Gun Rights For Whites! Gun Control For Blacks, Latinos And Muslims!

Mom may get 20 in the iron college for legally having a firearm in a state that bans them.

In the Philadelphia area, a single mother may be facing time in the iron college in New Jersey after a routine patrol stop by an officer. It's obvious that the law abiding mother has her driver's license. She also acknowledged to the law that she was packing the heat.

This mother of two is a concealed carry owner. She owned heat. She had to protect herself after a few robberies happened in her North Philly in her home.

When she was pulled over in New Jersey, the encounter by the law has Shaneen Allen seeking help from the gun lobby. See in Pennsylvania, she has a license to carry a firearm. But in New Jersey, its not recognized.

Now she may get up to 20 in the iron college for this and it seems like she has no way to get out of this.

Most White conservative males are obsessed with firearms and kill in the name of a religion, politics, or unjustifiable events. When you see Blacks, Hispanics/Latinos, or even Muslims with firearms, you see the very same people scream at the top their lungs about how it's our faults for most of America's crime.

They want control over us, but never control over them!

It's why we can't pass reasonable gun control laws.

Theodore Wafer Found Guilty In The Death Of Renisha McBride!

Theodore Wafer was found guilty in the death of Michigan woman.

Last year a Michigan man was being charged with murder of a young woman. Ted Wafer of Dearborn Heights claimed that the victim was belligerent and acted like she was going to do something. He would shoot her in the face and leave her lifeless body on the porch for 20 minutes.

He was found guilty in the second degree murder of 19-year old Renisha McBride. Wafer faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment for the second-degree murder charge and 15 years for manslaughter, and an additional two years for the felony gun charge.

The trial began on June 2014. Wafer was found guilty of all three charges on August 7, 2014

A jury in Detroit found Theodore Wafer guilty of second-degree murder and manslaughter in the death of Renisha McBride Thursday, according to the Associated Press.

Wafer, 55, was on trial in Detroit's Wayne County Circuit Court after shooting 19-year-old McBride on his porch in November. McBride appeared at Wafer's house in Dearborn Heights, adjacent to Detroit, around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 2. She crashed her car nearby earlier that night, and no one knows her whereabout in the several hours between the accident and her death. She was severely intoxicated. She knocked on Wafer's door, potentially looking for help; he came to the door with a loaded shotgun and shot her in the face.

One of the first images the jury saw in the trial was of McBride, lying lifeless on Wafer's front porch.

Wafer pleaded not guilty and his attorney sought to show the shooting was in self defense. According to the defense, Wafer woke that night to loud, intense banging on his front door and side door and feared multiple people were breaking in.

"In the depth of his being, he's never been that scared in his life," defense attorney Cheryl Carpenter said.

She cast doubt on the thoroughness of the crime scene investigation and questioned why officials didn't examine what may have been a footprint on top of an air conditioner in Wafer's backyard.

The prosecution painted a different picture, of a man who "wanted a confrontation" and a vulnerable woman who needed help and wanted to go home, and ended up dead for it. Wafer had other options, they argued, and pulling the trigger was "negligent" and "reckless."

The prosecution wondered why Wafer wouldn't call 911 if he was so scared; Wafer said he had looked for his cell phone when he woke up, but couldn't find it.

Wafer shot McBride through his locked screen door, which was partially removed when police arrived at the crime scene. An expert witness testified he thought it came out when McBride banged on the door, while the prosecution said it happened after Wafer fired.
Renisha McBride actions didn't merit to her being shot at point blank range in the head.
He testified during the trial, telling the court he shot McBride to defend himself. When he first spoke to police, he said the shooting was an accident.

"I wasn’t going to cower in my house, I didn’t want to be a victim,” he said during testimony. He also expressed remorse over McBride's death.

Though race was rarely mentioned in the trial, the tragic death of a young, unarmed black woman in need of help has put Theodore Wafer (who is white) under the spotlight in a line of high-profile cases with black victims. Less than two months before McBride died, former Florida A&M University football player Jonathan Ferrell got in a car accident in Charlotte, N.C. and went to a nearby home seeking help. The woman called police, and when they arrived, Officer Randall Kerrick shot Ferrell, who was unarmed, 10 times. Kerrick was indicted in January. Though the cases have many differences, McBride is also often compared to Trayvon Martin, the unarmed Florida teen who was shot to death by a neighborhood watchman in 2012. Shooter George Zimmerman was acquitted last year.

"It’s not about Renisha, it’s about what her actions and other persons’ actions did to make Ted in fear for his life that night,” Carpenter said in her opening statement. “You always need to go back and look at this through Ted’s eyes.”

Wafer faces a maximum sentence of life in the iron college for the second-degree murder charge. The involuntary manslaughter charge carries a 15-year maximum. There is also a mandatory two-year penalty for being in possession of a firearm while committing a felony. Wafer is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 21.

“We are obviously very pleased with the jury verdict and feel that justice was served today, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said in a statement. "We sincerely hope that this brings some comfort to the family of Renisha McBride.“

Pregnant Woman Gets Killed By Idiot Playing With Guns!

fl_pregnant
Young woman who was pregnant killed by reckless firearm owner.

So if this woman happens admiring a gun owner's collection and this guy happens to play around with it, what happens?

A five-month pregnant woman died after she was shot in the head while admiring a friend's gun collection, Hernando County authorities said Sunday.

The Citrus County woman and her husband were looking at the gun collection belonging to her friend William DeHayes in Brooksville when DeHayes' .22 caliber revolver discharged and hit the wife in the head.

Katherine Lynn Hoover, 25, was quickly transported to a nearby hospital and then airlifted to Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, where doctors removed the woman's baby, but he did not survive. Hoover died early Sunday.

Deputies are continuing to investigate the incident, which they believe was an accident. They did not immediately say whether DeHayes would face charges of negligence.

The Raw Story also reports that police are investigating the shooting but say that it appears to have been accident. Records show that the gun owner, DeHayes, is 35 years-old and has no criminal record.

Hoover is survived by her husband, whom she married in December, and her 6-year-old son, Nicholas.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to Katherine Lynn Hoover.

Zimmerman Sues NBC And Loses!

Can't sue the media without having the facts.

The controversial Florida man wanted to sue the junk food media after they portrayed him as a "racist" in the 2012 event in which he killed unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin.

This lawsuit was going against NBC News for editing a 9-1-1 call in which it only singled out the part where he named the race of the teen, "looks up to no good" and these "assholes (punks) get away" remark.

The lawsuit was thrown out on merits that this asshole couldn't prove that NBC and its sister network Obama News did something malice in its reporting.

The asshole vows to appeal this controversial decision.

For once, I will actually smile knowing that this dead end will continue to be in the news. It's a matter of time that this guy does something that may eventually put his ass in the iron college.

Jay And Bey Doing A Banana Split!

The Roc is splitting.

The New York Post (Page Six) is spicing up rumors of the power couple planning on a divorce.

The very discrete and private couple is reporting separating. The rumors are burning up.

Since the Solange Knowles incident, the power couple have been very distant about their relationship.

According to the junk food media sources, this may be happening and you may not even know it.

They are trying to figure out a way to split without divorcing . . . This is a huge concert tour and they've already gotten most of the money from the promoters up front,” the source said.

The media mogul is trying to hire marriage counselors to keep the relationship together.

The ugly rumors of him cheating seem to be growing.

Despite the tens of millions the couple will pocket from the current tour, this will certainly be their last and the end of the tour could officially spell the end of the marriage, the source said.

They both as a couple pull in nearly $359 million.

“There are no rings, if you haven’t noticed,” the source said, admitting that he thought things would get better after the birth of the couple’s daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.

“For just a split moment, things got real for them and she was even talking about adding to the family,” the source said.

“But, after a while, Jay was out doing Jay and Bey was out doing Bey. They made the classic mistake of thinking a child would change everything and help to rekindle the initial fire, and it didn't.”

The racist right hates the power couple. Some conservative agitators have been aggressively and relentlessly criticizing the power couple over their explicit lyrics, their trip to Cuba, the necklace he was wearing, the support for the president, and even their thoughts on the Trayvon Martin and that asshole's situation.

I mean this is a major thing happening in the world. While two celebrity agitators got married a month ago, the power couple who managed six years of marriage are divorcing.

Say it ain't so!

What's your thoughts on the situation?

Rachel Jeantel: I Feel Like I Probably Let Zimmerman Walk Free!

Year later, still acting a fool. A man who got away with a "justified killing" and never face the bars of the iron college.

This will mark one year that asshole walked after he killed unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin.

For that asshole, it's pretty much "a walk in his hoodie". The racist right and its allies such as Loserville in particular have been championing the notion that every Black youth is a product of crime and poverty.

They think "US BLACK FOLK" are dangerous.

Obviously they hate President Barack Obama as much as "US BLACK FOLK."

This volunteer neighborhood watch captain observed a young Black teen "acting suspiciously" and followed him near his home. These two get in a confrontation and then a gunshot. A dead teen and a man with a bloody nose. The police come and the asshole claims that he was "defending himself" from a man who was punching him like a MMA (mixed martial artist) professional.
Rachel Jeantel (center) today reflexes on the outcome of the verdict. She was shot to fame after giving her testimony in the controversial trial of the neighborhood watch captain who shot and killed unarmed teen Trayvon Martin.
He was let go. It took 45 days and a whole lot of protest from those who believed that the asshole managed to beat a rap when he claimed that he's "standing his ground".

This event divided a nation. Between gun rights and gun control. Between rich and poor. Between Black and White. The junk food media got into the fold and even President Barack Obama.

Everyone was focused on the city of Sanford, Florida and the trial of that asshole.

The nation watched the court trial of this asshole. The prosecution called their star witness, Rachel Jantel.

Rachel Jantel's testimony was an epic disaster. Not only it hurt their case, but also gain her share of infamy.

Not only did she ridiculed by the racist right, but death threats and attacks on her intelligence came into question. It made her feel like she was on trial not that asshole.

As the verdict was read, the racist right and its prime agitators (i.e. Loserville, The Fizzle, Chalk E BeckerKing Hippo, O'Loofus, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win, Loudmouth Bill, That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall, and Asshat Colin Flaherty) were hoping "US BLACK FOLKS" would loot and riot. They even believe we're taking revenge on the White guy by raping them women and knocking their asses out!

One year later, that asshole is still free. No riots. No looting. A few incidents where some people were injured in this so-called "knockout game". But still this asshole is causing problems. And his friends on the racist right are still defending him. Despite him threatening his wife, girlfriend, and the police.

We're eagerly awaiting that day whether he'll attack someone else and they shoot him.
If he was a white kid, the media wouldn't make light of his antics on social media. They would praise it.
I don't wish no ill on this guy. I want him to live his life in peace. But if he crosses another young Black teen, hopeful he'll "stand his ground" if this asshole wants to be a "hero."

Rachel Jeantel goes to ABC and CNN to reflex on this verdict.

Oh, by the way, it seems like the racist word vomit never ceases whenever you click on a story linked on that website created by That Guy Who Throws Shit To The Wall.

Fuck the haters. Rachel Jeantel, you are much better than some White extremist who gets his jollies off the keystroke of a computer. Fuck them and fuck the conservative agitators who parade their racial ignorance under the freedom of speech.

In the words of Malcolm X:

Despite what white liberals have done the race problem is still here. The white liberal differs from the white conservative only in one way. The liberal is more deceitful than the conservative. The liberal is more hypocritical than the conservative. Both want power, but the white liberal is the one who has perfected the art of posing as the Negro’s friend and benefactor, and by winning the friendship and support of the Negro, the white liberal is able to use the Negro as a pawn or tool in this political football game. Politically the American Negro is nothing but a football, and the white liberals control this mentally dead ball. Through tricks of tokenism and false promises, and they have the willing cooperation of Negro leaders. These leaders sell out our people for just a few crumbs of token recognition and token gains.

The white conservatives aren't friends of the Negro either, but at least they don’t try to hide it. They are like wolves, they show you their teeth in a snarl. That always keep the Negro aware of where he stands with them, but the white liberals are foxes who show their teeth to the Negro also, but they pretend they’re smiling. The white liberal is more dangerous than the conservative. They lure the Negro, and as the Negro runs from the growling wolf. He flees into the open jaws of the smiling fox. The job of the Negro leaders is to make the Negro forget that the wolf and fox belong to the same canine family, and no matter which one of them the Negro puts his trust in. He always ends up in the dog house----MALCOLM X (from his speech called, God’s Judgment of White America)

It's Not A Good Holiday For Davion Only!

Davion Henry (Only) is back in foster care after he got into a confrontation with his adoptive family.

The teen who gain national attention for being the kid no one wanted to adopt is back in the news.

Apparently he's no longer allowed in the home of his adoptive family. Just two weeks ago, that boy and his adoptive family were on That Guy Who Helped Obama Win's program.

All things ain't so rosy in household. An altercation at the home of his potential family in Ohio turned him back to the Florida Department of Family Services.

And to make this worse, Davion Henry (Only) dropped everything. He killed off the social networking websites. He will no longer hold conversations with the junk food media and he's probably in a state of despair.

Some people who previously adopted him said that he had a huge temper. Apparently this temper built up after being shunned by his original family and probably molested as a child.

Before this incident, we here at Journal de la Reyna were following this controversy. Thousands of Americans were hoping to adopt the young man.

On paper, this was the book-definition perfect family for him. The father was a pastor who had worked with troubled kids. They knew about Davion's background and his issues.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that Davion came back to Florida just long enough to pack a small suitcase.

Then he returned to Ohio, where his prospective parents signed him up to play football — something he had always wanted to do.

"I got baptized!" he wrote April 20, from his new phone, on his new Facebook page.

The adoption could take place in 90 days, said Terri Durdaller, whose agency, Eckerd, oversees Tampa Bay's foster children. That would have meant that Davion could be adopted this month.

Instead, he is back in Pinellas County, at a therapeutic foster home, upset and embarrassed, unwilling to talk.

"There was an incident in Ohio," said Eckerd's director, Lorita Shirley. At one point, she said, things got physical between Davion and another child in the house, and with the dad. The family wanted him out.

On May 30, Davion's case manager flew to Ohio and brought him back to Florida.

"This has been a major setback for him," Shirley said. "Our goal now is to get him treatment."

Jason "The Manchild" Mattera Ambushes Rev. Perm!

Conservative gnat confronts Rev. Perm.

Conservative agitator Jason "The Manchild" Mattera once again tries this in your face journalism on people who he claims are hypocrites. Last time he tried to confront comedian Chris Rock and this kind of gotten out of control. Then he tried to run up on Bono, and was shocked to find that he was talking to a Bono impersonator.

These confrontations were part of his book Hollywood Hypocrites. The last book he wrote was Obama Zombies. Each book is full of his hyperbolic criticism of liberals and how conservatives must master the message to appeal to minorities. Most people of color view Republicans and their conservative allies as racist. Yet, in this empty head, Mattera continues to be in a denial of reality. He will continue to agitate those who he felt got away with "murder".

Now still up to his notorious race-baiting tactics, he goes after Rev. Perm over his Crown Heights comments.

Like racial arsonist James O'Keefe, Mattera has a history of distorting the truth. So obviously, I have to not take this video for face value. After all it cuts off with his recording speeches of 20 years ago.

Of course Rev. Perm is the founder of the National Action Network, host of Obama News program PoliticsNation and a signed act on Cash Money Records. The Rev has history of grassroots protest and provocateur activism. He's a well known liberal agitator.

The racist right can't stand him and Jesse "Cut His Nuts Off" Jackson. They believe that every time an event happens in America and it involves a White on Black crime, the racist right expects these two to be involved.

Rev. Perm with Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, the parents of deceased teen Trayvon Martin.
So digging back into the vault, Jason Mattera pulls out all the statements of the past.

The Rev. was an active activist in New York he made some not so nice comments about the Jewish community during the Crown Heights riots. The Crown Heights riot began on August 19, 1991 after a car driven by a Jewish man, and part of a procession led by an unmarked police car, went through an intersection and was struck by another vehicle causing it to veer onto the sidewalk where it accidentally struck and killed a seven-year-old Guyanese boy named Gavin Cato and severely injured his cousin Angela.

Witnesses could not agree upon the speed and could not agree whether the light was yellow or red. One of the factors that sparked the riot was the arrival of a private ambulance, which was later discovered to be on the orders of a police officer who was worried for the Jewish driver's safety, removed him from the scene while Cato lay pinned under his car.

During a protest the Rev. said, "If the Jews want to get it on, tell them to pin their yarmulkes back and come over to my house".

So as Mattera goes into confrontation he first asked the Rev. that in spite of the "lifetime ban" of LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling, why isn't he banned from Obama News?

As Rev. Perm was walking to the event, Mattera continues hounding him with questions.

If Mattera really wanted to debate Rev. Perm why don't he go on PoliticsNation?

See he's too much of a punk to do that. And his videos aren't but distortions of truth.

As Wikipedia explains it, Rev. Perm is controversial but yet effective. Rev. Perm's supporters praise "his ability and willingness to defy the power structure that is seen as the cause of their suffering" and consider him "a man who is willing to tell it like it is". Former Mayor of New York City Ed Koch, a one-time foe, said that Rev. Perm deserves the respect he enjoys among Black Americans: "He is willing to go to jail for them, and he is there when they need him."

His critics describe him as "a political radical who is to blame, in part, for the deterioration of race relations".

Sociologist Orlando Patterson has referred to him as a racial arsonist, while liberal columnist Derrick Z. Jackson has called him the black equivalent of Richard Nixon and Pat Robertson. Rev. Perm sees much of the criticism as a sign of his effectiveness. "In many ways, what they consider criticism is complimenting my job," he said. "An activist's job is to make public civil rights issues until there can be a climate for change."

Young Lifers!

Juwan Wickware is the first juvenile in Michigan to be sentenced to life in the iron college.

The Huffington Post is one of my favorite websites. I often check some of the stories and this one happen to grab my attention.

Did you know that the United States is the only country in the world that will charge a juvenile as an adult and put the individual in the iron college for LIFE without the possibility of parole?

I knew.

Lionel Tate rings a bell, don't it?

Well there's a big controversy up in the state on how this juvenile (although a criminal) is being sentenced to the iron college on the merits of capital murder.

Do you actually want to explain to the family of that pizza delivery driver Juwan Wickware killed on that night?

Do you believe that even though a killer, should the American justice system have sympathy for the young?

Also since we're living in the days of President Barack Obama, would the racist right make noise about this?

After all, the racist right will make this young teen another "Ttayvon" and "Jordan".

Michigan Live reports that Juwan Wickware's life in prison without the possibility of parole is monumental.

This is the first-of-its-kind sentencing hearing following a U.S. Supreme Court decision banning mandatory life sentences without parole for juvenile offenders.

Genesee Circuit Judge Archie Hayman issued the sentence Tuesday, Aug. 20, for Juwan Wickware following two hearings that explored Wickware's mental status, criminal history and upbringing.

Wickware, 19, was convicted of first-degree felony murder in August 2012 in the 2010 shooting death of 33-year-old pizza delivery driver Michael Nettles on the city's north side. Wickware was 16 at the time of Nettles' death.

"I think the judge made the correct ruling," Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton said.

State law calls for a mandatory sentence of life without parole for those convicted of felony murder. However, the Supreme Court ruled in June 2012 that mandatory life sentences without parole for juveniles are unconstitutional.

Wickware was the first juvenile facing the possibility of life without parole in Michigan since the Supreme Court's ruling.

Hayman conducted the multiple hearings, which included testimony from a mental health professional, school official and police officer, in an effort to comply with the Supreme Court's decision that calls on judges to individually tailor sentences for juvenile offenders.

The Supreme Court said that life without parole sentences can be handed down to juveniles as long as the sentencing judge analyzes the circumstances of the case and the juvenile's prior history and decides that the punishment is appropriate for the defendant. The hearings were part Hayman's analysis.

Hayman said that a number of aspects of Wickware's past led him to believe that a sentence of life in prison without parole was appropriate, particularly a June 2007 carjacking.

Authorities say Wickware was one of five people to approach a car and order a man, woman and their children out of the vehicle at gunpoint. Hayman said one of the suspects fired off a round from an AK-47 rifle before the group fled.

Wickware was later caught by police running away from the stolen vehicle. Wickware pleaded to an amended charge of receiving and concealing stolen property. The charge was dismissed after he successfully completed probation.

Hayman said that Wickware was a "threat to society to some extent" and that he was a member of a "very dangerous gang."

Wickware admitted to joining the Merrill Hood gang and began carrying a gun when he was 15 after dropping out of school. He also admitted to illegally using marijuana, ecstasy and Xanax.

Authorities say that Wickware attended 9-10 different schools and was suspended a total of 14 times -- mostly for assaulting and fighting other students. His final suspension was for 120 days for striking a school security guard.

"I'm disappointed with the court's ruling," said Wickware's attorney, Jodi Hemingway. "Some of the evidence that went against Juwan was actually favorable to him."

Hemingway pointed to testimony that showed Wickware had difficulty adjusting to life after being all-but-abandoned by his father and raised by a mother who struggled to provide for him and his three other siblings.

"He's not responsible for the circumstances of his childhood," Hemingway said.

Officials said that Wickware struggled academically, has an IQ of 71 and is functionally illiterate.

Witnesses testified during the trial that one teen who was charged but eventually acquitted by a jury fired a .40-caliber pistol and Wickware fired a .22-caliber rifle at Nettles April 7, 2010, near the corner of Sonny Avenue and Sterling Street.

A .40-caliber bullet was found in Nettles and .22-caliber bullet casings were found at the scene.

Testimony showed that Nettles was shot eight times.

Nettles was robbed and killed while delivering a pizza that was ordered by Quantageah Penegar, who was with Wickware and the other teen at a home next door to where the shooting occurred. Penegar said Wickware and the other teen are the two who robbed Nettles.

A woman who was in Nettles' Jeep with him as he delivered pizza said that Nettles was initially shot in the back outside of the vehicle. He then made it back inside the Jeep, where he was shot again.

Nettles managed to drive away from the scene before his vehicle came to a rest after crashing into a fire hydrant.

Hayman said Wickware was "in the thick" of the "very egregious" robbery and murder.

Leyton said Hayman handled the case appropriately and that it was watched by other prosecutors and by legislators trying to get the state's mandatory sentencing statutes to comply with the Supreme Court's decision.

State Rep. Joseph Haveman, R-Holland, has introduced legislation that would provide judicial discretion when it comes to sentencing juvenile offenders.

"The judge has a better handle on things than the Michigan Legislature," Haveman said, adding that not all cases are clear-cut and that sentencing should not take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Haveman said history shows that the philosophy of locking offenders up and throwing away the key has been a failure -- leaving nothing but large bills and continuously high crime rates in its wake.

"Some people -- let me emphasize, some people -- need a second chance," Haveman said.

Devin Schindler, a professor of law at Lansing-based Cooley Law School, said Hayman's ruling in this case could have an impact on similar cases across the state.

"Any ruling by this judge would not be binding on other circuit courts," Schindler said, adding that a binding ruling wouldn't be established until the state Court of Appeals rules on the issue. "But, the judge would provide a map for the other courts."

Marsha Levick, the deputy director and chief counsel of the Philadelphia-based Juvenile Law Center, said that Michigan is not the only state forced to respond to the Supreme Court's decision.

Levick, who filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court case, said 28 states were affected by the court's ruling, but only nine or 10 have so far responded by changing their laws. She added there is a push under way to include standardized guidelines on how the individualized sentencing hearings should be conducted.

"We read (the Supreme Court decision) expecting life without parole sentences will be quite uncommon and rare," Levick said.

However, Amnesty International, a human rights group that also submitted an amicus brief to the Supreme Court, issued a statement following Hayman's decision calling for a complete end to juvenile life sentences without parole.

"The sentencing hearings aren't enough to bring the United States in line with international law, which prohibits life without parole for anyone under the age of 18," the organization's statement said. "Amnesty International calls on the Michigan state Legislature to abolish life without parole for children, under all circumstances."

Haveman's legislation is slated to be discussed next week, but the legislator said he doesn't expect it to be passed into law anytime soon.

"We've got a long way to go," said Haveman.

The Racist Right's War With Jay And Bey!

The right can't stand them.
Since President Barack Obama was reelected on the power of the hip-hop community, the racist right has turned to those entertainers as the vile menace towards American values.

The folks over at Loserville, Bill-O (known as O'Loofus), King Hippo, That Guy Who Helped Obama Win, and That Guy Who Throw Shit To The Wall are prime examples of the divisive nonsense that fuels attacks upon the Black community.

Each of these agitators have found some way to attack the Carters for being, well entertainers and business moguls.

I've listened to the racist right outrage over their Grammy's duet.

I've listened to them talk about Jay-Z and his past days. The racist right not even considering that despite his troubled past, he managed to become one of the richest entertainers in history.

I've listened to them complain about Beyonce telling her fans to be "bold" and "bow down".

I've heard even three Republican lawmakers called upon an investigation into the couple going to Cuba.

They just don't like them.
A real power couple, Jay-Z and Beyonce.
The Black community has more support for the president/ The racist right can't understand why with all the economic woes troubling the Black community, they can't win "us" over. They can't figure out that even with a Black president, unemployment is high and "us Black folk" ignoring Republicans at the ballot box.

Could we be the prime examples of a screwed up generation?

Most conservatives believe that "us Black folk" bemoan about the president's race contributing to his low job approval. Obviously many Black Americans have this notion to believe that all the attacks on the president and the entertainers in the hip-hop community is solely on race.

No.
Caution an angry O'Loofus is a coming!
We rally around the fact that for all the accomplishments by [the president and those in the Black community],  those in the racist right still look at us as NIGGERS!

The conservatives attack on Black celebrities for corrupting their innocent children. These entertainers open their children to progress. And the right can't stand it.

That's probably why you hear more name drops from the likes of King Hippo, O'Loofus or That Guy Who Helped Obama Win. They're jealous of their success.

Marissa Alexander Could Get 60 In The Iron College!

Mom of three who fired a slug into the ceiling could get more time if the state prosecutor finds enough evidence to charge her. Marissa Alexander's trial will be coming up soon. The controversial shooting has proven that Florida's stand your ground law a joke. White guy kills Black person and gets no time in the iron college. Black person fires a slug and its lock 'em up!

A horrible result of shooting into a ceiling put Marissa Alexander in the iron college for 20 years.

A mistrial has her out for the time being. But the state prosecutor is seeking for longer sentence. She wants to put Alexander in the iron college for life. Just for shooting a slug into the ceiling to keep her abusive husband away.

The state known for its stupidity continues to be in the news again. They flock to Florida because of their low income taxes, the warmth and the weak gun laws.

We allow a man shoot and kill an unarmed teen. The teen was carrying a pack of Skittles and an Arizona ice tea on his way to his father's home. The shooter says the teen "was up to no good" and "those fucking punks always get away!"

We allow a man shoot and kill an unarmed teen. The teen and his friends were at a gas station and they get into an argument over hip-hop music being played loud. The shooter had called hip-hop "rap crap" or "thug music".

We allow a man shoot and kill an unarmed man. The man was texting on the phone in a movie theater. The shooter claimed that his life was in danger over a bag of popcorn and the man's towering height. The shooter had confronted other moviegoers over them being on the phone.

Wikipedia has a brief detail about the situation. It involves Angela Corey, a controversial state attorney who is accused of institutional racism. She would allow this woman who has no criminal record get life in the iron college for shooting into a ceiling

Angela Corey, the Florida state attorney who prosecuted the 31-year-old Marissa Alexander for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and obtained a mandatory minimum sentence of 20 years in prison generated controversy in the midst of the Trayvon Martin case.

Alexander argued that she fired a warning shot from a gun she was licensed to carry to defend herself from a life-threatening beating from her self-admitted abusive estranged husband, Rico Gray.

Alexander's shot hit the wall and deflected into the ceiling, injuring no one. Alexander, who had no previous criminal record or arrests, attempted a Stand Your Ground defense prior to trial but was unsuccessful.

State Attorney Corey met with the defendant and offered her a three year plea deal. Alexander rejected the offer and took her case to trial. A jury convicted her in twelve minutes and, because of the Florida 10-20-Life mandatory minimum statute, she was sentenced to a 20 years in prison.

Corey has been criticized for her handling of the case by Florida Democratic Congresswoman, Corrine Brown, who argued that Corey overcharged Alexander and the result of Alexander's case was a consequence of institutional racism.

Rev. Jesse Jackson, anti-domestic violence advocates, civil rights groups, and others have also supported the call for Alexander's release from prison.
Angela Corey wants to put Marissa Alexander in the iron college for life.
On September 26, 2013, an appellate court ordered a new trial, finding that the jury instructions in Alexander's trial impermissible and it shifted the burden of proof from the prosecution to the defense.

Alexander was released on bail on November 27, 2013 and required to stay under house arrest.

Angela Corey is now seeking to put Marissa in prison for 60 years rather than the original 20.

This is the woman who allow George Zimmerman to walk. Corey let Zimmerman continue on his path to destruction. Since his freedom, the asshole has created over a dozen incidents that would have put a Black person in the iron college.

This is the woman who allowed Michael Dunn get off with murder of Jordan Davis on a technicality. Although Dunn got 60 in the iron college, he didn't get life in the iron college for his deliberate murder of an unarmed teen.

This is a travesty of justice.

How could you put a woman who fired a slug into the ceiling of her own home in the iron college for life?

CNN May Ax Piers Morgan!

CNN is planning on bumping Piers Morgan off the primetime slot.

The struggling cable news network is getting ready to put its hammer on British tabloid journalist Piers Morgan.

After three years on air, CNN is getting rid of Piers Morgan Tonight tells David Carr of the New York Times.

Morgan took over Larry King's 9PM timeslot in 2011. Morgan's ratings were consistently low.

CNN sources confirmed the news to Politico.

As Carr points out, Morgan's contract is up in September. There's no word on whether he'll get another show or not.

“It’s been a painful period and lately we have taken a bath in the ratings,” Morgan told Carr. "I am a British guy debating American cultural issues, including guns, which has been very polarizing, and there is no doubt that there are many in the audience who are tired of me banging on about it."

The most memorable moments of Piers Morgan is the debate between extremist Alex Jones and him over the Sandy Hook shooting tragedy. Jones wanted Morgan deported for his stance on gun control.

Morgan also had Rachel Jeantel on his program before and after the verdict in the controversial George Zimmerman trial. The racist right was attacking Jeantel for being a big Black woman who had that "attitude".

Frank Taaffe: Oprah And Obama Are Two Stupid A** N****rs!

White extremist is a defender of George Zimmerman. He appeared on HLN multiple times saying some pretty racist and borderline ignorant things about the Black community.

Looks like George Zimmerman's best friends are making the news once again. For the umpteenth time, this right wing bigot named Frank Taaffe emerges again to make his case against the Black community.

The unofficial spokesperson of George Zimmerman has his own radio program on some White extremist network. I guess he's got an opinion about everything.

So I am guessing he'll have White nationalist radio host James Edwards, Asshat Colin Flaherty and Jesse Lee Peterson (The Other Jesse) on his program sooner or later.

The Raw Story reports that Political Research Associates, posted audio on Tuesday from an October 2013 segment of Taaffe’s show, “Standing Our Ground,” which aired on the White Voice Network. The network reportedly devotes itself to “media, news, and information for White people against White genocide.”

In the segment, Taaffe and co-host Joe Adams debate whether media mogul Oprah Winfrey can be considered a “n**ger.”

“To me she wouldn’t,” said Adams, who wrote a book called the “Save White People Handbook.”

“I think she is,” Taaffe responded, explaining that he thought the slur applied to Winfrey because “she keeps spewing out all that bullsh*t. She goes over to Switzerland and she says that the lady didn’t want to share a handbag because she thought that she couldn’t afford it, and she keeps just doing what she’s doing.”

Taaffe then criticized her for promoting “her boy,” President Barack Obama.

“You know, it’s birds of a feather, they flock together and stick together, and to me, she’s a n**ger,” Taaffe insisted. “Oprah Winfrey’s a n**ger. She’s a n**ger.”
One thing about Oprah and the Obamas, they're rich and famous. Frank Taaffe is not.
Adams then expressed slight disagreement, saying that while Winfrey “has worked hard, [and is] doing the right thing by her community,” society at large should still use the slur when referring to her. He also claimed that when white people raise issues related to race, “they get called racist, and that is the white equivalent of the n**ger word for me.”

Taaffe, who was Zimmerman’s neighbor around the time Zimmerman was accused of second-degree murder for killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, became an outspoken defender of Zimmerman’s in appearances on CNN and other networks. He suggested Martin fit the “ID” of prior burglars in their neighborhood and dismissed Zimmerman’s penchant for collecting firearms by saying, “Boys will have their toys.”

Mother Jones reported that Taaffe also used his platform to defend Michael Dunn, the 47-year-old man who was found not guilty of murder charges for killing another Black teen, Jordan Davis. But following criticism directed toward CNN and sister network HLN, Taaffe announced future appearances on HLN had been canceled.

This is how George Zimmerman, Frank Taaffe, Michael Dunn thinks of Black people.

Egg Prank Leads To Man Shooting And Killing A Teen!

Adrian Broadway was just doing a harmless prank and this foolish man would put a slug in her head. Now this young life is lost and the man who shot and kill her may get the gas house for reckless homicide (on the grounds of first-degree murder).

U.S. Senate race in Arkansas has it as LEAN REPUBLICAN. It was once LEAN DEMOCRAT.

Senator Mark Pryor, the vulnerable Democrat from Arkansas and his opponent Tea Party endorsed Republican congressman Tom Cotton look the other way while their future voters are being slaughtered.

For you see, these two politicos are gun owners and endorsers of the "castle doctrine". The castle doctrine is a dutiful right to attack a threat with a firearm even though they're not inside the home or property.

Both are conservative minded assholes who oppose reasonable gun control measures that massacres in schools (such as Jonesboro) or the recent event in which a 15 year old teenager who's egging of a man's car lead to the asshole shooting and killing her.

I endorse gun rights but also value reasonable gun control. I understand that once you pull the trigger, you're pretty much putting your life or the other's in jeopardy. A bullet has no eyes and it will always hit a target.

The outpouring of sympathy to young victim Adrian Broadway rings echos of young Black children once again being unarmed but suffer an untimely fate by the hands of a firearm owner.

Haydia Pendleton, Caleb Grodley, Jordan Davis, Renisha McBride and Trayvon Martin are prime examples of futures lost.

Futures that could have been something, snuffed away by a reckless gun owner.

And the racist right would smear their names because they're "just Black" and probably "Obama supporters" anyway. That's why the "If I would have a son, he'll look Trayvon" would be a frequent reference.

President Barack Obama understands that young Black teens makes White people nervous. You hear about that asshat Colin Flaherty spreading this so-called "Knockout Game" phenomenon. He's created this fiction that young Black children are becoming feral beast who randomly attack White people.

Whenever these issues come forth, expect King Hippo (Rush Limbaugh), That Guy Who Throw Shit To The Wall (Matt Drudge) and That Guy Who Helped Obama Win  (Sean Hannity) to be the primary agitators of White people being uneased by the sight of Black teens.

The racist right would refer to the "Obama's son" remark every time a Black criminal is caught in a race related (or just a random non-race) crime.

But the White criminal is caught in a race-related (or just a random non-race) crime, [the racist right would just say] it's just another attempt by the "radical leftists" who proudly lay their "race cards". The racist right would fault their chief agitator President Barack Obama for every race based crime.

It's an ongoing situation in America. We're the only country in the world with one of the highest domestic attacks by firearms. We're the only country that's too slow to react to gun control measures that ensure that criminals, the mentality insane and the reckless gun sellers who give firearms to a potential threat

Adrian Broadway was just doing a harmless prank. Certainly a mild criminal act upon a person's property.
Willie Noble held on $1 million get outta jail free card.
But it's not like she would be stealing the radio out or hotwiring the vehicle and taking off.

Willie Noble is a certified idiot. He could have just called the police and reported inappropriate behavior.

No, he just decided to get the firearm out and buck 'em out.

CNN reports that the 15-year-old girl in Little Rock, Arkansas, is dead, police say, because of a prank that went horribly and tragically wrong.

Adrian Broadway was shot in the head and died early Saturday morning.

She was with a group of teenagers who had gone to a house to do a "retaliation" prank on another teen who'd done a prank on them on Halloween, according to the Little Rock Police Department.

The teenagers told police they had thrown toilet paper, eggs and mayonnaise on a car parked there.
Piss poor politicos Democrat Mark Pryor, U.S. Senator and Republican Tom Cotton, U.S. Representative have looked the other way when a massacre occurs in America. They have voted against reasonable gun control measures for political expediency. They haven't gotten the message since Gabby Giffords got a bullet to the head. These two face off in the 2014 U.S. Senate race in Arkansas.
As they were leaving, a man came out of the house and opened fire.

Broadway was struck in the head and died.

Another teenager, the driver, suffered injuries to his right arm. He was transported to a hospital, where he was treated and released.

Noble was charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of a terroristic act and five counts of aggravated assault, they said.

Bond was set at $1 million.

"I got the news from my mom who said that Adrian had got a gun wound to the head, and I just dropped the phone immediately and started crying," Broadway's friend, Laguyia Bland, told CNN affiliate KARK.

"They was trying to be teenagers," Bland said. "As you know teenagers make mistakes, and this was one of those mistakes."

Zimmerman: No Regrets For Killing Trayvon Martin!

The umpteenth time he appears. He claims he's broke.

Would you please go the f away, George Zimmerman!

The acquitted shooter goes to CNN's Early Start to pissy poor his problems to Chris Coumo.

One of the most hated men in the country emerges out of the shadows to reflect on the tragic night he killed an unarmed teenager in a gated community. He also acknowledges his frustration with the media, President Barack Obama and civil rights leaders for "scapegoating" him as the reason for civil unrest.

He also elaborates on the Michael Dunn trial.

Dunn was found guilty on attempted murder, reckless endangerment and leaving a scene of an event. Dunn shot and killed Jordan Davis, a 17-year old teen over loud music.

Still having no regrets over his actions! No regrets for killing Trayvon Martin.

"God," Zimmerman told CNN on Monday. "I know that ultimately, He's the only judge that I have to answer to... He knows what happened. I know what happened. So I'd leave it up to him."

Nearly two years after Zimmerman killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in a gated Florida community -- and about half a year since a jury acquitted him of second-degree murder and manslaughter charges -- the 30-year-old says he still gets death threats.

"I have a lot of people saying that, you know, they guarantee that they're going to kill me and I'll never be a free man," he said. "I realize that they don't know me. They know who I was portrayed to be."

Speaking with CNN's Chris Cuomo, Zimmerman shared thoughts on his cancelled celebrity boxing match, his artistic outlet, and what he would say to Martin's family.

"Do you regret that you killed Trayvon Martin," Cuomo is quoted in the interview as saying, according to Mediaite.

“Unfortunately, the Department of Justice is conducting a civil rights investigation,” Zimmerman said. “Certainly, I think about that night and I think my life would be tremendously easier if I stayed home.”

The CNN interview aired one day after Zimmerman told the Spanish-language network Univision that he is homeless, jobless, and suffering from post traumatic stress disorder.

The interviews mark Zimmerman's first public statements since being acquitted of murder in the Feb. 26, 2012 death of Martin.

Since the acquittal, Zimmerman has been accused of domestic violence by his girlfriend, pulled over for multiple traffic violations, and made headlines through his pending divorce.

Dunn Deal: Loud Music Shooter Found Guilty!

Shooter of unarmed teen over loud music is going to get time in the iron college.

Although murder would have put this asshole in the iron college for the rest of his life, the three other charges that followed carried enough time for Michael Dunn.

Dunn will now have to think about his reckless decision to kill Jordan Davis over hip-hop music.

The Florida jury found Dunn guilty on three of the five charges. He managed to skirt murder.

The state law enforcement were prepared to react in the case of "civil unrest".

Like the last one who got off with murder managed to generate a riot.

He will have 60 years in the iron college for his reckless and heartless decisions.
Florida prosecutor could charge Dunn for murder.
CNN reports the jury's decisions became clear about 7 p.m. Saturday, Dunn looked ahead solemnly with a frown but no tears. His lawyer, Cory Strolla, told reporters later that his client was "in disbelief."

"Even as he sat next to me, he asked, how is this happening," Strolla said. "... It has not set in. I don't think it will set in anytime soon."

The incomplete finale to this emotional, hot-button trial -- partly because of the fact Dunn is white and the teenagers who were shot at, including Davis, are black -- echoed George Zimmerman's trial for the killing of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin about 120 miles down the road in Sanford, Florida. While stand your ground wasn't used by Dunn, his lawyers did argue that he fired in self-defense.

Given the partially hung jury, State Attorney Angela Corey said prosecutors would press for a new trial in Duval County on the murder charge.

"Justice for Jordan Davis is as important as it is for any victim," said Corey, whose office also handled the Zimmerman case.

Even without a final decision on the murder count -- and pending defense appeals -- the 47-year-old Dunn is looking at a lengthy prison term.
Jordan Davis
Prosecutor Erin Wolfson explained Saturday night that each attempted second-degree murder conviction carries a minimum sentence of at least 20 years. There's also a 15-year sentence possible on the conviction for shooting in the teenager's vehicle.

"You are looking at basically at life in prison," Strolla said, even as he vowed to challenge the convictions.

"At 47 years old, that's a life sentence regardless of count one."

The decision to convict on these counts, and not on murder, didn't come easily for a jury that had deliberated for about 30 hours since getting the case late Wednesday.

Judge Russell Healey acknowledged earlier Saturday that the jury of four white women, two black women, four white men, an Asian woman and a Hispanic man was "struggling, obviously."

"But it's not for want of trying to reconcile all of this," he said then. "I think we've got some analytical people in there who are trying to do just that -- trying to analyze this from every possible angle."

The lack of a murder conviction upset some, including protesters who marched outside the Jacksonville courthouse calling for Corey to lose her job. "The people united will never be defeated," they also chanted.

Yet Davis' mother, Lucia McBath, didn't express any anger when she addressed reporters Saturday night. Her family, she said, is "so very happy to have just a little bit of closure."

"It's sad for Mr. Dunn that he will live the rest of his life in that sense of torment, and I will pray for him," McBath said. "And I've asked my family to pray for him."

Michael Dunn Claims That Thug Music Drove Him To Kill Jordan Davis!

Michael Dunn displays his handling grip when he confronted teens at a store. He put ten slugs in the vehicle that Jordan Davis rode in. The teen's murder sparked outrage over the fact that Dunn claims that his life was threatened by a group of unarmed teens who were banging hip-hop music.

That paradise for stupidity is the state of Florida.

We are following the Jordan Davis murder trial. This case parallels the many events caused by the state sponsored "Stand Your Ground Law".

Last month a retired police officer Curtis Reeves shot and killed Chad Oulsen in a Tampa area movie theater over him texting on the phone. Reeves believes that a bag of popcorn thrown in his face is merit to shot a man a point blank range. Oulsen was killed and Reeves is facing second degree murder.

George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin became the talk of the nation. The shooting of unarmed Martin sparked outrage and a demand for the state's controversial governor Rick Scott to repeal the law. Scott maybe facing former governor Charlie Crist in a bid for reelection.

Zimmerman after post trial has cause over seven events which sparked outrage. The most recent outrage was this charity event where he was to step into the boxing ring with washed up celebrity DMX. That event was canceled after complaints.
Rhonda Rouer wipes tears. She tells her boyfriend Michael Dunn's side of the story.
Marissa Alexander was just granted bail after she was sentenced to 20 years in the iron college for shooting in her ceiling after she threatened her abuse husband. She became a focal point of that stupid law.

The Jordan Davis murder is a hotly watched event. The suspect Michael Dunn shot ten times at the 17 year old and his friends after they got into a heated confrontation over loud hip-hop music.

Last year, Dunn was charged with murder with reckless content.

Tommie Stornes tells a somber tale of losing his best friend.
Dunn is facing life in the iron college if the evidence showed that he provoked the event. In the trial, the family and friends of both Davis and Dunn came up to stand to testify.

One in particular was the girlfriend of Dunn. She was with Dunn during the time of the shooting. Dunn was returning from his son's wedding and decided to get some stuff from a Jacksonville convenience store.

His girlfriend goes in and he sits outside. Apparently Davis along with his friends were there blasting up their speakers listening to hip-hop music.

She was talking to him about the noise and he uttered a "I can't stand that 'thug' music".

That right there is the prosecution's way to nail him with reckless intent. The prosecution wants to say that Dunn was provoked by a group of teens who refused to listen to his concerns. Dunn was provoked by a group of teens who cranked the music even louder when he told them to turn that off.

The defense rested its case Tuesday, and then prosecutors called Dunn's fiancee back to the witness stand.
Ronald Davis and Lucia McBath are Jordan Davis parents. They watch the trial.
Rhonda Rouer contradicted Dunn’s assertion that he had told her he had seen a gun in the teens’ SUV. Closing arguments were expected Wednesday.

Prosecutors also played a video of Dunn’s jailhouse interview in which he couldn't explain why he didn't call police after the shooting. Also in it, detectives picked apart Dunn's story that he was threatened with a gun, saying no weapon was found on the teen and witnesses never described Davis making threats.
"I got a place on the beach. I got a great house. I got a great girl. We just got a new puppy," Dunn said.

"There is no reason for me to jeopardize that."

Of course he jeopardized that. He made the choice to use a firearm instead of a cellphone and piece of paper with a license number on it. He could lose all that in an instant if he's found guilty. He could lose all that in a civil lawsuit if found not guilty.

In his testimony, Dunn told jurors he was in Jacksonville with Rouer to attend his son’s wedding. He had brought along on the trip his 7-month-old dog, and at one point in testimony, he wiped away tears when talking about his fiancee and dog.
Graphic details were told by friends of Jordan Davis. They told the court that Michael Dunn provoked the event. This is Leland Brunson, one of the people in the SUV the night Dunn shot and killed Davis.
Dunn said he and Rouer went to the convenience store for wine and chips. He said he pulled into a spot next to an SUV where music with a “thumping” bass was playing.

"It got really loud," Dunn said. "My rear view mirror was shaking. My eardrums were vibrating. It was ridiculously loud."

Dunn said he asked the three men in the SUV to turn down the music and they turned it off. "I said, 'Thank you,'" Dunn said. But soon afterward, Dunn said he heard someone in the SUV shouting expletives and the word "cracker" at him. Dunn is white, and the teens in the SUV were black. Cracker is a derogatory term for white people.

The music was turned back on, and Dunn testified, "I wasn't going to ask for favors anymore."
Tevin Thompson explains the controversial shooting.
Dunn said the men in the SUV had "menacing expressions," and he asked the teens whether they were talking about him. He said he wanted to calm down the situation but saw a teen in the backseat reach down for something which he slammed into the car door. Dunn said it looked as if the barrel of a shotgun was sticking out the window.

One of the teens stepped out of the SUV, Dunn said, and he felt "this was a clear and present danger." He reached for his pistol in a glove box.

Dunn, who had a concealed weapons permit, fired nine shots into the car, according to an affidavit. Once his fiancee returned to the car, he drove off out of fear of the SUV returning, he said.

He described having "tunnel vision," with everything focused on his target.

No weapons were found in the SUV.

Dunn said he told Rouer on the drive back to the hotel that he had shot in self-defense.

"I didn't do anything wrong," Dunn said he told her.

Dunn and Rouer drove back to their hotel and Dunn said he didn't call the police because his focus was on the well-being of Rouer, whom he described as in hysterics. The next morning, Dunn said, Rouer insisted she wanted to go home and they drove back to their home in Brevard County, 175 miles away. There, Dunn said he contacted a neighbor who is in law enforcement for advice on how to turn himself in to authorities.

During cross-examination, prosecutor John Guy challenged Dunn’s assertion that he had told Rouer after the shooting that he thought one of the teens had a gun.

Jordan Davis didn't hurt no one.
"You never told the love of your life that those guys had a gun," Guy said. "Did you?"

Dunn responded, "You were not there."

Guy challenged Dunn on other parts of his story, citing letters Dunn had written from jail and interviews with investigators. The prosecutor said Dunn had told detectives the day after the shooting that it could have been a stick he saw pointing from the vehicle. But Dunn countered he was just suggesting a far-fetched possibility.

Guy also suggested that Dunn was angry because he was being disrespected by a young black man. Dunn responded, “I was being threatened, not disrespected.”

The prosecutor also said Dunn had stated in a jailhouse letter that his car was parked so close to the SUV that it would have been hard for him to exit. Guy said that mean Davis also would have had a hard time getting out of the SUV.

"Jordan Davis was never a threat to you, was he, Mr. Dunn?" Guy said.

Dunn responded, "Absolutely, he was."

Newsone obtained the letters from Dunn saying some not so nice things about Black people and he compared himself to George Zimmerman.

One good news nugget was the selection of a jury.

"The fear is that we may get a predominately black jury and therefore, unlikely to get a favorable verdict. Sad, but that’s where this country is still at. The good news is that the surrounding counties are predominately white and Republican and supporters of gun rights," says Dunn in a written letter to his girlfriend Rhonda Douer.

"The jail is full of blacks and they all act like thugs. This may sound a bit radical but if more people would arm themselves and kill these fucking idiots, when they’re threatening you, eventually they may take the hint and change their behavior," says Dunn to his son.

"Uh, ‘Kill that motherfucker!’ ‘That motherfucker is dead!’ ‘You dead cracker!’” Dunn heard from the teens.

"And he sees that much of a shotgun coming up over the rim of the SUV, which is up higher than his Jetta, and all he sees are heavily tinted front windows that are up and the back windows that are down, and the car has at least four black men in it, and he doesn't know how old anyone is, and he doesn't know anything, but he knows a shotgun when he sees one because he got his first gun as a gift from his grandparents when he was in third grade," Dunn wrote to his friends.
The jury will decide shortly on this man's fate.
"I am amazed at what is going on with the way the media has been covering this case," he writes.

"Their [sic] have been several other shootings here in Jacksonville, yet they are all either black-on-black or black-on-white, and none of them have garnered any attention from the media. I guess it’s news when someone dares to not to be a victim, but they are twisting it around sand saying I was the ‘bad guy.’" Dunn wrote to his grandmother.

"I’m not getting much in the way of sympathy from the press. They’re a bunch of liberal bastards!" he writes.

"They seem to have a lot of racial guilt, or at least the prosecutors [sic] office does. The jail here is almost all black prisoners. You’d think Jacksonville was 90-90% black judging by the makeup of the folks in jail here! … My fear is that if I get 1 black on my jury it will be a mistrial as I am convinced they will be racially biased." Dunn says to his supporters and son.

Ex-Cop Who Killed Movie-Goer Denied Bail!

Ex-cop Christopher Reeves is facing second degree murder charges. The former Tampa area police officer got into a confrontation with a movie goer after the victim used his cell phone for texting. The judge denied bail.

A few weeks ago, a retired police officer shot and killed a fellow movie goer after they got into a confrontation over the victim using a cell phone during the movie previews.

According to the prosecutors, the retired cop used extremely poor judgment when he confronted the victim.

The victim allegedly threw a bag of popcorn at the shooter.

Reuters report that a Florida judge denied bail on Friday for a retired police captain facing charges of second-degree murder and aggravated battery in the January 13 shooting.

Curtis Reeves, 71, said he feared for his life when he fatally shot Chad Oulson, 43, in a movie theater in Wesley Chapel, north of Tampa, according to an interview played at a bail hearing.

"The guy scared the hell out of me," Reeves said in a 29-minute audio recording of a police interview played publicly for the first time at the hearing.

"If I had to do it over again, it never would have happened," Reeves told detectives. "I would have moved."

Reeves' attorneys said he should be given bail because any action he took was to defend himself.

But Circuit Court Judge Pat Siracusa ruled on Friday that Reeves will stay in jail until he stands trial, wrapping up a two-day bond hearing that featured elements of a mini-trial, including surveillance video of the incident.

Reeves' attorney, Richard Escobar, said he planned to appeal.

In court Friday, Escobar said Reeves was in fear of his life, and reacted on instinct and training to defend himself.

Reeves said he became upset when Oulson would not shut off his cell phone as the previews began at a matinee of the combat drama "Lone Survivor."
Chad and Nicole Oulson.
The two men exchanged words. Reeves said Oulson told him he was texting his daughter's baby-sitter.

Reeves left to contact a manager, but returned to his seat alone moments later. More words were exchanged, and Reeves said Oulson grew more aggressive and leaned in toward him.

"I had nowhere to go," Reeves said on the recording. "I kept leaning back. Then he was virtually on top of me."

Reeves said he fired the gun because he believed Oulson had hit him. He described feeling pain in his left eye and shoulder.

Escobar said his client believes he was struck by Oulson's cell phone. "This is not a popcorn throwing case, but throwing a deadly missile case," Escobar said.

Eyewitnesses testified Oulson threw a bag of popcorn at Reeves.

A prosecutor said on Wednesday that Oulson did not strike or touch Reeves during the altercation.

The grainy, 29-minute video showed Reeves' movements in Theater 10 the day of the shooting, but not Oulson's, who was seated outside of camera view.

The video showed Reeves being stuck by an unknown object that appeared from out of camera view, and Reeves raising his right hand in a forward motion.

Reeves' defense attorneys persuaded the judge to allow an enhanced version of the video to be shown in court. Escobar said his version showed Reeves being struck in the face by Oulson's cell phone.

After viewing the defense team's version, the judge said he could not tell what object created the moving light on the screen.

Audio recordings of interviews with both men's wives also were played for a judge on Friday.

Vivian Reeves said Oulson cursed at her husband when he asked him to "stop playing with his cell phone." Oulson's widow, Nicole, described Reeves as being rude and nasty.

Nicole Oulson said she stood and placed her hand on her husband's chest to help calm the situation just before the shooting occurred.

A single bullet struck both of the Oulsons. Nicole Oulson was shot in the left ring finger, and her husband suffered a chest wound.

"I saw a spark and heard a pop," said Nicole Oulson, whose left hand was bandaged as she sat in court on Friday.

Oh No, Not This Stuff Again: Man Rips Victims Face! Cops Kill Man! [NSFW]

The return of the face eating zombies. Of course Rudy Eugene attracted international celebrity for being the first man who was apparently high on drugs when he attacked and manned a homeless man. This incident in Palm Beach County sparks a major concern among Florida law enforcement.

Take caution in reading this story. The picture below is disturbing. The incident that occurred is disturbing.

Once again, we here at Journal de la Reyna send our prayers and condolences to the victims of this horrible tragedy. This stuff will attract the racist right to making assumptions of Black on White crime (if the suspect's name is released to the public).

A few years ago, the world was introduced to the Miami Zombie.

Rudy Eugene allegedly high on bath salts managed to attack and rip the face of a homeless man.

The Miami Police ended up serving him with lead and he would pay the price. The victim would end up having reconstructive surgery after Eugene would rip his eyes and nose off.

It's kind of crazy and the racist right was all fearing of the ZOMBIE Apocalypse.

Nowadays, this bath salts, molly and heroin are a danger to the young and even old.

This craze is happening in the country's most notorious state for problems: FLORIDA.

This marks the return of the long-fabled flesh eating zombie only seen in comics and on TV screens, because a Florida man was shot to death after he (with no clothes on) assaulted an ex-police officer and tried to tear a man’s face off with his teeth.

A naked man possessing what authorities described as superhuman-like strength died Tuesday night after he assaulted a retired police officer, bit another man on the face and was then shot during a confrontation with deputies near Delray Beach, Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw said.

It was not immediately clear whether the man died from gunshot wounds or from a medical condition, Bradshaw said. Neither the names of the deceased man nor the assault victims were released late Tuesday.

The scene unfolded at about 8:30 p.m. on South Military Trail, north of Lake Ida Road and near The Colony at Delray Beach community. The man, who was not wearing any clothing, was walking north on Military Trail when, for reasons unknown, he assaulted a 66-year-old retired New York City police officer, Bradshaw said.
Ron Poppo was a homeless man who didn't bother the suspect. All of a sudden the attacker rips and eat a portion of his face. This is the horrible after effects of this incident.
The retired officer was rushed to Delray Medical Center with serious injuries. The naked man, described as being about 6-foot-3, 250 pounds, then continued north on Military toward the entrance to the Colony where began chasing a man and the man’s 10-year-old son. At some point, the man began fighting with an 18-year-old man and he started biting the 18-year-old on the face, Bradshaw said.

The 18-year-old attempted to defend himself with a box cutter knife. The teen sustained serious injuries during the fight and was taken to Delray Medical. Deputies arriving on the scene tried to calm the attacker, Bradshaw said. Deputies attempted to subdue the man with a Taser, but were unsuccessful.

“He’s obviously delirious on something,” Bradshaw said. “He is a huge guy. He takes a fighting stance.

They’re trying to get him on the ground. He starts charging them. The Taser did not affect him.”

At that point, a sheriff’s sergeant fired three shots, one to the torso and two the lower part of the man’s body. The man was rushed to Delray Medical Center where he died.

“We don’t know right now if he’s expired from the gunshots, or if he’s expired because of obviously he’s on some type of drugs that have made him act like this,” Bradshaw said. “There’s no way to know if those are the shots that actually killed him, or if he’s died from what they called exited delirium. He’s obviously on some type of narcotics to make him act like this.”
Man dies after confrontation with deputy in Delray Beach
The scene of the crime where a 6'3" man attacked a former NYPD police officer ripping his face.
Late Tuesday, several sheriff’s patrol cars and incident command units lined a stretch of Military Trail near the entrance to the Colony. Colony resident Eddie Mady said he and his wife were out walking their dog Tuesday when they heard the gunfire.

“My wife thought it was fireworks,” Mady said. “Sometimes in the next door development some kids shoot off fireworks. But I knew it came from this direction and it didn’t sound like fireworks so I immediately grabbed my wife and our dog and said ‘Time to go back inside.”

Word of the shooting quickly spread through the neighborhood, Mady said.

“You never think something like this is going to happen where you live,” he said. “It’s a scary thing, but you never know. It can happen anywhere, anytime. Thankfully the police got him before he got into our development.”
