St. Louis Police Kill Armed Man! Heighten Tensions Continue Since Verdict!

Berkeley Missouri police shooting protests
Tensions mount after St. Louis County police shoot and kill an armed man.

The city of St. Louis is preparing for more tension after officer involved shooting. The police officer opened fire on a man who pulled a gun. The man was killed. People witnessed the event, and it sparked another riot. This was two miles from Ferguson.

This is not Michael Brown. This shouldn't be compared to the unarmed teen. The man was named Antonio Martin and he was armed at the time.

The Associated Press reports that a suburban St. Louis police officer shot and killed a man who pointed a gun at him at a gas station, police said.

Scuffles broke out early Wednesday between police officers and a vocal crowd of several hundred people who taunted the officers at the scene of the late Tuesday shooting in Berkeley, Missouri. Police have not released details of any arrests. Berkeley is just a few miles from Ferguson, where a white police officer fatally shot black 18-year-old Michael Brown in August.

Authorities have not released any information about the identity or ethnicity of the man killed Tuesday or the police officer who shot him.

According to a statement from St. Louis County police spokesman Sgt. Brian Schellman, a Berkeley police officer was conducting a routine business check at a gas station around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday when he approached two men.

One of the men pulled a handgun and pointed it at the officer, Schellman said. The officer fired several shots, fatally wounding the man. The second man fled, and the dead man's handgun has been recovered, according to Schellman.

The St. Louis County Police Department is handling the investigation, and no further details about the incident were immediately available.

Authorities did not immediately identify the man who was shot. But the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that a woman at the scene, Toni Martin, said he was her son, 18-year-old Antonio Martin.

Toni Martin told the newspaper that her son was with his girlfriend at the time of the shooting.

The protesters who gathered early Wednesday milled around the gas pumps at the station, some yelling at police officers. Some wore strands of yellow police-line tape draped around their neck, with others using it as a headband.

Authorities from multiple agencies, some in riot gear, stood among the protesters.

Across the street, the glass doors of a convenience store were shattered, one of the doors left hanging from a single hinge. Police stood guard, turning people away.

The crowd dispersed but police officers remained at the scene as dawn approached.

Orlando Brown, 36, of nearby St. Charles was among the protesters. He said he didn't have all the details about the shooting but said he wondered if it was a case of police aggression.

"I understand police officers have a job and have an obligation to go home to their families at the end of the night," he said. "But do you have to treat every situation with lethal force? ... It's not a racial issue, or black or white. It's wrong or right."

Brown said he was pepper-sprayed during the protest as police tried to separate him from a friend whose hand he was holding. He said his friend was arrested for failing to disperse.

Brown's death led to weeks of protests and some looting in the St. Louis area, actions that were renewed last month when a grand jury chose not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the killing.

LAPD Officers Listen To "Mean Ol' Michael Brown!"

Nothing is off limits since the verdict. Some LAPD officers will face discipline after attending a party for a retired officer. A performer played "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown" and happened to insert unarmed teen Michael Brown in it.

With heighten tensions in St. Louis County after another police shooting, the Los Angeles Police Department is doing an investigation of some of its officers who appeared at a retirement party where someone was parodying a song mocking unarmed teenager Michael Brown.

KTLA reports that the police department launched a preliminary investigation into a video that has emerged of a song that plays on the shooting death of Michael Brown. It was sung at a party thrown by a retired LAPD officer.

Police confirmed to the Los Angeles Times the investigation into the video, on which can be heard a parody of “Bad, Bad Leroy Brown” that refers to the Ferguson, Mo., 18-year-old and includes lines such as, “His brain was splatter on the floor.”

The song was sung during a recent party hosted at the Glendale Elks Lodge by a retired LAPD officer, police said.

“I am aware of the video released via TMZ. Like many of you, I find it offensive & absurd. It does not reflect the values of the #LAPD,” Chief Charlie Beck tweeted. “I have directed our Professional Standards Bureau to look into this & determine if any active department employees were involved.”

Gary Fishell was performing the song.

The song was a parody of "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown." Gary Fishell, the performer and a member of the Lodge, changed the lyrics, which include:

Michael Brown learned a lesson about a messin'
With a badass policeman

And he's bad, bad Michael Brown
Baddest thug in the whole damn town
Badder than old King Kong
Meaner than a junkyard dog

Two men took to fightin'
And Michael punched in through the door
And Michael looked like some old Swiss cheese
His brain was splattered on the floor

And he's dead, dead Michael Brown
Deadest man in the whole damn town
His whole life's long gone
Deader than a roadkill dog

The event was the capper for a charity golf event, thrown by retired LAPD Officer Joe Myers, a 32 year veteran who left the force in 2007. We're told 50-60 people attended the dinner, and about half were cops, most of whom were retired. The others were civilians.

Fishell is a P.I. who once worked as an investigator for the Federal Government. His lawyer tells TMZ, Fishell now realizes the song was "off color and in poor taste." The lawyer adds, "He's a goofball who writes funny songs." We asked why Fishell would sing this in a room full of cops, and the lawyer replied, "He thought the room would get a kick out of it."

Wonder what this goofball says about the protesters who believe that police reform is necessary in the wake to two officers in New York being gunned down?

The Apples, Oranges And Sunshine!

Florida is a boom state.

That annoying conservative agitator was ranting about how New York's Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo's snapping at conservatives when they stalled his gun control legislation. He decreed that he would be "moving" to Florida or Texas just to get away from the socialist governor and mayor of New York City.

Looks like he's getting his wish. His gullible listeners are high tailing it out of New York for better.

The U.S. Census declared that Florida will be the third largest state in general population.

Both states have an equal amount of population. Roughly 20 million respectively. But Florida beats the New York by 500,000 or so.

So the estimates is 20.4 in Florida and 19.9 in New York.

New York lost two House seats in the U.S. Census redistricting. Florida gained two. Texas gained four.

So a lot of people are hoping along the I-95 (Interstate 95, longest noth-south freeway) for the warmer.

Florida added almost 300,000 new residents from 2013 to 2014, or a little more than 800 new residents a day. By contrast, New York grew by only 51,000 over that time period.

Florida likely reached the milestone sometime last spring, but it wasn't official until the Census said so.

An Associated Press analysis earlier this year showed that ex-New Yorkers represented about 1 in 10 new Florida residents. Migrants from other countries made up about a quarter of Florida's new residents.

Florida has a way to go before it catches up with California and Texas, the largest and second-largest states. California has 38.8 million residents; Texas has 27 million residents.

The other states rounding out the 10 largest in the nation are: Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina and Michigan. North Carolina slipped by Michigan for the ninth spot on the list.

Six states saw population declines: Illinois, West Virginia, Connecticut, New Mexico, Alaska and Vermont.

Fueled by an energy boom, North Dakota was the fastest-growing state in the nation, even though it is still the fourth least-populous state in the union. Its population increased 2.2 percent and now stands at 739,000. The other fastest-growing states from 2013 to 2014 were Nevada and Texas, which both had population increases of 1.7 percent.

Ohio will soon compete with North Carolina for the seventh most populated state spot.

Chicago will compete with Houston for the third largest city spot.

State, largest city, state capital and population.

1. California (Los Angeles, largest city) (Sacramento) 38.5 million
2. Texas (Houston, largest city) (Austin) 27.3 million
3. Florida (Jacksonville, largest city) (Tallahassee) 20.4 million
4. New York (New York City, largest city) (Albany) 19.9 million
5. Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, largest city) (Harrisburg) 14.5 million
6. Illinois (Chicago, largest city) (Springfield) 12.3 million
7. Ohio (Columbus, largest city) (Columbus) 11.5 million

The Conservative Outrage Over Obama....

These are the folks who blame President Barack Obama for the death of cops. Okay, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sarah Palin, and police union president Patrick Lynch are the agitators who blow hot air in an already tense oven.

Pick your topic!

1) "Words" Leading To New York Police Officers Being Killed!

Officers who were on duty killed by an extremist who had mental issues. The suspect had committed crimes in five states. He went to the social networks to vent off about injustice and seeking revenge on those who kill. He wanted to prove that Black lives matter. So he kills two cops who were Asian and Latino.

Right off the bat, the president of the New York Police union Patrick Lynch blamed the mayor of the city instead of the criminal. Lynch who has been on Loserville more than eight times since the Eric Garner situation has address issues where he believes that "THE BLACKS" and "REV. PERM" are responsible for the crime and all the whatever the fuck was vomited out.

We have the agitators already making the protesters the fault of the shooting. All because of ignorant protesters chanting "want dead cops now" in an alleged protest chant.

The agitators and some racist police union president all of sudden run to the cameras and microphones to put the president on blast for a criminal act. Kind of like when they saw on cameras a man being put in a chokehold and nothing was being done to arrest the suspect.

2) Being Hawaii while North Korea threaten airstrikes on the U.S.

The president and his family head to Hawaii. The remaining members of Congress head over to GOP Sundays to bitch about Sony's decision to pull the controversial comedy The Interview. The movie features a depiction of Kim Jong-Un in a negative light. There were a hacker group that infiltrated the Sony emails and released a trove of information. Some of the information was damaging to the movie industry and the credibility.

3) Discussing Racism While He Was A Nobody.

As that annoying radio turd on radio is talking about the controversy in New York today. The conservative agitator brings up the "Obama's imaginary son" narrative to tag the president to the shooter Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley, the suspect who gunned down the two officers.

Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were slained by Brinsley. There were 80 officer slayings since 2014.

Has the conservative and liberal agitators mentioned those who were killed by extremists. I mean honestly the Bundy Ranch was a fixture of 2014 and the conservatives were down with this clown.

Two extremists driven by the actions of the government and the media went to killing to Las Vegas officers. Not one peep from that annoying radio turd.

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama talked to People Magazine about living in Illinois when they were nobodies. So he talks about being mistaken for a valet, the radio turd goes into it.

The Obamas have been through NIGGERIZATION the day Barack announced he would run for president. Questioning his birthplace, his religion, his family, his friends, his cabinet, his policies, his reactions to the nation's most controversial stories and his legacy.

The agitators of the racist right are driving more extremism. They want gun control when it comes to a Black men when they are cop killers and given right citizens. But not one peep when it comes to White mass shooters or open carry activists. Obviously the outrage meter only reflects on Black and Brown. Cause White doesn't raise a peep. If it did, they'll automatically claim its a Democrat.

4) Gas Prices Being Below $2.00 In Many States.

I work in retail at a gas station. I see that we managed to get the fuel prices back to the low. There are some locations in Ohio that have fuel at $1.889 a gallon.

Is there still talk about pushing that damn Keystone XL pipeline?

Yeah, they are still trying to push this. Despite the possibility of a mass spill and property battles with local residents, Republicans made this their priority one when they start session.

We wrap up the year with the most outrage from those in the conservative agitating media. From Republican lawmakers and agitators in the junk food media. Some of the most outrageous outrages included the panic over Islamic State and Ebola.

The war chickens were blaming the president for leaving Iraq in the hands of the people. They figured if the American troops had more and more involvement, the insurgents would back off.

GOP Sundays are popular spots for outgoing Representative Mike Rogers (R-MI) to perennial whiners Senator John McCain (R-AZ) and Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), I want to take the time to reflect on what January 3 is going to be like when the Republicans take control of Congress.

The first thing they will do as a majority: Waste time on issues that were settled. They will try to repeal the Affordable Healthcare Act (or commonly known as Obamacare). They will hold more investigations into the Benghazi tragedy. They will rehash the Keystone XL pipeline. They will block attempts to establish relationships with Cuba. They will outrage over the president taking trips or meeting with leaders who they deem "hostile" to the United States.

They will put more pork spending into their bills. They will fight with their more extreme members over potential spending bills. They will fight the president with his nominations for his cabinet and U.S. Court (pending a Supreme Court justice to retire or die).

Now the media will focus on Congress more. With a Democratic president and a Republican Congress, the focus will shift back and forth.

President Barack Obama will now use veto action if the Republicans fail to pass at least something he can agree to. He will put pressure on House Weeper John Boehner (R-OH) and Majority Turtle Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to compromise with Democrats.

The Democrats vow to make Republicans suffer for the way they treated the president.

So the blame game continues on.

Die In At Walmart!

Protester outside Beavercreek Walmart. In August 2014, John Crawford was shot and killed by police after he picked up an air rifle.

The protesters for Michael Brown, Eric Garner, Tamir Rice, and John Crawford III were at the Walmart in the Dayton. Ohio suburb of Beavercreek to stage a "die in".

The protesters were causing such a ruckus the store had temporary shut down.

They believe that the shooting of Crawford and the death of Angie Williams were unjustified.

John Crawford was in the Walmart and he picked up an open air rifle. The caller Ronald Ritchie called the law on him after he accused him of waving the gun at children.

Officers responded quickly. They gave the warning to drop and within two seconds, Crawford was gunned down. He would die on route to hospital.

He was in given right to purchase a firearm. But to the residents of Beavercreek and the racist right, he's a criminal.

FRED101, no comments from this point. I will no longer allow comments on certain stories. It's not that I want to "censor" you, but I am getting really tired of reading the word vomit you leave that totally ignores the purpose. I don't have time to explain your comments or counter balance. I rather continue posting.

You seem to come around only when it involves race. So I will now put a decreed on certain stories.

Any story that involves Black issues, I will not allow comments. You can certainly comment on issues involving our community and entertainers. I don't worry what happens in Lil' Wayne or Kim Kardashian's world. Go to town on it.

But sensitive issues such as unarmed citizens being killed by law enforcement is certainly driving you to Journal de la Reyna.

This and other events have certainly divided thought.

Blame Game: NYPD Cop Killings!

Mayor de Blassio entering press conference (PIX 11)
The police union, the agitators blame New York mayor Bill de Blasio instead of the suspect. There were some NYPD officers who turned their backs on the mayor during a presser.

As usual the nation comes to grips with a gun crime and another media-driven narrative. The nation is talking about a tragedy shooting in New York where two officers were gunned down. The suspect driven to rage by the grand jury decision to not indict officers who killed unarmed citizens, the suspect puts two bullets in the heads of NYPD officers on duty. He would later kill himself.

Act of an extremist driven by the media. Yes, there's fingers to be pointed at. The racist right and the junk food media would rather point at each other. Obviously it's their right to blame but it is productive when we just witness an officer who walked after killing an unarmed citizen?

The patrolman's union is blaming Rev. Perm and New York City mayor Bill de Blasio for the deaths.

That racist patrolman union president Patrick Lynch made the rounds on Loserville to bitch about the mayor. The NYPD "turned their backs" on de Blasio. The police union president warned the mayor to stay away from the funerals.

Again ignoring the suspect, the racist right goes forth to blame the president

It's the common trigger reaction by the ignorant and deceitful. To make a killing of law enforcement a part of the civil protest for unarmed killing by those in law enforcement is baseless.

The ankle biting pricks who don't look at the suspect having mental illness.

Some people reacted to the police union response to de Blasio. I looked up Twitter and typed blame game NYPD and de Blasio. Equal results.

To the families of officers Ramos and Liu, this is a cold senseless murder. We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences. This senseless act of violence adds to the narrative that guns outnumber people. Even the mentally ill are allowed access to firearms. The officers knew the risk.

Our inept government, the unlawful acts by those who are citizens and those who wear the badge also created the environment.

Again, if I had to be a prick about it, I would blame the police unions for it. They protect their own.

Isn't it fair that we protect our own?

Guess Who They Blame For NYPD Cops Killing?

Extremist kills NYPD officers. The agitators already blaming....people who aren't the suspect. The suspect committed suicide.

The racist right will immediately blame President Barack Obama, New York mayor Bill de Blasio, Attorney General Eric Holder, Rev. Perm, Cut His Nuts Off Jackson, the NAACP, Eric Garner's widow, and the protesters.

Right wing Craigslist probably has it splashed on the front page. The trolls will flood the comment sections with "statistics" about crime. They will use the "would of", "could of", "should of" scenarios if they were in a situation. Unaware that the officers were armed and the suspect got them when they were not paying attention to their surrounds. An innocent mistake that cost them their lives.

A mayor who has to come to grips with the very issue he was afraid of. Retaliation. Obviously the police union and those close to the NYPD are quick to blame de Blasio. He was quite sympathetic towards the family of Eric Garner. He wanted to be a father first, mayor second. The racist right quickly seized on the comments he address his own son.

He was telling the truth about the unprecedented actions on non-White residents by the NYPD. He told his son Dante that he has to be more cautious about reacting towards law enforcement. Dante is biracial and he's learning in the age of Obama, racism hasn't ended. It's just reached its peak.

de Blasio met with protesters and the NYPD earlier today. Tensions between the police unions and the mayor have ratcheted up in recent weeks after a Staten Island grand jury declined to indict an officer involved in the chokehold death of Eric Garner in July.

Obviously, no one wants to see a police officer be shot and killed. The suspect is obviously at fault for this tragedy. But the arm chair generals and those in the junk food media will automatic put their finger on the blame button. Since its a Black man who gunned down two non-White police officers, expect this to be a "race" crime. The racist right will obviously single out the social media of this suspect and read word for word everything linked. Then they'll pull the trigger of who to blame for this tragedy. Again ignoring the suspect, they'll claim its the fault of activists.

There's those in law enforcement who are willingly doing their jobs as protectors of the citizens. Then they're some who create the protests. After all if you're going to kill an unarmed suspect, obviously there's going to be outrage. If the suspect is armed, they have to do a split decision in how to proceed.

John Crawford III and Tamir Rice were in given right to have air rifles. However to a law enforcement officer, they couldn't tell if it's "real".

This suspect has run ins with the law. He probably listened to the agitators of the junk food media slander the names of Eric Garner and Michael Brown. It probably drove him mad seeing that the officers who killed them getting off without a charge.

So as usual, I expect the racist right and irrational left to make noise about the killing of two NYPD officers by this suspect Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley. Apparently driven to extremism by the media, this nut drives from Baltimore to New York to carry out an ambush. Driven mad by the grand jury's decision not to prosecute the officers who got off with killing Michael Brown and Eric Garner.

Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were officers who patrolling the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood in Brooklyn when they were ambushed by this extremist.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the families of Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu. They were gunned down by this cold blooded extremist.

Ambush on NYPD by extremist.
I'm Putting Wings On Pigs Today. They Take 1 Of Ours...Let’s Take 2 of Theirs,” Brinsley, 28, wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of a silver handgun.

He also included the sick hashtags: #ShootThePolice #RIPErivGarner #RIPMike Brown.

This extremist was plotting to put "Pigs in a Blanket." He boasted online that he may never come back alive but at least he gets his "vengeance on those who murdered Mike Brown and Eric Garner".

While Ramos and Liu were doing anti-terrorism training, Brinsley came from a housing unit and let them have it.

He would elude NYPD officers for at least 10 minutes before he put a fatal in his head.

Before carrying out his attack, earlier in the day he put a slug in the stomach of his girlfriend.

Again the mental illness issue is also brought up. He was under depression. He had run ins with the law. He was passionate about the events this year with police officers getting off after killing unarmed citizens.

Brinkley may have been affiliated with the Black Guerrilla Family, a domestic terrorist group.

Cleveland Police Union: Andrew Hawkins Should Stick To Football!

Cleveland Browns vs. Cincinnati Bengals
What they going to do? Shoot him.

When you're passionate about an issue, you do a form of protest.

When you are NFL player, according to the some, you better stick to being a football player than an activist.

Andrew Hawkins of the AFC Cleveland Browns got the president of the Cleveland Policeman Patrol Union pissed off when he played last Sunday against Cincinnati Bengals (AFC). Hawkins wore an over shirt with the Justice for Tamir Rice and John Crawford.

Young black males who were gunned down by police. Crawford was gunned down in August after he picked up an air rifle and was strolling through the store. A caller tipped off Beavercreek police and one of the officers put a bullet in him.

Rice was a 12 year old boy who was at park playing with an air rifle. A caller tips the Cleveland police and the officer who responded put a bullet in him.

Each of these incidents in Ohio has gotten so much attention.

Hawkins is currently feuding with Jeff Follmer, the president of the union.

The Plain Dealer reported that the union president calling the Browns wide receiver wearing "Justice for Tamir Rice" shirt is "pathetic."

Jeff Follmer said on Sunday that Hawkins' shirt was disrespectful and demanded an apology from the Browns.

Hawkins wore a shirt that said "Justice for Tamir Rice and John Crawford" on the front and "The Real Battle for Ohio" on the back during pre-game warm-ups before the Browns home game against the Cincinnati Bengals at FirstEnergy Stadium.

"He's an athlete. He's someone with no facts of the case whatsoever," Follmer said. "He's disrespecting the police on a job that we had to do and make a split-second decision."

The Browns in a statement said they respect Cleveland police and their players right to support certain causes.

"We have great respect for the Cleveland Police Department and the work that they do to protect and serve our city," the statement says. "We also respect our players' rights to project their support and bring awareness to issues that are important to them if done so in a responsible manner."

Rice, 12, was fatally shot on Nov. 22 by rookie Cleveland police officer Timothy Loehmann less than two seconds after he arrived to investigate a complaint about Tamir carrying what turned out to be a fake gun.

Crawford, 22, was fatally shot by police on Aug. 5 while holding a toy rifle inside a Walmart in Beavercreek, outside Dayton.

Follmer said many Cleveland police officers work security for the Browns games and are employed by Browns.

"He should stick to playing football and let us worry about law enforcement," Follmer said. "The players don't know what our job entails. Don't judge us by what you're reading in the media."

He goes to Obama News to defend his remarks.

Hawkins responds back to the union president.

Loserville Only Pulls 1% Of Black Viewers!

White people love that network.

The not so subtle racism coming out of that network merits results.

Only 1% of the general cable news viewers are Black. That means no Black viewer actually listens to those Black extremists like Jesse Lee Peterson, Angela McGlowan, Allen West, Benjamin Carson, Deanne Borelli, Stacey Dash, Juan Williams and David Webb whine about how Blacks are being brainwashed by them evil Democrats.

The negativity of President Barack Obama from the likes of that annoying conservative agitator obviously makes Blacks change the channel.

Mediaite reports During the primetime hours of 8-11 p.m., MSNBC’s audience is 24% black, CNN’s audience is 16% black and their audience is just 1% black. By comparison MSNBC’s primetime audience is 67% white while CNN’s is 73% white and that network is 92% white.
Want a piece of the mud pie? These Blacks are conservative agitators.
According to the 2010 census, 72% of Americans identify as “white alone” while 13% say they are “black or African-American.” That means that both CNN and MSNBC are overrepresented when it comes to black viewers, while that network is vastly underrepresented.

Using November 2014 as an example, It has undisputed record in winning the primetime. It averaged 2.082M total viewers in primetime, compared to 653K for CNN and 605K for CNN. That means that network had an average of about 20,820 African-Americans watching on a nightly basis. For CNN, that number was approximately 104,480 and for MSNBC it was 145,200.

So even with an audience that more than doubles its competitors, Loserville had far fewer black viewers than the other two networks.

Jon Stewart who is currently feuding with that annoying conservative agitator made note of the swipe at media mogul Jay-Z. That agitator called Jay-Z, a successful rapper, media mogul and business executive a "former crack dealer". Yeah, that's true that Jay-Z sold dope when he was a nobody. But he changed his life and got into the music industry and managed to turn his life around.

Jay-Z endorsed President Barack Obama's reelection and it set off a major feud between that annoying conservative agitator and the rapper. The agitator has taken swipes at his wife pop singer Beyonce and even gone as far to compare the rapper to Trayvon Martin.

You know I rather pal around with Jay-Z than some annoying conservative agitator who once thought getting waterboarded would be great for charity. I rather pal around with Jay-Z than this foolish millionaire who drops Obama's name more than 100 times within 20 minutes. I rather pal around with Jay-Z than this foolish agitator who got demoted after telling his gullible audience that Barack Obama would lose in a landslide.

Wittless 40!

Wilson's own story helped him walked. But the witness who claimed that Brown charged at the officer may have lied. The United States Justice Department is still looking into the matter.

Signed sealed and delivered. There's a bombshell and it involves that annoying conservative agitator that I constantly mention and his support for the former Ferguson officer who walked after fatally killing unarmed teen Michael Brown.

The Smoking Gun reports that the St. Louis County prosecutor Robert McCullough released a trove of document dumps and it involves Sandra McElroy, previously known as the Witness 40. A divorced mother of five from the St. Louis area, McElroy was one of the witness who claimed that Brown charged at former Ferguson officer Darren Wilson.

The claim that he charged like a football player has stuck with those on the racist right. And to make it clear, the Witness 40 has some issues.

This woman once liken Blacks to apes, monkeys and the all so great NIGGER.

Sandra McElroy acknowledged to TSG that she is “Witness 40.” Voicing concerns for her minor children, McElroy said that she directed them to delete their Facebook accounts, adding that she has done the same. “After I speak with the prosecutor, attorney, and Police if they say its alright I will call you,” she said. McElroy subsequently asked to have an off-the-record conversation, a request to which a TSG reporter agreed.

The Grand Jury ignored Dorian Johnson's account.
The grand jury witness who testified that she saw Michael Brown pummel a cop before charging at him “like a football player, head down,” is a troubled, bipolar Missouri woman with a criminal past who has a history of making racist remarks and once insinuated herself into another high-profile St. Louis criminal case with claims that police eventually dismissed as a “complete fabrication,” The Smoking Gun has learned.

In interviews with police, FBI agents, and federal and state prosecutors--as well as during two separate appearances before the grand jury that ultimately declined to indict Officer Darren Wilson--the purported eyewitness delivered a preposterous and perjurious account of the fatal encounter in Ferguson.

While the “hands-up” account of Dorian Johnson is often cited by those who demanded Wilson’s indictment, “Witness 40”’s testimony about seeing Brown batter Wilson and then rush the cop like a defensive end has repeatedly been pointed to by Wilson supporters as directly corroborative of the officer’s version of the August 9 confrontation. The “Witness 40” testimony, as Fox News sees it, is proof that the 18-year-old Brown’s killing was justified, and that the Ferguson grand jury got it right.

However, unlike Johnson, “Witness 40”--a 45-year-old St. Louis resident named Sandra McElroy--was nowhere near Canfield Drive on the Saturday afternoon Brown was shot to death.

Though prosecutors have sought to cloak the identity of grand jury witnesses, a TSG investigation has identified McElroy as “Witness 40.” A careful analysis of information contained in the unredacted portions of “Witness 40”’s grand jury testimony helped reporters identify McElroy and then conclusively match up details of her life with those of “Witness 40.”

TSG examined criminal, civil, matrimonial, and bankruptcy court records, as well as online postings and comments to unmask McElroy as “Witness 40,” the fabulist whose grand jury testimony and law enforcement interviews are deserving of multi-count perjury indictments.

McElroy did not reply to an e-mail seeking comment about her testimony. Messages sent yesterday to her three Facebook pages also went unanswered. Also, a message left on a phone number linked to McElroy was not returned.

TSG added that Sandra McElroy did not provide police with a contemporaneous account of the Brown-Wilson confrontation, which she claimed to have watched unfold in front of her as she stood on a nearby sidewalk smoking a cigarette.

Instead, McElroy (seen at left) waited four weeks after the shooting to contact cops. By the time she gave St. Louis police a statement on September 11, a general outline of Wilson’s version of the shooting had already appeared in the press. McElroy’s account of the confrontation dovetailed with Wilson’s reported recollection of the incident.

In the weeks after Brown’s shooting--but before she contacted police--McElroy used her Facebook account to comment on the case. On August 15, she “liked’ a Facebook comment reporting that Johnson had admitted that he and Brown stole cigars before the confrontation with Wilson. On August 17, a Facebook commenter wrote that Johnson and others should be arrested for inciting riots and giving false statements to police in connection with their claims that Brown had his hands up when shot by Wilson. “The report and autopsy are in so YES they were false,” McElroy wrote of the “hands-up” claims. This appears to be an odd comment from someone who claims to have been present during the shooting. In response to the posting of a news report about a rally in support of Wilson, McElroy wrote on August 17, “Prayers, support God Bless Officer Wilson.”

After meeting with St. Louis police, McElroy continued monitoring the case and posting online. Commenting on a September 12 Riverfront Times story reporting that Ferguson city officials had yet to meet with Brown’s family, McElroy wrote, “But haven’t you heard the news, There great great great grandpa may or may not have been owned by one of our great great great grandpas 200 yrs ago. (Sarcasm).” On September 13, McElroy went on a pro-Wilson Facebook page and posted a graphic that included a photo of Brown lying dead in the street. A type overlay read, “Michael Brown already received justice. So please, stop asking for it.” The following week McElroy responded to a Facebook post about the criminal record of Wilson’s late mother. “As a teenager Mike Brown strong armed a store used drugs hit a police officer and received Justis,” she stated.

On October 22, McElroy went to the FBI field office in St. Louis and was interviewed by an agent and two Department of Justice prosecutors. The day before that taped meeting, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch published a lengthy story detailing exactly what Wilson told police investigators about the Ferguson shooting.

McElroy provided the federal investigators with an account that neatly tracked with Wilson’s version of the fatal confrontation. She claimed to have seen Brown and Johnson walking in the street before Wilson encountered them while seated in his patrol car. She said that the duo shoved the cruiser’s door closed as Wilson sought to exit the vehicle, then watched as Brown leaned into the car and began raining punches on the cop. McElroy claimed that she heard gunfire from inside the car, which prompted Brown and Johnson to speed off. As Brown ran, McElroy said, he pulled up his sagging pants, from which “his rear end was hanging out.”
Stop calling Blacks NIGGERS. Start calling them people. Witness 40.
But instead of continuing to flee, Brown stopped and turned around to face Wilson, McElroy said. The unarmed teenager, she recalled, gave Wilson a “What are you going to do about it look,” and then “bent down in a football position…and began to charge at the officer.” Brown, she added, “looked like he was on something.” As Brown rushed Wilson, McElroy said, the cop began firing. The “grunting” teenager, McElroy recalled, was hit with a volley of shots, the last of which drove Brown “face first” into the roadway.

McElroy’s tale was met with skepticism by the investigators, who reminded her that it was a crime to lie to federal agents. When questioned about inconsistencies in her story, McElroy was resolute about her vivid, blow-by-blow description of the deadly Brown-Wilson confrontation. “I know what I seen,” she said. “I know you don’t believe me.”

This is the trove of information from over a 1000 of pages of testimony the grand jury used to not indict the Ferguson officer.

U.S. Talking With Cuba!

Break the ice. In a historical move, President Barack Obama is set to announce that the United States is going to lift the ban on Cuba.

The Cold War is over. It's been announced that the United States will repair relations with Cuba.

Certainly it's going to piss off the racist right. After all, it's something that's been in the works for years. Their sworn enemy has shaken hands with Raul Castro some time ago when Nelson Mandela passed away.

This is the biggest shift of diplomacy in 50 years.

American officials say the U.S. and Cuba will start talks to normalize full diplomatic relations as part of the most significant shift in U.S. policy toward the communist island in decades.

Officials say the U.S. is also looking to open an embassy in Havana in the coming months. The moves are part of an agreement between the U.S. and Cuba that also includes the release of American Alan Gross and three Cubans jailed in Florida for spying.
Alan Gross the American accused of spying in Cuba was released.
Gross has been released from Cuba after five years in prison, a senior Obama administration official tells the AP. The official says Gross has departed Cuba on a US government plane bound for the United States. He was released on humanitarian grounds by the Cuban government at the request of the United States, per the official. ABC News reports that his release comes as part of a "landmark humanitarian prisoner exchange" that Obama will announce today, and an overhaul in US-Cuba relations born from more than a year of "secret back-channel talks at the highest levels of both governments." Obama is set to speak at noon today, reports CNN.

The AP reports the three Cubans released in exchange for Gross are part of the so-called Cuban Five—a group of men who were part of the "Wasp Network" sent by Cuba's then-President Fidel Castro to spy in South Florida. The men, who are hailed as heroes in Cuba, were convicted in 2001 in Miami on charges including conspiracy and failure to register as foreign agents in the US. Two of the Cuban Five were previously released after finishing their sentences. Today's news comes two weeks after Gross' wife said her husband was "literally wasting away" in prison, having lost more than 100 pounds—as well as five teeth—over the years. Gross was in 2011 convicted of espionage and sentenced to 15 years for bringing telecommunications gear into Cuba while working for USAID as a subcontractor.

Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) said the agreement includes normalizing banking and trade ties with Cuba.

There's speculation that the Florida senator is considering a run for the White House.

What Republicans Need To Know Before They Open Their Goddamn Mouths!

Protesters with the Hands Up Don't Shot pose. Conservatives are trying to undermine the protesters by saying the act "pathetic" and "discredited".

This is the perfect year for the Republicans. They won control of Congress. The party gained more than expected this year. With a new House and Senate majority in the coming year, they have the power to get things done. Their archenemy's last two years begins. We'll see how they handle the pressure.

So far they've alienated a whole lot of people in their path to victory. The party chief Reince Priebus managed to control the situation. He feared that Republican nominee would doom their chances.

Why?

Cause they would open their mouths and vomit out nonsense.

One thing that comes to mind, with this new Republican controlled Congress, would these individuals work for the good or act like their constituents who hide behind the keyboards.

Here's a few things that I want to say to the condescending Republican. You know, the internet troll, your friend, your co-worker, your spouse or your family member who supports Republicans or conservative causes. Let's get a few things straight, you don't know much about me but I certainly know a lot about you.

The memes.

Conservatives always run this nonsense that Democrats and progressives are the real racists. I do agree that there are White liberals who have resent towards Black America. Those White liberals smile in your face and shake your hand, but talk about you behind your back and promise Black America with winks and nods. At least they will stomach a Black president.

But for a conservative, it's pretty much out in the open. In subtle or not so subtle ways, White and Black conservatives have this theme to say they're not racist.

They claim that Black people got better treatment under President Barack Obama. If I, being a Black man got better treatment under the first Black president, I guess I am living high on hog. I guess I am living in a suburban home with my wife and kids. I guess I got this great job that pays me a six figure salary.

I got the Cadillac and the big mansions. I got it all. Nope.

I am still struggling day to day working at a low level job. I am hoping that things get better. I am fearful of the institutional racism that exist in the workforce. Great talents are often shunned because of perception. Perception is the common theme of American racism. I can be in street clothes or in a business suit, regardless I'm a NIGGER to the White conservative male.

Which one makes that woman cling on her purse or tuck her blouse?

Understand that Black unemployment under White presidents has never improved. Black unemployment is now an issue when we have our first Black president. C'mon you got to be that stupid to place all the blame on Barack Obama for Black unemployment.

I agree that Obama deserves blame for the current Black unemployment. But Black unemployment has been stagnant for the last 60 years.

After all out of 320 million people, there's at least 14 million people who are likely racist and there's 14 million people still looking for jobs. So I guess there's a similarity towards that.

In one breathe a Republican or conservative would say that the president is so focused on race but in a few moments they would say that Black lives haven't improved under a Black president.

The president works with all the people. Last time I check, he won the election with a strong voter turnout. And it's proven that in the United States, a first. Barack Hussein Obama II is the first Black president. There's nothing wrong about that. He is the first non-White leader of the United States.

The last presidents were White.

There were 42 presidents before Barack Obama. They were White men.

Are you saying tell me that Whites got better treatment when there were White presidents?

You say that electing the first Black president proves that racism is over!

Not a chance.

The moment Obama came into the White House, the death threats towards him increased heavily.

The rally calls of opposition started from those upset over the past two presidential elections  (i.e. Republican lawmakers, Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, WorldNetDaily, Drudge Report). It led to the grassroots activism of the Tea Party (which I regard as an insurgency).

I never heard of some of these anti-Black websites until I got called a NIGGER online by a conservative who supported one of those failed Republican presidential candidates. Yeah I been called a NIGGER more online than in person. I know that those who view Black negatively hide behind the bandwidth bridge. These people believe the president is inferior in their minds. No matter what he does, they call him a NIGGER.

Who the fuck creates websites devoted to attacking Black America, Barack Obama and those who aren't White?

There are so many anti-Black websites since Obama won. It's a majority of them are extremely conservative and conspiratorial.

If you're telling me that racism is over, why are all stories gin up about unarmed citizens being killed by law enforcement is not a race issue? You have a website that looks almost like Craigslist and it has selective local stories that makes Blacks look like enemies.

Black lives haven't improved since the Reconstruction. Conservatives claim that Republicans freed the slaves. I guess Republicans are saying that Black America owes them.

I haven't seen a Black man on the cover of People Magazine. Don't get me wrong, I don't have no problem with White people at all. Regardless of everything, we're human beings.

I have no issues with billionaires, entertainers, athletes, activists, law enforcement, politicians and those in the media who are White. They live in this country along with everyone else.

Crime is universal. It doesn't discriminate against race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political or social class.

Black on whatever crime is a common talking point among White and Black conservatives. It's kicked up a notch since we have the first Black president. Every event isn't given national exposure.

Anytime there's a protest of injustice in the Black community, conservatives would sell the oranges instead of the apples. The condescending folks would bemoan about Black on whatever crime for every unarmed Black killing by law enforcement.

I am sorry I don't need lectures from those who never been in a situation. I've been profiled by law enforcement. It was a detestable moment. I am not even a criminal.

But the condescending would see me a "thug" because I own a firearm, had a minor traffic offense and sometimes wearing my clothing that may seem to represent the hip-hop culture.

I really hate hearing Republicans and conservatives sell these apple and orange issues. I mean as much as I hate Democrats and liberals trying to jumble every issue to any issue, the Republicans and conservatives do it in a way that makes them look like condescending bigots.

This is devoted to Fred101 and anyone else who sells the oranges. You can't fit every issue in a one hour news program, 30 minute news program, an internet blog or comment section.

I admit that I don't cover every crime in America. If I would do that, I would have to spend tireless nights focusing on crime in nearly 468,000 communities in the United States.

Again, the condescending would see me a "thug" because I own a firearm, had a minor traffic offenses and sometimes I am wearing my hat turned back.

This is a passionate issue. Each side has a right to talk about it. Unfortunately I don't have to read any of the crap you condescending losers post on Journal de la Reyna.
