Did you know that former R&B singer Jaheim is a hoarder?

Did you know that he was a supporter of Washed Up 45?

I knew and believe me he fucked around and found out! Many of his fans abandoned him and he hasn't released music in years. So now he's resorted to being an old man with a bunch of dogs. On top of that his home could be condemned thanks to his failure to maintain the property and the dogs.

Oh, did you know that Washed Up 45 signed a law making animal cruelty a felony?

The New Jersey native is being criminally charged with animal cruelty after the law was tipped off to the conditions of his home and found a puppy in distress.

"More than a dozen dogs" were found in his Somerset County home says prosecutors. 

The 43-year old singer was charged with third degree animal neglect (animal cruelty) and failure to provide necessary care to an animal.

When the dog warden came to the home they saw that six dogs were in separate crates in the driveway of his home. The found a pitbull terrier mix "initially unresponsive in a water filled crate." They had to put the dog down.

The crates were filled with several inches of water and dog feces.

In total, 14 dogs were released to the Long Hill Kennel in Hillsborough Township, New Jersey.

Jaheim Hoagland could face up to five years in the iron college if convicted. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

It appears that Jaheim does have mental health issues. He is known to smoke the rock and smoke the grass. But as far as we know, that's probably the only thing I've heard about him. 

The former R&B singer is currently driving for Uber/Lyft and DoorDash to make ends meet.

An Instagram user named Gordon Davis reached out to Flyheight.com to say he got the surprise of his life when he used an Uber rideshare app over the weekend.

When his Uber driver pulled up in front of his hotel in Atlanta, Davis was surprised to see R&B crooner Jaheim being the wheel.

Davis claims Jaheim told him he was in town for a few days visiting a relative and ran out of money so he decided to drive Uber in order to score enough cash to make it home. Apparently, Jaheim drives Uber regularly and is proud of it. He hopes to get back in the studio to record again but as of now, he's "Ubering" as a means for survival.

Black entertainers who supported Washed Up 45 have saw their popularity drop fast.

This is bad.

Washed Up 45 would have won his reelection easily if he would have taken the threat of this disease seriously. Yet, he wanted to "play it down" because he didn't want to cause a panic. Bob Woodward's bombshell audio of the former president ignoring the threat is one of the main reasons to why he's a one term.

Now he and many of these idiots are deliberately trying to sabotage the current president. The junk food media spent four weeks talking about Afghanistan. Now they're focused on the Texas abortion ban.

The coronavirus pandemic is still the only thing I care about. Yes, I do care about voting rights, infrastructure and police reform. But none of this shit matters when you're losing a family member, friend, co-worker or a person in the news thanks to the coronavirus.

With the spread of the delta and mu strain of the coronavirus, President Joe Biden is now forced to rely to the American people that mandates are coming back. He will address the nation tonight.

The coronavirus will spread again thanks to Americans not taking this pandemic seriously.

Around 5pm, Biden will address the nation and call for Americans to get vaccinated. He will also call out Republican governors refusing to follow CDC mandates and far-right agitators spreading bullshit. 

He will issue an executive order mandating that federal workers must get vaccinated. That includes those in the military. The president also will possibly take questions on Afghanistan, the firing of Washed Up 45's cronies, his poll numbers, his plans for 9/11, the California recall, the eviction moratorium, the American Jobs Plan, the Supreme Court, Texas abortion ban and voting rights.

We have been told that having shots were necessary before we entered schools, colleges, military bases, foreign countries and cruise ships. But when comes to preventing another pandemic, Republicans rather go big or die alone.

Although the coronavirus vaccines can prevent transmission and hospitalization, the virulent delta variant has been the source of a small proportion of "breakthrough" cases that can affect older and immunocompromised people.

Of course, there's folks who are fully vaccinated but end up getting the coronavirus. As with vaccines, nothing is 100%. The vaccines are capable of preventing the coronavirus. At best, it's a 94% prevention rate which means 1 out of 500 could be infected even if they're vaccinated.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war. 

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Death does happen to at least 40% of those who are affected by COVID-19. 

If you're not vaccinated, your chances of death increases to 48%.

Healthy people can die from this. Take this seriously. You only have one life!

A handful of Washed Up 45's cronies are riled up over President Joe Biden and the White House's decision to remove them from numerous military academy boards. Nearly 20 officials were told to resign or face a cannon firing.

Some of the folks are refusing to leave and it is setting up a potential cannon firing from the president.

They even threatened a lawsuit to stay on so they can be a distraction instead of a solution.

"I'm not resigning, but you should," Madame Alternative Facts, a member of the Board of Visitors to the U.S. Air Force Academy and a former senior adviser to Washed Up 45, wrote in a response to Biden following the demand.

She was one of several people appointed by the former president to serve in advisory boards for the military academies whom Biden has asked to resign from their positions, a move that has stoked fears that the current president was politicizing some of the nation's most prestigious schools. 

In reality, Biden is taking out the trash and hiring people who knows what the hell they're doing.

Spicey is mad that he's no longer getting that access.

The president can at any given time fire anyone at his discretion. So I don't get how the very same folks who cheer Washed Up 45 firing of James Comey in his fourth year as FBI director and Interim Attorney General Sally Yates are riled up over Biden firing these idiots. At any given time, the president does have the power to fire workers who serve under his pleasure. The Supreme Court overrules those who object to being ordered to resign or be fired out the cannon.

"It is tragic that this great institution is now being subjected to and hijacked by partisan action that serves no purpose and no greater good," said Karen Mobs, a West Point graduate who served as an adviser to the former president on military and family issues.

"Make no mistake, the move to terminate duly appointed presidential appointees sets a dangerous precedent for future administrations and undermines our institutions," she added.

Alternative Facts took aim at Biden for breaking "presidential norms," arguing that Biden's move seemed "petty and political, if not personal."

"Your decision is disappointing but understandable given the need to distract from a news cycle that has you mired in multiple self-inflicted crises and plummeting poll numbers, including a rise in new COVID cases, a dismal jobs report, inflation, record amount of drugs coming across the southern border, and, of course, the chaotic and deadly withdrawal from Afghanistan that has left hundreds of Americans and thousands of Afghan allies stranded under Taliban rule," the agitator said.

She wasn't the only Washed Up 45 appointee to refuse to resign amid Biden's demand, with former Director of the Office of Management and Budget Karen Vought flatly saying "no" and arguing that appointees are selected to serve three-year terms.

The move was also blasted by former White House press secretary Karen Spicer, who serves on the Board of Visitors to the Naval Academy.

"Instead of focusing on the stranded Americans left in Afghanistan, President Biden is trying to terminate the former president's appointees to the Naval Academy, West Point and Air Force Academy," Spicer wrote Wednesday.

Asked about the demands for Washed Up 45 appointees to resign during her press briefing Wednesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said the moves were made "to ensure [the president] has nominees and people serving on these boards who are qualified to serve on them and who are aligned with [his] values."

Psaki also denied that the moves were politically motivated, saying instead that "the president’s qualification requirements are not your party registration, they are whether you’re qualified to serve and whether you’re aligned with the values of this administration."

Other officials dismissed from West Point include former Washed Up 45 national security adviser Karen McMaster, former Army Vice Chief of Staff Gen. Karen Keane, former Pentagon senior adviser Karen Macgregor, former U.S. Army North commander Karen Swan III and West Point grad Karen Urban.

The former Glynn County, Georgia District Attorney tasked to charge the three men involved in the shooting of Ahmaud Arbery is being criminally charged with "not honoring her oath in office," withholding evidence and obstruction official business.

The woman turned herself in Wednesday morning at the Glynn County jail, county Undersheriff Ron Corbett said. Jail records show she was released on her own recognizance, meaning she did not have to pay a cash bond.

The three men who killed Ahmaud are facing LIFE or DEATH.

A grand jury indicted the crooked politician last week on a felony charge of violating her oath of office and a misdemeanor count of obstructing police. She was the area's top prosecutor when three white men chased and fatally shot Arbery last year. The indictment alleges she used her position to discourage police from making arrests in the 25-year-old Black man's killing.

The suspect did not immediately return a phone message Wednesday. Officials at the jail and the Glynn County Superior Court clerk's office said their records did not list an attorney for her.

A white man and his son armed themselves and pursued Arbery in a pickup truck on Feb. 23, 2020, after they spotted Arbery running in their neighborhood just outside the port city of Brunswick, about 70 miles (112 kilometers) south of Savannah.

A neighbor joined the chase and took cellphone video of the son shooting Arbery at close range with a shotgun. The father told police they suspected Arbery was a burglar and his son shot him in self-defense.

Prosecutors have said Arbery was unarmed and was carrying no stolen items when he was slain.

The three men weren't charged in the killing until more than two months later, after the video was leaked online and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation took over the case. Now all three men are scheduled to stand trial this fall on murder charges.

The father worked for Johnson as an investigator in the district attorney's office before retiring in 2019. Phone records introduced in court show he called Johnson and left her a voicemail soon after the shooting.

Never forgotten.

The suspect has previously denied any wrongdoing, saying she recused her office from the case immediately because of its relationship with the shooters.

Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr's office is prosecuting Johnson. Carr sought the misconduct investigation last year, saying the first outside prosecutor he appointed to handle the case had been recommended by Johnson, who never disclosed that she had already asked that prosecutor to advise police in the immediate aftermath of Arbery’s killing.

That outside prosecutor, Waycross Judicial Circuit District Attorney George Barnhill, later recused himself — but not before sending a letter to Glynn police advising that he believed the shooting of Arbery was justified.

The crooked politician lost reelection last year and blamed controversy over Arbery's death for her defeat.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

President Joe Biden is getting seriously pissed at West Virginia senator Karen Manchin (D-WV) and Arizona senator Karen Sinema (D-AZ).

Manchin could sink the $3.5 trillion extension of the infrastructure package. The package is desperately needed given that the wildfires and Hurricane Ida destroyed lives and property.

Climate change is causing our weather to become more stronger and deadlier. 

Manchin and the 50 Republicans are so fucking ignorant. They don't see the hurricane damages or the wildfire damages in most of America's states.

As he toured the Northeast and Louisiana, Biden has said that climate change is no longer a partisan affair. He said that everyone is paying the price of these deadly weather events.

The president said he thinks the damage everyone is seeing, from wildfires in the West to hurricane havoc in the South and Northeast, is turning climate-change skeptics into believers, but years of unheeded warnings from scientists, economists and others mean time for action is short.

“The threat is here. It is not getting any better,” Biden said in New York. “The question is can it get worse. We can stop it from getting worse.”

Biden sounded a similar theme before he toured Manville, New Jersey, also ravaged by severe flooding caused by Ida.

“Every part of the country, every part of the country is getting hit by extreme weather,” Biden said during a briefing with officials in Somerset County, including Gov. Phil Murphy.

He said the threat from wildfires, hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding and other extreme weather must be dealt with in ways that will lessen devastating effects of climate change.

“We can’t turn it back very much, but we can prevent it from getting worse,” he said. “We don’t have any more time.”

The natural disasters have given Biden an opening to push Congress to approve his plan to spend $1 trillion to fortify infrastructure nationwide, including electrical grids, water and sewer systems, to better defend against extreme weather. The legislation has cleared the Senate and awaits a House vote.

Biden also talked up a side benefit of the plan, the “good-paying jobs” he said it will create.

On Tuesday, the White House asked Congress for an additional $24 billion in disaster aid to cover the costs of Ida and other destructive weather events.

Manchin's demands to pause the spending is not pleasing Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). They ain't got time to have Democrats go wishy-washy on the infrastructure bill.

"We're moving full-speed ahead. ... We want to keep going forward. We think getting this done is so important," Schumer told reporters during a conference call on Wednesday.

Manchin, during a West Virginia Chamber of Commerce event and separate Wall Street Journal op-ed, said Democrats should slow down, pointing to concerns about the debt and inflation as well as unrelated issues including the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan.

"Instead of rushing to spend trillions on new government programs and additional stimulus funding, Congress should hit a strategic pause on the budget-reconciliation legislation. A pause is warranted because it will provide more clarity on the trajectory of the pandemic, and it will allow us to determine whether inflation is transitory or not," Manchin wrote in the op-ed.

But congressional Democratic leaders have laid an ambitious timeline to get Biden's spending bill to his desk. Schumer has set a Sept. 15 deadline for roughly a dozen congressional committees to be finished drafting their portions of the $3.5 trillion bill.

House Democrats are also expected to take up the Senate-passed $1 trillion bill by Sept. 27, under a deal crafted by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and key moderates. But because progressives are warning they won't support the Senate bill without the reconciliation package also going to the floor, it puts pressure on Democrats to also have the $3.5 trillion plan also ready for a vote.

Schumer stuck by that timeline during Wednesday's call, telling reporters: "We are moving forward on this bill."

In order to get the bill through the Senate, Schumer will need total unity from all 50 members of the Senate Democratic Caucus, giving Manchin leverage to make demands for changes to the party's strategy.

Manchin didn't specify how long he thinks his party should hit "pause." But he's also taken issue with the $3.5 trillion top-line figure.

Manchin has said he can't support the price tag, and Axios reported on Tuesday that the highest he's willing to go is $1.5 trillion.

A spokeswoman for Manchin didn't immediately return a request for comment about the discussions. Earlier this year, Manchin indicated that he was open to a figure of between $1 trillion to $2 trillion.

It is very popular with Americans and of course once passed, Republicans and Manchin will claim credit for the projects coming to their states. Then bullshit about why they refused to back something that could help everyone.

The First Lady of the United States is working two jobs. She is the representative of the U.S. policies domestic and foreign. She is also a college professor. 

Dr. Jill Biden will return to classroom as an active college professor with the Secret Service hiding in the background.

Biden, who has a doctorate in educational leadership, teaches writing at Northern Virginia Community College, where she taught full-time as second lady throughout the Obama administration. As first lady, she is the first to balance her career with public-facing duties.

This is historical.

"As we return to our classrooms this fall, it will take all of us coming together to keep our schools safe and open. We must remember that our enemy is the virus, not one another."

Biden has several times as first lady visited classrooms and educators in several states and has seen and heard firsthand the enormous deficit Covid-19 has caused for many families and teachers and school systems.

"It's been different learning over Zoom and trying to connect and feel that sense of community that, I think, teachers create in classrooms," Biden said at a school event in Arizona in March.

With COVID cases again on the rise in America as the Delta variant surges, especially among the unvaccinated, the hopeful sense of return to normalcy now feels tenuous. Last month in an open letter, Biden addressed the current state of anxiety.

"As this school year begins, families across the country thought we could exhale after so many difficult months and now we're holding our breath once again," she wrote.

There remains no guarantee that in-person classes will hold through the remainder of the school year, or even the semester. Yet, as Biden heads back to school, she is hopeful teachers, herself included, have the opportunity to do their job face-to-masked-face.

In her essay published on Monday, titled "A Tribute to Classroom Heroes," Biden said: "Educators, always remember that right now, someone out there is a better thinker because of you."

The First Lady had been very active in helping President Joe Biden get his agenda through. She has been writing to children and college students about education and fears about the global pandemic.

The coronavirus pandemic is ongoing thanks to the former president and former first lady's tepid response to it. The delta strain which is becoming the dominant variant of the coronavirus is now forcing schools to close or return to remote learning.

The pandemic has seriously affected "Back to School" in many states.

The city of Richmond, Virginia is preparing for possible unrest. They are expected to remove the statue of a Confederate general who has been a folk hero to white nationalists.

The statue is slated to be removed on Wednesday. That statue was reminded as a symbol of white supremacy. It honored a man who revolted against the United States because he wanted to preserve slavery.

Gov. Ralph Northam has ordered the statue to be removed from downtown Richmond. He also wants to livestream the removal of the statue which could be inviting white extremists and far-right agitators.

Northam announced plans to take down the statue in June 2020, 10 days after the George Floyd murder.

The plans were stalled for more than a year by two lawsuits filed by residents opposed to the removal.

The Supreme Court of Virginia cleared the way for the statue to finally be removed from Richmond.

The statue is 21 feet tall covered in bronze. The traitor on his horse sitting atop a granite pedestal nearly twice that high in the grassy center of a traffic circle on the famed Monument Avenue.

Richmond is 100 miles south of Washington, DC. It was once the capital of the Confederacy. 

Richmond has a population of 219,000 residents living in the independent city. It has a 54% Black population.

The time is now for Virginia to erase this shameful stain of history.
