Maria Butina out of federal time out on her way back to the Russian homeland.
Two privileged white women get out of federal time out. One is a Russian woman who tried to influence Republicans to support the foreign aversary. The other is an American actress who paid money to help her daughters get into elite universities.
Both are federal convicts who have to beg for a pardon from a potential criminal named Donald J. Trump.
Russian agent and conservative activist Maria Butina is out. She was release from federal time out and is preparing to be expelled from the United States. She served nine of the 18 months in the federal time out for failure to register as a foreign agent.
Butina who rose to fame through her connections to a Russian oligarch managed to infiltrate the Republican Party, the National Rifle Association, the American Conservative Union and Donald J. Trump.
Butina was handed to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Bureau and she will likely be deported back to the Russian Federation.
She was lucky. She was termed if convicted to at least five to ten.
Vladimir Putin, the president of the federation said that he was outraged that Butina was detained.
He said that the United States detained a lawful citizen of Russia in spite.

Butina, a former graduate of American University publicly advocated for gun rights. She admitted to conspiring with a Russian official and two Americans to infiltrate the NRA. She slept with one of the individuals who was 25 years her junior. Butina was a "honey trap" who managed to wrangle up a handful of Republicans and conservative activists.

Gabbard is proving Clinton's point. First things first, she goes to a known agitator who has ties to Trump and is possibly under federal watch. She appears more on Fox News than channels like CNN and MSNBC.

If she does become the nominee, I would vote for her but I will hold her to the same standards as Trump.

The remaining cast of characters, that's Joe Biden, Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Cory Booker, Amy Klobuchar, Kamala Harris, Tom Steyer and Andrew Yang will be on stage.
I'm likely strong on Beto O'Rourke and Kamala Harris. If optional it's Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg and Elizabeth Warren. If I had no choice, Joe Biden, Julian Castro, Cory Booker and Andrew Yang.

Black coach working for Portland Schools disarms a white terrorist. The video footage from May is released to the public.
Two incidents in two parts of the country brought to light the plight of the Black man working.
Kennon Lowe, a former University of Oregon football star saved many lives that faithful day when a white terrorist threatened to shoot up his school. There is footage of Lowe disarming the white terrorist and then giving him a hug.
The incident happened in May and it's gotten national attention. It shows that a Black man ran into danger and pleaded to a person who felt that the only way to get name recognition was to destroy lives of innocent human beings.
Lowe, a Oregon Duck alumni used the skills of his former football coach to talk down the white terrorist. This happened in Portland's Parkrose High School.

The terrorist entered the building through an unlocked part and walked down a corridor before being confronted by Lowe. As Lowe was in the hallway, the terrorist had high powered firearm locked and loaded.

Black school resource officer gets his job back after the school district fired him for being called a racial slur by a disorderly student.
Another Black man just got his job back after the school district fired him out the cannon after one of the students called him a NIGGA. He kindly reminded that student he wasn't a NIGGA, he was their school resource officer.
In Madison, Wisconsin, a school resource officer got his job back after the school district fired him out the cannon for doing his job.
Marlon Anderson was blessed to work for the students of West High School. He enjoyed his job.
He was sort of a mentor and confidant to the students of West.
He got fired out the cannon when a vice principal overheard a conversation between a student and Anderson. The student was upset over getting suspended for disrupting the class. As he was being walked to the principal's office, the student said Anderson was a "BITCH ASS NIGGA."
Anderson replied, "Do not call me a NIGGA."
The vice principal went to the principal and informed her about the situation. Anderson was called to the office later that day and was told that he was relieved of his duties.
Karen Boran sent an email to the parents of the school informing that incident between a staffer and student involved a racial slur.
"As you know, our expectation when it comes to racial slurs has been very clear. Regardless of context or circumstance, racial slurs are not acceptable in our schools. I also want to ask for your partnership as we work to make our school climate the very best it can be for all of our students and our staff."
Anderson's family turned to social media to protest the cannon firing. It was soon picked up by an iconic entertainer. Cher managed to get into the fray.

When Cher made that remark, it became a vocal rally cry. Anderson and his allies started a protest that soon led to a school-wide walkout. Anderson who currently is appealing his cannon firing got a temporary position with the school as Director of Program Operations. He will be involved in volunteer engagement, special initiatives and teen recruitment.
Madison Metropolitan Schools interim superintendent Jane Belmore said that there will be a conversation to the community about the words we use.
Anderson still angered over the ordeal thinks the district acted reckless and its policies are lazy.
Noah Anderson believes his father was targeted by a vengeful administrator who felt the bonds between students and the resource officer were out of bounds.
"What my father did is take a teachable moment from an African American male to a younger African American male. Why he shouldn't use the word and not refer to himself that way? There has been tension in the MMSD for a while, and my dad just had to be a sacrifice for it. We're going to get it fixed --- especially with all the support that we see."
The community also has Anderson's backing.
The Boys & Girls Club of Madison and Dane County said that he has a job in the waiting.
"Marlon Anderson has an amazing track record working with local teens. Our CEO Michael Johnson worked with Marlon today to solidify a leadership role with Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County."
A former president of the Urban League in Madison responded that Anderson should be rehired and given his back pay.
"MMSD needs to modify this lazy, harmful and whole-punched policy that allows it to avoid doing the real work that any HD department should do be looking a the context in which such a word (or any other) is used." said Kaleem Caire, the former CEO of the Urban League of Madison.

Black couple sues Phoenix Police after a dirty cop threatened to kill them. That dirty cop was too toxic for the department.
The dirty cop who threatened to shoot and kill a Phoenix couple over a child shoplifting a measly doll from a Family Dollar store is fired out the cannon. He recorded on camera yanking the male and female passenger out their vehicle and screaming at them that they could die if they don't comply.
This happened quietly while the couple plans to file a federal lawsuit against the dirty cop, the city and the Maricopa County prosecutor.
Chris Meyer, the former dirty cop held a five months pregnant Iesha Harper at gunpoint and dragged her boyfriend Dravon Amers in front of their children. They were accused of shoplifting from a store and he followed a lead that led to the confrontational stop.
The dirty cop was notified on Tuesday that he was fired out the cannon. The city's disciplinary board recommended a six-week suspension. Police chief Jeri Williams said that he's too toxic for the force and they had to let his ass go.

The other dirty cop who wasn't named got a warning and stripped of his beat route. He was also yelling foul language at the couple. The dirty cop was at best trying to mediate the situation without violence.
The video was shared in June and it went viral. It went into a public backlash.
Mayor Kate Gallego and Williams were told that accountability matters and if they didn't fire those cops out the cannon, they will fire them out of the cannon in the next election.
Ames and Harper both deny shoplifting. They did apologize for the actions of their daughter but remained the public that the police reacting to a petty shoplifting in such a matter is a reason to why they have decided to file a lawsuit against the city.
They filed a federal lawsuit that could estimate within $10 million in punitive damages.
The incident went viral. Onlookers film two dirty cops berating a mother holding her child. They threatened to shoot her.
Their one year old daughter was burned by the hot ground. The cops pulled the little girl out the car without her shoes.
Videos taken by onlookers showed outrage by the cops.
"Put your fucking hands up! You're gonna get fucking shot." - said the dirty cop.
"My hands are up. My hands are up." - said Ames.
"If I tell you to do something, you fucking do it." - said the dirty cop.
"Yes, sir." - said Ames.
The law then arrested the two and shield their children from seeing their parents from getting into the cruiser. The Maricopa County prosecutor dropped the shoplifting and resisting arrest charges from the couple.
Phoenix mayor Kate Gallego and police chief Jeri Williams got an earful of concern.
At a presser, Ames responded: "A police officer, we don't know who he is, a guy, random guy came up to the door banging on the window with a gun, says he's going to shoot us in our face, telling us to get out of the car. He hasn't alerted us that we're being pulled over anything. If you look at the video pretty good, I'm snatched out the car and I fly back and that's when he grabs me out the car. My hands up the whole time."
He later added, "I think I might be able to get a good night's rest for once knowing that he's fired and it won't happen to no one else. I think it's a step in the right direction for change."
The Phoenix Police Union will dispute the firing. They will immediately appeal the decision. They will try to do a smear campaign against the mayor, the police chief, Ames and Harper. They will say that the public needs to see the whole tape from shoplifting to the pull over. They would encourage far-white trolls to question the validity of the couple. The far-white will troll social media and blogs like this one to sow their concerns about "Blacks getting away with everything, while cops and white people often footed with the bill or their careers."

Ames and Harper apologized for shoplifting incident. They condemned the actions of the Phoenix Metro Police after they were pulled out of their car at gunpoint.
In the video, the little girl did take the toy. Harper told the girl to put it back. Harper was getting impatient with a shopper who was talking to the cashier. So she decided to leave. The little girl ran outside to the car with the toy and Harper threw the products recklessly on the shelf. Harper apologized for that. The doll was later returned to the store.
However, video does show Ames shoplifting a pair of socks.
Ames has apologized for that incident. Family Dollar has not pressed charges against the couple.
The couple are not banned from the stores. Hopefully this incident does show light to how Black people are treated by the law. A non-violent crime leads to a violent encounter. Petty theft could be a death sentence if you're a Black person. So don't give me that, "Well they did steal" bullshit.
Who gives a fuck about what they done?
Family Dollar and its parent company Dollar Tree are insured and they can replace products. Those involved will be banned from the store if the company places them on a list of shoppers who aren't allowed in the store.
I often say that "The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law." I meant that. Those accused have a right to defend themselves in a jury of their own peers. I don't care if the individual is 100% caught in the act, the court must prove the reasons to why the actions were committed.
Law enforcement have a sworn duty to protect the lives of the public, the property of the community and the keep public informed on actions done by their officers.
Bad cops will get good cops killed. I am not joking. For every bad cop, somewhere in the United States and Canada, one good cop will pay the price.

South Carolina authorities found the body of a missing 5-year old girl.
While the junk food media "finally" decided to cover the disappearance and now confirmed death of Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney, they happened to ignore the disappearance and now confirmed death of a 5-year old girl who went missing in South Carolina.
This little girl didn't even get a life to live. She never had an opportunity to experience the joys of being a little girl, a teenager or a woman. Never will have that chance. Because a fucking predator decided to kill a child for a personal fetish or to spite a family.
Now they happened to mention this in the wake of thousands of children of color never getting the wall-to-wall coverage. Usually white women and girls who come from affluent areas get the massive media coverage. Once again proving to black journalists and critics of media that "Missing White Women Syndrome" does exist in the country.
I am getting sick of hearing this. It angers me. Especially since most of these young victims are little girls of color. They didn't deserve their fate. These predators are often taking advantage of these children by enticing them with candy, McDonald's and toys. These predators have no shame.
It angers me because I have a 3-year old son and I don't want him to meet strangers who will take advantage of him, harm him or kill him.
Sharee Bradley and Nevaeh Adams didn't deserve their fates.

The remains of Nevaeh Adams was found in a South Carolina landfill after the predator confessed to killing her and her mother and told the law he toss the child's corpse in a dumpster.
The mother who was 29-year old Sharee Bradley was killed by this predator who probably was a former boyfriend. He was arrested after he was spotted running from the scene at a local apartment complex in the city of Sumter.
He confessed to killing the woman and her child.
He told the authorities that he tossed the little girl's body in a dumpster, which was emptied to a landfill by the time the law could retrieve the body. Now the state authorities spent time to look through the landfill for the corpse.
The predator faces the death penalty if convicted for the death of a South Carolina woman and her child.
The father of Nevaeh, Dupray Adams called for a safe return. He was devastated by the news of his daughter being found dead.
"I haven't slept, I can't eat, that's my baby, this is my last baby," Adams said. "I would never think that this would happen to me."
The Sumter Police spokesperson Tonyia McGirt said that the predator is a transient.
The predator has a spreadsheet of criminal acts through five states.
The predator has murder and unlawful disposal of a corpse. Along with probation violations and possible sexual offender charges, he got the DEATH card on the table in South Carolina.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Birmingham mourns the loss of Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney.

The state authorities confirmed that the 3-year old toddler who went missing at a birthday party over a week ago is found dead. Her body was found inside a dumpster and two monsters are caught.

The suspects are a Black man and a Black woman. The two were arrested on unrelated charges last week and were named as persons of interest in this.

Never had an opportunity to enjoy life and have a childhood. A life taken away by a predator with a dangerous sexual arousal for children.
The two will likely be charged with murder. The charges carry LIFE or DEATH if convicted. The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Their names are not going to be mentioned in this posting. They are being held in the lockup. One of them is on suicide watch.

The Birmingham Police responded to the death.
"I wish I had all of you gathered here with good news. I wish I could share a high five or some other type of celebratory salutation but I cannot," said Birmingham Police chief Patrick Smith.
"Tonight our entire city is in mourning," Kamille is gone. I would like to thank the public for all of the information, all of the tips, all of the video and for their cooperation with this police department during the course of this investigation."
The state and federal authorities have been watching garbage deposits across the area for the last few days hoping that they could get a break.
It's the most devastating thing to hear: The loss of a child.
The predator has a federal charge on his head. He was in possession of child pornography. He had multiple pictures of underage children on his phone. None of the children were Kamille. The predator posted a bond and was soon rearrested for the charges of murder.
The woman also has a state conviction on her belt. She was involved in a previous kidnapping case involving her own children. She was taken into custody wasn't issued a bond.
The mayor of Birmingham and the governor of Alabama demand that those involve get swift justice.
"At this moment that we're standing in, I ask one thing of this community: not to take sides and not to finger point. But if there is any finger pointing to do it is only at the perpetrator, who would kidnap an innocent 3-year old. This is a tough moment for this city. This is a tough moment for this family," said Birmingham mayor Randall Woodfin.
No happy endings for the parents of Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney.
Governor Kay Ivey released a public statement.
"I offer profound thanks to law enforcement and to all the volunteers who have worked tirelessly in search of this precious little girl. The heart of our state is borke, but we must do all we can to avoid this happening to another family. Our prayers remain with Kamille's family and all who have been touched by this nightmare."
Again with the thoughts and prayers. Fake sympathy doesn't heal wounds. It won't bring back that little girl the nation called "Cupcake."
I know I am cynical of "thoughts and prayers." I am tired of feel good-ism. I am tired of trying to make people cope with a reality that affects their lives. I am angry. I am not sad.
I am tired of trying to cope with death. Losing a child is the most devastating thing to happen to a person. Especially if the child die because of a stranger. Yeah, I would want avenge my child's death with the blood of that person.
Alas, I have to restrain myself. Because we're in a society where there's justice. If the predator doesn't commit suicide in lockup, I hope to see the court system hand the predator his (or her) fate.
Now expect state lawmakers to pass a controversial law name it after her and exploit it to take away civil liberties from individuals without due process.
They could pass laws like that but refuse to pass a gun reform bill.

Dirty cop faces criminal charges for recklessly firing into a motorrist car.
A former Connecticut cop got a case. This dirty cop is a Black man.
The dirty cop was charged with assault and reckless endangerment for opening fire on an unarmed motorist and his girlfriend in New Haven back in April.
The incident happened near Yale University and was a subject of junk food media coverage.
The victim, Stephanie Washington was shot in the face. She survived her injuries. Another dirty cop, who worked for Yale University was cleared of wrongdoing.
The dirty cop claimed that he believed that the driver, Paul Witherspoon III was in possession of a firearm and he feared for his life. The state attorneys determined that there was no weapon found and they believe that dirty cop used bad judgment that resulted in injury.
State Attorney Patrick Griffin determined the April 16th shooting was not justified and they decided to file charges against the dirty cop who was employed by the city of Hamden.
The dirty cop will not be named in this.
The shooting sparked protest in New Haven and Hamden. It prompt calls from clergy and activists to hold the law accountable and have these two cops fired out the cannon.
Police initially believed that the two cops opened fire on the car when Witherspoon exited abruptly.

Witherspoon opened the driver's side door because the window in his car wasn't working.
Cops believed the vehicle was driving had been involved in the armed robbery of a newspaper delivery person at a local gas station. The dirty cop claimed that the motorist was strapped.
Authorities said that Witherspoon wasn't strapped. He didn't point anything at the cops.
Washington on the other hand got hit with bullets.
In a statement to investigators, Washington said: "I could see the police officer get out the Hamden car and was in the street before Paul opened his door. I was still playing music through the car at the time but we could hear each other talk. When Paul opened his door and put his hands up, the officer pulled out his pistol and started shooting with no hesitation. When the police officer started firing, Paul ducked back into the car. He landed low in the seat so that his back was down near the crack where the seat and back portion of the driver seat meet. I was trying to take cover from the gunshots, so I was leaning in between the driver and passenger seats, towards the back seat. It was like being in a nightmare. I thought I was going to die."
The dirty cop was booked and released on a hefty "get out free card."
The Hamden Police Department released a statement.
"Under circumstances evincing an extreme indifference to human life, he recklessly engaged in conduct which created a risk of death, and thereby caused serious physical injury to Ms. Washington. Additionally, the reckless manner in which the shots were discharged placed those in the immediate vicinity, including Mr. Witherspoon and Officer ____________, at risk for serious physical injury.
American motorist is accused of robbery.
Turns out that the Yale University officer got hit by gunfire. He was shot by that dirty cop.
"As I was seated in my cruiser, I heard what I thought were bullets striking the front of my cruiser," said the Yale cop. "Seeing how the Hamden officer reacted, hearing the shots being fired, and believing the suspect was firing into my cruiser, I immediately thought that both the Hamden officer and I were being shot at by the operator of the red car. I was in fear for my life and thought I could be killed. I remember thinking I needed to get out my cruiser immediately to return fire to defend myself and get myself into a safer location."

The cop faces at least 10 to 40 years in the iron college if convicted. He will immediately lose his firearms and his passport. The dirty cop will be fitted with an ankle monitor, confine to his home, have no contact with the victims and be restrained to not leave the state.
The dirty cop is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Reality television star Lori Harvey faces criminal charges for a hit-and-run.
The stepdaughter of entertainer Steve Harvey is facing serious charges after she flipped her SUV on a highway in California. She was allegedly texting and driving and possibly under the influence when she crashed into a car. The vehicle she was driving flipped and landed on its side. People rushed to help her and as she stammered away, the law found her and arrested her.
According to witnesses, some saw the reality star was on the texting before the accident.
Lori Harvey, the stepdaughter of the famed entertainer left a restaurant in Malibu before crashing her vehicle in Beverly Hills.

Lori's Mercedes jeep flipped over as a result of the impact. The Beverly Hills Police immediately detained her as she was trying to walk away while texting on the phone.
She was not booked in the lockup and was freed. She immediately texted Steve Harvey on FaceTime after she was let go.
Her friend had earlier uploaded a video of them at the Malibu restaurant on social media. In the video, she poute playfully for the camera. The only drink at the table was Fiji water.
"She identified herself properly and signed a written promise to appear in court," said the Beverly Hill Police Department spokesman in regards to the incident.
Lori is one of his seven children. Her mother is his third and current wife, Marjory.
Steve Harvey's step daughter got a lot of problems on their hands.
Lori Harvey was recently dating media mogul Sean "Puffy" Combs (known as P. Diddy). The two were briefly dating for four months before they broke off. Harvey allegedly saw Combs handing out with Nicole Olivera and that may have been the reason for the split.
Harvey also dated his son Justin briefly and had unfollowed both entertainers soon after.
She is allegedly dating the controversial rapper Future. The rapper has a whole lot of problems. Namely his baby mamas (six of them and possibly seven). One is a second-cousin.
Charges could place her in the iron college for up to one year. She will likely be having a suspended license for up to two years. She will have to pay for the damages to property of the person she hit.
This could cost her a modeling gig.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
