GOP Sheriff Rick Clark: No Half Mast For "MONKEY" Mandela!

South Carolina Sheriff refuses to acknowledge Nelson Mandela in American solidarity.

South Carolina sheriff will not heed President Barack Obama's orders to lower the American flag for the late South African president Nelson Mandela.

He took to the social networking websites to say that he's defying the president's order. And yes, he got support from the racist right.
The great leader of South Africa Nelson Mandela passed away on Thursday.
Mandela was a controversial figure for much of his life. Denounced as a Marxist terrorist by some U.S. conservatives, he nevertheless gained international acclaim for his activism, having received more than 250 honours, including the 1993 Nobel Peace Prize, the US Presidential Medal of Freedom, the Soviet Order of Lenin and the Bharat Ratna. He is held in deep respect within South Africa, where he is often referred to by his Xhosa clan name, Madiba, or as Tata ("Father"); he is often described as "the father of the nation".

But since he changed the last WHITE RULED AFRICAN COUNTRY, conservatives hate this guy and everything he stands for. They knew Mandela would create a Barack Obama. And to this day, the disrespect towards President Barack Obama is so bad, it's almost embarrassing that these so-called "patriots" are acting like the "enemy".

It's a damn shame that a man who changed the segregation in South Africa is degraded to being a NIGGER.

Clark did have some mild respect towards Mandela. He asked those who comment to keep it at best "civil" because he doesn't want controversy. Yeah, like defying an order in solidarity isn't controversial.

The people of Pickens County, South Carolina didn't get worked up over the lowering of the American flag in half mast for Pope John Paul II and Princess Diana. They weren't American.

I bet if Queen Elizabeth II passes away, I bet the American president would order a lower mast for the American flag.

But since Mandela is a "rabble rouser" and "Marxist" according to the racist right, there's no need to give him any praise. He's a dirty NIGGER and had no business ever getting this much treatment, according to Clark and his friends on the racist right.

Even the Stallmigo Ted Cruz (R-TX) got attacked by his stans for even praising Mandela.

Sandy Hook: One Year Later!

Sandy Hook will never be forgotten.

It was just a lazy day until I heard on the news that a tragedy happened in Newtown, Connecticut. I heard about a school shooting. I shook my head and thought to myself that we just lived through Aurora Movie Theater shooting and Wisconsin Sikh Temple shootings.

We just got through the horrible tragedy of Tucson, where a mentally deranged man shot Gabrielle Giffords, the former Democratic lawmaker from Arizona. She is permanently brain damaged.

Christopher Dorner's rampage in Los Angeles, the Boston Marathon bombings, and the DC Navy Shooter were considered 2013's most horrible tragedies. Each individual involved were mass shooters and they had no concern for the lives they've taken during their rampage.

There were school shootings in Orlando, Pittsburgh, Toledo, Los Angeles and Chicago. These didn't make the national wires as much. But of course they're in urban areas. That's just rancor for the racist right to claim that public schools are a disease of Democrats and liberalism. They could careless of the young lives ruined by gun crimes.

But in suburban America, it's the talk of the nation. People will rush to the internet with outpouring of sympathy for those lost in these tragedies. I mean honestly, I was online with RIP to those little children and those teachers who died trying to protect them.

I mean I was kind of tearing up when I seen CBS News host Norah O'Donnell openly talk about her young children and how she could relate to the families of those lost. The shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary school was President Barack Obama's moment of sorrow. He even felt that one as a parent.

I hate to be the parent that hears that their little children weren't coming home.
President Barack Obama even shed a tear for those little children. He was really pissed that day.
That was the news of the week and carried into the next week. 11 days before Christmas and we hear about a mass shooting at a school. The junk food media really screwed up on the situation. I mean we all had a reactionary panic. It was like one minute I thinking it two shooters. Then the media said it was one shooter. One minute I hear that the mother of the shooter was a teacher. Then I hear that the mother wasn't a teacher but a Republican who had a fixation with guns. I hear that shooter was a guy from New Jersey. But it turned out that the guy was actually the brother. The shooter was mentally challenged with Asperger syndrome and a fixation with violent video games. I hear stories about how it was Ryan Lanza being the shooter. Nope it was his brother Adam and he didn't leave the school. He ended up putting the gun to his head and let the trigger pop.
Adam Lanza was a manchild with so much anger. He would be the lone gunman in America's worst school shooting.
I hear so much misinformation, I got really pissed at the media. I felt the media done America a disservice by following the Loserville structure. They try so hard not to be perceived as "liberal", they actually make horrible mistakes in covering the news.

I mean Sandy Hook was considered one worst school shootings in American history. It ranks right up there with Columbine, Virginia Tech, University of Texas and Bath.

No one could imagine a deranged man like Adam Lanza would snap and end up killing innocent kids.

On December 14, 2012, 20-year-old Adam Lanza fatally shot twenty children and six adult staff members in a mass murder at Sandy Hook Elementary School in the village of Sandy Hook in Newtown, Connecticut.

Before driving to the school, Lanza shot and killed his mother Nancy at their Newtown home.

As first responders arrived, he committed suicide by shooting himself in the head.

It was the second deadliest mass shooting by a single person in American history, after the 2007 Virginia Tech massacre, and the second deadliest mass murder at a U.S. elementary school, after the 1927 Bath School bombings in Michigan.

The incident prompted renewed debate about gun control in the United States, and a proposal for new legislation banning the sale and manufacture of certain types of semi-automatic firearms and magazines with more than ten rounds of ammunition.

A November 2013 report issued by the Connecticut State Attorney's office concluded that the perpetrator acted alone and planned his actions, but no evidence collected provided any indication as to why he did so, or why he targeted Sandy Hook Elementary School.
Senators Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Pat Toomey (R-PA) tried to pass a gun control law. They were both considered pro-gun and pro-business lawmakers. Even their impact didn't move the needle on a stubborn Republican House and a filibuster prone Senate.
I heard about a mass shooting in Colorado. On Friday, at Arapahoe High School in Centennial was the scene of a shooting.

The Huffington Post reports that one student was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, according to KDVR. The second student suffered a minor gunshot wound.

At a 1:45 p.m. press conference, County Sheriff Grayson Robinson said the suspect, who was a student, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Authorities “found his body in the internal portion of the school in a classroom,” Robinson said at a 3:00 press conference. The shooter is believed to have acted alone.

The shooter "targeted a specific teacher that he was interested in confronting," according to Robinson.

The student entered the high school carrying a shotgun Friday afternoon and asked for the teacher by name. When that teacher found out the armed student was asking for him, he left the school immediately. The teacher was not injured.

At a 6 p.m. MST press conference, the Arapahoe County Sheriff reported that one student has been released from the hospital, while a 15-year-old female student who also suffered a gunshot wound remains in critical condition. No students were injured in the evacuation, the sheriff said, though 3 suffered what he would call "anxiety attacks."

According to the Arapahoe Co. Sheriff, the identity of the shooter was known, but not to be released at the time.

Authorities recovered two devices from the scene, one thought to be a Molotov cocktail which had been detonated when recovered. The other device was rendered harmless, the sheriff said. Though it was unconfirmed at the time, the sheriff suggested that the shooting stemmed from a disagreement between the shooter and a teacher.

"It's a very difficult day for Littleton schools and Arapahoe High School," Scott Murphy, district superintendent, told the press.

We here at Journal de la Reyna continue to shine a light on those who were lost in the horrible tragedy at Sandy Hook. You are not forgotten.

Queen Bey Drops A Secret Album!

Pop singer Beyonce learned how to work the game well. She releases Beyonce (self titled) album through iTunes today.

Beyonce surprises her fans by telling them that they better go and cop that album.

Today is the release of Beyonce's new album. No one knew she even produced her album. And people are coping it. It's certainly going platinum.

Looks like Queen Bey does it like her husband, Jay-Z.

The Huffington Post reports the singer has recruited her hubby, Drake, Frank Ocean, vocals from her daughter Blue Ivy.

The singer end-capped 2013 with an "exclusive visual album" that she announced on Facebook and hit iTunes as Thursday ticked into Friday morning. Her fifth LP is entitled "Beyoncé" and features tracks with Jay Z, Drake, Frank Ocean and the singer's daughter, Blue Ivy.

Every song on the album also comes with its own music video, a mammoth investment for a singer at Bey's level. The project comes amid whispers that Beyonce -- who let the Presidential Inauguration and Super Bowl pass without a new single -- wouldn't let 2013 go without a new album. Whispers turned into a reality that played out on Twitter, where fans excitedly shared the news, mostly in all-caps messages that included the letters "OMG."

That the album didn't leak in advance of it being released is nearly unprecedented in today's music market. Unconfirmed reports pointed to a possible one-week iTunes exclusive, with physical copies being printed as the album was released to the digital retailer. Often, leaks emerge once physical copies are printed and sent to brick and mortar stores.

“I see music,” Beyoncé said in a press release provided shortly after the album hit iTunes. "It’s more than just what I hear. When I’m connected to something, I immediately see a visual or a series of images that are tied to a feeling or an emotion, a memory from my childhood, thoughts about life, my dreams or my fantasies. And they’re all connected to the music.”

“I didn’t want to release my music the way I’ve done it,” she continued. “I am bored with that. I feel like I am able to speak directly to my fans. There’s so much that gets between the music, the artist and the fans. I felt like I didn’t want anybody to give the message when my record is coming out. I just want this to come out when it’s ready and from me to my fans.”

According to the press release, recording took place over a year and a half but began at a Hamptons retreat in the summer of 2012. A provided list of collaborators includes JAY Z, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams, Drake, The Dream, Sia, Ryan Tedder, Miguel, Frank Ocean, Hit-Boy, Ammo, Boots, Detail, Jake Nava, Hype Williams, Terry Richardson, Melina Matsoukas, Jonas Åkerlund, Ricky Saiz, Pierre Debusschere, @lilinternet, Noah “40” Shebib, Francesco Carrozzini, Caroline Polachek, Ed Burke, Bill Kirstein and Todd Tourso.

“I just want to give my album to the people I love and respect and hope that they feel the same thing I felt when I made the music," the singer said.

Below, a full track-list and video-list with director credits. Previously teased tracks "Standing in the Sun" and "Grown Woman" did not make the album, though a video for the latter is included as a bonus.

It's Was All Good...Until Zimmerman Got Released!

Out on bail with his hoodie on again!

The charges are dropped and George Zimmerman will be handed back his firearms. That's one lucky son-of-a-bitch. One minute he's causing problems and the next he's back on the streets. It's been on hell of a rollcoaster for the man who was acquitted of murdering unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin.

CNN reports that Florida prosecutors will not charge George Zimmerman after a domestic dispute with his girlfriend last month, State Attorney Phil Archer said Wednesday.

The decision not to pursue the case comes days after Zimmerman's girlfriend, Samantha Scheibe, said in a court document that she didn't want him to be charged.

"Upon reviewing the recent affidavit of the Ms. Scheibe and taking into account the conflicting statements about what occurred, the failure to cooperate with the ongoing investigation, and a lack of any other corroborating evidence or witnesses, there is no reasonable likelihood of successful prosecution," Archer said in a written statement.

Zimmerman's lawyer praised the move.

"On behalf of George Zimmerman, I am pleased that I was able to present credible evidence to reasonable prosecutors who took the time to listen and that justice prevailed," attorney Jayne Weintraub said in a written statement. "This demonstrates how great our system is."

Zimmerman was arrested on November 18 at Scheibe's Apopka, Florida, home after the two had a heated fight.

According to a sheriff's office report about the incident, Scheibe said that after an argument, Zimmerman broke a table with a shotgun and then pointed it at her "for a minute."

Authorities said he was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault and misdemeanor counts of domestic violence battery and criminal mischief -- accusations that Zimmerman denied.

"I believe that the police misinterpreted me and that I may have misspoken about certain facts in my statement to the police," Scheibe said in a signed affidavit this week. "I do not feel that the arrest report accurately recounts what happened."

Authorities had probable cause to arrest Zimmerman last month, Archer said.

The Seminole County Sheriff's Office, he said, "as usual, did a thorough and highly professional job of investigating this case."

In the court document filed this week, Scheibe accuses authorities of pressuring her.

"When I was being questioned by police, I felt very intimidated," she said. "I was not allowed to call an attorney nor was I allowed to eat or drink anything for a very long time."

Heather Smith, a spokeswoman for the Seminole County Sheriff's Office, denied that claim.

"As you know, we provided media with the 911 call from Ms. Scheibe, which occurred prior to deputies responding," she said. "Apparently, Ms. Scheibe may have misspoken about the facts of her interview as she had access to her phone and was provided with food."

Zimmerman's arrest in November came four months after the former neighborhood watch captain was acquitted of second-degree murder and manslaughter charges in the death of teenager Trayvon Martin.
The high-profile case sparked a heated nationwide discussion of race as well as debate over Florida's "stand your ground" law.

Again, what's your take on the situation?

Do you believe that Zimmerman could be a time-bomb or just a misunderstood man?

You A Felon With A Gun! Why Would You Post Yourself Holding One On The Internet?

dupree johnson
You can't fix stupid!

Gotta to be one of the most dumbest criminals in the country. Dupree Johnson is a convicted felon. He was charged with burglary, grand theft, aggravated assault and possession with a firearm. You have no business being in possession of a firearm.

But what does the fool end up with?

And guess where he posted it?

Of course if you're Black with a gun, the cops swarm in on you. Say if you're a White guy and happen to be a devout listener of conservative talk radio and you happen to be a felon with firearms. I bet it will take a mass shooting or a plot that may involve an attack on an individual before the junk food media covers it.

Anyways the social networking websites could be the downfall of those who post embarrassing photos. A woman was forced to resign from her job as a Christian schoolteacher after it was revealed that she posed topless and someone emailed those to a "revenge porn" website.

A woman who claimed that she was not tipped because she was gay, posted the receipt online and it went viral. The woman was going on the national circuit and collecting donations from those who had empathy for her. But it was revealed that the people who allegedly refused to tip her, told the junk food media that she was tipped and they have the proof. The woman had to recant her story and was immediately fired upon the news.

Now this Dupree Johnson will probably get some time in the federal time out after he posted on Instagram about his personal hobbies. One includes himself holding a firearm. Going against his probation and giving law enforcement credence to throw his ass in the iron college.

Bling, Bling!
They weren't your typical Instagram food photos -- unless you're a person who eats lead. A sheriff in Palm Beach County, Fla., recently came across the Instagram page of Dupree Johnson, 19.

Authorities quickly issued a search warrant for Johnson's home in Lake Worth, Fla.

Deputies not only discovered a Glock underneath his bedspread and a stolen -- and loaded -- Tec-9 9mm pistol, but also $250,000 worth of stolen jewelry, electronics and and firearms, Miami New Times reported.

Investigators believe that Johnson may have been one of several people responsible for as many as 40 burglaries in 55-and-older communities in Boynton Beach, Fla., according to CBS12.com.

Conservatives Mount War On Republicans!

Tear jerker. Boehner takes a stand against the conservatives. He'll recant his attack shortly.

They can't even support their own freaking budget deal because a Democrat had input in it.

Congressman Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) have compromised on a budget deal that will reduce spending and raise revenue. It will starve off another potential government shutdown.

Now our friends in the conservative junk food media are launching a preemptive strike against the bill and it forced a rebuke from House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH).

Republicans are grumbling that the compromise doesn't go far enough. Democrats are grumbling that the compromise will leave out important pieces to helping people get back to work.

Long-term unemployment benefits are a key priority for the Democrats and they are hoping that changes to that could help get the bill passed.

Conservative groups like Heritage Action, the Club for Growth and FreedomWorks bucked the notion of any compromise. They believe it's giving President Barack Obama a victory. They want no victories for the president.

Boehner assailed conservative groups Thursday for opposing the latest budget deal, saying they had crossed a line and lost their credibility.

"This budget agreement takes giant steps in the right direction," Boehner said at a press conference. "But when groups come out and criticize something they've never seen, you begin to wonder just how credible those actions are."

Boehner has been reticent in the past to criticize conservative outside groups, such as Heritage Action and Club for Growth. Some of the groups have had a considerable influence on the tea party faction among House Republicans, and were the rallying force behind the effort to either defund Obamacare or shut down the federal government.

For the first time, Boehner acknowledged that these groups pushed Republicans into an unsuccessful strategy that he didn't favor. He expressed particular outrage that one of the groups later said it knew the shutdown strategy wasn't going to work.

"Are you kidding me?" Boehner shouted.

"Frankly I think they're misleading their followers. I think they're pushing our members in places they don't want to be," he added. "And frankly I just think they've lost all credibility."
Former vice presidential nominee Congressman Paul Rayn (R-WI) and Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) worked out a deal. Will the deal go through despite criticism from the extremists?
Boehner showed his first signs of true frustration Wednesday, when he slammed the groups for coming out against the budget deal before they had seen it and accused them of "using" his members. Heritage Action and Americans for Prosperity stated their opposition to the Murray-Ryan budget deal before it was even announced, while Club for Growth urged members to vote against it moments after the deal was made public.

"Yesterday when the criticism was coming, frankly I thought it was my job and my obligation to stand up for conservatives here in the Congress who want more deficit reduction, stand up for the work that Chairman Ryan did," Boehner said.

The deal brokered by House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-WS) and Senate Budget Committee Chairwoman Patty Murray (D-WA) offers modest relief to the federal budget cuts known as sequestration, by raising spending levels slightly from $967 billion to $1.014 trillion over the next two years. The framework produces savings and non-tax revenue totaling $85 billion, $20 billion to $23 billion of which would be devoted to deficit reduction.

Asked if he was officially saying "no" to the tea party, Boehner emphasized the deficit reduction achieved under the budget deal and said there was no reason to oppose it.

"I came here to cut the size of government," he said. "That's exactly what this bill does, and why conservatives wouldn't vote for this or criticize the bill is beyond any recognition I could come up with."

Boehner also defended his own commitment to conservative principles, which has repeatedly come under fire. This criticism has at times threatened his speakership when he has attempted to negotiate with President Barack Obama and congressional Democrats.

"I say what I mean and I mean what I say," he said. "I'm as conservative as anybody around this place."

Despite the notable shift in his tone, Boehner denied that he was turning a new leaf in his approach toward the tea party.

"I don't really think that I've said anything new or anything different than what I've felt and what I've said in the past," he said. "It just comes to a point when some people step over the line."

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) praised Boehner for standing up to conservative groups attacking the budget deal.

"I think it was a breath of fresh air as far as I'm concerned," Reid said at a press conference later Thursday.

"Why are they doing this?" Reid said of the outside groups. "What is this supposed to accomplish? It is showing the American people why the [Senate] rules had to be changed."

The Golden Globes Snubs The Butler!

Lee Daniels' The Butler was critically acclaimed and yet not nominated for a Golden Globe.

It's a blockbuster movie. And it managed to get the Oscar buzz. And yet at the Golden Globes announcement ceremony, it was another controversial issue.

The Butler by Lee Daniels was bucked by other movies. The Golden Globes just snubbed Oprah Winfrey for her outstanding performance in”The Butler.” In fact, they snubbed the entire movie.

Yeah, the racist right will have a field day with this one. After all they happy to see the media mogul suffer in the face of public opinion. After all she said that the amount of disrespect towards her friend President Barack Obama mounts to racism. The racist right doesn't like being called out for being who they are.

After all they believe that calling the first Black president, a "MUSLIM", "TERRORIST", "COMMUNIST", "SOCIALIST", "ANTI-AMERICAN", "HALFRICAN" is fair game.

Oprah Winfrey got what's coming to her says those on the racist right.

Anyway, The Hollywood Reporter (THR) reports a day after Lee Daniels' The Butler scored three SAG Awards nominations, the movie was completely shut out of the Golden Globes categories.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association snubbed not only the film itself in the best motion picture, drama, category, but also supporting actress Oprah Winfrey and star Forest Whitaker, both of whom had been recognized a day earlier by SAG with nominations.

The films that will vie for best motion picture, drama, are 12 Years a Slave,Captain Phillips, Gravity, Philomena and Rush.

According to The Hollywood Reporter's awards analyst Scott Feinberg, Winfrey seemingly was snubbed when a slot went instead to Blue Jasmine's Sally Hawkins, who was not among those expected to be nominated. The other actresses nominated for supporting roles by the Globes include Jennifer Lawrence (American Hustle), Julia Roberts (August: Osage County), Lupita Nyong'o (12 Years a Slave) and June Squibb (Nebraska).

12 Years A Slave was a top biller for nominations.

The Butler -- which stars Whitaker as a White House butler who served through several administrations and features Winfrey as his wife -- scored a total of three SAG Awards nominations on Wednesday. In addition to Winfrey and Whitaker, the film also earned best ensemble recognition for the cast (SAG's equivalent of best picture).

The movie has earned nearly $116 million at the box office since its Aug. 16 release.

Rush Limbaugh: It's Easy To Avoid Sexual Harassment. Learn From The Master!

More controversial statements from the conservative agitator.

Post-Sandra Fluke. The conservative agitator was shuffling through his stack of stuff. And he managed to make an oft-cuff remark about sexual harassment.

KING HIPPO: I know a lot of you, you hear this thing -- a bunch of leftists want to try to stop men from looking at women and you think, 'they can't do that.' That's not the point. Whether they can or can't, it will gain momentum. And it may not be for years, but this is who they are. This is -- this is how inane and inviolate they are of basic human nature. It's one of the biggest ways to understand liberals. They just despise human nature and try to alter it and change it and create it. Because many of them just don't fit in with it in many ways.

But there's a way around this, guys. You got to have fun with this kind of stuff, as you know. So let me offer a first suggestion, the first way to deal with this that came into my mind. You find yourself staring, looking at, casually glancing at a woman, but you know that it's now socially taboo. You shouldn't be doing it. And you think everybody is noticing you doing it and condemning you in their minds. You shouldn't -- so you walk up to the woman and say, "Will you please ask your breasts to stop staring at my eyes?"

Try that. Might help. And you don't know 'til you try it.

Will Your Breasts Stop Looking At My Eyes?

Yeah, he said it. The conservative agitator said that and the people over at Media Matters for America got the transcripts and the bill of purchase for his livestream to prove it.

That's what the conservative agitator said on his radio program this week.

It's another outrageous remark that will make Republicans squirm.

Someone is listening and its likely going to be a huge controversy once the video goes viral.
