But going against his former Secretary of State and former First Lady of the United States Hillary Clinton, it hung to her like a noose around her neck. While she may have taken the popular vote, she lost the all important electoral college.

If she would have won, Republicans would carry this on for years.

With nearly $10 million used to investigate the September 11, 2012 tragedy, Republicans have gotten all the answers they need.

Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny and Brittany O'Grady star in Fox's STAR. The Lee Daniels drama is greenlight for eight episodes and it features Queen Latifah and Lenny Kravitz.

Fox greenlights a new Lee Daniels drama called Star. It features the newcomers Jude Demorest, Ryan Destiny and Brittany O'Grady as three young women who want to become singers no matter the price.

Lee Daniels and co-producer Tom Donaghy wrote this drama about a tale of the music business and how it's not all easy for the gifted.

Three newcomers who auditioned for the roles.

Star played by Demorest is a street smart woman who was brought up through the foster care system and decides to take control of her destiny. Star gets in touch with her sister Simone (played by O'Grady) and her best friend from social media Alexandra (played by Destiny) and they take a roadtrip to Atlanta to become superstars.

It also features rapper/singer/actress Queen Latifah as Carlotta Brown, the owner of an Atlanta beauty salon who becomes a surrogate mother to the three young women. She's highly religious and doesn't approve of their musical ambitions.

The series is a backdoor pilot from the hit musical drama Empire.

The series will air during the Empire break and if its a success, we'll see more of Star.

The New York Daily News report that a posting about Donald J. Trump going after Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) prompt Tarvenia to comment that her brother was also a veteran and her support for San Francisco 49ers' Kaepernick when he kneeled during the anthem to protest police brutality.

"Your brother can pack up and leave this country. I don't care if he is a vet or not. I am a vet and what [Kaepernick] is try to represent is wrong," said Hudson.

California woman let Belding know that a member of the team has racial hatred towards Blacks.

Tarvenia said, why should my brother leave the country. What set this asshole off was a mention of Black Lives Matter, the group who protests against racial injustice.

America's TV Dad Alan Thicke passed away. He is the father of R&B/pop singer Robin Thicke.

He played Dr. Jason Seaver on the ABC hit sitcom Growing Pains. He was a Canadian-born actor, game show host, talk radio host and pitchman for Optima Tax Relief. He just posted on social media five hours ago before he passed away. He said that he was going to be on an episode of Fuller House, the sequel to Full House.

TMZ confirmed that he passed away at the St. Joseph's Medical Center in Burbank.

Taylor worked for the nonprofit Clay County Development Corp. She was fired out the cannon for the posting. But a month later, she's rehired.

The Charleston-Gazette reports that a letter form the agency's acting director Leslie McGlothin to the West Virginia Bureau of Senior Services says Taylor is on suspension and scheduled to return back to work on Dec. 23.

The nonprofit provides services to elderly and low-income residents in Clay County. It is funding through state and federal grants and local fees.

In the state of Utah, a young woman in Layton was insulted by a customer. The customer insulted the worker while she was serving her at Coldstone Creamery and then went to Yelp to go even further.

The woman called her disgusting.

"She was giving me dirty looks the whole time and it was kind of weird but I helped her and then she said 'if you continue to eat too much ice cream you're going to look like her,' and I continue to help her and that's it," said Justine Elwood, the woman who was body shamed by this slimeball.

It wasn't the end of this. The woman then took to social media to rant about the experience.

"Coldstone has been one of our favorite places to go as a family and enjoy quality ice cream, specifically the Layton location. Unfortunately, I have had a specifically unsatisfying experience the last few times we have come into the store. One of their female employees Jessie? Jennifer? J something, is disgustingly obese, and each time we come in, although she does her job, and is very polite, instantly makes my appetite disappear. I understand the need to hire bias free, but when someones [sic] looks interfere with my experience at an establishment [sic] I can't help but complain. As a mother I don't like my children thinking they will look that way by eating too much ice cream. Overall a good establishment with fast service, and delightful treats. We love Coldstone [sic] just not all the employees."

Her mom Daphne Moore Felley took to social media to ask for the name of the person who insulted her daughter. She was so pissed that she wanted to serve her a five finger roll with a side of toe jam.

"At first I was really angry and I wanted to find the person and say face to face what are you thinking to say that kind of stuff and then it turn to well, you might as well make a good thing of it because what are you going to do? Justine is the one who said she forgave her so after that we just thought we'd make something good of it."

Felley managed to get Yelp to remove the post but she demands the public to out this Elanie S.

The unrepentant Kyndra Shackleford had a breakdown when the court handed her a lengthy bid in the iron college.

But I happened to hear about the situation with the Dayton, Ohio woman who led the Montgomery County Sheriff and Huber Heights Police on a chase that led to a deadly encounter. The victim Marcus Harper was on his way home when Kyndra Shackleford was in a trick's vehicle she taken from a local gas station. The police gave pursuit which led to speeds ranging over 100 mph.

Shackleford blew through a light near the Hollywood Gaming racino and struck the vehicle that Marcus and passenger Loretta Creech were in. Marcus died on impact and Loretta was severely injured.

Ever since she was a juvie she had run-ins with the law. Before this event, she was the woman who fired shots in the air to provoke a former boyfriend. She was a troubled teen who could not find the help she needed. She was bipolar and a victim of abuse. It's not an excuse for the reckless behavior, but the thrill of the chase and the fear of being caught drove her to flee.

Shackleford was under the influence of alcohol at the time and she had felonies on the books.

Huber Heights Officer Mike Winterbotham was the officer who gave chase and radioed for assistance.

The court threw the book at her. She got 15 to LIFE in the iron college. With time served she could be out in 16.5 in the iron college.




The court ordered her to pay the restitution for the victims. She was fined $1,590 and is banned from driving for LIFE. If she is released to in-house via parole, if she is caught driving on the road, she could go back to the iron college to serve LIFE.

The Huber Heights Police, Montgomery County Sheriff and Dayton Police are not off the hook either. The officer's need to "stop a bad guy" when they take off in a vehicle is becoming a real danger to the community. They have to evaluate how to handle high speed pursuits.

Young Muslim Woman Fears The Law Wouldn't Believe Her Story!

Cedar Rapids Police and Linn County Sheriff are doing an investigation into the shooting of Jerime Mitchell. The Iowa State Police and U.S. Justice Department are also determining if the officer used justifiable force. He was an unarmed motorist.

A routine pull over because of a license plate light led to a Black man being shot three times. He is paralyzed from the waist down. Now his family and the NAACP are demanding answers to why a simple stop could lead to this.

According to Officer Lucas Jones, Jerime struggled with him and his Belgian mulatte partner. Jones and the police dog were on him. Jones activated his door latch to release his police dog. But Jerime managed to slip through and got into his pickup truck.

Cedar Rapids Police are doing damage control after a routine stop turned into a near fatal shooting.

Jones would reach for his service weapon and start popping off while Jerime was driving.

Jerime who is a 37-year old father was being searched for possession of marijuana. Jones was "trying to search" the vehicle with Jerime saying forcible no to the search. Jones claimed that Jerime was the instigator.

Jerime disputes the account, he said that Jones was the aggressor. His supporters and civil rights activists have blasted the prosecutor for the ending the secret grand jury inquiry without obtaining any statement or testimony from him, who is now hospitalized with a bullet lodged in his neck.

The pull over was around 1:17 am. Investigators says Jones initiated the stop because the light bulbs that illuminate the license plate on Jerime's truck were burned out. A minor infraction.



This issue has touched a nerve to the lives of Black men.

Once again, Jones's testimony was more important than the victim's. The grand jury decided to not indict the officer. They also decided to not indict Jerime for the charges of marijuana possession and fleeing and eluding an arresting officer.
