Man Walks After Killing Uber Passenger!

Former Uber driver who killed his passenger walks free.
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

Michael Hancock was acquitted of murder on Thursday. The former Uber driver escaped a conviction of LIFE in the iron college after the defense managed to prove he was defending himself from a drunken threat.

Last year, the man killed an Uber passenger after the two got into a fight while he was being taken home.

Hyun Kim was shot ten times by this man after a huge fight over the billing. Kim was drunk and wanted to have a two mile drive to his home. What ended up being a two mile drive turned into a 70 mile drive. Hancock's defense told the jury that Kim feel asleep in his vehicle. Hancock said that Kim tried to grope him and tried to give him head service.

Kim was disoriented and drunk. Hancock rejected his advances and then began fighting hi.

After Kim groped him on genitals, Hancock crashed his vehicle. The angry Hancock demanded him to pay for his damages, Kim refused and swung at him. That's when Hancock shot him.

Hancock would call 9-1-1 to report the incident. He was soon arrested. Kim was killed at the scene.
No justice for Hyun Kim. The father of one didn't get the justice. A former Uber driver killed him after a traffic accident.

Kim was a married father of one. Hancock is a married father of three.

Prosecutors said that Hancock planted evidence. The shooter managed plant a knife in the hand of the victim. The defense said that despite all that, Hancock feared that the victim placed lives in danger.

There is a wrongful lawsuit being filed against Hancock and Uber. The family of Kim is demanding answers. They believe that the state didn't hear evidence.
