Diplomatic Immunity!

Accused rapist claimed diplomatic immunity.

The far right hates the United Nations because it host countries the U.S. consider enemies.

The UN has also wanted to hold Israel accountable for violating the agreements to not build settlements on land claimed by Palestinians. The Israeli government is also facing allegations of committing war crimes. The U.S. refuses to hold the country accountable due to its unwavering commitment to assist Israel and the claim of its "right to exist."

The far right also hate Muslims. They equate terrorism with religion. Since the Sept. 11 attacks, the far right have called for more restrictions on their rights to prayer, associate and criticize the U.S. and Israeli government.

According to the Christian and Jewish nationalists, criticism of Israel is anti-semitic. That is not true and remains to be an issue to stifle opposition to the country's brutal human rights abuses.

So the outrage at the UN is basically aimed at a South Sudanese diplomat who is accused of rape. The New York Police Department arrested him and want to prosecute him but he claimed diplomatic immunity and was let go. Now he has disappeared and the U.S. and Interpol are demanding answers.

Allegedly the sexual predator was found on the sidewalk apparently drunk. He has

In the span of five years, the NYPD says United Nations diplomats were cited for 150,000 parking tickets. None were ever paid.

The 24-year-old victim says she was walking her dog around noon on Sunday when a Sudanese diplomat followed her inside their shared apartment building in Upper Manhattan, forced his way into her apartment, and raped her twice.

Drunk diplomat faces criminal investigation.

"Once people are diplomats and they have a certain status or even power, most of the time they're used to getting away with things. I think that, if anything, if he does get sent home he should face penalties over there, if not be held, you know, be held in a court of law over here in the United States," one person said.

Diplomatic immunity has long been a point of contention in the city. The NYPD confirms it took the suspect in for questioning, but let him go when he declared his diplomatic status.

The Sudanese Consulate would not comment on whether the diplomat is still in the country. The State Department confirmed it is now involved and will determine how to proceed.

The sexual predator is named Charles Dickens Imene Oliha. The police fear he fled back to South Sudan.
