This is an example of entitlement.

Last year, a Lyft driver was belittled by a gay Republican who used his entitlement as an excuse to verbal and physically assault him.



Shawn Pepas Lettman, a driver for Lyft, posted a 16-minute video of the incident, which occurred in New York City, on Facebook. Lettman began recording after the initial argument occurred; he had already pulled over to the side of the road.

When the video began, the passenger, identified as Robert Ortiz, was sitting in the back seat with two other men as he spoke with an emergency dispatcher on the phone. Throughout the video, Ortiz stated that he was being charged $8.01 and had no plans of leaving until the situation was resolved.

“I feel racially profiled ... because I'm not black,” Ortiz told the dispatcher. “I don't want to hang up with you for my safety.”

After a few minutes, the two other men in the car asked if Lettman refused to change the music because they were gay. "He knows he's fucked up," one of the passengers said in reference to Lettman.

"I'm gonna make sure while you're recording this that you never have a job as a Lyft driver ever again," Ortiz told Lettman. "I'm going to make sure that you never have a job as a fucking driver again. You piece of shit."

Ortiz also called Lyft and claimed that Lettman wouldn't acquiesce to his music request because he didn't appear to be black.

"I'm not being racist, your gentleman is being racist," Ortiz told the person on the other end of the line. "I came out of a gay club, and your driver is racist against gay people."

Ortiz repeatedly threatened Lyft with a lawsuit and said he would not get out of the vehicle until he was reimbursed for his ride. He added that he intended to wait for the police to arrive so he could file a report.

"I'm telling you that I called the police to protect myself because I know my legal rights as an American citizen … an American citizen that voted for Trump," Ortiz told the Lyft employee.

Following the incident, Lyft told Newsweek that both Ortiz and Lettman's accounts had been deactivated until an investigation could be conducted. After a review of accounts from all sides, Lyft reactivated Lettman's account and permanently disabled Ortiz's.

"The behavior exhibited in the video is deeply concerning. Lyft is committed to maintaining an inclusive and welcoming community and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable," Lyft stated. "We have also reached out to Mr. Lettman to express our support."

Viewers applauded Lettman for remaining calm during the altercation, and he wrote on a GoFundMe page that his mother taught him that "patience, humble and calm will get you through anything."

He said that after the recording ended, he also called the police to express his own concerns over what might have happened if he hadn't been assisted.

"I know America is better than this and despite the hate we have to deal with from a few, my heart tells me, the world is mostly good," Lettman wrote.

American rapper Tre da Kid was gunned down. The rapper who has ties to Baltimore and Annapolis was killed in his car.

Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers will not heal the wounded or bring back the dead. Putting up pole memorials, lowering flags and moments of silence are just stupid platitudes. You can't give your heart out the victims. They don't know you personally. If you're not affect by the death, you can't speak on the person lost to gun violence. It's getting ridiculous that every time someone dies, we use prayers. I am sick and tired of prayers. We need to do something about gun violence in the United States. It's just getting too ridiculous out here.

Baltimore rapper Tre Da Kid was killed in Annapolis. He was killed on Friday night on a local road.

Officers found the victim inside a car after it crashed. They couldn't save him.

Known as Edward Seay, the rapper grew up in Annapolis and made himself known to the Baltimore music scene.

He gained national attention in 2016 after winning Verizon's #Freestyle50 rap contest.

According to Verizon's website, he won $10,000 and a deal with a hip-hop label 300 Entertainment.

"Tre impressed the judges with his delivery, showmanship and off-the-dome creativity," Kevin Liles, co-founder of 300 Entertainment, said at the time.

The single from his victory was called "Run It," and was released in 2017.

"This is seriously a dream come true," he told Verizon at the time. Verizon said Seay started rapping at age 6, and was also a finalist in a BET freestyle competition in 2011.

When the police shoot an unarmed man, that could have been the child's father.

When you want the Second Amendment, you want it to only apply to white men and never people of color or Muslims. You believe that they're natural born criminals. Unaware, you're plotting for a violent war against humankind. Stockpiling ammunition and firearms or complaining online about the deaths of Black entertainers or athletes to gun violence is kind of a celebration for white extremists. They enjoy watching us kill one another. Because if we decline in numbers, they could strengthen and take us all out.

Bushwick Bill Passed Away!

Conflicting reports say iconic rapper Bushwick Bill passed away. 

Richard Stephen Shaw is known as Bushwick Bill of the Houston rap group Geto Boys. There's conflicting stories going on but I can say that the family has confirmed that the rapper is dying.

The Jamaican-American rapper has pancreatic cancer.

The rapper is hospitalized in critical condition but still alive confirms his family. The rapper is currently on a ventilator at a Colorado hospital. His publicist, Dawn P said that his family will be there in the final preparation.

The 52-year old rapper was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in February and is not expected to recover.

Bushwick Bill stood at 3'8" tall. He had dwarfism.

Geto Boys are a Texas rap group from the Fifth Ward community of Houston. It was comprised of rappers Scarface, Willie D and Bushwick Bill. The former members included Raheem, Sir Rap-a-Lot, Prince Johnny C (J Prince), The Sire Jukebox, Big Mike and DJ Ready Red.

Bushwick Bill was then the backup dancer known as Little Billy.

The group had earned notoriety for being controversial. It often talked about some gory topics. It would be considered misogynist, gory and violent.

They are considered one of the best rap groups of modern times.

Willie D is a prominent blogger and activist on YouTube. I have used his videos on this blog frequently.

The Far Right Crashed Pride!

This guy probably got indecent exposure charges for this stunt. The far-white wanted to make noise in the D. The folks weren't tolerating this.

It's almost embarrassing that Dayton, Ohio managed to burn through $1 million to keep the peace when a dozen or so members of the Klan decided to speak. The folks in Metro Detroit managed keep a handful of cops on these far-white buffoons.

The city of Dayton closed about two miles of streets, closed business nearby, fence off areas, barriers off areas, placed snipers on rooftops, rerouted buses and called four separate police departments to keep the peace.

The Klan couldn't get enough members to speak so they wrapped up after an hour or so.

Detroit had 30,000 attending their pride event. They had to spend to keep the attendees from getting drunk, unruly and violent. The far white wanted to agitate them towards violence. The city of Detroit wanted no drama.

Black cops had to keep the proud boys from getting attacked. 

They spend probably far less keeping the folks who were attending a LGBTQ from splitting these wigs. The folks of Antifa, the New Black Panthers and the NAACP were among those in attendance. Detroit didn't want a Charlottesville.

During a Detroit pride event, the Metro Police managed to keep the LGBTQ folks from serving about two dozen members of the National Socialist Movement, a far-white Neo-Nazi group.

They did their usual theatrics. They tore up a rainbow flag and allegedly urinated on a Israeli flag. They decided to get a permit on the same day the Motor City Pride events were going on.

In unrelated news, alt-white troll Kaitlin Bennett tried to infiltrate pride events. She claimed she was nearly hit by an attendee. She traveled to Iowa to pester Democrats. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Beto O'Rourke were annoyed by the antics.

Bennett was the crazy white chick who posed for her Kent State University graduation photo with an semi automatic firearm. This far white works for Infowars and Breitbart.

She is close to losing her Twitter and Facebook account.

Central Park Five Prosecutor Linda Fairstein Lost Her Book Deal!

Former New York prosecutor turned author who dealt with the Central Park Five loses her book deal and is fired out the cannon at her organization.

Former New York state prosecutor finds herself off the speaking tours. Due to the outrage, Linda Fairstein had to step away from the limelight. With good reason. The former state prosecutor was responsible for sending the Central Park Five to the iron college.

Five teens were wrongfully accused of raping a white jogger. They each got time in the iron college before being set free on the grounds of misconduct and corruption within the New York Police Department.

Donald J. Trump called the Central Park Five, scum and hope they had gotten the DEATH card for the actions they were wrongfully accused of.

The teens said their confessions were coerced and their convictions were overturned in 2002.

Five teens were convicted of a crime they didn't even commit.

A convicted serial killed and rapist Matias Reyes confessed to the rape. He is currently serving a 45 years sentence. He said that acted alone in his criminal act.

There's a docu-series on Netflix called "When They See Us."

The movie was produced by Ava DuVerna and it's winning praise worldwide. It also sparked massive discussion to how the justice system failed people of color.

The movie featured convicted felon Felicity Huffman who is portrayed as Fairstein.

The City of New York settled with the men. Yusef Salaam, Kevin Richardson, Raymond Santana, Antron McCary and Kharey Wise each settled with the city.

Dutton cancelled her contract. Fairstein was also forced to resign from Safe Horizon, God's Love We Deliver, The Joyful Heart Foundation and Vassar College.

She had her lifetime achievement award recalled after the backlash.

To this day, Trump has never apologized for his comments. He continues to attack them and believes in his heart the men were guilty as sin.

Black Republican hopes to unseat Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI).

In a state that Donald J. Trump carried in the 2016 U.S. presidential election, one Republican lost his first bid to unseat a Democrat. He tried to unseat Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) but failed at winning that bid.

Now John James, the far-right agitator is hoping the second time is the charm.

You notice that Fox News and the far-white are calling this guy a "star."

This coonservative appears only on Fox News and no other outlet. He hopes that his skills a pragmatic speaker and African American business owner could court Blacks who are disgruntled with the Democratic Party.

Given that he could be the fourth African American to be seated in the U.S. Senate, Democrats are wasting no time allowing this clown to gain momentum. Given that Trump carried Michigan by three points, that would put Peters as LEAN DEMOCRAT currently. If the election was held today, Peters would clobber this guy. But given that James is Black, he will try his best to use every dirty tactic to make Blacks believe he's their savior.

Sen. Gary Peters is preparing for the far-right and it's lunatic candidate John James.

On Trump's favorite cable news show, Fox & Friends, James said that he filed the paperwork to run for the seat.

"I would like to announce that I am running for U.S. Senate after careful deliberation and thoughtful prayer," said James. "I believe this the time, again, is to serve."

James garnered attention after he ran against Stabenow. The other person who thought about running was Robert J. Ritchie, Sr., aka Kid Rock. The entertainer considered running for the seat but decided to be more of a sideline supporter of the Republican nominee.

James hopes this time he could win. Now that Trump is on the ballot in 2020, the Republican believes he's got the feeling. Trump is concerned that James running will energize Democrats and hurt the re-election chances the state.

The only Republicans in modern times to win Michigan were Donald J. Trump, George H.W. Bush and Ronald Reagan. That's just going back at least 40 years or so.

Sexual Predators Stalked Women And Gay Men In Detroit!

Two sexual predators are off the street. One targeted two gay men and a transgender woman. The other killed three women who were walking the stroll.

Detroit Metro Police have a person of interest in the murder of three women on the east side. This was an alleged homeless man who targeted women who were prostitutes. There was another man who may have attacked and killed two gay men and a transgender woman over the Memorial Day weekend.

These sexual predators killed for a thrill.

The chief of Metro Police, James Craig believes the killing of these women were the makings of a serial killer. The law determined that two women, a white woman and Black woman were killed by sexual predator. The third died of an overdose but had blunt force trauma injuries.

The victims were found in vacant buildings. The chief believes that there could be more victims.

The sexual predator is in his 30s and frequents the east end. Police released two photos of the killer and they've received tips. He was taken into custody on Friday. No charges were filed yet.

Two of the victims were identified. Nancy Harrison and Trevesene Ellis were the victims who were found in vacant properties. The other woman who was not identified as of yet.

Mike Duggan, the mayor of Detroit said that it could take weeks to search properties for other victims. He said that the city is planning on demolishing vacant structures and hope that these incidents stopped at three.

Two of the victims were identified by the Detroit Metro Police. They were victims of a serial killer.

The other killer had anti-LGBTQ hatred or a lust for them.

The sexual predator is an 18-year old man who was accused of murdering three people. Two were gay men and one was transgender. The motive could be a hate crime.

The victims were Alunte Davis, Timothy Blancher and Paris Cameron. They were targeted by the sexual predator.

This was the third transgender woman who was killed in a period. There were five transwomen of color killed because of some motivated violence. Most of the victims were prostitutes or victims of unfortunate circumstances.

Two gay men and a transgender woman were victims of a hate crime.

Women of color are under attack. Even women who run the streets are being attacked by sexual predators. Prostitution is the oldest profession. It is illegal in the United States to engage in the sexual activity for monetary.

The suspects are innocent until guilty in a court of law. The individuals are facing murder charges. If convicted they could face the DEATH card in Michigan. They are assured LIFE and TIER status upon conviction.

It is considered taboo by those who clutch their pearls. It often leads to human trafficking, drug abuse, spread of sexual transmitted infections, domestic violence and gun crimes. Lawmakers want to criminalize those who engage in it.

The U.S. is the only country where "freedom" is just a ridiculous platitude. I'm all for legalizing marijuana, prostitution and online gambling.

Human nature is based on decisions. We all have choices. Why do we care so much about what two consenting adults do in the bedroom?

Why do we care about a person who lights up a joint in the public?

Why do we care how much a person spends online or in a gaming facility?

Yesterday in Normandy, France, Trump, Pelosi and other lawmakers honor the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. The imbecile went to the far-white cable network Fox News to complain about problems at home.

He insults his fellow Americans on foreign soil and the host Laura Ingraham eggs him on.

It was told that Trump delayed the ceremony to do that ridiculous taping with that far-white agitator.

Sitting in front of a cemetery of American war dead. Trump argued that Pelosi's leadership and the Democratic Party's relentless investigations are a disaster. He decided to label her the name.

"Nancy Pelosi, I call her Nervous Nancy, Nancy Pelosi doesn't talk about it. Nancy Pelosi is a disaster, OK?" Trump said to Ingraham during that taping. "She's a disaster. Let her do what she wants, you know what? I think they're in big trouble?"

Somehow, they'll have to cross paths.

Pelosi refused to comment on Trump's remarks. She said that she rather not insult him on foreign soil.

Yeah, Pelosi sucks as the House Speaker. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) warned Pelosi. They told her and Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-MD) to get the ball rolling on impeaching this motherfucker.

Prepare for more government shutdowns.

Pelosi wanted to play nice. She ended up once again becoming a toxic figure. The far-white is often singling her out. They use her in memes and Trump already been fed Fox News bullshit.

She should never have been the House Speaker. We needed a leader who ain't tainted with the lobbyists and foreign influence. She attacked Omar for speaking out against the Israeli influence. She sided with Republicans on the shooting of Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA). She should have called out Republicans for being bigots.

Democrats don't want to work with Trump. We voted for Democrats to establish balance for Trump.

Unfortunately, the corporate Democrats like Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi could end up giving Trump his second term. We need to restructure the policies. I know I want to see his ass impeached but I rather have my community fixed up after a natural disaster. I rather see more jobs coming to my community than subpoenas on his tax returns.

Democrats better focus on the economy and natural disasters. They seem to do better on handling natural disasters and the economy. They might want to at least force Republicans to acknowledge they have failed in infrastructure.

They might want to go after that turtle in the Senate.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is the most hated politician in the country. He has stalled legislation. He was responsible for Barack Obama not getting his third Supreme Court nominee. He and Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) can't control their own members. Their own members have delayed bills on disaster relief. They have delayed policies to help many Americans who need job assistance. The states with natural disasters are ran by Republicans. See how that's working out for you!

Bad news on the jobs report.

The release of the jobs report is not good. It was way below expectations.

The unemployment rate remains at 3.6%.

The U.S. economy added only 75,000 jobs in May. That means less than 100,000 jobs were spread across the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the five U.S. territories. The population of 336.9 million Americans (U.S. nationals).

The report is making the notion that our economy is slowing down. That means that jobs aren't hiring or they're fazing out positions in industries that Americans once held.

Economists were expecting 185,000 jobs. This fell very short of the anticipated number.

Wage growth also decelerated slightly, with average hourly earnings rising 3.1% from a year earlier, down from a 3.2% rate a month earlier.

Things are getting worse. Donald J. Trump has threatened to impose tariffs on Mexican products if they don't curb immigrants from coming to the border. He also has engaged in a trade war with the European Union and China. Each of these trade wars caused a global ripple effect.

On Monday, if the U.S. enables the tariffs on Mexico, American consumers will pay more for fruit, alcohol, peanuts, almonds and wine.

Why does it feel like it's not an improving economy?

First things first, the cost of living has not changed.

The average wage for most Americans aren't matching the cost of gasoline, food and rent. They are not matching overall satisfaction.

Many economists are saying that a recession is coming.

Those die-hard Trump supporters will say that his leadership is successful. All the while, they find that their average wages are stalling. Many of these Trump supporters probably lost their jobs. Some are probably losing their homes due to flooding, wildfires and foreclosure.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen over the past year.

Let me remind you, that Trump and Republicans believe austerity is the key to a strong economy and job market. The Republicans are not in control of the House of Representatives. The Democrats now control the House and will push for an agenda that Trump will likely oppose. Republicans in the Senate will continue to pass ridiculous laws that hurt the working class and middle class. They are already streamlining federal judges that could rollback years of progress.

The inept Senate leadership of Mitch McConnell is being ignored. He is leading our country into the abyss. Trump and Republicans believe that trickle down economics (i.e. free market capitalism) is helping Americans. Really, it's making people work harder and we're not seeing the benefits of it.

We are not happy with the incentives companies provide.

With them trying to dismantle the Affordable Care Act, many of Trump's die hard supporters are going to get a culture shock when they find out their health coverage from their employer terminated it because they are no longer forced to provide it. Or they'll keep hours lower to keep people from obtaining health insurance.

The Jobs and Tax Cut Act has added trillions of dollars of debt to the economy. The results of the tax cuts haven't produced the stability. It's still considered a very unpopular law.

Trump is destroying the economy. I won't say anything positive about him. Regardless of what happens, this is short-term success.

There was a war against Black men in America. We need to take this seriously.


The media made a big deal out of the boys who were falsely accused of rape, while the actual guy by the name of Mathias Reyes was out there serially raping and murdering women during this time. Also, there was a Black woman who was raped, beaten, thrown into the elevator shaft to be left for dead in Harlem. No persons of interest and almost no media coverage whatsoever. We are conditioned to value certain races of women, while disregarding the lives of Black and brown women as victims.

So far, the Raptors haven't went down like punks, yet. They are up in the series 2 games to 1.

The Warriors are without their top player Kevin Durant and it's been seen throughout the game.

Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Dreymond Green need that extra arm of support in order to finish the series. But given that the Splash Bros are struggling through the series, T-DOT is lit.

The largest city in Canada is hoping to make a mark on NBA. The Eastern Conference Champions have been getting very good these last four years. Matter of fact, they gave the Cleveland Cavaliers the runs during the King James time.

Enter point guard and top shooter Kyle Lowry. The Toronto Raptors have Lowry, Jeremy Lin, Leonard Kawhi and Malcolm Miller. They are on pace to winning the series if Game 4 is in their favor.

Tonight's game is on ABC and the Raptors and Warriors will duke it out.

One person who will not have an opportunity to watch is Mark Stevens. This is a billioniare who is minority owner and investor for the Warriors. He is the co-owner of Sequoia Capital in Menlo Park.

He was ejected from Oracle Arena after he verbally assaulted and initiated a physical altercation with Lowry. He was banned from the finals and had a year long ban from the NBA. He also had to shelve out $500,000 for the incident.

No arrests were made during the altercation.

Lowry had did his presser and had to address this. He also had to tell the public that his sons have to face a reality where folks like this exist. The incident made people of color think.

Had it been the other way around, Lowry would have been suspended and sacked from the Raptors.

He would have been arrested and criminally charged. He would have been fined by the California courts and NBA for the whole encounter. He would be forever known like Ron Artest (aka Metta World Peace) who went into the stands to confront a white guy who threw a drink at him.

This type of behavior is typical of white people and Black athletes. They instigate fights with the players and then cry when they get a karma moment.

Lowry is above the fray. Thankfully. He could have served that asshole a hot plate.

The fan who shoved Lowry in Game 3 was a venture capitalist. A privileged white man who felt the need to put his hands on a Black man. Mind you, he's the guy who buys companies piles on debt and forces the company to go out business when they can't pay the debt.

How Smart Could Stupid Be? [NFSW]

Man takes a bath inside a fast food restaurant sink. He caused great concern among folks who work in the fast food industry. What folks do for click bait!

From folks deliberately entering wild animal cages to people doing stupid things while around food, Journal de la Reyna introduces another edition of "You Can't Fix Stupid."

These stories are often posted by me to detail what folks do when they using dumb judgment in handling food, animals and society in general.

Most of the stupid stories involve folks working at fast food restaurants doing something that could contaminate food or cause harm to the company they've worked for.

So if you're employed in fast food or at a zoo, please exercise judgment before doing something.

You could lose your job, your reputation or your life.



Okay, Wendy's Restaurants are doing damage control after one of its employees at a Florida store was caught on camera taking a bath inside on of the sinks they use to clean utensils and prepare food.

Co-workers egged him on and record the encounter. The worker stripped down to his shorts and entered an industrial sized sink and decided to take a bath. With some saying that he should "wash his armpits."

He and his co-workers posted this shit on social media and it went viral. As soon as Wendy's got word of the stunt, they immediately fired all of those involved out the cannon.

The Florida Department of Health and Milton city inspector had to shut the business down. They ordered an advance sanitizing of the restaurant, retraining managers, cashiers and food preps.

They had to immediately have a restructuring of the facility and order all Wendy's Restaurants to do an evaluation of employees behavior during down time.

They will send the ones involved the bill if the city and state decides to fine the store.

This is why it's greatly important to use judgement. The folks who told the man to do this aren't going to find difficulty finding jobs. This person will find himself on the outside when it comes to employment.

All because he wanted to be funny. If he wanted to be a comedian, he should have saved his money and head to The Groundlings, Second City or Upright Citizens Brigade.



Oh by the way, here's many other incidents that involve idiots taking baths in restaurants sinks.

The most famous one is that idiot from Xenia, Ohio who took a bath in a Burger King sink.



Then the three women from Anderson, California who took a bath in a KFC sink.
