Dime And Deport!

Rapper and singer Tory Lanez will face 10 years in.

Celebrating Hip-Hop turning 50.

On Friday, August 11, Brooklyn will celebrate a movement.

Life is good.

Except for Daystar Peterson. He will spend at least 10 years in a California iron college.

His domestic violence towards his former led his temper to hell.

Once out, he will have to beg the U.S. government to stay in the country. Cause he will be deported back to Canada. He will be banned from entry. He will not be able to see his children (who were born in the U.S.) indefinitely. They will have to visit him in Canada.

He would have to seek a lawmaker willing to pressure the next president to issue a pardon. He is definitely not getting a pardon from California governor Gavin Newsom.

He will likely lose his properties to pay for the legal and medical bills. Megan Thee Stallion did not want to be a victim and proved to the world that the "code of the streets" is bullshit. It was life or death.

Tory Lanez.

A jury convicted Lanez, 31, who pleaded not guilty, of three felony charges in December: assault with a semi-automatic firearm, carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.

Wearing an orange jumpsuit, Lanez addressed the court before the judge handed down his sentence. He apologized for his actions and said he took full responsibility for the 2020 shooting.

“If I could change it, I would, but I can’t,” he said. “Everything I did that night, I take full responsibility,” he added. “I truly am just trying to be a better person.”

Lanez looked surprised but remained quiet after the sentence was announced. The mother of his son burst into tears as she was led out of the courtroom.

Matthew Barhoma, a member of Lanez’s legal team, said appeals for both the sentence and the conviction are planned. The team will also file for bail when it appeals the sentence.

In handing down his sentence, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Herriford said it was “difficult to reconcile” the doting father and committed philanthropist many described with the person who fired a gun five times at Megan.

“Sometimes good people do bad things,” Herriford said. “Actions have consequences, and there are no winners in this case.”

Everyone was calling her a liar. She was telling the truth. Megan Thee Stallion did not want to be a victim of domestic violence.

Deputy District Attorney Alex Bott said Lanez called Megan a liar, intimidated her and harassed her.

“Not only did the defendant do the heinous act of shooting her; he then subjected her to 2 ½ years of hell,” Bott said after the sentencing.

Lanez also faced possible deportation back to Canada.

“We’re nowhere near that yet,” Jose Baez, one of his attorneys, said about whether Lanez will face deportation.

In seeking a shorter sentence, his lawyers argued for probation and said he should be released from jail to a residential substance abuse program. They claimed Lanez has alcohol abuse disorder, anxiety and post-traumatic stress from the unexpected death of his mother when he was 11 years old.

He now claims he was a PTSD victim. Yeah, tell that to August Alsina. He may face criminal charges for the assault in Chicago. He was unapologetic for that too. He only apologizes knowing he could lose every privilege he had living in the United States without obtaining citizenship.

Prosecutors said they were “skeptical” of the claims, which were not presented throughout the trail.

“This case has nothing to do with mental illness,” said Bott, the prosecutor. “He shot Megan because she bruised his ego.”

Lawyers for the defense countered that there is a clear thread between Lanez’s trauma and heavy alcohol use and his violent actions in 2020.

“Someone has to be severely off to shoot someone because of a bruised ego,” Baez said.

Herriford, the judge, said he was “disinclined” to allow those factors to influence his decision.

Lawyers for Lanez played a lengthy video showing his charity work and family life, which Bott said looked more like an award for “man of the year” than “a misogynist and coward” convicted of shooting an innocent woman.

“Tory Lanez is not the victim in this story,” Bott told the court.

Lanez, who dedicated an entire album to rebutting her version of events, did not testify at trial. His lawyers said Megan’s testimony that Lanez asked her not to go to police because he was on parole was false and argued that DNA evidence prosecutors used to identify him as the likely shooter fell short of industry standards.

His legal team also called the trial a "case about jealousy," telling the jurors that Megan and her former friend Kelsey Nicole Harris, who was also in the car at the time of the incident, had gotten into an argument about Lanez and other men.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón said Megan’s celebrity has put a spotlight on the issue of violence against women.

“There are many people in our community that endure acts of violence every day from people close to them and feel reluctant to come forward when this happens,” Gascón said. “I hope that Ms. Pete’s bravery gives hope to those that feels helpless.”

The Maui Wildfires Take Lives!

Deadly fires in Hawai'i.

President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Josh Green, Sen. Maize Hirono (D-HI), Sen. Brian Schatz (D-HI), Rep. Ed Case (D-HI) and Rep. Jill Tokuda (D-HI) were notified of the latest tragedy on Maui, one of the densely populated islands of the Hawai'ian chain.

There are major wildfires in Hawai'i.

Climate change is real.

Thirty-six people have died in the Maui County wildfires, officials said Thursday, as blazes continue to rage on the Hawai'ian island.

In comparison to California’s history of destructive and deadly blazes, it would rank as #2 on their list of Top 20 deadliest fires.

The 2018 Camp Fire killed 85, the 1993 Griffith Park blaze killed 29, and the Tunnel Fire of 1991 left 25 dead, according to Cal Fire records.

The fires on Maui also outpace the death toll of recent wildfires including the 2017 Tubbs Fire in Northern California that killed 22, the 2020 North Complex Fire that killed 16 and the LNU Complex Fire, also in 2020, that left six dead.

Lil Tay Passed Away!

Lil Tay passed away says her family. Unconfirmed rumors denying it.

Hip-Hop turns 50 on Friday.

Lil Tay has passed away. A controversial 14-year old rapper and social media agitator has passed away says her family. There is no confirmation of cause of death but given the age and apparent legal problems her family faced it could be suicide.

Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (Lifeline) at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or 988, or text the Crisis Text Line (text HELLO to 741741). Both services are free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The deaf and hard of hearing can contact the Lifeline via TTY at 1-800-799-4889. All calls are confidential. Contact social media outlets directly if you are concerned about a friend's social media updates or dial 911 in an emergency. Learn more on the Lifeline's website or the Crisis Text Line's website.

Lil Tay rose to fame in 2018, with a series of viral videos where she played a character of a young rich girl, often seen flexing money and expensive vehicles.

After her sharp rise to online popularity, Lil Tay stopped posting online and became a more private person.

On Wednesday, August 9, Lil Tay's family posted on her Instagram account, announcing she had passed away 'suddenly.”

“It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastating news of our beloved Claire's sudden and tragic passing. We have no words to express the unbearable loss and indescribable pain.”

The statement also confirms that her brother also died, although the circumstances are unclear, and an investigation is underway.

“This outcome was entirely unexpected, and has left us all in shock. Her brother’s passing adds an even more unimaginable depth to our grief. During this time of immense sorrow, we kindly ask for privacy as we grieve this overwhelming loss, as the circumstances of Claire and her brother’s passing are still under investigation.”

“Claire will forever remain in our hearts, her absence leaving an irreplaceable void that will be felt by all who knew and loved her,” the family concludes.

Lil Tay went viral across social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter and YouTube in 2018. Her videos often included displays of extreme wealth, such as stacks of cash, expensive jewelry and luxury vehicles.

While calling herself the “youngest flexer of the century”, there were concerns at the time about her age and if she was allowed to be on the platforms, with 13 years old the minimum age on most.

Folks Like You!

Ne-Yo doubles down on transphobia.

Ne-Yo faces backlash for transphobic remarks he made on VladTV, which were picked up by Fox. On top of that, many are roasting him for being an adulterer and allegedly being in the closet.

During a conversation on VladTV with Gloria Velez, the rapper and father of seven opined on people who allow their minor children to receive puberty blockers and hormone treatments, arguing that they have forgotten their role as a parent.

"Parents have almost forgotten what the role of a parent is," said Ne-Yo, whose real name is Shaffer Chimere Smith. "It’s like, OK, if your little boy comes to you and says, ‘Daddy, I want to be a girl.’ And you just let him rock with that? You just let – he’s 5."

Ne-Yo said he finds it puzzling that a young child "can’t drive a car yet, but he can decide his sex."

The Grammy award-winning artist said that while he has "no issue" with the LGBTQ+ community, he was raised in an era when "a man was a man and a woman was a woman."

"If you let this 5-year-old boy decide to eat candy all day, he’s going to do that," he continued. "Like when did it become a good idea to let a 5-year-old, let a 6-year-old, let a 12-year-old make a life-changing decision for themselves? When did that happen? Like, I don’t understand that. I don’t get that."

Folks in the day thought he was gay.

Ne-Yo added, "I have no issue with the [LGBTQ+], I have no problem with none of you all, with nobody," he said. "Love who you love, do what you do. I just personally come from an era where a man was a man and a woman was a woman. And it wasn’t but two genders, and that’s just how I rocked it. Now you could identify as [a] goldfish if you feel like it, that isn't my business. It becomes my business when you try to make me play the game with you. I’m not going to call you a goldfish, but you want to be a goldfish, you go be a goldfish."

"It’s just, we live in a weird time man."

Again, we are dealing in a society where people need to show a little more empathy.

We lost over 1.47 million Americans to the coronavirus. Gun violence has killed 155 people a day. Mass shootings are happening everyday. Bipartisanship is a dirty word.

Washed Up 45 is still a plague and his presence is still mentioned on television, radio and the internet. He is running for president and it seems like he is pulling in the Black male vote.

Ne-Yo and his wife Crystal are divorced. He has a problem with loyalty.

Rappers like Ice Cube, Ye, Kodak Black, Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, Lil Pump and Ne-Yo have pushed this notion that Washed Up 45 benefited Black America by pushing separatism.

The Black LGBTIA face the most dangers. They can't live their lives in peace without threats of violence.

When Boosie Badazz threatened Lil Nas X after his performance at the BET Awards showed him kissing a male dancer, some defended Boosie and even thought it was inappropriate.

When Benzino was showing interest in a transwoman, he flatly denied it. He (and 50 Cent) dead named Shauna Brooks, denied they had a known each other and threatened her and Lil Nas X. Black LGBT pulled Benzino's card by sharing an image of him using a vibrator on himself. They played a video of him getting trespassed out of a one bed hotel with a man. Shauna played a video of Benzino begging her not to expose their relationship.

Black transwomen face threats of violence the most.

Ne-Yo responded on social media before he pulled it.

"1st and foremost, I CONDEMN NO ONE, the rapper wrote. "Who am I to condemn anybody? Your life, your kids, your choice. I was asked a question and I answered it. My opinion is mine. I’m not asking anybody to agree with me nor am I telling you what you can and cannot do with your children. I stated my opinion on a matter and that’s that."

"Why should I care if my opinion upsets you when you don’t care if yours upsets anyone? Opinions aren’t special. We all have one. People voice them regularly whether they’re asked or not. I was actually asked mine. Agreeing to disagree is not a declaration of war. Y’all do whatever the hell y’all want to. But my feelings on the matter are mine. Same way yours are yours. Meanwhile, I love everybody," he continued. "Don’t agree with some of y’all’s ideals….but love you no less."

Ne-Yo said he does care if he is canceled because of his stances.

“I need y’all to hear this from the horse’s mouth, not the publicist’s computer,” Ne-Yo said in a video, implying someone else with access to his account posted the previous apology. “I do not apologize for having an opinion on this matter.”

He clarified his statement, saying that he had no intention of disrespecting or offending anyone with his words.

“If my opinion offended somebody, yeah, sure, I apologize for you being offended because that wasn’t my intention. My intention is never to offend anybody. However, I’m entitled to feel how I feel. I have no beef with the LBGTQIA+ [sic] community whatsoever,” Ne-Yo said. “I will never be ok with allowing a child to make a decision that detrimental to their life.”

It's his life and his opinion. But he should show more empathy instead of chastising.

Ohio Issue 1 Goes Down Hard!

Republicans tried to undermine democracy.

The Associated Press called the results of the ballot initiative to change Ohio's state constitution as a resounding no vote. Ohio voters rejected a Republican plot to change the state's majority rule to 60% after century of being 50% + 1.

Republicans along with candidates like Vivek Ramaswamy, Ron DeSantis, Nicki Haley, Tim Scott, Mike Pence and Washed Up 45 backed this.

It was an attempt to make threshold for a constitutional amendment to make abortion legal at 60%.

Ohio Secretary of State and possible Republican candidate for the Senate, Frank LaRose let the cat out the bag. The state wasted $22 million for a special election hoping that voters would ignore the ballot measure.

Hell, Republicans forced Ohioans to produce an ID to vote. It was an attempt to keep minorities and poor people from voting.

Even worse, Ohio elected a simpleton like J.D. Vance to be the U.S. Senator. That idiot Tim Ryan didn't want President Joe Biden or Vice President Kamala Harris to be in Ohio.

Looks like you can't fix stupid.

Democrats are celebrating the results.

The defeat of Issue 1 keeps in place a simple majority threshold for passing future constitutional amendments, rather than the 60% supermajority that was proposed. Its supporters said the higher bar would protect the state’s foundational document from outside interest groups.

Voter opposition to the proposal was widespread, even spreading into traditionally Republican territory. In fact, in early returns, support for the measure fell far short of Washed Up 45’s performance during the 2020 election in nearly every county.

Dennis Willard, a spokesperson for the opposition campaign One Person One Vote, called Issue 1 a “deceptive power grab” that was intended to diminish the influence of the state’s voters.

“Tonight is a major victory for democracy in Ohio,” Willard told a jubilant crowd at the opposition campaign’s watch party. “The majority still rules in Ohio.”

Biden hailed Tuesday’s result, releasing a statement saying: “This measure was a blatant attempt to weaken voters’ voices and further erode the freedom of women to make their own health care decisions. Ohioans spoke loud and clear, and tonight democracy won.”

A major national group that opposes abortion rights, Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, called the result “a sad day for Ohio” while criticizing the outside money that helped the opposition — even though both sides relied on national groups and individuals in their campaigns.

Republican lawmakers who had pushed the measure — and put it before voters during the height of summer vacation season — explained away the defeat as a result of too little time to adequately explain its virtues to voters. A main backer, Republican Senate President Matt Huffman, predicted lawmakers would try again, though probably not as soon as next year.

Frank LaRose along with Ohio governor Mike DeWine (right) and Lt. Governor Jon Husted (left).

“Obviously, there are a lot of folks that did not want this to happen — not just because of the November issues, but for all of the other ones that are coming,” he said, expressing disappointment that Republicans didn’t stick together. In a statement, Republican House Speaker Jason Stephens advised supporters to move past Tuesday’s results to focus on trying to defeat the abortion rights measure: “The people of Ohio have spoken.”

While abortion was not directly on the special election ballot, the result marks the latest setback for Republicans in a conservative-leaning state who favor imposing tough restrictions on the procedure. Ohio Republicans placed the question on the summer ballot in hopes of undercutting the citizen initiative that voters will decide in November that seeks to enshrine abortion rights in the state.

Other states where voters have considered abortion rights since last year’s Supreme Court ruling have protected them, including in red states such as Kansas and Kentucky.

Dr. Marcela Azevedo, one of the leaders of a coalition advancing the fall abortion question, said Tuesday that Issue 1’s defeat should allow the measure to pass in November.

Interest in Tuesday’s special election was intense, even after Republicans ignored their own law that took effect earlier this year to place the question before voters in August. Voters cast nearly 700,000 early in-person and mail ballots ahead of Tuesday’s final day of voting, more than double the number of advance votes in a typical primary election. Early turnout was especially heavy in the Democratic-leaning counties surrounding Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati.

One Person One Vote represented a broad, bipartisan coalition of voting rights, labor, faith and community groups. The group also had as allies four living ex-governors of the state and five former state attorneys general of both parties, who called the proposed change bad public policy.

In place since 1912, the simple majority standard is a much more surmountable hurdle for Ohioans for Reproductive Rights, the group advancing November’s abortion rights amendment. It would establish “a fundamental right to reproductive freedom” with “reasonable limits.”

Voters in several states have approved ballot questions protecting access to abortion since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, but typically have done so with less than 60% of the vote. AP VoteCast polling last year found that 59% of Ohio voters say abortion should generally be legal.

President Joe Biden with Ohio's U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, Cleveland mayor Justin Bibb, U.S. House members Marcy Kaptur and Shontel Brown.

Eric Chon, a Columbus resident who voted against the measure, said there was a clear anti-abortion agenda to the election. Noting that the GOP voted just last year to get rid of August elections entirely due to low turnout for hyperlocal issues, Chon said, “Every time something doesn’t go their way, they change the rules.”

The election result came in the very type of August special election that Republican Secretary of State Frank LaRose, a candidate for U.S. Senate, had previously testified against as undemocratic because of historically low turnout. Republican lawmakers just last year had voted to mostly eliminate such elections, a law they ignored for this year’s election.

Al Daum, of Hilliard, just west of Columbus, said he didn’t feel the rules were being changed to undermine the power of his vote and said he was in favor of the special election measure. Along with increasing the threshold to 60%, it would mandate that any signatures for a constitutional amendment be gathered from all of Ohio’s 88 counties, not just 44.

It’s a change that Daum said would give more Ohio residents a chance to make their voices heard.

Voters’ rejection of the proposal marked a rare rebuke for Ohio Republicans, who have held power across every branch of state government for 12 years. GOP lawmakers had cited possible future amendments related to gun control, minimum wage increases and more as reasons a higher threshold should be required.

Protect Ohio Women, the campaign working to defeat the fall abortion rights amendment, vowed to continue fighting into the fall.

“Our pro-life, pro-parent coalition is more motivated than ever,” the group said in a statement.

Queen Bey Honors Man Killed In A Hate Crime!

O'Shae Sibley honored.

O'Shae Sibley is being honored by the Queen.

Beyonce pays tribute to the slain New York man who was stabbed by a 17 year old terrorist because he was gay. He was dancing with his friends while listening to Beyonce.

On July 29, in the late evening, O'Shae and his friends went to a Mobil Gas Station in the Midwood neighborhood of Brooklyn. He came from a beach party in the Jersey Shore.

O'Shae and his friends were playing Renaissance by Beyoncé and vogueing, when a group of individuals exited the convenience store and approached them, telling them to stop dancing while hurling homophobic slurs against them, accusing them of being offensive to their religion. A witness quoted a member of the group as saying "we're Muslim, I don't want you dancing". O'Shae confronted the group, attempting to deescalate the situation, with an argument ensuing and ultimately resulting in a youth stabbing him.

O'Shae sustained a stab wound to the torso and, after receiving first aid by his friends, was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead. Otis Pena, a friend of O'Shae who was with him at the time of his killing, said "they murdered him because he was gay, because he stood up for his friends," in a video posted to Facebook. A GoFundMe was created by O'Shae's father to fund his funeral.

They were dressed in booty shorts and it riled up the terrorist. The terrorist claimed it was offensive to him. The terrorist, a 17-year-old high school student who was seen fighting O'Shae on surveillance footage prior to his stabbing, turned himself in to the police with his attorney on August 4, 2023. The suspect has a criminal history, which is not public due to his status as a minor.

Beyonce is a true to heart person. She honored a murder victim who was a fan of her music.

It was originally reported that during the altercation, the suspect claimed he identified as Muslim and said that he took offense to O'Shae's dancing and outfit. Later, the suspect's lawyer informed media that his client is a Christian. He was charged with second-degree murder, second-degree murder as a hate crime, as well as criminal possession of a weapon, and was held without bail.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Beyoncé paid tribute to a gay man stabbed to death while voguing to her music at a New York City gas station over the weekend -- a crime that highlights the continuous violence that the LGBTQ community faces.

“REST IN POWER O’SHAE SIBLEY,” the singer's website read.

“O’Shae was a cherished and devoted participant in our Ailey Extension program of dance classes. He had incredible energy in the studio and instructors and fellow students held him in high esteem.”

I will say the fans of Beyonce and Taylor Swift are ruthless. You could catch a beat down of you talk shit about these iconic pop stars.

I'm Tired Of Republican Rappers!

Travis $cott made the Looney Coons list by inviting Ye. They both have ties to the Kardashian-Jenner clan and probably were influenced by the far right noise of Caitlyn Jenner.

Travis Scott (Jacques Webster II) has two children with Kylie Jenner, the half sister of Kim Kardashian. Their mother is Kris Jenner.

Ye (Kanye West) has four children with Kim Kardashian.

Kylie's father is transgender celebrity former athlete Caitlyn Jenner (formerly Bruce).

Caitlyn is a staunch supporter of Washed Up 45 and an anti-trans activist despite transitioning shortly after her infamous Pacific Coast Highway accident in which two people died.

Jenner's influence made Ye and Travis Scott conspiracy theorists and unapologetic assholes.

The Black male vote is starting trend towards Republicans. You can thank rappers like Ice Cube, Travis Scott, Kodak Black, Lil Wayne and Ye. These washed up celebrities are popping up again this election season to undermine the strength of the Black vote.

The former president managed to pull 20% of the Black male vote.

Washed Up 45 is a clear frontrunner in this Republican race for the nomination despite his indictments in federal and state courts.

His failures during his one term are being whitewashed and folks are starting to believe the bullshit about him being harassed not persecuted by the Department of Justice.

Washed Up 45 is claiming that President Joe Biden, the junk food media and Democrats are trying to stop him from winning. The federal government is holding him accountable for his actions on Jan. 6 and the deliberate holding of classified documents.

They should have criminally charged him for the handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

Okay, Travis Scott is no longer held under criminal investigation for his role in the Astroworld concert tragedy. His concert led to the deaths of ten and dozens of people injured.

Family reunion.

Franco Patino, 21; John Hilgert, 14; Brianna Rodriguez, 16; Rudy Peña, 23; Danish Baig, 27; Jacob E. Jurinek, 20; Alex Acosta, 21; Madison Dubiski, 23; Bharti Shahani, 22 and Ezra Blount, 9 were killed. Their families are suing the event planners and Scott. It will be difficult to sue Scott because unruly behavior isn't his fault. The event planners on the other hand should have been aware of the crowd size.

Travis Scott went into hiding after the tragedy. He and his girlfriend Kylie Jenner continued on with their life.

Along the way, he recorded his latest album Utopia. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard.

So he is back to touring again and doing large concerts without a fucking care about the consequences. And guess who he brought back from the gutter?

Ye.

"There is no Utopia without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West. There is no Rome without Kanye West. Make some noise for Ye," Scott told the crowd before Ye took the stage, according to Pitchfork. The duo performed their collaboration, "Praise God," off Ye’s Donda album.

Ye was dropped from a whole lot of companies. Last year he made a lot of anti-semitic comments and conspiracy theories about Black America. It was insufferable.

It damaged his brand. It affected Kim Kardashian.

His actions were defended by Elon Musk who banned his X (Twitter) profile last year. The controversial billionaire reestablished his profile.

Washed Up 45, Nick Fuentes, Milo Yiannopoulos, Tucker Carlson and Ice Cube defended his actions. Washed Up 45 had a dinner with Ye and Fuentes.

Travis Scott appears to be defending him as well. At this concert in Italy, he labeled Ye the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all time).

Ye is running for president in an attempt to siphon Black votes. Ye is secretly bankrolling leftist Cornel West in his bid for the Green Party. Ye hasn't bankrolled Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s flailing campaign.

Hip-Hop turns 50 on Friday. It started in an apartment in New York City and became a global marketing and cultural influence in the world.

DJ Capser Passed Away!

DJ Casper (aka Mister C) passed away from cancer.

On Friday, Hip-Hop turns 50.

Also my son's birthday.

Best day ever.

DJ Casper (akso Mister C The Slide Man), the one hot wonder who made the party anthem "Cha Cha Slide" has passed away from terminal cancer. He was 58.

The song best for  a graduation, wedding, birthday party, bar mitzvah, club scene or doing a TikTok video, you know the "Cha Cha Slide".

Born Willie Perry, Jr., DJ Capser's first hit record, "Casper Slide Pt. 1" – also known as "Cha Cha Slide" – was created by Perry for his nephew, who worked as a personal trainer at a Bally Total Fitness in 1998. After the song grew in popularity as an aerobic exercise at fitness clubs and PE in schools, Casper created a second song in 2000, titled "Casper Slide Pt. 2", which was picked up by Elroy Smith at Chicago's radio station, WGCI-FM.

The song became a hit in Chicago in 2004, when the city's M.O.B. Records record label became involved as well, helping Perry create a whole compilation album with other Chicago-based artists to promote the dance. "Cha Cha Slide" was later picked up by Universal Records.

In January 2016, was diagnosed with kidney cancer and neuroendocrine cancer. After unsuccessful surgery the same month, he began chemotherapy. In an interview in July 2018, he stated he was in remission. In 2022, it returned and it was terminal.

In 2019, Casper stated that he beat his liver and kidney cancers and said he is a changed man, stating "that was God's way of just slowing me down just a little bit."

Casper has performed the popular line dance all over the world.

"I have one of the biggest songs that played at all stadiums: hockey, basketball, football, baseball; they played it at the Olympics," Casper said. "It was something that everybody could do."

He was even touring with James Brown. But, everything came to a halt when the icon was diagnosed with cancer.

The party man, DJ Casper.
"They diagnosed me in 2016 with two kinds of cancer, which is renal and Neuroendocrine, which is kidney and liver," Casper said. "They went in to try to do surgery, and they found out the kidney was connected to the main artery, so they decided not to do it and just treat it."

His battle brought waves of challenges over the years. Most recently, Casper shared with ABC7 that he was having trouble eating, and was losing a lot of weight.

"I used to weigh 236 pounds, and I think I'm about 60 pounds less," Casper said. "If you know me, you know I'm not going to stop. I'm going to continue to go. I'm going to continue to go until I can't go."

Casper said he hopes his "Cha Cha Slide" will always serve as a reminder of the power of unity, community and positivity.

He left behind an important message for those who are struggling.

"Anybody that's going through cancer, know that you have cancer and cancer does not have you," Casper said. "So, keep on doing the 'Cha Cha Slide.'"

On Monday, Casper's wife, Kim, announced that he lost his battle to cancer with loved ones by his side.

Wayne Brady: I'm Pansexual!

Wayne Brady addresses sexuality.

Wayne Brady comes out as pansexual. The comedian and game show host revealed it to the junk food media.

The longtime "Let's Make a Deal" host recalled suppressing his sexuality for years and dealing with shame in an interview with People, published on Aug. 7.

“I am pansexual,” Brady, 51, said in the article.

NBC News has reached out to Brady’s rep for a comment.

GLAAD defines pansexual as “a person who has the capacity to form enduring physical, romantic, and/ or emotional attractions to any person, regardless of gender identity.”

Brady was married to Diana Lasso from 1993 to 1995. He shares 20-year-old daughter Maile Brady with ex-wife Mandie Taketa, whom he was married to from 1999 to 2008.

“In doing my research, both with myself and just with the world, I couldn’t say if I was bisexual, because I had to really see what that was, especially because I really have not gotten a chance to act on anything,” the television personality and actor shared.

“So I came to pansexual because — and I know that I’m completely messing up the dictionary meaning — but to me, pan means being able to be attracted to anyone who identifies as gay, straight, bi, transsexual or non-binary.”

He added, “I took pan to mean that not only can I be attracted to any of these people or types physically, but I could be attracted to the person that is there.”

Brady said he has been attracted to men in the past, but he ignored his feelings because of his upbringing.

“And because I live in today’s world, and it’s scary,” he said.

Brady shared he was taught from a young age that being called gay was an insult.

“I was already bullied about a bunch of other s---,” he continued. “I didn’t wanna add a top hat on top of that suit.”

Let's Make a Deal is in its 14 season.

He said he decided to keep that side of himself hidden. Despite having friends and family members in the LGBTQ+ community, Brady said he would eat a “shame cake” every day to avoid being open about his sexuality.

“I’ve always had that community, but I’ve always felt like a sham because I wasn’t being forthcoming with myself,” he revealed. “I could speak out about Black issues because I can’t hide that.”

He waited for the day when he was ready to stop acting as an ally and stand side by side with other members of the LGBTQ+ community.

While he acknowledged that he isn’t obligated to announce his sexuality, he said he used that principle as an excuse to “live in the shadows and to be secretive.”

Now he is ready to be the best version of himself. “Because I’m doing this for me,” he said.

He revealed he is single and wants to focus on himself before jumping into a relationship.

“Wayne as a single, open-minded pansexual can make a decision and be free and open to other people,” he concluded.

Taketa expressed her support for her former spouse. She was the first person he came out to, People reported.

“I just said, ‘Great.’ As I knew coming out would help him be happier,” she recalled thinking after he told her.

His daughter was also accepting. “I just said, ‘Okay,’” she said.

Wayne is also featured on "Who's Line Is It Anyway?" with Ryan Stiles, Aisha Tyler, Drew Carey and Colin Mochrie.

Drew Carey is the host of "The Price is Right" and on occasions both him and Wayne swap shows or host primetime versions of their respective shows.

Dirty Cop Served In The Murder Of Donovan Lewis!

Dirty cop faces homicide charges.

Former Columbus, Ohio cop charged for murder. He shot and killed Donovan Lewis after breaking down a door and mistaking a vape pen for a gun. Ricky Anderson has been indicted on charges of murder and reckless homicide for the shooting of a Black man last year.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Anderson shot and killed 20-year-old Donovan Lewis in August 2022 during a search warrant while he was unarmed and in bed.

Body camera footage was released of the encounter last September and Anderson, a 30-year veteran of the Columbus Police Department, appears to open fire almost immediately after police open the bedroom door to where Lewis was sleeping. He later died at a hospital.

Anderson retired in bad standing months after the shooting.

"We are relieved that a grand jury concluded what we've known all along: Officer Ricky Anderson broke the law when he shot and killed an unarmed Donovan Lewis as he laid in his bed," the attorneys for Rebecca Duran, Lewis' mother, said in a statement Friday. "CPD bodycam video showed this clearly and nothing has changed in almost a year. Although Mr. Lewis' family is pleased that his killer will soon face a jury of his peers, they are incredibly disappointed that it took so long to come to this conclusion in the first place."

Donovan's mother Rebecca Duran wants the cops involved convicted.

Police officers were executing a warrant on Lewis' home to arrest him on three separate charges: domestic violence, assault and improper handling of a firearm.

Mark Collins, the attorney for Anderson, said in a statement last September, "When we analyze police-involved shootings, we must look to the totality of the circumstances, and we are expressly forbidden from using 20/20 hindsight, because unlike all of us, officers are not afforded the luxury of armchair reflection when they are faced with rapidly evolving, volatile encounters in dangerous situations."

Lewis' mother said she was "grateful" for the indictment but that she is trying to trust the process.

"I'm doing my best to keep it together day by day," Duran said at a press event on Friday with her attorneys and Tariq Stewart, Lewis' brother. "Bottom line is he should still be here and I'm going to be grieving that for the rest of my life."

Rex Elliott, one of her attorneys, said he was also grateful for the charges but criticized what he called an "unreasonable" amount of time to get to them.

"The reality is that there is a different justice system for citizens and there's a different justice system for police officers," Elliott said at the press event. "This never should have taken this long."

"They want people to become numb to what happened, and we are not numb to what happened," he continued, adding that he is "confident" Anderson will be convicted and "held accountable for what he did."

Lewis' family filed a civil suit against Anderson, as well as four other officers involved in the raid, in February.

Donovan's girlfriend filed a lawsuit against the Columbus Police.

According to the complaint, Anderson had a total of 58 complaints against him over the years, including use of force complaints, and has also been reprimanded for sexual harassment while on the job.

"As prosecutors pursue Mr. Anderson in the criminal case, we will continue to fight for justice and accountability in our civil case," the lawyers for Duran said Friday. "Our hope is that no other parent has to bury their child as the result of a reckless act by a member of law enforcement."

The Wrath Of Black Montgomery!

Do not let the far right spin this into a Black on whatever incident. The white man started this riot in Montgomery.

Be warned, there is disturbing images and video. Take discretion.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Montgomery Police have identified all the people who participated in a riot on the riverfront. The incident went viral and of course the far right is trying to place the incident on the Biden Administration.

A Black security guard was assaulted by a group of white people and it set off a riot.

Black workers and spectators came into the matter and handled business. Of course, there was a Black man hitting a white woman over the head with a folding chair. That is driving Candace Owens, Andy Ngo, Kevin Jackson, Jesse Lee Peterson and anti-Black minorities to the defense of the white aggressors.

The incident happened on Saturday. On the banks of the Alabama River, the Montgomery Police Department responded to a disturbance at the 200 block of Coosa Street in Montgomery, Alabama, at 7 p.m. after a large group of people were fighting. Several people were detained, police said.

A video of the incident, which appeared to be racially divided, was shared Sunday on social media. It’s been reported that it began because a pontoon boat was blocking dock space needed to park a riverboat. That area is the regular spot reserved for the Harriott II Riverboat.

One short video, posted on social media by Josh Moon of the Alabama Political Reporter, shows several white people fighting a single Black man, who according to Jasmine Williams of WSFA is a dock worker.

Folding chair became popular.

The only audio heard is from witnesses yelling, but it appears to begin with an argument between the Black man and one of the white men. Another white man rushes and hits the Black man, who backs up and tosses his hat into the air. Then the fight begins in earnest, and several white people begin hitting the Black man.

During the video, one witness, apparently watching from the riverboat, screamed repeatedly, “Y’all help that brother!” to onlookers who were on shore. It appears some people from the shore did join in to defend him, and the video shows at least one Black man dive into the water from the riverboat.

“Get up there, young buck!” yelled another voice on the video.

These folks tried to spin the incident as an attack on them.

By the time the swimmer climbed up onto the dock, about a minute into the video, most of the altercation appeared to be over in Moon's video.

A separate video posted by Lauryn Lauren shows scenes after that, as the Harriott II was preparing to dock. A group of people approached the pontoon boat, and more fighting broke out. At least one person fell into the water from the dock. Authorities were soon on the scene and police began taking people into custody .

Authorities have not released the names of the detained suspects. Charges against anyone involved in the fight are pending, MPD said.

The Wrath Of The Rap God!

Eminem and Dr. Dre with Ez Mil, their latest signed act.

The Fire Marshall.

He burning shit up.

Eminem finally responds to The Game, Melle Mel, Lord Jamar and Benzino. These fools were talking, rapping and shading all last year. On the a single called "Realest" with Shady Records newest signed act, Ez Mil, the Rap God went hard on those bums.

Ez Mil is working on his album with the blessings of Dr. Dre and Eminem.

So the single, "Realest"

Eminem responded to the noise.

[Intro: Kito Abashi]
If I was in the Philippines, he'll be like my muhfuckin' Malcolm X to my Martin Luther King
Because he ain't a fightin' to go unnoticed
There's no way I was gonna cross 'em off like he's just some any rapper, like a one-hit wonder (Yeah)

[Verse 1: Ez Mil]
I'm on whatever you on, I ain't gon' talk on the phone (Haha)
Keep that same energy fuckin' with enemies
It's gettin' temptin' to run in your home (Who did that?)
Huh, buddy, I do it alone, Cudi said word to my homes
Don't just go hit 'em 'cause I gotta drive
You focus on aimin' that blick at his dome, no cap
You motherfuckers be lucky as fuck that ain't nobody envious of you enough
Take it from me like a brother who dug off the mud on his head but done ended up cuffed
Then he just gets back, backed out again into a world where you double what he did
'Cause you learn, you give it up, or get fucked in turn, homie

[Chorus: Ez Mil]
I'm the realest in the business and everybody gon' be envious of my beginnings
Got a circus for the sinners with bodies, so stop tryna be another addition
'Cause I'm the realest in the business and everybody gon' be envious of my beginnings
Got a circus for the sinners with bodies, so stop tryna be another addition

[Verse 2: Ez Mil]
I done got hit on the head, barely survived that shit (Okay)
Minus a nine from ten, Eminem's spot still sits
But fuck a position, I'm tunin' him in
Let all you rock out with it, I ain't ever gonna be an opt-out mission
Get the Glock out with it, get to poppin', dip out and smoke
With the homies we mobbin', while I'm cleanin' the stash of my calibers
Some of them might got ya' name on 'em
Wanna brag about shit that could happen
I am the reason that they got a chain on 'em
When I rap, they consider me a Gatling
Fillin' up mags, I'm finna go clapping
Get in that bag with the G.O.A.T, B-Rabbit, I know they hate this flow
I'm in the mode to get to killin' again with the best stick in your dome
You're never gettin' a penny or less, stealin' the flows
And I'ma spread it again as a test, sick of these hoes
They get to bitchin', the bigger the breasts, nevertheless
I'ma get it, enter with that trigger, never better
Instead of settin' the bet up, I let up with the Beretta
Make it, "Duka-duka-doo," on you bitches in front of PETA
'Cause I'm kinda gettin' fed up of leavin' y'all wet up like

[Chorus: Ez Mil]
I'm the realest in the business and everybody gon' be envious of my beginnings
Got a circus for the sinners with bodies, so stop tryna be another addition
'Cause I'm the realest in the business and everybody gon' be envious of my beginnings
Got a circus for the sinners with bodies, so stop tryna be another addition

The Game left X in mid-2022 after he was panned for his rap diss on Eminem.

[Verse 3: Eminem]
Guess I've really no right to complain much hip hop has been good to me huh
But when they say that I'm only top five 'cause I'm white why would I be stunned
My skin color's still working against me (What) 'cause second I should be to none
Being white ain't why they put me at five (Nope) it's why they can't put me at one (Whoot)
They're comin' with more venom so the haters I'm aimin' it towards them and
All the envious rappers I'd torch if I'm on a joint with 'em
And that is the only retort is I'm not played in the clubs motherfucker put a cork in it
Only reason they still play your shit in the clubs (Why?) is 'cause you still perform in 'em (Haha)
I am a guest in this house but I turned this bitch to a mansion
That's an expansion made it gargantuan England Germany France and Japan's in this bitch
Even Dubai because my music they do buy
You die tryin' this scientists two psychiatrists could not un-screw my head up the blue eyed devil I never quit do I
Naw cause you know you'll get washed like a bar of soap you pussy you wouldn't give a cigar to smoke
And I know it eats at your heart like an artichoke because you know that's how likely you are to choke
Your heart is broke as I rip you apart I go bananas precede to spit every bar I wrote
I was spittin' before my mother's water broke it's not even close you bitch I'm by far the goat
Gen Zers actin' like rap experts zip up your gaps and close your mouths
Bitch you ain't been on this planet long enough to tell me how rap's supposed to sound
Ya'll need to stick to what you do best shootin' schools up yeah go load up rounds
In your parents' gats and go to class and let off with the strap and go to town
Shout to the Furious Five and Grandmaster Flash but boy (What up doe)
There's someone who really is furious stay out his path his wrath avoid
And I'll be the last to toy with a juice head whose brain is like half destroyed
Like a meteor hit it well there went Melle Mel we lost his ass to roids (Damn)
God was like "I got him" but I'm gonna start him at the bottom of the barrel brought him in the world
With a ma that was on valium and his father was a coward taught him as a child when no fucking body was around
How to get himself up and out of poverty and now not even a growl in his stomach gotta be a hound
'Til they put your body in the ground probably gonna sound like a cliché but when haters try to beat you down
Say fuck 'em

[Chorus: Ez Mil]
'Cause I'm the realest in the business and everybody gon' be envious of my beginnings
Got a circus for the sinners with bodies, so stop tryna be another addition
'Cause I'm the realest in the business and everybody gon' be envious of my beginnings
Got a circus for the sinners with bodies, so stop tryna be another addition

[Outro: Eminem]
I'm just playin', Gen Z, you know I love you

Last year, The Game promoted his album, Drillmatic – Heart vs. Mind. The album sold only 14,000 units. Despite having 31 tracks, numerous features and the 10-minute diss "The Black Slim Shady", The Game's album flopped. On top of that, Game's diss was a "love letter." He basically said no one listened to Eminem but recited almost every album, mimicked Em's rap style and basically name dropped everything to drive shock value.

Eminem labeled Melle Mel an old juice head because he allegedly uses steroids.

Em did not even mention The Game's name in the verses, but it's in the bars:

Being white ain't why they put me at five (Nope) it's why they can't put me at one (Whoot)
They're comin' with more venom so the haters I'm aimin' it towards them and
All the envious rappers I'd torch if I'm on a joint with 'em
And that is the only retort is I'm not played in the clubs motherfucker put a cork in it
Only reason they still play your shit in the clubs (Why?) is 'cause you still perform in 'em

1. Game's X post saying Em was his top five.
2. Em responded to Game being excluded from the Super Bowl halftime show.
3. Em was a featured act on "We Ain't" off Game's only album with G-Unit and Aftermath. The Game was outmatched by Em's rap style and even praised him at the end.
4. Em used a smart word play and flip "not played in the clubs" on The Game and Benzino. The Game claims Eminem isn't played in clubs. Em's single "Shake That" and Akon's "Smack That" are still played in the clubs. The Game is now resorted to playing in clubs. The Game was a former male stripper.
5. Em did a word play on buy. Music To Be Murdered By and Music To Be Murdered By -Side B were No. 1 on Billboard Top Albums. Game's Drillmatic - Heart vs. Mind debuted at No. 23 on the Billboard Top Albums. Em said he is played in Dubai and performed there. Game never had an opportunity to do that.
6. "Heart is broke" is referenced to Game's infamous Change of Heart, the tattoo of a butterfly on his face and the Drillmatic - Heart vs. Mind flopped.
7. "You die tryin' this scientists two psychiatrists could not un-screw" is a dig at Game for losing his deal with G-Unit and Aftermath. Dr. Dre and 50 Cent signed The Game and the rapper did one album with them. The Game has bipolar disorder.

In the verses, he aimed at Melle Mel of The Furious Five. He labeled the veteran rapper a "juice head" because of his alleged use of steroids.

He made note of the domestic violence incident. He also said that he was a fan of Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five. He said that Melle Mel was the weakest link.

Lord Jamar, Benzino, Nick Cannon, Machine Gun Kelly, Canibus and Ja Rule never recovered from Eminem's wrath. They learned that a Rap God can strike on mortals.
