What Happened To Salaythis Melvin?

Salaythis Melvin was killed by Florida police after fleeing. The cops claim he had a firearm when he fled their custody. Family believes they shot him with no remorse and used racial slurs while treating him for the injuries.

Every time a police officer uses lethal force, they claim that they "feared for their lives." That excuse should no longer be used when they are drawing weapons upon fleeing suspects. This is a cop-out.

Cops should be able to take down a suspect without use of force. They have them Tasers! Oops, they shot people who grab Tasers.

They get in their vehicles and pull off. Oops. Cops shoot at cars when they back up and flee.

Everyday at least 103 people die from gun violence. I can't even tell you how many stories I've missed involving gun violence in the country.

WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS. NOW A BLACK MAN FLEEING AN ARRESTING OFFICER COULD BE KILLED. WHETHER THEY'RE IN THEIR VEHICLE OR RUNNING FROM THEM. THE COPS WILL SHOOT THE BLACK MAN.

We have unrest in the nation. African Americans and Native Americans had enough of the status quo in politics, religion, entertainment and law. The need to change started on May 25, 2020 when a cop placed his knee on the neck of an American citizen. He screamed, "I can't breathe...." and cried for his "mama."

Police in Orange County release the body camera footage showing the moment a Black man is shot and killed by a plainclothes deputy, who claimed 22-year old Salaythis Melvin drew a firearm on him as he was running away earlier this month.

The attorneys representing the family says that is bullshit. They see the newly released footage of the incident contradicts the cop's story and now plan to file a wrongful death lawsuit as their son posed "no threat."

The incident happened on August 7. This is now picking up national attention.

Melvin was shot dead by Orange County Sheriff's Department agent James Montiel. It happened outside the Florida Mall.

Melvin had reportedly been part of a group of four who had been stopped by police outside the mall. One of the four suspects, who was not Melvin, had a warrant out for his arrest and was wanted in connection with a shooting.

But as police approached a vehicle Melvin was in, he suddenly took off on foot and was pursued by Montiel, a police affidavit claims.

During the on-foot pursuit, the deputy says he saw Melvin with a handgun in his waistband.

Montiel alleged told Melvin to drop his weapon, but Melvin kept running.

The officer then claims that Melvin turned his head back towards the cop as he was running and started to face him, this time with a gun in his hand. This is what was written in affidavit.

Fearing for his life, Montiel fired on him. He struck him in the back.
As they were treating the suspect, one uttered a racial slur.
The Orange County Sheriff had released six videos Tuesday from the fatal shooting. In one clip, a deputy is seen driving towards Melvin, who is seen in the distance running across the parking lot before falling to the ground mid-stride.

One of the six videos released Tuesday shows another deputy drive toward the chase and Melvin is seen in the distance running before falling to the ground. At least four officers surround Melvin who is groaning in pain and they handcuff him before administering first aid.

During this time, one of the deputies is heard calling Melvin a racial slur. An ambulance doesn't arrive on the scene until eight minutes after the shooting.

Bradley Laurent, an attorney representing Melvin's family, told ABC News that the footage shows that he wasn't a threat to the officers. Laurent, who has called for the release of the video for days, contended there is no indication that Melvin had his hand on the gun or was aiming at officers.

"When you look at the video, he was in a full sprint. He posed no threat to anyone," he told ABC News.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office acknowledged the allegations that one of its officers made "inappropriate comments" in a statement released on social media.



"OCSO is aware of allegations related to the body worn camera video that was released yesterday," the sheriff's office wrote. "It is alleged that a deputy on the video made inappropriate comments. At this time, we have initiated an inquiry into this matter. Once complete, we will make the results public."

The entire shooting is under investigation by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the sheriff's office would not provide further comment. Orange County Sheriff John Mina addressed the body camera videos during a news conference Tuesday night after he won reelection for his seat.

"We want to let [the FDLE] handle their investigation, but because of the public interest in this case, we made a decision in this agency that we would release bodycam video," he said.

Mina added that once the investigation is complete, they will turn over the findings to the Florida Attorney General's Office.

Laurent said Melvin's family is calling for Montiel to be fired and they are mulling civil charges.
The shooting is getting national coverage.
Of course, they'll say that Melvin had a criminal history. He had minor encounters with police and served time in the iron college. Still doesn't justify why a cop shot a fleeing suspect.

No amount of criminal acts this man done justified that cop's actions. It's has frustrated me to hear folks like Candace Owens, Larry Elder, Leo Terrell, Jesse Lee Peterson, Terrence K. Williams, Kevin Jackson, Diamond & Silk and Allen West defend the actions of bad cops and white vigilantes.

They are numb to gun violence.

The "good guy" with a firearm is the most dangerous person to have a firearm. Matter of fact, the NICE GUYS are often the ones who are spurned by society. Bad relationships, losing your job, jealousy over promotions, family feuds and racism are typical NICE GUY issues.

NICE GUYS ARE THE MOST DANGEROUS INDIVIDUALS WITH A FIREARM.

THE NICE GUY GETS SPURNED BY SOCIETY. THEY TAKE REVENGE ON SOCIETY.

RESTRAINING ORDERS ARE JUST A PIECE OF PAPER. THEY WILL NOT (I REPEAT) STOP A "MAD" INDIVIDUAL FROM OBTAINING A FIREARM.

Scream in the faces of these damn lawmakers whenever they offer their "thoughts and prayers" to every fucking mass shooting in the United States. They will offer their condolences and say a word vomit how they sympathize with the deceased. Some here will tell us that "now isn't the time to talk." Others will say that "the NRA has too much influence on gun laws."

We will talk about this for a few days and then we're off to another controversy. The next controversy would either be something done by Trump, a politician, an entertainer or we will experience another mass shooting. The next mass shooting will be even worse than the last one.

I repeat myself over and over again! I use the same old copy and paste. I hear the same trolls saying that there's nothing we can do. I keep hearing "concern" trolls telling us that it's their own fault for their own deaths. I hear the same old talking points about "good guys with guns" and "god's given rights."

Every time these folks offer "thoughts and prayers," "their condolences," "their hearts going out to," and "their apologies," they are not sincere. For every naming of a road, park, bench, building and holiday, it won't matter to the community. For every time they lower flags, offer moments of silence and candlelight vigils, we just offer "feel good-isms."

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.

We have mass shootings in the United States everyday. We are the only country in the world that continues to do nothing about this. Donald J. Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and agitators in the junk food media have moved on from dealing with this. They're too busy sniping over partisan blame games. With Trump being impeached while in office, he's unlikely to focus on gun violence.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic. It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. A mass shooting will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how "guns save lives." They don't. The only thing that survives a gun shooting is the gun.

FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!

Steve Bannon Got A Federal Sandwich!

Sloppy Steve got charged by the feds. He and his partners ripped off MAGA donors.
The former chief strategist for Donald J. Trump and three associates were busted in an online fundraising scam. Steve Bannon and three other men are accused for ripping off donors to an online fundraising effort to build a privately funded southern border wall.

Bannon is the latest member associated with Trump to be arrested for criminal conspiracy.

This group called "We Build The Wall" portrayed themselves as eager to help Trump build a "big beautiful" barrier along the United States and Mexico border, as Trump promised during the 2016 campaign.

Of course, Trump wanted Mexico to pay for the border wall. The Mexican government said they are not paying for any construction for the border wall.

They raised more than $25 million from thousands of donors, using their ties to Trump to build a legitimacy, and pledged that 100% of the money would be used for the project.

The U.S. Justice Department announced they unsealed an indictment on Thursday. The charges claim that Bannon and Brian Kolfage, the founder of We Build The Wall used the funds for their private piggy bank. Kolfage used nearly $500,000 for his personal and Bannon used over $1 for his own personal. The feds said that they were "creating sham involves and accounts to launder donations and cover up their crimes."

Two other men, Andrew Badolato and Timotha Shea were also indicted on defrauding hundreds of thousands of donors.
Brian Kolfage and his wife are criminally charged for bilking donors. They used donations to build a border wall for his  wife's cosmetic surgery.
The advisory board included failed senate candidate Kris Kobach, Blackwater founder Erik Prince, white nationalist and former lawmaker Tom Tancredo, former baseball player Curt Schilling and Bannon, who oversees the board.

Bannon was arrested on a luxury yacht in Connecticut. He was taken in by the U.S. Postal Inspectors and Marshals. No bullets were fired.

Trump of course said he didn't know Bannon or didn't have any clue he did it.

"I haven't been dealing with him for a long period of time," Trump said on Thursday. He said he felt that Bannon and Kolfage were treated "very badly" by the U.S. District of Court of Southern New York.

"I think it's a very sad thing for Mr. Bannon, and I think it's surprising," he told reporters at the White House, adding that he knew nothing about the project and never believed in a privately funded border.

That's a lie. Trump endorsed the idea of private donors providing funds to build the wall. He couldn't get the Mexican government to concede to paying. He tried through using a "national emergency" to divert funds and he's trying to get the Supreme Court to back his executive powers to get money from U.S. taxpayers.

White House spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany also weigh in. She said that Trump "has not been involved with Steve Bannon since the campaign and early days of his administration."
We Build The Wall is a scam. The funds raised for a border wall went to Steve Bannon's yacht. Bannon is a white nationalist who ran Breitbart.
Kolfage used the money to buy a luxury car, renovations on his home, a luxury yacht, jewelry, cosmetic surgery for himself and his wife, personal tax payments and credit card debt.

It's wild.

Bannon was then the chief strategist for the 2016 Trump presidential campaign and White House. He lasted only less than eight months there. He was then the host of Breitbart News on SiriusXM. When Andrew Breitbart died, Bannon took over the Breitbart News. Breitbart was a leading force to helping Trump win his election. Breitbart also faced heat for promoting stories for white nationalists.

Bannon was forced out of Breitbart in 2019.

The suspects could face up to 30 years in federal time out for this. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Night Three: The Virtual 2020 Democratic National Convention!

The night Kamala Harris makes history.
Tonight, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) take the mantle as the vice presidential nominee. Harris, the first African American and Asian American woman to be nominated on a presidential ticket will have the night to shine. She was picked by former vice president Joe Biden to be his running mate going into the general election. She will be a headliner for third night of the virtual Democratic Party's National Convention.

The COVID-19 pandemic has all but shut down all conventions. The Democrats had to host their rally virtual and cancel the Milwaukee venue.

She will also be the first woman of color to hold that position. A position that the far-right has denounced and vilified.
Dr. Jill Biden offered an emotional plea to vote. She also detailed her love for her husband Joe Biden.
Besides Harris, we will hear from former Secretary of State and 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, the first woman to lead the party. Clinton is the wife of Bill Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States from 1993 to 2001. She is also a former U.S. Senator from 2001-2009.

The night will also have the voice of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama. The first African American president who served from 2009 to 2017 will proudly endorse his former vice president and his running mate. He will drop names and mention Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence by name.

Last night, former Second Lady and educator Dr. Jill Biden delivered a heartfelt speech on behalf of her husband at the grounds of old teaching job at a local high school in Wilmington.

Biden, speaking directly to wives, mothers and teachers just like her, described the devastation she felt watching the coronavirus pandemic ravage the nation. And she told the audience her husband could lead the nation through this hardship just as he has their family through many personal tragedies of their own.

Speaking from the Wilmington, Delaware, high school classroom where she taught English years ago, Mrs. Biden described “the anxiety that echoes down empty hallways” and the uncertainty that has come as schools grapple with whether to resume in-person teaching as the pandemic rages on.



Former Secretary of State Colin Powell who endorsed Obama, Clinton and Biden spoke on how Trump and political extremism harmed the very soul of the nation.



Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) did what she does best. She is a troll. She, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) have became a distraction and a problem within the party. The Squad's support for Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) is well-known. They have clashed with members of the Democratic Party over their support.

It was revealed that Ocasio-Cortez declared that he "nominated" Sanders for president. The lawmaker quickly told the junk food media that she was doing a symbolic pledge and it wasn't meant to undermine Biden and Harris.

Another Ballot Run For Kimberly Klacik!

Kimberly Klacik continues the side hustle.
The Black Republican who lives in the suburbs of Baltimore is running again to take the seat once held by Elijah Cummings. She was the troll who posted a video of one of the grimey neighborhoods of Baltimore which was shared by Terrence K. Williams (aka Sweet Chicken) and Donald J. Trump.

She got unnecessary attention from Fox News. She organized clean up on one fucking block as a publicity stunt with alt-white troll Scott Pressler in a desperate attempt to generate Black votes.

She is trying to run on a platform that doesn't paint her as a far-right extremist. She is trying to create a profile of herself as an "advocate" for Baltimore and willing to do the job the Democrats failed to do.

First things, first, Baltimore is an American city. It's not a third world country or a shithole.
The walk of shame in Baltimore. Far-right troll misleads people into believing Baltimore is a dump.
Two, Baltimore is one of the many cities of the rust belt still dealing with the elements of racism. Cities in the rust belt often are suffering from white flight. They often look a community that is forgotten.

Three. Baltimore isn't just all boarded row homes and liquor stores. There's places where Baltimore is pretty safe and decent. This agitator is just trying to dog whistle her way into Congress.

Once again, another QAnon nut running for office. Only this one is a Black person running like a white nationalist.

Elijah Cummings passed away in 2019. The lawmaker was a champion of civil rights and holding the fascist Donald J. Trump accountable for his actions. He was an advocate for the city of Baltimore, a city that suffered from white flight, corrupt police and desegregation. It's a rust belt city that is caught between Washington, DC and Philadelphia. A city that has population of 594,000.

The seat previously was held by his predecessor Kweisi Mfume, who is currently the lawmaker of the district.

Former Fox News commentator and coonservative Kimberly Klacik continues her quest to be the next U.S. Representative for Maryland.

Klacik is once again trying to win the seat after a stinging defeat in the special election. She is determined to "bring Baltimore back" by being a defender of white nationalism.

She claims she's walking "Real Baltimore" and places the problems squarely on the Democratic Party.

Matter of fact, the 7th Congressional District encompasses just over half of Baltimore, the independent city, Ellicott City, Owing Mills, parts of Towson,  Baltimore County and Howard County

Scott Franklin Trumps Ross Spano!

White nationalist Scott Franklin beats white nationalist Ross Spano.
The far-right beats the far-right. It seems like this is going to be an interesting year.

This is the eighth lawmaker to be defeated by a primary challenger.

It happened to Rep. Scott Tipton (R-CO), Rep. Steve Watkins (R-KS), Rep. Denver Riggleman (R-VA), Rep. Steve King (R-IA), Rep. Daniel Lipinski (D-IL), Rep. Lacy Clay (D-MO) and Rep. Eliot Engel (D-NY).

Now Rep. Ross Spano (R-FL) is defeated. The freshman lawmaker is under federal watch for campaign finance violations was defeated by Lakeland city commissioner Scott Franklin.

Franklin beat Spano by a mere 3 points in a race to keep hold of the 15th Congressional District of Florida. The district went to Trump by 10 points. But now it could be a potential pickup for the Democrats.

The district carries parts of East Tampa and Lakeland.

Spano faced heat over 2018 loans he accepted from two friends, which he then used to loan his own campaign, a clear violation of campaign finance laws governing contribution limits. Spano faces a federal sandwich.

Spano got backing from Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL). Franklin got backed by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), the white nationalist lawmaker who backed Laura Loomer, Marjorie Taylor Greene and other QAnon nuts.
Rep. Ross Spano (R-FL), a white nationalist lawmaker was defeated by white nationalist Scott Franklin.
Trump stayed out the race but is now throwing his full support behind Franklin.

"Tonight is a win for Florida's 15th Congressional District. The voters have made clear that they want someone they can trust to get the job done in Washington. They want someone who will defend our freedoms and our family values. They want someone who will fight back against the socialist liberals like Nancy Pelosi and AOC (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez). They want someone who will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with President Trump," said Franklin in a press release.

Gaetz backed Franklin in a phone call.

"Hi, this is Congressman Matt Gaetz, President Trump's No. 1 ally calling you to tell you that your Congressman Ross Spano has just got to go. Ross Spano is so weakened by the Justice Department corruption investigation that we can't count on him to defend President Trump against Pelosi and the liberals. President Trump and I personally need Scott Franklin to help keep the fight for the Trump agenda alive and to take back the House of Representatives. Everything is on the line this election and we can't have a weak link like Ross Spano take down our team," said the white nationalist lawmaker.

Gaetz appeared with Franklin in a last minute attempt to generate votes.

The 15th Congressional District of Florida is LEAN REPUBLICAN.

The Republican will take Alan Cohn, a former investigative journalist who worked for WFTS-28.

He will face an uphill battle to take on a seat. This is the second time around for Cohen. He will be labeled a "socialist" and the like by a very polarizing Franklin.

She got the backing of white nationalists Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Roger Stone, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Breitbart, Alex Jones. Even that facasist Donald J. Trump endorsed her.



Laura Loomer will take on Rep. Lois Frankel (D-FL).

The 27-year old is a conspiracy theorist who is supporter of the QAnon bullshit.

The white nationalist beat five candidates to win the nomination. The district is where Donald J. Trump and Melania Trump file their mail-in ballots. That is the residence where Trump claims his home now since he's moved from New York.

Loomer is a notorious troll. She handcuffed herself to Twitter's headquarters in New York after she got permanently banned from the platform. She was soon banned from Facebook but is in arbitration due to her political campaign. She tried to throw dog shit on the lawn of Rep. Nancy Pelosi's (D-CA) home. She has interrupted Shakespeare in the Park. She crashed an event hosted by Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MI) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MN).

Loomer unfazed by the critics says that she wants to put an end to "Lazy Lois."

"I will be everybody's congresswoman. [See] I will represent people from all walks of life and political beliefs, unlike Lois, who does absolutely nothing for anyone who's not a part of her base. People are just sick of her."

She added, "I just call her Lazy Lois. She's politically lazy and fat."

Frankel's campaign slammed her.

"Rep. Frankel is focused on serving her constituents and not disrespectful name calling."

Don't underestimate the race. I call it LIKELY DEMOCRAT but given how Republicans are willing are adapting to a white nationalist platform, they'll be willing to shelve out donations to this notorious grifter.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz Beats Bernie-Backed Leftist Jen Perelman!

Former Democratic National Committee chairwoman and Florida congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz easily beaten a candidate backed by the Squad and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

The divisiveness of Sanders, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) didn't help Jen Perelman win her bid to unseat Wasserman Schultz.

Perelman practiced corporate law before becoming a full-time mother.

Rep. Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) is leading in the polls. As of right now, she has 75% of the vote.

The race isn't called yet but it's clear that Wasserman Schultz isn't sweating over the results.



Perelman tried some last minute shenanigans. She sent a troll to bother the congresswoman.

The troll was allegedly shoved by the congresswoman. The troll decided to press charges.

Florida could charge Wasserman Schultz with minor battery which is a misdemeanor. It will not likely be a criminal case. It will likely be arbitration. The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Perelman shared the footage on social media as an attempt to generate last minute fundraising.




The attempts backfired and Floridians saw through the stunt and immediately backed Wasserman Schultz, a survivor of a mail bomb plot, death threats, cancer and sexual abuse.

Wasserman Schultz was vilified by Sanders in 2016 when his struggling campaign accused her of putting her finger on the scale for Hillary Clinton.

Wasserman Schultz for her part, didn't hide her fact that she supported Clinton but she also said that would support Sanders if he won too.

Wikileaks leaked emails between Wasserman Schultz and DNC workers. The lawmaker slammed Sanders for being whiner. She resigned from the leadership.

Wasserman Schultz represents Florida's 23rd Congressional District. She held that seat since 2013. It was then the 20th Congressional District which she held since 2005.

Night Two: The Virtual 2020 Democratic National Convention!

Did you happen to catch last night's Democratic National Convention?

I know a lot of people are talking about the speeches made by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), former First Lady Michelle Obama, former Ohio governor John Kasich and New York governor Andrew Cuomo. They managed to steal the show.

Those were the people Donald J. Trump and the far-right attacked the most. Besides them, the Republicans have targeted Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) his running mate.











Joseph Robinette Biden and Kamala Devi Harris will take the stage this week and formally become the Democratic presidential and vice presidential nominees. The Democrats will have to work extra hard to encourage voter enthusiasm.

The former rival Sanders has once again left the Democratic Party with a toxic brew.

The party's young and progressive base are not so keen on a Biden-Harris ticket. They are once again going to cost the election for the Democrats all because of a covert campaign sparked by Sanders' vile allies.

Polls say that Biden is leading in many states. However, Biden isn't stupid and he knows that the risk of getting to confident in this election. He doesn't want to face a Walter Mondale or Hillary Clinton defeat.

So Biden is going to take things with consideration. He is trying to win over disgruntled Republicans and independents. Many progressives are concerned that Biden is taking a moderate path. They said that Trump went full conservative and won.

They want a leader who can bring progressive policies to the mainstream.

Trump is trying to campaign in crucial states he's gonna need to win. He was in Wisconsin and Minnesota on Monday. He will be in Arizona to host a campaign rally and donation.

Last night Michelle Obama brought the house down.

"Donald Trump is the wrong president for our country. He has had more than enough time to prove that he can do the job, but he is clearly in over his head. He cannot meet this moment. He simply cannot be who we need him to be for us. It is what it is."



NPR reported that Obama acknowledged that some weren't sure the Democratic Party should stick with that approach. But she defended staying true to it, saying, "Going high is the only thing that works, because when we go low, when we use those same tactics of degrading and dehumanizing others, we just become part of the ugly noise that's drowning out everything else. We degrade ourselves. We degrade the very causes for which we fight."
Trump had words for Michelle Obama, Bernie Sanders and John Kasich.
But for the 2020 version, Obama suggested there are times when hitting back is necessary, saying, "Going high does not mean putting on a smile and saying nice things when confronted by viciousness and cruelty."

Wearing a gold necklace with letters that spelled V-O-T-E, the former first lady made an urgent plea for Americans to show up in 2020.

"We've got to vote early, in person if we can. We've got to request our mail-in ballots right now, tonight, and send them back immediately and follow up to make sure they're received. And then, make sure our friends and families do the same. We have got to grab our comfortable shoes, put on our masks, pack a brown bag dinner and maybe breakfast too, because we've got to be willing to stand in line all night if we have to."

That message could be viewed as at odds with advice from public health experts who warn that Americans need to social distance during the coronavirus pandemic and avoid crowded places. Joe Biden, 77, has held few public events and has stuck to just a handful of low-key events with small numbers of voters in his home state of Delaware or neighboring Pennsylvania.



Sanders had said that Trump had failed in handling the pandemic and our economy is inching closer towards a Great Depression. He said that Trump is like Nero and he's fiddling while the country collapses.

"We are facing the worst public health crisis in 100 years and the worst economic collapse since the Great Depression. We are confronting systemic racism and the enormous threat to our planet of climate change. And in the midst of all of this, we have a president who is not only incapable of addressing these crises but is leading us down the path of authoritarianism," Sanders said.
Bill Clinton and AOC will bring some A-game. The Republicans will try to bring up Jeffrey Epstein and Clinton in real time.
"This election is the most important in the modern history of this country. In response to the unprecedented crises we face, we need an unprecedented response — a movement, like never before, of people who are prepared to stand up and fight for democracy and decency — and against greed, oligarchy and bigotry.And we need Joe Biden as our next president."

"Nero fiddled while Rome burned; Trump golfs. His actions fanned this pandemic, resulting in over 170,000 deaths and a nation still unprepared to protect its people," said Sanders.

With night one closing, who will now shine at night two of the DNC 2020?

A good night ahead for the Democrats.
Former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell who endorsed Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton previously is going to speak at the convention. The former Republican under George W. Bush has been frustrated with the direction the party's been going. He believes that Trump has done serious damaged to the party.

In a video that will be shown tonight, McCain shares her friendship with Biden and how her husband had decency and respect for the country he served. She said that difficult decisions cannot be blamed on others. She believes that Trump's actions caused great damage to the country.

There was a bipartisan report that showed Trump's 2016 former campaign manager Paul Manafort was engaging contact with members of the Russian Federation. They also claimed that Trump engaged in contact with Roger Stone when he got word Wikileaks was planning on dumping the emails of the DNC and Clinton chair John Podesta.

Donald Trump, Jr. had allegedly slept with Natalia Veselnitskya, the lawyer who met with Trump campaign advisors Jared Kushner and Manafort at Trump Tower.

Russia may have information on Trump that could blackmail him. The "golden showers" tape allegedly found in the Christopher Steele dossier has been one of the themes of Sean "Softball" Hannity's right wing carnival. Trump and Michael Cohen are at risk of blackmail due to their engagement with Russian women.

All I can tell you in real time, that 6.8 million people are infect with the coronavirus. Over 200,000 Americans have died from the coronavirus. There are over 35 million Americans unemployed in the United States. Companies are going out of business left and right. We have civil unrest in many of America's municipalities. We are less than three months away from the U.S. Elections and we're not prepared for the possibility of election tampering from foreign entities. We are not prepared for mail-in ballots or absentee ballots. We are having a food crisis due to the coronavirus.

We are really having a moment where the world is on fire and Donald J. Trump is just playing golf or rambling about how everyone who doesn't support his ass is anti-American.
