Obama's top cop is resigning. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, the first Black man to hold the position is exiting after six years. Republicans are popping the corks.

Reports are coming in that the Attorney General of the United States will announce his resignation at the end of this week. The first Black top cop was the scorn of the Republican Party and the insurgency.

Eric Himpton Holder, Jr. didn't hold back his feelings towards those who broke the law. He was never shy to let the Republican lawmakers and conservative agitators have it when it comes to a testy debate.

Sources confirm with NPR the U.S. Attorney General claims that it's getting more frustrating to get things done. It was getting more adamant for him and the pressure was getting to him.

For him being the longest serving member of the Obama Administration, Holder was the target of attacks. Republicans in the House had called for his resignation numerous times. They even went as far to find him in contempt in regards to the never-ending Fast & Furious ATF scandal.

He never held back on his feelings of race in America. He once called the United States a nation of cowards in regards to the growing rift between races.

Holder and the president both shared experiences of being racially profiled. Holder even went as far to say that even his own sons were victims of racial profiling.

Holder was the 82nd Attorney General of the United States, in office from 2009 to 2014.

Holder, serving in the administration of President Barack Obama, is the first black American to hold the position of U.S. Attorney General.

Holder previously served as a judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and a United States Attorney. While a U.S. Attorney, he prosecuted Congressman Dan Rostenkowski (D–Illinois) for corruption charges related to his role in the Congressional Post Office scandal. Later, he was Deputy Attorney General of the United States and worked at the law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C.

He was senior legal adviser to Barack Obama during Obama's presidential campaign and one of three members of Obama's vice-presidential selection committee. As a result of the Fast and Furious investigation, he became the only cabinet member in U.S. history to be held in contempt of Congress.

As of 2014 Holder is one of three members of the original Obama cabinet that are still serving in their posts, the others being Tom Vilsack and Arne Duncan.

Holder is married to Dr. Sharon Malone, an obstetrician; the couple has three children.

Malone's sister was Vivian Malone Jones, famous for her part in the Stand in the Schoolhouse Door which led to integration at the University of Alabama. Holder has been involved with various mentoring programs for inner-city youths.

He is also an avid basketball fan, and the uncle of former NBA All-Star Jeff Malone.

Holder will stay on until a successor is picked. He will also continue his investigations into the shootings of Michael Brown and John Crawford III by suburban law enforcement.

Embattled politico Mary Landrieu, Democrat from Louisiana facing a tougher challenge. The establishment's choice is attacking her for interacting with residents. Here's a picture of her giving a man a shot of booze. 

There's a three way race in the state of Louisiana. Embattled politico Mary Landrieu, Deomcratic senator is one of the most vulnerable candidates in the election. She, along with fellow Arkansas senator Mark Pryor, and Alaska senator Mark Begich are top targets for Republicans this year.

These three are the gun totting, oil drilling, flip-flopping, socially conservative Democrats.

These candidates are facing a Midterm battle against the Republicans and the insurgency.

The insurgency has been defiant. They managed to scalp Eric Cantor and there hoping to get rid of the Establishment's choice of candidates.

Bill Cassidy, Republican congressman from Louisiana is running along with an insurgent candidate in the fight for the seat of an incumbent Landrieu.

Under Louisiana's jungle primary system, all candidates will appear on the same ballot, regardless of party. If no candidate receives 50 percent plus one vote during the primary election, a runoff election will be held on December 6, 2014 between the top two candidates in the primary.

Rob Maness is an insurgent candidate who is actively seeking to defeat the establishment Cassidy and the embattled Landrieu. Maness was endorsed by the insurgency and that idiot former Alaskan governor. The Gun Owners Association, Senate Conservatives Fund, and Tony Perkins are saying that if you're smart you'll vote for Manes.

Cassidy resides in Baton Rouge. He has been in Congress since 2009.

Cassidy already has pissed off the insurgency. I am listening to that annoying conservative agitator's radio show where he played a clip of Cassidy saying that he would improve Obamacare, the scorn of the insurgency.

If the race was held today, Landrieu will win. But in less than 60 days, the incumbent would face the barrage of criticism from the Republicans. Already Cassidy is flinging mud over the fact that Landrieu may not be living in New Orleans.

Landrieu lives in New Orleans, the largest city in the state. Her brother Mitch is the mayor of the city and has been actively courting young voters to vote this year.

My conclusion on the battle: TOSS UP (LIKELY DEMOCRAT)

Landrieu is a tough fighter. She hopes that the Black vote turnout will once again swing in her favor.

Feds Now Involved In The John Crawford Case! [NSFW]

The Ohio grand jury ruled that no charges will be filed against the Beavercreek police in the shooting of John Crawford III. That decision has triggered the U.S. Justice Department to look into the handling of the case.

One word.

Outrage!

I wake up this afternoon to hear the junk food media in my area say that the officers who shot and killed Crawford will walk.

This incident back in August ran parallel to an event in St. Louis. Two unarmed Black men who were killed by the law enforcement.

John Crawford III was a father, son and brother. He was killed by the Beavercreek police. The Ohio courts believe that actions were justified.

I get on the internet to look at the surveillance video from one angle. I see that Crawford would pick up an air rifle that was already open. I would see that he was walking through the aisles (that most people never often shop) on the phone with the rifle.

The video shows that he was in the garden center with the rifle and was still on the phone. Since there's no audio in the store, all you see was him move the left. It seems like in the video the officers with weapons drawn had already shot him.  A few seconds Crawford while still on the phone coming towards the officers. From that point, Crawford goes down.

The FBI and Justice Department will be now involved in this case. This case has now grown into a national story. This controversy is driven also by the shooting in Ferguson, Missouri where an officer shot an unarmed Michael Brown.

Eric Garner, Darrien Hunt, Renisha McBride, Jordan Davis, Trayvon Martin and now John Crawford III join the list of unarmed or unintended consequences of White justice.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is one crooked son of bitch. He held back the footage so he bias the case. The all White jury saw the surveillance and watched Crawford go through the aisles.

The all White jury saw that Crawford was a threat. They believe it was justified.

Just like Republicans, they'll be happy to know that if a White man is in the store with a rifle, obviously they'll never call the law.

They'll only call the law on a Black man. And it wasn't even a real gun.

In August 2014, the local junk food media got us thinking that a Beavercreek Walmart was under siege. There was a mad gunman who was inside the stores. The threat was taken down and a causality came out of this. Angie Williams paid the price for a mad gunman.

Everyone was thinking that it was a great job done by the law. It turned out that it wasn't a threat. Just the ignorant actions of White people. The story was driven by the calls of an ignorant White man who wanted to be a "hero".

That a young man was walking through the store on the phone with an air rifle with a tip.

Amber Rose To Wiz Khalifa: You're Done Bud!

The celebrity couple is apparently breaking up.

Today is a huge breaking news day. I just found out today that the cops who killed John Crawford III are off the hook. Now I heard that the celebrity couple of Wiz Khalifa (Cameron Thomaz) and Amber Rose (nee Levonchuck) are splitting up after one year of marriage citing irreconcilable differences.

According to the celebrity agitator TMZ, the couple quietly filed for divorce this week.

They are saying that Rose decided to end the marriage after months of apparent cheating from Wiz.

Wow, this is just follows the rumors of other hip-hop celebrities breaking up. This year we've heard about Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are separating. This year we heard that Beyonce and Jay-Z are apparently heading towards divorce. Ciara and Future broken off their engagement.

This one was so hard to hear. I mean I thought that Wiz and Amber were the perfect couple.

I guess not.

There's also rumors that Amber Rose is probably dating Nick Cannon. The TMZ agitators said that the model was spotted in Beverly Hills with a guy.

Alaska Reporter: F**k It, I Quit! I Rather Smoke My Weed!

There's a viral video that gotten the junk food media's attention.

KTVA is looking for new anchor. Charlo Greene feels passionately about marijuana legalization in the state of Alaska. So passionate, in fact, that she outed herself as the owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club in last night's 10pm news broadcast on Anchorage's KTVA, then made another shocking declaration.

"[I'll] be dedicating all of my energy toward fighting for freedom and fairness, which begins with legalizing marijuana here in Alaska," Greene said, as per KTUU. "And as for this job—well, not that I have a choice, but f--- it, I quit." Greene's public push to follow in Colorado and Washington's footsteps comes ahead of Alaska's marijuana legalization vote in November.

Greene appears to own the ACC under her real name, Charlene Egbe, according to state records; the group says it serves as a link between medial marijuana cardholders and pot suppliers. An unnamed "founder" of ACC also spoke with Alaska Dispatch News in August, but asked for anonymity due to "concern over potential repercussions from her employer." A post on KTVA's Facebook page this morning apologized for Greene's "inappropriate language" and said the "employee has been terminated".

Mediaite reports that Greene went to the social networks to conclude her monologue by imploring viewers to share their “marijuana story” to show that “we smokers are responsible, contributing members to society.” She concluded: “Changing one heart and mind at a time is the only way to legalize marijuana and bask in Lady Liberty’s glory.” Greene’s crowd-funded Indiegogo campaign has thus far raised $6,500 in support of the cause.

Alaskan voters will decide on marijuana legalization this November.

The Search For Hannah Graham!

Hannah Graham is missing. The law is looking into a man who was last seen with her.

The junk food media is going to Virginia in the search of a missing college student.

We here at Journal de la Reyna hope for a safe return for Hannah Graham.

Hannah is a 18 year old University of Virginia student who went missing last week. The FBI and Charlottesville police are intensifying the search for her. They also are looking into a 32 year old man from the area. According to the witnesses he was the last person to see her. His acquaintance with the young woman has driven him to be the "person of interest" in the disappearance of her.

Jesse Matthew is a 32 year old Black male who is considered a suspect in the disappearance of Hannah. Matthew at first was willing to allow the law interview him, but all of sudden had a change of tune.

Jesse Matthew is a person of interest.

Charlottesville chief Tim Longo said during a Sunday afternoon press conference. Matthew, is wanted on two counts of reckless driving after Virginia State Police saw him speed away from Charlottesville police headquarters Saturday.

Longo said Matthew walked into the station and asked for a lawyer late Saturday afternoon. After he spoke with a lawyer, Longo said Matthew left the station, got into a vehicle with another person and sped off.

State and federal investigators followed the vehicle, but had to give up the pursuit because the vehicle was traveling too fast.

“State and federal authorities who were overtly monitoring his movement saw him get into a car and leave a location to Albemarle County at a high rate of speed,  driving in a matter that was reckless and placed others in danger,” Chief Longo said.

Accordingly, Virginia State Police charged Matthew with two counts of reckless driving, a Class 1 misdemeanor, and an arrest warrant was issued.

Longo said he would not speculate on why Matthew sped off, but said investigators are “aggressively pursuing his location.”

Longo also pointed out that while at the police station, Matthew did not give investigators any additional information about his interaction with Graham at the Tempo bar and restaurant.

“I believe Jesse Matthew was the last person she was seen with before she vanished off the face of the earth,” Longo said. “It’s been a week and we can’t find her. It’s been a week and someone has got to know something.”

That said, the police chief reminded the community, “Don’t get tunnel vision just because we have a name.”

Again, that person of interest is not a suspect. It is a witness that may offer insight to a crime. That may change if they can prove that evidence found could link Matthew to the disappearance.

However, police would not comment Sunday on whether Matthew and Graham were captured on surveillance video getting into Matthew’s car.

“I think he can help us find Hannah Graham,” Longo reiterated. “We want to talk to him about his interaction with a sweet young girl we cannot find.”

Hannah's grieving parents John and Susan Graham are hoping that Matthew could help. They're outraged that he would not talk about the last night he saw the 18 year old woman.

Matthew is described as a black male with dreadlocks, six feet two inches tall and weighing about 270 pounds.

Graham's disappearance has sent a ripple of fear through the quiet college town of Charlottesville.

Students have said they've begun walking in pairs at night and are paying closer attention to their surroundings. More than 1,000 volunteers also participated in a weekend search for Hannah Graham, according to authorities.

Graham's parents appeared at a Sunday news conference where her father, John Graham, appealed for anyone with information to call a police tip line.

"This is every parent's worst nightmare," John Graham said. "We need to find out what happened to Hannah and make sure it happens to no one else."

According to family members and police, Graham is an alpine skier and plays the alto saxophone.

Organizers of a candlelight vigil last week at the university handed out her favorite candy, Starburst.

Longo said he learned from visiting with Graham's parents that the graduate of West Potomac High School earned straight A's six years in a row.

The racist right loves Black on White crime stories. They may have hit the jackpot with this controversy. The victim is White and the suspect is Black. Enough said, cue the outrage from the racist right.

They are so worked on calling Black men "natural born criminals". After all Black men are dating White women. That is a growing trend. I am certain that the racist right isn't too pleased over the fact that a White woman is smooching on a Black man. They already assume that the guy killed the woman.

Of course they'll blame President Barack Obama, Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown and every other victim of gun crime that happens to be Black.

The junk food media always (and I mean always) focuses on the missing pretty White woman. They figured that if she's a pretty blonde White girl between the ages of 14 to 25, its a ratings grabbing event.

Obviously the ambulance chasers are often rushing with cameras in tow. They obsess over the suspect history and draw conclusions to what happened without knowing the facts. They perceive guilt over innocence. They create this narrative that every event in America has to always have a damsel in distress and a hero to come to her aid. I mean some women know how to fight off an attacker. If the suspect was injured in an encounter, you would notice wounds.

One thing is clear, this guy is on the run and he's got something to hide. Hopeful we can find Hannah safe and sound.

Kenan Thompson Leaving SNL!

Famed comedian is set to exit SNL.

Famed comedian Kenan Thompson could be heading for the exit at 30 Rock.

The comedian who often did impressions of Rev. Perm, Steve Harvey, Oprah, Miss Cleo, and numerous other celebrities will be coming back for the 40th season of the famed Saturday Night Live. However this will probably be his last season on the famed sketch comedy.

In his teenage years, he was an original cast member of Nickelodeon's sketch comedy series All That. Thompson is also known for his roles in the sitcom Kenan & Kel and the films Good Burger and Fat Albert. In his early career he often collaborated with fellow comedian and All That cast member Kel Mitchell. He ranked at #88 on VH1's 100 Greatest Teen Stars.

Thompson was a featured player until 2005 (spanning the 29th and 30th seasons), and was promoted to repertory player at the beginning of season 31 (the 2005-2006 season).

Thompson has been a cast member on SNL for eleven seasons, breaking the record for the longest serving African-American cast member previously held by Tim Meadows, who stayed on the show for ten seasons. Thompson is now the senior cast member on the show, after Fred Armisen and Seth Meyers left the show. He is also the third-oldest current cast member after Michael Patrick O'Brien (born 1976) and Bobby Moynihan (born 1977).

Thompson also holds the record for most celebrity impressions performed on the show, performing 108, beating Darrell Hammond's previous record of 107.

TMZ wrote that Thompson was set to leave the show before Season 41, to focus on other projects.

Lorne Michaels urged Thompson to stay for the remaining season.

Jay Pharaoh and Thompson both criticized NBC and Michaels for the show lacking Black female comedians.

SNL hired comedienne Sasheer Zamata to calm the criticism. She comes after a six year hiatus since the departure of Maya Rudolph.

Michael Che is leaving The Daily Show after being a correspondent for less than year to take over as head anchor for Weekend Update.

The famed actress Octavia Spencer is a very in demand entertainer. She is best known for her role as Minny, the outspoken maid in the 2011 film The Help, for which she won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and the BAFTA for Best Supporting Actress, among other accolades, including the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role.

The Hollywood Reporter is famed for celebrity agitation. This one will certainly drive controversy.

Octavia Spencer

Fox's freshman hospital drama Red Band Society, referred to star Octavia Spencer as "scary bitch," which some deemed inappropriate. Spencer's character, the no-nonsense Nurse Jackson, is sometimes described as "a scary bitch" by the show's characters.

Following public outcry, Metro Los Angeles tweeted Thursday that they would be taking the ads down from their buses after the "community" aired their concerns to the Metro's board executive committee.

Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti and the other board members communicated through Metro Los Angeles' Twitter handle that the "agency is sorry ad went up," promising that their "ad policy needs to be tightened to prevent ads with offensive language from being used in the future."

"We were notified yesterday morning of the concern around the ads, and immediately offered to remove the language," a Fox spokesperson said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. "Metro Los Angeles ultimately decided to take down the ads, and we respect that decision. We sincerely apologize if the copy was offensive to viewers."

In July, FX pulled graphic ads of The Strain that featured a worm crawling through a human eyeball, which were used on billboards all over Los Angeles, after it angered the community.
