The second posthumous album from Pop Smoke.
Bashar Barakah Jones was gunned down on February 19, 2020. He was in Los Angeles filming a music video and preparing to do a promotional tour. Four terrorists broke into his rental home and tried to rob him.
Pop Smoke and a fan were in the bedroom and bathroom, respectively. The terrorists burst into the room. Partially clothed Pop Smoke was ordered to give up his jewelry, phone and tablet. The rapper at first gave them everything they wanted but as soon as they tried to rob the woman and tried to rape her, he put up a fight.
Pop Smoke was shot multiple times during the fight. As he tried to knock out one of the robbers, a terrorist shot him in the chest. The terrorist was allegedly under age when he shot the rapper in the torso. The rapper managed to chase them down the stairs and the terrorist would soon start fighting him and then the terrorist shot him again before they exited the home.
The rapper and his friend Michael Durodola made a deadly mistake. They revealed the location of where they've lived when they posted on social media.

It took about four months before the Los Angeles Police Department determined the five individuals involved in the shooting.
One of the terrorist sold off Pop Smoke's Rolex watch which flagged the authorities. The shooter was 15-years old at the time. He is not charged as an adult yet but he will soon. The terrorist was put in protective custody out of fear his life could be in danger.
Pop Smoke was destined to be the next 50 Cent. He didn't even get the opportunity to make it.
The record label Victor Victor Worldwide had partnered with 50 to release the posthumous debut album, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon. The album was released in July 3, 2020, about 17 days before his birthday.
And at the time, the rapper had worked with Eddie Huang in the 2020 American movie Boogie.

The legendary rapper, actor and deejay Biz Markie passed away at the age 57. He had passed away from a coma induced by his longtime battle from diabetes. He had a stroke in late 2020 and was in a nursing home before being transferred to a hospice.
Marcel Theo Hill was one of the pioneers of hip-hop. He had an impact on the culture spawned major talents and creators.
Known as the human beatbox, Biz grew up in Brooklyn and broke into fame with his hit single, "Just a Friend" which is considered one of the greatest songs in hip-hop.
That meeting led to Biz Markie working as a human beatbox with artists MC Shan and Roxanne Shanté.
Known widely for a career spanning back to 1986, Hall went on to become a beloved cultural figure later in life, celebrated for his spirited personality as much as his massive 1989 hit, "Just A Friend." His death was confirmed by his manager, Jenni D. Izumi.
"Biz created a legacy of artistry that will forever be celebrated by his industry peers and his beloved fans whose lives he was able to touch through music, spanning over 35 years," Izumi said in a written statement.
Beloved in the music industry for his lighthearted persona, Biz Markie even had a dance named for him.

In his spare time, Hall recorded demos and in 1988, he secured a deal with the Cold Chillin' label to release his debut album, "Goin' Off."
Radio soon caught on and the album launched hits with "Vapors" and "Make the Music With Your Mouth, Biz."
The following year, his album "The Biz Never Sleeps" went gold, buoyed by what would be his biggest hit, "Just A Friend."
His playful, sad sack persona was in direct contrast to some of the harder core hip hop that had become popular in the late 1980s.
But Biz Markie would soon find trouble with a case that helped change the way the rap industry did business.
Musician Gilbert O'Sullivan sued the rapper over his song "Alone Again" on his 1991 album "I Need a Haircut."
O'Sullivan charged that the rapper's use of samples from O'Sullivan's 1972 hit, "Alone Again (Naturally)," amounted to unauthorized use of his music.
O'Sullivan won and moving forward, hip hop artists had to clear the use of samples.
"I still was me," Biz Markie said during a 2008 interview. "It wasn't a rape case or a gun case. It was a sample."
The rapper had some fun with the case, naming his 1993 album "All Samples Cleared!"
Honing his DJ skills, he soon became known as much for rocking the party as rocking the mic.
He also expanded his career to include acting, appearing in several films and TV shows, including "Men in Black II," as a narrator on the adult puppet show "Crank Yankers," and on the children's series "Yo Gabba Gabba!" with his "Biz's Beat of the Day."

A Black man was accused of stealing a child's phone. He was harassed and followed by a white Hispanic woman. When the child found his phone, the woman berated him. The Daily Dot and Twitter managed to get a hold of the viral video.
It was a TikTok video that showed a Black man filming a woman following him into Walmart.
She accused him of stealing her son's phone.
So this is America ain't it.

The video was posted by @cristinahatesyou to TikTok, and it has since been reposted to various platforms. The now-viral video shows a woman following a Black man around a Walmart in California.
The man can be heard saying, “She followed me outside the store; at first; first, she was eyeing me in the store.” The TikTok video also uses the text-to-speech effect.

As he continues walking, the woman follows him, phone to her ear. It’s unclear who she is speaking with, but the TikTok video notes in the caption that she called 911. They all end up talking to a Walmart store manager; the TikTok also notes the woman complained to the store manager.
“Being responsible for the phone, that’s not my fault, but being racially profiled, that’s going to be her fault,” the man tells the manager.
Do they ever ask themselves is it worth it to accuse innocent black people of a crime they didn't commit? What is the end game of their racism?
However, the woman stops in her tracks. The TikTok notes, using the text-to-speech effect that her son is walking back toward her with the phone in hand. The boy had apparently left the phone in the car. “Her son found it in the car,” the man says.
The woman remains unapologetic for her accusations, however.
The woman briefly berates her child but tries to go back to her shopping cart to carry on about her shopping trip. But the Black man, deservedly upset, asks the woman for her name to use in a report, because, he says, he is going to “press charges.” She refuses and tells him to “f*ck (himself).”
On Twitter, the Walmart manager’s dismissiveness toward the woman’s false accusations didn’t go unnoticed.
Others are remarking on how Black people continue to get accused of crimes they didn’t commit. @davidmweissman questioned: “Do they ever ask themselves is it worth it to accuse innocent black people of a crime they didn’t commit? What is the end game of their racism?”

I seen the video of a white woman shoving a Black woman filming her at a Victoria's Secret store. Then of course, the reaction when she realized she was being filmed. I will say that these incidents happen when you "fuck around" and "found out."
The woman also made a "Karen Faint and Shake" challenge.
Again, I won't make fun of the mental breakdown this woman had, but the fact that she attacked a Black woman and the police shrugged their shoulders makes me really mad. Had it been a Black man or woman who did that to a white person, it's all on Fox, Newsmax, Infowars, Breitbart, OANN and mention by Karen Ngo, Karen Owens, Karen Terrell and the enablers of white supremacy.
As the woman is sobbing, she is asking folks, why aren't you helping me?
I mention this woman only in title. I try to stay away from giving these folks attention. I don't want to be enabling them. But I am quite sure she's shutting down her social media and possibly facing a cannon firing at her employer. She may even extract revenge by suing the person who filmed her.
All these things come to mind whenever they make the videos of Karens Gone Wild.
There is a YouTube page (for the time being) covering the latest outburst from white extremists. The videos show a chronicle of the incident form the woman who filmed it and the reaction from mall security, two police officers and their supervisor.
The woman even said if the shoe was on the other foot, she would have been two options: "arrested or shot and killed."
So Ijeoma Ukenta posted videos of the incident on TikTok and YouTube. The incident happened at the Short Hills Mall in Millburn, New Jersey.
NJ.com reported that the incident started when Ukenta, 38, of Newark asked the woman to move six feet away. At one point, the woman appears to raise her hand toward Ukenta in the video. The police report says this caused the woman “to go into a panic attack, at which time she followed her to get her to stop videotaping her,” according to the news site. Police did not make an arrest.
“Pending further review, the Millburn Police Department believes our officers acted professionally and capably in defusing the situation and restoring calm and order,” the police statement to NJ.com says.

We are dedicated to continuing this critical conversation and demonstrating our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through our actions and our words.”
Heavy reported the series of videos start with the woman charging at Ukenta and trying to hit her and the camera. She backs off as Ukenta says, “Oh my God. Oh my God. Do you see this? Oh my God. I never thought nothing like this would happen to me. She tried to run and hit.” the woman then crouches down, holding her head in her hands crying and claims, “No I didn’t.” She says, “I don’t want to be recorded.”
Ukenta says to other customers and workers, “Did you see that? … Karen had a breakdown. She tried to hit me.” the woman again claims she didn’t try to hit Ukenta and says, “I don’t want to be recorded,” while crying. As the woman continues crying, Ukenta, holding a coupon up to the camera, says, “I just tried to came to get my free panties.” the woman then cries out, “Why aren’t you guys defending me? I just don’t want to be recorded.”
The woman then screams and yells, “Don’t record my mental breakdown please. Please, please, please.”
The whole ordeal has both women facing heat.
Again, the fact that Ukenta filmed this woman kind of made the situation worse. I mean you need evidence. The evidence was the woman lunging at her. Why watch a woman have a nervous breakdown?

On Friday morning's program of Way Too Early, the progressive agitator announced on the program that it was her last and she will be exploring other venues.
Kasie Hunt has worked for NBC since 2013 and grew to become one of the main staples on that network. She has hosted the weekend show KasieDC before taking over the Way Too Early spot and is a contributor to NBC News, Morning Joe and Sunday Today.
She filled in for Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, Willie Geist, Andrea Mitchell and Chuck Todd numerous times. I looked at her as a potential afternoon host or primetime host in the way I've seen Nicolle Wallace and Joy Reid.

The network celebrates their 25th anniversary and of course it was a surprise to many who woke up early to hear Kasie deliver the news, weather and trending topics before Morning Joe.

Hunt switched to a daily show called Way Too Early in September of last year, becoming the lead-in show for Morning Joe.
“Bittersweet news from me this morning. This is going to be my final broadcast with all of you of up Way Too Early. I’ve really loved spending most of the last year with all of you, seeing pictures of your pets and your babies and learning why you are awake and watching and, of course, bringing you the news,” Hunt said.
In her video announcing her departure, she thanked her team at the show and her viewers for sticking with her through her journey. She said she will be announcing in the next few weeks her next steps.
Willie and Mika were slightly emotional when Kasie announced her departure.
Hunt is married to Matthew Mario Rivera and they have a son.

We're not over the pandemic. As we speak, over 630,000 Americans are dying from the coronavirus.
The reasons why Americans are dying is because of their political biases. Many who refuse to get vaccinated are exposed to the delta variant of the COVID-19. The virus has killed over 246,000 people in India and it's spreading. Folks who refuse to get vaccinated are putting millions at risk of catching it.
The president is giving American families a tax break and Republicans, the far-right and leftists are screaming outrage.
The American Rescue Plan has offered more opportunities. On Thursday, most American families will start receiving a check for as much as $300 per child every month through the end of this year, as part of the $2 trillion American Rescue Plan’s expansion of the child tax credit that congressional Democrats passed in March.
The IRS says the monthly payments will be disbursed on these dates:
July 15
August 13
September 15
October 15
November 15
December 15
The first set of payments, amounting to $15 billion this month to be sent out by the IRS, will reach more than 35 million American households, covering just under 88% of children in the United States, according to a White House official.
The IRS will begin disbursing checks to eligible families with children ages 17 or younger. The new enhanced credit is part of a government effort to use the tax code to help low- and moderate-income families weather the ongoing challenges of the pandemic.
The IRS and Treasury said it sent payments for almost 60 million children on Thursday, totaling $15 billion. Almost 9 of 10 payments were sent via direct deposit, the agencies said.
The enhanced Child Tax Credit (CTC) is the latest use of the tax code to deliver money into millions of household bank accounts, following three rounds of direct stimulus checks that were, in fact, tax rebates. President Joe Biden's American Rescue Plan authorized an expansion of the CTC, which has existed since the late 1990s, to more quickly provide monthly checks to low- and moderate-income households.
The expansion boosts the credit from $2,000 to $3,600 for each child under 6 or $3,000 for children ages 6 to 17. It also makes the CTC "refundable" — that means people can get it even if they don't owe federal income tax, increasing the number of low-income households that qualify for the payments.
But not everyone will qualify for the expanded credit. To get the full enhanced CTC, single taxpayers must earn less than $75,000 and joint filers must earn less than $150,000, with payments reduced by $50 for every $1,000 of income above those limits. The enhanced payments phase out for single taxpayers earning $95,000 and joint filers earning $170,000 — but most households earning above those limits will still qualify for the regular $2,000 per-child CTC.
The IRS has said about 36 million households are in line to receive the payments, which will be sent each month until they end in December.
The checks are arriving at a time when the economy is rebounding, yet still bears the scars of the pandemic. Nearly 7 million fewer people are on payrolls today than prior to the pandemic, and one-quarter of Americans struggled to pay their household expenses in the previous week, according to Census survey data from mid-June.

The Ohio lawmaker was arrested after she and voting right protesters entered the Senate Hart building to pressure Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) and Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV) to stop fucking around.
Around the same time of the arrest, Beatty posted on her Twitter account that she was marching to the Senate to protect voting rights for Black women.
"Black women are demanding OUR right to vote! We’re marching to the Senate to send a strong message. #OurPowerOurMessage" Beatty tweeted.
Where's Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) and the Do Something agitators?
Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-OH) along with Tamika Mallory and Linda Sarsour were among a dozen protesters arrested. They were not causing a violent insurrection. They were yelling for Democrats to unite around ending the filibuster.
"This afternoon, nine people were arrested for demonstrating in a prohibited area on Capitol Grounds," the Capitol Police said in a statement to Fox News. "At approximately 3:30pm, the United States Capitol Police responded to the Atrium in the Hart Senate Office Building for reports of illegal demonstration activity. After officers arrived on the scene, they warned the demonstrators three times to stop. Those who refused were arrested for D.C. Code §22-1307. Two males and seven females were transported to USCP Headquarters for processing."

Beatty, the head of the Congressional Black Caucus had endorsed Turner's opponent Shontel Brown in the special primary in Ohio. Brown has been an underdog in this race to replace Marcia Fudge. The leftists are throwing everything to the wall hoping it will stick. See Beatty out in the field only makes sense seeing that Brown's opponent as all bluster and no action.
Beatty grew up in Dayton, Ohio. She is the wife of the late Ohio representative Otto Beatty, Jr. She was also a lawmaker from the Dayton area before she moved to Columbus in the latest round of redistricting. She defeated Mary Jo Kilroy, a one term lawmaker who was defeated by Karen Stivers.
Stivers has left Congress to become a member of the Ohio Chamber of Commerce. Stivers' seat is also up for a special election as well. We haven't given it much attention but it's a likely safe seat for Republicans and will be redrawn to keep it that way.
This wasn't the first time Beatty was arrest. She was arrested by the Columbus Police when she was spotted protesting with Black Lives Matter. Beatty became a victim of the tear gas and pepper spray during that arrest.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
