Keir Starmer Will Face A Challenge In Great Britain!

A new face and the same status quo.

The Conservative Party was ousted in British elections. A new prime minister is taking over. The new prime minister will move to 10 Downing Street. The Labour Party reclaims power.

King Charles III, Queen Camillia, Prince William and Princess Catherine will greet the new prime minister.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Deputy Minister Chrystia Freeland, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, French president Emmanuel Macron and European Union president Ursula von der Leyen will meet Keir Starmer in the coming weeks.

He will replace Rishi Sunak, the first Indian British Prime Minister.

The former prime minister and his Conservative Party allies led Great Britain into chaos.

The support of Israel, inflation, the departure from the European Union and the unpopularity of King Charles III has led the Conservative Party to defeat.

Even former prime minister Liz Truss was ousted from her district. She was the second woman and shortest serving British Prime Minister. Her term came after former prime minister Boris Johnson resigned in disgrace after violating COVID regulations after pushing for mandatory enforcement. He and his allies held a party at the height of the pandemic.

Conservatives have tried to push for British first and the same culture war noise the U.S. Republican Party engaged in.

Prime Minister Keir Starmer is a centre-left politician. He supports Israel as his predecessor. It has been a thorn for progressives in Britain. Jeremy Corbyn, the former Labour Party leader who now is an independent won a seat. He vows to continue pushing for an end to foreign aid to Israel.

Many pro Israel operatives have vowed to defeat him and U.S. lawmaker, Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO).

Starmer led Britain’s Labour Party to a landslide election victory, and on Friday became the country’s 58th prime minister — the first leader from the center-left party to win a U.K. national election since Tony Blair, who won three in a row starting in 1997.

It’s the latest reinvention for a man who went from human rights attorney to hard-nosed prosecutor and from young radical to middle-aged pragmatist.

Like Blair, who refashioned the party as “New Labour” in the 1990s, 61-year-old Starmer led Labour to a landslide victory over Sunak’s Conservative Party in Thursday’s election after dragging the party towards the political middle ground.

“People look at Starmer and they see this guy who is very solid, clearly very able in his professional life,” said Douglas Beattie, author of “How Labour Wins (and Why it Loses).”

“I think people want that caution, they want that stability.”

A former chief prosecutor for England and Wales, Starmer has often been caricatured by Conservative opponents as a “lefty London lawyer.” He was knighted for his role leading the Crown Prosecution Service, and opponents like to use his title, Sir Keir Starmer, to paint him as elite and out of touch. While most prime ministers are awarded knighthoods, damehoods — the female equivalent — or other royal honors after their time in office, Starmer is the first knight of the realm to become the country’s leader since Sir Alec Douglas-Hume in 1963.

Starmer prefers to stress his humble roots and down-to-earth tastes. He loves soccer — still plays the sport on weekends — and enjoys nothing more than watching Premier League team Arsenal over a beer in his local pub. He and his wife Victoria, who works in occupational health, have two teenage children they strive to keep out of the public eye.

During the campaign he was stubbornly resistant to revealing flashes of personality, telling a Guardian interviewer that he couldn’t remember any of his dreams, did not have a favorite novel and had no childhood fears.

Starmer becomes the first Labour Prime Minister in over 10 years.

When he did get personal, telling a journalist that he hopes to carve out Friday evenings to spend with his family — his wife is Jewish, and Friday-night Shabbat dinners are a family tradition — the Conservatives used it against him, claiming Starmer planned to be a part-time prime minister.

Born in 1963, Starmer is the son of a toolmaker and a nurse who named him after Keir Hardie, the Labour Party’s first leader. One of four children, he was raised in a cash-strapped household in a small town outside London.

“There were hard times,” he said in a speech launching his election campaign. “I know what out-of-control inflation feels like, how the rising cost of living can make you scared of the postman coming down the path: ‘Will he bring another bill we can’t afford?’”

Starmer’s mother suffered from a chronic illness, Still’s disease, that left her in pain, and Starmer has said that visiting her in the hospital and helping to care for her helped form his strong support for the state-funded National Health Service.

He was the first member of his family to go to college, studying law at Leeds University and Oxford. As a lawyer, he took civil liberties cases including that of the “McLibel Two,” green activists sued by McDonald’s for handing out leaflets saying the restaurant chain sold unhealthy food.

The cases often put him at odds with both Conservative and Labour governments, so his switch to become chief prosecutor in 2008 surprised some colleagues. But during five years in the job he gained a reputation as a tough and hard-working director of public prosecutions, a role that included prosecuting people charged with terrorism, organized crime and other serious offenses.

Starmer entered politics relatively late, in his 50s, and was elected to Parliament in 2015. He often disagreed with the party leader at the time, staunch socialist Jeremy Corbyn, at one point quitting the party’s top team over disagreements, but agreed to serve as Labour’s Brexit spokesman under Corbyn.

Starmer has faced repeated questions about that decision, and about urging voters to support Corbyn, a divisive figure under whose leadership the party was hammered in the 2019 election.

He said he wanted to stay and fight to change Labour, arguing that “leaders are temporary, but political parties are permanent.”

After Corbyn led Labour to election defeats in 2017 and 2019 — the latter the party’s worst result since 1935 — Labour picked Starmer to lead efforts to rebuild.

His leadership has coincided with a turbulent period that saw Britain suffer through the COVID-19 pandemic, leave the EU, absorb the economic shock of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and endure economic turmoil from Liz Truss’ turbulent 49-day term as prime minister in 2022.

Jeremy Corbyn returns to Parliament. He vows to be resistant to the status quo. Corbyn vows to end British taxpayer funding to Israel.

Voters are weary from a cost-of-living crisis, a wave of public sector strikes and political turmoil that saw the Conservative Party dispatch two prime ministers within weeks in 2022 — Boris Johnson and Truss — before installing Sunak to try to steady the ship.

Starmer imposed discipline on a party with a well-earned reputation for internal division, ditched some of Corbyn’s socialist policies and apologized for antisemitism that an internal investigation concluded had been allowed to spread under Corbyn.

Starmer promised “a culture change in the Labour Party.” His mantra is now “country before party.”

Starmer has promised voters that a Labour government can ease Britain’s chronic housing crisis and repair its fraying public services, especially the creaking health service — but without imposing tax increases or deepening the public debt.

“While I don’t think anyone is particularly excited about Keir Starmer, I think he has done a good job of situating himself as the kind of competent grown up in the room who is going to be able to bring government back to where it belongs,” said Lise Butler, senior lecturer in modern history at City University of London.

Starmer will face pressure to deliver quickly. He has already dismayed some supporters by watering down a pledge to spend billions investing in green technology, saying a Labour government would not borrow more to fund public spending.

Starmer was a strong opponent of Britain’s decision to leave the European Union, but now says a Labour government won’t seek to reverse Brexit, another disappointment to many in the party.

“A lot of people on the left will accuse him of letting them down, betraying socialist principles. And a lot of people on the right accuse him of flip-flopping,” said Tim Bale, professor of politics at Queen Mary University of London.

“But, hey, if that’s what it takes to win, then I think that tells you something about Starmer’s character. He will do whatever it takes — and has done whatever it takes — to get into government.”

Biden: Okay, If I Lose.... Don't Blame Me!

Ain't worried about the noise.

Rightfully so, don't blame Joe Biden if he loses. Blame yourself.

Democrats are their own worst enemy. I get that they hold their party accountable for their actions but this is what makes Democrats lose. They are a big tent party and they just can't come together in a situation where it requires all hands on deck.

Republicans are willing to back a confirmed sexual predator. A convicted criminal. A man who threatened to overturn democracy. A man who pandered in racial dog whistles and constant lying. A man who is just as old and just as senile as his Democratic rival.

They are willing to die for the Republican presumptive nominee.

It is clear that I will have to reluctantly back Biden. If we allow Republicans retake the White House and Congress, we will see years of achievements rolled back.

All the noise and no substance.

President Joe Biden on the campaign trail confirmed that he had a bad night. He said that all politicians go through a bad debate. He said he is in for the long haul despite the calls for him to step aside.

You remember this was the same folks who pushed the narratives in 2020.

You know it's the white folks and the token Blacks like Van Jones are calling for Biden to step down.

Van Jones is married to a white woman. His takes are often dismissed by the Black community.

White people have the biggest concern about Biden's age and health.

I have my issues with Biden when it comes to unconditional support to Israel. He is willing to assist a country that wants his rival to win. Israel has been a huge thorn in the Democrats agenda.

Abigail Disney, a heir to the Walt Disney Company and donor said she will not give Democrats any donations unless Biden steps aside.

Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) joins Sen. Joe Manchin (I-WV) in the concern trolling.

Rep. Lloyd Doggett (D-TX), Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL) and Rep. Angie Craig (D-MN), all white Democrats who support Israel are calling for Biden to step aside.

Many of Biden's adamant supporters have denounced the calls.

CNN which is pushing it more than Fox. The network had Dr. Sanjay Gupta on to discuss whether the president should take a cognitive test.

ABC had George Stephanopoulos conduct a post debate and Independence Day interview with Biden. The host had grilled Biden on the debate and Democrats concerned about his ability to govern. Biden stated that he is not going to be pressured to step down.

“Look, I have a cognitive test every single day,” Biden told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, referring to the tasks he faces daily in a rigorous job. “Every day, I have that test. Everything I do. You know, not only am I campaigning, but I’m running the world.”

It's all or nothing.

The 81-year-old Biden made it through the 22-minute interview Friday without any major blunders that would inflict further damage to his imperiled candidacy. But it appeared unlikely to fully tamp down concerns about his age and fitness for another four years and his ability to defeat former president Donald J. Trump in November.

On Saturday, another Democratic lawmaker joined close to a half dozen in saying Biden should not run again. Rep. Angie Craig of Minnesota said that given what she saw and heard in the debate, and Biden’s “lack of a forceful response” afterward, he should step aside “and allow for a new generation of leaders to step forward.”

Craig posted one of the Democrats’ key suburban wins in the 2018 midterms and could be a barometer for districts that were vital for Biden in 2020.

The interview left Biden in a standoff against a not-insignificant faction of his party with four months to go until Election Day, and with just weeks until the Democratic National Convention. The drawn-out spectacle could benefit Biden’s efforts to remain in the race by limiting the party’s options to replace him. But it also could be a distraction from vital efforts to frame the 2024 race as a referendum on Trump.

During the interview, Biden insisted he was not more frail than earlier in his presidency. He said he undergoes “ongoing assessment” by his personal doctors and they “don’t hesitate to tell me” if something is wrong.

“Can I run the 100 in 10 flat? No. But I’m still in good shape,” Biden said.

As for the debate, “I didn’t listen to my instincts in terms of preparing,” Biden said.

Biden suggested that Trump’s disruptions — from just a few feet away — had flustered him: “I realized that, even when I was answering a question and they turned his mic off, he was still shouting and I let it distract me. I’m not blaming it on that. But I realized that I just wasn’t in control.”

At times, Biden rambled during the interview, which ABC said aired in full and without edits. At one point, he started to explain his debate performance, then veered to a New York Times poll, then pivoted to the lies Trump told during the debate. Biden also referred to the midterm “red wave” as occurring in 2020, rather than 2022.

Biden has a stuttering disorder. That is one of the main reasons that he misspeak.

I mean he has often tried to talk at a pace where many can hear him but of course, he does have trouble trying to explain himself.

Asked how he might turn the race around, Biden argued that one key would be large and energetic rallies like the one he held Friday in Wisconsin. When reminded that Trump routinely draws larger crowds, the president laid into his opponent.

“Trump is a pathological liar,” Biden said, accusing Trump of bungling the federal response to the COVID pandemic and failing to create jobs. “You ever see something that Trump did that benefited someone else and not him?”

The interview, paired with a weekend campaign in battleground Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, was part of Biden’s rigorous effort to course correct from his rocky debate performance. But internal party frustrations continue to fester, with one influential Democratic senator working on a nascent push to encourage the president to exit the race and Democrats quietly chatting about where they would go next if the president drops out — or what it would mean if he stays in.

“It’s President Biden’s decision whether or not he remains in the race. Voters select our nominee and they chose him,” said California Rep. Ro Khanna, a member of the Biden campaign’s national advisory board that works as a gathering of his top surrogates. “Now, he needs to prove to those voters that he is up to the job and that will require more than just this one interview.”

One Democrat who watched said they found Biden to be still shaky under controlled conditions and predicted more will call on him to leave the race.

Still, in Wisconsin, Biden was focused on proving his capacity to serve another term. When asked whether he would halt his campaign, he told reporters he was “completely ruling that out” and said he is “positive” he could serve another four years. At a rally in front of hundreds of supporters he acknowledged his subpar debate performance but insisted, “I am running, and I’m going to win again.”

While private angst among Democratic lawmakers, donors and strategists has been running deep since the debate, most in the party have held public fire as they wait to see if the president can restore confidence with his weekend travel and his handling of the interview. Top Biden campaign officials were texting lawmakers encouraging them to refrain from public comments about the situation and give the president a chance to respond, according to a Democrat granted anonymity to discuss the situation.

To that end, Sen. Mark Warner reached out to fellow senators throughout this week to discuss whether to ask Biden to exit the race, according to three people familiar with the effort who requested anonymity to talk about private conversations. The Virginia Democrat’s moves are notable given his chairmanship of the Senate Intelligence Committee and his reputation as a lawmaker who is supportive of Biden and has working relationships with colleagues in both parties. Warner’s effort was first reported by The Washington Post.

The strategy remains fluid. One of the people with knowledge of Warner’s effort said there are enough Senate Democrats concerned enough about Biden’s capacity to run for reelection to take some sort of action, although there was yet no consensus on what that plan would be. Some of the Democratic senators could meet as soon as Monday on how to move forward.

The top Democrats on House committees are planning to meet virtually Sunday to discuss the situation, according to a person familiar with the gathering granted anonymity to talk about it.

At least five House Democrats have called for Biden to step down as the nominee. While not going that far, Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey said in a carefully worded statement Friday that Biden now has a decision to make on “the best way forward.”

“I urge him to listen to the American people and carefully evaluate whether he remains our best hope to defeat Donald Trump,” Healey said.

In the interview, Biden was asked how he might be persuaded to leave the race. He laughed and replied, “If the Lord Almighty comes down and tells me that, I might do that.”

There were also a few signs of discontent at Biden’s campaign rally Friday, with one person onstage waving a sign that read “Pass the torch Joe” as the president came out. His motorcade was also greeted at the middle school by a few people urging him to move on.

But Rebecca Green, a 52-year-old environmental scientist from Madison, said she found Biden’s energy reassuring. “We were just waiting for him to come out strong and fighting again, the way we know he is.”

Many Democratic lawmakers, who are hearing from constituents at home during the holiday week, are deeply frustrated and split on whether Biden should stay or go. Privately, discussions among the House Democrats flared this week as word spread that some of them were drafting public letters suggesting the president should quit the race.

Biden appears to have pulled his family closer while attempting to prove that he’s still the Democrats’ best option.

The ubiquitous presence of Hunter Biden in the West Wing since the debate has become an uncomfortable dynamic for many staffers, according to two Democrats close to the White House who requested anonymity to discuss the sensitive matter.

The ubiquitous presence of Hunter Biden in the West Wing since the debate has become an uncomfortable dynamic for many staffers, according to two Democrats close to the White House who requested anonymity to discuss the sensitive matter.

For many staffers, the sight of Hunter Biden, just weeks after his conviction on felony gun charges, taking a larger role in advising his father has been unsettling and a questionable choice, they said.

In a hastily organized gathering with more than 20 Democratic governors Wednesday evening, Biden acknowledged he needs to sleep more and limit evening events so he can be rested for the job. In trying to explain away those comments, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stressed that Biden “works around the clock” but that he “also recognizes the importance of striking a balance and taking care of himself.”

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, who attended the meeting, said Biden “certainly engaged with us on complicated matters.”

“But then again, this is something that he needs to not just reassure Democratic governors on, but he needs to reassure the American people,” Beshear said.

Burger And Fries! 🍔🍟

Good jobs report. Junk food media still ragging on Biden's debate and who is replacing him.

Of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, the jobs report details how many jobs were spread across the United States. Some areas seen job growth while others saw job losses.

The U.S. economy again added slightly more jobs than expected in June though the unemployment rate increased, the Labor Department reported Friday.

Nonfarm payrolls increased by 206,000 for the month, better than the 200,000 Dow Jones forecast though less than the downwardly revised gain of 218,000 in May, which was cut sharply from the initial estimate of 272,000.

The unemployment rate unexpectedly climbed to 4.1%, tied for the highest level since October 2021 and providing a conflicting sign for Federal Reserve officials weighing their next move on monetary policy. The forecast had been for the jobless rate to hold steady at 4%.

“It’s a soft landing kind of report,” Jan Hatzius, chief economist at Goldman Sachs, said on CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street.” “This does support the idea that [the Fed] will cut relatively son, and we continue to think September is the most likely.”

Walmart has closed 20 stores this year.

The increase in the unemployment rate came as the labor force participation rate, which indicates the level of working-age people who are employed or actively searching for a job, rose to 62.6%, up 0.1 percentage point. The so-called prime age rate, which focuses on those between ages 25 and 54, rose to 83.7%, its highest in more than 22 years.

Though June job creation topped expectations, it was due in large part to a 70,000 surge in government jobs. Also, health care, a consistent leader by sector, added 49,000 while social assistance contributed 34,000 and construction was up 27,000.

Several sectors saw declines, including professional and business services (-17.000) and retail (-9,000).

On wages, average hourly earnings increased 0.3% for the month and 3.9% from a year ago, both in line with estimates. The average work week was steady at 34.3 hours.

The column chart shows monthly job creation in the U.S. from January 2022 through June 2024.

Stock market futures nudged higher following the report while Treasury yields were negative. Traders also increased their bets that the Fed would implement its initial interest rate cut in September.

Long-term unemployment rose sharply on the month, up 166,000 to 1.5 million, compared with 1.1 million a year ago. The BLS said the share of long-term unemployed as a percentage of the total jobless level was 22.2%, compared with 18.8% a year ago.

The unemployment rate for Black workers moved up to 6.3%, its highest since March. The rate for Asians jumped a full percentage point to 4.1%, its highest since August 2021.

A broader unemployment rate which counts discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons held steady at 7.4%. Household employment, which is used to calculate the unemployment rate, rose by 116,000. The household survey also showed a decrease of 28,000, in full-time workers and an increase of 50,000 in part-time workers.

So we are about five months away from the 2024 U.S. presidential election and the junk food media is about to give a pass to a man who lies repeatedly. A man who was convicted of falsely business records. A man who is a confirmed sexual predator. A man who defied the U.S. government by trying to overturn an election and has promised to do it again. A man who is the very definition of white privilege and entitlement. A man who got immunity for committing crimes while in office.

The Supreme Court had rolled back federal regulations, gave the U.S. presidents immunity from crimes, made homeless a crime, gave Jan. 6 insurrectionists a pass on illegal acts and allowed Mifepristone as well as emergency abortions to continue for now.

Project 2025 is already taking shape by Republicans pushing for mandatory reading of the bible in public schools in Oklahoma. The displaying of the Ten Commandments in Louisiana public schools. Numerous bans on books, gender affirming surgery, transgender women using bathrooms, transgender women playing sports, the teaching of critical race theory and woke.

Republicans are sticking with a lying convicted felon and sexual predator.

Greater Israel is happening. The UN is blocked from enacting sanctions on Israel because of the United States repeatedly blocking motions to hold the rogue apartheid ethnostate accountable for its nearly year war. This war is a genocide. It has killed 45,000 Palestinians are killed, thousands of Israeli soldiers are killed and regional conflict is happening. Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Syria and Yemen have vowed retaliation after Israel carried out illegal acts on their lands.

The current president, Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. is stuck between a rock and a hard place. He is facing calls to quit the presidential race, the junk food media is ignoring the accomplishments, he is facing blowback from his support of Israel, the constant mention of the polls showing him losing to his Republican rival former president Donald J. Trump and the repeated campaign to tarnish his son Hunter.

You know the junk food media ain't talking about Hunter Biden much. Sean "Softball" Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Mark Levin, Fox, Breitbart are more concerned about Biden's health and age.

Trump is still telling Americans that if he doesn't win, there will be all out war. He still is telling the world that if he gets in he will finish what he started.

Republicans still can't govern in the House of Representatives. They are pushing authoritarianism in states they have control of. They are banning swatting, honing and regulations on testing. But when it comes to firearms, they refuse to do something.

Over 300 mass shootings.

Violent 4th of July. Mass shootings where a gunman kills or injure more than four.

Republicans are using dog whistles when talking about Israel, crime, immigration and gun violence.

1. Hamas are terrorist to Israel and the United States. Those who support Hamas or defend their actions are labeled terrorist sympathizers, antisemitic, traitors, unpatriotic, radicals or whatever they conjure up.

2. Gun violence is the No. 1 threat to children and adults. When gun violence happen in Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Atlanta, Washington, DC, Detroit and Baltimore, a Republican lawmaker wants to blame gun violence on Democratic mayors instead of the Congress.

3. Immigration is right now at record lows. The world views the U.S. as a hostile country and migrants from the Global South are beginning to ban American influence. They fear a Trump presidency could cause instability. Republicans are pushing for border closures, border/segregation walls, mass deportations, elimination of birthright citizenship, end of legal rights to Americans married to immigrants and push for English only. They also want to ban immigrants or student visas. They want to deport any immigrant who protest Israel or Trump.

4. Crime is a record lows. But property theft is up. Shoplifting, the Kia/Hyundai challenge, gun violence, white collar crimes and cybertheft have occurred. But again its racial dog whistles. Many corporations are getting away with greed and theft of wages. Many Americans are tired of paying more for less product. Kia and Hyundai are still facing criticism over this Kia Boyz nonsense. Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Wexman are on their last legs. Walmart, Target and Kroger are closing stores in predominantly Black and Latino neighborhoods. Republicans are pushing for more mandatory sentences for theft. Democrats want to push for regulations on shrinkflation and theft of wages. Republicans oppose overtime and regulations to keep corporations from raising product prices.

Project 2025 is real. It is a detailed plan for Republicans and a Trump presidency. It calls for removal of the filibuster to push through inexperience federal judges who could end up in the Supreme Court.

U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon is a prime example of inexperience judges. With Project 2025, more of this could happen.

Republicans want political revenge. Trump wants to jail his rivals. He may get that wish if he does return to power. This is not a joke. We ignored the threats in 2016 and 2020. It seems like we are going to do this again.

J.D. Vance, Marco Rubio and Doug Burgum are being vetted as Trump's running mate.

Do not assume that every place has jobs. Companies are closing up shop. The tech industry, retail, trucking and press are laying off workers. The service industry is continuing to suffer due to stagnant wages, lack of achievements and work overload.

Also, housing is still down. More Americans can't afford rent or car payments.

AIPAC has poured money into many of these primaries. It openly bragged that its choices which were Democrats and Republicans beat their challengers.

House members passed a bill to define antisemitism in attempt to suppress freedom of speech. The insufferable House of Representatives in a bipartisan moment are trying to criminalize thought and dissent.

They are now trying to outlaw any criticism of Israel as hate speech which could be punishable by sanctions, divestment or allowing companies to terminate employment of anyone who dares criticizes Israel.

Let me get this straight: You are more upset over words than actions. You are upset someone using their freedom of speech to criticize a foreign country engaged in a propaganda campaign to shield itself from war crimes and impunity. You are upset over people using their voices, their wallets and their time to protest an injustice. Well, get upset over your taxpayer money aiding foreign nations. Get upset over foreign nations killing Americans in a war funded by our taxpayer money. Get upset over the deaths of thousands in Haiti, Chad, Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Syria, Venezuela, Myanmar, Mexico, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine and Palestine. Get upset at your president, your senator, your representative, your governor, your state leader, your mayor and your local junk food media for bowing to the evil regime of Israel.

The Congress has less work than most Americans. It is infuriating that the average worker works more 50 hours a week while 157 House members and 36 senators work on average of 25 hours a week.

Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the president. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.

Rite Aid on its last leg.

To make this clear, it doesn't matter anymore who the fucking president is. Biden, Trump and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. are backing Israel over the world. They are so out of touch with reality.

Holding Biden accountable for his actions doesn't mean a lockstep vote and support.

I. Am. Calling. Him. Out.

Biden is an advocate of war and genocide. He is tone deaf and unfortunately a lost cause.

What pisses me off is our lawmakers are calling protesters "Hamas supporters" to paint peaceful protests as an act of "terrorism."

With billions of dollars of aid going to Israel, you would think that American lawmakers would have our taxpayer money spent on more useful things!

The lawmakers will spend more taxpayer money to fix our crumbling infrastructure.

Many of these Republicans who vote against funding the government and assistance for some of America's less fortunate are willing to give billions to a foreign nation engaged in an illegal act of genocide. Same with Democrats. They claim they want to protect democracy but endorse a fascist government sworn to being an ethnostate on our taxpayer dime.

President Joe Biden's headaches:

  1. Donald J. Trump.
  2. Elon Musk and X.
  3. Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook and Meta.
  4. TikTok.
  5. The Republicans in the House of Representatives and the Senate stalling his agenda.

Monthly reminders:

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

The world wants this evil man gone.

You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in. However, there is always a catch to working entry level jobs that make over $20 an hour. Folks must work hours that do not accommodate home and social life, it may only be part time work or temporary. Some jobs may force overtime or refuse to pay for work rendered. With unions being weaken by states, it may be an at-will company. So if you are on social media, protesting injustices, supporting controversial issues or making threats to local officials; you could lose your job.

Jobs are looking good despite fears.

Companies are cautious about hiring employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus, gun violence and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience.

Gaza will not be erased. The world will hold Israel accountable.

Trump's presidency and Republican controlled governments are incompetent. Their leadership has killed millions of Americans. Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.

Keep pressure on them with Israel.

Israel must be held accountable for war crimes and the U.S. must end its aid. Our taxpayer money should not help Israel any further.

They are feeling it. Democrats know the risk of supporters being turned off by their policies. They know that Biden is under extreme pressure to do something. Arab Americans, Muslim and young voters have vowed to never back Biden putting his reelection chances in danger.

The call number to the White House and U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official White House numbers 202-456-1111 and 202-456-1414. This is the Congress official phone number, 202-224-3121. Please be respectful to operators, staff members and elected leaders. Your calls are monitored by the U.S. Secret Service and U.S. Capitol Police.

Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that we are tired of police officers using immunity when committing death of suspects in custody. Let them know that you are tired of private equity firms getting away with destroying small businesses and long established companies. Let them know that you are tired of your taxpayer money going to foreign nations like Israel. You are tired of hearing about "Israel having a right to..." and the bogus claims of being anti-semitic or in support of terrorism.

We have bigger issues at home and our tax dollars should solve the housing crisis, lowering food prices, fixing roads, bridges, helping reinvest in struggling urban and rural communities. We have hospitals closing, big box retailers leaving communities and television programs dying. There are bigger issues in the country than Israel. You want an immediate ceasefire and accountability for war crimes done by Israel. You want no more foreign influence in American elections. You also want to make sure future presidents and lawmakers avoid influence from lobbyists.

The Government Told Christopher Dorsey He Can't Be The B.G. Anymore!

A federal judge told B.G. to retire from rap and get an actual job.

After releasing his first mixtape after his release from federal time out, the U.S. government sort of put a hold on B.G. and his music career. The government ordered Christopher Dorsey to report to his probation officer and have his acts an entertainer cleared.

U.S. District Court Judge Susie Morgan was not pleased with B.G. having a reunion concert with Juvenile, Gucci Mane, Boosie Badazz and Turk. They are convicted felons.

Gucci Mane was in federal time out for three years.

Boosie, Juvie and Turk all were in the iron college for felony convictions.

B.G. must provide the government with copies of any songs he writes moving forward, ahead of their production or promotion – and, if they are deemed to be inconsistent with his goals of rehabilitation, prosecutors could move to toughen the terms dictating his supervised release.

B.G. is a resident of Las Vegas. He was born and raised in New Orleans.

He was one of the first early signed artists to Cash Money Records. He was with the label until 2005. He released six albums and two collaborations with the label.

In 2011, Dorsey pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a firearm and one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice. On July 18, 2012, Dorsey was sentenced to 14 years in a federal prison and three years federal supervision upon his release.

In 2023, Dorsey was released from prison after serving 11 of his 14 year sentence. As a condition of his release, on June 28, 2024, he was ordered to have all his future songs approved by the US government.

Morgan also ruled that the creator of the song "Bling Bling" and former member of the label Cash Money Records, will need to submit all new song lyrics to the court and prosecutors before publishing them while on supervised release, according to court records.

"To address the legitimate concerns expressed by the Government, the Court will impose a special condition that the Defendant provide the United States Probation Office with a copy of the lyrics of any song he writes, in advance of his production or promotion of such song," according to Morgan's order. "The Government may, if it deems necessary and appropriate, file another motion for leave to file a rule to show cause why the Defendant's conditions of supervised release should not be modified because the Defendant's conduct is inconsistent with the goals of rehabilitation."

David Chesnoff, Dorsey's lawyer, told ABC News in a statement, that all defendants on supervised released are required to inform their probation officer about their employment. The defense said they were happy with the ruling.

"Mr. Dorsey is pleased that the Honorable Court found he did not violate the terms of his supervision and did not restrict his artistic work by permitting his lyrics to be controlled by the government," Chesnoff told ABC News in a statement. "He intends on resuming his career consistent with the court order."

Prosecutors declined to comment when ABC News requested a statement.

Court decisions involving rap lyrics have been part of a larger national conversation regarding the restriction of free speech that some say rappers have to face in court.

Morgan also ordered that Dorsey refrain from associating with any convicted felons without permission from the federal probation office. Dorsey performed with rappers Boosie and Gucci Mane, whose real names are Torence Hatch Jr. and Radric Davis, respectively, and who both have prior felony convictions according to The Guardian.

"It is understood that in the Defendant's music career, the Defendant may come into contact with co-workers who are felons and will promptly notify the United States Probation Office in advance before any interaction with such individuals," Morgan wrote in her ruling. "Further, if the Defendant determines after the fact that someone he associated with is a felon, the Defendant will notify the United States Probation Office immediately."

Saving Democracy Is Essential!

Ignore the noise.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Congress, former president Donald J. Trump and the junk food media celebrate July 4.

This is the United States founding day.

Independence Day.

As we celebrate the 4th of July, I want you to be aware that our country is downsliding.

Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee and is facing calls to step aside so they can replace him with someone who isn't Harris. They are all using Republican talking points about Biden instead of focusing on real issues facing our country.

It has been one week and the junk food media is still talking about the president's performance at the CNN debate. We got other issues going on.

James Carville, a Democratic strategist is loudly calling for donors to boycott Biden if he doesn't step aside. More white Democratic lawmakers are calling for Biden to move along.

Trump is still lying and trying to have his conviction overturned. It all comes forth after the Supreme Court ruled that current and former presidents have immunity from crimes while in office. Trump who is intentionally delaying his federal trials and state trials is taking a victory lap over his blowhard performance. He is confirmed to be a rapist and yet Republicans are sticking with him and Democrats are working hard to toss Biden under the bus.

The Supreme Court also made being homeless a crime. Any community can arrest any individual who sleeps on public property or under bridges.

Congress is trying to ban TikTok and criminalize criticism of Israel.

Jamaal Bowman, U.S. Representative of New York was defeated in his primary thanks to AIPAC and its minions. Now Democrats are angry over the amount of peddling from foreign operative groups like AIPAC.

Christian nationalism in the United States and Jewish supremacy in Israel are a threat to the world. Israel is continuing its genocide and world leaders can't put an end to it.

Republican states are pushing for allowing teaching of the bible in public schools.

Project 2025 is a threat. Greater Israel is a threat.

So if you're supporting democracy, you must fight hard for it. The goal is to end the status quo.

Israel is a threat to the world. Benjamin Netanyahu is a threat to the world. Donald J. Trump is a threat to the world.

To get Joe Biden from being Trump, keep pressure on him to do something about gun violence, Israel and misinformation. Don't let them win by forcing Biden to step down because of age. If that was the case, we have media personalities, senators, representatives, business executives and so many other old folks that need to join him.
