The entertainment community lost another one. The transgender actress who was a part of the famous Arquette family passed away.
Alexis Arquette, the actress known for roles in The Wedding Singer, Miracle Beach and Down and Out in Beverly Hills. She was a part of a famous movie and television family. Her sisters and brothers included Rosanna, Richmond, Patricia, and David Arquette.
Alexis was surrounded by her family at the time of death.
Patricia Arquette released a statement from the family. "Alexis was a brilliant artist and painter, a singer, an entertainer, and an actor. We learned what real bravery is though watching her journey of living as a trans woman. We came to discover the one truth----that love is everything."
At an early age, Alexis performed in music video for The Tubes, "She's a Beauty" at age 12.
Her big break came when she played a trans sex worker named Georgette in the movie Last Exit to Brooklyn with her sister Patricia.
Alexis played in numerous roles before coming out as transgender. She had surgery in 2007.
At the time of death, the family played David Bowie's Starman. The actress did of an undisclosed illness. The actress was in a coma for at least four days before they had to end it.
The results confirmed by the family was the actress died of AIDS.
Alexis was born Robert in 1969. She was the fourth child of the family.
Today, President Barack Obama addressed the junk food media. He said that he will be heading to Orlando to talk to mayor Buddy Dyer and the victims of the horrific mass shooting.
He also wanted to get a few things off his chest. He was pissed at Congress delaying his nominees (i.e. Supreme Court and Counter-terrorism finance analysis). He hammered Republicans for wasting taxpayer money stalling his nominees and failing to act on mass shooting tragedies.
And one thing that I happened to catch was the slick diss on conservatives complaining about the president not saying "radical Islam" and complaining about him "ignoring the threat".
Obama isn't mincing words. He said that Republicans and conservatives play political games. The term "radical Islam" doesn't stop terrorism.
Obama didn't mince words when he clapped.

In the previous interviews on Fox News, many agitators have ripped the president for not saying "radical Islam". I posted my thoughts on this controversy.
Saying "radical Islam" isn't fighting terrorism. It's a divisive phrase that could inspire the Islamic State to recruit more Americans to their cause.
The president is very clear that he's fighting terrorism not Islam. And he let Trump and the Republicans have it.
“What exactly would using this label accomplish? What exactly would it change? Would it make ISIL less committed to try to kill Americans? Would it bring in more allies? Is there a military strategy that is served by this?”
“The answer is none of the above. Calling a threat by a different name does not make it go away.”
Obama stood firm. “Not once has an adviser of mine said, ‘Man, if we really use that phrase, we’re gonna turn this whole thing around.’ Not once,” he said.
Most of these terrorists were American-born citizens. They had access to firearms and were legally able to do so.
Trump is about play catch with Softball Hannity. Trump will address the president's diss on him.
Obama questioned whether Trump would eventually resort to treating Muslim Americans differently as well, possibly subjecting them to extra surveillance or discriminating against them based on their religion.
“Where does this stop?” he asked.
“Do Republican officials actually agree with this?” Obama continued, directly challenging Republican leadership to take a stand against Trump’s toxic proposals.
Circling back to his rejection of the term “radical Islam,” the president warned against rhetoric and policies that make Muslim Americans feel like they are constantly under suspicion.
“We have gone through moments in our history before when we acted out of fear, and we came to regret it,” he said.
The Republican presumptive nominee decides to take a moment from bitching to celebrate his birthday today.
This is 2016 and our youth are still being raised ignorant.

Okay, from the great state of Texas, another helping of White people doing things that they think aren't racist but really they were.
Five seniors may have to get their diplomas after graduation. They decided that their senior's day prank was a ode to the past. Unfortunately, they didn't understand the past wasn't so funny for those of color.
The Raw Story got the goods on this one.
Ryan Westbrook, 17, Ethan Sigmund, 18, Christian Joeckel, 18, Hayden Honoloka, 17 and Cameron Bodenstab, 18, have all been charged with felonies for the vandalism at their rival school, Martin High. All the accused teens are students at Arlington High.
They decided to tag the rival high school's water fountain with "WHITES ONLY (; " during the late hours. The cameras caught the suspects in the act.
The teens also spray painted the words “trans only” on a men’s bathroom at Martin and also “payback for the parking lot.”
They are accused of spreading race and sex orientation bias, according to CBS.
The Dork Squad spread racially insensitive graffiti on a rival high school.
“They’re pretty remorseful,” Arlington police Lt. Christopher Cook told CBS. “I don’t think that they gave a lot of thought into the ramifications. Unfortunately you’re held accountable and there’s consequences when you engage in this behavior.”
According to WFAA, language too vulgar for news print was also included on athletics banners and trashcans near Arlington High’s football stadium.
They are sorry for being unintentional racists. They are sorry for being unintentional homophobic assholes.
These guys are an example of Donald Trump's America. An America where five students believe that their high school rivals are nothing but NIGGERS, SPICS and QUEERS (FAGGOTS).
Keep it classy America.
These guys are innocent until proven guilty. If found guilty, they all could face up to a year in the iron college. Of course, they will have to pay for the damages. They will also probably have court-ordered diversity training. They will likely miss their graduation and get the diplomas in the mail (if they're lucky).
Twitter puts an end to the trolling. Azealia Banks popped off one too many times and now she'll pay for it.
The Queen of Mean got blocked on social media after making a racially homophobic set of posts.
Azealia Banks, the rapper and fashion model once again creates a shitstorm and it's finally taken a toll with the folks over at Twitter. Banks engaged in a feud with former One Direction star Zayn Malik.
Banks also lost her performance gig. She is banned from performing in the United Kingdom.
Banks went in the wrong direction on Tuesday when she took offense to some of Malik's tweets, which she assumed were aimed at her. She responded with inflammatory tweets about the former One Direction member which included racial and gay slurs.
Then Banks decided to aim at a Disney actress. 14-year-old Disney Skai Jackson wasn't spared from the word vomit that rapper posted on social media. This one created a ton of buzz. Banks went after the young star in a series of insulting tweets after Jackson tweeted, "Azealia Banks needs to simmer down a little."
The Guardian reports that Banks, who rose to fame after the release of her 2012 debut single 212, and recently caused a stir when she publicly endorsed Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, has become well known for her inflammatory and unfiltered Twitter presence.
She has feuded on social media with Rita Ora and Lily Allen, and used homophobic slurs in one particularly memorable spat with blogger Perez Hilton.
In one instance, she tweeted in a derogatory fashion about the more than three dozen women who have come forward over the last year or so with accusations of sexual assault against Bill Cosby.
In September 2015 she allegedly attacked a man who blocked her path when she was trying to disembark a flight in Los Angeles, and used another homophobic slur against a flight attendant who tried to step in.

A restaurant outside of Oklahoma City is facing criticism after its outspoken owner made a series of inflammatory comments after one of his former customers, who is disabled, complained that he’d been banned from the establishment.
Matt Gard claims that the owner of Gary’s Chicaros restaurant, Gary James, banned him from the restaurant because of his wheelchair. James, however, says otherwise: “He created an issue. You only have one time here. You create an issue, you’re out forever.”
Gard claims that’s just “a weak excuse,” and that James’s real problem with him is that he’s on disability.
James doesn’t deny that he thinks some people shouldn’t patronize his restaurant. “Well if you work, you own a business, pay your taxes, you’re more than welcome here,” he told KFOR. “If you’re on welfare, stay at home and spend my money, there. I don’t deal with these people walking down the street with no jobs on welfare.”
Gard also claims that James has routinely turned away customers for decades. “He doesn’t like certain people of race, color, ethnicity,” Gard said of James.
James told KFOR that he’s owned Gary’s Chicaros for 44 years, so he “think[s] I can spot a freak or a f*ggot.”
The restaurant’s official t-shirt makes it clear that a “f*ggot” isn’t welcome in James’s establishment. It features that word, the N-word, and threatens violence against Muslims, Democrats, and members of many minority groups.
James says he is “proud” to wear the shirt: “I really don’t want gays around. Any man that would compromise his own body would compromise anything.”
Maybe Oklahoma needs a Moral Monday to protest against racist attitudes of its citizens.
