President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Gov. Kate Brown, Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR), Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and the U.S. Representatives from Oregon were notified of the latest mass shooting in Bend, Oregon. The shooting happened at a Safeway grocery store.

An active shooter doesn't care about the politics, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, your finances, your family, your plans that day, your successes, your failures, and most importantly, your life.

The shooter is motivated within seconds to take out as many people as he/she can.

What to do to protect your life.

Run - If you hear sounds like firecrackers, popping sounds or suspicious activities around a large gathering (i.e. malls, stores, clubs, public gatherings), if you can flee, run away from the shooter. 2. Hide - If you are involved in an active shooting, you must barricade yourself in a room and keep doors locked, lights off, phones on silent. Do not go into restrooms, lockers and kitchens. Those are most likely places where shooters often go. If you can barricade a room to prevent a shooter from getting in, it eliminate the opportunity for the shooter to get through. Make sure you keep your voice low when you're involved in mass shooting. Call 9-1-1 if you can.

3. Fight - If you are willing to risk your life or willing to film the incident, you have no choice but to fight. Make sure you grab something that is powerful enough to disarm a shooter. Do not confront a shooter in the midst of sight. Make yourself not visible if you're trying to fight. Do not think being a "good guy with a gun" is going to stop a bad guy. The cops don't see good guys trying to stop bad guys. They see active shooters and they will shoot anyone who is armed regardless of the matter. If you're ready to fight, be prepared to die. It's best to not be easily seen if you're trying to stop a shooter. If you're a conceal carry and attempt to disarm an active shooter, you are willing to sacrifice your life to save lives. You are willing to go hero, you could die a hero or an idiot.

Three people, including the suspected shooter, are dead following an attack Sunday night at a grocery store in Bend, Oregon, police said.

Officers were dispatched to the Safeway at the Forum Shopping Center shortly after 7 p.m. after receiving reports of shots fired, the Bend Police Department said in a statement.

Shooting rounds from an AR-15-style rifle, the gunman was believed to have begun the attack in the store's parking lot before moving inside, according to police. One person was shot inside the entrance, according to police. Medics took that victim to a hospital, but the person was declared deceased, police said.

“Police believe the shooter continued firing through the store, shooting and killing an additional person,” the department said.

Gun violence never took a break.

Dexter Chamberlin said he was checking out at the Safeway when he heard gunfire.

“We started running out the back emergency exit telling other people to do the same,” he said. “We ran to a nearby apartment complex and hid behind some building with about a dozen other people.”

It was not immediately clear how the suspected shooter, who was identified only as a male, died, but police said they did not open fire during their response.

Earlier, a spokesperson for St. Charles Bend medical center said the facility had received one patient from the attack who was dead on arrival. Another patient was said to be in good condition.

Authorities later announced that three people, including the suspected shooter, had died in a tweet at around 9:15 p.m. local time Sunday (12:15 a.m. ET Monday).

Speaking at a news conference Sunday night, Bend Police Chief Mike Krantz said police were working with a “very large crime scene” in the ongoing investigation into the attack.

He said police were doing everything they could to follow up on potential leads and were “aware of other information floating around on social media” about the suspected shooter. He also said police were aware of reports of other possible shootings in town, but had found no evidence of additional incidents.

“We know that this is a frightening thing for our community and something that we would never want to happen in our city,” he said.

Merkley offered his condolences to the families of the victims in a tweet late Sunday as he called on Americans to "come together" to bring an end to gun violence in the U.S.

"My heart breaks for the families of the victims and the many people whose routine Sunday evening shopping turned into a terrifying run for their lives in Bend," Merkley said.

"This doesn’t have to happen. It’s not normal in any other country," he said. "High-powered assault rifles with high-capacity magazines, combined with personal grievances and often a culture of hate, create a toxic stew that leaves good people, innocent people dead, maimed, and traumatized."

"We need to come together — Democrats and Republicans, urban and rural, Black and white and brown and Asian American and Native American, and including the many responsible gun owners — and put an end to this madness," Merkley said.

Terrorist leaves a hotel and then starts shooting at random people.

Two Phoenix police officers are injured and three people, including the alleged gunman, were killed during a shooting in north Phoenix Sunday night. The terrorist was wearing tactical gear and started randomly shooting at pedestrians.

Phoenix police say that the shooting happened near 26th Ave and Deer Valley after officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Days Inn around 8:45 p.m., just west of Interstate 17. Officers say the situation started when the suspect, wearing full tactical gear, including a vest and a helmet, walked out of a hotel and began firing his semi-automatic rifle randomly. At one point, investigators say, he tried to throw a Molotov cocktail at a business but it did not catch fire.

As he continued shooting toward a nearby business, a man and a woman pulled into the parking lot and were shot and killed. When police arrived, the suspect reportedly opened fire on several marked patrol vehicles. Two officers were injured after one was struck by a bullet and another was hit by shrapnel. In an update Monday morning, the officer shot in the shoulder returned fired after getting out of his patrol car as the other officer worked to help render aid. Both officers were rushed to the hospital, one of whom was released early Monday morning. According to police, surveillance video showed the suspect walking through the parking lot before falling to the ground. He was later found dead. Authorities say three other men, who police called innocent bystanders, were also injured by the gunfire.

“Once again, this is another example of gun violence in our community,” said Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams. “How many more officers have to be shot? How many more community members have to be killed before those in our community take a stand? This is not a Phoenix police issue, this is a community issue. If not now, when?”

The Deer Valley Road offramp from southbound I-17 and the I-17 southbound frontage road from Pinnacle Peak Road to Deer Valley Road is closed. Authorities confirmed early Monday that Deer Valley Road will be closed until at least noon. Those needing to enter Goldwater High School should use Rose Garden Lane until further notice.

A man evicted from a Houston apartment building shot five other tenants — killing three of them — Sunday morning after setting fire to the house to lure them out, police said. Officers fatally shot the gunman.

The incident happened at about 1 a.m. Sunday in a mixed industrial-residential neighborhood in southwest Houston. Police and fire crews responded to the apartment house after reports of the fire, police Chief Troy Finner said.

The gunman opened fire, possibly with a shotgun, on the other tenants as they emerged from the house, Finner said. Two were dead at the scene, and one died at a hospital. Fire teams rescued two other wounded men, who were hospitalized with non-life-threatening wounds, he said.

The man then opened fire as the firefighters battled the fire, forcing them to take cover until police officers spotted the prone gunman and shot him dead, Finner said.

No identities have been released, and Finner said no firefighters or officers were wounded.

“I’ve seen things I have not seen before in 32 years, and it has happened time and time again,” Finner said. “We just ask that the community come together.”

A neighbor, Robin Ahrens, told the Houston Chronicle that he heard what he initially thought were fireworks as he prepared for work.

“I’m just fortunate that I didn’t go outside because he probably would have shot me too,” he told the newspaper.

He said the shooter, who had colon cancer, was behind on his rent, jobless and was recently notified that he was being evicted.

“Something must have just hit him in the last couple of days really hard to where he just didn’t care,” he said.

The DOJ Didn't Execute A Search For Political Reasons!

This could be one of the reasons for the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago. A Ukrainian woman who may support the Russian Federation used a fake identity to get in.

The federal judge who oversaw the search warrant of Mar-a-Lago ordered a redacted release of the affidavit on Friday. It was an explosive release. U.S. District Judge Bruce Reinhart, has been under federal protection since the far-right has been attacking him for being involved in the warrant sign off.

Many FBI agents are concerned that the noise could provoke violence. I mean there were two incidents where extremists tried to infiltrate the FBI field offices. One extremist was arrested. The other was killed during a gunfight.

The seriousness of this means that the former president could be indicted for "obstruction of justice" and "improper handling of clandestine information." 

What made the FBI more concerned was the lack of security at the resort. People have infiltrated the facility despite the U.S. Secret Service being there 24/7.

The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) had asked for the former president to return documents within a timely frame. They only returned a handful of them. A whistleblower had informed the 

The former president and Sen. Sissy Graham (R-SC) didn't know a possible foreign spy made it on the property under an assumed name.

The Ukrainian woman posing as a member of the Rothschild banking family has been outed as a fraud after she allegedly infiltrated the Mar-a-Lago estate, according to reports.

Inna Yashchyshyn, 33, lied to ritzy resort members that she was the heiress to the reputed family’s mass fortune, Anna de Rothschild, according to a probe by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

She appeared at numerous Mar-a-Lago functions mingling with the likes of the former president and others while she held the position as president of United Hearts of Mercy, founded by Florida-based Russian oligarch and former business partner Valery Tarasenko in Canada in 2015, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Yashchyshyn, 33, is now the subject of several federal investigations after it was revealed she is not in fact a member of the Rothschild family. She’s additionally under investigation by Canadian authorities for alleged financial crimes.

In actuality, Yashchyshyn is the Russian-speaking daughter of an Illinois truck driver. It’s unclear when she came to the United States.

She allegedly made several trips to the ex-president’s Florida estate with her fake identity to make connections with some of the nation’s biggest leaders, according to the paper.

The Secret Service was informed that the FBI was conducting a search.

Federal records obtained by the Post-Gazette and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project showed Yashchyshyn had two fake passports from the US and Canada with the name “Anna de Rothschild.” A Florida driver’s license in her name listed a $13 million Miami Beach Mansion where she never lived. 

Yashchyshyn formerly worked in a suburban Miami business connecting pregnant Russian women to Americans looking to adopt a child, the Post-Gazette reported.

However, her web of lies unfolded amid a legal dispute she had with her former associate, Tarasenko

The far right doesn't realize how serious this is. Of the many pages in the affidavit from an FBI special agent with expertise in counterintelligence and espionage investigations, nearly covered in thick black lines.

There were 184 classified documents, some were documents were classified as "top secret" which means that only a handful of people with top level clearance are allowed to see this.

The 38-page court filing otherwise shed additional light on the FBI's suspicions that other sensitive documents remained at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach even after the former president returned more than 15 boxes of documents to the National Archives in January. 

"There is probable cause to believe that additional documents that contain classified [national defense information] or that are Presidential records subject to record retention requirements currently remain at the premises," an FBI agent wrote, referring to Mar-a-Lago. "There is also probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will be found at the premises." 

The Justice Department blacked out the name of the FBI agent who signed the affidavit. Throughout the filing, the agent referred to Washed Up 45 by the acronym "FPOTUS" —  former president of the United States.

In a separate filing, the Justice Department said that redaction and others were needed to protect law enforcement personnel who have faced threats in the aftermath of the August 8 search of Mar-a-Lago.

After executing the warrant on August 8, the feds seized more than two dozen boxes of government records, including some that were highly classified and marked top-secret. Months before the search, in January, the former president turned over 15 boxes of records to the National Archives, but the FBI came to believe there was more to be found at Mar-a-Lago.

In the newly-unsealed affidavit, the FBI provided a breakdown of what agents found in the 15 boxes. During a preliminary review, between May 16 and May 18, the FBI "identified documents with classification markings" in 14 of the 15 boxes, the agent wrote.

The records included "184 unique documents bearing classification markings, including 67 documents marked as CONFIDENTIAL, 92 documents marked as SECRET, and 25 documents marked as TOP SECRET," the agent wrote. 

"Several of the documents also contained what appears to be FPOTUS 's handwritten notes," the agent added.

In response to the newly-unsealed filing, Washed Up 45 suggested that the federal judge who approved the search warrant should have recused himself. But the former president and his lawyers have made no effort since the August 8 search to seek the recusal of Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart as he has considered requests to unseal records related to the Mar-a-Lago search.

"Affidavit heavily redacted!!!" Washed Up 45 wrote on social media, adding that the public version of the affidavit included no mention of his "close working relationship" with the government "regarding document turnover.

"WE GAVE THEM MUCH," he wrote. "Judge Bruce Reinhart should NEVER have allowed the Break-in of my home."

The affidavit's unsealing came a day after Reinhart ordered the public release of the affidavit, albeit with significant portions blacked-out to conceal the identities of witnesses, law enforcement agents, and other sensitive details about the investigation into the former president's handling of government records.

In a brief order Thursday, Reinhart endorsed the Justice Department's proposed redactions after determining that they were "narrowly tailored to serve the government's legitimate interest in the integrity of the ongoing investigation and are the least onerous alternative to sealing the entire affidavit."

The release of the affidavit itself was extraordinary and came weeks after the FBI took the unprecedented step of searching a former president's private residence. Typically, an affidavit only becomes public in the event that federal prosecutors bring charges, which hasn't happened in this case.

But the raid of the former president's home has drawn intense public interest and prompted media organizations and transparency groups to call for the release of all records related to the search. At the request of the Justice Department, and with no objection from Washed Up 45, Reinhart previously ordered the release of the search warrant and the inventory of items the FBI seized from Mar-a-Lago.

The unsealed warrant revealed that the Justice Department is investigating if the former president violated three federal laws, including the Espionage Act, when he refused to return government documents that were moved to his Florida residence after he left office.

At a court hearing last week, a top Justice Department advocated for keeping the affidavit under seal, arguing that its public release could undermine the inquiry into the former president's handling of the records.

But Reinhart said he was inclined to unseal parts of the affidavit.

The diary was being shopped around and Project Veritas was hoping to release the details in the 2020 election. The ACORN Pimp was eventually searched by the FBI after it was revealed that he was planning on trying to sell the stolen property to the former president's 2020 campaign.

Cincy Cops Caught The Digital Dash!

The Cincinnati Police are doing damage control after a white cop said NIGGER on her body camera.

Rose Valentino, a former reality TV star who participated as a four member women unit of the department, could lose her job after she was caught saying racial slurs when she was complaining about her daily patrol. This dirty cop has been a taxpayer's burden.

Valentino has a lengthy history of misconduct. This is the latest and could possibly lead to the cannon firing she deserves.

In 2020, Valentino and her sister were arrested on charges of domestic violence and criminal damaging after an argument at a card game turned violent, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

Valentino and her sister, Angela Hauger, are accused of hitting each other with fists and repeatedly striking the hood of each other’s vehicles with an umbrella, according to criminal complaints filed in Butler County Area I Court.

Valentino faces an additional charge of assault. She is accused of punching a male relative of Hauger’s, the complaint states.

Both women had swollen eyes, an incident report states. They were criminally charged for their dispute.

In 2011, Valentino was one of four female Cincinnati police officers featured in TLC’s Police Women reality documentary series “Police Women of Cincinnati.”

Bad cops like this one will get good cops killed.

She also was one of three Cincinnati police officers named, along with the city of Cincinnati, in a federal lawsuit filed last year by a realtor and prospective homebuyer. The men alleged they were illegally detained after a retired Cincinnati officer called 911 to report a break-in.

“Fucking NIGGERS, I fucking hate them!” Valentino raged as she punched the steering wheel of her squad car on April 5, according to an internal affairs report following its investigation, NBC News reported.

Valentino was notably irritated because a crowd of vehicles lined up to pick up students at Western Hills University High School wasn’t moving when she activated her lights and siren. The former Police Women of Cincinnati star grew particularly angered, the report revealed, when a Black “male student walked by and gave Officer Valentino the middle finger.”

According to the report from the Cincinnati Police internal affairs department, Valentino told investigators, “This is a hard job, and I was getting to a point where I was really being affected by it,” noting she’s been on the force for fourteen years. Valentino said she plans to seek treatment to relieve her stress and claimed she doesn’t regularly use racial slurs.

Another dirty cop used racial slurs.

Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval said in a statement he “was appalled to see Officer Valentino display such hateful, angry, and racist language. He added: “Our law enforcement represents all of this city, and Black Cincinnatians deserve to feel safe knowing they will be treated with mutual respect.”

“Officer Valentino has maintained that she does not have any racial biases that have affected her work,” the internal report says. “Officer Valentino believes this was a mental episode.”

Despite her denials, Valentino has been removed from the streets of Cincinnati, relegated to duty behind a desk.

“We hold all of our employees, and especially our sworn police officers, to high standards” said Interim City Manager John Curp in a statement. “The body camera video of Officer Rose Valentino is disturbing. I expect CPD to thoroughly investigate this matter and recommend discipline in strict accordance with the City’s disciplinary procedures.”

Curp asserted that Valentino “will not be on city streets in uniform, wearing a badge, or carrying a firearm.”

The city’s NAACP President Joe Mallory also expressed concern about the officer’s fitness, saying, “To have that agitation, that aggressiveness, that anger, to be triggered like that, it shouldn’t be that easy to be triggered.”

Another Cincinnati Police officer who works with the city's intelligence said racial slurs as well.

A Cincinnati cop was suspended for a week after going on a “verbal tirade” with telemarketers and calling them “NIGGERS” in front of her colleagues—twice in one month.

Officer Kelly Drach, a 23-year veteran of the Cincinnati Police Department, was suspended from her job in May for violating its code of conduct for “failure of good behavior,” according to documents released Monday and shared with VICE News.

The first incident happened on Nov. 17, 2021, at the department’s Real Time Crime Center (RTCC), according to the internal investigation. Drach reportedly made a habit of picking up calls from telemarketers and arguing with them. During this particular call, the report says she called the person on the line a “Sand NIGGERS.”

An RTCC senior crime analyst with family from Iran overheard Drach and confronted her about it.

“What the fuck, Kelly?” the employee asked in shock, according to the internal report. Drach apologized, though the analyst told investigators the apology did not feel as sincere as she’d hoped.

Cincinnati Police should fire these dirty cops now.

About a week later, Drach used the slur once again in front of her colleagues during another heated argument with a telemarketer.

“I heard a girl in there yelling NIGGERS in there two times. I have to sit right next to [their] door and they should not be saying this word,” an employee wrote in an anonymous letter to human resources. “Someone who uses this word should not work for my city. I hope you do something about this.”

The suspension is the first time Drach faced disciplinary action. According to her prior evaluations, she was considered an exemplary officer.

The Cincinnati Police Department declined to comment on Drach’s actions.

During a hearing in February, Drach didn’t refute that shed used the slur. However, she reportedly said that her actions were the result of an immense amount of stress she’s been facing outside of the workplace.

“The stress emanates from the effects of the pandemic, health issues with her father, the loss of two children, her husband losing his job, and her eldest son who suffers from mental health problems,” the document says.

The department’s decision marked the second time this year a white cop in the department faced disciplinary action for using a racial slur on the job.

Cop Walk In Rayshard Brooks Shooting 👮‍♂️!

They did not lose their badges or their freedom.

The two Atlanta cops who shot and killed Rayshard Brooks when they confronted him asleep in a Wendy's drive-thru will not face state criminal charges.

The cops shot Brooks after he grabbed a non lethal Taser. 

The encounter happened a few weeks after the George Floyd murder. Brooks was unarmed when the police approached him and they did not use deesclating training to resolve the matter. The cop who shot Brooks will walk.

Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA) supported the embattled cop, Garrett Rolfe. The cop was the one who shot Brooks five times as he was fleeing with the Taser. His partner, Devin Brosnon was also charge for criminal neglect. His charges were dropped as well.

Pete Skandalakis, executive director of the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia said the "quickly evolving" situation led to the cops using "justifiable force."

“We did not look at this with 20/20 hindsight. Given the quickly changing circumstances, was it objectively reasonable that he used deadly force? And we conclude it was,” Skandalakis said of Rolfe.

The shooting happened against the backdrop of heightened tensions and protests nationwide after the death of George Floyd under the knee of a Minneapolis police officer less than three weeks earlier. Sometimes-violent protests over Floyd’s death had largely subsided in Atlanta, but Brooks’ killing set off a new round of demonstrations against police brutality and racial injustice.

Skandalakis said he believes that context is important and acknowledged that encounters between police and the African American community are sometimes “very volatile,” but he said he doesn’t believe race played a role in this instance.

“This isn’t one of those cases,” he said. “This is a case in which the officers were willing to give Mr. Brooks every benefit of the doubt and, you know, unfortunately, by his actions, this is what happened.”

On June 12, 2020, police responded to complaints of a man sleeping in a car in the drive-thru lane of a Wendy’s restaurant. Police body camera video shows the two officers having a calm conversation with Brooks for roughly 40 minutes.

No justice for Rayshard Brooks.

Then, when the officers told Brooks he’d had too much to drink to be driving and tried to arrest him, Brooks resisted in a struggle caught on dash camera video. Brooks grabbed a Taser from one of the officers and fled, firing it at Rolfe as he ran. Rolfe fired his gun, and an autopsy found that Brooks was shot twice in the back.

Police Chief Erika Shields resigned less than 24 hours after Brooks died, and protesters set fire to the Wendy’s, which was later demolished. Natalie White, Chisom Kingston and John Wade were criminally charged for setting the restaurant on fire.

L. Chris Stewart, a lawyer for Brooks’ family, said Tuesday that Brooks should not have fought with the officers and that if they had used deadly force during that fight, they would have been completely justified.

“But they did not. They did not. They chose not to when they were justified. But they decided to use lethal force as a man was running away — 19 feet away,” he said.

He and his law partner, Justin Miller, noted that the prosecutors said they had to hire experts and break down the encounter video frame by video frame to reach a decision. Something that complicated should have been presented to a grand jury of Fulton County citizens to decide whether charges were merited, the family’s lawyers said.

Stewart said the family will continue its fight for justice in civil court, where they have a lawsuit pending.

The two officers’ lawyers have said their actions were justified.

“This was the proper and only decision that could be reached based upon the evidence and Georgia law,” Brosnan attorneys Don Samuel and Amanda Clark Palmer said in an emailed statement.

Lawyers Noah H. Pines, Bill Thomas and Lance LoRusso said Rolfe will not be making a statement at this point.

Skandalakis and former Gwinnett County District Attorney Danny Porter, who was co-counsel in the case, spent about an hour during the news conference walking through the details of the encounter between Brooks and the two officers. Porter showed still images taken from videos to break down what happened once things turned violent.

Skandalakis called it “a peaceful encounter that all of a sudden becomes a violent encounter,” saying that once Brooks took the Taser from Brosnan, he assumed an offensive position.

Three individuals were charged with arson. They destroyed the Wendy's restaurant in Atlanta.

Porter said Brooks proceeded to “beat the crap” out of the two officers after Rolfe’s lawful attempt to arrest him. Rolfe acted in accordance with Georgia law and Atlanta Police Department policy given the facts of the situation, he said.

“The police didn’t come into this encounter hot,” he said. “There was no hostility.”

Rolfe was fired a day after the shooting, but his dismissal was overturned in May 2021 by the Atlanta Civil Service Board. The board found that the city failed to follow its own procedures for disciplinary actions.

Five days after Brooks was killed, then-Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard held a dramatic news conference to announce warrants had been taken out against Rolfe and Brosnan. Rolfe’s charges included felony murder, aggravated assault and violation of his oath. Brosnan was charged with aggravated assault and violating his oath.

Skandalakis said Tuesday that he would file paperwork to dismiss those warrants. He declined to comment when asked whether Howard had rushed charges.

The Atlanta Police Department said in a statement that both officers are on administrative duty and will undergo training and recertification.

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, who was a City Council member when the shooting happened, said in a statement his “heart continues to ache” for Brooks’ family, but he respects the “independent role” that the special prosecutor played.

Two months after he announced the charges, Howard lost the Democratic primary in his bid for reelection. Just weeks after taking office in January 2021, his successor, Fani Willis, asked Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr to reassign the case, citing concerns about Howard’s actions.

Willis has since gained national attention for her ongoing investigation into whether Washed Up 45 and others illegally tried to influence the outcome of the 2020 election in Georgia.

Carr initially refused to reassign the case, but in July 2021 appointed Skandalakis to take it over after a judge excused Willis and her office.

A Miami-Dade County officer is in the freezer after a video of a traffic stop went viral. It involved the dirty cop making an infraction by holding up traffic and a motorist and his pregnant wife honking at the cop to proceed.

Kevin and Sabrina Enciso were heading to a local hospital after Sabrina had felt pain after a car accident in which she feared she was having a miscarriage.

On their way to Jackson West Medical Center in Doral, the get behind a Miami-Dade County officer at a stop sign. He is not turning or engaged in a stop. He was literally delaying traffic.

Another officer turns and stops to chat. Kevin blows the horn twice after waiting an additional minute. The officer who turned decided to pull up to allow Kevin to pass. The officer who held up traffic decided to pull him over.

“I honked once, just like a, ‘Hey I’m here, just so you know’ and one of the officers put their hand up and waved, say wait, so we waited,” Kevin Enciso said.

Enciso says his wife had an accident the day before and needed to get to the emergency room to check on the baby.

“So, you're okay now,” said the Miami-Dade officer.

Instead of allowing the couple to get to the ER, the Miami-Dade officer calls paramedics. First Coast news Crime and Safety Analyst, Mark Baughman says the exchange was heated on both sides without reason.

"It's never good not to comply with law enforcement when they ask for something, if they want you to step out of the car… you step out of the car,” said Mark Baughman, Crime and Safety Analyst.“You can ask for the supervisor, there’s nothing wrong with that but it could've been handled differently on both ends of the spectrum there,” said Baughman.

Cop intentionally stalled pregnant woman from treatment.

The couple told our sister station, NBC Miami that they did receive treatment, but they felt their civil rights were violated.

“We do need to protect officers, but protecting officers is allowing them the ability to de-escalate and training them that every situation does not have to have a gun involved or sarcasm because that's only going to escalate emotions,” said John Phillips.

The Miami-Dade police told NBC Miami that they are launching an internal affairs investigation into this July incident.
