The price of toys have significantly increased. Most of those toys from Hasbro, Mattel, Bandai Namco, MacFarlane, MGA, LEGO and Spin Master are made in China.
More Americans are put less down for toys, electronics and housewares.
These damn tariffs and gas prices are driving Americans to cut back from shopping at their favorite retailers.
President Donald J. Trump has a feud with China. He has a feud with Iran. He has a feud with Mexico. He has a feud with fucking Canada, our closest ally.
After 2018, Toys R Us were extinct in the United States. All the stores folded in that year.

The company is opening 120 new U.S. stores with its retail partner Go! Retail Group, in a major expansion timed to capitalize on the peak holiday toy shopping season.
Forbes reports that toy sales for the first half of this year were the strongest they’ve been in six year, according to research firm Circana, LLC, with total dollar sales up 17%. Average selling price was up 4%.
This all comes nearly a decade after Toys 'R' Us filed for bankruptcy and closed all of its U.S. stores. The company began opening smaller stores in 2019 and currently has 40 standalone stores.

Boebert is facing a federal lawsuit from three former staffers. They claimed she came on to them. She forced them to perform sex acts. She also had encounters with her former colleague, now OANN host Matt Gaetz.
She turns 40 in December. She is a mother of a potential sexual offender. Tyler Boebert, the 21-year-old oldest son was arrested on August 9, 2026, in Garfield County, Colorado, on felony charges including sexual exploitation of a child.
According to the complaint filed on behalf of David B. Wheeler from American Muckrakers to the House Ethics Committee on September 17, the sexual affairs involved former District Director Clarice Navarro Ratzlaff, District Chief of Staff Raven Finegan, and former Chief of Staff Jeffrey Small.
The complaint cited a 2018 rule prohibiting such relations between the members and their staff. According to Raw Story, the rule was introduced in February 2018 after a series of scandalous harassment cases in Congress. The committee has used the rule to launch its 2019 ethics probe into former member Katie Hill.
The complaint describes meetings in Ratzlaff's office, in the campaign-paid vehicle, and in hotel rooms at the campaign's expense. It also mentions over $449,000 in salary and $200,000 paid to her after her departure. Specifically, the $200,000 payment was made in March 2025, after Ratzlaff had quit and told Boebert she was going to make her own ethics complaint.
Colorado Times Recorder reports that the complaint also claims that Boebert arranged the $200,000 payment to stop Ratzlaff from making that complaint. Boebert's office hasn't responded to the newspaper's request for a statement.
Ratzlaff dismissed the allegations as "entirely false and defamatory." In addition, the House Ethics Committee hasn't announced any review yet.
Raw Story points out that the allegations rely on unnamed sources' notes that weren't included in the document. Moreover, the outlet failed to verify payroll and campaign finance figures mentioned in the complaint.

The filing received a sarcastic reply from former Rep. Matt Gaetz, an ally of Boebert. Gaetz quoted the X post that claimed sexual affairs between Boebert and three staffers as well as a threesome between the representatives and Ratzlaff.
"I am requesting that anyone with video of me in this alleged "threesome" release said evidence IMMEDIATELY! Unedited, please," Gaetz wrote in a tweet.
In turn, Gaetz quoted that X post to publicly challenge that allegation. According to NPR, the former Republican from Florida has already faced an ethics probe over those allegations. The committee issued a report in December 2024 after investigating allegations of sexual misconduct against the congressman, who denies the charges. That came after Boebert had herself complained about the misconduct of her colleagues; in April, for example, she asked why the fellow legislators are "horny" after the resignation of two congressmen amid similar accusations.
"Yeah, go to church. Find Jesus. Like, why is everybody so horny here?" Boebert quipped outside the U.S. Capitol as she walked away from reporters.
The statement was made following the resignation of former congressmen Eric Swalwell, a Democrat from California, and Tony Gonzales, a Republican from Texas. According to People, Swalwell and Gonzales made their resignations public on April 13th, while Boebert made her statement to the press outside the Capitol on April 16th.
Eric Swalwell resigned due to allegations of misconduct and sexual impropriety by several women. Gonzales quit his job amid the investigation of his misconduct with a staffer. According to Mediaite, Gonzales resigned after it was revealed that he had an affair with a staffer who eventually committed suicide.
Boebert's comments became notable because of the misconduct she displayed on surveillance footage from September 2023. The footage shows Boebert behaving inappropriately alongside her then-boyfriend, Quinn Gallagher, during a Denver performance.
Quinn and Boebert were asked to leave a Beetlejuice show after causing a scene. The footage shows Boebert dancing with her hands raised, vaping, and using her flash while taking pictures. Security guards asked the two people to leave the tour musical at the Buell Theatre on September 10, 2023, according to People.
Boebert apologized, accepted full responsibility, and ended the relationship with Gallagher.
"It's always hard whenever there's gravity put on the voters," Boebert said. "I'm here to provide levity and lift burdens off of people."
The White House will face a federal lawsuit from CNN, MS NOW and The Politico.
Had it been Barack Obama, Joe Biden or Bill Clinton.... the far right would go bonkers.
When Obama first ran for president, he froze out Fox when they ran a divisive campaign about him attending a madrassah school in Indonesia. The truth was the former president went to a public grade school. It took five months and Rupert Murdoch personally talking to Obama to ease tensions.
Fox has been frozen out numerous times. When the White House was addressing the inherited economic turmoil of George W. Bush, Fox was running socialism, Kenyan Marxist and personal jabs at his wife Michelle.
Anita Dunn, then top media coordinator, then chief of staff Rahm Emmanuel and then vice president Joe Biden had concluded that the Obama Administration will withhold all key interviews with top administration figures from Fox. Obama gave it a go.
The Obama Administration had issues with Glenn Beck and Sean "Softball" Hannity running their curmudgeon mouths at the time.
It went on for two weeks and massive condemnation from CNN, MSNBC (MS NOW) and The Politico.
Fast forward to 2026, the current curmudgeon, President Donald J. Trump has formally placed a ban on three national media agitators. He claims the old canard of "fake news" after these outlets released damaging stories about his chaotic presidency.
The president said Friday that he was barring CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House due to what he called unfavorable coverage and “fake news,” and threatened that more such media bans could be coming — the latest salvo in the president’s increasingly aggressive response to media coverage he finds unfavorable.
Like many of Trump’s other confrontations with news organizations — some of which are playing out in the legal arena — this threat has potential First Amendment implications. There was no immediate indication, though, that he was following through.
Trump wrote on his social media site that effective immediately, “I am banning” CNN, MS NOW and Politico “from the White House as a result of their constant ‘reporting’ FAKE NEWS!” Minutes later, speaking at an event in the Oval Office, Trump was asked to explain his statement.
“Because they’re fake news,” he said. “You get so tired of reading and seeing fake news. When you look at CNN, it’s just fake. That’s why their ratings are no good. When you look at MS NOW … , it’s fake news.”
“And when you look at Politico ... the stories they wrote are fake. So there’s a lot of news and there may be others to join them, and maybe they can get better,” he said. “But our country has to have honest news.”
He gave no further details on how the ban would be implemented. Journalists from CNN, MS NOW and Politico were still on the White House grounds as of late Friday afternoon with no signs of being removed.
CNN denounced the move, saying it stands behind its White House team and their “fair and accurate reporting.”
“We have a right under the U.S. Constitution to do that reporting without hindrance or interference from the government,” it said in a statement posted on X. “Should the ban which President Trump threatened go ahead, it would be an illegal assault on that fundamental and constitutionally-protected right.”
Politico said it would “continue to fairly report on this White House and future ones. We will vigorously defend our First Amendment rights against any attempt to restrict them.” MS NOW did not immediately return an email asking about the ban.
The White House has confronted the media more in Trump’s second term
In his second term, Trump and his administration have upped the ante and punished certain media outlets, both in the courtroom and through regulatory action. Trump has also lashed out at individual reporters in person or over social media, sometimes in strikingly personal terms.
The move follows the president’s decision last year to bar Associated Press reporters from the Oval Office, Air Force One and other events in retaliation for the news outlet’s decision not to follow his lead in changing the name of the Gulf of Mexico, which lies partially in Mexican and other waters. The AP said that it would note when appropriate that Trump had ordered it renamed the “Gulf of America.”
The AP filed suit and the case is ongoing. Since returning to office, Trump has pursued other legal action against a variety of different outlets, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and the BBC. His administration is also involved in a long-simmering confrontation involving ABC over renewal of its broadcast licenses.
Trump seeking to block White House access for CNN is especially notable, as it could upend the traditional five-network television pool that travels with the president and tracks his every move — meant to provide independent coverage of his actions and interactions for the Americans who elected him and for the world. CNN was traveling with the vice president on Friday to Iowa.
The National Press Club was one of several groups immediately criticizing Trump’s threatened action. “Banning news organizations from the White House based on the administration’s disapproval of their coverage is a clear attempt to control which voices are allowed to witness and report on the exercise of presidential power,” said the group’s president, Mark Schoeff.
In legal terms, that’s called “viewpoint discrimination” — the government singling out specific media outlets for the content of what they say or publish. That legal principle is at issue in many of the court cases around Trump’s treatment of the media,.
“Someone needs to explain to President Trump how the First Amendment works,” said Tim Richardson, journalism and disinformation director at PEN America. “As we’ve seen time and time again, this administration’s hostility toward the press is never about the accuracy of news stories, but about its inability to withstand scrutiny of its actions.”
And Seth Stern, chief of advocacy at Freedom of the Press Foundation, said it was “difficult to imagine a more blatant violation of the First Amendment than Trump banning news outlets from the People’s House for criticizing the government.”
He added: “These outrageous attacks only demonstrate how scared he is of an informed public.”
Trump provided no details
In his social media announcement, Trump did not provide details on how the ban would be implemented.
It came moments before he spoke to reporters in the Oval Office as part of a health care event. He later planned to take the press pool to his golf club in Virginia for a meeting and dinner sponsored by his Super PAC before spending the weekend at Camp David — one of the few places reporters don’t follow him.
“Media Outlets shouldn’t be able to constantly write or report FICTION and LIES when they’re covering the President of the United States, the Trump Administration, or the United States of America,” Trump wrote. “Other Fake News Media Outlets to follow.”
At the event, Trump doubled down on his opinions about various media outlets.
“The New York Times is so fake. Washington Post is disgusting,” he said.
Trump’s defense secretary, Pete Hegseth, applauded the decision in a post on X. “The Department of War fully supports President Trump’s decision to kick CNN, MS NOW and Politico to the curb so they can publish their Fake News from outside the White House,” Hegseth wrote.
In the 1977 case Sherrill v. Knight, a federal appeals court ruled that although the White House is not required to open its doors to the news media, once it establishes press facilities for credentialed journalists, it cannot deny access based on the content of a journalist’s coverage.
The court held that any denial must serve a compelling government interest and that the journalist must receive notice, the chance to respond and a final answer in writing.
Trump's second term is worst than his first term. I mean the coronavirus was bad but this war with Iran has immediately put him in a position of uncertainty.

We are two years into President Donald J. Trump's second chaotic term and the administration is resorting to blaming former president Joe Biden for the economic concerns that are affecting even the voters who backed him.
I remember I was at work and the crew were so excited that Trump defeated former vice president Kamala Harris. They were saying their paychecks were going to be huge and people were going to get break from the rising costs.
Fast forward to now, they are literally saying that Trump and the Republicans are putting targets on their backs. Several of the workers are of military age and if Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth gets his way, the draft is reinstated.
So I stayed quiet and did my due diligence by not saying anything. I knew the outcome.
I also knew that Harris sticking to the rigid and out of touch policies of Biden would doom her. The Israel thing was definitely an albatross.
Democrats are running on this notion of "I told you so."
The chances have increased significantly for the House and the Senate.
I have Democrats at 49% chance of House takeover and 46% of Senate takeover.
But the progressive voters are warning the Democratic Party that nothing is promised.
The progressives are at burn the whole thing down. Meaning that they want Trump, Republicans and the Democratic Party to fail. They are no longer accepting pro Israel Democrats. They are not willing to accept Hakeem Jeffries or Chuck Schumer as the top leaders. They are definitely sick and tired of members who buck the party. John Fetterman, Josh Gottheimer, Hillary Scholten, Henry Cuellar, Ritchie Torres, Don Davis, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Jared Moskowitz, Tom Suozzi and Marie Glusenkamp Perez are insufferable.

The Republican Party are big government nannies who want to push culture wars into federal laws. This overreach will generate backlash due to the hypocrisy they've carried as small government and freedom loving patriots.
First things first, the Democrats must focus on issues that matter to all Americans. The economy for one thing is a big issue. We are witnessing the potential for a catastrophic crash thanks to Trump's tariffs, his fly off the handle policies and this government shutdown.
If the Democrats are motivated to talk about how the policies of the past are not working, they better start talking now.
Capitalism isn't prospering for the middle class or the lower class. This trickle down economics is not benefiting the working class. The need to be honest about capitalism being a disaster has to be addressed.
The Democratic Party is still supportive of capitalism which is rooted in white supremacy, economic inequality and greed.
The policies the Republican Party are presenting are status quo. They are becoming the big government nannies they tagged the Democratic Party for years as.
Socialism, once a toxic word and a tag on almost every Democratic politician should no longer be a slur. It is time for Americans to understand that the oligarchy that led to wealth inequality is a product of capitalism. We need to equate capitalism to the rise in food prices, health costs, insurance premiums increasing and private equity firms destroying companies.

Israel, Israel, Israel..... When the party support for Israel is a mere 8%, why is the Democratic Party still trying to encourage their voters to support this country?

As Israel continues to commit a genocide under the guise of a ceasefire, some Democrats and the influncers are calling out the progressive base for moving on from Gaza.
I haven't moved on from Israel. I am laser focused on ensuring Israel will fall. I am seeing the endless attacks on Zohran Mamdani, Abdul El-Sayed, Graham Platner, Cori Bush, Katie Porter and even Kamala Harris.
I voted for Harris for president. I have told family members that Israel will be a major factor. Trump's near assassination was a big factor. His mugshot too. He tapped into the grievances of the American people.
Democrats wasted too much time scaring voters. I get it. Trump is an essential threat to the country. I posted on this blog numerous times about it. But I also said that Biden's support for Israel and not focusing on the economy could hurt him come 2024.
White men cannot get the U.S. back on the right track. We seen how Trump and Biden led us into endless chaos within their terms. Trump has become the first 21st Century president to never achieve 50% in positive successes. Yet, we reelected him for a second term despite the dangers he posed in his first chaotic term.
White nationalism exists mostly in the Republican Party. But the party is making inroads with Black, Hispanic, Asian, Jewish, Muslim and young voters. Republicans are pitching nationalism and often scapegoating to appeal to these groups.
Democrats are not far off. They are bleeding support because of their so called identity politics. We are screaming racism and antisemitism at the progressive base when the base is trying to encourage the party to change foreign policy and focus directly on economic turmoils.
The Republicans are moving towards fascism while the Democrats are moving towards conservatism.
Is it possible for a new political party?
Yes.
The two party system is wearing thin. Republicans have a favorably of 34%. The Democrats have a favorably of 32%.
Both parties are not doing enough to solve America's problems.
If progressives need to divorce the Democrats, the time is now. I am not voting for the status quo.
I am going to vote for a candidate that focuses on issues that impact the growth of this flawed nation. Not distractions or words. Words do not pay the rent. They do not feed the families. They do not pay my bills. Words do not control the movement of policies.
No more slogans.

Folks, the Democrats must end the rules of engagement. They need to kick out the filth.
End their support of Israel, stop pandering to win votes, embrace embarrassments, end tone policing and stop trying to be friends with MAGAland.

Caleb Flynn, 40 year old man is facing LIFE in the iron college if he is convicted of murder.
The fanatic is accused of killing his wife. The suspect is held in Miami County Look Up as he is facing this trial. The local and national junk food media is covering it relentlessly.
Apparently, Flynn was in a long time relationship with another woman and his wife, Ashley found out about it. He was a worship director at the Christian Life Center and worked as flooring company manager at his former father-in-law's business.
Ashley was a devoted and loving wife, and a caring and dedicated mother to her two daughters.
Ashley was a graduate of Tipp City High School and Lee University. She was passionate about volunteering at her church, Christian Life Center, and was a dedicated teacher with Lifewise Academy. She was also a beloved substitute teacher and 7th-grade volleyball coach.

Ashley was known as a shining light of joy to all who crossed her path, effortlessly encouraging others along the way. Her genuine care for people reflected the selfless love we all strive to share. Flynn got into a heated argument with Ashley over the affair with Alleigha Botner, a 23 year old woman who served as deputy worship leader. The two were developing feeling had discuss "heaven." His stupid Christian faith made him feel some type of way. Had Ashley went for a divorce, he would owe alimony and child support. It would ruin him.
Ashley inspired him to get a ticket to Hollywood for American Idol. She stood with him throughout his time. I guess when the money dries up, Ashley had to get on his ass. She probably called him a loser and he was a curse to her. He decided he wanted to cleanse himself of his sins.

So he found attraction to Botner. Probably when she was in her late teens. I mean the junk food media claims it was a long term thing so he alleged grooming this woman when she was underage.
I am just speculating since I am not watching this trial.
During opening statements, Miami County Prosecutor Paul Watkins read several highly incriminating messages that Flynn allegedly sent to his mistress months apart:
"I was up until 4 a.m. last night crying, literally trying to think of ways to kill her and not go to jail."
"If I could literally kill her and not go to hell, I would do it in a heartbeat. That is how dark and how hateful I feel."
"I choose you. I'm free. Actions will come tomorrow."
He shot Ashley twice in the head. He tried to destroy evidence and concoct a story about a break in. I am guessing he was trying to place the blame on Black suspects. He lived in Tipp City, a community about 15 miles from Dayton.
Tipp City voted for President Donald J. Trump with 76% of the vote.
Flynn was definitely on MAGAland.
Prosecutors argue that Flynn fabricated the entire home invasion story to cover up the fact that he shot his wife twice in the back of the head. They have pointed to data from his Apple Watch and incriminating text messages sent to his mistress as proof of a staged scene.
Praying to at least get 30 years.
While the prosecutors were revealing evidence, Flynn was tears and sniffles. He may end up on the watch because of the outcome.
Flynn did weep heavily and dab his face with a handkerchief while the courtroom listened to his frantic 911 audio and viewed police bodycam footage. However, his emotional displays in court have not triggered any official statements from the Miami County Sheriff regarding a suicide risk or specialized watch.
The trial is expected to last a few weeks so we will find out if white people can actually get away with murder. Ricky Chow did. Lindsay Clancy sort of got away with it. Karmelo Anthony didn't despite evidence showing Austin Metcalf was a racist bully.

Harris is trying to reevaluate her stances. After talking to New York City mayor Zohran Mamdani as well as Florida senate candidate Angie Nixon, the former vice president now makes an attempt to talk to voters who felt she abandoned them in the 2024 election.
Michigan, which has one of the largest Arab and Muslim voting demographic voted for third party and Donald J. Trump which cost her 59,000 votes. It became an issue for the KHive stans who continue to push away voters with their dog whistle rhetoric.
Harris is dismissing the noise and trying to reposition herself as the true progressive in a potential 2028 run.
El-Sayed has explicitly rejected the standard "progressive" or "moderate" labels often assigned by media pundits, arguing that traditional left-versus-right divisions serve as a distraction from structural issues. During his campaign, El-Sayed popularized the stance:
"The division is not between left and right. The real division exists between people who are locked out and those who are doing the locking out."
Some leftist commentators and activists criticize El-Sayed for engaging with Harris, viewing it as a compromise of progressive principles or an endorsement of establishment policies, particularly regarding foreign policy and healthcare.
Harris and El-Sayed have spoken multiple times since she endorsed the progressive Democrat after his primary victory, but this is the first time they’ll appear publicly together.
Harris and El-Sayed will attend a roundtable focused on Black maternal health on Tuesday, according to his campaign spokesperson. El-Sayed is a doctor and the former head of health departments in Detroit and Wayne County.
“Vice President Harris looks forward to returning to Michigan to help turn out the vote in this critical state,” Eduardo Negrรณn, Harris’ spokesperson, said in a statement. “It is critical we flip the Senate so we can bring down prices and stand up to Donald Trump’s corruption.”

The party needs to flip four GOP-held seats to take a majority, if Democrats keep the Michigan seat. If Rogers were to flip Michigan to Republicans, the Democrats’ challenge would be even greater.
Some other top-ranking Democrats have thrown their weight behind El-Sayed after a bitter primary against Rep. Haley Stevens that highlighted divisions within their party, notably on U.S. support for Israel. In August, former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg urged a crowd of hundreds in Detroit to unify behind Democratic candidates in the midterms.
Harris, who lost the 2024 presidential race to Trump, is seen as a possible 2028 candidate. Michigan will be the fifth state to vote in the Democratic presidential primary.
While in Michigan, Harris will also meet with local elected officials and the Rev. Wendell Anthony, the president of the NAACP’s Detroit branch, according to her spokesperson.

She explicitly tells the president, "Be careful about what your advisors are telling you about immigration policies," heavily implying his hardline immigration architects are leading him astray politically.
Democratic challenger Elliott Rodriguez has dismissed the ad as a calculated political move to distance herself from the administration’s policies at the eleventh hour. The White House did not immediately issue a public response to the ad.
Salazar posted a photo of herself on social media with Trump, saying that when the twice-impeached former president occupied the White House there was no inflation, no socialist policies, no open borders – among other items.

He also faces 91 charges across four criminal cases and recently was ordered to pay $354 million for committing fraud through his businesses and $83 million to E. Aaron Rowe, Finneas, and Lukas Graham, all the remaining opening acts for the tour, as well as Irish band Beoga, who had joined as his backing band for a segment of the show, announced on September 15th that they were dropping out of the remaining tour dates in solidarity. Several acts who had opened for Sheeran prior to Macklemore's opening at MetLife Stadium, including Myles Smith, Amble and BIIRD, have come out with support for Macklemore and the people of Palestine.
Sheeran his team removed Macklemore as a supporting act from Sheeran's Loop Tour after Macklemore's onstage "free Palestine" statements during two performances in New Jersey. The removal came after pressure from venue owners, including the American pro-Israel businessman Robert Kraft. After this decision, all the remaining opening acts for the tour—including Aaron Rowe, Finneas, and Lukas Graham, as well as Irish band Beoga—withdrew in solidarity with Macklemore and the Palestinian people.
Macklemore announced his removal from the tour in an Instagram post nearly 1,000 words long. He said it came after a week of "difficult conversations" with Sheeran that ended "in a place of fundamental disagreement."
In his statement, Macklemore said: "Before I get into it, I want to say something that should be obvious. In this moment I think it matters. I am not a victim. Ed Sheeran is not a victim. Pink is not a victim. We have careers, money, opportunities, safety and audiences around the world. Whatever consequences any of us face for what we say, we get to go home to our families. The victims are the Palestinian people."
Macklemore said that Sheeran had told him Robert Kraft, whose Kraft Group owns Gillette Stadium, had barred him from performing there and persuaded other stadium owners to issue a similar ultimatum. Macklemore criticized Sheeran for not taking a stance on Gaza, writing: "Taking a side can cost you. Money, brand deals, sponsorships, festivals, private shows, relationships and access. I've lost all of those things. But there is no neutral position between the oppressor and the oppressed.

On September 16, Macklemore announced in an Instagram post that he would donate $1 million, his entire net earnings from Sheeran's tour to six organizations supporting Palestinians: the Palestine Children's Relief Fund, HEAL Palestine, Gaza Soup Kitchen, Medical Aid for Palestinians, Anera, and the UNRWA USA National Committee.
He said he wanted to "bring the conversation back where it belongs," writing, "Whatever we disagree about, perhaps we can agree on this: Palestinian lives are worth protection. A Palestinian life is no less valuable than any life on this earth."
Macklemore challenged Kraft to match the donation.
In his statement, Macklemore said he wanted to "center the parents carrying their children into hospitals without the basic resources to treat them, and the physicians, paramedics, journalists and aid workers who keep going back in," as well as "the organizers and activists who have paid real costs for standing with Palestine," whose risk he said was "of a far different order than mine."
He described donating money as "one of the least costly forms of solidarity" available to him, saying he was doing so because the recipient organizations were "doing the work while much of the world debates it."
Macklemore added that "aid alone cannot address the conditions that make it necessary," calling the situation in Gaza and the West Bank "a manmade injustice" requiring "immediate political change."
He also referenced the death of 15-year-old Muhammad al-Zinati, whom he said was killed in an Israeli strike on September 15 while attempting to help an injured aid worker.
The Washington Times reported that Kraft has donated tens of millions of dollars to organizations combating antisemitism, including more than $20 million to the "Stand Up to Jewish Hate" campaign, and similarly to Rolling Stone noted that a spokesman for Kraft declined to comment on Macklemore's invitation to match the donation.
The outlet also noted that, separate from Macklemore's claim that Kraft organized a pressure campaign among venue owners, several venues independently notified the tour's promoter that they would not host a show with Macklemore on the bill, and that Kraft had not addressed whether he had personally organized that pressure.
Do not underestimate the power of protest.
Hours after Macklemore's statement, Robert Kraft released a statement in which he spoke of his long fight against antisemitism, agreed with Macklemore on the suffering of the Palestinians, evoked the responsibility of Hamas, invited Macklemore to meet, and said they had "peace for all people" as a common goal.
In his statement Kraft said: "Much of my time and attention for the last decade has been focused on the fight against antisemitism and hate of all kinds, and I feel a responsibility to stand up when I believe that line has been crossed."
Kraft added that "This decision is not about diminishing the suffering of innocent Palestinians or denying anyone the right to advocate on their behalf," and that, "Their pain and loss is real."
Kraft argued that support for Palestinians "should not come at the expense of the Jewish community or obscure the responsibility of Hamas, a United States and globally … designated terrorist organization whose horrific actions have caused immeasurable suffering for Palestinians and Israelis alike."
Kraft added, "I would welcome the opportunity to sit down with Macklemore and discuss the facts, because ultimately our goal is the same — peace for all people, an end to suffering, and an end to all hate."
According to Adam Reilly for WGBH, "Kraft did not dispute Macklemore’s claims" and "seemed to allude to Macklemore’s 2014 performance in a costume that was widely regarded as antisemitic in explaining Kraft’s actions." Kraft's statement did not address whether or not he had lobbied other stadium owners.
Colin Kaepernick, a former National Football League player known for kneeling during the US national anthem in protest of systemic racism in the U.S., said NFL owners "are openly colluding" against Macklemore.
Abdullah Hammoud, the mayor of Dearborn, Michigan, which is home to one of the largest Arab communities in the United States, invited Macklemore to perform at a concert sponsored by the city.

James Talarico managed to pick up John Cornyn's campaign coordinators.
Critics and strategists cited an unfocused campaign organization with an insufficient ground game and virtually nonexistent get-out-the-vote efforts.
Her media strategy relied too heavily on national social media presence rather than building broad traditional statewide name recognition.
Talarico built a broader "big-tent" movement that performed strongly in urban liberal areas like Austin, expanded into rural and deep-red parts of the state, and won over key demographics such as white and Hispanic voters.
Crockett faced criticism that her more combative, nationally recognized style and past remarks were out of step with the wider statewide electorate needed to win a general election in red Texas.
Well over in the Republican side, Karl Rove has publicly denounced Bo French, the Republican candidate for Texas Railroad Commissioner. He endorsed his Democratic opponent Jon Rosenthal.
Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), the outgoing member reposted The Wall Street Journal opinion page which Rove, a former political hitman for former George W. Bush stated in over 30 years as a full fledge Republican he couldn't bring himself to vote for a candidate that poses a threat to Republican outreach to minority groups. French made horrific remarks about South Asians and Blacks as they were celebrating Texas Longhorns comeback victory over the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Cornyn signaled alignment with Rove's position. This move deepens a massive fissure within the Texas GOP following the highly contentious Republican primary runoff earlier this year, where Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton defeated the incumbent Cornyn following a late endorsement from President Donald J. Trump.
Talarico’s campaign has actively capitalized on the internal Republican divide. He recently hired Jacob Smith—Cornyn's former deputy legislative director—to serve as his deputy policy director. Polling indicates that as many as one in three Republicans who voted for Cornyn in the primary runoff now plan to vote for Talarico in the general election.
If Cornyn does cross the line, it could make some impact on the election.
I still have this race at Solid Republican. It will have to take a crucial moment for Talarico to at least get me to change my honest take on the race.
Joe Manchin, the former West Virginia senator who is an independent but caucus with the Democrats during his time cross party to endorse curmudgeons Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) in Maine and Mike Rogers in Michigan senate races.

Almost 20 years ago, Chris Brown became synonymous with domestic violence. The singer and rapper was then in a brief relationship with Rihanna. The entertainer struck Rihanna so bad it lead to a boycott and major backlash against him.
He was arrested and convicted of felonious assault.
The case attracted widespread media attention. He was sentenced to five years of probation, community service, and mandatory domestic violence counseling. In the years since, Brown has faced a number of civil lawsuits and criminal cases arising from allegations of assault and other misconduct, while also taking legal action himself in response to allegations made against him, including defamation lawsuits in which he prevailed.
Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) gave up her safe seat to run for the Senate. She ended up losing to James Talarico, a state representative who generated national buzz for his clean cut, youthful, passive Christianity. Talarico is facing off against Ken Paxton, the Texas Attorney General who defeated Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) despite his endless controversies.
Crockett has not endorsed or campaigned with Talarico since the primary.
Crockett continues to generate controversy. She went to the Chris Brown and Usher concert.
She presented the entertainers an award it generated fierce backlash from the very people she counted on during the primary, Black women.
While she is a federal official and is entitled to serve constituents as well as entertainers, her presentation to Brown is rewarding an endless pattern of bad behavior.
Crockett appeared alongside state Rep. Venton Jones to announce that Brown and Usher would both have their names entered into the Congressional Record, a ceremonial honor.
Jones quickly apologized for the controversy.
Crockett embraced Brown on stage and talked about “experiencing Black joy at the highest level” without apparently acknowledging his lengthy history of domestic violence allegations.
Crockett is unapologetic about her views. Her controversies are almost similar to former lawmaker Marjorie Taylor Glenn.
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) (born Addison Mitchell McConnell), 84 returns to the Senate after four damn months of being absent. The old fart was wheeled into the chamber.
McConnell recovered from a fall. The curmudgeon was former Republican leader. He held the title longer than most members.
"Today, I'll cast my first Senate vote since I took a bad fall back in June," McConnell said in a statement. "I'm really looking forward to being back on the Senate floor and seeing my colleagues."
McConnell, who was in a wheelchair, briefly addressed journalists outside the Senate chamber this afternoon before heading to the floor to cast his first vote since June 11.
"After two years -- two decades -- of dodging your questions, I wasn't sure how many of you would be here today," McConnell joked at the outset. "So I am glad to see you. It is time to get back to work and finish the job for this Congress."
McConnell said he would be focused on the farm bill -- which previously failed to advance out of committee due to McConnell's absence.
"As you know, I have an ongoing interest in NATO and backing up our good friends who are totally in the fight against the Russians," he said.
McConnell said in his Monday statement that he was not yet fully recovered but that he would try to be present for critical votes.
"My recovery has been a long and often frustrating process, and the lingering effects of childhood polio haven’t made it any easier. I’m still not quite back to 100%, but I’ve assured Leader Thune that, as I continue with physical therapy on the advice of my doctors, I will do my best to be present for tough votes when our Conference needs me," McConnell said.
McConnell was hospitalized on June 14 for reasons that were initially undisclosed in statements from his office. Subsequent statements from the senator revealed that he had suffered a fall that left him hospitalized.
After weeks of inpatient rehabilitation treatment, McConnell announced in an Aug. 6 statement that he'd be continuing his recovery at home.
Before Monday, the senator had not been seen publicly since the June 14 fall. McConnell has missed six weeks of Senate business in Washington since his injury.
In statements issued during his recovery, the senator has said he's keeping up with his work in the Senate.
"On the advice of my doctors, I'll maintain an intensive regimen of physical therapy from home during the state work period, and I’ll continue to engage with my staff and colleagues on important Senate business," McConnell said in an Aug. 6 statement.
