Kansas City: Is There Another Beltway Shooter?
27 year old man is accused of shooting at vehicles around Kansas City. The shooter would target Interstate 435 and roads near the beltway. |
Kansas City metro area was on the edge of a possible beltway shooter.
Around the Interstate 435 beltway and Interstate 470 near Independence, one man posed a threat to the motorists.
The FBI and Kansas City police finally got a break.
Mohammed Pedro Whitaker has been identified as the alleged Kansas City highway shooter and has been charged with 18 felonies from 9 separate incidents around the city metro region.
Whitaker is held on a million bond.
He's going to face at least 25 to life in the iron college for this crime. Although he didn't kill anyone, he did injure people and done criminal mischief. He also fired on federally paid highways.
Police Chief Darryl Forte said at a news conference that the suspect is male and lives in Grandview, a suburb south of the city that is home to the Grandview Triangle, where several highways intersect and where at least six of the reported shootings happened.
Looks like he has no remorse for the actions. |
“We’re here now to basically let people know someone has been apprehended,” an upbeat Forte told reporters at an impromptu news conference about 50 yards from a house where the suspect was taken into custody earlier in the day. “I wanted to make sure the residents and those who travel through Kansas City know they’re safe. They’ve been safe the whole time.”
Investigators could be seen searching the single-story four-plex Thursday night, and a tow truck hauled away a green Dodge Neon that was parked behind house, which is about two blocks from Interstate 49 and south of the Grandview Triangle.
The shooter's area span into Missouri and Kansas. Mohammed Whitaker is charged with felonious assault with a deadly weapon. |
Detectives and analysts started noticing a pattern two weeks ago after reports of random shootings started coming in. Earlier this week, investigators were looking into about 20 reports of shootings, but that number has fluctuated as some reports were cleared and others came in.
The nice guys. The most dangerous people to ever hold a gun. |
Two of the wounded drivers were shot in the leg and the third was shot in the arm. None of their wounds were considered life-threatening.
Just this week, a White extremist went on a rampage in Overland Park, KS. He ended up killing three individuals. Glenn Frazier Miller (Cross) was a perennial candidate for office. He had notorious ties to the White extremist movement.
He thought he would take out the Jews.
These two men have stirred the pot of extremism. The Southern Poverty Law Center have determined that hate groups are on the rise and its just a matter of time before we see another event happen in America.
The agitators of the media have stroked up extremism. As you can tell, Loserville and the racist right has now a reason to point to the scary Muslims. Also since he's apparently a Black man, it's another one of Obama's sons. Breitfart or The Daily Nothing will automatically assume this man is an Obama supporter or liberal activist.
Cliven Bundy and his feud with the Bureau of Land Management has gotten major airplay and it's potentially another event in which the right wing militias will take arms against federal authorities.
This event and the shooting in Overland Park are precursor of extremism in America.
Some facts about the Kansas City metro area. The population of the city is 483,000.
The city's metro area includes Kansas City, Kansas, Raytown, Lee's Summit, Overland Park, Independence, North Kansas City, Gladstone, Olathe, and Liberty.
Interstates 29, 35, 49 and 70 are the primary highways through the city. Interstate 435 serves as the beltway through Kansas City. Other highways include Interstates 470, 670, and 635 which serve as bypasses around the metro area.

Teacher Got His Walking Papers After Saying Racial Insults About Obama!
I guess it's Obama's fault he got fired from his teaching position. |
Gil Voigt was handed his walking papers.
Nowadays he can listen to his AM dial for the rest of his time now that he's no longer teaching at Fairfield City Schools.
The Ohio teacher was expelled after he said to a student an insult towards President Barack Obama.
He told the student that the country "had enough of Black presidents".
Voigt, a science teacher who has worked with Fairfield Schools since 2000, denied any wrongdoing on his part, either in this incident, or in four prior infractions with the district. Two of those instances involved making “inappropriate comments” to students. He told the Hamilton Journal-News on Thursday he decided not to fight the decision, but intended to resign and retire.
After the Fairfield Board of Education received a state referee's decision that "there is good and just cause to terminate the teaching contract," the board voted 4-0 Thursday evening, with one board member absent, to end his employment with the Butler County school system.
Voigt has declined to comment but told The Cincinnati Enquirer on Friday he plans to appeal the referee's ruling with the Butler County Court of Appeals.
Fairfield Superintendent Paul Otten also recommended the board discontinue the veteran teacher's employment contract.
"The district felt that the evidence was sufficient to support the termination of Mr. Voigt's employment. The referee recommended such termination, and the board has concurred," said Otten in a statement released Thursday evening.
The Unit In Pieces!
The Unit is officially over. 50 Cent has declared the group dead. The media mogul has cut ties to every member of the group. The Game, Young Buck, Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo embark on other ventures. |
With the nail in the coffin, I can officially say that The Unit is officially over.
The Emotions have broken up. The chief of the Unit, media mogul and rapper Curtis Jackson announced this year that he's no longer singing on the Interscope label. That put him at strain with his longtime producers Dr. Dre and Eminem.
He waited over six years to put out Street King Immortal. The rap act was hoping Adam Levine, Alicia Keyes, Young Jeezy and Snoop Dogg would help push a chart topper. Nope. Nothing hits the charts and the album was put in the freezer.
So I guess after the delay, Curtis would join the Caroline Records to put an album out. Curtis is gambling what political capital he has with his reputation as a mainstream act.
Marvin Bernard, the former hype man for Curtis has jumped ship. After Curtis signed on the independent circuit, that left a lot of space to fill. Marvin wanted to get things popping for his second album, but old Curtis has his mind set on his Animal Ambition. Marvin decided to give a shout out to David Brown and Jayceon Taylor on the social networks inflaming a rift with Curtis.
David Brown is penniless. He just got out of federal time out and he's hungry for a record deal since the Unit dropped him. The Cashville rapper is hoping to bring the music back.
Chris Lloyd is feeling the blues. After releasing three albums on the Unit, the Southside Queens rapper decides to strike it own his own.
The Unit was at its peak during the early 2000s. The rap label is now officially closed. |
The Unit tried and failed to reunite. But unfortunately, each rapper has an ego that's bigger than their album sales. Each rapper took a hit after they booted Jayceon Taylor out the group. That launched an ongoing feud with each other.
Besides the Five Emotions, there were some who signed and was affiliated to the Unit.

Nowadays most rappers can't get out of the slump.
On the sales front, if you're not Eminem, Jay-Z, or Lil' Wayne, you're nothing!
Drake, Rick Ross, Macklemore, Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J, 2 Chainz, Future, and Nicki Minaj are popular acts and are in demand.
Will the Unit be in demand?
Probably not.
GOP Congressman Thinks AG Eric Holder Should Be Locked Up!
Republican Blake Farenthold has a vendetta against Attorney General Eric Holder. |
Bill Maher has declared war on the Republicans. He wants to contribute to defeating members of the Tea Party. One in particular is the Texas Republican congressman Blake Farenthold who has a history of saying pretty controversial things.
Maher has stated that Republican lawmakers such as Farenthold are an embarrassment to our nation and it's up to the voters to get rid of these assholes.
He created a "FLIP A DISTRICT" movement and Maher is determined to take Farenthold and New York Republican congressman Michael Grimm out.
Farenthold was a former turd flipper on AM radio and was elected to Congress during the sweep.
Since he's been in office, Farenthold is obsessed with Fast & Furious, the formerly plagued Obamacrare website, Benghazi and Lois Lerner's role in the IRS alleged actions against the Tea Party.
Farenthold made it his mission to undermine President Barack Obama and those who support him.
On Loserville, Farenthold wanted to tell the audience (uh, the racist right), that he's going to draft legislation that would cease federal payment of Attorney General Eric Holder.
Attorney General Holder told the National Action Network's annual conference that obstruction towards President Barack Obama is unwarrented and unprecedented. |
The Republicans (and seven Democrats) voted to have the Attorney General in contempt of Congress for not releasing documents in relation to the the Fast & Furious operation that lead to the killing of ATF agent Brian Terry.
Mediaite reports that Farenthold told Greta The Ambulance Chaser Thursday night that it could help hold people like Holder to account, explaining, “If you’re in contempt of Congress, we don’t pay you.”
Greta The Ambulance Chaser wondered whether that could potentially backfire in the future, like if there’s a “rogue Congress” in the future that decides to go after a government official for purely partisan reasons. Farenthold insisted contempt of Congress is not something done on a whim, and said, “We’ve got to come up with some enforcement mechanism, and this is what I think we have the constitutional authority to go.”
He emphasized this is not specifically about Holder, but “pulling power back to Congress” in the face of Holder using the “Obama administration playbook of stonewall and delay.”

Country Of Hate!
The extremism is on the rise. |
The Southern Poverty Law Center is a civil rights group that monitors active hate groups in the United States. The counterintelligence report notes that there are over 1,000 active hate groups.
Did you know that the states of California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio and New York have the most active hate groups?
You know the usual suspects: The Neo-Nazis, the Klan, the Nation of Islam and Westboro Baptist Church are the gadflies of hate. But did you know that there's active groups like the Council of Conservative Citizens, the websites, individuals like James David Manning, asshat Colin Flaherty and perennial loser extremist Glenn Frazier Cross (aka Glenn Miller) are just as dangerous.
When the Department of Homeland Security report came out in 2009 stating that the election of the first Black president would rile up the extremists, the conservatives dismissed this as a joke?
The Tea Party believes that "da gubmint" is trying to silence their vocal opposition towards Barack Obama's policies.
Did you know about the situation in Nevada?
We had the Bundy Ranch standoff. A cattle rancher was getting airplay on the racist right blogs. That Guy Who Helped Obama Win was a big cheerleader of this Cliven Bundy. The asshole was blaming the president and the Bureau of Land Management were deliberately trying to take the rancher's cattle.
Then the Overland Park shooting by that perennial extremist.
The conservative media was riling up over the knockout game.
The Republican lawmakers are passing legislation that caters to extremists. They are passing staunchly restrictive laws when it comes gay marriage, welfare, abortions and immigration.
Of course the knockout game is getting major play in the media.
What's your thoughts on the rise in extremism?
