You Not Getting Out!

Sexual predator gets more time on his bid.

Only three years ago, former media mogul Harvey Weinstein was convicted of sexual assault and conspiracy in the state of New York. He was sentenced to 23 years in the iron college. Now he is facing another added length once the California penal system determines the sentence.

Weinstein triggered the #MeToo movement which brought down prominent media and political figures.

Los Angeles jurors on Monday found Weinstein guilty of the rape and sexual assault of just one of the four accusers he was charged with abusing.

But the three guilty counts involving an Italian actor and model known at the trial as Jane Doe 1 still struck a major blow against the disgraced movie mogul, and provided another #MeToo moment of reckoning, five years after he became a magnet for the movement.

Weinstein, 70, who is two years into a 23-year sentence for a rape and sexual assault conviction in New York that is under appeal, could get up to 24 years in prison in California when he’s sentenced.

He was found guilty of rape, forced oral copulation and another sexual misconduct count involving the woman who said he appeared uninvited at her hotel room door during a Los Angeles film festival in 2013.

“Harvey Weinstein forever destroyed a part of me that night in 2013 and I will never get that back. The criminal trial was brutal and Weinstein’s lawyers put me through hell on the witness stand, but I knew I had to see this through to the end, and I did,” the woman said in a statement after the verdict. “I hope Weinstein never sees the outside of a prison cell during his lifetime.”

Weinstein was acquitted of a sexual battery allegation made by a massage therapist who treated him at a hotel in 2010.

The jury was unable to reach a decision on counts involving two accusers, notably rape and sexual assault charges involving Jennifer Siebel Newsom, a documentary filmmaker and the wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom. A mistrial was declared on those counts.

Weinstein looked down at the table and appeared to put his face in his hands when the initial guilty counts were read. He looked forward as the rest of the verdict was read.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys had no immediate comment on the verdict.

“Harvey Weinstein will never be able to rape another woman. He will spend the rest of his life behind bars where he belongs,” Siebel Newsom said in a statement. “Throughout the trial, Weinstein’s lawyers used sexism, misogyny, and bullying tactics to intimidate, demean, and ridicule us survivors. The trial was a stark reminder that we as a society have work to do.”

Siebel Newsom’s intense and dramatic testimony, in which she described being raped by Weinstein in a hotel room in 2005, brought the trial its most dramatic moments. But only eight of the 12 jurors agreed to find Weinstein guilty of those counts.

Jurors were deadlocked 10-2 on a sexual battery count involving Lauren Young, the only accuser who testified at both Weinstein trials. She said she was a model aspiring to be an actor and screenwriter who was meeting with Weinstein about a script in 2013 when he trapped her in a hotel bathroom, groped her and masturbated in front of her.

Lacking any forensic evidence or eyewitness accounts of years-old allegations, the case hinged heavily on the stories and credibility of the four women at the center of the charges.

The women’s stories echoed the allegations of dozens of others who have emerged since Weinstein became a #MeToo lightning rod starting with stories in the New York Times in 2017. A movie about that reporting, “She Said,” was released during the trial, and jurors were repeatedly warned not to see it.

It was the defense that made #MeToo an issue during the trial, however, emphasizing that none of the four women went to the authorities until after the movement made Weinstein a target.

Defense lawyers said two of the women — including the one he would be found guilty of raping — were entirely lying about their encounters with Weinstein. They said the other two had “100% consensual” sexual interactions that they later reframed.

Defense attorneys said during the trial that if Siebel Newsom hadn’t reached her later prominence she would be “just another bimbo who slept with Harvey Weinstein to get ahead in Hollywood.”

“Regret is not the same thing as rape,” Weinstein attorney Alan Jackson said in his closing argument.

He urged jurors to look past the the women’s emotional testimony and focus on the factual evidence.

“‘Believe us because we’re mad, believe us because we cried,’” Jackson said jurors were being asked to do. “Well, fury does not make fact. And tears do not make truth.”

All the women involved in the charges went by Jane Doe in court. The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they have been sexually abused unless they come forward publicly or agree to be named through their attorneys, as the women named here did.

Prosecutors called 40 other witnesses in an attempt to give context and corroboration to those stories. Four were other women who were not part of the charges but testified that Weinstein raped or sexually assaulted them. They were brought to the stand to establish a pattern of sexual predation.

Weinstein beat four other felony charges before the trial even ended when prosecutors said a woman he was charged with raping twice and sexually assaulting twice would not appear to testify. They declined to give a reason. Judge Lisa Lench dismissed those charges.

Weinstein’s latest conviction hands a victory to victims of sexual misconduct of famous men in the wake of some legal setbacks, including the dismissal of Bill Cosby’s conviction last year. The rape trial of “That ’70s Show” actor Danny Masterson, held simultaneously and just down the hall from Weinstein’s, ended in a mistrial. And actor Kevin Spacey was victorious at a sexual battery civil trial in New York last month.

Weinstein’s New York conviction survived an initial appeal, but the case is set to be heard by the state’s highest court next year. The California conviction, also likely to be appealed, means he will not walk free even if the East Coast conviction is thrown out.

More Jan. 6 Committee Hearings: Criminal Referrals To Be Served Washed Up 45!

The final chapter.

Before concluding the House Select Committee on the attack on the U.S. Capitol, three outgoing lawmakers will vote for criminal referrals to the former president and several of his allies.

They will also submit ethic complaints for ten Republican House members.

Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-FL), Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) and Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) will cast their final committee vote to recommend criminal charges to the U.S. Justice Department.

At a final meeting on Monday, the panel’s seven Democrats and two Republicans are poised to recommend criminal charges against the former president and potentially against associates and staff who helped him launch a multifaceted pressure campaign to try to overturn the 2020 election.

While a criminal referral is mostly symbolic, with the Justice Department ultimately deciding whether to prosecute Trump or others, it is a decisive end to a probe that had an almost singular focus from the start.

“I think the president has violated multiple criminal laws and I think you have to be treated like any other American who breaks the law, and that is you have to be prosecuted,” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), a member of the panel, said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

The panel, which will dissolve on Jan. 3 with the new Republican-led House, has conducted more than 1,000 interviews, held 10 well-watched public hearings and collected more than a million documents since it launched in July 2021. As it has gathered the massive trove of evidence, the members have become emboldened in declaring that Washed Up 45 is to blame for the violent attack on the Capitol by his supporters almost two years ago.

Musk Stinks!

Self inflicted idiocy.

Over the weekend, Twitter CEO and online troll Elon Musk posted if he should step down from the social media company he bought over two months ago. He puts up an unscientific poll and an overwhelming majority said he should.

I seriously doubt that he will resign.

Nearly 20 million people have voted and they feel that Musk has jeopardized the integrity of Twitter.

He is having too much fun ruining companies like Twitter and Tesla.

Musk was also spotted at the World Cup finals. He got to see Argentina defeat France to take home their first victory. So while in Qatar, he was spotted with former White House advisor Jared Kushner.

Kushner is married to Ivanka Trump, the daughter of Washed Up 45. Is also raised questions to why Musk and Kushner were in the country. They were not only watching the World Cup but I am guessing they need loans from the Qatari and Saudi billionaires.

In a few weeks, we will close out 2022 and begin 2023. Musk plans on encouraging the former president to return to Twitter. Washed Up 45 has not tweeted since his account was reinstated, though Musk has reintroduced a handful of far right and some leftists back to the platform.

The poll came as Musk faced growing criticism after Twitter briefly banned users from promoting accounts on other social media sites, including Facebook, Instagram and Truth Social before the prohibition vanished from its policy page.

The restrictive policy had come after after many users started posting links to other social media accounts as they looked to depart Twitter following Musk’s Oct. 27 takeover, which has since seen the reinstatement of some far-right accounts, the suspension of journalists and mass layoffs.

“We recognize that many of our users are active on other social media platforms,” Twitter support had tweeted Sunday. “However, we will no longer allow free promotion of certain social media platforms on Twitter.”

After facing widespread criticism following the announcement, Musk appeared to contradict the policy, saying: “Casually sharing occasional links is fine, but no more relentless advertising of competitors for free, which is absurd in the extreme.”

By Sunday evening, the platform’s page with the new policy language had been replaced with a “page not found” 404 heading, indicating deleted or moved content. References to the prohibition on outside social media also disappeared from Twitter Support’s feed Sunday night without explanation.

The policy had been ridiculed as ironic, coming from a CEO who had vowed to be a "free speech absolutist."

It attracted such swift criticism, including from past defenders of Musk's leadership, that the billionaire vowed not to make further policy changes without an online survey of Twitter users.

"My apologies. Won't happen again," he tweeted, before launching his new poll asking whether he should step down.

In addition to widespread layoffs, Twitter has also faced scrutiny after botching the introduction of paid verification for users and more recently, suspending half a dozen journalists. Their accounts were reinstated after Twitter users voted in favor of doing so in an earlier poll posted by Musk

Stuck In A Lake!

She does not take losing very well.

Controversial former news reporter and failed Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake vows to fight her loss even if it means violence. While Arizona is moving on, Lake is still stuck on stupid. She now joins the choir of noise makers who deny election results.

Lake is suing the state because of the results in Maricopa County did not go her way.

The lawsuit filed late Friday by Lake centers on long lines and other difficulties that people experienced while voting on Election Day in Maricopa County. The challenge filed in Maricopa County Superior Court also alleges hundreds of thousands of ballots were illegally cast, but there’s no evidence that’s true.

Lake has refused to acknowledge that she lost to Arizona Secretary of State, now Governor-elect Katie Hobbs by more than 17,000 votes.

Maricopa County has 65% of the state's population. It has 10 cities with populations over 100,000 with Phoenix being the largest with 1.4 million residents. Lines backed up in some polling places, fueling Republican suspicions that some supporters were unable to cast a ballot, though there’s no evidence it affected the outcome. County officials say everyone was able to vote and all legal ballots were counted.

Lake sued Maricopa County officials and Hobbs in her current role as Arizona’s secretary of state.

Sophia Solis, a spokesperson for the secretary of state’s office, said Lake’s lawsuit was being reviewed but had no other comment on the filing.

Jason Berry, a Maricopa County spokesperson, declined to comment on Lake’s request to throw out the county’s election results in the governor’s race. But he said the county “respects the election contest process and looks forward to sharing facts about the administration of the 2022 general election and our work to ensure every legal voter had an opportunity to cast their ballot.”

Hobbs in a post on her Twitter account called the lawsuit “Lake’s latest desperate attempt to undermine our democracy and throw out the will of the voters.” She posted a statement from her campaign manager that called the lawsuit a “sham” and said her camp remained focused on “getting ready to hit the ground running on Day One of Katie Hobbs’ administration.”

The king of election deniers is Washed Up 45, who is currently running for president in 2024.

Arizona is a political monster.

Kari Lake, Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) and Blake Masters are the most hated figures in Arizona politics. Outgoing governor Doug Ducey is considering a bid for the Senate in 2024 to take on Sinema.

Rep. Ruben Gallego (D-AZ), a controversial far left lawmaker who wants to challenge Sinema. Sinema has an open feud with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). He is encouraging his allies to back Gallego poten0ially setting up a national fight for control of the Senate.

You Must Really Be A Problem For Pope Francis To Be Defrocked Of Your Priesthood!

White extremist Catholic priest removed from the Vatican.

The Vatican Church has formally defrocks a controversial Catholic priest.

The Vatican has defrocked Frank Pavone, a high-profile anti-abortion American priest, over “blasphemous communications on social media” and “persistent disobedience” of his bishop, according to news reports Sunday.

The Vatican removed Pavone from the priesthood Nov. 9 and there is no chance for him to appeal his dismissal, according to a letter to U.S. bishops from Christophe Pierre, the Vatican ambassador to the U.S. The letter was first reported by Catholic News Agency.

Pavone, founder of anti-abortion group Priests for Life, frequently posts on social media about politics and abortion, largely in support of former President Donald J. Trump and the Republican party's anti-abortion platform.

The Vatican said it provided Pavone "ample opportunity" to defend himself, but he provided "no reasonable justification for his actions," according to the letter.

Pavone is the National Director of Priests for Life (PFL) and serves as the chairman and Pastoral Director of its project Rachel's Vineyard. He also is the President of the National Pro-Life Religious Council, an umbrella group of various anti-abortion Christian denominations, and serves as Pastoral Director of the Silent No More campaign. He was dismissed from the clerical state, or laicized, in November 2022.

He is one of the many noise makers in Washed Up 45's orbit

It is alleged he took a fetus and placed on the alter to complain about abortion.

Did Gunna Snitch On Young Thug And YSL?

Out of the fire into the noise. Gunna gets out and internet gangstas barking about him being a snitch.

Atlanta rapper Gunna is being ripped online for allegedly taking a plea deal to keep him out of the iron college for 30 years. They believe he snitched on him.

Walmart also pulled their endorsement from the embattled rapper.

Boosie Dumbazz once again puts his two old man senses into the matter.

In early 2022, Young Thug (Jeffery Williams) and Gunna (Sergio Kitchens) were among two dozen members who were arrested by the Georgia state authorities on RICO, attempted murder and conspiracy to commit violent acts. These charges could carry 30 to LIFE.

Gunna and Lil Duke were willing to make a plea deal.

Gunna has been released from jail after he pleaded guilty to a racketeering conspiracy charge in a sweeping gang indictment against him, rapper Young Thug and several other alleged members of the Young Slime Life criminal street gang.

The rapper entered a negotiated plea, known as an Alford plea, in which a defendant doesn’t admit he committed the crime, but acknowledges that it is in his best interest to plead guilty. The charge Gunna faced was one count of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Act.

Gunna was sentenced to five years with one served in prison. The one-year sentence was commuted to time served. The four-year remaining balance on his sentence has been suspended and will be subject to special conditions including 500 hours of community service.

After the sentence came down, the rapper released a statement, saying:

“While I have agreed to always be truthful, I want to make it perfectly clear that I have NOT made any statements, have NOT been interviewed, have NOT cooperated, have NOT agreed to testify or be a witness for or against any party in the case and have absolutely NO intention of being involved in the trial process in any way.”

Despite saying that he will not testify, it is a condition of Gunna’s trial that he testifies if he is called, though he can claim the Fifth Amendment.

Gunna, Young Thug and 26 others were arrested in May in a sweeping gang indictment that claimed YSL is a violent criminal street gang that has committed multiple murders, shootings and carjackings over the course of a decade. Prosecutors said that the rappers promoted the gang’s activities in songs and on social media.

In his statement Wednesday, Gunna said that when he joined YSL in 2016, he didn’t consider it a gang, but “more like a group of people from metro Atlanta who had common interests and artistic aspirations. My focus of YSL was entertainment -- rap artists who wrote and performed music that exaggerated and ‘glorified’ urban life in the Black community.”

Gunna said he cherishes his association with YSL music and always will.

During Gunna’s court appearance Wednesday, the judge read out the stipulations of the plea agreement that Gunna then responded to.

Nearly a year, Young Thug still faces the most charges.

The rapper swore that he has personal knowledge that members or associates of YSL have committed crimes in furtherance of the gang -- but seemed to distance himself from “YSL the gang” versus “YSL the label.”

“I recognize, accept and deeply regret that my talent and music indirectly furthered YSL the gang to the detriment of my community,” Gunna acknowledged on the signed statement. “YSL as a gang must end.”

Gunna also attested in the plea deal that he was in a car with Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffrey Williams, when officers pulled them over and found hydrocodone, methamphetamine and a firearm inside. According to the plea agreement, Gunn claimed the gun and drugs weren’t his. It’s unclear if anyone else was in the car at the time.

Per the plea agreement, the rapper will have to perform 500 hours of community service, a substantial portion of which will require him to speak to young people about the hazards and immorality of gangs and gang violence.

He is also not allowed to carry a gun during the term of his sentence. If he violates the terms of the plea agreement, the district attorney has the right to revoke his suspended sentence.

Boosie still clapping them jaws.

Alleged YSL co-founder Walter Murphy also negotiated a plea deal in the indictment on Tuesday, according to his lawyer, Jacoby Hudson.

Hudson said Murphy has already been released and that he will not testify about the conduct of any other individual defendants. Hudson said the ways that Murphy has changed his life since he got out of prison was a major factor in the deal.

Young Thug remains in jail. His trial is set to start in January. The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Old man Boosie BadAzz decided to call Gunna a rat and snitch because he had did an Alfred Plea. It does not admit guilt or telling on co-conspirators. It means he had two options, long or short sentence. Bossie acts like everyone wants to go to the iron college.

He is a worthless broke rapper who is only famous (perhaps infamous) anti-Black, anti-cop, anti-LGBTQ and divisive bullshit.

These British A**Holes Want Charles To Strip Harry And Meghan!

You can't break them.

They really are obsessed with Duchess Meghan of Sussex. They are totally losing their shit over an African American woman marrying into royalty. She is married to Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex. His brother William is the Prince of Wales and he is married to Princess Catherine. The junk food media here in the United States and United Kingdom are relentless in their attacks on Harry and Meghan. They do not (I repeat) know them personally. But somehow, everything she does has riled up white nationalists and Black extremists like Candace Owens.

The Netflix series that chronicles Harry and Meghan's decision to step away from royal duties and responding to the noise of some of the tabloids has been the talk of the world.

While people of color view this positively, white nationalists are upset and they want action by the King.

Now if you want to know some dirty laundry.... look at the King. He cheated on his wife numerous times and likely cheated on Queen Consort Camilla.

This shithead wished to toss excrement at Duchess Meghan.

His brother Andrew, cheated on Duchess Sarah of York (Fergie) multiple times, gives pedophilia vibes around his Beatrice and Eugenie and allegedly slept with underage girls by the late pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. No wall to wall coverage about Andrew.

It's Meghan and Harry or Harry and Meghan. Basically it's all Meghan.

The King of Great Britain and its commonwealth cheated on his first wife with the future Queen Consort. Charles III married a woman named Diana in 1981 and divorced her in 1996. And one year later, Diana is dead.

The junk food media was extremely negative to Princess Diana. She and her boyfriend Dodi Fayed died in press after a drunk limousine operator drove 120 mph down a road and crashed into Pont de l'Alma tunnel on August 31, 1997. Diana and Dodi died.  The King will hold likely the shortest tenure as King. His mum, one of the longest reigning monarchs in British history passed away in September 2022.

Like many of them, they had royal watchers leak damaging stories about Diana.

It appears the same is happening to Meghan.

Camilla hosted a handful of hateful media personalities at a brunch. The most worthless media agitator in ths US and UK, Piers Morgan and Jeremy Clarkson.

Clarkson said that he absolutely hates Duchess Meghan. He said he dreamt of a day when he could see her parade naked in every British town having folks yelling "Shame!" while throwing excrement at her.

King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla are hosting extremists.

Camilla has allowed these white assholes into the circle. It makes me think that Meghan was right about the royals leaking shit to make things miserable for her and Harry.

Queen Elizabeth II was 96 years old. Meghan had nothing to do with a nearly 100 year old monarch's death.

As soon as Charles took the crown, six ndations have vowed to severe ties. Grenada, The Bahamas, Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines have confirmed they are petitioning for a departure of the crown. Many countries under the commonwealth have said that colonialism and the treatment of people of color were reasons to abandon the crown.

His eldest son William  will retain the same negativity courtesy of his keep silent but spread tabloid gossip with the British and American press mentality.

So The Daily Mail has publicly feuded with Harry and Meghan. They wrote a piece saying the public wants to strip them of their titles. They are petitioning for Charles to do so.

Point proven that the royals and the junk food media have seriously instigated racial and misogynistic behavior towards Meghan. People are literally threatening them with death.

Sharon Osbourne In Dire Straits!

British-American media personality and wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne was rushed to a California hospital after suffering a medical emergency while filming a show for Warner Discovery.

Sharon Osbourne is a media personality and manager to some of the world's best rock groups was filming and suffered an emergency. The junk food media can't confirm whether her medical condition was minor to severe.

Sharon appeared on Britain's Got Talent and America's Got Talent, The Talk, Rock of Love: Charm School, The Osbournes, The X Factor, Fox's The Five.

Sharon was co-executive producer of CBS The Talk from its beginning until her cannon firing in 2021. She found herself in controversy after defending Piers Morgan, the most worthless media personality in the UK and US. When Duchess Meghan was contemplating suicide due to the intense criticism of her in the junk food media, Sharon dismissed it. She called her a spoiled brat and it triggered a response from Sheryl Underwood.

The two get into a heated argument with Sharon ultimately making Undewood cry on television. In the same month, a 2018 clip from The Talk resurfaced in which Osbourne was discussing the Duchess of Sussex's skin color. Osbourne said that Markle "ain't Black" and that "she doesn't look Black". In response, The Talk went on hiatus while CBS conducted a review on Osbourne. In a statement, CBS concluded that Osbourne's "behavior toward her co-hosts during the March 10 episode did not align with [CBS] values for a respectful workplace".

Since that encounter, she joined Fox Nation and has also been on UK's TalkTV, Rupert Murdoch's far right version of a cable channel.

Mike Lindell: You're My Pillow Code: I'm Back!

Sleeping ever so crazy.
Mike Lindell, the controversial media personality who is the founder of My Pillow  is reinstated back on Twitter. He was banned in 2021 as well as the official Twitter page for My Pillow.

Lindell went on to start Frank, a far right alternative to Twitter. He also has a Facebook, Gab, Instagram, Parler, Rumble, Gettr and Truth Social account.

He was so happy to be back on Twitter he posted his antics.

Lindell is still spreading misinformation and baseless claims that the 2020 election was stolen from Washed Up 45.

He is under federal watch for his role in trying to interfere in the 2020 presidential election. He may of had a role in the Jan. 6 attack.

On Friday, Lindell's account was restored, as many other suspended accounts before his were, including that of former president Donald Trump. One of the accounts restored under Musk, one belonging to Kanye West, was re-suspended after West tweeted an image involving a Nazi swastika.

The Minnesotan Lindell rose to become a national political figure during the Trump presidency. Following Trump's defeat to Joe Biden in the 2020 election, Lindell was one of Trump's most outspoken allies who claimed that the election was stolen.

Upon the restoration of his account, Lindell immediately picked up where he left off, tweeting "Thank you @elonmusk and by the way MELT DOWN THE ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES AND TURN THEM INTO PRISON BARS!"

Lindell's reinstatement comes on the heels of Musk's Twitter suspending a number of journalists, among them reporters working for The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, Voice of America and other outlets.

In February, Dominion Voting Systems sued Lindell for defamation over his election fraud claims, seeking over $1.3 billion in damages.

Lindell's original Twitter account was permanently banned in January 2021 after he continued to perpetuate the baseless claim that Trump won the 2020 election. At the time Twitter said that it decided to ban Lindell due to "repeated violations" of its civic integrity policy.

Last Month, Lindell said he wanted to run for the RNC chair following the results of the 2022 midterms.

Atatiana Jefferson's Killer Served!

This killer was convicted of manslaughter of Atatiana Jefferson.

Dirty cop was convicted of manslaughter of 28-year old Atatiana Jefferson.

The souls of Atatiana Jefferson, her mother Yolanda Carr and her father Marquis can rest knowing that this cop won't walk. He is a convicted criminal who could face 5 to 99 years in the iron college.

Atatiana Jefferson was holding a gun but never raised it to point at the white police officer who fatally shot her through a rear window of her Texas home, the Black woman’s 11-year-old nephew testified at the officer’s murder trial Monday. Defense attorneys contended that the child said otherwise immediately after the shooting.

The child’s testimony touched on an issue at the heart of the long-delayed case charging Aaron Dean with Jefferson’s killing: whether the Fort Worth officer saw Jefferson’s gun before he shot her.

Dean quit and was charged with murder two days after killing the 28-year-old while responding to a call about an open front door on Oct. 12, 2019.

Body-camera footage showed that neither Dean nor the other responding officer identified themselves as police at the house. Dean’s attorney, Miles Brissette, said the officer opened fire after seeing the silhouette of Jefferson with a gun in the window and a green laser sight pointed at him. Prosecutors told the jurors that the evidence would show otherwise.

That night, Jefferson was playing video games with her nephew, Zion Carr, who told a court Monday that his aunt pulled out a gun after hearing suspicious noises behind the house. Zion, then 8, said the gun was only ever pointed “down” but he acknowledged not remembering parts of what happened.

“She just held it next to her side, she just like, she didn’t point it up, she just kept it next to her,” he told prosecutors, who said the child previously said his aunt had pulled the gun up “a little bit.”

On cross-examination in the overflowing courtroom, Dean’s defense said Zion told a specialized interviewer in a recorded session after the shooting that Jefferson had raised the gun. The child denied this.

Atatiana's nephew was the key witness in the murder trial of ex-Fort Worth cop.

In 2019, the case was unusual for the relative speed with which, amid public outrage, the Fort Worth Police Department released the video and arrested Dean. Since then, it has been repeatedly postponed amid lawyerly wrangling, the terminal illness of Dean’s lead attorney and the COVID-19 pandemic.

By contrast, former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin went on trial and was convicted of murdering George Floyd more than 1 1/2 years ago. Floyd was killed seven months after Jefferson, in a case that sparked global protests over racial injustice.

Dean, who has pleaded not guilty, has been free on $200,000 bond. Now 38, he is charged with killing Jefferson after a neighbor called a nonemergency police line to report that the front door to Jefferson’s home was open.

Bodycam video showed Dean approaching the door of the home where Jefferson was caring for her nephew. He then walked around the side of the house, pushed through a gate into the fenced-off backyard and fired through the glass a split-second after shouting at Jefferson, who was inside, to show her hands.

Assistant District Attorney Ashlea Deener said during opening statements that Jefferson believed the officers were intruders. Dean opened fire without giving her time to comply with commands and never said he saw a gun, Deener said, adding “the evidence will support, he did not see the gun in her hands.”

The home’s front and side doors were open to vent smoke from hamburgers that Zion said he burned while cooking with Jefferson. The child later recalled his aunt falling to the floor, crying and shaking.

“I was thinking: Is it a dream?” he said.

At one point, District Judge George Gallagher stopped Zion’s testimony and asked a woman to leave the courtroom, saying she’d been gesturing to the child.

Manslaughter is a high crime but murder meant life if convicted.

Brissette argued that the officers were following protocol in treating the call as a potential burglary. He said they saw a living room that appeared to have been “ransacked” and circled the house looking for signs of forced entry. Brissette said evidence would show the officer’s actions were reasonable and the shooting was “a tragic accident.”

Jefferson’s killing shattered the trust police had been trying to build with communities of color in Fort Worth, about 30 miles (50 kilometers) west of Dallas. The city of 935,000 has long had complaints of racially unequal policing and excessive force.

The shooting drew swift rebuke from the then-police chief and Republican mayor, who at the time called the circumstances “unthinkable” and said Jefferson having a gun was “irrelevant.”

Dean’s legal team used those comments repeatedly to try to move the case from Fort Worth, claiming the statements and news media attention would bias the jury pool.

Gallagher rejected their request again Monday before the jury of eight men and six women entered. The judge ended trial’s opening day before noon for the funeral of lawyer, Jim Lane, who had been Dean’s lead defense attorney.

Washed Up 45's Big Announcement Flopped!

Washed Up 45 licensed his image to a NFT company. That was the big announcement.

The 45th President of the United States had announced in Nov. 2022 he was running for president again. It was a lackluster announcement. He delivered the same speech, went off subject numerous times and even Fox interrupted it. CNN ran it in full. MSNBC choose not to run it.

Then he saw his political fortune collapse after a nuermous series of blunders.

Washed Up 45 dined with embattled entertainer Kanye West and white extremist Nick Fuentes. His appointed federal judge Alieen Cannon withdrew the federal order to establish a special master after a federal appeals court rejected the former president's executive privilege as well as the attorney/client privilege. There were more classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago. In August, the FBI had conducted a search of his Florida home and seized numerous classified and top secret documents.

He also faced a possible dissolution of The Trump Organization. The state of New York has found the company guilty of fraud and tax evasion. The Jan. 6 Committee has formally recommended a criminal referral to the U.S. Justice Department. The state of Georgia is considering charges after the former president tried to intervene in the election.

His picks of Adam Laxalt, Herschel Walker, Mehmet Oz, Kari Lake, Kelly Tshibaka, Blake Masters, Doug Mastriano and Lee Zeldin were disasters.

His popularity among Republicans is declining. The junk food media with exception of his most devoted critics and supporters have moved on towards Ron DeSantis and Marjorie Taylor Greene, two potential 2024 contenders.

Now his latest announcement has also netted criticism and even his allies were pissed that this announcement did not live up to the expectations.

On Thursday, Washed Up 45 unveiled virtual Washed Up 45 Digital Trading Cards, posting an airbrushed image of himself wearing an American flag-style Superman outfit.

"These limited edition cards feature amazing ART of my Life & Career! Collect all of your favorite Trump Digital Trading Cards, very much like a baseball card, but hopefully much more exciting," the former president wrote. "Only $99 each! Would make a great Christmas gift. Don't wait. They will be gone, I believe, very quickly!"

Biden mocked the project via his Twitter account, writing, "I had some MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENTS the last couple of weeks, too…"

Mr. Free Speech Musk Twitter Bans Aaron Rupar And Keith Olbermann!

Twitter bans progressive blogger Aaron Rupar.

The far right is praising Elon Musk for bringing the #TwitterFiles to light. The release of Twitter top executives making a final decision on whether they should allow the New York Post run an article about Hunter Biden and his laptop. The feds said that it could be a disinformation campaign by the Russian Federation. Twitter took it seriously and blocked the far right tabloid from pushing it. As a private company, it can do as it pleases.

The noise claims it was censorship and felt that despite the thousands of Americans dying from a pandemic, economic free fall and Americans felt motivated for new leadership, Republicans believed it could have been a game changer for Washed Up 45.

Musk, who owns Tesla and SpaceX has been notoriously active in promoting anti-vaccine and conspiracy theories decided to purchase Twitter because of a bot account lawfully tracking his private jet movements. Musk was forced to buy Twitter after the social media company sued him for breach of contract and deceptive practices.

Musk and Republicans are willing to work with unison to promote more noise.

Now with Republicans in slim control of the House of Representatives, their goal will not be the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, the economic recovery or domestic extremism.

Their priorities are culture wars, investigating Hunter Biden, investigating Hillary Clinton, the Tara Reade allegation, ban abortion and call for impeachment  of President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas.

Keith Olbermann got banned due to his criticism of Musk on his podcast.

Musk is advocating "free speech" only when it suits him. He banned the @elonjet account on Twitter. He also banned the creator Jack Sweeney, one of the reasons why he bought Twitter for $45 billion.

On Thursday evening, Twitter suspended a number of prominent journalists on the platform without warning or explanation.

Keith Olbermann, The New York Times’ Ryan Mac, CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan, Mashable’s Matt Binder, and journalist Aaron Rupar were also suspended Thursday evening. Many of the reporters regularly covered Musk’s takeover of Twitter in recent months.

Rupar weighed in on his suspension on Substack, observing that while he did not know why his account was deactivated, he did share a link to the ElonJet Facebook account in the course of reporting on the subject. Through an alternate account, Mac shared the message he received from Twitter and noted that there was no warning before the permanent suspension

The situation followed the company’s decision to suspend the Twitter account of Mastodon, an open source social media alternative that’s built momentum since Elon Musk took over at the company. Twitter took action against Mastodon after the account linked to the Mastodon page of @ElonJet, a student-made bot that tracks the whereabouts of Musk’s private jet.

@ElonJet got banned on Twitter.

At least some of the accounts suspended had shared screenshots and observations about Mastodon’s suspension. Just prior to his suspension, Washington Post reporter Drew Harwell tweeted about Mastodon being kicked off the platform.

Some of the suspended accounts shared Mastodon and ElonJet’s Twitter handles as well as images of the tweet that appears to have gotten the former account suspended.

In light of Twitter’s reduced human moderation teams, it’s possible that automated systems enforcing Twitter’s brand new rules against accounts like @ElonJet were overzealous in this instance. But it’s at least as likely that this is a case of Musk directing the moderation process based on his own preferences — we just won’t know until someone at Twitter explains what’s going on.
