President Joe Biden's headaches include:

1. Republicans in the House and Senate.

2. The Squad.

3. The two Democrats in the Senate and the independent senator who caucuses with them.

Biden has 52 senators he considers a bunch of assholes. Two of them supposed to be on his side.

I am sick of these two Democrats. Senators from West Virginia and Arizona are not winning support among Democrats. The two are being called out for being obstructionists to President Joe Biden's agenda.

Mind you that the Progressive Caucus is no better either. They are refusing to vote on the bipartisan infrastructure package. They want the "human infrastructure" package included in the bipartisan package and they threaten to sink the whole deal if they don't get what they want.

I continue to call the two Democrats Karens because they care about stupid shit like spending and deficits more than they care about their donors and special interest groups, than the thousands of Americans who voted for them to represent their states.

It was revealed that Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) had took off to Arizona for medical treatment and also a fundraiser at a luxury spa in Arizona. On her way out, she fired off a statement blaming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and President Biden for not passing the infrastructure bill.

Their antics have not only delayed the passage of the Biden agenda, it also sucked the air out of the room.

She dress like a rich elitist.

Remember the 50 Karens in the Republican senate refuse to do anything and they're deliberately trying to sink the economy and government to regain power. Manchin stands firm that he doesn't want spending to exceed $1.5 trillion. Sinema is not giving any hints or signs that she is willing to help pass this legislation.

The Arizona Democrat is opposed to the current prescription drug pricing proposals in both the House and Senate bills, two sources familiar with her thinking said. They added that, at this point, she also doesn't support a pared-back alternative being pitched by House Democratic centrists that would limit the drugs subject to Medicare negotiation.

What frustrates progressives and Democrats is the fact that the party pushes for deadlines instead progress. I am sick of the grandstanding. I am tired of the scratch your back politics that keeps our country divided.

Washed Up 45 was kicked off Twitter days after he did his infamous "we love you" and "the election was stolen" video. He made those two remarks intentionally signalling that violence will happen on January 20th. 

Twitter had no choice.

The insurrection happened on January 6, 2021. It felt like a year already but this is how conservatives look at time. They like to distract and distort history. To this day, the country is more divided despite him being out of office. 

He was warned that his continuation of promoting misinformation and violence will force Twitter's hand.

He was the most high profile celebrity to be banned on Twitter. On top of that, he was the freaking President of the United States. He is the first U.S. president in modern history to be blocked on social media.

His profile as well as Team45 and DJTOffice were permanently blocked. He even got a handful of his allies permanently banned as well.

Now he's in federal court demanding Twitter reinstates his social media account. I guess he is struggling to launch is own platform. Not many companies want to do business with the guy or his children.

The former president asked a federal judge to force Twitter to restore his account. On Friday, Trump's attorneys filed a motion in U.S. District Court in Miami seeking a preliminary injunction against Twitter and its CEO, Jack Dorsey. They argue that Twitter is censoring Washed Up 45 in violation to his First Amendment rights.

To people who will say that Twitter is violating the presidents first amendment right - by suspending him permanently from the platform - the first amendment protects you from the government infringing on your free speech.

Twitter is a private company and sets its own rules.

Mind you that a private company reserves the right to adhere to its terms of service, conduct and promotion of product. Twitter is not a public utility. Twitter stated back when they permanently banned Washed Up 45, that "Our public interest framework exists to enable the public to hear from elected officials and world leaders directly. It is built on a principle that the people have a right to hold power to account in the open." The company added, "However, we made it clear going back years that these accounts are not above our rules entirely and cannot use Twitter to incite violence, among other things. We will continue to be transparent around our policies and their enforcement."

Twitter did not respond to the lawsuit.

Washed Up 45 and a handful of extremists are suing Twitter over the fact they are being wrongfully censored. 

Facebook had placed the former president on a two year ban. Once the ban is over, the former president is on final strike. If he makes any remarks going against Facebooks terms of service, he's banned.

YouTube, DailyMotion, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok and Stitcher have permanently banned the former president.

I bet you know more about Gaby Petito and Brian Laundrie than Miya Marcano.The junk food media failed Miya Marcano and many others. It appears that the Florida state authorities found the body of the 19-year old woman who was reported missing.in Orlando.

The state authorities found her body near a wooded area close to the apartment complex where she lived.

A purse belonging to Marcano was found near the body. Police are still looking for two cell phones and her keys.

"Our hearts are broken," said Orange County Sheriff John Mina. "Hundreds of Orange County Sheriff's Office personal were committed to this case and worked very hard. Everyone wanted this outcome to be different. As a community, as a father, we are grieving the loss of Miya. We can't imagine the pain of Miya's family, loved ones, friends and really our entire community has gone through."

The suspect in Miya's disappearance killed himself.

The body was found less than a few miles from the Arden Villas apartments where she went missing last Friday. She left behind signs of a violent struggle, including bloodstains on the pillow.

The sole suspect was a maintenance worker who worked in Marcano's building. He had an unauthorized key and was considered the prime culprit in the disappearance. 

He decided to take his own life after the Seminole County Sheriff's department were entering his home.

Mina said the suspect's cell phone records put him at the Tymber Skan apartments where he and his family once lived. 

When Miya was supposed to catch a flight to Fort Lauderdale to visit family but never made the flight.

They shown concern from that point. The family said that the suspect was acting "weird" and was found inside her home. They remember the conversation. He said, "I'm the maintenance guy. I heard you're looking for me." The suspect was acting quite nervous when he engaged with the family and the law.

He was trying to throw off police.

The coroner will determine whether Miya was a victim of a rape and murder. The suspect's body is being looked at as well.

The far right Christian televangelist and TV host is retiring as anchor on the 700 Club after sixty years of dividing America. His phony moralist rants were the subject of controversy.

The old geezer will pass the baton to his son who will keep the fires of hate, bigotry and division going.

He is the influential voice of the conservative Christianity.

On his Friday show, the fake moralist said that it would be his last as host of the flagship program on the Christian Broadcasting Network, which he launched 60 years ago to the day.

"Today's show will be my final as host of the 700 club," he said. He said that he may return from time to time, but only if he has a "revelation" he needs to share.

"I thank God for everyone that's been involved. And I want to thank all of you," he said.

The fake moralist will turn attention to teaching students at his Regent University which he founded in 1977. During his time, he was part of the Christian Right, a coalition of white extremists who tried to force Congress to outlaw biracial marriage, LGBTQ rights, pornography, abortion and mandate prayer in school.

He tried to run for president to defeat establishment choice George H.W. Bush in 1988. 

He founded the Christian Broadcasting Network in 1961 after he bought a bankrupt UHF television station in Portsmouth, Virginia. The 700 Club started in 1966. He moved the CBN to Virginia Beach and its outreach now extends to 100 countries and territories.

The fake moralist endorsed Washed Up 45 for president and backed him despite his lack of Christian morals. When the former president lost to Joe Biden, the fake moralist said that the time to move on is now. He said that Washed Up 45 should give up his quest and focus on rebuilding the brand.

Far-right agitator and conspiracy theorist who constantly claimed the 2012 Sandy Hook massacre was a "false flag" and defamed the victims of the attack is now forced to pay up.

This clown called the victims of one of the worst mass shootings in the country, crisis actors and said it was a hoax.

For years, the agitator has called the attack on the Connecticut school a hoax. Some of the families were targeted for harassment and death threats due to his relentless rambling about gun confiscation and victims being paid "crisis actors."

A federal court found the Austin-based far-right nut that he is responsible for damages in three defamation lawsuits brought by the parents of two children killed in the December 2012 massacre. It became one of the worst things that Barack Obama faced during his first and second term as president. The nut who is banned on most social media platforms is also under the feds radar because of his role in the insurrection.

Judge Maya Guerra Gamble in Austin, entered default judgments against the far-right agitator and other defendants for what she called their flagrant "bad faith and callous disregard" of court orders to turn over documents to the parents' lawyers. The rules were issued on Monday and released on Tuesday.

While the punitive damages are unknown, it's expected that the agitator will be forced to pay millions to the individuals estates.

What could be a devastating blow to the city of Atlanta is rooted in racism and elitism.

It is also another attempt to undermine the 2020 election results. Joe Biden won Georgia and Republicans are trying everything in their power to stop election victories coming out of Metro Atlanta. The city of Atlanta has a population of 520,000 residents. It is the largest city and state capital of Georgia. The city metroplex is 3.4 million residents. The city covers Fulton and DeKalb Counties. It is the heart of the South. 

The folks living in a string of wealthy neighborhoods are trying to form the city of Buckhead. Their goal is to de-annex 26 square miles of Atlanta to form their own city and local government. With that incorporation its bares an estimated population of 120,000 residents and tax revenue for the city of Atlanta being eliminated. They cited crime as the reason to the decision. Many believe Republicans and white extremists are trying to play culture war politics.

The Buckhead City Committee announced State Senator Karen Dixon (R-District 45) is backing a bill that could lead Buckhead to cityhood. "We have one in the Senate, and we have one bill in the House. We expect a tough ride under the Golden Dome, but I have faith and courage in the leadership in both of those houses," said Committee CEO Karen White.

"We filed for divorce and our divorce is final," said White. "We're forming our own city, we're establishing our own police force and we will eradicate crime."

White says crime is driving the effort to separate from the city. "The thing that put us over the top was our murder rate and our shootings," he said, pointing out police records showing Buckhead’s murder rate increased by 140% and shootings by 170% since 2019, which police have attributed in part to the pandemic. "[With] the murder rate, and the shootings and the carjackings and the waterboys and the street racing, no one can sleep at night," he said. White says that’s on top of increased taxes and a decline in city services. "This is the culmination of a number of what I call crazy policies where Buckhead also feels we’ve been exploited for many, many, many years," he said. He indicated Buckhead would better support and train police officers, who he said would still be able to work in Atlanta. "You have to love on your police. You have to support them. You have to pay them well," said White.  He added, "There are bad apples, and we gotta get rid of them." Atlanta police and city officials have laid out plans over the last several months to address violent crimes.

White referenced a poll showing 70% of residents who responded want a separate city. He also said Buckhead would still retain certain city services if separated. Yet, White says Atlanta officials have said nothing. "You know what it tells me? They really don’t care about Buckhead. They just want our money," he said. The City of Atlanta did not immediately respond to CW69’s request for comment.

Opponents like Committee for a United Atlanta agree with the issues, but not the divorce. "We are concerned about an attempt to tear the City of Atlanta apart. We believe a better solution is to focus on the upcoming city elections in which we would be electing new leadership," said Edward Lindsey, the committee’s co-chair. He says it’s about pressing the candidates and considering all possible outcomes. "What kind of debt load is a new City of Buckhead going to have to take on," he said, adding supporters also have not addressed what to do about education, where students would attend schools, and the potential economic impact on the region. Other critics have said a cityhood would also create a divide along racial lines, creating more issues.

Buckhead has met several criteria on its path to achieving cityhood, which include forming a committee to declare its intentions of incorporating the community as a city and introducing a bill proposing cityhood to Georgia’s General Assembly. Voters living in Buckhead could ultimately decide on the outcome on the November 2022 ballot. The Buckhead City Committee is expected to release a feasibility study sometime in late September 2021.

Just in today, the Supreme Court associate justice Karen Kavanaugh tested positive for the coronavirus.

The most controversial pick out of Washed Up 45's three is the latest member of Washington, DC to find out the coronavirus doesn't give two fucks about the world.

He is fully vaccinated but a breakthrough case came through and he is asymptomatic. 

The justice was doing a charity run on Thursday night. The justice's immediate family members tested negative. President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, the Supreme Court justices including Chief Justice Karen Roberts were notified.

Kavanaugh participated in the ACLI Capital Challenge in which he ran a 3-mile team race in Anacostia Park in Washington, DC. He was negative on Monday his staff confirmed.

Kavanaugh underwent a routine test on Thursday ahead of fellow justice Karen Coney Barrett's investiture ceremony on Friday. He has withdrawn from the event out of precaution. 

His positive diagnosis for the coronavirus means he will not be able to sit on the bench on Monday.

Kavanaugh was confirmed by the Republicans in 2018. He faced allegations of sexual assault against Dr. Christine Blassy Ford, a professor who said that at a high school party he tried to rape her.

Washed Up 45 claimed that the allegations were "fake news." The Republicans quickly confirmed him and Barrett despite their pledge to not do nominees in election years.

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

Kavanaugh just finished a charity run on Thursday.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war. 

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The Republicans are so devoted to destroying Biden and the country for what....to regain power.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19. 

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!
