The NYPD is investigating a deadly shooting at a concert featuring rapper Clifford "T.I." Harris.
T.I. was scheduled to performed onstage. During the show, someone popped off and it hit three. One of the victims was killed and two were critically injured.
A 34-year-old man was shot in the chest and a 33-year-old man was shot in the stomach.
Two people were shot in the leg -- a woman, 26, and a 30-year-old man who walked himself to a nearby hospital.
CNN has reached out to T.I.'s representatives for comment. He's is no longer at the venue, authorities said.
T.I. was also set to perform at a separate venue, the 1 OAK nightclub, later in the evening, but authorities have shut it down, according to law enforcement sources.

American Sniper was a best selling book and a blockbuster movie. It's the story of Chris Kyle, one of the U.S. military's best marksman. He was a U.S. Navy Seal who claimed he had bucked numerous enemies.
There are some in the junk food media questioning his tales of heroics. Could it be nothing more than a farce?
There's a report circulating on the liberal agitation websites disputing some of Kyle's years of service.
The Intercept reports that Kyle embellished his military record, according to internal Navy documents obtained by The Intercept. During his 10 years of military service and four deployments, Kyle earned one Silver Star and three Bronze Stars with Valor, a record confirmed by Navy officials.
Kyle was warned at least once before American Sniper was published that its description of his medal count was wrong, according to one current Navy officer, who asked not to be identified because he was not authorized to speak about the case. As Kyle’s American Sniper manuscript was distributed among SEALs, one of his former commanders, who was still on active duty, advised Kyle that his claim of having two Silver Stars was false, and he should correct it before his book was published.
Current and former Navy SEALs interviewed for this article, who agreed to speak on background because they feared being shunned by their close-knit community, did not dispute Kyle’s heroism in combat, but saw the inflation of his medal count as significant because they consider battlefield embellishments to be dishonorable.
The Silver Star, the third-highest award given for battlefield conduct, is considered a prestigious commendation.
The discrepancy raises new questions about Kyle’s credibility and highlights a continuing controversy in the SEAL community over members exaggerating or distorting their war records. In one high-profile controversy, two members of SEAL Team 6 engaged in a public dispute over who deserved credit for the fatal shots that killed Osama bin Laden.
Within the military community, embellishing medals and achievements — so-called stolen valor — is considered a serious ethical violation. In 1996, Adm. Jeremy Boorda, who was then the highest-ranking uniformed naval officer, committed suicide after questions were raised about two valor pins — known as “devices” — he wore on his uniform for service during the Vietnam War. It was later determined that he was not authorized to wear the “V” devices.
According to two current Navy officials, inaccurate information about Kyle’s awards is also contained in his separation document, known in the military as a DD214, which usually reflects a veteran’s official service record. Kyle’s DD214 form, which lists two Silver Stars and six Bronze Stars with Valor among his decorations, also differs from the number of Bronze Stars with Valor — five — that Kyle listed in his book.

I think it's Tamera Housley behind the apparent cannon firing of reality star and singer Tamar Braxton from daytime agitation show The Real.
Word on the street that the singer and reality television star was bounced from Season Three after allegations of her being truly a "bawse" on the set. Some say that she is extremely difficult to work with.
Tamera Mowry-Housley and Tamar Braxton (known legally as Tamar Herbert) pitched the idea of The Real to Fox and the CW executives and they greenlighted the deal and gave them along with Loni Love, Adrienne Bailon and Jeannie Mai the opportunity to compete with The View and The Talk.
The Real is pretty damn good. The women discuss the junk food media like it's nothing.
But the four ladies remained quiet on the rumors of infighting between Braxton and her old crew.
Braxton who released an album this year is rebooting her singing career and stressed that the music and her family is what keeps her going.

Cosby being helped by his bodyguards. The troubled entertainer will have to testify in court after one of his accusers press charges on him. He admits to slipping the drinks but he denies raping the women.
If you haven't heard the news, that famed comedian Bill Cosby will have a day in court. He will face the judge, the jury and the prosecutor who is willing to put him in the iron college for the rest of his life.
Of course, Cosby is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Well, last year Bill Cosby went from A-list to washed up in a matter of months. He was accused by over 4 dozen women of having slipping quaaludes into their drinks and having his way with them.
One of the accusers decided the time is now. Cosby who admitted to having numerous affairs denies raping the victim.
The victim was a former employee at Temple University, Cosby's old alma mater.
Cosby, 78 was present for the preliminary hearing in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania discussing the charges with his defense team.
The victim named Andrea Constand, accused Cosby of slipping her something in her wine and then they would have sex. She would wake up feeling sick and not remembering a thing.
Career is over. From A-list to washed up in a matter of months.
Cosby tried to hide the assault by paying for Constand's daughter's education. Cosby had also allegedly slept with a 17 year old model in 1976.
If found guilty of this charge, he could be facing up to 30 years in the iron college and will have to register as a TIER III sexual offender for the rest of his life.
His career is all but ruined. The Cosby Show, Fat Albert, Cosby, Little Bill, iSpy, The Bill Cosby Show, A Different World, his music and comedy albums, his movies like Ghost Dad are scrapped from every network and cable channel.
His management company fired him out the cannon. Now Cosby is certain to lose his wife Camille and his family's support if more damning evidence comes forth.
Cosby was the TV Dad who told Black men to pull up their pants and raise them children. I guess he's one to talk about Black men!
I happened to pick up a story from Addicting Info. This website that I frequently go had a story that made me smile. The negative images of Black women are being spread around the internet by conservative and racial agitators.
Addicting Info got word hat the National Center for Education Statistics has a report online about the futures of Black women achieving the dream.
“From 1999–2000 to 2009–10, the percentage of degrees earned by females remained between approximately 60 and 62 percent for associate’s degrees and between 57 and 58 percent for bachelor’s degrees. In contrast, the percentages of both master’s and doctor’s degrees earned by females increased from 1999–2000 to 2009–10. Within each racial/ethnic group, women earned the majority of degrees at all levels in 2009–10. For example, among U.S. residents, Black females earned 68 percent of associate’s degrees, 66 percent of bachelor’s degrees, 71 percent of master’s degrees, and 65 percent of all doctor’s degrees awarded to Black students.”
Black women are unappreciated and underprivileged. They are often looked upon as "unwed mothers", "welfare queens", "monkeys" and "bitches".
This comes as no surprise. Usually conservatives attack Black women who are powerful.
First Lady Michelle Obama is one of the most frequent targets of ridicule of conservatives. Mrs. Obama is a highly educated Black woman.
Krystal Lake, a well educated women was reprimanded for wearing a political hat at Home Depot. She got death threats and calls for a cannon firing after she spoke her mind about Donald Trump.
In my last posting, a satirist drew an offensive caricature of Mrs. Obama looking like a man with a bulge and broad shoulders next to the bubbly smiling Melania Trump. The satirist drew Trump in a negative fashion as well. Instead of calling her a business executive, he basically labeled her a trophy wife and bimbo.
Beyonce is a passionate activist and successful pop singer. She often reacts like most Americans to issues that face Black citizens. She made a video that reacted to the rage Black America has against a system that often is against them. To conservatives, they attack her for being anti-cop, a bad role model and talentless.
And of course, Romeo Rose, the loser who wants women to love him. He would degrade Black women as primates and said their lips look like rubber bands.
The conservatives and those in the Republican Party delegitimize people they don't like. They impose the fear and distrust towards others. Black women in power such as Baltimore city prosecutor Marilyn Mosby are often ridiculed as "cop-killers" and not professionals who are entitled to charge individuals for criminal acts.
Matter of fact, a young Black woman who wore an anti-Trump hat got attacked by trolls on social media. The Home Depot worker wore a "America was never great" hat to protest Donald Trump's ignorance and the conservatives went ape shit on her. Krystal Lake of Staten Island got death threats and calls for her cannon firing after she posted it on social media.
Black women are often look passed for jobs and education. Black women make less than White men and women combined.
Again, I can't stand Republicans! I don't like the Democrats either. Conservatives are racists and they don't hide the fact they are. Liberals are racists who pretend to be your friends and pretend to acted concerned when the issue becomes a matter of media attention.
Neither party cares about the needs of women of color.

I guess that if you're an airhead like that old fart Rush Limbaugh, the family of the victims killed by law enforcement are enjoying that huge payday. Matter of fact, where's Al Sharpton so he can shake down more!
Seeing that these trials are done by only a judge and not a room of fellow citizens, I guess if I commit a criminal act that is considered non-violent and I get roughed up by the police and eventually be left either severely hurt or killed, it's my own fault for my death.
The second officer involved in the April 2015 death of Freddie Gray was found not guilty.
Edward Nero was one of the six officers indicted by the Baltimore prosecutor in the death of Freddie Gray. The incident was caught on tape showing the officers picking up a screaming Freddie being hauled into an awaiting police van. On his way to city lockup, Freddie was injured by either the van or the encounter. The injuries left him in a coma with a severed spine. He would die of his injuries.
When Freddie was buried, it set off a riot in the city. It drove the conservative and racial agitators into blaming the mayor, the prosecutor Marilyn Mosby, #BlackLivesMatter, and President Barack Obama for the unrest in Baltimore.
Nero was charged with misdemeanor charges of second-degree assault and two counts of misconduct in office for his role in the arrest.
Nero was also charged with reckless endangerment for shackling Freddie and placing him the van without properly checking.
This is the second event in which an officer walks in the murder of an unarmed suspect. William Porter the first to be charged was a hung jury.
The attorney for Nero said that his client was innocent of all charges.
"The judge who tried the case obviously went along with the idea that a defendant is persumed to be innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt", attorney Barry Slotnick to the Huffington Post.
"What we have here is clearly as a case in which there was a conclusion that the judge drew with regards to the intentions of Officer Nero and as a result the verdict came in as not guilty, I think that the present verdict will affect the remaining trials in that the other defendants will be acquitted, as well in deference to the judge's decision."
Maryland's Governor Larry Hogan and Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake along with Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD) stress to the public to not react to violence and destruction upon the verdict.
The city police along with state authorities were ordered to watch the judge known to the public as Barry Williams and Nero after the verdict.
The second cop in the murder trial of Freddie Gray can go home a free man.
Now Nero can file a grievance against the city and prosecutor. He can also be free to express his opinion of the verdict. Maybe Softball Hannity could give him an hour to discuss how Baltimore is a hell-hole caused by the Democrats. Who knows?
He's got a book deal probably in the works and he can go home to his family saying that Freddie Gray shouldn't have ran. He would have probably had a night in the lockup instead of a six foot hole.
Conservatives are rejoicing that this officer got away with murder. They believe no matter how much evidence to the contrary, police officers are there to serve the communities. They think that Blacks and their attitude towards police creates the problems we're facing. They don't care about the systematic pull-overs, unlawful detainments, unlawful searches and threats opposed to Black, Hispanic, or practicing Muslims.
For them, it's just another defeat for liberalism. No amount of money could bring back Freddie Gray.
Shit got real ugly for a news reporter. He got served in a public lewdness and vandalism of a person's property.

A news reporter from the Phoenix metro area was charged with defacing property, disorderly conduct and public lewdness. Each charge is a misdemeanor and these could land him in the iron college for up to a year and 5 years in-house. If the conduct was sexual, he would have to register if the suspect was trying to expose himself in front of people.
Jonathon Lowe got fired out the cannon. He was a reporter from KPHO/KTVK. He embarrassed the station when he decided to take it upon himself to unzip his pants and made sausage on a resident's lawn.
He was in the suburb of Goodyear covering a story when he decided to relieve himself.
The owner saw him and she called the law on him. The law quickly arrived after seeing him in the van. They questioned him and he confessed to the incident.
"I know what you want to talk to me about," he reportedly said to police, explaining, "I've been feeling very sick and I've been stuck in this van all day. So I went over to that person's yard and took care of business." Lowe told police that he had to stay in the area, so heading to a nearby market to unburden his bowels was out.
Ragin Cajun. Barbeque restaurant owner fried his dog. The reporter was pissed and decided to squat like a dog and poop on the suspect's lawn.
The neighbor, who recognized Lowe from TV, tells police she would have let Lowe use her bathroom, if only he'd asked. "Those people who called on me just wanted to start problems," Lowe reportedly told police.
Lowe was reporting on a man being arrested for decapitating and cooking his dog in a sacrificial. The man was the owner of a local BBQ joint in Goodyear. Patrick Thompson was served with animal cruelty.
According the junk food media, the suspect was upset over the daughter's choice in friends. He grabbed a bag of his haze and laced it. He decided to punish the daughter by cooking the family poodle.
Ludacris and Ciara announced the nominees for the Billboard Music Awards. What A Time To Be Alive was Drake and that other guy Ciara's feuding with album.
Ciara Harris and Nayvadius DeMun Wilborn (aka Future) are at tonight's Billboard Music Awards.
The FutureHIVE hasn't calm down. Future enjoyed another number one album. His surprise album EVOL is platinum and he's on tour with Drake for the "Summer Sixteen". The rapper is also addressing a feud with a rapper named Desiigner.
Desiigner, who I've dubbed Fake Future has a hit called Panda and it's confusing some folks. Some people are saying that's Future.
Future isn't happy about this. He aimed some barbs at the New York rapper who recently signed to Kanye West's GOOD Music label. He believes that this rapper is biting his trademark flow.
Now that's just a minor issue compared to his feud with the ex. The Ciara and Future fallout is blowing up the webs. The feud between the rapper and pop singer has been one of the most talked about issues in the hip-hop community.
Ciara was once engaged to Future. They dated for a few years. She has a son with the rapper. He is the father of four other children. I also disclose that one of my closest cousins had a child with the rapper when he still an underground act. Future and Ciara were the hip-hop couple.
I guess Ciara ignored the cries of the ex-girls and baby mamas. They warned her that Future hasn't cut up his player's card. That card was being maxed out.
Ciara and Future would soon have a nasty fallout. Their son, Future (Nayvadius Zahir Wilburn, Jr.) is the middle of a bitter custody battle.
Ciara was hoping to secure full-time custody of their boy. Future fought that one in children's court.
He ended up getting joint custody of their son. Future and Ciara are in court fighting each other over defamation of character. Future is also urging the judge to lower the child support. He saying that Ciara's fiance Russell Wilson has enough money to take care of them.

Ciara is hosting the Billboard Music Awards with Ludacris this year.
When the rapper's name was announced, Ciara threw shade on it and Luda had to cover for her. Being a nominee for top rap act, Future is competing against Drake, Silento, Wiz Khalifa and Fetty Wap.
Ludacris had collaborated with both acts in the past. This is his second go around at the Billboard Awards.

Rejoice TGOD fans, the Taylors are working on a collaboration album. Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J have confirmed that there's an album in the works and they will rely on 808 Mafia's TM88 and Southside (known as rapper Sizzla) to give them the bangers.
The collaboration is a first for the two.
Juicy J also signaled that he will produce a handful of tracks for their album.

Dan Abram's Law Newz (Mediaite) reports this story about five women attacking a Victoria's Secret worker and it was captured on surveillance.
These women were allegedly shoplifting from a Miami Lakes, Florida mall. They entered the Victoria's Secret store in the opening hours. They created the distraction and it was noticed by the worker.
The worker took it upon herself to stop a group of alleged shoplifters. It didn't take long before the situation escalated and the five finger rolls were served.
What the worker did was confront the women on theft. The women were offended by the accusation and let the fist fly. First it became the hair and then the face. Then they gave the worker a curb side salad with a side of toe jam.
The worker did get the pictures of the suspects. She used her cell phone to capture the images of the suspects.
The Miami-Dade County police are looking for the suspects and they will eventually be caught.
If caught they will face felonious assault, battery, petty theft, robbery and trespassing. The felonious assault and robbery charge could land the women in the iron college for 5 to 15 years. The battery, petty theft and trespassing charge could land them in the iron college for up to 1 year or in-house for 10. They will be banned from shopping at the Victoria's Secret store and mall.
The worker will probably be warned about confronting shoppers on accusations of theft. She will be probably reprimanded for using cell phones on the job and filming customers without consent.
They are all innocent until proven guilty.
Here's what pisses me off.
Racial dog whistle words like "MOB". When the suspects are Black and the victims are White, these agitators uses "scary" words like "mob", "thugs" and use the "black majority cities" in one report.
Example: "Mob of women attack shopper at Detroit grocery store".
Decoded: "White shopper attacked by thugs in Detroit."
