Todd Kincannon: I'm Not A Thug! I Was On The Meds When I Pimp Slapped My Wife!

Todd Kincannon put the smack down on his wife. He claims he was doped up on meds when he threatened to kill his wife Ashely. He was the former South Carolina Republican chairman. This clown is notorious for internet trolling and throwing racially charged insults at Blacks.

This guy Todd Kincannon was the former Republican chairman from South Carolina. He was the guy on the social media calling Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown, "thugs". He concluded that George Zimmerman and Darren Wilson did the world a favor by putting slugs in these unarmed men.

Now it seems like Todd has to look into the mirror once a while. He's caught some flack after the junk food media reported on him slapping his wife in a domestic violence dispute.

He was accused by his wife of unlawful restraint. He got into a shouting match with her and physically restrained her.

The Charleston City Paper reports that Kincannon's wife Ashely Suzanne Griffith wants out. She believes that the man is crazy. She told the law they “have a history of unreported domestic violence.” She said she was “extremely fearful” of Kincannon and described him as being “extremely ‘traditional’ and controlling, thus becoming very upset due to embarrassing him,” according to the report. From the report (Note: Kincannon’s full name is listed as James John Todd Kincannon; the report refers to him as James):

“Ashely continued to tell me after leaving the work function, James began screaming at Ashely while they drove in their car. Ashely told James to let her out of their car to which he refused. Ashely proceeded to roll down the window and scream for James to let her out, hoping a bystander would call 9-1-1.”

She went on to tell the deputy that, while Kincannon was driving the car in a Chick-fil-A parking lot at about 5 mph, she attempted to get out of the vehicle, but “James grabbed Ashely’s arm, squeezing it tightly, thus preventing her from exiting the vehicle,” according to the report. She told the deputy that she hit Kincannon’s arm several times in an attempt to escape, but Kincannon accelerated and she was unable to get out.

Ashley continued to tell me she called her mother for help and attempted to call 9-1-1 with an open line in order for the dispatcher to hear James. While driving, James saw a police vehicle and ‘freaked out.’ James threatened he would drive the car into a concrete barrier if the cops became involved. In addition, James also threatened to kill himself if Ashely left. Ashely continued to tell me James has made several threats in the past to kill himself, her, and her family. Furthermore, Ashely said she has past incidents of domestic violence and threats of homicide/suicide recorded. I saw no visible injuries to Ashely, she provided me with a written statement, and was issued a victim’s pamphlet. It should be noted Ashely was trembling as she wrote her statement.

The deputy then returned to Kincannon, who reportedly denied grabbing his wife’s arm and threatening to kill himself. He “did say Ashely informed him she wanted out of the car at which time he pulled into a ‘Chik-fil-A’ parking lot,” according to the report, but “Upon entering the parking lot, Ashely changed her mind and said she did not want to get out.”

The officer wrote that because of “Ashely’s statements of James killing himself,” the officer called in an EMS unit, who transported Kincannon to Lexington Medical Center for “further evaluation.”

Wondering if Ashely could have been armed?

Could she just "stand her ground"?

Kincannon had to put the brakes on his social networking. He's been laying low.

Todd was on the Benzonatate when he tweeted these nuggets.

Kincannon claims his violent tempers stems from drug use. He attached a photo of a prescription bottle of Benzonatate with his name on the label. He later added that the reaction was “most likely my fault for chewing the capsule and accidentally overdosing.” He adds: “You’d think a guy with my IQ would know better, but I have to admit I didn't pay any attention to the instructions when I took the stuff. I just wanted to stop coughing my head off and took the prescription without reading the label. Lesson learned, and as Admiral James T. Kirk would say, ‘double dumbass’ on me. (That’s a Star Trek IV reference in case you’re curious.)”

WebMD lists confusion and hallucination as possible side effects of benzonatate.

The City Paper asked Kincannon to comment on the allegations of death and suicide threats and domestic abuse, and he wrote:

My wife says she only discussed stuff that happened since I'd been on the Benzonatate, which hadn't been very long. Once we got to the hospital and it got out of my system, I went back to normal and am totally fine now.

When asked how long he had been taking Benzonatate, Kincannon said he had the prescription filled on March 5 and started taking the capsules daily. "I recall taking them but don't recall chewing any until yesterday," he said on Friday.

What if the law was seeing him threatening his wife and he decides to pull out his firearm or a knife?

Could Kincannon use the Benzonatate as an excuse as well?

Is The Junk Food Media Gonna Call Distraught University of Kentucky Fans A Bunch Of Animals?

I missed the Final Four playoffs. I missed the NCAA-1 men's basketball game between the University of Kentucky Wildcats and the University of Wisconsin Badgers.

Two Big Ten teams remained while one SEC and one ACC continued to shine.

Duke easily beat the Cinderella. Big Ten's Michigan State Spartans was quickly defeated in the first game.

Duke's Blue Devils have secured the final chair. Now everyone was expecting that UK was going to cruise through Wisconsin. This bitter rivalry came from the previous encounter. The SEC UK Wildcats ran a train on the Big Ten Wisconsin Badgers.

The game was highly anticipated. After a tough fought game, Wisconsin put the brakes on UK's flawless season. The game 71 - 64 was a huge upset. The #1 seated UK was defeated by #3 Wisconsin.

As you know, the junk food media loves to make the news. Lexington, Kentucky is were the UK resides. Wondering how the fans reacted to the devastating loss?

Wondering, had it been a grand jury decision in which a police officer walked free after killing an unarmed teen, would the junk food media call these fans a bunch of rioters and looters?

See in the junk food media, you hear about how Blacks are labeled looters and rioters.

But when you hear a bunch of drunk college students react to a sports team's win or loss, you hear this as unrest or college students reacting to a loss.

These college students rioting could total in the millions. Lexington will have to fit the bill to the state.

Just young kids having fun, right?

The Law Gonna Neuter DMX!

This dog has seen better days. DMX is being investigated in a robbery.

Neutering the Grand Champ. Earl Simmons, Jr. known by the music as DMX is in some hot water.

According to the junk food media, a man alleged that DMX and his crew barked and bit the victim at a gas station in New Jersey. Now the law is considering putting the dog in a cage.

Newark police are investigating a 21-year old's claim that he got jacked at a local Exxon gas station over the weekend. The victim claims that the rapper and him struck a conversation.

In a few minutes, DMX's bodyguards showed a gun and told the victim to empty his pockets and give up his phone. As the victim hands his stuff, DMX's crew head out. The victim decides to follow the SUV and grab the license plate.

The victim says that he got lifted of $3200 and his phone.

DMX and his reps are not commenting on this claim. If there's charges, the dog could be facing grand theft and assault. Those charges could put the dog in the cage for 20 years.

DMX, 44-years old came into the music scene in the late 1990s and was best known for the songs "Ruff Ryders Anthem", "What These Girls Want", "Party Up (In Here)", and "Where The Hood At".

The grimy and yet philosophical rapper has become washed up.

All bark but no bite. DMX spent time in Maricopa lock up when he was busted numerous times for driving under the influence. The controversial sheriff Joe Arpaio made him a "star" during his stay.

His run ins with the law from drug charges, animal cruelty, child support, driving the vehicles without a license, and disorderly conduct.

DMX's fall from grace was the day he was busted in Arizona for doing 135 in a 75 mph zone. The law had found him with narco (cocaine, marijuana and alcohol) and an unregistered in the glove compartment. The controversial sheriff of Maricopa County Joe Arpaio decided to make DMX a queen in the county lockup. He made him wear a pink jumpsuit and pink underwear.

Back in the hey days when I was a little hip-hop head, I was a big fan of the Ruff Ryders. The rap clique included DMX, Eve, The Lox (Jadakiss, Sheek Louch, and Styles P), Drag-On and in house producer Swizz Beatz.

They were the crew back then. I had one opportunity to see DMX at a concert. Back in 1999, Jay-Z launched his Hard Knock Life Tour which followed his Vol. 2 Hard Knock Life album. The tour made a stop in Dayton, Ohio at the Wright State University's Nutter Center.

That was my first hip-hop concert. It was promoted by Roc-A-Fella Records and Def Jam. It included Method Man, Redman, Memphis Bleek, Amil and Ja Rule. The headliners were Jay-Z and DMX.

The Ruff Ryders were top billing along with Cash Money Records. They did a joint concert tour in which Juvie (Juvenile), Lil' Wayne, B.G., Turk and The Big Tymers were the opening act and DMX, Eve and Jadakiss were the headliners.

In 2000, I went to the concert. The concert started really late. Cash Money performed their songs and this terrible comedian was the intermission. The comedian was supposed to be the warm up act, but it flopped. So as me and many concert goers were sitting patiently. It was getting late and about almost 12am, the concert promoter came out saying that the Ruff Ryders weren't coming out.

People were pissed. I spent $80 to see a concert. DMX, Eve and Jadakiss skipped the act. I said that I'll never buy an album from these guys ever again!

Now you see where are they now?

The Ruff Ryders are washed up. No one is banging their music. Maybe that DMX's "Party Up (In Here)" song still gets rotation, but are you really bumping him?

They were supposed to come to Dayton to perform at the Nutter Center. That didn't happen.

They skipped the concert and many fans skipped their albums.

Now DMX, Eve, The Lox and Swizz Beatz are pretty much trying the independent circuit. Their buzz is faded and now the only thing that keeps them in the news is the fact they're doing either reality television or causing some infraction that lands them in the courts.

University of South Carolina Lays The Hammer On Student Who Wrote __________ On The Board!

Somehow the student who wrote the NIGGER on the white board didn't think the University of South Carolina would find out about it. After all it's nothing but a little bit of college humor.

I guess it's not funny when she and the person who took it got served a suspension.

The idiot got served. It's unfortunate that we live in a country where the junk food media rotates constant agitation. The moment the person hit that send button, she got her face published on the internet.

A foolish mistake.

Peace Deal!

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Iran's foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in Switzerland. The U,S, and global powers are working out a deal with Iran to ease sanctions. Conservatives are pissed over this.

The six world powers may have a miracle in the wings. Let's not go crazy, though. The United States and five global countries have worked out a deal to keep the Islamic Republic of Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

I am expected that the junk food media agitators, the Republican Party, some spineless Democrats and Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu will try their best to undermine this.

The war hawk Israeli leader is a thorn in the peace process. Many world leaders hate Netanyahu. Over here in the United States, many lawmakers and media agitators unzip their pants and let him plow in their asses.

The path to peace relies on negotiations. Iran is willing to settle their feud with the United States.

A bold move for the president, Many here were skeptical of this dela.

President Barack Obama spoke Thursday at the Rose Garden telling the junk food media about the legacies of past presidents and the deal that was proposed.

Under this deal, Iran will scrap the nuclear program and keep the low grade for safe use. The world powers will eventually lift economic sanctions and travel bans in exchange. Iran will allow UN inspectors check their facilities and will be offered alternatives to energy consumption.

I believe its a great idea. Some don't. That's why the president will spent time trying to convince the American people the deal.

As always I focus on that guy. Yeah, I hate mentioning him. But today I will.

Sean Hannity is by far the country's most annoying conservative agitator. He is one of the reasons why Barack Obama won his election, twice. This guy is a certified name dropping, name calling, fear mongering, ass kissing Republican who makes a living off of bitching about everything that he believes is wrong in America.

He has a right to be who he is. But seriously, the act is getting old and people are tuning him out.

He's so bad at what does, he doesn't realize that the cannon is ready to be fired. The chief, Roger Ailes sees that his show is pathetic. That's why he bumped him to the 10pm slot. The show is nothing but a waste of space in a timeslot normally reserved for second stringers.

I mean Rush Limbaugh is an old fart. His legacy will be marred by controversy. He's proud of that. He will die a happy man knowing he's pissed off people. Unlike Hannity, Limbaugh is tolerated.

The most annoying conservative agitator embraces the Israeli prime minster. The chickenshit Benjamin Netanyahu and Republicans do not like the deal proposed by President Barack Obama and the five world powers.

Hannity is not. Hannity is the worst. He can't even get it through his head that most of the things being done would have been done by George W. Bush. Don't you think Bush would be eager to talk to Iran? I mean obviously, most presidents would like to establish dialogue with countries (even if they're not supportive of the U.S.).

What's worse, the most annoying conservative agitator went into a tirade with White extremist Pat Buchanan a few days ago.

Usually these two often agree on issues. But today, Buchanan had to stray away from the usual talking points.

Hannity and most of the conservative agitators believe a deal with Iran is like Neville Chamberlain giving Adolf Hitler his way.

That's probably the worst analogy ever to exist. We live in the United States  and they have the right to criticize. No one is denying them the right to push out idiotic opinions,

Spring Backwards!

Since Republicans took full control of Congress, we've seen the beginning of a weaken economy. The president will continue to issue executive orders to get the ball rolling.

Well, we're in the first two months of a full Republican controlled Congress. Since they've taken control of Congress, we've expected that the job market was to start stalling. I am proven right.

The month of March netted less than 126,000 jobs giving this Spring quarter weak growth. That means the unemployment number will stall at 5.5%

Numerous factors come forth. Weather. 

We've experience a rough Winter in the month of March. Many of the factors according to the AP include a weakened U.S. economy. 

The Labor Department says the unemployment rate remained at 5.5 percent. Economic growth has been hammered this year by winter weather, factory slowdowns and lackluster construction activity. The manufacturing, construction and government sectors each shed workers, while hiring at restaurants plunged from February.

Job gains in February and January were revised down by 69,000.

Wage growth remains modest. Average hourly wages rose 7 cents to $24.86 an hour in March.

Past job growth along with cheaper gasoline has yet to significantly boost consumer spending. A continued deceleration in hiring could delay the Federal Reserve from raising interest rates mid-year.

This ends the longest streak of over 200,000 jobs.

See Republicans haven't passed legislation that offers incentives to businesses, a jobs bill,  a student loans bill and unemployment benefits. Things that the spineless Democrats were going to pass until they got fired out of the cannon.

Big Snoop Dogg once again pisses off the racist right. Back in March he appeared at the SXSW in Austin. He posted his daily routine on Instagram. The social media and the junk food media is pissed that the rap veteran posed with a Texas state trooper.

According to the Texas Department of  Public Safety,Trooper Billy Spears got reprimanded by superiors for allowing rapper Snoop Dogg to take a picture with him.

The Dallas Morning News reports Clevenger said the Gilmer-based trooper was called to Austin two weeks ago to help work during the music festival. Spears was in uniform with the distinctive Stetson in a secured area when the rap star and actor stopped and asked if he could get a quick photo with the trooper.

Clevenger said Snoop Dogg’s publicist took the picture.

Snoop Dogg posted the picture on Instagram, along with the line, “Me n my deputy dogg”

DPS officials saw the posting and cited Spears for deficiencies that require counseling for posing with a known criminal.

Calvin Broadus, aka Snoop Dogg, has been convicted several times of drug possession. In 1993, he faced a murder charge when his bodyguard shot and killed a rival gang member. Snoop Dogg and the bodyguard eventually were acquitted of the charge.


Clevenger said that Spears, had no knowledge of drug convictions.

“Troopers get called down to work these events all the time and sometimes people want a picture with them,” Clevenger said.

Because the action taken against Spears called for “counseling” and was not a formal disciplinary action, the trooper has no means of appeal.

The counseling reprimand read: “While working a secondary employment job, Trooper Spears took a photo with a public figure who has a well-known criminal background including numerous drug charges. The public figure posted the photo on social media and it reflects poorly on the Agency.”
