suggested post-traumatic stress disorder he got from a deployment to Iraq contributed.

Kate Gallego endorsed her ex-husband’s Senate campaign last year, and they routinely appear together in public, often with their son.

The Gallegos went to extraordinary lengths to keep the records private. Ruben Gallego filed the petition for divorce in Yavapai County, 100 miles from Phoenix and where neither has ever lived, and asked a judge to take the rare step of sealing the entire case file.

Napper, the judge now overseeing the case, ruled the case was improperly sealed and rejected many of the Gallegos’ requested redactions.

The Arizona Court of Appeals sided with the Free Beacon last week and ordered the files unsealed on Thursday. The state Supreme Court declined to step in late Wednesday.

Yahya Sinwar Passed Away!

Martyrdom. Yahya Sinwar died like a solider and Benjamin Netanyahu is a punk sissy.

The Israeli regime confirms that they killed Hamas top leader Yahya Sinwar.

He was not in tunnels, he was not in a luxury home, he was not in exile and he was not hiding around human shields. He fought to his final breath.

He was a Palestinian resistance fighter and politician who served as the de facto leader of Hamas. He was the chairman of the Hamas Political Bureau from August 2024 and the Hamas leader in the Gaza Strip from February 2017 until his death, succeeding Ismail Haniyeh in both roles. Born in October 1962, Sinwar was born in the Khan Yunis refugee camp in Egyptian-ruled Gaza in 1962 to a family who had been expelled or fled from Majdal 'Asqalan (modern Ashkelon) during the 1948 Palestine War. He finished his studies at the Islamic University of Gaza, where he received a bachelor's degree in Arabic studies. For orchestrating the abduction and killing of four Palestinians he considered to be collaborators and two Israeli soldiers in 1989, Sinwar was sentenced to four life sentences by Israel, of which he served 22 years until his release among 1,026 others in a 2011 prisoner exchange for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit. During his time in prison, Sinwar continued to coordinate the execution of Palestinians suspected of collaboration with Israel and planned the abduction of Israeli soldiers. In 2004 he received medical treatment from Israeli surgeons at Soroka Medical Center for a life-threatening brain tumor. Sinwar was one of the co-founders of the security apparatus of Hamas.

The arrogance of the Israeli regime.

In 2017, Sinwar was elected as the leader of Hamas in Gaza and claimed to pursue 'peaceful, popular resistance' the following year, supporting the 2018–2019 Gaza border protests, though he is also reported to have been dedicated to eradicating Israel and is said to have seen military confrontation as the only path to "liberating Palestine", saying that this would be achieved "by force, not negotiations". He also developed strong ties with Iran. Re-elected as Hamas leader in 2021, Sinwar survived an assassination attempt by Israel that same year. He is widely regarded as the mastermind behind the October 7 Hamas-led attack on Israel in 2023. The group had been planning the attack for two years, with Sinwar seeking to involve Hezbollah and Iran, while avoiding confrontations to maintain the element of surprise.

Hamas and the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades have been designated terrorist organisations by the United States, the European Union, and other countries and, in September 2015, Sinwar was specifically designated a terrorist by the United States government. In May 2024, Karim Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, announced his intention to apply for an arrest warrant for Sinwar for war crimes and crimes against humanity, as part of the ICC investigation in Palestine.

Sinwar was killed October 2024, during a firefight with the Israeli military. But in reality, Israel used relentless airstrikes. They literally edit on Wikipedia. They push propaganda on X and Facebook. They have spies within the ADL and AIPAC trying to gather information on people who oppose Isrsel.

Israel uses genocidal and colonialist rhetoric to describe Muslims, Arabs and people who oppose the country.

The country uses victimhood and oppressive behavior at the same time.

Battered Yahya Sinwar still fought to the end.

Sinwar was killed days before his birthday. He was 61.

He was inside a home in Gaza when the regime dropped bombs on everything.

The U.S. congratulated Israel on its success of killing Sinwar. Now they are urging the regime to wrap it up. Israel isn't stopping.

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have backed Israel regardless. But their frustration with the regime and its agenda to stop Hamas and Hezbollah has boiled to a point. The U.S. gave Israel an ultimatum.

The Logan Act is not enacted when it comes to Israel.

Israel has deliberately denied humanitarian aid. It has killed humanitarian aid workers and Americans. Biden says he is outraged but not doing anything to stop Israel from engaging its invasions and genocidal extremism.

The resistance has exposed how Israel operates and the world appears to be more sympathetic to the Palestinian cause. Israel is trying to desperately change the narrative by claiming that they are the only thing that is stopping terrorism.

The real terrorists is Israel and their Jewish white supremacist regime.

Israel is an apartheid ethnostate. It stole land, segregated indigenous communities, instigate conflicts, meddle in U.S. and British elections, invaded five sovereign nations and illegally targeted individuals.

While no one in the United States knew who Sinwar was, Israel propped him up like he was Osama bin Laden. Sinwar was a senior political figure with Hamas.

He was involved in the ceasefire talks with Qatar.

Yahya Sinwar was the Hamas leader who Israeli officials said was the main architect of the group’s Oct. 7 terror attack on Israel and who the country’s military has been chasing for more than a year.

It’s been believed that Sinwar, who was in charge of day-to-day operations in Gaza prior to the Oct. 7 attack, was able to escape Israel Defense Forces by using Hamas’ complex tunnel system in the Palestinian enclave. After the Oct. 7 attack, a former IDF spokesperson described him as a “dead man walking” as the military vowed to eliminate him.

Israel is propagating Sinwar's death like Osama bin Laden.

Sinwar joined Hamas after it was founded in 1987, gaining a reputation for brutality after he reportedly helped to form the militant group’s internal security force, according a profile of him by European Council on Foreign Relations, a think tank.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sinwar’s death could mark “the beginning of the end” of the war in Gaza. Netanyahu is wanted by the International Criminal Court for genocide.

Israeli President Isaac Herzog commended the country's military and security forces for killing Sinwar, whom he described as the mastermind behind years of "heinous acts of terrorism against Israeli civilians."

Sinwar dedicated his life to bloodshed and "destabilizing the Middle East," Herzog wrote on X.

"Now, more than ever, we must act in every way possible to bring back the 101 hostages who are still being held in horrific conditions by Hamas terrorists in Gaza," Herzog said.

Sinwar married Samar Muhammad Abu Zamar in 21 November 2011, who is 18 years younger than him, and has three children. The oldest one is Ibrahim Yahya, hence the name Abu Ibrahim as his kunya. His wife holds a master's degree in theology from the Islamic University of Gaza.

Biden's allies are evil.

In addition to his native Arabic, Sinwar spoke Hebrew, which he learned during his imprisonment, along with insights into Israeli culture.

Sinwar was a hafiz, meaning that he had completely memorized the Quran.

The Israeli Defense Force and the Shin Bet said they were looking into whether Sinwar was among three individuals killed in an operation in Gaza that had taken place the previous day, though neither Israel or Hamas made any official confirmation. IDF soldiers who were investigating a strike on Hamas members found a body with striking resemblance to Sinwar and a DNA sample was collected. the body of Sinwar was found dressed in military fatigues, clad in a kuffiyeh and grasping an AK-47, Additional items found on his person included 40,000 NIS in cash, a lighter and an UNRWA employee ID. According to Kan radio, his associates were found with cash, weapons and fake IDs.

Of course, Israel is known for planting evidence and exaggerating how they captured their targets. I finding it quite interesting that Sinwar who never left Gaza has all these props and cash when he was starving like every Palestinian in the Gaza Strip.

Israeli operatives from Shin Bet are notorious for blending in. Just like the Mossad when they do illegal target kills.

The IDF confirmed through DNA analysis that Sinwar had been killed a day earlier in Gaza during a firefight with the IDF. Israel Police said in a statement that the body matched Sinwar's dental records and fingerprints. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the killing of Sinwar "is not the end of the war in Gaza." Netanyahu declared that Sinwar's death marked the beginning of a new era without Hamas's rule over Gaza, urging Gazans to seize the opportunity to break free from its tyranny, and adding that those holding hostages will be spared if they surrender and release them.
