Media Leaked Ohio Rape Victim's Name! [NSFW]

Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond were found guilty in rape of teenage girl. The media pities their sorrows!

There will be themes that are not suitable for the general readers. Please take discretion in reading this article.

Great! Get ready for the death threats and possible retaliation from those who believe the victim was at fault!

The victim was 16 years old, but to Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC, it's another drunk teenager blaming the popular guys for her own reckless behavior.

So instead of bleeping out the name, they let the cameras roll on Ma'lik Richmond and Trent Mays apologizing to the victim. They said the teenager's name in front of cameras without the bleep.

We will not release the name of the victim. If you're that callous to find out the name, don't look here for it!

Now another huge controversy swarms CNN as well as Fox News and MSNBC.

Here how I see how they've judge the victim.

"The girl was drunk, she had it coming!"

Hence the term, "BLAME THE VICTIM".

"Oh, we have compassion for those two young men. They've never committed a crime. They were good students with good grades. Yeah, they may of had a few beers and Jell-O shots, but they've all consent to having sex with the girl. C'mon aren't we all young!"

Hence the term, "BLAME THE VICTIM!"

"You people shouldn't be so upset over this. I known hundreds of drunk teenagers who say they like to be fucked by that popular guy after drinking the alcohol!"

Hence the term, "BLAME THE VICTIM!"

"These poor boys. They were just doing things we did when we were teenagers!"

Hence the term, BLAME THE VICTIM!"

I really must admit this. The media really screwed up here! From the Sandy Hook massacre to the Steubenville rape trial, our American cable and broadcast news outlets failed at doing something simple: Reporting the news!

The Fox News Channel is always looking the next news sensation  Another controversy that would involve Black people will give the network a reason to blame President Barack Obama. The network always find someway to attack the victim. They've done it before in the Duke Lacrosse case and other rape stories. Some rape accusations are proven false and some proven true. But Fox News doesn't see that! They see the victim as another celebrity seeking attention whore! See how they've reacted to Trayvon Martin!
RAPE IS RAPE!
MSNBC is the second largest network. It's liberal-leaning commentary isn't immune from the repeated notions of "drunken teenager", "high school standouts" and leaking information about the victim's family.

CNN is the oldest guard of cable news. It's ratings are tanking. The straight news reporting is downgrading. You got to see the reactions from Candy Crowley and Poppy Harlow actually showed sympathy towards these rapists.

Now again. RAPE IS RAPE.

It doesn't matter who it is. If a person choose to sexually abuse a person with intentions of making the victim feel guilty, asking the victim to keep it to themselves, or threatening the victim with violence, it's rape!

Rape is a part of the human rights abuse that spreads globally. The United Nations is looking at this a global threat to the sanity of the world. The United States isn't immune from sexual abuse of women, men, children and even animals.

From the victim's fellow peers!
The victim is death threats from former friends and the suspects' family members. Two 16-year-old females are in custody, suspected of making threats via Twitter against the victim the Steubenville, Ohio, rape case.

The entitlement society is catered to blaming the victim. It's not a Democrat or Republican thing!

People who seek attention by being a part of a gang/group or becoming a bully have this mentality to rape individuals.

What's going on with our children?

The parents who allowed this party to go on should be charged with allowing underage drinking.

The teenagers who photographed the girl naked and posting those pictures online should be charged with child pornography.

Those two individuals Ma'lik Richmond and Trent Mays should have been charged as adults. They drink like adults and acted adults when they've raped that girl! They should have been thrown in the adult iron college.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our prayers to the victim of this horrible tragedy. We hope that she could move forward with her life. We hope the best for her to succeed through the clouds of fear and emerge out stronger!

Minnesota Mom Loses RIAA Fight!

Minnesota mom gets shutdown by the U.S. Supreme Court in her fight against the RIAA.

Jammie Thomas became famous for being the first woman to be sued by the Recording Industry Association of America, for illegally downloading music off the internet's peer-to-peer sharing websites.

She along with if not millions of Americans shared or downloaded music online. Instead of paying $15 for a music CD, we just want the hottest singles from the entertainer. So we download it through online peer-to-peer sharing sites and download websites. It launched an ongoing battle against the music industry.

Nowadays, people are so fed up with the RIAA, the American people aren't buying the music or movies. It's been a slight slow down in downloading. But there's been a strong decline in music and movie sales.

Why pay over $20 for a movie? You can get it off the Pirate's Bay!

Why give these entertainers the luxury of stiffing us at concerts or snubbing our request for autographs?

This is how many Americans think of the entertainment industry. They believe most entertainers are too uptight and rally on controversy to stay relevant.

Jammie Thomas-Rasset is now 35 years old. Still owing the RIAA over $200,000 in legal royalties.

The woman was sued by the RIAA after they determined that music downloads were being used illegally.
Jammie Thomas-Rasset has become the first woman to be sued for $2 million by the RIAA.
The U.S. District Court in Minnesota found that Thomas-Rasset was found liable in damages and was ordered to pay $2 million. The damages were reduced to nearly $220, 000 after the court found it's ruling to too harsh.

Thomas didn't have the money and felt that she was singled out for something, millions of others do. She didn't sell the music illegally, she just listened to it on her computer. For nearly eight years, Thomas-Rasset fought this all the way to the Supreme Court.

Thomas-Rasset is a mother of four and of Native American decent. She lived in the community of Brainerd, Minnesota.

Married now, Thomas-Rasset was fighting this battle tooth and nail against an industry giant.

The Raw Story reported that her only opportunity to seek redemption was thrown out the window.

The U.S. Supreme Court dismissed the appeal from Thomas-Rasset.

Three trials and multiple appeals later, she has been ordered to pay amounts as high as $1.92 million — or $80,000 for each of 24 illegally downloaded tracks. After the third trial, at which the jury awarded the music companies $1.5 million, the amount was reduced on appeal to $220,000.

That’s the amount in damages Thomas-Rasset was originally ordered to pay after her first conviction, but the judge who presided over that trial threw out the verdict calling it “wholly disproportionate” and “oppressive.”

In the mid-2000s, the Recording Industry Association of America and major music labels brought suit against thousands of people for illegally downloading and sharing music, with most agreeing to settlements of between $3,000 and $5,000.

Thomas-Rasset, however, has consistently refused to settle the case.

Only one other defendant, Boston student Joel Tenenbaum, refused a settlement. Tenenbaum was ordered to pay $675,000, a fine the Supreme Court also refused to review in May 2012.

In December 2008, the RIAA said it will stop suing people who download music illegally and focus instead on getting Internet Service Providers to take action.

Back in 2009, Jammie Thomas-Rasset went to CBS to talk about her appeal.

My commentary from my days on YouTube.

A Rainbow That's All White!

Reince Priebus hoping to save what's left of a fractured GOP.

Reince Priebus is depressed. I mean he managed to help the Republicans retain the House of Representatives and many governorships. But he failed at retaining the U.S. Senate and the presidency.

Where Michael Steele managed to swept the Republicans back into the House of Representatives and bring forth Republicans to the state house and governorships. Republicans managed to obtain the power to redraw the congressional lines in which it gave them a stronger advantage.

But today, the Republican chairman is looking through the woods and hoping he'll find the rainbow of gold.

The Republican diversity tour is an utter disaster. The Black and Hispanic community detest the Republican Party. This year alone, Republicans have isolated themselves to be a party of "OLD WHITE IGNORANT MEN!"
Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter. Two conservative agitators who said some pretty ignorant things about President Barack Obama and his allies in the progressive movement.
Perhaps we should call the Republicans, the party of cocaine! I mean they're on some powerful stuff. They're acting like junkies. Snorting the crap that dope peddlers in the conservative media selling them!

Cocaine is 90% WHITE and 10% OTHER. Just like the Republican Party.

This rebranding effort isn't going to save the Republicans. The party is too extreme. They fear the onslaught of retaliation by Rush Limbaugh, Fox News, Sarah Palin and the National Rifle Association.

They've engaged in this ongoing culture war against everyone including themselves. The Republicans don't know who to trust right now!

All they got left is pretty much the blame going to Barack Obama and the media for their continuous failures.

I got so many suggestions for the Republican Party, but I just couldn't contain myself from delivering my honest opinion about the rebranding of the national party. Here are some healthy and yet obvious suggestion to the ailing party.

1) Drop Fox News as a source of information.

2) Quit allowing conservative agitators (i.e. Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Michael Savage, Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity and others) rally a base of ignorance and idiocy. Their rhetoric helped Barack Obama win reelection.

3) Quit reading stuff from The Drudge Report, WorldNetDaily, InfoWars, Michelle Malkin, Hot Air, Free Republic, The Fox Nation, The Blaze, Newsbusters, The Daily Caller, and Breitbart. Half of the crap that comes from the conservative media is half-truths and misinformation.

4) Quit saying Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Republican.

5) Quit making comments about Black/Hispanics and other people of color being on welfare.

6) Quit screaming about the government being too big!

7) Drop the Ronald Reagan quotes, nostalgia and comparisons of past and present presidents. We're in the 21st Century. Reagan, Nixon, Ford were of the past century. Lincoln was two centuries ago. You got be in the present time.

8) Quit acting like your the party that favors "liberty", "freedom", and "patriotism". The Democrats are just like you in the "patriotic slogans". They believe in a society just like Republicans.

9) Compromise with the president and the Democratic Party on issues that matter.

10) Quit stalling the president's nominees. Never in American history has one president had such gridlock. The minority party has filibustered over a 100 of President Barack Obama's nominees. The recent filibuster by Rand Paul was the tipping point. All this ranting by Paul was over conspiracy theories. That's enough to have filibuster reform passed.

11) Don't undermine the moderate Republicans. They are the key to pulling in independents. If you knock Chris Christie, Rob Portman, Jon Huntsman, Susan Collins, Paul Kirk, and Dan Coates, they'll leave the party. They're the moderate Republicans who can help pass legislation that favors Republicans. They can negotiate with Democrats. Avoid purging the moderates.
The Republicans are searching for more than the white color in the rainbow.
12) Quit calling the president a "MUSLIM", "SOCIALIST", "COMMUNIST","MULATTO", "KENYAN", "NIGGER" and any other word vomit.

13) Quit blaming the media for the outrageous comments by those in the Republican Party.

14) Quit calling people who voted for President Barack Obama "misinformed", "low information voters" and "zombies".

15) Quit supporting losers like Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Paul Ryan, Ron Paul, Benjamin Carson, Newt Gingrich, Rick Santorum, Mitt Romney, John McCain and whoever else you pull out the toilet. Pick candidates who can appeal to independents and Democrats. Don't waste your time on a presidential candidate who wants to stand in the limelight. That's probably why these fools were likely losers straight out the gate.

16) Give the LGBT community their right to marriage. Gay marriage isn't hurting anyone. They want to live their lives in union. Republicans drop the act of DOMA. Let the LGBT community have the right to marry.

17) Stop running on that silly narrative the president is doing a perceived harm upon this country. You can visit the White House website to find out policies, speeches and proposals. The president's agenda is public record as is his original birth certificate.

18) Stop pandering to religious extremists, white supremacists, racists, survivalists, and conspiracy kooks.

Sarah Palin makes Republicans look like idiots!
19) Get over the fact you've lost the election. There's nothing worse than being a sore loser! We understand the plight of being a loser. Democrats had Al Gore and John Kerry. They sucked. It's not Barack Obama's fault you lined up two perennial candidates who failed at winning the Republican nomination and presidency.

20) Stop being the party that's prehistoric. What the hell are you lining up? You lined up candidates who say it's "god's will to be raped!" You have candidates who refuse to acknowledge growth in the economy. You have candidates who think about guns more than the lives of innocent children. You have candidates who believe global warming is just voodoo science.

21) Quit telling Blacks that the Republicans freed the slaves. The Black voters of the present generation aren't going to take kindly to a fat White guy telling them: "You owe us for freeing you!"

22) Talk to young voters. Understand their needs. Don't call young voters, parasites, sugar babies and dependents on the government because they want student loans. Most young voters don't have trust funds and rich parents to help them get into a fancy university or college.

23) Quit acting like parents. You're not parents. You're a political party that favors center-right policies that advocate on limited government, strong defense, low taxes and free enterprise. Put this stuff in common sense and not that jargon that sounds like a professor, or a condescending bigot (i.e. Rush Limbaugh).

24) Admit that Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush were responsible for most of the mess we're in! They've raised the debt ceiling higher than any president before Barack Obama took office. They are the reason why our debt is so high and they didn't care about deficits and budgets. The Republicans followed them like a boy and his dog.
Sarah Palin and Karl Rove are feuding with one another over the direction of the Republican Party.
25) Stop using tokens as your saviors. Sure you may have Michael Steele, Tim Scott, Allen West, Mia Love, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Raul Labrador, Bobby Jindal, Nikki Haley and even Benjamin Carson in the Republican Party, but they don't speak to a general base of voters. They're tokens. They're used only when its a shield to protect racists and extremists within the Republican Party. You will need smart, intelligent and resourceful women and people of color to run the Republican Party. The Democratic Party has bragging rights to having the first Black president. The Democrats had the first woman to be the Speaker of the House. They managed to win a majority of women and young voters. The Hispanic vote is nearly secured by the Democrats. When will the Republicans take their heads out of their asses and get some of the action?

Rush Limbaugh wasn't real helpful to the Republicans this last election.
Here's what I'll do if the Republicans want my vote!

The Republicans must stop this culture war against everyone! If they do so, I'll stop calling them racist.

I'll stop calling them bigots if they refuse to allow anyone within their party to hate a person's race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, educational, political and economic standings.

I'll stop blaming them for all the mass shootings in a suburban school or shopping center.

I'll stop blaming them if they can separate themselves from all the White supremacist rhetoric we've seen through channels such as The Drudge Report.

I'll vote for a Republican for president if the person can deliver a plan to help everyone. Not a select few.

I'll vote for a Republican if they stop acting like a bunch of idiots!

CNN Acting Like Fox News!

Letting that perennial loser Mitt Romney act a fool and now Steubenville! Candy Crowley: What's going on with you?

The Steubenville rape trial has concluded and the teenagers Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond will spend a portion of their lives in the juvenile iron college. At least until their twenties.

The Ohio rust town became the center of a national scandal that involved rape and cover up by local officials.

It got mainstream coverage after the hackivist group Anonymous hacked into the suspect's social networks.

The two star high school football standouts were charged with delinquent rape and were sentenced to the juvenile iron college.

Fredricka Whitfield
Hopefully, the victim will move forward with her life. This incident tore the rust belt city best known for its star high school football team.

CNN was once the most respected news organization in America. It's so lagging in ratings, the network has to revamp its image or face certain disconnect. The new president Jeff Zucker is cleaning house. He's getting rid of the old guard and replacing it with fresh faces. Some are coming from ABC, NBC and CBS.

The old guard are certain to fly right or get the papers.

Candy Crowley, Poppy Harlow and Fredricka Whitfield, you better get in line or else you're getting the pink slip.

The controversy brewed up with the CNN anchors throwing their sympathies to the convicted teens.

When Candy Crowley went to covering the breaking news on the verdict she made the comments that attracted the ire of the media watchdogs.

The New York Observer reports that  Candy Crowley and Poppy Harlow spent their segment exploring the effect the conviction would have on the "star football players, very good students," now that their "promising futures," as Harlow put it, will involve a stint in juvenile hall and a lifetime as registered sex offenders.

Let's remind these women that the teens "RAPED" a drunk teenager. The teenager didn't had to be sexually assaulted by these guys. Whether she was drunk or not, they took advantage of her.

Her life will never be the same. Why are we blaming the victim?

What makes it's so bad, her former friends have turned on her!

Two former friends threatened her online and they'll be facing the judge shortly.

State attorney general Mike DeWine warns that this is far from over. That "NO SNITCHIN'" stuff ain't going to fly with him. He will pursue other charges against teenagers who refused to assist in the case.

Poppy Harlow
Also what this attracts is conservative ire and White supremacists. The fact that one of the accused is Black and the young girl is white will certainly rile these extremists up!

This would lit up their forums with ugly racial slurs, word vomits about Black on White crime, and of course an Obama name drop! This will be a reason for these extremists to paint Blacks as sex crazed NIGGERS who voted for that MUSLIM SOCIALIST WHO DISGRACED THIS COUNTRY with his GUBMINT GIVEAWAYS.

The conservative/white supremacist bubble will name drop Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Trayvon Martin in their word vomits.

White supremacists already label Black people as "animals", who obsess with their women.

Despite this incident, I think they've should have been charged as adults. They should have been found in adult court for this incident.

Thousands of women, young and old are brutalized in rape. And to make this clear, this is human rights abuse that continues to spread. I haven't posted about the incident in India. A woman was gang raped and murdered by ten men. One of the main attackers was awaiting trial. While in custody, he committed suicide.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our prayers to the victim of this tragedy. No one should be brutalized by anyone.

In other words, I say "RAPE IS RAPE".

Please let the Republican Party and its conservative allies understand that!

These [Racist Conservatives] Calling Obama The Devil!

Are you getting tired of the bullshit?

I know I am and it's a sign that the Republican Party and its allies in the conservative movement are destined for political failure.

For one thing, conservatives are the blood of Satan! They relish in Devil's blood. They drink the blood and worship his minions. They claim they're Christian and such. But the Devil is in disguise!

The more depictions of the first Black president is assured more Black voters for the Democratic Party.

The Republican Party might as well keep aiding these assholes in the conservative media. They profit off the rage of the White nationalist and religious bigots in America.

That racist gay agitator Matt Drudge toss another dozy for the extremists.

From posting pictures of President Barack Obama next to Adolf Hitler and Josef Stalin, to now this!

This racist bastard runs a picture of actor that portrays the devil next to the president.

It's entertaining that the racist bastard would spend his whole life online riling up the next line of mass shooters and domestic terrorists. Hence the term of White extremists. People who are so extremely conservative, the near mention of the president or anything in the Black/Hispanic community will assure them delusional reactions. The very reason to why firearm sales soaring and thoughts of a massacre being plotted by those in the bubble.

White extremism is a threat to everyone! White extremists are supportive of Matt Drudge, Michael Savage, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, the NRA or the people over at Fox News.

These individuals aid and comfort those who would inflict harm among those who aren't them!
satan obama

The Huffington Post is an alternative to The Drudge Report. It follows the same controversial formula for news agitation and it advocates a liberal-leaning aspect of what's going on. Whereas The Drudge Report is basically the equal to those White supremacist online.

Matt Drudge caters to White supremacists.
The Drudge Report is basically the mainstream White Nationalist forum.

Okay, there's a huge controversy brewing up in the media. The History Channel is doing a miniseries about The Bible. The actor Mohamen Mehdi Ouazanni will assume the role of Satan, the Devil.

Already, conservative agitators got wind of the look-a-like.

Tear-jerker Glenn Beck stated that the miniseries is "one of the most important shows in decades," then posted a screenshot of Ouazanni and asked if others thought he looked like "That Guy," Beck's preferred term for Obama. He banned callers from using the president's name since reelection.

In order to settle down the controversy, The History Channel released a statement:

"The History Channel has the highest respect for President Obama. The series was produced with an international and diverse cast of respected actors. It's unfortunate that anyone made this false connection. History's 'The Bible' is meant to enlighten people on its rich stories and deep history."

Some of the actors are sounding off to the controversy. Many of them dismissing the conservative chatter.
Hey, folks, didn't you notice that Devil looks like "That Guy"! - Glenn Beck
“This is utter nonsense," Burnett said. "The actor who played Satan, Mehdi Ouzaani, is a highly acclaimed Moroccan actor. He has previously played parts in several Biblical epics -- including Satanic characters long before Barack Obama was elected as our President.”

"Both Mark and I have nothing but respect and love our President, who is a fellow Christian," Downey added. "False statements such as these are just designed as a foolish distraction to try and discredit the beauty of the story of The Bible.”

As The Hollywood Reporter notes, "The Bible" comes to viewers from acclaimed reality-TV producer Mark Burnett and his wife, Roma Downey. Burnett has donated to Democratic causes in the past (though he also produces Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice" and worked on "Sarah Palin's Alaska." Downey is known as being highly religious and also producers "Little Angels," a Christian show for children.

Conservatives can't stand him. And it's mostly because of his race!
Joshua Dubois, the former head of the White House faith office said he felt those making much of the similarity were "reaching":

In the lead-up to The Bible's debut, Burnett and Downey went on a tour of several megachurches, including those of Joel Osteen and Rick Warren (who once gave the invocation at Obama's first inauguration but has since decried his policies).

Burnett and Downey have also appeared on Glenn Beck's show. In addition, the pair penned an editorial for the Wall Street Journal calling for bible education in public schools.
Total jackass!
In the same release, the History said: “History channel has the highest respect for President Obama. The series was produced with an international and diverse cast of respected actors. It's unfortunate that anyone made this false connection. History’s The Bible is meant to enlighten people on its rich stories and deep history.”

If I do believe in Hell, I would think there's a place for people like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, Matt Drudge, Glenn Beck and every White extremist who soaked their fleece in hate.

Hopefully, their passing off this earth will never inspire another generation of this stuff!

Rush Limbaugh: If Satan Had A Son, Would He Look Like Obama?

I happened to find a video from a YouTube user who shares her take on the outrage. Thanks to LuSundra Everett for posting a great video.

LuSundra Everett: Who Freakin' Care About This? The President Isn't The Devil!

Man Wants Idiotic Thief To Return His iPad!

A month later, Engstrom and his family were surprised when a stranger's self-portraits began appearing on their Apple devices. "After a while we figured out what was going on," Engstrom told KTHV News. "That's the person that has my iPad." A stupid woman decides to steal a man's iPod and the man seeks to publicly humiliate this individual into returning it.

Well it's picking up steam on Buzzfeed, a liberal-leaning news agitating blog that covers viral videos and stories.

Could you imagine the moron would try to use his device to take a self-portrait of herself?

You know this mug will be featured on some racist watering hole.

When the public sees this face, they'll alert the police.

Still you got to admit that in the digital age, you wouldn't be that stupid to post a crime you do online, right?

This kind of nonsense will light up the conservative/white supremacists forums with ugly racial slurs, word vomits about Black on White crime, and of course an Obama name drop! This will be a reason for these extremists to paint Blacks as NIGGERS who commit crimes to the WHITE MAN! They've concluded that the NIGGERS voted for that MUSLIM SOCIALIST WHO DISGRACED THIS COUNTRY with his GUBMINT GIVEAWAYS.

The conservative/white supremacist bubble will name drop Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Trayvon Martin in their word vomits.

White supremacists already label Black people as "animals" who have their monkey paws on their properties.

Rewind to the CPAC event. A white nationalist was saying that he's being disenfranchised because of him being a WHITE GUY. He thought it was cool that Blacks deserved to be enslaved. In his mind, he believes that crime would be down if Blacks were enslaved.
Allen Engstrom will take his campaign to the internet. He will post the photo of the iPad thief online to eventually shame the individual into returning the device. The police are hoping they'll find the woman as well.
Now this young woman makes the guy look like a genius. Black people like this individual makes agitators like Matt Drudge, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Neal Boortz, Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin, and the numerous White supremacists online rally their base of bigotry.

Allen Engstrom of North Little Rock, Arkansas is making the news recently. He was on a plane trip from Phoenix to Denver when his iPad was left on the plane.

Engstrom says that the iPad has his name and contact information etched onto its back, so whoever has the tablet knows that it's not theirs.
Since he linked his iPad to Apple's iCloud service, all his music, photos and podcast were on every device his family owned. A month into the iPad being missing, these strange pictures started to show up on his other Apple devices.

Engstrom realized that something was amiss when his young son received a bizarre picture via the family’s photo stream.

"He said, Mommy, who's this? And of course, she said, I have no idea who that is. It showed up on my phone too," Engstrom told Denver's KTHV. "After a while, we figured out what was going on. That's the person that has my iPad."

While it’s unlikely that Engstrom will be able to recover his stolen iPad, he has managed to capitalize on the thief’s stupidity.

On one picture, he wrote “Hey cool! This is an actual pic of the wonderful person who stole my iPad. Apparently the pics she is taking of herself are backing up and appearing on my phone. No I'm not kidding, this is really happening.

"I have no problem with putting it on Facebook, because, hey, it's fun for me, and it's apparently fun for a lot of other people, and there's always the chance that someone will say, hey, I know who that is," Engstrom told KHTV. "And I want my iPad back."

Engstrom's social media exploits have also generated some leads. By coordinating with fellow Twitter and Facebook users, he has learned that the iPad bandit lives in Phoenix, as well as her Instagram account name.

Of course, all of this could have been avoided if Engstrom hadn't turned off the device’s location function.

This broad is not any one of his friends. So he was hoping that he could communicate to the woman to get it back. After all he left his name and information inscribed in the back of the iPad, just in case if it was lost.

To this day, the device hasn't been returned.

So the only way to get this iPad back, he takes his revenge on the thief by posting all her photos online through his Facebook and Twitter pages.

It's going viral.

So far the public campaign is growing and people are starting to notice. It's just a matter of time and patience.

Ohio Teens Found Guilty In Rape! [NSFW]

Their futures are ruined by this incident. A reminder to all men, young and old: RAPE IS RAPE!

The rust belt city of Steubenville, Ohio is the center of a national story.

A reminder to those reading, we advise that you take discretion in reading this.  A party in the city with teens being drunk on stupidity led to a young girl being raped by two star football players.

The individuals were found guilty in this incident.

This controversy attracted worldwide attention after Anonymous, the hacktivist group unearth the social media of those involved in this sexual assault.

They can't figure out who's more at fault for the rape, the Black man or President Barack Obama!

This incident advocated online activism about corruption. The social media is a tool to help people connect. So far this year, Facebook surpassed over 1.3 billion in registered members. The social network is also a tool for the most controversial things. It's why most people work in education, the media, government, and private sector warns their employees not to engage in matters that may land them in the unemployment line.

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter are the most popular social networks in the country. They've entertained, angered and inspired many. But unfortunately, they can make people do the most stupidest things.

The two involved in this rape, Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond are going to be sentenced soon for their involvement in this. The iron college will not be kind to these two. If they go to the iron college for adults, they'll be bait for the mentally disturbed who love the fresh meat.

Their futures are permanently ruined by this.
The picture that set the world ablaze. Trent Mays and Ma'lik Richmond  were pictured with the victim.

As soon as they get out of the iron college, they'll be registered as sexual offenders.

Their participation in the alleged sexual assault of the young girl shows that their behavior was reckless and they should have left the drunk girl alone. They didn't think!

They'll be thinking about it while sitting in the iron college.

Many are seeking to put these guys in prison for life.

The Associated Press reports that Steubenville High School students Trent Mays and Ma'Lik Richmond were sentenced to at least a year in juvenile jail, capping a case that came to light via a barrage of morning-after text messages, social media posts and online photos and video. Mays was sentenced to an additional year in jail on a charge of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, to be served after his rape sentence is completed.

The two teens broke down in tears after the verdict was read and later apologized to the victim. Both were emotional as they spoke, and Richmond began sobbing so heavily that he bent over and had to be helped back to his seat. Richmond's father, Nathaniel, also asked that the victim's family "forgive Malik and Trent for the pain they put you through."

Mays, 17, and Richmond, 16, were charged with digitally penetrating the West Virginia girl, first in the back seat of a moving car after an alcohol-fueled party on Aug. 11, and then in the basement of a house.

The case roiled the community amid allegations that more students should have been charged — accusations that Ohio's attorney general pledged to look into — and led to questions from a much wider audience online about the influence of the local football team, a source of a pride in a community of 18,000 that suffered massive job losses with the collapse of the steel industry.

Protesters who sought guilty verdicts stood outside the courthouse Sunday morning, their arms linked, some wearing masks. Later, prosecutor Marianne Hemmeter criticized the efforts by the hacker collective Anonymous to publicize the case, saying the extra attention led to a chilling effect on those willing to testify.
Disturbing pictures of the victim circulated on the internet because these idiots took pictures and posted them online.
The trial opened last week as a contest between prosecutors determined to show the girl was so drunk she couldn't have been a willing participant that night, and defense attorneys soliciting testimony from witnesses that would indicate that the girl, though drunk, knew what she was doing.

The teenage girl testified Saturday that she could not recall what happened the night of the attack but remembered waking up naked in a strange house after drinking at a party. The girl said she recalled drinking, leaving the party holding hands with Mays and throwing up later. When she woke up, she said she discovered her phone, earrings, shoes and underwear were missing, she testified.

"It was really scary," she said. "I honestly did not know what to think because I could not remember anything."

The girl said she believed she was assaulted when she later read text messages among friends and saw a photo of herself taken that night, along with a video that made fun of her and the alleged attack. She said she suspected she had been drugged because she couldn't explain being as intoxicated as defense witnesses have said she was.

"They treated her like a toy," said special prosecutor Marianne Hemmeter.

Evidence introduced at the trial included graphic text messages sent by numerous students after the night of the party, including by the accuser, containing provocative descriptions of sex acts and obscene language.

Lawyers noted during the trial how texts have seemed to replace talking on the phone for contemporary teens. A computer forensic expert called by the state documented tens of thousands of texts found on 17 phones seized during the investigation.
Anonymous had a huge role in getting this story out there!
In sentencing the boys, Judge Thomas Lipps urged everyone who had witnessed what happened in the case, including parents, "to have discussions about how you talk to your friends, how you record things on the social media so prevalent today and how you conduct yourself when drinking is put upon you by your friends."

The girl herself recalled being in a car later with Mays and Richmond and asking them what happened.

"They kept telling me I was a hassle and they took care of me," she testified. "I thought I could trust him (Mays) until I saw the pictures and video."

In questioning her account, defense attorneys went after her character and credibility. Two former friends of the girl testified that the accuser she was drinking heavily that night, had a history of doing so and was known to lie.

"The reality is, she drank, she has a reputation for telling lies," said lawyer Walter Madison, representing Richmond.

The accuser said that she does not remember being photographed as she was carried by Mays and Ma'Lik Richmond, an image that stirred up outrage, first locally, then globally, as it spread online. Others testified the photo was a joke and the girl was conscious when it was taken.

After the trial, the accuser's mother rebuked the boys for "lack of any moral code."

"You were your own accuser, through the social media that you chose to publish your criminal conduct on," she said.
Don't blame a victim. Blame the rapist.
The photograph led to allegations that three other boys, two of them members of Steubenville High's celebrated Big Red team, saw something happening that night and didn't try to stop it but instead recorded it themselves.

None of them were charged, fueling months of online accusations of a cover-up to protect the team, which law enforcement authorities have vehemently denied.

Instead, the teens were granted immunity to testify, and their accounts helped incriminate the defendants. They said the girl was so drunk she didn't seem to know what was happening to her and confirmed she was assaulted.

After Mays and Richmond were taken into custody Sunday, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said he planned to convene a grand jury next month to investigate whether anyone else should be charged in the case.

Noting that 16 people refused to talk to investigators, many of them underage, DeWine said possible crimes to be investigated include failure to report a felony and failure to report child abuse.
Ma'lik Richmond breaks down in tears after he and Trent Mays were found guilty in the rape of teen.
"This community desperately needs to have this behind them, but this community also desperately needs to know justice was done and that no stone was left unturned," he said.

Mays and Richmond were determined to be delinquent, the juvenile equivalent of guilty, Lipps ruled in the juvenile court trial without a jury.

The length of their sentence beyond the minimum one year will be determined by juvenile authorities; they can be held until they're 21. Lipps said that "as bad as things have been for all of the children involved in this case, they can all change their lives for the better."

The accuser's mother echoed that, saying the case "does not define who my daughter is. She will persevere, grow and move on."
