Mass Shooter T.J. Lane Breaks Out!

The 2012 mass shooter T.J, Lane escapes the iron college.

The Chardon, Ohio mass shooter escaped the iron college and the U.S. Marshals are looking for this dangerous suspect.

The now 19 year old man and another man escape from the Allen State Lockup. Thomas Michael Lane III (aka T.J. Lane) was the man who launched an attack on the Chardon High School in 2012 in which he killed three of his fellow classmates.

Although police were initially hesitant to publicly identify the juvenile after he was apprehended, by the evening of February 28, authorities confirmed that the suspect was Lane.

The weapon Lane used in the shooting was a .22 caliber handgun. At an initial court hearing, the prosecutor revealed that he admitted to shooting 10 rounds of ammunition from the gun during the shooting, which began in the school cafeteria at approximately 7:30 a.m., shortly after school began. Although Lane told police that he did not know the victims and that they were chosen randomly, witnesses stated that it appeared he targeted a specific student and the group he was sitting with in the cafeteria.

After the shooting occurred, Lane reportedly left the building. Witnesses stated he was chased from the building by a teacher, and was arrested a short time later in a location outside the school. Lane was ultimately indicted on three counts of aggravated murder, two counts of aggravated attempted murder, and one count of felonious assault. He was initially detained as a juvenile pending further court action.

Reaction to the event prompted a statement from Ohio Governor, John Kasich. Several prayer vigils were held and a fund for the victims was established. Thousands of people attended one of the vigils, at which the Governor spoke, the night after the attack. President Barack Obama gave his condolences to the school principal in a telephone call following the incident. Analysis of the crime and comparisons to similar attacks began immediately following the shooting.

Lane received three life sentences on March 19, 2013. I guess he couldn't take the lockup so he built a plan to break free.

Lane escaped with a 45-year-old man named Clifford E Opperud, who was also at the facility.

Both men are wearing prison blues.

An all-out search is under way for both men.

Police want to make sure people know: Do not allow anyone into your residence; do not pick up hitchhikers. Call police if you see something suspicious.

Columbus Bus Driver Under Fire For Allowing Woman To Get Raped!

Central Ohio Transit Authority is under fire after a driver booted a woman off. That woman would become a victim of rape.

College rape is real. It's not funny and it's not a badge of honor. Many adults who are often raped never even knew it happen because of the atmosphere of drugs and alcohol.

It's known that women are likely raped when they're under the influence. A victim would be taken advantage of whenever the perpetator uses advances of weakness.

In Columbus, Ohio, The Ohio State University officers and Franklin County sheriff are investigating an incident near the campus. A young woman got raped after she was booted off the public transit for having one of her shoes fall apart. The attacker preyed upon her naivety to find shelter from the weather.

The Columbus Dispatch reports that Central Ohio Transit Authority is facing a scandal. The scandal gotten some major airplay in the city.

The young woman said she was kicked off a city bus because of a broken sandal before she was raped about 1:50 a.m. on Saturday near the Ohio State University campus, according to a Columbus police report.

Sexual predator raped college student.
The woman, 21, told police she was taking a southbound Central Ohio Transit Authority bus from Worthington when she noticed that her flip-flop was broken. What transpired between her and the bus driver is unclear, but she said the driver told her she was required to wear shoes on the bus.

“She said the bus driver told her she had to get off the bus,” detective James Ashenhurst of the police sexual-assault squad said Saturday night.

She got out on N. High Street near 12th Avenue and went to a nearby United Dairy Farmers store to get something to fix her shoe. It is unclear whether it then was too late for her to connect with the bus Downtown that would have taken her the rest of the way to Grove City.

She got something to eat in the area, and while there she met Randy M. Graham Jr., Ashenhurst said.

When it started to rain, Graham suggested taking shelter in empty garages in a nearby alley. He then forced her into one of the garages and began raping her, she told police.

The garages, which are more like a row of attached carports, open on the alley behind 30 E. 12th Ave.

Two Columbus bike patrol officers were checking the alley and came upon a man and woman having sexual intercourse in one of the garages, police said. The woman told them she was being raped.

Graham, 36, was charged with kidnapping and rape. Graham, who is homeless according to court records, was being held in the Franklin County jail and was scheduled to appear in municipal court today.

Court records show Graham has a lengthy list of convictions dating to 2000, including several disorderly conduct charges, menacing, aggressive panhandling, assault and soliciting for prostitution.

“There was a big police presence in the area because of the (Ohio State-Virginia Tech) game, and the officers were doing their due diligence checking the alley and the garages,” Ashenhurst said.

“The officers intervened early in the assault,” Ashenhurst said. “I’m sure it could have been a lot worse if they hadn’t.”

He said Graham did not resist arrest and the woman, who is not an OSU student, was taken to a hospital to be examined.

COTA’s policy requires riders to wear shoes, but “we would never ask operators to enforce a policy ... if the customer was going to be placed in an unsafe situation,” said Marty Stutz, COTA spokesman.

Buses are equipped with video cameras and audio near the driver’s seat. Stutz said those devices would be reviewed to determine what transpired.

Graham got to fork out $200k for the get outta free card.

COTA is one of Ohio's largest bus lines. It has over 60 routes and it operates within the metropolitan Columbus area. It extends into Franklin County and portions of Delaware, Fairfield, Union county and Licking Counties.

"Witness" Who Saw John Crawford With Weapon Changes Tune!

Ronald Ritchie
This guy sparked the controversy in Dayton, Ohio. He called 911 telling the law that John Crawford III was in a Beavercreek Walmart with a gun loading it and pointing it at children. He saw the video and now changed his story.

You may end up being one of the most hated individuals. This revelation of Ron Ritchie, a white shopper who tipped 911 about John Crawford III.

Crawford was shot twice by the law in Dayton, Ohio Walmart. He along with his girlfriend were shopping in the Walmart when he was carrying an air rifle.

Ritchie pictured above tipped the law. Now after he saw the video, he's has a "change of heart".

It may reveal the negligence by Beavercreek, Ohio officers and also the reactionary judgement of a person who may have a history of being a trouble maker.

Many news outlets said that this ex-Marine was the focal caller who started the chain of events that led to Crawford who was "unarmed" being killed by the law.

The Guardian had interviewed this witness and it revealed a bombshell.

"He’s, like, pointing it at people, Ritchie told the dispatcher. Later that evening, after John Crawford III had been shot dead by one of the police officers who hurried to the scene in Beavercreek, Ritchie repeated to reporters: "He was pointing at people. Children walking by."

One month later, Ritchie puts it differently. "At no point did he shoulder the rifle and point it at somebody," the 24-year-old said, in an interview with the Guardian. He maintained that Crawford was "waving it around", which attorneys for Crawford’s family deny.

Ritchie told several reporters after the August 5 shooting that he was an "ex-marine". When confronted with his seven-week service record, however, he confirmed that he had been quickly thrown out of the US marine corps in 2008 after being declared a "fraudulent enlistment", over what he maintains was simply a mixup over his paperwork.

Crawford, 22, turned out to be holding an unloaded BB air rifle that he had picked up from a store shelf. After Ritchie said Crawford appeared to be "trying to load" the gun, the 911 dispatcher relayed to an officer that it was believed the gunman "just put some bullets inside".

The Crawfords’ attorneys told the Guardian that they had learned the preliminary findings of an autopsy were that he was shot in the back of his left arm and in his left side, supporting their claim that he was turned away from the police officer who shot him.

They have pleaded with Mike DeWine, Ohio’s attorney general, to release the store’s surveillance footage of the shooting to the public. Having viewed it, they say that it disproves Ritchie's version of what led to the deaths of both Crawford and 37-year-old Angie Williams who collapsed and died in the ensuing panic.

“It was an execution, no doubt about it,” alleged Crawford’s father, John Crawford II. “It was flat-out murder. And when you see the footage, it will illustrate that.”

DeWine has said that releasing the footage would be "playing with dynamite" and prevent any trial from being fair. He has assigned a special prosecutor from the neighbouring Hamilton County to handle the case. A grand jury will begin hearing evidence on it later this month. A Beavercreek police spokesman said in a statement: “Preliminary indications are that the officers acted appropriately under the circumstances.”

Following the opening of a federal inquiry into the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, the Crawfords' attorneys have also urged the Department of Justice to open a civil rights investigation into the Ohio incident, only the second fatal police shooting in Beavercreek’s history. A white officer has been placed on administrative leave following Crawford’s shooting.

The attorneys said that they would also be lodging a complaint with DeWine after Ritchie told the Guardian that he, too, was shown the surveillance footage by officials in the attorney general’s bureau of criminal investigation, who are investigating the shooting.

While this is an ongoing scandal, we here at Journal de la Reyna want the answers to how a man who has no criminal history being shot by Beavercreek officers.

The family of John Crawford III wants the Ohio attorney general Mike DeWine to release the surveillance tape of what happened.

I went into the Beavercreek Walmart a few weeks ago. I usually go into the stores at dark.

I walked around the area where the situation occurred. I noticed that the section where they have their firearms. It was a well lit and protected area. One could wonder how the heck one man with a pellet gun touching off this!

My thoughts will come in the next installment of Black Men vs. Niggas!

I will work on a YouTube video as soon as I get a chance.

The Racist Right's Obsession With The 20th Century!

This is what the racist right does for a living. They fixate on the past and not the future of America.

In a nutshell, no matter what President Barack Obama does, the racist right will complain about it.

Listen to the racist right. The word vomit they're spewing is overwhelmingly stuck on the past. They put the fear into the minds of those who already have a hatred of race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political and economic standings.

If America elects a Republican president, the condescending liberals will find ways to destroy the legacy like the racist right's attempts on Obama.

They will often dig out their asses some theme of the previous century. No matter what is done, the junk food media will compare it to something done by a previous president or liken it to some major event in history.

We're coming up to the 13th year and second year of September 11. The first disaster happened in 2001 when Americans witnessed the first commercial airplane go into the World Trade Center setting off a chain of events that led to the rise and fall of George W. Bush.

The racist right is still fumed up over the condescending liberals constant attacks on Bush. They figured if they can take Bush down, they can do this to Obama.

Unaware that if the next president is a Republican, the Democrats will continue the obstruction and even create more condescending liberals on radio and television bashing the Republican president.

According to some of the racist right agitator's is the first Affirmative Action president. Cause in their minds, Obama cares only about Black people.

In the word's of that jackass on radio, "I hope he fails!"
An unaccomplished politico who earned the title of being a powerful force in the insurgency.
The racist right believes that the president executive actions are kind of like being a dictator. So far they believe that he's done things like Adolf Hitler. He could be like Fidel Castro.

Hell they compare him to some of the 20th Century's past presidents. According to the racist right, Obama is like Jimmy Carter on domestic policy. He is like Richard Nixon on presidential powers.

He is a socialist according to the agitators.

He's a racist say the Black conservatives who think his radically liberal policies destroyed Black America.

He's this. He's that.

He's Obama (not Barack) according to the most annoying conservative agitator on television and radio.

Where's his birth certificate?

When will he admit that the IRS targeted the insurgency?

When will the president admit that he wasn't prepared to handle ISIS?

Why isn't the American people getting answers on Benghazi?

Why is the president bowing to foreign leaders?

Why does Obama continue to support criminals like Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown?

What happen to the "Summer of Recovery"?

"We're right," scream the pompous assholes who whine on the blogs.
This is the Republican Party's most powerful ally, An old man who spends a few hours on radio bitching about America's future under a Democratic president. He and a few others are obsessed with Obama. They can't go one minute without dropping his name.
Okay we're less than a few months from the U.S. Midterm elections. The Democrats despite their attempts to get things done are going to suffer. The president is a real drag on them. They have little chance of holding on. They can't get things done. And the policies that could help the middle class are getting blocked by the Republicans.

The potential for a sweep in the U.S. Senate is likely. The Republicans need at least seven seats to win back control of the Senate and overall the full impact of Congress. The insurgency isn't as powerful as they used to be. They're just a nuisance to the establishment. But overall, the enthusiasm gap is very wide for the Republicans. They are more enthusiastic in voting because they just can't stand Obama.

The inept House of Representatives will still be in control of the Republicans.

The morons in the U.S. Senate will continue to block policies by the inept House.

The insurgency is running to cameras instead of to their constituents.

The Stallmigos and the old guards of the Establishment get more coverage on television, radio and the blogs and yet the racist right complains and bitches about the media being liberal.

The dark horse money is being poured into shadowy groups that paint a candidate like an enemy of the state.
Loserville and one of its chief resident's Steve Doocy have driven the narrative of conservative outrage.
Conservative outrage is overwhelming. It's a compulsive disorder caused by the very agitators of the junk food media saying things to piss off Americans who just view things so narrow minded, facts are liberal lies according to them.

If you look at the outcome, Republicans can smile. But overall, the American people hate them.

They hate them so much, at this point, they don't care whether they run Congress or not!

That's what got the Democrats in a vine. The Democrats failed on the message of working for the middle class. They could fix the problems despite having a few months of a super-majority.

THE DEMOCRATS HAD 153 DAYS AS A SUPER-MAJORITY. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A LONG STANDING MAJORITY.

LESS THAN THREE MONTHS OVERALL!

Politics is so toxic in Washington. The threats of a government shutdown are happening over again.

The threats of impeachment to Obama are growing.

The threats of rolling back progress is likely happening cause of the Supreme Court being to the racist right and the state governors are mostly Republican.

My question to you.

What has the Republican Party done overall as elected members of Congress?

Ray Rice's K.O. Scandal Has NFL Under Fire!

Longtime commissioner to the NFL may soon shake after it was revealed that the knockout punch on Janay Palmer by ex-NFL runner Ray Rice was seen by some higher ups.

The scandal surrounding the NFL "not knowing" about running back Ray Rice's assault on his then fiance (now wife) at an Atlantic City casino is the talk of the nation.

The junk food media is picking sides once again in this debate over domestic violence in the sports industry with some agitators calling pairing it with  "O.J. Simpson" and "the bitch deserved it".

Earlier this year, Ray Rice and his girlfriend Janay Palmer were arrested and charged with assault after a physical altercation at Revel Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Celebrity news website TMZ posted a video of Rice dragging Palmer's body out of an elevator after apparently knocking her out.

The celebrity agitators obtained even more damning video of the punch that could be felt across the bandwidth. The blow knocked her unconscious. The incident became a prominent controversy after TMZ released a video of the encounter, which led to an NFL policy change regarding how it handles domestic violence cases.
Janay Palmer-Rice and Ray Rice speak out on the scandal. Janay stands by her man.
At first the NFL suspended Rice for two games during his term with the AFC Baltimore Ravens. It soon was revealed that the NFL's call to suspend him for such a few was scandal enough.

When the video hit the internet, the world was lit up. The NFL had no choice but to lay the hammer on Rice. First his contract with the Ravens was terminated. The league suspended Rice indefinitely.

The grand jury had indicted Rice on third-degree aggravated assault, with a possible jail sentence of three to five years and a fine of up to $15,000.

Roger Goodell the commissioner of the NFL talked to CBS News agitator Norah O'Donnell about the revelation of the video.

Goodell denies that he's seen the video and hopes that this experience along with numerous other scandals will eventually die down. He is drafting new rules for NFL stars, coaches, owners and fans.

What's your thoughts on this scandal?

Be warned the video is disturbing.

Bruce Levenson And The Rest .......

Royal Too!

Royal couple goes for the second.

The United Kingdom's most popular couple is going for a second bundle.

Prince William and Princess Kate are going for the second round. According to the junk food media, the couple announced that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting her second child and being treated for severe morning sickness, royal officials said Monday.

The couple's Clarence House office said they and their families were "delighted" with the baby news.

The former Kate Middleton was being treated at Kensington Palace for severe morning sickness, Clarence House said.

She was hospitalized for the same condition, hyperemesis gravidarum, during her first pregnancy with Prince George, who was born in July 2013.

The illness means the 32-year-old duchess may need extra hydration, medication and nutrients.

British Prime Minister David Cameron said he was "delighted by the happy news that they're expecting another baby."

The new baby will become fourth in line to the throne, pushing Prince Harry to fifth. Toddler Prince George is third and likely to become Britain's monarch one day.

The Associated Press also adds that Britain had changed its laws before George's birth so that the couple's first born would be in line for the throne regardless of its sex. Before the change, a girl would have lost her place in line if a boy was born later.

William and Kate have often expressed an interest in having a larger family.

Britain's Press Association reported that Kate's pregnancy hasn't passed the 12-week stage, which is when she became ill in her first pregnancy.

Royal officials said it wasn't clear if the duchess will be able to carry out planned official engagements, including a trip to Malta on Sept. 20 and 21 that would mark her first overseas solo trip.

Decisions on events would be made on a "case-by-case" basis, officials said.
