The hip-hop mogul's daughter may have committed suicide. The woman was 29 years old.

"Our family is dealing with an overwhelming grief for the loss of my daughter Tytyana. We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve. We appreciate the love and support," P said. "Mental illness and substance abuse is a real issue that we can't be afraid to talk about. With God, we will get through this. #MyAngel."

Master P (known as Percy Miller) and Romeo (Percy R. Miller, Jr.) both are media moguls and activists who have done so much for the community. P grew up in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Richmond, California. During his rise to fame, he was given that opportunity to leave the streets of hustling and drug sales to become one of the richest hip-hop artists of all time.

P founded No Limit Records, NL Forever, Guttar Records and TRU Records. He had given fame to his younger brothers C-Murder, Silkk The Shocker, Fiend, Magic, Mac, Mystikal, Mia X, Choppa and Soulja Slim.

Master P is father to nine children. He shared Miller with his ex-wife Sonya Miller.

Master P's son and fellow rapper Romeo Miller shared a tribute to Miller Sunday, writing, "Our family is dealing with an overwhelming grief for the loss of my little sister Tytyana. We respectfully request some privacy so that our family can grieve."

"We appreciate all of the prayers, love, and support, and although this is sad times, I’m forever grateful for the memories I did have with my amazing sister," he continued. "Love on your loved ones, life is short. The silver lining, I know she’s in a way better place and finally at peace and free. God Bless."
