Richard K. Jones, the Ohio sheriff of Butler County is a staunch Republican and huge supporter of Donald J. Trump. He is just as controversial as Milwaukee County. Wisconsin sheriff David Clarke. He along with other Republicans are getting "tough" on heroin.
He said he wants to help victims of drug abuse by doing nothing.
Basically he said that he doesn't waste taxpayer money to help treat victims of overdose.
Butler County's population has rose to 383,000 people. It's area's ripe for the pickings. Interstate 75 is a major corridor and area heavily traveled. Drug cartels rely on Interstate 70 and 75 in Dayton as a shelter for quick transport of heroin and fentanyl.
This area is the center of the heroin crisis. He blames illegal immigrants and cartels for the crisis.
Jones admitted that heroin is plaguing his county. He said that he's done with helping the junkies.
Jones said he is done. He wants his deputies to no longer aid victims of overdose.
He said his deputies won't use Narcan now and never under his watch despite its effectiveness in reversing the effects of heroin overdoses.
He claims that overdose victims are violent towards his deputies. He said he wants to protect them from these occurrences.
Some of the communities in Butler County include Hamilton, Oxford, West Chester, Middletown, Franklin, Carlisle, Fairfield, Ross, New Miami, College Corner, Trenton and Monroe.
It's a boomburb and part of the Cincinnati/Dayton metroplex.
There will be protests at the Hamilton County sheriff's office.
Jones who said that he wanted Trump to bill Mexico for the county's detainment.

Over three years ago, John Crawford III was shot and killed inside a Dayton area Walmart. The officer who shot him is now "off the hook."
The Department of Justice decided that it will not charge Beavercreek officer Sean Williams for the fatal encounter in August 2014.
Williams who was White shot and killed a Black shopper on a fake 9-1-1 call. He was the officer who fired. His partner was not involved.
Crawford, who was Black was shopping in Walmart and picked up an open air rifle. This asshole who was upset over Crawford talking on the phone followed him around the store. This asshole Ronald Ritchie called the law saying that there was a man pointing a rifle at people.
No justice for John Crawford III.
Beavercreek Police quickly responded to the location and spotted Crawford on the phone. They claimed they gave a verbal warning and ordered him to drop the firearm.
About four seconds and Williams struck Crawford. Crawford was hit three times.
He would later die of his injuries. A shopper named Angie Williams was shocked by the noise had a heart attack. She died at the hospital after the shooting.
Officer William and Sgt. David Darkow were placed in the freezer after the event. Darkow who didn't fire his weapon was soon returned to the beat. Williams was placed back on duty but under a watchful eye.
In an open carry state, Crawford was denied his freedoms to carry. He was only on the phone.
Now under Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III, you'll see more police officers getting away with murder. You will see state sponsored assassination by the "boys in blue."
Beavercreek could fire Williams out the cannon after this fiasco. Cause the controversy already left a scar on the community. The city tried to ban the Greater Dayton RTA from the city. The Obama Justice Department and Transportation Department told the city to get public access out there or lose funds.
The Trump version could reverse decisions like this. Beavercreek could return back to its original ways.

Barkari Henderson (left) was vacationing in Greece when he was jumped by a group of thugs. He died and the police charged them with murder.
His friends called him a "dreamer" and a gift to the world. They are mourning the death of a 22-year old man who was on vacation in Greece. He just celebrated graduation and was a club when a fight broke out.
A Greek bartender, a British bouncer and six Serbian nationals brutally attacked Bakari Henderson.
The Austin, Texas graduate suffered fatal head injuries. He would die at the local hospital.
The Zakinthos Police arrested the men and they will be tried in court for murder.

Again in King County, Washington, another person loses his life to a fatal police shooting.
Giovonn Joseph-McDade a 20 year old college student was shot and killed by a Kent, Washington, police officer after a traffic stop in June.
This shooting was ignored because the nation was focused on the death of Charleena Lyles, another woman from King County, Washington by the way of Seattle being shot and killed after she called the law to report a crime.
Also a few days later, Tommy Le was gunned down after the law thought he was carrying a dangerous weapon. Turns out to be a pen.
All three of these individuals were people of color and they died because of police officer's "split decision" to use deadly force.
McDade was student at Green River College. He was stopped for a minor offense of switching plates.
Des Moines Police claim that McDade was trying to flee and elude police. They claim the vehicle he was driving is a high target for car thief.
McDade was driving a Honda Accord, described by the law as "the most common vehicle stolen in the state of Washington state."
The law claimed that McDade fled from the law. They described it as a "felony fleeing and eluding."
They chased McDade into a dead end of a residential neighborhood. According to the officers, he would proceed to accelerate the vehicle and try to ram the police cars. That's when the officers fired on McDade and his passenger Devonte Cheeks.
Two bullets hit Giovonn and he was instantly killed.
They claimed that he had a few grams of methamphetamine and marijuana on him.
Again, trying to justify a deadly shooting by claiming that the person the police shot was on drugs.
With political tensions at its worst, police officers are being stretched to a breaking point. Police officers are now trying to be cautious about using deadly force.
Oftentimes, Black people are told to obey an officer's order. Still gets us killed.
We are told to be fathers of children, members of society and mentors to Black America. Often, the police kill those fathers. They destroy that member of society who had a job, a career, and a future.
How can you mentor Black America, when our fathers tell us to be wary of the police.
Always trust your gut instinct and never allow yourself to be a victim.
We legally obtain firearms. But according to Donald J. Trump, Republicans, conservatives, and the NRA, we're a threat. They want to take away the 2nd Amendment from Blacks, Brown and Mulims. It was reported that actor Nelsan Ellis had passed away at the age of 39.
He was known for playing the gay flamboyant medium Lafayette Reynolds in the horror-drama True Blood on HBO. He had passed away from complications of heart failure.
"He was a great talent, and his words and presence will forever be missed," said his publicist Emily Gerson Saines to The Hollywood Reporter.
Ellis was on True Blood from 2008 until its series finale in 2014.
"We are extremely saddened to hear the passing of Nelsan Ellis," said HBO in a statement on Saturday. "Nelsan was a long-time member of the HBO family whose groundbreaking portrayal of Lafayette will be remembered fondly."
Ellis who was born in Harvey, Illinois was talented. He was of seven children.

There was a another mass shooting in Cincinnati.
Donald J. Trump, Governor John Kasich, Sherrod Brown and Rob Portman were notified about the latest mass shooting in home in Colerain Township, a suburban region in Hamilton County, Ohio.
Three children were shot along with six others in a mass shooting at a "gender reveal party."
This shooting killed a woman.
It happened at home in Colerain Township just a few blocks from Northgate Mall.
The children who were shot weren't injured badly. One woman was killed and a few adults were seriously injured.
Police scanners said that there maybe two shooters involved. These terrorists are on the loose at present time.
The partygoers were watching a movie when gunfire rang out.
This is could be a potential terrorist attack on a group of people celebrating a pregnancy.
This event comes about a month after the Cameo Night Club shooting. At least 20 people were wounded and two people were killed.
One of the alleged shooters was killed in the nightclub attack. The nightclub was permanently closed and the Cincinnati Police and FBI are still determining how this tragedy occurred.

The tiny village of Phillipsburg, Ohio is located 15 miles from Dayton. The village population is 500.
Justin Sanderson, a Phillipsburg cop was arrested for rape. According to Vandalia Police, this dirty cop was accused of raping two women whom he met on Backpage.
He was wearing his uniform and had his police cruiser parked at a local hotel at the time of the incident.
One woman filed a report early this month.
The two women claimed that Sanderson claimed he was an Ohio State University police officer.
The women claimed that he met them at a Knights Inn. The three agreed to pay for sex. He got a key to the room where the women were staying and forced himself on the women while in uniform.
Sanderson is being charged with rape. He posted bail out of the Montgomery County lockup and is on in-house. He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
He is currently placed in the freezer pending. He will likely hire a lawyer, get the backing of his police union and claim he was the "victim."
DeRay McKesson is being sued by a East Baton Rouge deputy for his injuries. The representatives of the deputy claim that McKesson made a terrorist travel from Kansas City to murder Baton Rouge police officers.
The Baton Rouge shooting of Alton Sterling and the Minneapolis/St. Paul shooting of Philando Castile riled up a terrorist. The terrorist went to Baton Rouge to extract revenge against the officers who allowed lawful carry Black men die at the hands of police.

Now one of the cops is suing Black Lives Matter for his injuries.
The suit filed on Friday claims that Black Lives Matter "incites violence" and provoked the terrorist to attack cops.
Deputy Nicholas Tullier and his representatives are behind the lawsuit. Tullier was shot in the head and was left paralyzed from the injuries. He is the father of two.
This terrorist was inspired by police officers getting away with murder.
"Obviously at this point talk shows hosts were holding them responsible, and they were having to defend the blame and responsibility for what they had caused whether in whole or in part," the suit says.
The lawsuit blames DeRay McKesson, founder of Project Zero and prominent Black Lives Matter activist.
McKesson denounced the lawsuit and said that Black Lives Matter is a movement, not an organization.
So if there's proof that McKesson said "violent" threats against Baton Rouge Police and East Baton Rouge Parish deputies, then it may have a leg to stand on.
But suing a commentator is very hard. Because McKesson isn't a resident of the area, it's almost impossible.
