When Haitian American rapper/singer Wyclef Jean said to the junk food media he envisions rapper Young Thug as Tupac Shakur, I was totally shocked. I am surprised that the Atlanta rapper was given the mantle of being associated with 'Pac.
Young Thug is a rising talent, no question. He's affiliated with the domestic terrorist group The Bloods.
He's made his big break by releasing the hit singles "Stoner", "Danny Glover" and "Loaded" off the mixtape titled Stoner. He collaborates with Gucci Mane, Future, T.I., Young Dolph, Usher and Rae Sremmurd. He's an in demand rapper.
But he's no Tupac...
NOPE. NADA. NO WAY.
Young Thug's mixtape Jeffery is out and the rapper wanted to get a reggae influence. Jean appears on the album's final song. Speaking to Pigeons & Planes, the 46-year old rapper says he's found new respect for Thugger.
The rapper will appear on Wyclef Jean's album J'ouvert.
Thugger shows some love to the Haitians. Thugger named his child after the impoverished country.
"Sometimes you don't realize who you are affecting," explained Wyclef. "But he's from a project, I'm from a similar background. And he has natural love for Haiti, understanding the history of Haiti. Haiti is the first Black republic. He reminds me of a modern Tupac, in a sense---- in a revolutionary sense."
That drew a lot of attention.
People were pissed that a former rival of the late rapper would dare compare a newcomer to a complex but prolific rapper such as Tupac Shakur.
Any thoughts to the matter?
Does Young Thug have 'Pac in him?
Mind you that rapper Ja Rule was roundly mocked by 50 Cent and Eminem for trying to create himself as the legendary rapper.
Listen to the full mixtape. Purchase No my name is, Jeffrey on iTunes or your local record retailer.

Edina Police face controversy after its officer manhandles a man for allegedly jaywalking.
The reasons why Colin Kaepernick for not standing for the national anthem. The police brutal treatment of people of color. These incidents create tension between #BlackLivesMatter and those in law enforcement.
The Huffington Post reports that a viral video circulated online featuring a suburban Minneapolis police officer brutally taking down a jaywalker.
In the seven minute video, the man is first seen arguing with an Edina police officer. The officer holds the back of the jacket of the man in an apparent attempt to prevent him from running.
"You're walking down the middle of the street," the officer says in the video, as he appears to forcefully pulls the man towards the center lane and around a parked car.
"I'm on the damn white line!" the man yells. "You can't just put your hands on me like that!"
The woman filming this incident is trying to calm the situation by saying that to the officer that he should help him find a place where to walk.
"He's scared, sir. It's scary," the woman calls out during the event. "It's because he's Black," she adds, in a lower voice. The woman who filmed it is Janet Rowles. She hired an attorney.
The police defend the officer's actions. The city confirms that the one of the sidewalks was closed and the video caught the tail end.
The statement said that the man had been walking in the roadway shortly before recording started.
When the officer turned his lights on and hit the signal, the man wearing headphones turned an acknowledged the officer. The officer claimed that he ignored command.
The man was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct and failure to obey traffic signal. He was freed after posting bail.
The NAACP is calling for a full investigation for the incident. They believe that the officer's action were dehumanizing and degrading.
"Watching that video and seeing a Black man being manhandled and emasculated by Edina Police was not only painful and humiliating, it was a vivid reminder that Blacks are still too-often seen as second class citizen in the State of Minnesota and in this nation," said Nekima Levy-Pounds, the local president of the Minneapolis NAACP.
"There's was absolutely no reason for the officer to stop him from walking. I easily passed him in my vehicle because he was hugging the right side next to construction, literally walking on the white line that marks the shoulder," Levy-Pounds said in a statement.
Edina Police didn't have any comments at this time.
This comes as no surprise but Minneapolis-St. Paul was dealing with the fatal police shootings of Jamar Clark and Philando Castile. They were unarmed at the time and the police shot them on sight.
Three dangerous terrorists are off the streets. They wanted to attack a Kansas town because it has immigrants and Muslims.
Federal prosecutors plan to announce charges related to a planned attack on the Somali immigrant community in Kansas, the AP reports. A law enforcement official said Friday that federal prosecutors in Wichita, Kansas, are announcing the arrests of three men in connection with the plot. The official was not authorized to discuss an ongoing investigation by name and spoke on condition of anonymity. Acting US Attorney Tom Beal and FBI Special Agent Eric Jackson have scheduled a news conference late Friday in Wichita. The Justice Department's National Security Division created a new position a year ago to help coordinate investigations into violent homegrown extremism, like the one that resulted in the three arrests.
Countless people showed up to listen to Garden City Police Michael Utz explain the investigation about the planned attack.
A translator helped Somali community members address their concerns, but they were assured there is no longer any reason to be scared.
"I didn't sleep very well, but today when I saw the police and heard the police, all the people in the community coming here, I was feeling very, very happy," said Frah Farah, a community member. "I will sleep very well tonight."
Garden City Police say community members can help the community safe by reporting any suspicious activity.
Acting U.S. Attorney Tom Beall says Curtis Allen, 49, Gavin Wright, 51, and Patrick Stein were all charged with domestic terrorism.
Beall said the three were planning to bomb an apartment complex and mosque in Garden City occupied by a Muslim community of about 120 Somali refugees.
Beall said the men planned to carry out the attack on Nov. 9, the day after Election Day.
He said the men stockpiled a large cache of firearms, and ammunition.
Beall said the men planned to park vehicles full of explosives at all four corners of the Garden City apartment complex. The men said they wanted to "wake people up".
Beall said the men wrote a manifesto, which they wanted published after the bombing.
According to an affidavit, the were a part of a group called the Kansas Security Force and the Crusaders.
"These are militia groups whose members support and espouse sovereign citizen, anti-government, anti-Muslim, and anti-immigrant extremist beliefs," read the affidavit.
Beall said the men's arrest is a part of an eight month long investigation.
Eyewitness News first learned about the investigation when Liberal police and the FBI shutdown multiple streets in town on Tuesday.
All three men are currently in the Sedgwick County jail on one count of conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction.
If convicted, all three could face life in prison.
The Garden City Mayor and Police Chief issued the following statements Friday evening:
"Our community is forever grateful for the protection provided to us every day, but especially today in learning of the thwarted attack on our community. I'm shocked, but at the same time extremely proud of and grateful for the efforts of local, state, and federal law enforcement. Today should also serve as a reminder that vigilance should be a common practice by all citizens. 'See something, say something' is a cause we should champion each day even in a rural community like Garden City. I would encourage anyone that sees something suspicious to call 911."
Mayor Chris Law
"The GCPD was aware of the investigation, and has cooperated with the FBI since the onset. We have been assured that all individuals involved are in custody, and that the safety of the community was ensured throughout the investigation. All inquiries about the investigation, arrest, and prosecution are referred to the US Attorney's Office and the FBI."

The growing tension within the Donald Trump campaign has conservatives screaming that the election is "rigged". His rhetoric has inspired extremism.
In the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio, a young 11 year old girl was struck by a car on Ohio State Route 48 known locally as Main Street. She was dragged 100 feet and landed on the ground not moving. The residents immediately called for assistance and the Dayton Police and Emergency Response came to aid the girl. She was taken to a local hospital where tonight the junk food media confirms that she passed away.
This incident happened around Wednesday and it closed the road for hours.
Makyla White was heading to People's Market to get some snacks with her family. As she was crossing the street, a vehicle comes out of nowhere and struck her.
The driver was struck with grief and despair. The driver didn't see her dart in the street.
Makyla was not in a proper crosswalk. The area is slightly lighted. It's a four lane road without any turn lanes. There are two traffic lights between the store. The speed limit on the road is 35 mph.
The crosswalks were available.
The witnesses claim that the driver was distracted or driving at an excessive speed. Many fault the girl for not being in the proper crosswalk. The Dayton Police are investigating the incident. The police will present any evidence to the prosecutor if charges are merited.
The city and the police show concern for a deterrent that once remedied a problem. The city was using traffic control devices like speed and red light cameras.
The city of Dayton and many other jurisdiction were brutally fighting the state of Ohio to keep the red light and speed cameras on. They believed the cameras deterred traffic violations.
The state of Ohio passed legislation to eliminate the cameras. The cameras can only used in school and construction zones. An officer must be present to issue a citation. The city of Dayton didn't want to waste resources to have a cop sit at every intersection with a traffic camera.
The city lost state funds because of its disregard for the state law. Dayton and many other cities must reimburse the people who were cited since the law was enacted.
Dayton has disabled the cameras and vow to find loopholes.
Nonetheless, the residents are mourning the loss of this young girl.
The police say that speeding and illegal activities plague Main Street.
I have suggestions for Main Street. Lower the speed limit to 25 mph between Hillcrest and Great Miami Boulevard. Make Main Street a two lane road with bicycle lanes.
Main Street in Dayton is notorious for speeding, jaywalking, littering, prostitution and illegal activities like drug trafficking.
Ohio State Route 48 is an 84 mile road starts from the census-designated community Goshen and ends near the village of Houston. It passes through Dayton, Englewood, Covington, Lebanon and Kettering.
Lou Dobbs intentional shares a woman's phone number. He was mad she accused Donald Trump of inappropriately touching her while on a plane.
Fox Business Network's Lou Dobbs is under fire for taking to social media to denounce a Trump accuser. He would intentionally tweet a woman's phone number and address to his nearly 1 million followers on Twitter.
Jessica Leeds is one of the numerous women who accused Republican nominee Donald Trump of inappropriate behavior towards them. She came out with the accusation of Trump touching her under her skirt and dipping into her breasts.
Dobbs, Sean "Softball" Hannity and old fart Rush Limbaugh are bitching about the timing of these incidents. They claim that the junk food media ignores the accusers of Bill Clinton.
Softball gave Kathleen Willey, Paula Jones, Kathy Shelton and Juanita Broaddrick an opportunity to accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault. They blame Hillary Clinton for allowing him to act out.
Dobbs who is a Trump supporter like the softball. Dobbs is fixated on building walls to keep Mexicans out of the country. He quickly jumped on the Trump train during the primaries.
Dobbs got a tip from I am guessing alt-right troll Charles Johnson.
Johnson the founder of GotNews is willing to endanger the lives of people he deem "liberal plants".
Dobbs got tipped by a Trump supporter and he went on to posting this shit online.
Jessica Leeds feared for her life after she publicly accused Republican nominee Donald Trump of sexual harassment.
The post claimed that Leeds’s phone number matched one listed for the Clinton Foundation in WikiLeaks releases, though only five of the 10 digits were the same, reported Business Insider, and three of those overlapping numbers included an area code for New York.
Leeds, 74, was one of two women who accused Donald Trump of groping and kissing them without permission in a story published in the New York Times this week. After their accusations hit the Internet, several more women stepped forward to report similar behavior, including a People magazine reporter who wrote in an essay in the publication that Trump pinned her against the wall during a 2005 interview at his Florida estate, "forcing his tongue down my throat."
Trump has since denied all the accusations.
Gloria Allred has stepped into the picture. She unrevealed over eight more people involved making it a total of 12 so far.
Trump surrogate Ben Carson gets testy with a female anchor. He tells her to "shut up".
Who let Papa Smurf on television?
Conservative agitator Ben Carson (a failed presidential candidate) gets a little antsy with the hosts on MSNBC today. I mean he really acted like a total jackass.
When conservatives are grilled on tough questions, they deflect and then as usual blame the media for their comments.
Carson was asked about the allegations made against Donald Trump.
The host Joe Scarborough and BBC World News America anchor Katty Kay focused their line of questioning around this: GOP vice presidential candidate Indiana Gov. Mike Pence indicated Friday on multiple morning news shows that before the end of the day, the Trump campaign would provide evidence proving that the women accusing Trump of having sexually abused them are lying.
Kay asked Carson if he thought these women were indeed fabricating their stories.
"That's your characterization, because you need to characterize it that way," Carson said.
Kay attempted to ask a follow-up, at which point Carson held up his hand, yelling "stop" repeatedly.
"Hey, can you turn her microphone off?" he then demanded. "Turn her microphone off so I can talk."
"No," Scarborough said. "No! It's a simple question."
"It doesn't matter whether they're lying or not," Carson finally said. "What matters is that the train is going off the cliff."
"Get it through your thick skulls," he continued, railing at the TV hosts about the economy and border control, among other things.
Trump is being called out by over 15 women for sexaul harassment and assault.
Suggesting that Trump’s accusers aren't telling the truth, Carson had some other really deep thoughts to share.
"I do have common sense, and if somebody is sitting in the first-class section of the airplane, there are stewardesses, there are other people around there's just gigantic armrests," he said. "What happened to all of those things?"
He said he predicted that democrats would "keep coming up with stuff to try to take your eye off the ball. Not that sexual language and abuses (sic) is not important but when you're talking about the train going off the cliff, you really need to deal with that first."
It's not looking good for the Trump team. Also we'll cover the Lou Dobbs.
Angrier and louder. Donald Trump blast the junk food media.
In Cincinnati and West Palm Beach, Donald Trump took off the gloves. He decided to throw down a lawsuit against The New York Times after the paper released a damaging report about Trump touching women inappropriately.
Five women came forth to tell their side of the story and it's gotten major attention in the junk food media.
Jane Leeds claims about Trump reached underneath her dress while they were on a flight together. Leeds told the New York Times, Trump lifted up the armrest and touched her breasts and started to put his hands up her skirt.
"He was like an octopus" said Leeds. "It was like he had six arms. He was all over the place.
Temple Taggart claims that Trump kissed her on the mouth without her consent.
"He kissed me directly on the lips. I though: 'Oh my gosh. Gross' He was like married to Marla Maples at the time. I think there were a few other girls that he kissed on the mouth. I was like, 'Wow, that's inappropriate.'"
Mindy McGillivray said that Trump grabbed her on the buttocks.
"All of sudden I felt a grab, a little nudge. I think it's Ken's camera bag, that was my first instinct. I turned around and there's Donald. He sort of looked away quickly."
McGillvray thought it was her friend Ken Davidoff bumping into her. It was apparently Trump going for a pinch.
"That was a pretty good nudge. More of a grab. It was pretty close to the center of my butt. I was startled. I jump,"
Rachel Crooks said that as she introduced herself to Trump at his Trump Tower, he would grab her and give her a big kiss and he tried to tongue her.
"It was so inappropriate. I was so upset that he thought I was so insignificant that he could do that." said Crooks.
Trump on his part dismissed the notion and said to his supporters that "if he loses" it's the fault of a corrupt media and "Crooked Hillary".
Now you know that Trump was eager to bring forth Bill Clinton's accusers. He was supposed to make an appearance on Sean "Softball" Hannity's program. He abruptly canceled the appearance.
Now Trump had an opportunity to address this. He flat out denied it and went right into blaming the junk food media and Hillary Clinton for the shit storm he's created.
Trump's epic rant.
He said that he will dispute the charges at a later date.
The first lady comes out swinging against Donald Trump. He's facing a mountain of controversy after five women accused the Republican nominee of sexual harassment. It was revealed by The New York Times and the Republican nominee is on the defensive.
First Lady Michelle Obama delivered a powerful statement today going after Trump.
Speaking at a rally for Hillary Clinton in Manchester, New Hampshire, Obama lit into Trump over a video that surfaced last week in which he can be heard talking about being sexually aggressive with women.
"I can't believe I'm saying a candidate for president of the United States has bragged about sexually assaulting women," Obama said.
The speech was an uncharacteristically direct attack from the first lady, who said she eschewed her "normal campaign speech" because it would have been "dishonest and disingenuous to me to just move on to the next thing like this was all just a bad dream."
The first lady never addressed Trump by name, referring to him only as a "candidate." She began the speech by reflecting on what she called a "rough week in an already rough election."
The current first lady is lending her aid to the former first lady, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
Why would any woman support a man who says things like that? First Lady Michelle Obama lays into Donald Trump.
Trump's now infamous audio of him talking about sexually assaulting women isn't faring well with voters. Now it's likely Trump may lose in a landslide after several mishaps since the tape's release.
Obama urges supporters of Clinton to vote early. She says the time to be on the sidelines is over.
"This is not something that we can ignore," Obama added. "It's not something that we can just sweep under the rug as just another disturbing footnote in a sad election season."
Obama also cautioned against a "protest vote" and urged the supporters gathered to do "everything possible to elect Hillary Clinton."
"If you vote for someone other than Hillary ... you are helping to elect her opponent," Obama said.
"We need to recover from our shock and our depression," she added, referring to the sordid campaign developments, "and we need to do what women have always done in this country: we need to roll up our sleeves and get to work."
Many Republicans have denounced Trump and fear him on the ticket could hurt their chances at the election.
For his part, Trump struck back at Clinton and Republicans for writing him off. We'll cover this in a moment.
Terence Crutcher had PCP in blood. The law trying to justify his brutal killing by Tulsa's police officer Betty Shelby. The woman is facing manslaughter charges.
The junk food media is reporting that unarmed Terence Crutcher had traces of PCP in his blood.
Now the suspect, ex-Tulsa officer Betty Shelby is trying to justify her deadly use of force by saying she "feared for her life" after learning that Terence was acting crazy.
The county prosecutor handed her manslaughter charge which could put her in the iron college for LIFE.
Terence's SUV was parked in the middle of the road when Shelby was responding to another call, records show. Police said that Shelby saw a vehicle in the road en route to another call.
Witness said that Terence said that his SUV was about to blow up and she thought it was smoking or something.
Betty Shelby's mugshot.
When she called for backup and asked for assistance, Crutcher was walking with his hands up towards his vehicle.
According to the bag 'em ups, Terence was hit in the chest by a single gunshot.
The bag 'em up said that he had traces of phencyclidine in his system. Now the pro-cop agitators and trolls believe that being high is justifiable for death.
Damn shame.
For those who throw stones in glass houses. It could have been you!
Thomas Mikal Ford (left) passed away. He played a starring role in the 1990s sitcom Martin. The cast Ford, Tisha Campbell Martin, Martin Lawrence, Carl Anthony Payne and Tichina Arnold.
Thomas Mikal Ford, best known as playing in the 1990s sitcom Martin had passed away in an Atlanta area hospital after complications from a ruptured aneurysm in his abdomen.
Ford was best known as Tommy in the Martin Lawrence comedy. He had appeared in shows such as A Different World as Jaleesa's (Dawnn Lewis) ex husband Lamar. He appeared on The Jamie Foxx Show, The Parkers, and the Kid 'N Play movie Class Act.
TMZ confirms that Ford passed away with his family present. They decided to take him off the lifeline.
His wife Gina confirmed this tragic news.
Martin Lawrence, Tisha Campbell-Martin, Tichina Arnold, Garrett Morris and Carl Anthony Payne hit the social media to express condolences.
My heart is heavy with the loss of my brother @BigTommyFord May he Rest In Peace 🙏🏿
We were friends way b4 the Martin show & showed tru friendship on-screen. You brought a lot of love 2 the world & you'll be greatly missed. pic.twitter.com/lBpmPFVWOE
I know I've grown up watching Martin. Matter of fact, I was hearing talk of a reboot (minus Tisha Campbell-Martin). The Fox network was hoping to gather the cast together for a reunion episode.
The right jealous that Obama got a better package.
When they go low, we go high! Those are the words of First Lady Michelle Obama. Her words of wisdom is a rally call to combat the absurdity of conservative misinformation.
Today, I hear that the conservatives are worked up over a 2008 picture of then Barack Obama on a desk with an erection.
That's right, the right is concerned about the president's manhood. They are complaining about the president getting an erection while campaigning.
This was splashed on The Drudge Report today. This is coming from some website that I refuse to mention. They catch the president on the phone and the agitators look down on his pants.
Aboard a flight, then Senator Barack Obama is talking on a cellphone as her arises from his seat; nearby a female reporter catches a glance of something that makes her uncomfortable, sending her skirmishing to the back of the plane.
The website claims that Obama, rather than downplay the awkward display, they said that he plays it up, positioning himself so the gathered reporters have little choice but to take in his "chauvinistic" performance.
The video was shot on through CNN. Of course, the right is bitching about CNN holding on to this "bombshell" of a story.
Snopes had determined that the erection is unfounded. For example, a misleading WikiLeaks e-mail was circulated with the claim that it documented Hillary Clinton's using the term "sand niggers" to refer to Muslims, and an out-of-context video of President Obama using the word "pussy" was passed around on social media.
Staunch supporters of Donald Trump spent the first half of October 2016 attempting to deflect criticism of the Republican presidential nominee after a 2005 video surfaced capturing him making lewd and offensive comments about women. One of the strategies they employed was to downplay Trump's comments by asserting that most men engaged in such "locker room talk" and accusing Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama of having said worse things.
