ProPublica reported that Supreme Court justice Clarence Thomas for years failed to disclose his luxury gifts and donations. The mega donor Harlan Crow has allegedly paid for the justice and wife, Virginia "Ginni" Thomas' vacations and gifts.
The ProPublica report describes Thomas accepting travel hospitality from Crow that included lavish trips to Indonesia, New Zealand, California, Texas and Georgia. Some of these trips reportedly included travel on Crow’s super yacht or stays at properties owned by Crow or his company.
Crow also collected Nazi propaganda.
ProPublica had revealed that for over 20 years, Thomas, 74 may have based decisions on the amount of goodies he gotten from Crow and Republican donors.
Thomas acknowledged that he took gifts and failed to disclose them. Many on the far right said it is a political hit job by George Soros.
I swear, George Soros should file a defamation lawsuit against Fox and media personalities who name drop.
GOP donor collects Nazi propaganda and buys Clarence Thomas' silence.
Anyway, the Los Angeles Times reported that Thomas had accepted gifts from Crow, a wealthy Dallas-based real estate investor and a prominent Republican donor— notably a Bible, valued at $19,000, that once belonged to abolitionist Frederick Douglass and a bust of Abraham Lincoln valued at $15,000. In 2011, Politico reported that Crow gave half a million dollars to a Tea Party group founded by Ginni Thomas, which also paid her a $120,000 salary. Crow also gave Thomas a portrait of the justice and his wife, according to the painter, Sharif Tarabay. Crow's foundation gave $105,000 to Yale Law School, Thomas's alma mater, for the "Justice Thomas Portrait Fund," tax filings show. Thomas accepted various trips to Bohemian Grove, and Crow's private resort in the Adirondacks, as well as vacations at luxury resorts in Indonesia that included private jet travel and superyacht island-hopping.
Many of these gifts were not disclosed, a practice required by the Ethics in Government Act, a post-Watergate law that requires justices, judges, members of Congress and federal officials to disclose gifts that they receive. Many elected officials criticized the appearance of impropriety, given Crow's donations to conservative causes and Republican candidates, and his service on the Board of Trustees for the American Enterprise Institute and the Hoover Institute, which often file amicus briefs before the Supreme Court.
Another mass shooting in a red state. Louisville, Kentucky bank was attacked by a former employee.
Mass shootings this year, 175.
Another deadly mass shooting that made the national news. President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Andy Beshear, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Rep. Morgan McGarvey (D-KY), Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), Rep. James Comer (R-KY), Rep. Brett Guthrie (R-KY), Rep. Hal Rogers (R-KY) and Rep. Andy Barr (R-KY) were notified. They will do the usual "thoughts and prayers" and "our hearts goes out to" as well as the Republicans saying that "now it's not the time to talk" bullshit.
These people don't have mental illness. They are calculated and prepared. It happened to be a moment where they have the opportunity to take out lives. There's no sickness in the head. Most mass shooters legally obtain their assault rifles without little background checks. They have likely no criminal history and they are willing to use the assault weapon in the only thing it's good for: Killing numerous lives.
Again, having more security, teachers being armed and offering safe rooms are not solving the problem.
THE NICE GUY IS THE MOST DANGEROUS PERSON WITH A FIREARM. THOSE WHO ARE SPURN BY RELATIONSHIPS, THE WORKPLACE, SOCIETY IN GENERAL WILL SEEK REVENGE BY TAKING OUT LIVES. THEY WANT TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS OF MASSACRING THEIR FELLOW HUMAN BEING. THE JUNK FOOD MEDIA AND POLITICIANS ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE BY AMPING UP POLARIZING RHETORIC.
An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.
The shooter is motivated within seconds to take out as many people as he/she can.
What to do to protect your life.
1. Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. Do not run in a straight path of the sight. Move around and zig-zag if possible to keep yourself out the line of fire. It's best to not film a shooter commiting the act. If you are willing to risk your life for a viral video, more power to you but its best to stay out of the line of fire by running away.
2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.
3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. If you're a conceal carry and attempt to disarm an active shooter, you are willing to sacrifice your life to save lives. You are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.
Only in America.
According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanics and Asians shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left. Of course, they often share disinformation by using the "Sam Hyde" meme as a way to denounce most mass shooters being white. They say a white person should "protect" from protesters and use of firearms are justified. They say if a shooter is active military or a veteran who supports conservative causes, they are considered a "heroes" and use of firearms are justified.
The Republicans usually amplify white victims. Anytime a person of color kills a white victim, it is often wall-to-wall coverage on Fox and they force it into national news.
Republicans solutions are more guns, blame others for America's social ills and defect from accepting reality.
In the city of Louisville, a terrorist shot and killed four innocent lives before the law took out the threat. Another state controlled by Republican legislators with a Democratic governor and they likely won't do shit about gun violence.
The attack happened at a downtown Louisville bank.
The Louisville Metro Police Department confirmed four people have died from an active shooting in downtown Louisville near Slugger Field on Monday morning.
LMPD and Louisville Metro Mayor Craig Greenberg advised everyone to avoid the 300 block of East Main Street, specifically at Old National Bank.
Calls came around 8:30 a.m. to the Old National Bank on reports of an active shooter in the area, according to MetroSafe dispatchers. The call was changed to an active aggressor report a short time later.
According to LMPD Deputy Chief Paul Humphrey, officers arrived on scene with Louisville Fire and EMS, where active gunshots were being fired.
Around 10:15 a.m., police said there is no longer an active aggressor threat and that “the suspected shooter has been neutralized.”
Humphrey said officers exchanged gunfire with the suspect and the suspect died at the scene. The circumstances leading to the shooter’s death have not been identified.
No place is safe.
Police confirmed four people died and eight people have been injured and taken to University Hospital. Two of the injured victims have been confirmed as LMPD officers.
There are two injured victims in critical condition as of 11 a.m., including one of the officers, Humphrey confirmed.
Police said the shooter had a connection to the bank, possibly as a prior employee.
Beshear provided an update in Louisville following the shooting, saying two of his close friends died in the shooting and another friend is within the hospital.
“When we talk about praying, I hope people will,” Beshear said. “For those that we are hoping can make it through the surgeries that they are going through and we got to do what we have done these last three years after everything, we got to wrap our arms around these families. And everybody who needs it, don’t be afraid to get some help.”
Further details are expected throughout the day from LMPD.
Louisville Metro police officers and FBI Louisville special agents are investigating at the scene and would be there throughout the day.
Old National Bank provided a statement on the shooting and said the CEO, Jim Ryan, was en route to Louisville.
“The safety of Old National Bank employees and everyone we serve in our banking center locations is paramount,” Ryan said in the statement. “As we await more details, we are deploying employee assistance support and keeping everyone affected by this tragedy in our thoughts and prayers.”
You're not safe in the school, the concert, the bank, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operatives inspired are types of gun violence.
With Republicans in charge of the House of Representatives, the only thing they'll offer to every mass shooting is "thoughts and prayers", "our hearts going out to", "the good guy with a gun", and their most common phrase "now it's not the time to politicize these tragedies."
Use the hashtag #ignorethenoise whenever you deal with folks who embrace this.
The ban of semiautomatic rifles and bump stock assortments has always been a a problem.
Republicans refuse to support the ban of these type of weapons.
Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence, monkeypox and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.
Mass shootings are American as apple pie.
I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.
When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.
Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.
I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.
I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.
President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However one Democrat and one independent who caucuses with the Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.
The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

The call number to the U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official phone number, 202-224-3121. Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence.
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE PROBLEM IN THE UNITED STATES.
Damn it got bad for washed up rapper. Elon Musk's Twitter suspended the former rapper Raymond Leon Scott aka Benzino. He is the father of Coi LeRay. She is a rapper, model and media personality.
Scott has ended up getting his official Twitter handle @IAMBENZINO suspended permanently. He had 479,000 followers on Twitter.
Special shout out to The Evolve. Would have never known about how bad things are for the washed up entertainer.
I've been trying not to waste my time covering this washed up entertainer. However, he just can't stay out of the negative spotlight. Eminem buried his career. He should have figured it out when he lost The Source, got blackballed on radio and television and faced failures throughout his 58 years on this earth.
He literally is trying to sabotage his daughter. Coi LeRay has been trying to find her way out of her father's shadow for years. He is so jealous of her gaining more followers, people listening to her music and she getting deals. He is trying to collect a paycheck from whatever he's doing down in Atlanta.
He also is denying he's on the down low.
Real World Police showed that Scott was evicted from his apartment, owes a lot of child support, got his vehicle impounded and is forbidden from driving and is required to take anger management classes. He owes a man in punitive damages for kicking his truck.
Fun facts about Raymond "Benzino" Scott. This is a copy and paste I've put together. So for anyone who never heard of this dude, here's some fun facts about him.
He is the former co-owner of The Source Magazine and Hip-Hop Weekly.
He is best known for being on Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta for two seasons.
He is a former reality television star.
He is a former rapper.
He is a Boston-native entertainer.
He is the reason why The Source Magazine nearly went bankrupt.
He is the father of rapper/socialite Coi LeRay.
He is standing at 5'3" tall.
He is bipolar.
He is a one-hit wonder. His biggest single "Rock The Party" was hot in 2002.
He is the guy who took on Eminem and it left his rap career ruined.
He is the one who told staffers to give Eminem's albums poor ratings.
He is the one who threatened to kill Eminem's daughter, social media influencer Hallie Mathers in a rap verse.
He has threaten men who dated the mothers of his children. He was arrested for damaging a man's truck after he caught Althea Easton walking with him and their son, Zino.
He is a known hot head.
He is extremely sexist, homophobic and racist.
He is not known much outside of mainstream. Even the people who engage with him don't know he is a celebrity. In fact, he is a D-list celebrity at best.
He used cocaine, ecstasy, and steroids. It has contributed to his reckless behavior.
He is the father of five [or six] children.
He was born on July 18 either in 1963 or 1965.
He has appeared on Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta and Marriage Boot Camp.
He was a member of The Almighty RSO which is known as Made Men.
He was caught at the end of his Bootee Remix music video taking a nasty fall.
He says "You know what I'm sayin'" a lot.
He has got into feuds with YouTube personalities NoLifeShaq and TheEvolve.
He has feuded with Eminem, 50 Cent, Wack 100, Aayan X, Funkmaster Flex, DJ Khaled, Angie Martinez, Lil Nas X, Royce Da 5'9", Merkules, Obie Trice and D12.
He was shot in Massachusetts after getting into a confrontation at his mom's funeral. His nephew was criminally charged.
He owes child support to former reality television star Althea Hart.
He steals carts from Publix and Kroger. His landlord at his previous apartment told law enforcement about his failures to pay rent and his tendencies to steal property from grocery stores.
He berated an Uber/Lyft driver because he was upset over masks.
He was caught in a one bedroom motel room with another man. He and Cavario Don Diva were in a Red Roof in Brookhaven. They were trespassed after Scott got upset at the manager. That hotel was known for cruising and prostitution.
He continues to drive a vehicle without a valid license. It's a reason to his multiple arrests. He had his vehicle impounded and despite his multiple pullovers, he still drives. He owes child support, court costs and traffic citations. Those contributing factors to why he is banned from driving.
He was on camera using racial slurs against an Asian-American Brookhaven, Georgia cop.
He is a subject of Real World Police videos. His antics expose the turmoils of fame. Those videos with him have more views than his own music videos.
He has done things to make people believe he could be a pedophile.
He is an internet troll. He often responds to Eminem fans or critics with sexist, racist, homophobic and parental digs. He had his official Instagram account banned for that.
He is sabotaging Coi LeRay's rap career on purpose because of jealousy. Nicki Minaj nearly cancelled her verse on Coi LeRay's album thanks to him running his mouth.
He was threatening Coi LeRay for sharing her experiences being his daughter. Coi said that her dad is broke and after The Source fallout, he literally struggled and she claimed he needed her to appear on reality TV to at least generate a buck.
He was allegedly grooming his half-sister.
He was allegedly sleeping with his niece.
He is screaming Black Lives Matter whenever he has a Karen moment.
He is temporarily banned on Clubhouse for making racial, homophobic and threats toward a gay podcast host.
He has openly brags about having an OnlyFans account and sharing nudity for a buck.

He has many videos on YouTube and none of them cracked over 500,000 views.
He has a struggling restaurant called Benzino's Crab Trap. He closed two previous locations in Atlanta. He has one struggling location in suburban Chicago. The owner successfully sued him and Stevie J for breach of contract.
He used to own a nightclub, a sports bar, a clothing line and a music label. All of those projects have failed or he's lost them to health violations.
He does a celebrity boxing match to make a little change cause his rap career is pretty much over.
He has no boxing skills or certification.
He has been a failure most of his adult life.
He has been accused performing a sex acts for OnlyFans.
He has been arrested numerous times for not appearing at court.
He was sued by former business partner Dave Mays.
He has no Twitter account.
He is considered the worst rapper in modern history.
He has no neck.
He has no fame.
Scott said that no one in the hood plays Eminem's music. He said Em's music is trailer trash and his fans voted for Washed Up 45. He said thinks Em rhymes "masturbater in the elevator" whenever he's on the mic.
Tell me:
Has anyone in the hood ever heard of a Benzino song?
Or perhaps has anyone ever played any of Benzino's music?
Mike Tyson, Kid Rock, Dana White and Washed Up 45. Missing Vince McMahon.
Men who have allegations of domestic and sexual abuse. Only Tyson was convicted of domestic and sexual abuse.
To take his mind off the New York indictment, the former president goes to UFC 287 in Miami. He was greeted by his biggest allies. His allies are controversial.
It's been reported that UFC and WWE are merging. Endeavor will own a 51% stake in the new combat sports and entertainment company, while WWE shareholders will have the remaining 49%, according to the terms of the agreement. The deal values WWE at $9.3 billion and UFC, which is owned by Endeavor, at $12.1 billion, the companies said in a press release.
Washed Up 45 got a rousing cheer down in Florida as he appeared as a ringside commentator.
The former president was in the audience at the Kaseya Center to watch the main event of Israel Adesanya versus Alex Pereira and the fight between the vocal Washed Up 45 supporter Jorge Masvidal and Gilbert Burns.
Jorge Masvidal led a "Let's go Brandon" chant after he announced his retirement.
Masvidal praised Washed Up 45 from inside the ring, pointing at him and saying: "Greatest president in the history of the world, I love that guy."
Masvidal also praised Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, Washed Up 45's greatest political rival, and started a "let's go Brandon" chant in a dig at President Joe Biden.
At one point, the UFC fighter Kevin Holland came over to speak with the former president from the cage after beating Santiago Ponzinibbio.
Being white is a privilege when it comes to guns. You can kill a person, cry about it was self defense and get off with a slap on the wrist.
Culture wars that have nothing to what's really going on in the U.S. in general. Gun violence is the most common problem in the United States. Over 145 people die a day from gun violence.
According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. A jury has convicted a man who deliberately went to a protest to stir up trouble. He was convicted of murder of a protester in Texas. The District Attorney of Travis County, Texas had enough evidence to prove this was not self defense. The man went to trial, a jury saw the evidence as damning and voted guilty.
Enter the far right and Fox.
Garrett Foster with girlfriend. He was a veteran and was a lawful open carry.
Fox already under the radar for a defamation lawsuit by Dominion Voting Systems continues to distract Americans from the shitty job the Republicans are doing found some outrage in the decision. They whipped up the far right and it finally made it to Gov. Greg Abbott. He confirms that the Texas commission on parole will quickly take up the issue and he will issue a pardon and commute his sentence.
The victim was attending a Black Lives Matter protest. He was armed as well. I mean in Texas, you can legally carry a firearm in public. But the murderer, a staff sergeant was convicted.
The right claims its the fault of George Soros.
I am working as swiftly as Texas law allows regarding the pardon of Sgt. Perry. pic.twitter.com/HydwdzneMU
Soros funded progressive DA’s are destroying our justice system.
Daniel Perry’s case is clear cut. He defended his own life when he was threatened.
The Republican governor of Texas needs to step in.

— Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸 (@RepMTG) April 9, 2023
Here is Tucker Carlson last night shaming @GregAbbott_TX for not pardoning Daniel Perry, who was convicted of murder yesterday for shooting a BLM protestor.
Daniel Perry, a then-30-year old United States Army sergeant, had been working his Uber shift when he encountered a protest against police brutality that was blocking the road illegally. Perry originally stopped and honked his car horn at the protesters, but later drove his car into the crowd. Garrett Foster, a 28-year old United States Air Force veteran who was open carrying a Kalashnikov-pattern rifle walked up to Perry and pointed the weapon at Perry. After he walked up to Perry's vehicle, Perry shot and killed him. Perry claimed self-defense and claimed that Foster had pointed his weapon at him, but eyewitnesses contradicted this account.
Perry deliberately was there to cause trouble. He knew they're were protests in Austin.
He was not allowed to be armed as a driver for Uber/Lyft.
Why didn't he go the other or focused on other parts of Austin?
He posted that he was going to shoot protesters if they got in his way. That was clear as day for a jury.
Foster, who had been legally open carrying an AK-47, had walked up to Perry, who shot and killed him. Perry claimed that he had acted in self-defense, but in April 2023, a jury found Perry guilty of murder. He was acquitted of an aggravated assault charge. He is currently awaiting sentencing, and faces between 5 years to life in prison.
Tucker Carlson has did a Bill O'Reilly-esque move. He pressured Greg Abbott to pardon or commute a killer. He made Texas Republicans soft on crime.
The prosecution argued that since Foster had been exercising his right to open carry, there was no justification for Perry shooting him. The prosecution revealed that Perry had made multiple posts and direct messages on social media expressing his desire to shoot Black Lives Matter protesters, writing in messages, "I might have to kill a few people on my way to work, they are rioting outside my apartment complex," and "I might go to Dallas to shoot looters." A friend of Perry's responded to him warning him of instigating protesters, stating, "We went through the same training ... Shooting after creating an event where you have to shoot, is not a good shoot." Perry had expressed his support for violence against protesters on at least three social media posts, suggesting in one post to "shoot center of mass" because "it is a bigger target", and in another stated, "Send [protesters] to Texas we will show them why we say you don’t mess with Texas."
Perry had also stated that someone could shoot protesters and get away with it by claiming self-defense. Perry's defense claimed that Texas's stand-your-ground law protected him legally and that he had feared for his life, after the defense alleged that Foster had pointed his weapon at Perry. The prosecution contended that there was not evidence that Foster had pointed his weapon, and other eyewitnesses contradicted this account by the defense. The prosecution also focused on the fact that Foster's weapon was recovered with its safety on and no bullets in the chamber.
On April 7, 2023, after a week of deliberations, the jury found Perry guilty of murder, but not guilty of aggravated assault, with friends and family of Perry, and Perry himself, breaking down in tears as the guilty verdict was read. Foster's father stated, "We're happy with the verdict. We're very sorry for [Perry's] family as well. There's no winners in this. Just glad it's over." Perry is currently awaiting sentencing, and faces a lengthy bid in the iron college. Abbott after facing outcry from the far right has announced he will pardon this murderer.
Perry was convicted of murder after the jury deliberated for 17 hours in the eight-day trial, according to media accounts.
“I will work as swiftly as Texas law allows regarding the pardon of Sgt. Perry,” Abbott wrote on Twitter.
“Texas has one of the strongest ‘Stand your ground’ laws of self-defense that cannot be nullified by a jury or progressive district attorney," he said. "Additionally, I have already prioritized reining in rogue District Attorneys, and the Texas Legislature is working on laws to achieve that goal."
Jose Garza, the district attorney for Travis County, where the case was tried and where Austin is located, is a Democrat, and has been in office since Jan. 1, 2021.
Orlando strip club faces more scrutiny. They found an underage stripper.
A strip club in Orange County, Florida is shut down after its owner, manager, bouncer and den mom are facing felony human trafficking charges after it was revealed a 15 year old girl stripped for the patrons.
The girl now 17. But it was a two year investigation that had Florida authorities figure out that for two years the girl was literally stripping for money. A routine traffic stop gave it all away.
Orlando Police arrest William Sierer, the owner of Flash Dance Orlando, general manager Johnathan Johnson, assistant manager and "house mom," Kimberly Sinclair, and manager Paul DeValle have been charged with one count of human trafficking for commercial sexual activity of a child under 18, a life felony.
According to the affidavit, Sierer and his managers hired the underage girl in 2019 without proof of her name, age, or license, and allowed her to work. The girl was reportedly 15 at the time, and was still dancing in 2021, despite being 17 and still underage, the documents state.
Owner, bouncer/manager, den mom/stripper and bouncer/assistant manager all arrested.
The girl reportedly told deputies that she provided a fake birthdate, according to the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation's investigative report, and that she was working to try and provide for her and her mom. She reportedly worked at another club six months earlier, according to the investigative report.
The three-year investigation found dozens of instances where the teen was allowed to work at the club illegally.
Authorities became aware of the situation on Feb. 24, 2021 after a deputy noticed a vehicle that left the club with no visible rear lights. During that stop, the girl, who was a passenger, apparently gave her name and an incorrect birthdate to the deputy, who was able to confirm her real birthdate.
At the time, the girl was arrested on a juvenile custody order and transported to the Juvenile Assessment Center.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Apparently Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) will host a town hall in her district. I don't believe her. She spent far less time in her congressional district since taking office. I guess my posts online saying she doesn't do much reached her staff.
I bet you money, Greene will face an onslaught of protesters and will be Loomed.
Even Vice President Kamala Harris went to Dalton, Georgia. She went to the state far more than Greene.
Greene is too busy trying build a career as an online troll. She goes to almost every Washed Up 45 rally. Attacks lawmakers, celebrities and public officials regularly.
She spends too much time on the internet. She spends far too much time dating her boyfriend Brian Glenn, a far right media agitator.
The 5'1" woman is a pint size bitch. She is an insufferable woman.
Now she is feuding with not only Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO), her fellow insufferable bitch but Laura Loomer, a washed up media personality who is a known white supremacist. A perennial gadfly that has the most ugliest personality and looks to match.
Laura Loomer is mentally unstable and a documented liar.
She can not be trusted.
She spent months lying about me and attacking me just because I supported Kevin McCarthy for Speaker and after I had refused to endorse her last election cycle.
Now that I’m back on Twitter, I can set the record straight and defend myself from people like you with ulterior motives who are openly lying about me, when I’ve done nothing but support President Trump.
I’m not going to stand for being viciously defamed in the media and called a LIAR and TOXIC by someone who couldn’t keep their loyalty to their own husband and family.
Your word has no value. It’s why your husband divorced you.
Loomer is Islamophobic, racist and frankly a pathetic agent provocateur.
Washed Up 45 considered her a feisty lawmaker. He was considering hiring her on his youth and nationalist vote.
The war of words was sparked by a The New York Times report that said Washed Up 45 had told aides to hire Loomer, a self-described "proud Islamophobe" who has promoted COVID-19 misinformation.
Greene took to Twitter on Friday to say Loomer is "mentally unstable and a documented liar" who "can not be trusted."
The Georgia Republican listed various complaints about Loomer, including claims that the activist attacked her for supporting Kevin McCarthy's bid for House speaker and for not endorsing Loomer in her most recent congressional campaign.
She also claimed that Loomer loves "weirdo" Nick Fuentes, the conservative firebrand and white supremacist who Washed Up 45 had a controversial dinner with in November along with rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West.
"Never hire or do business with a liar. Liars are toxic and poisonous to everything they touch. I'll make sure he knows," Greene said about Loomer.
Loomer responded with multiple tweets attacking Greene, calling her a liar and describing her behavior as "not very "Christian."
Loomer shared a video of the congresswoman praising her in 2018, and claimed that she had screenshots of Greene promising to endorse her for Congress and accused her of changing her mind after she "made deals with McCarthy."
She also criticized Greene for hiring Milo Yiannopoulos, a British alt-right provocateur, to intern for her last year, and accused her of not doing enough to attack Washed Up 45's rival, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
After Greene and other MAGA world figures reacted negatively to The New York Times report, a high-ranking campaign official told the paper that Loomer was no longer going to be hired.
The controversial activist was barred from ride-hail apps Lyft and Uber and temporarily banned from Twitter for making bigoted comments in 2019. Musk reinstated her in 2022.
It is not clear what sparked their feud. Greene and Loomer once publicly praised and defended one another, but the relationship has since soured.
Judge Matthew Cockinazz denies women reproductive freedom.
The federal judge who issued his decision on access to women's health and reproductive rights is expected to have round the clock U.S. Marshal protection. He made a decision that will piss off a lot of medical providers and women who need to have access to safe procedures. President Joe Biden confirms that the federal government will appeal the decision.
A judge appointed by Washed Up 45 issued his long awaited and expected decision.
The American Bar Association rated this federal judge "qualified" for the nomination, which is the association's second-highest ranking, below "well qualified”. They made a mistake.
Access to the most commonly used method of abortion in the U.S. plunged into uncertainty Friday following conflicting court rulings over the legality of the abortion medication mifepristone that has been widely available for more than 20 years.
For now, the drug the Food and Drug Administration approved in 2000 appeared to remain at least immediately available in wake of two separate rulings that were issued just minutes apart by federal judges in Texas and Washington.
Washed Up 45's appointed U.S. District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk ordered a hold on federal approval of mifepristone in a decision that overruled decades of scientific approval. But that decision came at nearly same time that U.S. District Judge Thomas O. Rice, an Obama appointee, essentially ordered the opposite and directed U.S. authorities not to make any changes that would restrict access to the drug in at least 17 states where Democrats sued in an effort to protect availability.
According to The Washington Post, conservative groups have employed "forum shopping" in filing lawsuits within Kacsmaryk's federal district against many Biden administration's policies; since Kacsmaryk is the only federal judge in his district, any lawsuit filed there is guaranteed to be presided over by him.
In 2021, Kacsmaryk ordered the reinstatement of a Trump administration policy that required that asylum seekers wait outside U.S. territory while their claims are processed. In his order, he said that the Biden administration had ended the policy without fully considering the consequences. His decision was overturned by the Supreme Court of the United States on June 30, 2022.
In November 2022, Kacsmaryk ruled that the Biden administration violated the Administrative Procedure Act while misinterpreting the Affordable Care Act to enforce the prohibition of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity within "on the basis of sex".
Also in 2022, Kacsmaryk vacated protections for transgender workers enacted by the Biden administration, citing Bostock v. Clayton County saying that Title VII "prohibits employers from discriminating against employees for being gay or transgender, "but not necessarily [in the case of] all correlated conduct."
Judge Kacsmaryk's decision affects millions.
The extraordinary timing of the competing orders revealed the high stakes surrounding the drug nearly a year after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and curtailed access to abortion across the country.
The Justice Department swiftly gave notice it would appeal the Texas ruling and said it was reviewing the decision from Washington.
Abortion providers slammed the Texas ruling, including Whole Woman’s Health, which operates six clinics in five states and said it would continue to dispense mifepristone in person and by mail over the next week as they review the rulings.
“FDA is under one order that says you can do nothing and another that says in seven days I’m going to require you to vacate the approval of mifepristone,” said Glenn Cohen of Harvard Law School.
The abortion drug has been widely used in the U.S. since securing FDA approval and there is essentially no precedent for a lone judge overruling the medical decisions of the Food and Drug Administration. Mifepristone is one of two drugs used for medication abortion in the United States, along with misoprostol, which is also used to treat other medical conditions.
Kacsmaryk signed an injunction directing the FDA to stay mifepristone’s approval while a lawsuit challenging the safety and approval of the drug continues. His 67-page order gave the government seven days to appeal.
“Today’s decision overturns the FDA’s expert judgment, rendered over two decades ago, that mifepristone is safe and effective,” U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland said. “The Department will continue to defend the FDA’s decision.”
Clinics and doctors that prescribe the two-drug combination have said that if mifepristone were pulled from the market, they would switch to using only the second drug, misoprostol. That single-drug approach has a slightly lower rate of effectiveness in ending pregnancies, but it is widely used in countries where mifepristone is illegal or unavailable.
The lawsuit in the Texas case was filed by the Alliance Defending Freedom, which was also involved in the Mississippi case that led to Roe v. Wade being overturned. At the core of the lawsuit is the allegation that the FDA’s initial approval of mifepristone was flawed because it did not adequately review its safety risks.
Courts have long deferred to the FDA on issues of drug safety and effectiveness. But the agency’s authority faces new challenges in a post-Roe legal environment in which abortions are banned or unavailable in 14 states, while 16 states have laws specifically targeting abortion medications.
Since the Texas lawsuit was filed in November, legal experts have warned of questionable arguments and factual inaccuracies in the Christian group’s filing. Kacsmaryk essentially agreed with the plaintiffs on all of their major points, including that the FDA didn’t adequately review mifepristone’s safety.
“The Court does not second-guess FDA’s decision-making lightly.” Kacsmaryk wrote. “But here, FDA acquiesced on its legitimate safety concerns — in violation of its statutory duty — based on plainly unsound reasoning and studies that did not support its conclusions.”
Mifepristone has been used by millions of women over the past 23 years, and complications from mifepristone occur at a lower rate than that seen with wisdom teeth removal, colonoscopies and other routine medical procedures, medical groups have recently noted.
Elsewhere, Kacsmaryk sided with plaintiffs in stating that the FDA overstepped its authority in approving mifepristone, in part, by using a specialized review process reserved for drugs to treat “serious or life-threatening illnesses.” The judge brushed aside FDA arguments that its own regulations make clear that pregnancy is a medical condition that can sometimes be serious and life-threatening, instead calling it a natural process essential to perpetuating human life.
Anti-abortion groups, which are newly encouraged about their ability to further restrict abortion and prevail in court since last’s year’s reversal of Roe v. Wade, embraced the Texas ruling.
“The court’s decision today is a major step forward for women and girls whose health and safety have been jeopardized for decades by the FDA’s rushed, flawed and politicized approval of these dangerous drugs,” said March for Life President Jeanne Mancini.
Legal experts warned that the ruling could upend decades of precedent, setting the stage for political groups to overturn other FDA approvals of controversial drugs and vaccines.
“This has never happened before in history — it’s a huge deal,” said Greer Donley, a professor specializing in reproductive health care at the University of Pittsburgh Law School. “You have a federal judge who has zero scientific background second guessing every scientific decision that the FDA made.”
Still, because of the contradictory nature of the rulings, Greer and other experts said there would be little immediate impact.
“In the short term, nothing’s going to change,” Greer said. “This is the time to be preparing for the fact that in a week, potentially, mifepristone becomes an unapproved drug in this country.”
These so called pro-life groups are not lifting a fucking finger to stop gun violence. They care about fetuses and religious freedom. Yet, they have zero fucks for the poverty of families or the threats of the gun violence a child in poverty faces.
They care only about preserving white supremacy. They do not care about Black babies because they automatically assume they're criminals at birth.
This judge is a man. He doesn't know what a woman goes through when they're pregnant.
It is a damn shame that Americans like this dumb ass judge and the so called pro life groups are fucking busy meddling in the business of others. Parading fascism and ethno nationalism under guise of protecting lives.
The jobs report for the month of March is out. The tech sector has taken the worst. Still some fear a recession is coming.
Nonfarm payrolls growth in March was about in line with expectations, but showed signs that the jobs picture is in the early stages of a slowdown.
The Labor Department reported Friday that payrolls grew by 236,000 for the month, compared to the Dow Jones estimate for 238,000 and below the upwardly revised 326,000 in February.
The unemployment rate ticked lower to 3.5%, against expectations that it would hold at 3.6%, with the decrease coming as labor force participation increased to its highest level since before the Covid pandemic.
Leisure and hospitality led sectors with growth of 72,000 jobs, below the 95,000 pace of the past six months. Government (47,000), professional and business services (39,000) and health care (34,000) also posted solid increases. Retail saw a loss of 15,000 positions.
While the February report was revised up from its initially reported 311,000, January’s number moved lower to 472,000, a reduction of 32,000 from the last estimate.
Being laid off or being fired from a job really sucks. Take it from me, I hate it. I am stable but I hate the two jobs I am working at. They don't pay enough and I based my whole life around them and nothing else. It has to come to an end soon.
Nonetheless, it will get better and I believe there will be something better down the line.
As expected, for the 50 states, District of Columbia and five U.S. territories; the jobs are given to places far and wide.
The unfortunate side of a jobs report is the aftermath.
An alternative measure of unemployment that includes discouraged workers and those holding part-time jobs for economic reasons edged lower to 6.7%. The household survey, which is used to calculate the unemployment rate, was much stronger than the establishment survey, showing growth of 577,000 jobs.
The unemployment rate for Blacks tumbled 0.7 percentage points to a record low 5%, according to data going back to 1972.
The report comes amid a bevy of signs that job creation is on wane.
Inflation has trickled down slightly.
The OPEC nations have announced a cutback to oil production and it could lead to a Summer of high gas prices. Of course, Republicans will push for more drilling and force President Joe Biden to open up drilling on federal lands.
Democrats are furious in Tennessee as two state lawmakers were expelled after they joined protesters calling for gun reform in the wake of a mass shooting in a Nashville Christian school.
Keeping her happy keeps him the Speaker.
A Democrat from North Carolina defected to the Republicans giving the party immediate control of the state capitol.
Republicans are passing a "parent's right bill" which is aimed at transgender Americans.
They also have pressured Manhattan, New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Last Thursday, the Manhattan District Attorney formally indicted Washed Up 45 on 34 criminal charges of fraud and falsification of documents. The former president has pleaded not guilty. The judge ordered the former president to not threaten anyone or face a gag order. The former president ignored it.
Dominion Voting Systems will head to trial in mid-April. They are suing far right entities like Fox, Newsmax, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani and MyPillow's CEO Mike Lindell.
Rupert Murdoch, Lachlan Murdoch, Maria Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs, Janine Pirro and Sean "Softball" Hannity maybe forced to testify under oath. Fox has allowed misinformation spread throughout the years. This defamation lawsuit against Fox by Dominion could shape how networks spread opinion, news and misinformation.
Gun violence is still a major issue. There are 166 mass shootings so far and we're nearly 100 days into year 2023.
Asa Hutchinson has announced he intents on running for president. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., a conspiracy theorist and possible Republican masquerading as a Democrat is challenging President Joe Biden in the primary.
With Washed Up 45 being the first indicted president, Republicans seek revenge. Instead of working on making the country move forward, they pivoted to culture wars.
Democrats are quietly planning on retaking Congress.
Republicans already signal impeachment, national abortion bans, more guns on the streets, ending birthright citizenship, stopping the Biden pledge to cancel student debt, use taxpayer money to build a border wall, ban transgender people from playing gender based sports, start endless investigations into the president, Hillary Clinton, Hunter Biden, Big Tech, the FBI, the pull out in Afghanistan, repeal the Affordable Care Act, repeal the Inflation Reduction Act, end COVID pandemic assistance and enforce voter ID laws on all Americans.
Republicans see the only path to victory is basically obstruct and complain about the president. They won't offer solutions or policies. All they care about is trying to keep folks angry with culture wars and distractions.
President Joe Biden's headaches:
The Republicans in the House of Representatives.
Gun violence and Congress not doing anything to stop it.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations.
An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.
You're not safe in the school, the concert, the hospital, the church, the casino, the bus station, the subway, the light rail train, the buses, the malls, the local big box store, the political rally, the protest rally, the women's center for reproductive surgeries, the mosque, the synagogue, the state buildings, the workplace, the gas station, the family picnic, the food truck rally, the funerals, the birthday parties, the graduations, the wedding, the televised events, the sporting events and many more events that have some terrorist with a firearm. Domestic violence, suicide, racism, culture war inspired, politically motivated and international operative inspired are types of gun violence.
Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in.

Jobs are looking good despite fears of an economic slowdown.
Companies are still trying to hire employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour. Matter of fact, no one can survive on $15 an hour.
Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.
Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.
Republicans zeroed towards white nationalism.
We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being exposed to the coronavirus and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.
Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.
Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.
Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience.
Washed Up 45's presidency and Republican controlled governments killed millions of Americans. Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.
Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.
We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.
The call number to the U.S. Capitol is now going to be used. This is the official phone number, 202-224-3121. Let them know that "thoughts and prayers," "hearts going to" and "good guys with guns" are no longer acceptable and you want legislation to curb gun violence. Let them know that women deserve the right to safe medical procedures. Let them know that their failure to pass legislation to lower prices are the reasons why the economy is in a free fall.
