Gucci Mane quickly hopped on social media to pray tribute to Young Dolph.

The Shelby County Sheriff's Department and Memphis Police confirmed that Adolphus Thornton, Jr. known as Young Dolph was shot and killed on Wednesday.

He was in the South Memphis area buying cookies for his children.

The 36-year old rapper and CEO of Paper Route Empire Music was apparently shot at Makeda's Butter Cookies. He was killed in a drive-by shooting.

The rapper is affiliated with Gucci Mane, the Atlanta based rapper who Dolph frequently collaborated with.

Maurice Hill, the owner of the store said that the rapper entered into the store to buy cookies when a vehicle approached him outside and opened fire. He was shot and killed around 1pm Central Time.

The rapper's Lamborghini sat in the parking lot of the store. 

Dolph was well known in the city of Memphis. He often would do community work for the residents of his hometown.

He survived a shooting in 2017. He was shot in Los Angeles and survived his injuries. We covered his first shooting. The terrorist was affiliated with rival rapper Yo Gotti.

This may signal an apparent assassination by allies or Yo Gotti himself. These allegations will come forth and the Memphis Police, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and FBI will single out Gotti and Dolph's affiliations to gang activity.

This is the latest major shock in the junk food media.

Dolph was known for putting out independent releases under his Paper Route Empire label. 

Gun violence leaves two children without a father.

Dolph was born in Chicago in 1985. He moved to Memphis when he two years old. He has two sisters and two brothers and was cousins to Juice Wrld, a rapper who died from a seizure from an apparent drug overdose.

Dolph has released five albums, 19 mixtapes, two extended plays and collaborated with the likes of Gucci Mane, Peewee Longway, Key Glock, Megan Thee Stallion, G Herbo, Young Scooter, 2 Chainz, Berner and numerous others.

The suspect will be found and they will be charged with first-degree murder. Obviously the terrorist knew the rapper had a luxury vehicle and he was well known around the community.

He leaves behind two children. The hip-hop community is mourning the loss of a great talent.

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.
Young Dolph was promoting a local establishment when he was shot and killed.

And I am getting fucking tired of white nationalists and their enablers of color complaining about the lack of Black fathers. The fathers are either killed by gun violence, police violence, COVID-19, heart diseases, diabetes, freak accidents and just being Black in America.

It appears that Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) will soon have company. The firebrand white nationalist lawmaker was stripped of her committees earlier this year. Now it appears the lawmaker Rep. Karen Gosar (R-AZ) will be stripped of his committees if the Congress decides on formally censuring him.

He is one of the most ineffective members of Congress. Along with the progressive stalwart, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), the only things these lawmakers have going for them is the constant headaches they give their respective party leaders. Ocasio-Cortez and Gosar are both ineffective and only win approval from Twitter and Facebook extremists. The so-called Twitter caucus is where the least productive members of Congress are effective only in winning click-bait.

The House plans to vote Wednesday on a resolution that both censures Gosar and removes him from his committee assignments, a source familiar with the situation confirmed to ABC News.

Gosar last week tweeted an edited Japanese anime cartoon showing him stabbing President Joe Biden and killing Ocasio-Cortez. He later deleted the tweet.

On Tuesday, sources confirmed to ABC News that Gosar apologized for the tweet behind closed doors during a GOP conference meeting. QAnon Leader Karen McCarthy (R-CA) said he had also spoken privately with Gosar about the tweet, but it appears he did not take further action against him.

A spokesperson for McCarthy told ABC News that the Republican leader opposes the Democratic move to censure Gosar and remove him from his committee assignments.

Gosar said his video was an attempt by his staff to reach a younger audience and was not meant to condone violence. He has not publicly apologized.

"I have never in 40 years seen such a vile, hateful, outrageous, dangerous, and inciting to violence against a colleague, ever," House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) said to reporters during a press call Tuesday.

"The fact that they would not take some action themselves or make some comments themselves, which I have not seen, is a testament that perhaps they are rationalizing, as they rationalize other items of criminal behavior, this particular action," Hoyer said of Republicans.

The resolution would boot Gosar from the Oversight and Reform Committee, which he serves on alongside Ocasio-Cortez. It would also remove him from the Committee on Natural Resources.

Late Monday night, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told reporters it was up to McCarthy to rein in and reprimand his conference members -- but Democrats, outraged over Gosar's behavior, insisted on a floor vote.

On Tuesday, Pelosi deemed the resolution as an appropriate measure.

"Why go after [Gosar]? Because he made threats, suggestions about harming a member of Congress...We cannot have members joking about murdering each other as well as threatening the president of the United States," Pelosi said.

A censure resolution requires a simple majority of lawmakers present and voting. If it is approved, Gosar could be forced to stand in the center of the House chamber as the resolution condemning his actions is read aloud.

Republicans in Wyoming kicked Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY) out of the state's party. The state's party had voted by a narrow margin to oust the daughter of former vice president Dick Cheney.

When she decided to join nine Republicans in impeaching Washed Up 45 and joining the House Select Committee on 1/6 Insurrection, the state's Republican leaders said that she's no longer a member of the party and she bows to Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).

"It's laughable to suggest Liz is anything but a committed conservative Republican," said Jeremy Adler, Cheney's spokesperson. "She is bound by her oath to the Constitution. Sadly, a portion of the Wyoming GOP leadership has abandoned that fundamental principle, and instead allowed themselves to be held hostage to the lies of a dangerous and irrational man."

The resolution, which is symbolic and doesn't strip Cheney from any tangible power, cleared the Wyoming GOP Central Committee on Saturday by a narrow vote of 31-29.

Cheney's impeachment vote infuriated the former president. He vows to defeat her.

The Casper Star-Tribune reported on the document which paints Cheney as having "caused massive disruption, distraction and division within the House Republican Conference" and as having "proudly pledged allegiance to democrat Speaker of the House Pelosi, as a means of serving her own personal interests while ignoring the interests, needs and expectations of Wyoming Republicans."

ABC News has reached out to the Wyoming GOP for comment.

It's not the first time Cheney, who serves as vice-chair of the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, has been rebuked by her own party as the congresswoman continues to voice opposition to Washed Up 45's attempts to overturn the 2020 election.

The Wyoming Republican Party had already voted in February to formally censure Cheney after she became one of 10 House Republicans to vote to impeach the former president for "incitement of insurrection." In May she was removed from her post as GOP conference chair, and her subsequent rank as the No. 3 Republican in the House stripped -- backlash encouraged by Washed Up 45.

"I will not sit back and watch in silence while others lead our party down a path that abandons the rule of law, and joins the former president's crusade to undermine our democracy," Cheney said on the House floor on the eve of that ousting.

While Cheney's voting record paints her as a a credentialed Republican, siding with Washed Up 45 on policy matters 93% of the time -- up from the 78% of her successor in House leadership, Rep. Karen Stefanik (R-NY) -- and she carries an "A" rating from the NRA and a 96% ranking from the conservative Heritage Foundation, her criticism to fellow Republicans for downplaying the events of Jan. 6 has made her a party outlier.

Despite the former president's persistent attacks and her party's isolation of her, Cheney is not backing down from the fight.

“Political leaders who sit silent in the face of these false and dangerous claims are aiding a former president who is at war with the rule of law and the Constitution," Cheney said in an impassioned speech in New Hampshire last week. "I love my party and its history and its principles. But I love my country more. And I will do all I can to defend her."

The former president has been a blessing and curse on the Republican Party. He has excited a base that has been very tired of the status quo in politics. However, his style of politics is extremely toxic to the nation and he's dividing the country faster than any living human being on this earth.

Rep. Karen Cheney (R-WY), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Karen Boebert (R-CO) and Rep. Karen Stefanik (R-NY) have more protection due to death threats against them.

Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) becomes the latest member of the House Democrats to retire.

California lawmaker who survived the Jonestown mass shooting and cult killings is retiring. She was then a legal advisor for Leo Ryan, a U.S. Representative from California. When they went to Guyana to investigate allegations of sexual abuse and possible human trafficking within the Peoples Temple, members of Jim Jones' body squad shot Ryan and numerous others. Speier was severely injured but survived her wounds. Ryan was killed after the body squad shot him over 20 times.

"I was lying on an airstrip in the jungles of Guyana with five bullet holes in my body. I vowed if I survived, I would dedicate my life to public service. I lived and I served."

Speier made it her mission to fight against human trafficking, transportation, sexual abuse and women's right. She also supported gun control. She also supported the LGBT community, for which she lives in the suburbs of San Francisco and San Mateo. The lawmaker decided to the time has come to spend time with her family.

Speier is a fighter for women's rights.

"It's time for me to come home; time for me to be more than a weekend wife, mother and friend," said Speier announcing her decision. "It's been an extraordinary privilege and honor to represent the people of San Mateo County and San Francisco at almost every level of government for nearly four decades."

Speier is a close ally to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). Pelosi represents the City and County of San Francisco and Treasure Island.

Speier served as a California state assembly member and later the state senate. She would be elected to Congress in 2008. Her legal name is Karen Lorraine Jacqueline Speier. 

She and Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) have sought to end the "good ol' boys" club style of politics. It was reported that the two were seeking a rule that prevents lawmakers and staffers from sleeping in Congressional offices.

Her district is considered relatively safe but it could become a primary drag because the Bernie Bros are trying to interfere by throwing proxy candidates into races.

Of course, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Jared Polis, Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO), Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) and the Colorado U.S. Representatives with exceptions to Rep. Karen Lamborn (R-CO) and Rep. Karen Boebert (R-CO) will offer sympathy and condolences.

Usual, "Our hearts go out to the victims!" and this "senseless violence needs to stop!"

Since I am assuming that it is a potential Black on Black shooting, the concern trolls of the far-right will tell us that we need more fathers, more police presence, they're gang members, Biden's sons and praise of Washed Up 45's "tough on crime" policies will be often placed in their word vomits.

Thus, this city is a controversial place for Black Americans. It seems like we're targets by the police and our own kind.

This damn city is problematic to me. The movie theater tragedy in 2012, the police pointing their guns at a Black family, the police roughing up an unarmed man, the police and Aurora EMS killing Elijah McClain are some of the issues facing the Denver suburb. Also, this mass shooting that happened near the Aurora Central High School.

Six teenagers were wounded Monday in a drive-by shooting in a park near the high school. The victims are expected to survive.

The victims, who range in age from 14 to 18, are all students at Aurora Central High School in Aurora, a diverse city east of Denver, said police chief Vanessa Wilson. She said she needed everyone to be “outraged” by what happened and come forward with any information they might have to help police find those responsible.

Wilson asked neighbors and other bystanders to share any videos or photos from phones or house surveillance systems that might help detectives identify the suspects, who haven’t been apprehended.

Multiple rounds fired from different guns were found at the scene, and it is possible some rounds were fired by someone on foot, she said.

Police officers assigned to the school were the first to respond to the shooting and saved the life of one victim by applying a tourniquet, Wilson said. That student later underwent emergency surgery, she said.

Wilson said she’s relieved the students are expected to survive but said gun violence is a public health crisis.

“There is a violence crisis across the nation right now, and so I think we all need to pay attention,” she said.

Three patients from the shooting were taken to Children's Hospital Colorado. They were in stable condition and have all been reunited with their families, spokesperson Caitlin Jenney said.

Several students hugged one another outside the school as staff and police ushered students away from the direction of the crime scene. Others shouted “Stay safe” as they parted ways.

Student Aariah McClain, 15, said she heard gunfire as she was walking near the school's football field during lunch. She heard four shots at first, so she started walking toward the school. Then she said she heard “a whole lot more," she said.

“I was shocked," she said of the shooting, as she waited outside the school with her father, Harold McClain, for her 14-year-old sister to be dismissed.

“I work and we pay taxes for these police to be here. I don’t see how this is even happening," Harold McClain said. “They need more security.”

The school was put on a “secure perimeter” because of the shooting, police said. That typically means no one is allowed in or out of a school but students and staff are able to move freely within the building.

Evette Mitchell, 47, rushed to the school to get her son, Trevell, 15. He was in gym class when he heard the gunshots, and the teacher escorted them to the smaller gym.

“I did 90 (mph) on the highway,” she said, “because I didn’t know if it was my kid or not.”

Mitchell said she is frustrated because another shooting involving three teens happened near the school on a recent weekend. Mitchell added parents get blamed for youth violence, but there are no affordable activities offered for students in the area.

Embattled Aurora Police chief must find a way to control gun violence and keep moral up after a series of incidents where cops were criminally charged.

“Everything costs. We’re all low-income families so it’s hard for us to find something for these kids to do,” said Mitchell, who said her son was going to be in online classes for the rest of the week because of the shooting.

Michelle Marin, who lives across the street from the school, said she walks her dog at the park almost every morning and sees students hanging out there all the time, “but you never think something like that’s going to happen.”

“We have seen some lockdowns but nothing with the caution tape or anything like that,” Marin said.

The shooting comes after an 18-year-old died after being shot about 5 miles (8 kilometers) away on Sunday night.

A shooting was also reported Friday in the parking lot of an Aurora mall, but police only found several shell casings when they arrived.

This comes after a shooting that happened only three weeks earlier. A 16-year-old boy has died and another 16-year-old was hurt in a Friday night shooting in Aurora, police said.

According to the Aurora Police Department, one teen was taken to a hospital after he was shot inside a vehicle in the area of East 12th Avenue and Ironton Street, 9NEWS reported. He later died.

A second victim, the passenger in the car, later walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound and was expected to survive, police said. Both were shot while inside a vehicle, according to police.

Detectives are investigating, police said. No other details or information about suspects has been released.

Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the Aurora Police Major Crimes Homicide Unit or the Metro Denver Crime Stoppers.

Aurora, Colorado is located in Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas County. It has an estimated population of 395,000 residents. It is the largest suburb of the Denver metropolitan area.

A good day for President Joe Biden. Today he signed American Jobs and Infrastructure Investment bill into law. The bipartisan bill passed finally in the House of Representatives after Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC) and the Congressional Black Caucus told House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) that they're not playing anymore games with the Progressive Caucus, pass the damn bill.

The law will being cash to states who want to build roads, bridges, ports and railroads.

Biden fought hard to get the bill passed and he now enjoys the benefits of a presidential victory.

"My message to the American people is this: America is moving again and your life is going to change for the better," said Biden. 

With the bipartisan bill, the president had to choose between his promise of fostering national unity and a commitment to transformative change. The final measure whittled down much of his initial vision for infrastructure. Yet the administration hopes to sell the new law as a success that bridged partisan divides and will elevate the country with clean drinking water, high-speed internet and a shift away from fossil fuels.

Biden signed the bill with Vice President Kamala Harris, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ), Sen. Karen Portman (R-OH), Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV), Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT), Sen. Karen Murkowski (R-AK), Sen. Karen Cassidy (R-LA), Sen. Karen Collins (R-ME) and numerous Democrat and Republican House members. No members of the so-called Squad were there. One in particular was the Obstructionist leader Karen McConnell (R-KY). He did not appear at the signing but he was an instrumental part of passage. He along with Portman decided that the Brent Spence Bridge which carries Interstate 71 and 75 from Cincinnati and through its suburbs in Northern Kentucky was in dire need to be replaced. Sen. Karen Paul (R-KY) did not vote for the package. Yet, he will appear at road opening and construction sites to claim credit.

Manchin is also obstructing the Build Back Better package. The package was left out of the bipartisan bill. He still is determined to sink the bill. The Republicans who did not vote for the bill will balk at the package but soon turnout at construction openings.

This week, the Congressional Budget Office will give an estimate of the cost of the Build Back Better package and the long term impact.

Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) was the most upset over the bill's passage. She called it "socialism" and called upon Washed Up 45 supporters to harass the 13 lawmakers in the House that supported the bill.

Do nothing senator Karen Cruz of Texas is hoping mad too. After he was hammered for taking a vacation in Cancun, Mexico while the state was dealing with a freak blizzard and energy grid collapse, the Texas senator complains about giving Biden a win.

"They gave Joe Biden a win," said Cruz of the Republicans who voted for infrastructure. "He will now go across the country touting, look at this bipartisan win. And that additional momentum, unfortunately, makes it more likely they whip up their Democrats into shape and pass some multitrillion-dollar spending bill on top of this."

Republicans are frustrated with the members and threatened to strip them of committee assignments. 

Washed Up 45 called McConnell an "Old Crow" who cooperated with the Democrats to pass "a terrible Democrat Socialist Infrastructure Plan."

After years of the former president touting the "Infrastructure Week," the old fart is now upset he can't claim credit for it. After all, he was the one who said he's done more than any other president. Yet, he's complaining about one president doing something that will give the Democrats the jolt hopefully to defend their slim majority from being defeated.

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), outgoing mayor of Dayton Nan Whaley and Portman were invited to the White House to witness the president sign the package. Whaley is the current United States Conference of Mayors president.

The far-right agitator who is a conspiracy theorist will be held liable for the slandering and defamation of the families of Sandy Hook. He is also in the feds crosshairs for being a part of the insurrection.

The massacre in December 2012 was one of Barack Obama's first term tragedies. He had hopes that Congress would pass comprehensive gun control in the second term. The Republicans and several Democrats continue to stall progress. They suck the cock of the National Rifle Association and failed to pass a legislative bill that would keep firearms out of the hands of potential terrorists. 

This conspiracy theorist made a profit off of this. He had followers stalk the families of some of these victims.

The agitator called it a "giant hoax." He was found liable Monday for damages in lawsuit filed by the parents of the children and teachers killed in the shooting.

The agitator kept defending it by saying he's expressing freedom of speech and he's not to be taken seriously. However, he kept the websites he ran as unfortunately "news" sources. Obviously, he made millions of spreading the lie that the Sandy Hook school shooting being a hoax.

The Sandy Hook massacre was on of the worst attacks in American history.

State Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis took the rare step to finding the agitator in default in the defamation lawsuits for his and his company's "failure to produce critical material information that the plaintiffs needed to prove their claims."

"[The defendant] and his companies have deliberately concealed evidence of the relationship between what they publish and how they make money. [The defendant] was given every opportunity to comply but, when he chose instead to withhold evidence for more than two years, the Court was left with no choice but to rule as it did today. While today's ruling is a legal victory, the battle to shed light on how deeply [the defendant] has harmed these families continues."

That was the words of Chris Mattei, the lawyer representing a handful of family members involved in suing this agitator.

Now he may be forced to pay up the families of Veronique De La Rosa and Leonard Pozner, the parents of Noah Pozner and Scarlett Lewis, the mother of Jesse Lewis, their lawyers and the other entities involved.

The lawyers for the agitator vow to appeal the decision. They believe that "the ruling is founded neither in law or fact. Indeed, we had appealed Judge Bellis' decision to refuse to step aside to the state Supreme Court on Friday. We remain confident that, in the end, the Sandy Hook families cannot prove either liability or damages. We think their lawyers know this; hence the desperate effort to obtain a default."

The agitator's ex-wife is suing him as well. She is claiming that he is mentally ill and unfit as a parent.

She wants him to pay child support and ask the court for protective custody due to the potential of him being violent towards her.
