Conservatives Have A Heartless Reaction To An Obama Supporter's Death!



The tragedy of the summer heatwave hits the campaign trail. President Barack Obama travels to the swing states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. The president goes to these states to pitch his offense against a formidable candidate who has a 3:1 ratio in fundraising. Former Massachusetts governor and perennial candidate for president Mitt Romney has made an alliance to the most radical elements of the conservative movement.

The once moderate governor of one of the most bluest states in the nation has become increasingly conservative if not an extremist in the way of thinking.

His supporters include radical elements who channel the angry voices of political talk radio. Supporters who watch Fox News religiously. Supporters who come onto websites to talk out their frustrations in keystrokes.

The president makes a stop in the city of Akron to get a little breakfast and take pictures with the owner of Ann's Restaurant. The owner Ann Harris served the president. A few hours later, the owner dies. Confirmed by the White House, the person who serve the president died of a heart attack.

According to the Huffington Post (through the Akron Beacon Journal and Associated Press), Josephine "Ann" Harris, 70, complained of "fatigue and a tingling feeling" shortly after Obama left her family diner, Ann's Place. She was taken by ambulance to Akron General Medical Center, and by 11:18 a.m., she was pronounced dead from an apparent heart attack.


Harris met -- and hugged -- Obama just after 8:00 a.m., when he stopped in unannounced for breakfast. Harris' sister, Frankie Adkins, told the Beacon Journalthat meeting Obama was likely a "highlight" for her sister since she was a big fan.
"She loved Obama," said Adkins.
The newspaper notes that Harris was "ecstatic" earlier in the morning when a Beacon Journal reporter spoke to her about meeting with the president.
The president and his staff express condolences to the family of Ann Harris.

Note there are some who have sympathetic responses but unfortunately the majority is negative and heartless.

    Irregardless of one’s Political POV, it is a sad day for the Harris family.
    Hopefully those who survive Ann realize it is hard work and self determination, not more government, that built her restaurant and kept in going in good times and bad. . .
    Obama doesn’t give a rat’s ass for Ann or any hard working American. .his answer is to destroy the things that made this country Great and grow the reach & size of government.

    Ann Harris had something few have, she served a president. This is one moment where I refrain from my posts on how I feel.

    Carney said POTUS, from Air Force One, phoned Wilma Parsons, the daughter of Josephine “Ann” Harris, the owner of the Ann’s Place restaurant in Akron, which POTUS visited this morning. Harris died hours after the presidential visit.
    Harris was not there when pool was inside the restaurant, but Carney said she met with POTUS afterward.
    “The president expressed his sorrow and his [condolences]. Very sad event, he was honored to meet her this morning and passed on his feelings that the whole family is in his thoughts and prayers today.”

    It’s interesting that all the people you’d like to die of heart attacks are people who are merely SAYING things you don’t like. Stuck!


                      

Weak jobs report. For the month of June, unemployment is still above 8%. The United States is still struggling to bring jobs back. 


Not good news for President Barack Obama and the members of Congress.

We have a problem people!

Issues such as weak demand, the wildfires, Europe, and the stock market are factors.

The president can't make unemployment numbers go down! That's not going to happen overnight and it's not going to be a simple fix. He can lay out the groundwork and he still has one major obstacle to face.

Congress.

The real issue lies with the partisan gridlock with Congress. Before they went on their umpteenth recess vacation, all members of the House and Senate passed a student's loan bill and jobs bill. These bills were passed at the last minute, after the president urged speeder progress when passing it.

Unfortunately, when the president is having a good week, the reality of the jobs report brings him back to the  drag. Although jobs are added, the more hiring means the greater mass of employment. If the president could  he would wish a million jobs a month. But that can't happen.

Small businesses are being squeezed out of existence by name brand companies. The local coffee shop will be competing with Starbucks. The local deli is competing with Subway. The grocery store is competing with Kroger, Food Lion and Safeway. The local dress shop is competing with David's Bridal. The local doughnut shop is competing with Dunkin' Donuts. You rather travel to Wal-Mart, Target or Kohl's than drive downtown to the local businesses. You rather go to the open air town centers because its trendier than the mall.

Signs of a struggling economy. High vacancy rates at a mall.

Signs of a dying city. Foreclosed skyscrappers, homes and businesses.

Once again, the predecessor George W. Bush is a bad memory to the Republicans. They avoid him and his father George H.W. Bush every time. You hear Republicans and their conservative allies rally around Ronald Reagan, the only Republican they'll ever mention besides Abraham Lincoln.

Republicans are aware of the massive spending of Reagan and the Bushes. They don't care what they do! As long as they're Republicans, they are happy. But when a Democrat gets into office, the Republicans go holy bat shit with this notion that it's automatically the fault of the successor when things are getting worse before they gotten better.

See when the Democratic Party was in charge, things were done! Senator Harry Reid (D-Nevada) and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-California) had led the House and Senate. They may of had some of their own members struggle on votes, but they had enough to pass laws. The Republicans painted them as the party of overreach and the Democrats couldn't figure out a message. Republicans managed to say that policies passed by Congress under the Democratic leadership were failing. And of course, people were soaking it up and even believing it.

White males are the most pessimistic voters this year around. President Barack Obama is struggling on winning this group of voters.

Former Massachusetts governor, perennial candidate for president, Mitt Romney has a lackluster campaign.

His campaign offers nothing inspiring. But you better believe that he's well funded and well messaged. As long as Romney can say that he knows how to fix the economy, people will lean towards him. Romney has no clear message to fixing the economy. He offers generic bumper sticker phrases and running on the "I am the only one who can beat Obama" crap. Some in his own party think he's not capable of taking on the president.

There's no signs of the Tea Party this year. The very people who voted out the Democratic majority are glum faced about the Republican leadership. They were hoping the Congress was going to get their act together and cut the spending. Alas that's not the case. Those freshmen Tea Party members of the Republican Party have turned their backs on the principles. They were promising to be that fiscally conservative member who can keep the president from spending the country into problematic countries like Greece.
       
House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) has been labeled a "crybaby" or milquetoast leader. The speaker allowed spending bills to pass, amid fierce opposition from his own members of his party. Even House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Virginia) has threatened to oust Boehner if he doesn't get his act together.


Another thing. We hear the Republicans say that our problems are similar to Greece and Spain. 


Not exactly. The problems that Greece is facing are the banks and austerity cuts. Those people who live and work in Greece are experience an unemployment rate at 18%. That's not good for anyone. They were asking for spending bailouts. Conservative leaders like the ones in France, Italy, United Kingdom, Belgium and Germany were urging nations struggling to cut domestic programs. That wasn't popular in Europe. 


They're facing an economic recession and it's affecting the United States.


The Republicans are rooting for the economy to fail. They want revenge on the Democrats after they hammered former president George W. Bush on his handling of the economy.


With leaders saying that their only goal is to see that the president serves one term, or an overpaid talk show host saying he "hopes [Obama] fails", it's pretty clear that they're celebrating failure over success.


Unemployment will stay around 7% - 9% for the next five years no matter what the president or congress does.

Bond's A Million!

Bond set a $1 million for controversial defendant George Zimmerman.
George Zimmerman, once again appeals for a bond! This time the judge in this controversial Trayvon Martin murder case better listen to what the prosecutors are saying! The judge was under fire for giving the shooter a minimum bond. This has been corrected.

Zimmerman must come up with $1 million dollars in order to get out of jail.

My opinion is simple. I rather the judge order Zimmerman held in jail until trial. With him being released from jail, that gives him an opportunity to mount up another attempt to flee the state without notice.

Zimmerman and his wife Shellie were held in contempt of court after it was revealed that they failed to disclose the amount of fundraising for his defense. On top of that, in jail house audios, the couple had made clear that with this amount of fundraising, they were planning on using it for other uses.

The shooting of Trayvon Martin became a discussion of racial profiling and the media's perception of the victim. Conservatives and White supremacists called Martin, a "wannabe gangsta" and juvenile delinquent. They ignore the facts that the individual was unarmed and he was minding his own business.
t's a damn shame though, if Trayvon Martin was the shooter of George Zimmerman, that young teenager would be tried as an adult. Martin would be likely held in jail without bond. Martin would be the poster child for Black on White violence if conservative outlets or White Supremacists agitate the controversy online. Martin would have either face life or death for a firearm crime.

George Zimmerman is likely going to get less than ten years in prison if he decides to take a plea for a lesser charge of involuntary manslaughter. But this high charge of second degree murder is also questionable. This questionable decision for charging this man with this degree of murder is likely going to be a legal challenge. Zimmerman didn't know the individual and even though he shot the teenager, I am assuming he had no intent on killing the teenager. It would have been smart for Zimmerman to take a plea deal. It's unlikely. He is going to use the notion of self-defense in this matter. Even though a 911 operator told him to not pursue Trayvon Martin. The friends, relatives and co-workers will share their experiences of dealing with Zimmerman. Some claim that he said inappropriate things about minorities, Muslims and once attacked a law enforcement officer.

This will be evidence used against him.

This case has already been tainted by the media's perception of the shooter and the victim. The conservatives paint Martin as a "wannabe gangsta", "weed-smoking", juvenile delinquent. The Black community and progressives believe that Zimmerman racially profiled Martin. They believe that Zimmerman failed to acknowledge his role as neighborhood watch volunteer. The progressives believe that firearm usage is on the rise and Republican state legislators are doing broad overreach laws like "stand your ground".

Zimmerman may have enough to bail out this time around. The first time he was assured bond, it was a $150,000 with a 10% bond. The appropriate amount at 10% was $15,000. That was a controversial move that was corrected today at this hearing. Zimmerman must have the full amount to get out!

Hip-Hop Singer Reveals Sexuality!

Frank Ocean has been a part of rap group Odd Future for some time. He is a member of Def Jam Records. The rapper/singer has collaborated with the likes of Jay-Z, Kanye West, Eminem and Nas, and also release a EP under the Def Jam imprint.

I guess since President Barack Obama endorsed the notion of gay marriage and embracing the LGBT community fully, it finally comes to head. A political expediency move, but a smart move for a base that was shaky on their support.

The rapper acknowledges his bisexuality on Tumblr and it was obtained through TMZ, a celebrity agitating website.On July 3, 2012, Ocean published an open letter on his Tumblr blog revealing that he had fallen in love with a 19-year-old man in the summer of 2006 (when Ocean was also 19), only to realize, upon confessing his love for him, that the other man was already in a relationship. He used the blog to thank the man for his influence, and also thanked his mother and other friends, saying "I don't know what happens now, and that's alrite (sic). I don't have any secrets I need kept anymore...I feel like a free man.


Tyler the Creator a fellow member of the rap group came under fire when he went after closeted rappers such as Queen Latifah and MC Lyte. The rapper has recanted his comments.

Hip-Hop music is a controversial art. Many figure that the entertainers promote violence, misogyny, reckless spending, and homophobia. 


Since the Black community is slowly warming up to the LGBT community, I guess this will be the first of many. Also, I posted that Queen Latifah "came out" at a pride festival in California. I guess the confirmation was shot down by Latifah herself. But the media already knows what's up with her!

ANDERSON COOPER COMES OUT


The CNN anchor for years hid his sexuality. The journalist went to The Daily Beast writer Andrew Sullivan to admit to the world that he's gay.

The Tyler Clementi incident in which the Rutgers University student committed suicide after his roommate Dharui Ravi videotaped the incident and embarrass the inspiring violinist brought great concern in the LGBT community. Many activists were frustrated with the relentless bullying from homophobic Americans.


In a email to Andrew Sullivan, Cooper acknowledges that he's open about his relationship and wants to be a motivating voice to those who are bullied based on sexuality.


Anderson Cooper being the host of a daytime talk show, contributor to CBS News and his own CNN program, was a well to do person. Being the stable of the CNN, Cooper host the Republican debates, traveled to struggling nations, and kept his word on helping the citizens of New Orleans. 


He and his rumor boyfriend adopted a Haitian child in 2010. His contributions came right after the devastating earthquake that killed 300,000 in the nation of Haiti.


Cooper comes out after Jim Parsons, actor on The Big Bang Theory revealed he was gay this year as well. 


This is a growing movement. Change is coming and we must adapt to it! I endorse the rights of the LGBT community.

Independence Day!


               
President Barack Obama gives a speech to a new generation of naturalized citizens who are active duty in our military.

Once again, say thanks to our troops this week for their services. This holiday is not only for the fireworks and barbecue. It time to honor those who serve in our military and our celebration of freedom.

I don't know what freedom stands for in our country, but I know I am blessed as many here reading.

Chicago: Gang Of Thieves!


We at Journal de la Reyna mourn the death of Heaven Sutton. The young girl was gunned down by a gang member. She was caught in the crossfire of a shooting. Chicago, Illinois is becoming a gangland. Mayor Rahm Emanuel is demanding the Justice Department to curb the rise of gangs in the city. 
If you're planning to visit the Windy City, you're going to notice a controversy in the city of 3.4 million.

 Chicago, Illinois, the country's third largest city is the heart of gang warfare. Over 250 homicides this year alone. A rise of violence in the city. With this controversy comes another theme conservatives and White supremacists pick up on. The rise of black violence in the urban communities is a talking point among those in the extremist wing of the Republican Party. They need to win this presidential election, and the key to do it, is get the angry White male to vote. When people react to these issues within the Black community, a conservative usually goes all out inflammatory when discussing this issue.

 Of course the conservative word salad must include:
  • Racial slurs. 
  • The blaming of the Democratic Party or their progressive allies for the turmoils in urban communities. 
  • Blatant attacks on domestic programs (low income single family homes, public schools, food stamps, welfare, disability, and unemployment benefits). 
  • Blame the entertainment industry (rappers, video games and movies based on violent themes). 
  • Making the case for extremism (anti-abortion activism, gun activism, vigilante justice, attacks on other races or LGBT community).
  • Insulting public servants for not controlling the problem.
  • Insert Barack Obama (namely calling these tragedies, one of "Obama's sons or daughters")!
Chicago is [Obama's] family, right?

We have too much violence in our communities. Unfortunately, this is an issue that you'll see in the media.

Crime is down. Let repeat this again, crime is down according to those who look into statistics of urban area crime. According to the Christian Science Monitor, the crime rate for serious crimes, including murder, rape, and assault, has dropped significantly since the early 1990s in part because of changes in technology and policing, experts say.

James Alan Fox, a professor at Northeastern University in Boston charted out the patterns of urban crime in major cities and determined that there's a decline. He stated that [America] is roughly safer since the past 20 years.

Some factors to violence and ways of curbing it.

  • Increased incarceration, including longer sentences, that keeps more criminals off the streets.
  • Improved law enforcement strategies, including advances in computer analysis and innovative technology.
  • The waning of the crack cocaine epidemic that soared from 1984 to 1990, which made cocaine cheaply available in cities across the US.
  • The graying of America characterized by the fastest-growing segment of the US population – baby boomers – passing the age of 50.

Chicago, Illinois
When Black males have firearms, the mayors and governors (and even lawmakers) would rather have gun control in the cities. They would throw the book at a Black male when they commit a crime. An automatic 15 year sentence for gun crimes in the United States. If you're in state prison, you commit a murder, the possibility of parole is unlikely if you're a Black person. A Black male could serve over 20 years in prison before he could ever get a probation. If you're charged in a federal crime, you're not going to get probation. Trust me, a federal sentence is a full term in prison. The court system is likely to give a Black male the death penalty or life sentence in a firearm crime. 

The hypocrisy lies within those who point fingers.

When White males have firearms, the same people want to give them full fledged rights to own and use firearms. The Republican led governors signed bills to allow firearms in public and private establishments. They pass "stand your ground" laws that could lead to vigilante justice. Places such as hospitals, bars, and even the church may have a person armed and ready to fire. A person could become trigger happy if they see a group of individuals and even though they'll be minding their business. This person may take it upon a use of a firearm as defense of a potential threat. Gun control advocates are calling these laws, Russian Roulette.

As a concealed carry firearm user, I believe that individuals have to practice restraint when it comes to firearms. I don't want to use deadly force. But if I had too, I would! A bullet has no eyes and no sense. Where a bullet travels, it's going to mark! It doesn't matter where goes, it's going to find a target. Firearms are used in hunting, sports, trade, and politics. Animals are killed with firearms. Buildings and traffic control signs are vandalized by firearms. If you're a human being, you're likely going to suffer a fate that's life-changing.

Uptown Chi
Again, I am not trying to justify the violence of gang members in Chicago. This is a domestic terrorism issue that the United States Justice Department must stop. The city has experienced a deficit of unemployment, major privatizing of the public sector, lack of school programs due to legislative budget cuts, and of course the perception of being Black "automatically assumes you're a criminal!"

Republicans are so focused on trying to give White males firearms so they could stockpile for the "Great Race War!"

Gang warfare is a political dog whistle and yes, white conservative males are going to milk this tragedy for political gamesmanship.

Look at The Drudge Report. Again, I said look at The Drudge Report. The gay conservative agitator has made it clear that he's helping get Mitt Romney elected for president. Any stories involving Black or Hispanic/Latinos is juicy news for the White supremacists or rabble rouser in talk radio.

The tipping point of gang warfare came in the death of a 7-year-old girl. Heaven Sutton, was a little child trying to sale some treats in front of her mother apartment complex and this young life was taken by a thug.

According to CBS News/Associated Press, a 26-year-old suspected gang member has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery in the shooting death of 7-year-old Heaven Sutton who was gunned down while selling snow cones near her house last week.

Jerrell Dorsey, 26 was the shooter of Heaven Sutton and another person. He's held in custody.
Police say Jerrell Dorsey of Chicago was taken into custody Friday night and charged early Sunday. He appeared in court later Sunday, where a judge ordered him held without bail.
Heaven Sutton was with her mother Wednesday night when police say someone walked up to another group of people and opened fire down the street. The girl was struck by a stray bullet as she ran away.
According to CBS Chicago, a 19-year-old man was also injured during the shooting, suffering a gunshot wound to his ankle.
The Chicago Tribune reports that Dorsey's lawyer, Eric Dunham, said Dorsey was in the area when the girl was shot but was not the gunman.
The girl's family is accepting donations for Heaven's funeral expenses, CBS Chicago reports. Donations can be made to the Heaven On Earth Fund at any U.S. Bank location.
The station reports that Mayor Rahm Emanuel's office said in a statement Saturday: "No parent should have to endure this type of pain. Bringing Heaven's shooter to justice will not bring her back, but I hope it will provide some level of solace to her family. We cannot lose another innocent child to violence and I will continue to fight to make sure the Chicago Police has (sic) the resources it needs to stop the violence."

 Before I end this, I want to say this clearly about these issues with gang violence.

 GANG VIOLENCE IS DOMESTIC TERRORISM. 

 It is no different than any White supremacists plotting an armed revolution against a group they deem as a threat to their livelihood.

Shake!

Charlie Rangel (D-New York) survived an ethics scandal. But could he survive his next term?
Before I go into the real issue, I wanted to get this issue of my chest. This ridiculous Operation Fast & Furious scandal is still an annoying thing to the president and his attorney general. The Republican witch hunt led to Attorney General Eric Holder being held in contempt of Congress. The U.S. Justice Department has found no evidence of criminal misconduct in the withholding of information to House Oversight Committee chairman Congressman Darrell Issa (R-California). The president invoking executive privilege in the matter infuriating the Republicans.


In Washington, a small group of conservative activists went to the White House to protest. The protest is mainly their frustration with the controversial Operation Fast & Furious scandal. 


Republicans enraged at the president and Attorney General Eric Holder over the ATF's mishandling of firearms leading to the death of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry. The Republicans are playing political gamesmanship with this issue. They claim a ridiculous conspiracy about the operation being a way to enact legislation to restrict assault rifles. President Barack Obama hasn't signed any legislation that restricts the ownership of firearms. But to the Republicans and the gun lobbyist organization the National Rifle Association, they will rile up white voters with this nonsense of the president taking guns and taxing the American people.

I would say that anything done by the president, isn't going to satisfy the white working class male.

Conservative white men are stuck in their ways. They will never understand the president's policies gave them a tax cut. They will never understand that this Operation Fast & Furious scandal is a distraction. No member of the U.S. Justice Department wants to see a fellow law enforcement officer killed. Yet the Republicans claim that the president and Holder have blood on their hands because they refuse to release documents that could indict members of the ATF or expose tactics to curb drug smuggling.


This protest is one of the many the Tea Party is planning on doing this Fourth of July week.


The Secret Service shut down the protest after an undetermined package was found close to the White House. So you know it will have the kookspiracy nuts raging online about the government finding a way to shut down dissent.


The Tea Party is still upset over the Supreme Court ruling. The ruling upholds the controversial American Health Care Reform Act (Obamacare). The Republican governors and lawmakers are going to boycott the decision.

These are the ones who claim the president is stomping on the U.S. Constitution. But yet there's going against the Constitution by denying the court ruling. Talk about stomping on the Constitution?


Okay, now we'll move on!

Congressman Charles (Charlie) Rangel (D-New York) has been longstanding representative of the Harlem and Bronx district. But trouble amid the 82 year old politician could really unseat him. After declaring victory in a brutal Democratic primary race, Rangel thought he could breathe a sigh of relief. Not so fast, Mr. Rangel.

Rangel was initially declared the winner over State Senator Adriano Espaillat. After reports were made about several precincts’ votes in the district being left out, a recount has ensued. Rangel’s margin of victory is down to 802 votes. The Politicker reports
The race between veteran Congressman Charlie Rangel and State Senator Adriano Espaillat for the 13th Congressional District in Upper Manhattan will come down to paper ballots. Mr. Rangel was initially declared the winner by the Associated Press based on initial results provided by the New York City Board of Elections, but it was subsequently revealed those results did not include votes from many of the precincts in the district. After a re-examination of the votes, the BOE released unofficial results tonight including votes cast in all of the district’s 506 precincts that show Mr. Rangel defeating Mr. Espaillat by a margin of just 802 votes. According to the BOE, Mr. Rangel received 18,075 votes, or 44.29 percent of the total cast, compared to Mr. Espaillat’s 17,273, 42.33 percent of the votes cast.
These unofficial results do not include paper ballots cast by absentee voters and affidavit ballots submitted by those whose name is not on the voter rolls when they arrive at the polling place. Those paper ballots, which include votes for both candidates, will be counted by the BOE next Thursday and will be the deciding factor in this tight race.
On Thursday, Mr. Espaillat’s supporters held a press conference in front of Mr. Rangel’s office where they called for a federal monitor to oversee the counting of votes after the issues with the initial results. 
It seems likely that if the recount goes in the favor of the challenger, Rangel could be unseated. According to Wikipedia, the first causalities of the 112th Congress are incumbents in the primaries.

Republicans: We Don't Care What It Has! Repeal "OBAMACARE!"

The New York Post puts their spin on the Supreme Court ruling. The controversial cover shows President Barack Obama a doctor with a huge needle and a smirking smile. Another political dog whistle to rile up White voters.

In the middle of July, after their umpteenth congressional break, Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-Ohio) calls upon a vote to repeal the Affordable Health Care Reform Act (aka Obamacare).

After the U.S. Supreme Court ruling declaring the health care law stands, many Republicans were caught off guard by the Chief Justice John Roberts decision to ally with the liberal wing of the court.

So instead of moving on, the Republicans want to rehash the debate about how Obamacare is not only a "job killer" but a "huge tax burden" on the American people. The Sunday morning programs had the Republican leaders and Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-California, Minority Leader) on. Each of them had an opportunity to explain the landmark court ruling and the outcome of this election.

Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky, Minority Leader) was on Fox News Sunday. He opened up a huge burden when he told conservative host Chris Wallace that insuring 30 million Americans isn't an important agenda. When host Wallace asked about the notion of repealing Obamacare could result in 30 million people  losing out health care, Senator McConnell declared covering 30 million uninsured is "not the issue"!

CBS Face The Nation host Norah O'Donnell asked Speaker Boehner about the positive impacts of the health care law. One in particular, a portion the law covering young adults until they turn 26 years old. When O'Donnell asked the speaker about what he intends on doing to replace the law, no answer. Just another song and dance about how it's important that the Republicans find "common sense" solutions to replacing the entire law. Speaker Boehner refuses to acknowledge the positive impacts of this law.

NBC Meet The Press host David Gregory asked the Congresswoman Pelosi the impact of the healthcare law and how the Republicans are going to make this an election issue. The former speaker fired at shot a Boehner and his leadership. She believes the American people will look at this law as a winning issue. Pelosi declared that the Democratic Party is energized by this decision and they're planning on taking on the Republicans.

The Republicans can't really motivate a base that's already exhausted! President Barack Obama is feeling a lot less weaker these days. Future lawsuits against the president may result in the Supreme Court endorsing the conservative wing. The Supreme Court has gave the president relief and a warning. The Republicans can't really fight this law anymore! Many Republican governors will boycott the decision and possible face sanctions from the Justice Department. The candidates that ran for president were weak. None of them could inspire a movement. The Tea Party couldn't stop the impact of Mitt Romney. They were hoping that a conservative leader could emerge out of this.

Romney lost to Senator John McCain (R-Arizona) for the Republican nomination. He and Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) are perennial candidates. They both channel the same old tired generic message that inspires a boring base of voters. All the talk and fanfare isn't enough to beat President Barack Obama.

I can say this fight over healthcare reform was contentious. It was a bitter debate that lead the Democrats back into the minority. The Republicans hope this decision could inspire people to vote against the president and his party.

Instead of working on solutions, Republicans would rather waste the taxpayer's dime on contempt votes and repeal votes. These issues aren't going anywhere. They can't get anything done until they get a full majority of Congress and Mitt Romney as president.
