I can only say that white supremacy is probably one of the leading factors to why many of the Democrats failed to capture the House and the Senate. Yeah, the House will remain in the Democrats corner but it won't be the massive haul they took in 2018.
The Senate is likely going to be in Republican control.
An relic of the old south continues on. The white nationalist Lindsey Graham wins.
The Democrats outraised every Republican candidate and only managed to win two seats. They are losing one and the results of Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI) and John James aren't in yet.
Sen. Martha McSally (R-AZ), Sen. Doug Jones (D-AL) and Sen. Cory Gardner (D-CO) go home.
We await the results of the Georgia Senate race between Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) and Jon Ossoff.
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA), Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT), Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK), Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) and Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) will continue to do little for their constituents.
I am disappointed that Jaime Harrison did not send Graham home. He outraised Graham by massive numbers only to lose by double digits. Same with Amy McGrath. She outraised McConnell and took the worst loss in modern history.
Donald J. Trump declared victory over Joe Biden early morning and the junk food media condemned him for making the premature announcement before the results were officially tallied.
So far, we have Biden with 248 and Trump with 214.
Pennsylvania, Nevada, North Carolina, Georgia and Michigan results await.
I voted early in the state of Ohio and I feel somewhat confident that my vote mattered. I am not going to be watching a lot of television today because I feel that if I start watching results, it will get my blood pressure up.
However, I hope we turned out in droves to defeat President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. I hope the Democratic Party and the American voter casted aside the noise and distractions of the far-right and leftists who demonized us with propaganda and disinformation.
I hope that every Black woman, older Black American, college educated American, suburban woman, former Republican, disgruntled Republican, independent, mainstream progressive, every moderate, Hispanic, Asian-American, Native American and those affected by Trump’s reckless actions turnout and vote.
You notice I said Black woman. I deliberately left out Black man. Trump can claim at least some achievement. He got at least 11% to 15% of the Black male vote. Obviously the misogyny, greed, homophobia, xenophobia and “self-proclaimed” Black nationalist vote matters to Trump.
The Ice Cube, Lil Wayne, Lil Pump, Tariq Nasheed (formerly K-Flex), Terrence K. Williams, 50 Cent and Herschel Walker votes matter, right?
For all the young voters who lost out their graduation in 2020 from high school, I am so sorry.
The opportunity to graduate with your friends was squandered by the actions of this president and his handling of the coronavirus. You missed out your proms, your class trips, your amazing yearbooks and you final goodbyes to the teachers and principals who blessed you on your path to greatness. Those memories are lost, but fear not, it’s your opportunity to do good by voting.
I know some of you young voters are dismayed that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) lost the primaries. Yeah, I get that. I see Joe Biden wasn’t your first or even second choice. Yeah, I understand. But I believe that if we do get this opportunity to make things right by voting for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, we’re one step closer to achieving the goals Bernie Sanders, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and many other progressives hope we achieve in the future.
I see that Amy Coney Barrett is on the Supreme Court now. Yeah, I am still pissed that the Republicans denied Barack Obama his third pick for the Supreme Court. Trump goes against the wishes of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. The Senate has done little accomplishments to help the American people. The HEROES Act, The George Floyd Police and Community Action Act, and The John Lewis Voting Rights Act will die with this session. The Republicans return home to watch the results and hope they cling on to power. A generation of progress is squandered by an ugly, purple handed old cracker who’s first name is Addison.
If we can win back the U.S. Senate, we can put an end to the gridlock that Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) imposed on our nation for the last decade. He, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Martha McSally (R-AZ), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), Sen. Cindy Hyde Smith (R-MS), Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA), Sen. David Perdue (R-GA), Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA), Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT), Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK), Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO) and Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) have an opportunity to lose their seats.
Voting for Jaime Harrison, Sen. Doug Jones (D-AL), Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI), Al Gross, Sara Gideon, Cal Cunningham, Raphael Warnock, Jon Osoff, Mike Espy, MJ Hager, John Hickenlooper, Steve Bullock and Theresa Greenfeld could change the demographics and add more reasonable lawmakers to the fold.
The Senate failed to pass relief for millions of Americans who are losing their homes, their businesses and their lives. They have no concern for the middle class. They passed stupid draconian laws that could impact the lives of millions. They packed the courts with white nationalists who believe that the key to winning is to make decisions through arcane decisions of the previous centuries.
They want to strip millions of Americans from having health care coverage during a pandemic.
They have promised they’ll pass health legislation if they repeal the Affordable Care Act. Still over 10 years later, there’s no bill or proposal that matched Obamacare.
Let's win this.
These lawmakers shouldn’t be rewarded with more years of the same tired politics.
The way we cover candidates should also change. With Fox News, Breitbart, RT, Newsmax, the New York Post, talk radio and internet trolls running from coast to coast spewing out false and misleading information about the Democrats, it should be time to label news content.
Media personalities like that annoying Sean “Softball” Hannity should be given a rating of “opinion” and ‘doesn’t reflect the network” whenever he’s on. The TV ratings should be given to certain programs like Tucker Carlson or Laura Ingraham. We can say that “Warning the content may be considered upsetting to some audiences, viewer discretion is advised” when they come on.
Hypothetically, I hope the Democrats sweep the election. We must first restore our trust with democracy. Trump has already said that the results are not fair and he will pursue legal matters if he’s not declared the winner.
I do have some cautious concern about the results. Could the pollsters be wrong and Trump does win reelection?
What happens next?
Again, it’s going to be a long night for you. I hope that we’re going to give you the inspiration regardless of whoever wins this election.

The Supreme Court handed civil rights activist DeRay McKesson a victory. He is no longer liable for the actions that led to a former cop being injured during the 2016 police shooting of Alton Sterling.
A former Baton Rouge cop tried to sue McKesson and Black Lives Matter for injuries he suffered during the protests. The Supreme Court threw out an appellate ruling that would’ve let the lawsuit go to trial.
The Supreme Court eight current members made the ruling on Monday. Amy Coney Barrett, the newly appointed justice, did not participate in the decision.
Supreme Court says DeRay McKesson isn't liable for another person's actions.
The high court’s ruling gave McKesson a victory. He appealed the ruling by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in an effort to get the three-year legal battle thrown out. Instead the Court denied the appeal’s court decision and ordered the lower courts to consult with the Louisiana Supreme Court over several issues of state law before considering the case again.
The former cop who is named “John Doe” due to the possibility of retaliation from McKesson in legal matters decided to sue him and Black Lives Matter for damages after being seriously injured by a chunk of concrete being thrown during unrest near the Baton Rouge Police headquarters.
The cop doesn’t contend that McKesson threw the projectile or had any direct involvement in the matter. He is blaming McKesson for the fact that his mere presence orchestrated the incident. He claims that the activist was well aware that protest could turn violent.

The cop wants the activist to be held liable of the injuries.
Baton Rouge Police arrested McKesson --- along with roughly 100 others -- for allegedly obstructing a highway, although East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney Hillar Moore III declined to prosecute these cases.
McKesson led a federal class-action lawsuit against the department which resulted in him being awarded $100,000.
McKesson and Shaun King are often labeled with the Black Lives Matter movement.
Alton Sterling's death happened around 2016. His death was in vein. Black voters didn't show up to the polls and now in 2020 we're still dealing with police shootings of people of color.
Black Lives Matter do not consider these men a part of their movement. Many see these two as attention seekers.
McKesson, a former schoolteacher from Baltimore is an openly gay progressive agitator.
King is a “transracial” activist who is a notorious agent provocateur. He was a staunch supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). He spread disinformation about the Democratic candidates running for president. He along with many leftists spread false claims about Democratic nominee Joe Biden during the primaries. Notably, King has been relentlessly called out for creating phony grassroots movements to raise money. He is under fire for not disclosing where the donations and fundraising money went. He and Benjamin Dixon have swindled thousands of supporters out of money.
A reminder to those reading Journal de la Reyna, DeRay McKesson and [Jeffrey] Shuan King do not represent the Black Lives Matter movement. They are not leaders nor advisors to the entity.

The former NSA contractor who leaked U.S. intelligence to the world is now trying to become a Russian citizen. It was confirmed that Edward Snowden and his wife Lindsay are expecting a child. He is also applying for permanent residency.
The U.S. government is seeking immediate arrest for espionage. He managed to slip pass American authorities by flying out of Hawai’i. He ended up in Singapore and then Russia before the American government shut down his passport.
Snowden applied for emergency asylum in Russia and the federation’s president Vladimir Putin granted him a temporary residency. It was likely a reward for opening up secrets that America used to gather intelligence on foreign governments.
With his wife living in the U.S. and being pregnant with his future child, the two decided to apply for Russian citizenship in order not to be separated during this pandemic.
“After years of separation from our parents, my wife and I have no desire to be separated from our son. That’s why, in this era of pandemics and closed borders, we’re applying for dual U.S.-Russian citizenship,” Snowden said. “Lindsey and I will remain Americans, raising our son with all the values of the America we love, including the freedom to speak his mind. And I look forward to the day I can return to the States, so the whole family can be reunited. Our greatest wish is that, wherever our son lives, he feels at home.”
Snowden’s child is expected to be born in December said the Interfax news agency. They cited Anatoly Kucherena, his Russian attorney speaking on behalf of the American.
Tensions have been growing between Washington, DC and Moscow for some time. With the U.S. election only days away, the world awaits for the results. Democratic nominee Joe Biden who served as vice president under Barack Obama would likely pursue an arrest for Snowden.
U.S. president Donald J. Trump will likely try to pardon Snowden since he wants better relations with Russia. The Russian government has been actively pushing a disinformation campaign against Biden to help Trump. So far, the Hunter Biden laptop and China deal allegations are falling flat. The U.S. intelligence said this is Russian disinformation. Trump and the far-right continue to push this.
Snowden has relatively kept a low profile while staying in Russia. He knows that the CIA and FBI are waiting for him to slip up. He often has to hire armed security and is not making patterns in movement. He knows that U.S. officials could snatch him up when he’s at his most vulnerable moments.
Snowden is white privilege. He claims he did the world a favor by stealing information from the federal government and leaking it to the national press. He believes in his warped “libertarian” mindset; he was the Paul Revere of government accountability.
He did it under the premise of the Russian Federation. That’s why he’s being charged with espionage. He knew how to elude authorities. I guess since he worked for the National Security Administration, he knew tactics of espionage.
If caught, Snowden could face up to 300 years in federal time out for leaking state secrets and eluding federal authorities. He could face the DEATH card for treason and espionage.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friendly’s Restaurants’ parent files for bankruptcy, announcing the sale of the brand for $2 million.
The company FIC Restaurants, the parent of the ice cream and hamburger chain filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after the COVID-19 pandemic caused sales to plummet.
The company will sell substantially all of its assets to Amici Partners Group for nearly $2 million, according to a Monday court filing.
Once again, private equity firms piling debt on companies and forcing them to declare bankruptcy to starve off the total liquidation of its assets. Private equity has been notorious for destroying companies. Some of our country’s most well known companies are gone because of private equity firms.
Friendly’s had a wide impact on the East coast and Midwest. The company is probably limited to only 157 locations. It’s located in Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, South Carolina and Florida. It once had an impact in Ohio, Virginia and Rhode Island. Those locations had closed because of its first bankruptcy.

Trump is hoping a last minute push for support could help him win.
Trump still is rehashing the Hunter Biden laptop, the Obama Administration spying on his campaign, Hillary Clinton’s emails, the media being bias against him, the polls are fake, what he’s done as president and other usual grievances in front of a mostly maskless crowd.
Democrats are cautious about the polls because it got it wrong in 2016 when Hillary Clinton lost to Trump. Now Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) are hoping that momentum is in their favor.
The Biden Harris campaign bus was harassed by Trump supporters.
Over the weekend, there were caravans of Trump supporters in Texas, New York and New Jersey blocking roads. One of the Texas caravans tried to run a Biden campaign bus off the highway.
The FBI on Monday declined to elaborate on the investigation, which was prompted when the Austin-bound Biden campaign reported that the Trump vehicles surrounded the bus and that concerns were raised that the caravan could have been run off the road.
Biden and Harris were not on board at the time. No one was injured, and the bus eventually reached its destination with the assistance of law enforcement.
It was one of several incidents involving "Trump Train" caravans across the country in the last weekend before Election Day.
Trump, echoing a tweet he sent Sunday about the incident, said his supporters "did nothing wrong."
"But the ANTIFA Anarchists, Rioters and Looters, who have caused so much harm and destruction in Democrat run cities, are being seriously looked at!" Trump wrote.
Trump referred to his repeated and unsupported claims that social justice protests against police-related violence have been driven by an anti-facist movement known as Antifa.
Matter of fact, Trump, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) and Texas Republican chairman Allen West have not only dismissed the notion of voter intimidation but complained that they didn’t do enough. I guess it was a “Stand back - Stand by” moment.

Instatestate 270 in Missouri and Illinois is part of a partial beltway around the St. Louis area. The highway 51 mile freeway that begins at a crossroads of Interstate 55/70 in Troy, Illinois. It first passes through Interstate 255 near Alton and crosses the Mississippi River and loops over the St. Louis suburbs. It will pass through Interstate 70, Interstate 64 (U.S. 40/U.S. 61), Interstate 44 (U.S. 50) and terminates at Interstate 55/255 in Mehlville, Missouri.
Interstate 270 in Ohio is the beltway that covers Columbus, Ohio. It is dedicated after legendary golfer and Trump supporter Jack Nicklaus. It’s also known as the Outerbelt. It’s beginning milepost starts due west of Interstate 71 and runs clockwise around Interstate 70, U.S. 33 (Ohio Route 161), Ohio Route 315 (possible Interstate 73), Interstate 71, Ohio Route 161, Interstate 670 (U.S. 62), Interstate 70, U.S. 33 and returns back to Interstate 71 in the clockwise pattern. The highway has gone through major upgrades around the northern part of Columbus and is commonly used to bypass the major work going on Interstate 70 in downtown Columbus. The Ohio Department of Transportation is proposing SMARTLANE travel for Interstate 270 during peak times.
Interstate 270 in Maryland is a spur that leads to the Washington, DC suburbs. It’s probably one of the most heavily traveled highways in the DC Metro Area. Besides it’s termination point at Interstate 495 known as the Capital Beltway. It is a 33 mile freeway with an extended 2 mile spur route. The freeway has express route for straight commute towards DC and local roads that go through Rockville, Gaithersburg and Frederick, Maryland. The Interstate passes through Interstate 370, a minor spur that leads to the DC Metro Transit Center. It terminates at Interstate 70 (U.S. 40) near Frederick. Interstate 270 carries over 400,000 vehicles a year. It’s considered the most active subroute of Interstate 70.
Hey, Tuesday is only a few days away. The American voter will decide on whether Donald J. Trump deserves a second term or Joe Biden will have a turn at it.
Cause I sure don’t give fuck about it being a blowout. I believe if Biden can make it 270 through the electoral college, he will become the next president of the United States.
As you know, the pollsters had gotten it wrong and we allowed Trump to become the president.
Now we’re coming into the final days of this election and people on both sides are nervous.
Think about it. We have a pandemic. Those who wanted to graduate from high school, college and trade school were denied. The NBA, NFL, MLB, MLS and NHL had to scale back games, limit crowds and risk the athletes getting sick from COVID-19. We have unrest in the United States thanks to police violence. We have an economy that is facing uncertainty. Companies are going out of business left and right.
Trump still has a lot of support despite the chaos.

Former Fox News medical commentator and Donald J. Trump’s goto doctor Dr. Scott Atlas decided to go to Russian-state propaganda. He appeared on Russia Today (RT), a registered foreign agent.
RT Network is owned by Russian-state owned news agency RIA Novosti and subsidiary RT America is registered with the U.S. Justice Department of the Russian government.
He went to social media to apologize for making an appearance on RT.
I recently did an interview with RT and was unaware they are a registered foreign agent. I regret doing the interview and apologize for allowing myself to be taken advantage of. I especially apologize to the national security community who is working hard to defend us.
The Kremlin uses RT to spread English-language propaganda to the American audiences.
Atlas has been known for spreading misinformation about the COVID-19 pandemic. He made dubious claims about the effectiveness of masks, suggesting lockdowns are killing people and discouraging asymptomatic people from being tested.
Atlas is not Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Brix. He is a Fox News commentator who no real insight with COVID-19.
Fauci said he’s an idiot.
“I have real problems with that guy,” Fauci said in an interview with The Washington Post. “He’s a smart guy who’s talking about things that I believe he doesn’t have any real insight or knowledge or experience in. He keeps talking about things that when you dissect it out and parse it out, it doesn’t make any sense.”
It’s important to understand that Trump and his acolytes are very supportive of him. He still leads in the enthusiasm gap whereas Joe Biden is not. Hopefully, the voter turnout will help drive the Republicans and Trump out of power.
We have over 300,000 Americans killed from the coronavirus and over 11 million infected. Trump and Republicans see no concern for the lives lost to this endless pandemic.

The actions of the Alamance County Sheriff and Graham Police are criminal.
There was a peaceful march to the polls on Saturday and it turns out that the Republican sheriff Terry S. Johnson and his boys decided pepper-spray people -- including children.
A racially diverse group of about 200 people walked with a police escort from Wayman’s Chapel AME Church to Court Square in the city of Graham, North Carolina. They held a rally encouraging people to vote. The event was sponsored by Rev. Greg Drumwright, a Burlington civil rights activist who leads the Citadel Church in Greensboro.
Three politicians participated in some of the events. The mayor of Burlington, Ian Baltutis, Democratic candidate for county commissioner Dreama Caldwell and Democratic school board candidate Seneca Rodgers.
At one point of the march, they held a moment of silence for the death of George Floyd and many other people killed in police custody.

After the moment of silence, the Alamance County boys ordered people to clear the road.
Soon, the boys under the order of the sheriff decided to pepper spray the crowd and soon began arresting people. Several children in the crowd were affected by the pepper spray.
One witness, Melanie Mitchell said her 5-year old and 11-year old daughter were pepper-sprayed just after the moment of silence.
She said that the Graham Police approached the crowd assembled in the street and told them to move onto the sidewalk and soon began spraying pepper spray towards the ground.
“My 11-year old was terrified,” Mitchell said. “She doesn’t want to come down to Graham anymore.”
The crowd then moved to the courthouse where speeches were given. But before the speeches concluded, the county boys began dismantling the sound system and telling the crowd to disperse.
The “I Am Change” march was billed in part as a get-out-the-vote initiative as well as a demonstration against police violence.

Drumwright said that the march was non-partisan.
“This march is encouraging people to go to the polls and vote for change,” he said in a presser in Burlington.
He said that his arrest will not deter him or those who support him from peaceful protesting.
In 2012, the U.S. Department of Justice laid out nine ways in which Alamance County sheriff Terry S. Johnson and his deputies violated people’s constitutional rights in the county through “a pattern or practice of discriminatory policing.”
The DOJ under the Obama administration, filed a lawsuit over the accusations, but a Republican-appointed federal judge threw out the suit. The DOJ appealed, then agreed to drop its legal threats in exchange for Johnson agreeing to his actions including “bias-free policing” training for his deputies.
Johnson has been running unopposed as a Republican.
